All right, are you ready?

00:03:04 - 00:03:06 | Speaker 6:

You're listening to Mojo in the Morning.

00:03:06 - 00:03:07 | Speaker 7:

You're a doo-doo hat.

00:03:08 - 00:03:12 | Unknown:

Here we go, go, go. Here we go, go, go. It's showtime.

00:03:12 - 00:03:19 | Speaker 7:

Hey, what's up, y'all? This is Jelly Roll, and you're listening to Mojo in the Morning. Good concert last night. Are you tired today from that?

00:03:19 - 00:03:29 | Speaker 1:

I'm a little tired. We left a couple of songs before the end because we're like you, Mojo. I want to get out of there and get home before the traffic on 75 turns nuts.

00:03:29 - 00:03:37 | Speaker 7:

I hear you. Honestly, it's not even so much before 75 gets nuts. It's downtown. It's to get to 75 that you're worried about. We were smart this time.

00:03:37 - 00:03:48 | Speaker 1:

We parked over by where we ate dinner, and then after the show, we just walked back that way, which was like a 10, 15-minute walk, and then just got right out. Talk about the concert really quickly.

00:03:48 - 00:03:49 | Speaker 5:

How was Post Malone?

00:03:49 - 00:04:15 | Speaker 1:

So we walked in right as Jelly Roll was doing his first song. Jelly Roll was absolutely flipping fantastic. Like, he is so talented. And in between his songs, he gave, he shared his story and gave his testimony. And, I mean, was, like, spreading the word of Jesus and was just, but said so many things. That man is so humble. And you can tell just has such a kind heart. Brought out Eminem. Praise the Lord.

00:04:16 - 00:04:17 | Speaker 5:

Bless you. Bless you. Bless her.

00:04:17 - 00:04:44 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. And he had like a big neon sign behind him that said, talk to God for his entire show. And then Post came out. Post had a red solo cup filled to the brim with beer. Every other show or every other song, some guy named Pat, a stagehand named Pat came out, switched out his red cup with a new beer. He had a pack of Ciggies in his back pocket and a lighter, and he smoked through the entire show. But he is so freaking talented.

00:04:44 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 7:

My favorite was, did you see on Channel 955 and Mojo in the Morning, I shared it to our Facebook. Did you see Sari from the sales department was out on Friday night and or Saturday night and ran into Post Malone and Post Malone.

00:05:00 - 00:05:06 | Speaker 1:

was wearing it looked like pajamas those were tommy john pajamas were they tommy john pajamas

00:05:06 - 00:07:54 | Speaker 2:

yeah they looked like honestly i no offense because obviously i don't care if you wants to wear them but they look like women's pajamas i have the exact same ones in pink and black he's so skinny now yeah i was gonna say he looked like just one leg his nipples look like yours they were like very very adamant and he had a cowboy hat on yeah it was a cowboy hat on with pajamas which by the way it's interesting because he fits right in in detroit because he's been to some of our events where people just show up in pajamas it was amazing but it was cool to see that and it was cool to see those guys just hanging out in town and i know jelly roll did a lot in the suburbs he was uh also uh he did a lot more uh visiting some of the the the jails and stuff so that's cool um all right it's mojo in the morning show uh got a good show for you today thank you Everybody came out to our podcast on Friday. I apologize for anything that we might have said that might have caught you off guard, but you can listen to the More Mojo podcast. You can check it out on our More Mojo podcast platform on the iHeartRadio app or just search More Mojo. But it was an hour and 50-some minutes. Almost a full feature film. It was. It was long. It was the Thunderbolts. I'd imagine. It was pretty wild. It was great. I got a couple of things I want to share, not about the actual podcast, but about the evening that, to me, were very interesting. Number one, we did a meet-and-greet afterwards where we got a chance to take some pictures with people, which, by the way, pictures are posted. Thank you to Joe Maroon for the pictures. We love Joe. He's the best. Pictures are posted up there. If you don't see yours, DM us. I think all of them have been posted, but if you don't see yours, we'll find out from Joe if maybe there was some kind of an issue with him. But there was one particular person that we took a picture with, that I am not going to lie to you, and I'm not going to say who it was because I don't want to embarrass him any more than just the story, but had a very distinctive smell. It was a gentleman that I think it was body odor, but I don't know. It could be musk. It could be who knows. But I am not going to lie to you. It wasn't until last night that I realized I finally got the smell off of me. And it was funny because I said to Chelsea, I go, I can still smell Friday night. And she goes, what do you mean you can still smell Friday night? I go, I smell Friday night. Like there was a person that we took a picture with, and the guy put his arm around me. And when he put his arm around me, I think that he got me with his scent, and I got skunked. I got skunked by the guy. And I can still smell it. And then it turned out that my clothes from Friday night were sitting in the bedroom closet. And so every time I go into the bedroom closet, I can still smell them. Do you know what I'm talking about? Because I think you smelled it too. I did.

00:07:54 - 00:08:00 | Speaker 1:

I turned to you after he walked away and I was like, oh, it was, the word I would use is pungent.

00:08:01 - 00:08:18 | Speaker 2:

It was pungent. It was very pungent. It was, first off, let me say this to you. I have, I've done lots of pictures with people over time and sometimes they, their smell comes on, gets on you. And when, and I'm sure my smell gets on them too, but this smell was very interesting. So I had that happen to me.

00:08:18 - 00:08:29 | Speaker 1:

Can I tell you what was my situation with that? I'm five feet tall. When people come up to us and put their arm around us, I get it in the actual face. It's right in the face.

00:08:29 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 2:

You get all of it. Yeah. You got skunked in the face. In the face. So I had that happen to me. And then after the thing's over with, I was really wiped out. I'll be honest with you, a week out from surgery, I don't know if necessarily I probably should have been doing that because I was really hurting there, especially towards the end. it's hard for me to stay in one spot like this during the show at the end of the show i get completely torn up like it's it's bad like i get exhausted because i'm still trying to heal from the the surgery that i had and i had my arm in a sling and some people were kind of like you know every now and again they'll come up next to it and they'll they'll hit you so it hurts um then we leave and this happens to us we leave and steve gabara drove us stevie g he lost his car in the parking garage has any has any of our listeners ever lost their car in a parking garage before they have a parking garage where the theater was where the imagine royal oak theater is and it's i don't even know how many levels but i don't think steve remembered what level he parked on because we did take the elevator down because we parked that high because i think the first level was for residents that live in those apartments that are there the first two levels So, well, Steve had a hard time finding his car, and it was one of those things where you're in a parking garage, and I guess it took him a while to figure out where it was. Have you ever lost your car in a parking lot rush or parking lot, like even at the mall? Well, I mean, like sometimes, especially, you know, depending upon how late you're running or how fast you're trying to get.

00:10:00 - 00:10:17 | Speaker 5:

get to the place you just want to find the nearest spot and you get out the car you get on the elevator and get where you're going then at the end of the night you're like was it three or four and then sometimes they have those levels where you think it's four but it's like the lower version of four that you actually have to go through three it's so confusing there's that panic button you

00:10:17 - 00:10:35 | Speaker 6:

still don't know where the hell there is a garage that is over off of woodward in downtown detroit by where the uh uh the chase center is the chase building is whatever that is yeah yeah and there is a parking garage there that has it's like one a one b or something like that and i freaking go

00:10:35 - 00:10:44 | Speaker 1:

crazy i know exactly what you're talking about that parking garage has two it's like two different parking garages but you don't realize that when you go into one do you know what i do like if i

00:10:44 - 00:11:02 | Speaker 6:

ever park at the airport i park at the airport i take a picture of the actual parking spot i have to do that or if you've ever been if you've never been cedar point cedar point You've got to figure out, I'm parked in, you know, I don't know. I'm parked in Rock and Roller Coaster 1. I don't know what the hell they call their parking garage.

00:11:02 - 00:11:28 | Speaker 1:

I was at Costco last week, and I had that huge car. And, you guys, me pushing a Costco car is comical because I'm so short. And I could not remember for the life of me where I parked. This is where Lucy always comes in handy because she has a great memory. She was not with me. I felt like an idiot. And you can't weave in between cars. So you literally have to go all the way down, around, all the way back up, around. I was so confused where I was.

00:11:29 - 00:11:43 | Speaker 6:

So we were there. So after we took all the pictures, I'm like, I'm going to do my Irish goodbye and get out of here. I said goodbye to everybody twice because they all got in their cars and left. Andrea, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning. Hi.

00:11:45 - 00:11:49 | Speaker 2:

Good morning, guys. Love you. Good morning. Love you. Love you, too.

00:11:49 - 00:11:50 | Speaker 6:

What's up?

00:11:50 - 00:12:11 | Speaker 2:

not a not a first time but a long time oh we love you thank you for that so we were at disney and we have lost our car there and so funny story we get there and you know you're in a parking like i don't know they give you like animal kingdom or whatever yeah it's goofy land or

00:12:11 - 00:12:16 | Speaker 6:

whatever they name it after whatever the characters or animals like an animal kingdom yeah

00:12:16 - 00:13:13 | Speaker 2:

yeah so we're like oh we'll remember that no problem get on the tram we get in there we have a great day riding rides and we're in one of the rides where you're just kind of like sitting in the car but you're going along it like glows in the dark things like that and there was this straw hat that was sitting like someone had lost their hat my brother grabs it i'm like you're gonna get life that's gross cooties sick okay so we go to the car we put the straw hat in the back window we're eating lunch go back inside well we lose our car we get on the tram it's like dark pitch black parts closing and they're like you got to get off the tram like you we can't run so long the tram ride is over we're like oh crap so walking along the parking lot the only thing that we have going for us is this straw hat because everyone had a white rental car with an enterprise sticker

00:13:13 - 00:13:25 | Speaker 6:

on it it's so true yeah it is so funny when you go to uh disney world in florida you all rent the same car it's the same exact car that you're renting out of the deal um chris what's going

00:13:25 - 00:14:02 | Speaker 3:

on it's mojo in the morning hi hey chris hey hey yeah so the word i'm listening to you guys i'm dying thinking oh my god it's not just me parking garage where i look beaumont is like the bermuda triangle yes i'm not even not even kidding i have dropped a pin i have taken a picture of all the signs of where i'm at you you can't get out honest to god you'll go all the arrows go the wrong way before you know it you're on the top you're like i didn't park on the top and when i tell my friends i got to go for a test at aurora lobe beaumont they're like yeah okay well good luck yeah see

00:14:02 - 00:14:08 | Speaker 6:

you tomorrow i love that it's the bermuda triangle what a great analogy what's up christina

00:14:08 - 00:14:47 | Speaker 4:

good morning good morning what's happening so so i used to live in kansas city and my really good friend went to this downtown area that's kind of like campus marshes everything's outside and there was a big soccer game party because the live strong center you know the sporting kc team plays there and he parked his car and went in and was partying it up and all that jazz and then he had to get picked up because he couldn't drive and when he went back to get it next day he couldn't find it oh no so he filed a police report the insurance claim went through and everything and then he found it like two weeks later after everything oh my god a police report

00:14:47 - 00:14:53 | Speaker 6:

for the missing car it's craziness oh my god it was so funny and he did the honest thing he called

00:14:53 - 00:14:58 | Speaker 4:

the insurance company back and was like dude i feel like a moron but i found my car there's nothing

00:14:58 - 00:15:00 | Speaker 6:

were, to me, in

00:15:00 - 00:15:19 | Speaker 4:

And Steve, by the way, is very much, he does not like to be embarrassed. Like, he's very macho. He's a macho guy. Kind of got his, like, man card thing taken away from him a little bit when I'm standing out in front going, I will never hire this Uber ever again. He's like, we were just stuck in the garage. There was a lot of people in the garage. You do feel the pressure, though.

00:15:19 - 00:15:24 | Speaker 2:

When you're walking around like, oh, my God. Oh, yeah. I can't find my car. He's done.

00:15:24 - 00:15:30 | Speaker 4:

Start panicking. See beads of sweat on that little bald head of his. It's Mojo in the Morning's Back in the Day.

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:18:28 - 00:18:32 | Speaker 4:

We're going to get you caught up on what's trending in this hour's Dirty on the 30. Shannon, good morning.

00:18:32 - 00:19:02 | Speaker 1:

Good morning. So that ship hitting the Brooklyn Bridge on Saturday, holy cow, the videos that I've seen of this are crazy. It was a Mexican Navy tall ship that crashed into the Brooklyn Bridge Saturday evening, And that ship apparently lost power shortly before the collision. Two sailors on top of one of the masks when it and the masks, excuse me, when it struck the bridge. But two people killed, 17 injured, four remain in critical condition.

00:19:02 - 00:19:12 | Speaker 8:

What an idiot. Oh, my. Can you imagine how much fright that they have? This is bizarre. You're filming this here? Send it to me.

00:19:13 - 00:19:22 | Speaker 4:

Send it to me. Send it to me. I want to see the bridge today. Oh, my God. It's one of those old-time ships, right? Yes. Like one of those old-time things?

00:19:22 - 00:19:46 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, so that ship holds a crew of 277, and it's largely made up of cadets. But experts say what happened was it apparently lost its steering capacity thanks to this mechanical failure. So the exact cause of the crash is still under investigation. But the NYPD said that ship had just left a Manhattan pier. It was supposed to be heading out to sea. The thing is, it was never supposed to sail under the bridge.

00:19:46 - 00:19:54 | Speaker 4:

Well, the problem was because of its lost steering capability, the water flow was taking it towards the bridge.

00:19:54 - 00:19:55 | Speaker 1:

And I think it was going backwards.

00:19:55 - 00:19:59 | Speaker 4:

And they were trying to get help to get there fast enough. The problem...

00:20:00 - 00:20:13 | Speaker 5:

there's no life or Coast Guard available that close to where the bridge is to be able to get them out there fast enough by the time that it came and hit that. It was pretty intense to watch the videos of that.

00:20:14 - 00:20:17 | Speaker 6:

So are you saying no one drove the ship? It floated into the bridge?

00:20:17 - 00:20:19 | Speaker 5:

Well, they didn't have steering capabilities.

00:20:19 - 00:20:22 | Speaker 4:

There was somebody that was supposed to, but they couldn't.

00:20:22 - 00:20:33 | Speaker 5:

They lost all the power, I guess, on top of it. It was like one of those old antique-y looking ships. I didn't realize there were people that were up in that monast area. Yes, two people.

00:20:33 - 00:20:57 | Speaker 4:

Isn't that nuts? One of Diddy's old bodyguards, he went by the name Big Homie, did an interview over the weekend and pretty much confirmed, I mean, definitely insinuated that Jamie Foxx was poisoned by Diddy. And that's why he had this like medical emergency that took him away from the public eye for a couple of months.

00:20:57 - 00:21:29 | Speaker 1:

I mean, why would Diddy want to poison Jamie Foxx? If you know that you have, well, just to give some insight to people watching, when you come under federal investigation, they send you a target letter. You know, you get informed that you're being investigated. So if you wanted to tie up loose ends and you were concerned that people that you knew could incriminate you, you may have interest in eliminating them.

00:21:29 - 00:21:31 | Speaker 5:

Wow. So that was tied into that whole thing?

00:21:31 - 00:21:35 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. Yeah. Interesting. One of the days before my body hurts.

00:21:35 - 00:21:49 | Speaker 5:

Big homie better watch his back. There's going to be some people coming after big homie after that whole thing. Did Cassie wrap up her testimony on Friday? She did. So what are they into now? Are they doing anything? What do they got now up on stand?

00:21:49 - 00:21:51 | Speaker 6:

I think Donna Richards, she was heading to court.

00:21:51 - 00:21:58 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, Donna Schart. I want to say, and I could be wrong on this. I got to go back and check. I feel like she started her testimony already on Friday.

00:21:59 - 00:21:59 | Speaker 5:

Okay.

00:21:59 - 00:22:03 | Speaker 4:

Maybe she's taking the stand today. Wait, is Diddy taking the stand?

00:22:04 - 00:22:08 | Speaker 5:

Is he? He's got to do it for his defense. Will he do it, though? Will he do it? A lot of people wonder if he will. Yeah.

00:22:09 - 00:22:42 | Speaker 4:

Justin and Hailey Bieber are happy again. At least they looked that way at the Leafs game last night until Toronto lost. Front row for his favorite team at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. Bucket hats, sunglasses, indoors, and all earlier in the day. Bieber posted a rare photo with his dad bragging that he had beat him in a round of golf. What's up, Canada? Looking good. How come Canada can't win at their own sport? That is Wes's team. I don't know if I should say that out loud, but he was so depressed when I got home last night.

00:22:42 - 00:22:56 | Speaker 5:

I was rooting for the Winnipeg Jets, and I was hoping for those guys to win because of Connor Hellebuck is a good friend. Yeah. But when's the last time a Canadian team has won the Stanley Cup? I don't know. You guys invented this sport, for gosh sake.

00:22:56 - 00:23:02 | Speaker 6:

Just like the NBA, man. The last MVPs have all been people from other countries. Have they? And the same will be for this year.

00:23:03 - 00:23:11 | Speaker 5:

Really? Wait, is the guy from Oklahoma City from another country? He's from Toronto. I didn't know that. That's interesting. Wait a second. Maybe they should be the basketball capital of the world. We should switch? Yeah.

00:23:11 - 00:23:44 | Speaker 4:

And lastly, your boy Tom Brady spotted butt naked on the roof of his Florida mansion over the weekend by paparazzi. He was just relaxing. And apparently, I am told he does not mind if people see him naked, but I feel like he would mind if it was the paparazzi being creepy and taking photos of him just trying to relax. And did you know, I was not aware, his home is actually across the street from Giselle. Yes. They live across the street. They built it specific. Yeah, the kids can run back and forth.

00:23:45 - 00:23:47 | Speaker 5:

That's a great idea. That's co-parenting at its best.

00:23:48 - 00:23:53 | Speaker 4:

My ex-husband said he was going to buy the house across the street from me when we got divorced. And I said, absolutely no way. Here's the thing.

00:23:54 - 00:24:04 | Speaker 5:

With Tom Brady getting naked, maybe he's getting naked for Giselle. Maybe that's his way of trying. I heard that those two guys are chummy with each other. A little Brazilian Giselle.

00:24:04 - 00:24:07 | Speaker 4:

Chummy doesn't mean they still want each other.

00:24:07 - 00:24:08 | Speaker 5:

Could be interesting, wouldn't it?

00:24:08 - 00:24:12 | Speaker 4:

All right. For all today's Dirty Catch-Up on the podcast, search Mojo in the morning in the free iHeartRadio app.

00:24:23 - 00:24:28 | Speaker 3:

5 at 6.55, yo, 5 at 6.55, yo, now.

00:24:28 - 00:24:59 | Speaker 5:

All right, so last couple weeks we played high school week in the 5 at 6.55. We're back to everybody can play, and it's interesting because I felt like the 5 at 6.55 the last couple weeks has been kind of fun, but it's been a struggle for some of these guys. I don't know what the reasoning is because they play all the time in their cars when they're going to school and they always talk crap. So if you are playing this morning, understand this. We're getting back to Norm, getting back to the Uge. Two new contestants. Josh is on with us right now. Josh here. It says.

00:25:00 - 00:25:10 | Speaker 1:

And you're going for, wait a second, hold on. Is this the last person that was on with us in the 5 and 6 week to 5 on Friday? Yeah. Oh, so you're letting them have a, were you struggling to find contestants this morning?

00:25:10 - 00:25:16 | Speaker 2:

No, no, he was going for number two and we had decided to cut it off. Oh, when we did high school week.

00:25:16 - 00:25:20 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I thought this was the guy from Friday. Okay, Josh, welcome back. How are you doing, buddy?

00:25:21 - 00:25:24 | Speaker 2:

I'm good. I feel like I've been waiting for an interview.

00:25:24 - 00:25:27 | Speaker 1:

I know, it's been a couple weeks. What do you do again, Josh? Refresh my memory.

00:25:30 - 00:25:31 | Speaker 2:

Let's not talk about that.

00:25:32 - 00:25:46 | Speaker 1:

Okay. Oh, secret agent, man. Illegal activities? Is that what we got going on here, Josh? All right. You're going to be challenging Corey from Douglas, Michigan. Hi, Corey. How you doing?

00:25:47 - 00:25:49 | Speaker 2:

I'm doing great. Good morning.

00:25:49 - 00:26:04 | Speaker 1:

Good morning. Whatever Josh does, he does it loud because it is loud, loud, loud where he's at. I'm going to lock him up in a soundproof area so I can talk to you. Hold on, Josh. Stay right there. I'm locking you up. Corey, you're in Douglas, Michigan. What do you do?

00:26:06 - 00:26:13 | Speaker 2:

I drive in an urban. It's a small bus around town helping people get to and from places.

00:26:13 - 00:26:44 | Speaker 1:

That's beautiful. All right. Well, here we go. We're going to ask five questions. Whoever gets the most right wins. Tie goes to the champion. That would be Josh in his illegal job. Question number one. Chris Brown was denied bail in the U.K., So he remains in jail after his arrest on allegations that he assaulted a producer two years ago. Which of these songs is not a Chris Brown song? A, Loyal, B, Look at Me Now, or C, Whatever You Like?

00:26:45 - 00:26:46 | Speaker 2:

A.

00:26:46 - 00:27:00 | Speaker 1:

Question number two, Gwyneth Paltrow has a message for everyone who doesn't like her famous vagina candle. Go F yourself, she says, quote unquote. What's her lifestyle brand called?

00:27:03 - 00:27:04 | Speaker 2:

Body?

00:27:05 - 00:27:16 | Speaker 1:

Question number three. Last night at the Jelly Roll Post Malone show, Eminem made a special guest appearance. What's Eminem's legal first and last name?

00:27:18 - 00:27:18 | Speaker 2:

Marshall Mathers.

00:27:19 - 00:27:31 | Speaker 1:

Question number four. American Idol crowned its season 23 winner last night. True or false, Ryan Seacrest is the only host that show has ever had.

00:27:34 - 00:27:35 | Speaker 2:

30 seconds. False.

00:27:36 - 00:28:50 | Speaker 1:

And question number five, country singer Lainey Wilson is celebrating her 33rd birthday today. What Western drama with Kevin Costner did she guest star on? Yellowstone. Let's bring the champ back from a soundproof area. Let's see how Josh does. Josh, you got to compete against? Three out of five. Three out of five. You ready? Oh, boy. Here we go. Question number one. Chris Brown was denied bail in the U.K., so he remains in jail after his arrest on allegations that he assaulted a producer two years ago. Which of these songs is not a Chris Brown song? A, Loyal, B, Look at Me Now, or C, Whatever You Like? B. B, you say? No, Look at Me Now is actually a song he did with Busta Rhymes and Lil Wayne. It's whatever you like, T.I. Zero, zero. Question number two. Gwyneth Paltrow has a message for everyone who doesn't like her famous vagina candle. She says, quote unquote, go F yourself. What's her lifestyle brain called? Three seconds. Three.

00:28:51 - 00:28:52 | Speaker 2:

Filthy girls.

00:28:53 - 00:29:59 | Speaker 1:

No, both of you guys missed that one. Goop. Zero, zero. Wow, so you've got to get these next questions right. Goop. You cannot, you can't. No question at all. If you miss any of them, we have a new champion in the 5 to 6.55, and that layoff probably hurt. Question number three. Last night at Jelly Roll in Post Malone, Eminem made a special guest appearance. What's Eminem's legal first and last name? Marshall Mathers. Correct. One to one. Question number four, American Idol crowned its season 23 winner last night. True or false, Ryan Seacrest is the only host that show has ever had? False. Correct. Brian Dunkelman, remember the first season. Yes, me too. And it comes down to this, the last question in the five at 6.55. You must get it right in order to remain our champion. If you miss it, Corey, you're back with us tomorrow morning, bright and early with a 5 at 6.55. You ready? I'm going to be up.

00:30:00 - 00:30:16 | Speaker 2:

go, Josh. Question number five. Country singer Lainey Wilson is celebrating her 33rd birthday today. What western drama with Kevin Costner did she guest star on? Yellowstone.

00:30:16 - 00:30:19 | Speaker 1:

Still are champion. 3-3 final score.

00:30:23 - 00:30:40 | Speaker 2:

Congratulations. Congratulations. Man, what a game. And you know what, Corey, we've got to make sure we get you a good parting gift because I've got to tell you something, that was about as close as you can get. Hang on the phone for just one second, and we'll have Lydia set you up with a prize, okay?

00:30:41 - 00:30:43 | Speaker 1:

Okay, thank you. You guys have a great one. You too.

00:30:43 - 00:31:57 | Speaker 2:

You have a great one, too. Josh, back with us tomorrow. And now I want to go back to the tapes to figure out what Josh did for a living because I'm wondering, I'm a little wondering if Josh has got something going on here. Maybe he's hanging out in the back lots of the Eastern Market area here selling carcasses on a low. All right, hang on one second. It's Mojo in the Mornings 5 at 6.55. WKQI Detroit. WSNX Muskegon Grand Rapids. WVKS Toledo. Three great stations. One stupid show. This is Mojo in the Morning live. mojo in the morning shannon went to the concert last night she went and saw jelly roll and post malone at ford field i give her credit she does not look at all tired today i don't know how you do it it's crazy she's got to be like uh i don't know uh in a an oxygen chamber or something for sleep or something because i would be like dragging my ass i i did some of those uh lions that Thursday night game I did and then I did a Sunday night game I came in that next morning and I'm telling you I thought I was dying

00:31:57 - 00:32:00 | Speaker 1:

I mean at 10 o'clock I'll probably be dying but for right now I'm okay

00:32:00 - 00:32:15 | Speaker 2:

you're on adrenaline right now? question for you aside from seeing Eminem come on stage with Jelly Roll and obviously getting to listen to all Post Malone's hits what was the highlight of the concert for you?

00:32:16 - 00:32:38 | Speaker 1:

watching posting post just chug beer and smoke cigs and and to go and he's like he's so he doesn't miss a beat yeah it's impressive the man gets paid for that yeah i mean one of those solo cups filled with beer i'd be on the damn floor yeah and he just kept going he's so skinny these days he is

00:32:38 - 00:32:47 | Speaker 2:

so skinny his dance moves are hysterical maybe that's the key cigarettes and beer no i think Didn't he went on that diet shot, didn't he, I think? I don't know.

00:32:47 - 00:32:49 | Speaker 1:

I feel like you think everybody is doing it.

00:32:49 - 00:32:56 | Speaker 2:

I think that there's not a person in this world that's lost weight on that's not on one of those things. I don't know, man. It was like back in the day when the Atkins diet was the big diet.

00:32:56 - 00:33:02 | Speaker 1:

But didn't he say he gave up something? I feel like I did a dirty story of he gave up. It was a drug or it was, I don't know.

00:33:02 - 00:33:07 | Speaker 2:

He said diet and lifestyle changes, no soda, eating healthy, that kind of thing.

00:33:07 - 00:33:10 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, sang a song to his daughter, his three-year-old, almost three-year-old daughter.

00:33:10 - 00:33:12 | Speaker 2:

Oh, that's cool. What was the crowd like? Was the crowd good?

00:33:12 - 00:34:12 | Speaker 1:

The crowd was really very, very diverse. Like there were like teenagers there and then there were like there was a grandma who was sitting a couple of rows in front of us. Like for sure a gray haired glasses, sweet little grandma who must have brought somebody. I don't know. The people in front of us were it was comical to watch them, though, because there was a big group. There were probably like 10 people that all came and sat together and they came late, which is how I know that they were all together. and the two there were there was a couple directly in front of my girlfriends and I and I would say for probably 40 percent of the show the guy had his hand up his wife's skirt I assume it was his wife she was wearing a ring but I mean you all you know what what he was doing And they did not care that everybody around them was aware of what they were doing. No, no, no.

00:34:12 - 00:34:16 | Speaker 2:

Hold on. It wasn't that he was just putting his hand there and just touching her. He was doing something?

00:34:16 - 00:34:30 | Speaker 1:

No, he knew what he was doing. Wow. So if ever they sat down and posted a few slow songs that at least people in our section kind of sat down for, he was just, his hand was up there.

00:34:30 - 00:34:33 | Speaker 2:

Was she wanting that the whole time?

00:34:33 - 00:34:36 | Speaker 1:

I mean, I couldn't see her face because they were sitting in front of me, but I'm assuming.

00:34:36 - 00:34:43 | Speaker 2:

Because I have to be quite honest with you. After, like, a couple of songs, I would think that that would be over. Or one song, you know?

00:34:43 - 00:34:51 | Speaker 1:

And people around them were very vocal about what they were doing. Like, you could hear everybody talking about it, and they just didn't care.

00:34:51 - 00:34:57 | Speaker 2:

What's up with people that go to these shows and public display of affection? Yeah. And this is, by the way, more.

00:34:57 - 00:34:59 | Speaker 1:

I mean, this is next level. Your vagina just tried to.

00:35:00 - 00:35:04 | Speaker 5:

Fight me. So if you were in section 210 and that's what you were doing, I was sitting right behind you.

00:35:05 - 00:35:09 | Speaker 2:

Maybe I need to sit in the nosebleeds more often so I get a dinner and a show.

00:35:10 - 00:35:16 | Speaker 3:

That's what it is, man. For some people, it's their one night out. Or for others, it's just the alcohol, the atmosphere.

00:35:16 - 00:35:49 | Speaker 2:

But a one night out, I mean, that's what you do on your one night out? I don't know. I would think you'd do that on your one night in. I mean, two for one, I guess, at that point. I don't get it. Is that something – has anybody ever witnessed something like this before? Because I've witnessed – that's – I've witnessed the girl do something to the guy. Yeah. But I don't think I've ever witnessed the guy do something to the girl. Because usually it's the girl – like the guy, all of a sudden, you're like, where's Susie? Oh, her head pops up. You know what I mean?

00:35:49 - 00:35:50 | Speaker 3:

This is less risque, though.

00:35:51 - 00:35:51 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

00:35:51 - 00:36:04 | Speaker 3:

Like that action that you just referenced, that's a little bit more – You can hide anything? More eyes are on that. This guy, you know. All eyes were on this guy. The Post Malone Circle song is like, you know, that's a little easier to do.

00:36:04 - 00:36:10 | Speaker 2:

I don't know. Just to me, it just seems, I could, I barely can get my wife to hold my hand in public.

00:36:12 - 00:36:17 | Speaker 5:

I didn't even notice it at first. And then my friend Carrie, who was sitting right next to me, she's like, look what they're doing.

00:36:17 - 00:36:19 | Speaker 2:

I hate to say it, but you and Wes seem like the type of couple that.

00:36:19 - 00:36:29 | Speaker 5:

We would not be doing that. You guys seem like the type of couple that would be. Not at all. They wait until they got in the parking lot. Yes, we love a good parking lot fashion. Not in the middle of Ford Field.

00:36:29 - 00:36:34 | Speaker 2:

It wouldn't be Wes doing it with you. It'd be you sticking it in, you know. What? Wait, what?

00:36:34 - 00:36:35 | Speaker 5:

And my stuff crack.

00:36:35 - 00:36:39 | Speaker 2:

It would be you and Wes. No, not into that. It'd be you sticking. Wes.

00:36:40 - 00:36:43 | Speaker 5:

Not into that. Hockey is his favorite sport.

00:36:45 - 00:36:45 | Speaker 2:

I don't know.

00:36:45 - 00:36:48 | Speaker 5:

No disrespect if you are. That's just not my thing.

00:36:48 - 00:37:00 | Speaker 2:

844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. By the way, I do not know where we're going on this topic. Well, just if you saw people doing any of it, but not the PDA, yes.

00:37:00 - 00:37:03 | Speaker 3:

Well, I mean, you can switch letters around or whatever fits your vote.

00:37:03 - 00:37:09 | Speaker 2:

Man, I don't know. That doesn't seem like it would turn me on to do that.

00:37:09 - 00:37:11 | Speaker 5:

They were both very, very, very intoxicated.

00:37:11 - 00:37:15 | Speaker 2:

Or turn Chelsea on or any woman on to do that.

00:37:15 - 00:37:24 | Speaker 3:

Some people are exhibitionists, though, that get off on crowds and attention. Oh, my God, you think someone's watching. Like, that makes the act even hotter for them.

00:37:24 - 00:37:37 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. I don't know. I'm not big on sex in public. Like, call me old. I like a good old-fashioned bed or my own room with a lock on it, you know?

00:37:37 - 00:37:40 | Speaker 5:

And I've said this before. We are super into the car.

00:37:40 - 00:37:40 | Speaker 3:

Yeah?

00:37:40 - 00:37:50 | Speaker 5:

And have been since the beginning of our relationship. But, like, not where anybody could ever see us. Yes. It's more like coming home, and if there's a babysitter, and we know it's not going to happen at home.

00:37:50 - 00:37:51 | Speaker 2:

In the driveway, maybe?

00:37:51 - 00:37:57 | Speaker 5:

No, we call it going to church. We usually will, you know, find a parking lot. We just find a parking lot.

00:37:57 - 00:38:01 | Speaker 2:

You are so sacrilegious. You're going to hell. What's going on, Jordan? Hi.

00:38:02 - 00:38:05 | Speaker 4:

Hey, Mojo. First time, long time. Hey, Jordan.

00:38:06 - 00:38:09 | Speaker 5:

Were you sitting in Section 210 last night at Ford Field?

00:38:09 - 00:38:21 | Speaker 4:

No, Shannon, it was funny because we were in Section 120, row 35, to be specific, and there was a lady smoking a cigarette. Smoking a whole cigarette.

00:38:21 - 00:38:22 | Speaker 5:

Everybody around me was smoking.

00:38:22 - 00:38:23 | Speaker 4:

Really?

00:38:23 - 00:38:25 | Speaker 5:

All kinds of things. But on doors? Yes. Yeah.

00:38:25 - 00:38:29 | Speaker 4:

That was like a cigarette. Like, come on. Yeah. I was just like.

00:38:29 - 00:38:44 | Speaker 2:

Maybe it just blends in with the weed smell. Because I feel like now it's more so pronounced than ever before. It's like you don't even need to be in the concert. It used to be concerts were the only place you smelled weed. Now it's anywhere. But cigarettes.

00:38:44 - 00:38:49 | Speaker 4:

I was like, it's not Pine Knob, you know, but, you know, whatever. It's not Pine Knob, you know.

00:38:49 - 00:38:57 | Speaker 2:

Maybe it was that couple, because I would need a cigarette after that. What's up, Karina? Hi, Karina.

00:38:59 - 00:38:59 | Speaker 1:

Hello.

00:39:00 - 00:39:01 | Speaker 2:

Hey, what's going on?

00:39:01 - 00:39:16 | Speaker 1:

Hi. Hi, yes. So me and my husband were actually on a trip in the Dominican Republic like two years ago, and we caught a couple. We were on a late-night walk at the resort, and we caught a couple of baking cookies in the pool at the resort.

00:39:16 - 00:39:17 | Speaker 2:

Oh, I don't know.

00:39:18 - 00:39:26 | Speaker 5:

In the pool. I see that, and I know that happens all the time. But if I actually see it happening, I'm not going in that pool the next day. Yes, you know. Are you? I'm not.

00:39:26 - 00:39:34 | Speaker 1:

We did not go in that pool. No. And my husband definitely was, like, yelling at them, like, that's disgusting. Thank God it was an adult-only resort. There was no kids.

00:39:35 - 00:39:37 | Speaker 5:

I mean, you know, again, you know it's happening.

00:39:37 - 00:39:45 | Speaker 2:

You know what's funny is, when I was a kid, I used to swim and have my mouth open, and my dad used to always say, don't swallow that water, you'll get sick. Now I know what he's talking about.

00:39:45 - 00:39:48 | Speaker 1:

Never again after seeing that. Yeah, no, never again after seeing that.

00:39:48 - 00:39:51 | Speaker 2:

Awful. Jacob, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning.

00:39:53 - 00:39:59 | Speaker 4:

Hey, Mojo. So I used to work at a big bar up at Central Michigan. Yeah.

00:40:00 - 00:40:32 | Speaker 1:

As a bouncer, and there was a guy, you know, they're all around the dance floor. It's all the creeps, and there are three of them were all watching this one girl in the cages, and she was a little risque, and so I went up to these guys, and they had their zippers down and something was out of their pants. No, wait a second, hold on.

00:40:33 - 00:40:38 | Speaker 3:

The guys were watching the girls in the cages and the guy was, he was...

00:40:38 - 00:40:41 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, because I went to go pick them out because they were causing problems.

00:40:41 - 00:40:45 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, that's gross. They were frowned upon, like masturbating on an airplane.

00:40:45 - 00:40:47 | Speaker 3:

Wow, that's crazy.

00:40:47 - 00:40:47 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

00:40:48 - 00:41:15 | Speaker 3:

I can't, like, I don't know about you, but I don't know if I want to have everybody watching me. All of a sudden it would be, hey, isn't that John from accounting? Did you imagine if you looked at a co-worker and a co-worker was checking out the girl in the cage? What if he was the sandwich maker at Jersey Mike's? What's going on, Tara?

00:41:16 - 00:41:38 | Speaker 2:

Okay, so I work at one of the big three. Yeah. And during our shift, the bathrooms, the locker rooms outside where we store the cars that people purchase and all of that, people are having sex. We've heard this so many times. Yeah. And it does. It happens all the time. Yeah.

00:41:38 - 00:41:47 | Speaker 4:

Wow. And the vehicle's yet to be sold. Yes. All in the backseat. That's a whole different layer of the new car smell.

00:41:47 - 00:42:24 | Speaker 3:

that's horrible can you imagine that you think that you're the one christening your brand new car it's funny I had a conversation I had a conversation with my son Joe who's buying a brand new Bronco from Steve Gabbara and he was telling me that he goes if that car comes with even one mile on it I'm going to complain to Steve he was like really upset and I'm like Joe who cares if somebody tests drove your car Now when I tell him that Tara told me Is it that brand? Is it Ford Broncos? Is that what we're talking about?

00:42:25 - 00:42:27 | Speaker 2:

I'm definitely a Chrysler

00:42:27 - 00:42:34 | Speaker 3:

Oh no It's the Pacifica minivan My kids are in Oh my god

00:42:34 - 00:42:44 | Speaker 1:

See you could have been listening to the crap The other morning shows are talking about But you heard that on Mojo in the Morning Happy? No I'm not happy.

00:42:44 - 00:42:56 | Speaker 3:

All right, it's Mojo in the morning show. Drunk on the job. Kev, you had a guy that came to help you, and you say, swear, this guy was drunk on the job?

00:42:56 - 00:44:04 | Speaker 4:

There's no ifs, ands, or buts about it. No way around it. He was drunk. So after the podcast, first off, I had to Uber to the podcast because I got a flat tire. So leaving the podcast, I'm checking my phones at a schedule for a guy to come out and come to my parking lot and check the tire out to make sure whatever, whatever, whatever. So I get home. He luckily waited for me. So thank God he waited because he could have left and went home and I could have been screwed to the next day. So he comes and I let him in the garage and he comes over to my car. He's an older gentleman. He's like, man, you'll never guess my age. My $10 is your $20. You won't get in between five years. I'm like, OK, well, he must be older. Like 63, he's like, nah. He laughing, he kind of moving a little slow. He's 73 years old. Come on. First off, he's an older gentleman. 73 years old. Ass crack a mile long. There's no way this man had draws on. I'm not talking about just like, you know, like the top of the ass is kind of like the cap of a pen. Like they just have a little bit showing. It wasn't that at all. It was like a full pen. Like it was long crack. So he's doing all of that. He brings out the little cranker thing. What do you call it? The jack? The jack of the car?

00:44:04 - 00:44:14 | Speaker 3:

By the way, you know that you don't know how to change a tire when you call it the cranker thing. He cranking that wheel. And you're a 30-year-old guy that has a 73-year-old man changing your tire. Oh, my God.

00:44:14 - 00:44:54 | Speaker 4:

That's his life. He chose that life. So he cranking it up with the jack. He's like, oh, man, I'll tell you, man, I'm drunk. I'm like, hmm, how's my tire about to fall off the car when I get out of here? He's like, listen, promise me one day, young man. I'm like, yeah, don't drink none of these mango. So he went in the car, got the can, brought the can out and showed me the can is empty. Like he jiggled it a little bit so you can hear like this, like a little swish swash of the last, like a little spit that's in there. Mango margarita. What? Finished the whole can. He's like, yeah, man, this is my last time. On his way to your house. Like while he's on his way to my house, drinking a mango margarita.

00:44:54 - 00:45:00 | Speaker 3:

I got a jam margarita. Who wants a margarita? I'm tired, man. Oh, my God. And he's changed.

00:45:00 - 00:45:03 | Speaker 6:

Changing your tire. Wait, did you drive that car today? I drove it here.

00:45:03 - 00:45:10 | Speaker 5:

Did the wheels stay on? I'm going to be so nervous. I'm not driving as fast as I know. I'm taking it easy. He's like, I'm all messed up.

00:45:10 - 00:45:16 | Speaker 6:

I'm like, I see, sir. Did he put the lug nuts on the right way? Like, did he put them on forward or backwards?

00:45:16 - 00:45:22 | Speaker 5:

At first, I didn't know if it was going to work. Yeah. It was like. Did all the lug nuts get on there? Are all five of them are on? I didn't check, to be honest with you.

00:45:22 - 00:45:30 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. Honestly, God, I take it to Bell Tire today after the show. Oh, my God. Just have them check it for free, that it's okay. CVG coming. Okay.

00:45:30 - 00:45:36 | Speaker 6:

All right. Who drinks on the job? Is there any listeners that drink on the job? If you're one of these listeners, will you call us up?

00:45:36 - 00:45:38 | Speaker 2:

I mean, look at all. We are all hypocrites.

00:45:38 - 00:45:39 | Speaker 6:

I know we do. I know.

00:45:39 - 00:45:42 | Speaker 2:

Not for him, I will say. Not every day. It has to be a special occasion.

00:45:42 - 00:45:46 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, for sure. We all drink on the job, but we don't.

00:45:46 - 00:45:47 | Speaker 2:

We also don't drive.

00:45:47 - 00:45:52 | Speaker 6:

We don't require, like, yeah, safety stuff, right? We're not dealing with heavy machinery. Right.

00:45:53 - 00:45:54 | Speaker 5:

And other people's lives.

00:45:54 - 00:46:00 | Speaker 6:

This guy, by the way, let's go back also to something. Let's go back to the fact that you are 30-something years old.

00:46:00 - 00:46:08 | Speaker 2:

Do you know how to change a tire? Absolutely. Oh, let's talk about this, actually. He does. He does to the point where he did it himself, and it required surgery afterward.

00:46:09 - 00:46:13 | Speaker 6:

On his arm, actually. Let's go to Erica, our caller here. I'm bitch, you do.

00:46:14 - 00:46:25 | Speaker 3:

Shannon, just throw my thunder. That was my comment. Mojo, you do. Oh, you got to get off my shoulder. Get off my shoulder. Because you busted your shoulder trying to change one, Mojo.

00:46:25 - 00:46:47 | Speaker 6:

No, I tore a bicep muscle, Erica. What's the difference? That's right, Erica. You tell him. And it was because we were doing a race to see who could change the tire the fastest, and I got a little too carried away. I'm a mess, Erica. You got to use a bunch of Kevin. Do you think Kevin, though, should be embarrassed and ashamed of himself that he made a 73-year-old man change his tire?

00:46:48 - 00:46:59 | Speaker 5:

No. I didn't order a 73-year-old man. I just ordered somebody to come off. That's what I expect. A 73-year-old drunk man. He signed up for that job. You don't have to do it?

00:46:59 - 00:47:04 | Speaker 6:

Hey, Sarah, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning. Hey, we were talking about people that drink on the job. Good morning.

00:47:04 - 00:47:15 | Speaker 3:

Thank you, Erica. Yeah, I only drink on Taco Tuesdays. What do you do? I work in the office.

00:47:16 - 00:47:21 | Speaker 6:

Really? She's so careful with what she's saying. Are they okay with you drinking at work?

00:47:21 - 00:47:39 | Speaker 3:

um i'm a professional she got that stanley cup what do you put your alcohol in is that it yeah and i mean i keep my red bull with me you know to stay focused but uh other than that i don't i don't overindulge

00:47:39 - 00:47:45 | Speaker 2:

00:48:56 - 00:49:03 | Speaker 6:

00:49:03 - 00:49:09 | Speaker 4:

00:49:31 - 00:49:59 | Speaker 1:

hi so i am a um high school teacher and one of my co-workers was very drunk on a field trip to the point where he was stumbling and even all of the students knew oh no really the students the students were like oh my god is your co-worker drunk and you know we're kind of like laughing it off and meet myself and another co-worker we're laughing it off and we're like no why would you think that. And they're like, well, look at him. He can't even stand up straight.

00:50:00 - 00:50:01 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my gosh.

00:50:01 - 00:50:05 | Speaker 9:

He can't even talk to us. He was learning his words. It was really bad.

00:50:05 - 00:50:11 | Speaker 6:

So, wait a second. So, this is pretty crazy. So, they got drunk on the field trip. Where was the field trip to?

00:50:12 - 00:50:16 | Speaker 9:

Well, the field trip was a field trip to out of state.

00:50:16 - 00:50:16 | Speaker 6:

Yeah.

00:50:17 - 00:50:17 | Speaker 9:

And so.

00:50:18 - 00:50:19 | Speaker 6:

Okay. I did. I did.

00:50:19 - 00:50:21 | Speaker 9:

On the way there.

00:50:21 - 00:50:23 | Speaker 6:

Oh, wow. Wow. Ashley, I.

00:50:23 - 00:50:23 | Speaker 9:

Stanley Cup.

00:50:24 - 00:50:49 | Speaker 6:

I did a. Stanley Cup. I chaperoned a field trip to New York. You know, one of those like eighth grade field trips. And they told us that we couldn't drink because we were the chaperones. And the last night we all had, we were like, we can't do this. We went to this Italian restaurant. And I'll never forget, all they had were beer and wine. I think we bought like 12 bottles of wine. We told the principal and the teachers were like, we're having this stuff. What's up, Nikki? How you doing?

00:50:50 - 00:50:51 | Speaker 10:

Good. How are you guys?

00:50:51 - 00:50:54 | Speaker 6:

Good. We're talking about people that drink on the job. What's going on?

00:50:54 - 00:51:03 | Speaker 10:

Uh, so my coworker had showed up drunk and sitting at the front desk, passed out in front of customers.

00:51:03 - 00:51:06 | Speaker 3:

Oh my gosh. What kind of business is it?

00:51:08 - 00:51:20 | Speaker 10:

Um, it's in the medical field. Were people just ringing that bill? Yeah. And we let her like sleep it off for a little bit and she got up and like just took off.

00:51:20 - 00:51:28 | Speaker 3:

Did you at least wheel her away from the front desk so people couldn't see her?

00:51:28 - 00:51:29 | Speaker 10:

Yeah, we did.

00:51:30 - 00:51:35 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my gosh. David, worse than drinking on the job, what happened?

00:51:36 - 00:51:57 | Speaker 8:

All right, so me and a couple buddies went to electricity on a Friday night, and we took some acid, and I accidentally took four hits instead of two. and the next morning I had to drive a company truck three hours to Ohio to pick up a semi-trailer and drive it back.

00:51:58 - 00:52:09 | Speaker 6:

Oh, no. By the way, for those who don't know, electricity is a club, like a club in the Detroit area here in Pontiac. That's not safe. That's not safe, David.

00:52:10 - 00:52:12 | Speaker 8:

No, it was not a very good day.

00:52:13 - 00:52:16 | Speaker 6:

You're not with that company anymore, or are you?

00:52:16 - 00:52:18 | Speaker 8:

No, no, not that company.

00:52:19 - 00:52:45 | Speaker 6:

Wouldn't it be crazy if Dave is like, yeah, and then I went to my ambulance job the next day? He's dropping acid. All right, thank you for the call. We appreciate it. Unreal the amount of text messages, too, we're getting from people that tell us that they drink on the job. I get a lot of people smoke. I would almost guess that a lot of people with weed being legal in Michigan. It's, yeah. Coming up on Mojo in the Morning.

00:52:45 - 00:52:47 | Speaker 7:

You'll hear this. This is very, very careful.

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:56:04 - 00:56:08 | Speaker 3:

All right, we're going to get you caught up on what's trending in the Dirty on the 30. Shannon, what's happening?

00:56:09 - 00:56:39 | Speaker 2:

It was sad news over the weekend. Former President Joe Biden diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. That diagnosis came after the discovery of a small nodule on his prostate, which led to an evaluation, of course. and they determined from that that the cancer has spread to his bones. A spokesman said the president and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians at this time. Cancer expert Dr. David Ages talking about this diagnosis.

00:56:39 - 00:56:57 | Speaker 4:

Classically great prostate cancer by Gleason score. When 10 is the highest, 6 is the lowest, and a Gleason 9, which is what the president has, is a very aggressive form of the cancer, which is manifest by the fact that his has already spread to his bones. So it's bone metastatic or stage four Gleason 9 prostate cancer.

00:56:57 - 00:57:31 | Speaker 2:

President Trump responding to the news on social media writing, Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden's recent medical diagnosis. We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family, and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery. Now, I say he says recent medical diagnosis in a statement, and a lot of people are going, is it recent, though? And I pulled this clip from two years ago that was making its way around the Internet over the weekend where Joe Biden at the time said he had already been diagnosed with cancer.

00:57:31 - 00:58:02 | Speaker 1:

And because it was a four lane highway that was accessible, my mother drove us and rather than us be able to walk. And guess what? The first frost, you know what was happening? it had to put on their windshield wipers to get literally the oil slick off the window that's why i and so damn many other people i grew up have cancer and why can't for the longest time delaware had the highest cancer rate in the nation 2023 i heard the doctor this morning on good

00:58:02 - 00:58:35 | Speaker 3:

america um say that the nine whatever score whatever that's the doctor saying that you could live five to ten years with that yeah so because i i know a lot of uh men who have had prostate cancer and actually our former boss had prostate cancer and survived and and you know did very very well so it's survivable the problem is they say that it has touched it's gotten to the bone yeah and so if it gets to the bone or in the blood i guess that's where it gets bad so yeah

00:58:35 - 01:00:21 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. A very pregnant Cassie Ventura testified for a fourth day on Friday in the sex trafficking trial of Sean Diddy Combs. For much of the day, his attorneys really tried to undercut her stories and her claims that she was an unwilling participant in his infamous freak offs. She told the court at one point, I don't hate him when asked about her current feelings for Diddy. A defense attorney followed up. Do you still have love for him? To which she replied, well, I have love for the past and what it was. But again, Cassie told the court she was worried for her safety a lot of the times because of the beatings that she endured during and following the freak offs. And actually, she referred to herself as basically a sex worker at one point in her testimony. Also, Cassie and her husband, Alex Fine, who is a Lake Orion High School grad, by the way, if you're not aware, issued some very heartfelt statements emphasizing the importance of speaking out against abuse. In his statement, Alex praised his wife's courage and resilience, stating, I am so proud of Cassie for standing up and speaking her truth. Her strength inspires me every day. And he also emphasized the importance of supporting survivors and creating a safe environment for them to share their experiences. And lastly, it is still on an American Idol crowned a season 23 winner last night. The finalists, John Foster, Brianna Nix, and Jamal Roberts. This is Jamal performing with Jelly Roll. How did he perform a jelly roll? Jelly roll was at Ford Field last night. They don't do it live? Who won? The winner of American Idol is...

01:00:27 - 01:00:28 | Speaker 1:

Jamal Roberts!

01:00:30 - 01:00:31 | Speaker 2:

He's the king of the paws.

01:00:31 - 01:00:42 | Speaker 1:

Isn't that the greatest? He is the king. So, Jamal Roberts, a 27-year-old gym teacher, earned a record-breaking 26 million viewer votes to win. Wow.

01:00:42 - 01:00:44 | Speaker 2:

Good for him. That's great.

01:00:44 - 01:00:49 | Speaker 1:

01:01:01 - 01:02:47 | Speaker 2:

All right, it is Mojo in the Morning. Phone number is 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Text is 95500. It was a busy weekend. We had our More Mojo podcast on Friday, which is posted right now. If you haven't seen it, you can go to our podcast and check out that thing. That was fun. It was fun to be able to get a chance to meet a bunch of our listeners. that came out i think that we have to and we're going to do a podcast for tuesday's more mojo podcast we're going to get on the regular with doing this because i know a lot of people love it they like the behind the scenes today's podcast is going to be we're going to tape our after show meeting today and just air our after show meeting tomorrow in the podcast you're going to go behind the scenes and see what we do during our after show meetings but one of the things i realized we definitely need to figure out a way to make sure that people don't just buy the tickets just to help out breaking and entering and then not show up because we did have some people that didn't show and uh thank god we have extra people you know uh that come to the event and we plan on you know giving them just a couple random chairs like people from the studios here and our friends that are advertisers and stuff so it was nice to be able to put them in the seats and actual seats but it does bum me out a little bit like it bums me out that people will buy tickets and then not show up for the thing yeah and i think that what ends up happening is i think there was somebody that bought a row of tickets or or half a row and it was their way of making a donation to breaking and entering which is awesome which is incredible but keep your money to yourself we want people there yeah no no no i agree because you can always donate by the way

01:02:47 - 01:03:09 | Speaker 1:

on the website. You can always donate, whether it's $5 or $10,000. We will take your money. But it was funny because we were starting to post pictures on Friday night of the theater, which was a really great setup, by the way. And people were like, you said it was sold out and there are open seats. And I wanted to write back, like, those seats are actually sold. You can see there's a reserved paper on them, but...

01:03:09 - 01:03:27 | Speaker 2:

You know what this is? You know what we're going to start doing? What are we going to start doing? We're going to start doing what the restaurant apps do. You ever see that But you ever use the restaurant app, Open Table? We're going to start making you put a credit card down on your reservation.

01:03:27 - 01:03:28 | Speaker 1:

$25, no show fee.

01:03:28 - 01:03:32 | Speaker 2:

If you don't show, you got to pay extra money to not show.

01:03:32 - 01:03:35 | Speaker 1:

And that's also a donation, what there is going to be.

01:03:35 - 01:03:41 | Speaker 3:

Some of it felt like people just came later. Because when we first walked in and you could see the seats, it looked like nobody was there for real.

01:03:42 - 01:03:42 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

01:03:42 - 01:03:45 | Speaker 3:

And then as the show progressed, then it started to fill up.

01:03:45 - 01:03:54 | Speaker 2:

Well, I also got to say that the people from Toledo, they had an accident on their way up. Our good buddy, D.R., Daniel Rocker.

01:03:54 - 01:03:58 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, he said he was in traffic for two and a half hours.

01:03:58 - 01:04:00 | Speaker 3:

My dog came in the last five minutes.

01:04:00 - 01:04:04 | Speaker 2:

I thought he was just on CP time, and he was just, you know.

01:04:04 - 01:04:05 | Speaker 3:

Ain't no such thing.

01:04:05 - 01:04:07 | Speaker 2:

I heard that that's the case. I heard that.

01:04:07 - 01:04:09 | Speaker 3:

He was on TP time. TP time.

01:04:09 - 01:04:43 | Speaker 2:

Toledo people. Toledo people time. But he, yeah, he showed up. He actually sent me a text, and he said, Moj, this is, and unfortunately, because the theater only has a certain amount of time limit on stuff, we had to start the show at a certain time, which is awful, but I hate that when that happens. Here's a quick question. I'm just going to throw this out there. By the way, it is time now. I should actually have a new feature on the show. Off the script time! You're like a siren, yeah! It's off the script time right now. This is when Lydia starts praying. This is when Lydia starts sweating.

01:04:44 - 01:04:45 | Speaker 3:

Kick back and relax, Lydia.

01:04:45 - 01:05:27 | Speaker 2:

She's got to put on extra secret antiperspirant because she gets a little sweaty when I do this. Off the script time, who are the people in your life that always tell you that they're going to do something and they don't do it? I want to know who are the people that don't show for things. Like when they tell you, I'm going to be there, I'm going to do this, I'm going to do this, and they don't go. Now, I will sell myself out. Steve Gabara has told me this with a group of my buddies, guy buddies, that if I don't say, okay, great, what time, what are we going to do? Like if he invites me to do something and I just go, yeah, I'll check that out. That would be great. That is mojo code for I ain't going. That I'm basically in one ear out the other.

01:05:27 - 01:05:47 | Speaker 1:

I feel you. I'm the same way. I hate when I have that adrenaline agreeance where in the moment, like, if whatever you plan to do happened right now, I would go. And that's what I tell you. Oh, yeah, we're going to have a good time. I'm going to be there. And then it comes down to the day and that motivation is no longer there. Like, yeah, sorry.

01:05:47 - 01:06:13 | Speaker 6:

You know what it kills me, though, is with events when people RSVP and you pay for them specifically or you pay for a certain number of people and then they don't show up. That's the worst. Weddings. It does suck. It's so sad. So that just happened to Wes and I when we had our wedding, because we had our wedding party in Detroit, and there were certain people that RSVP'd and then didn't show. And I'm like, we pay per person for alcohol, right? It was like an open bar, but you still had to pay.

01:06:13 - 01:06:33 | Speaker 2:

It was like per person. Do you know, we went to a wedding one time, and there were four tables that had nobody at them. Four tables. I made them put the food on all four of those tables, and I ate at least three meals that night, and I wrapped up meals and brought them home. Because they had like the, it was like chicken and filet. And I was like, no, I'll take the food.

01:06:34 - 01:06:38 | Speaker 6:

And I'm sure the bride and the groom appreciated that because they're paying for it anyway.

01:06:38 - 01:06:48 | Speaker 1:

See, for things like that, I feel like it's tougher as a single person when you have like wedding events or people parties or things like that because you don't have anybody to drag you along.

01:06:48 - 01:06:53 | Speaker 2:

If you don't want to go, you just don't go. You just don't show up. Yeah, and you think nobody will ever miss one person. What's up, Amanda? Hi.

01:06:54 - 01:06:55 | Speaker 4:

Hi, how are you?

01:06:55 - 01:06:56 | Speaker 2:

Good. What's going on?

01:06:57 - 01:06:58 | Speaker 4:

Not that I am that person.

01:06:59 - 01:07:02 | Speaker 2:

You are? You're the person that says you'll go, but you don't show?

01:07:03 - 01:07:12 | Speaker 4:

Yes, and I have all the intentions. I even RSVP. I just don't go. I don't know why. It's just my thing.

01:07:12 - 01:07:19 | Speaker 2:

You're giving everybody that invites you to something, you're giving them a reason why they're never going to invite you anymore because you do this.

01:07:21 - 01:07:25 | Speaker 4:

True, but, you know, I can't help it. I'm just that person.

01:07:25 - 01:07:26 | Speaker 2:

I know.

01:07:26 - 01:07:26 | Speaker 4:

It's me.

01:07:26 - 01:07:38 | Speaker 2:

And you know what? It's not that you're a bad person. It's just that honestly, you're bad with your time. You always agree to things. And then the night of you're like, why? All I want to do is sit in my pajamas.

01:07:38 - 01:08:00 | Speaker 6:

So the thing that I've been doing lately is, and I think I told you this, Mojo, because we get asked to do a lot of stuff and it's way far in the future. I really try to go, okay, I'm going to wake up that day. I'm going to walk through my day. How am I going to feel when I have to do said thing before I agree to it? And I try to play it that way. Am I going to be excited or I'm going to be like, no, I want my Friday night.

01:08:01 - 01:08:12 | Speaker 2:

Saturday night at 4 o'clock, I would say, because it's usually like a 6 o'clock or 7 o'clock. You're getting dressed. there's nothing you got to go through your head will i be excited to go have to take a shower and

01:08:12 - 01:08:55 | Speaker 3:

put a pair of pants on pamela what's going on good morning so i've got a good one for you my sister-in-law um doesn't really care for our family that much i'll eat it i'll eat it that way but she has my brother give the excuses and usually makes makes him and like he'll like she So my brother and I, obviously, we share the truth behind the scenes, but she will be literally in the room with him when he makes the call and puts it on him to come up with the excuse that it's his fault. When we all secretly know it's hers, and then, you know, he'll, like, later when he's in the car walking the dog, be like, you know, it's not me this time. She just doesn't want to go, so I said that, you know, I'm sick, and it's so silly.

01:08:56 - 01:08:59 | Speaker 2:

So you know what you need to do? Just invite your brother. Don't invite your sister.

01:08:59 - 01:09:05 | Speaker 3:

She doesn't let him go. That's the crazy thing. She's got a stronghold. You know what that is. Ball and chain.

01:09:06 - 01:09:09 | Speaker 2:

Boy, you're brave to call up and tell us this. Hopefully she doesn't listen to the show.

01:09:09 - 01:09:12 | Speaker 3:

She doesn't listen. They're in Cleveland. Oh, thank God.

01:09:12 - 01:09:21 | Speaker 2:

All right. Yeah, well, there's the problem right there. Not that they don't listen. It's that they're in Cleveland. They're from Cleveland. What's up, Taylor? Hi.

01:09:23 - 01:09:23 | Speaker 5:

Hi.

01:09:23 - 01:09:25 | Speaker 2:

Hey. What's going on?

01:09:27 - 01:09:30 | Speaker 5:

Well, first, long time, first time. Hey, hey, hey.

01:09:30 - 01:09:31 | Speaker 2:

Hey, Taylor on the phone.

01:09:32 - 01:10:00 | Speaker 5:

what's going on this is actually a really sad um this is sad but my dad is that person he hasn't ever been present but he'll talk the biggest talk and promise that he's coming to things he wants to be there and he's so happy but he will not ever show up what's the biggest thing that he's not showing up for um so i just graduated from

01:10:00 - 01:10:15 | Speaker 2:

Ohio State oh congrats yeah no show oh oh that's not nice and he said he was coming he did until

01:10:15 - 01:10:21 | Speaker 4:

like a week before and then was like uh it's not worth coming up for wow not worth coming up for

01:10:21 - 01:11:43 | Speaker 2:

where is he yet yeah uh in Oklahoma oh that's awful I'm sorry you know what we need to have a redo graduation for you and and i'll be your dad i'll be i'll show up for you i have a really really great stepdad that's great that's all you need so my friend jimmy alexander uh jimmy's greatest he every father's day posts pictures of him and his dad he's never seen his dad or met his dad and the funniest pictures are him in a car with an empty seat next to him with his arm around nothing and it's like happy father's day dad and then the other the other one is the greatest is him him at the door waiting for his dad to show up for father's day and it's him just sitting there looking at his watch and he just kind of tries to laugh it off but i know it hurts him and it's tough but man come on dad you got this beautiful daughter that just graduated congratulations taylor that's that's awesome by the way apologize uh i think her dad is the guy that did the audio on friday because we had some audio issues again we have audio issues but uh There's some audio issues, but it's worth listening to the podcast. I know you hear faintly in the background. I listened through it all. There was a couple moments where some of the guests, it was whoever wore those lavalier microphones that we had. They were horrible. And then Mike on a couple occasions. But honestly, it was worth listening to. We addressed a whole bunch of stuff.

01:11:43 - 01:11:43 | Speaker 4:

We sure did.

01:11:43 - 01:12:32 | Speaker 2:

We addressed a lot of the changes, the recent changes that we've had on the show. We addressed some new changes that are going to be coming to the show that I think you're going to like. We talked about the bits that people love the most and the ones that they don't, the ones that we haven't done in a while that we should bring back. And we talked a lot about the behind the scenes here. So, you know, anybody that goes on social media and asks us questions that sometimes get irritating that they don't understand that we've addressed or talked about, you'll hear it in this podcast. So if you're somebody that wants, if you're somebody that listens to this radio show and you are the person that's like the nosy person that wants to know, like, what is it about the show that, you know, you feel like has kind of drawn you to it, you'll get a better idea of that. And I think that one of the things that we're going to do better when we do the next podcast is do more of that, too.

01:12:32 - 01:12:33 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, cool.

01:12:33 - 01:12:53 | Speaker 2:

So I thought it was cool. It was good to be up there. I loved having Mike there. I thought that was really nice. I did, too. Mike interviewed us a lot. which was actually kind of fun because Mike's not on the show on a regular anymore, but he was, he was asking a lot of questions cause he didn't know a lot of the questions. Like he didn't know that Megan was leaving until after Megan already announced it.

01:12:53 - 01:13:00 | Speaker 4:

If there's a reason to listen, that part is crazy. Yeah. To talk about when he was talking about how he found out.

01:13:00 - 01:13:02 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. It was really cool.

01:13:02 - 01:13:11 | Speaker 1:

Always get voicemail. No return texts. Find out why you're not getting the call back on a second date update at Day 20 on Mojo in the Morning.

01:13:12 - 01:13:20 | Speaker 2:

All right, it is Mojo in the Morning. I put Bianca to sleep, so I'm going to do a topic with her next. She's literally sitting over here. Did you fall asleep because you went to that concert last night?

01:13:20 - 01:13:22 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, man. Didn't really sleep last night, so I was taking a nap real quick.

01:13:23 - 01:13:31 | Speaker 2:

I just looked over at her. You guys can't see it because it wasn't on video. Are we live right now? Yeah, we are. You didn't see the video. What's the video on right now? Is it on just a three shot?

01:13:31 - 01:13:33 | Speaker 3:

It was on you guys because I was sleeping and I didn't want them to see me.

01:13:33 - 01:13:37 | Speaker 2:

She literally was over there snoozing during the show.

01:13:37 - 01:13:37 | Speaker 3:

Willpower nap?

01:13:37 - 01:13:47 | Speaker 2:

I was like, Debbie Dingle, get into the game here right now. Give me some love here. She's back. I'm back, baby. Bianca, what did you do this weekend besides hang out with us and go to the concert?

01:13:48 - 01:14:23 | Speaker 3:

So I actually went to a little event yesterday. It was for my friend. I normally don't really plan what I'm doing. I'm just like, all right, text me the time, place, and I'm there. And that's kind of the way I run. So they said it was a dress code, flower dresses, really cute. And under impression, I thought it was a birthday party. So I went to the store, got a birthday card, got a little birthday gift, wrote a really nice message in the birthday card, too. I showed up to the function, and I was like, happy birthday, Grace. And she's like, it's a graduation party, but a birthday will do. No. I was like, what?

01:14:24 - 01:14:26 | Speaker 2:

You thought it was her birthday.

01:14:26 - 01:14:27 | Speaker 3:

I thought it was a birthday party.

01:14:27 - 01:14:29 | Speaker 2:

But it turned out to be a graduation.

01:14:29 - 01:15:02 | Speaker 3:

How did you get that mixed up? I have no idea. And all the graduation decorations are everywhere. like she just graduated from msu so all this like msu stuff and i did not recognize or realize any of it and all these people are like you're joking like you knew you knew it's graduation and i'm like no i literally thought it was such a bianca story i'm like what how did i not know and literally she opened up the birthday card heavy i was like how did i mess this up like how did i not know like i was like what did uh did everybody make fun of you then the rest of the night?

01:15:02 - 01:15:07 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, everyone was, like, laughing, like, how did you not know this? Like, I actually don't know how I didn't know.

01:15:07 - 01:15:19 | Speaker 3:

Like, that's actually so embarrassing. At least you had something, though, for her. I know, yeah. Because have you ever gone to somebody's, has anybody ever had this? You went to a person's party, and you didn't realize it was actually, like, a party where you should have brought a gift.

01:15:19 - 01:15:20 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

01:15:20 - 01:15:22 | Speaker 3:

And you go to the party, and you realize, holy crap.

01:15:22 - 01:15:33 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God, I forgot the gift on the counter. Yeah. I asked my friends, too, I'm like, oh, what are you getting her for a gift? And they're, like, flowers. I'm like, flowers for her birthday? I'm like, that's messed up. Like, what?

01:15:33 - 01:15:36 | Speaker 3:

By the way, I didn't know that college kids have birthday graduations.

01:15:38 - 01:15:39 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I didn't either. With dress codes. Parties.

01:15:39 - 01:15:41 | Speaker 3:

I thought that's a high school thing.

01:15:41 - 01:15:53 | Speaker 2:

Why not? With dress codes. Okay. Why is it a flower dress dress code for a graduation party? That? That's the part to me that. That's what messed it up. But apparently her birthday's in August, but I did not know that. I'm a fake friend.

01:15:54 - 01:16:03 | Speaker 3:

Well, I will say this to you. that was nice of you to come because we just talked a few moments ago about not going to the stuff like actually saying you're going to go but you end up not going to the thing made an

01:16:03 - 01:16:09 | Speaker 2:

appearance ate some subs and pizza and then kind of dipped your your party was kind of wild like

01:16:09 - 01:16:24 | Speaker 3:

that kev i was a banger last year that was like the party of parties where it's like all of a sudden we were like is this kevin's like big birthday like is this like a 30th or 35th birthday and it was like what are you it was 34 34 it was like why have a party that big for a 34 because

01:16:24 - 01:16:31 | Speaker 4:

You got to celebrate life. But I'm for that, though. I think, I don't know what the topic that you're going to go with is, but I think you should celebrate graduation.

01:16:32 - 01:16:32 | Speaker 3:

Really?

01:16:32 - 01:16:39 | Speaker 4:

I don't see any reason why you shouldn't have a graduation party when you graduate college. You worked your ass off for four or so years. You should celebrate that.

01:16:39 - 01:16:42 | Speaker 3:

That's an accomplishment. I thought it was just a high school thing.

01:16:42 - 01:16:47 | Speaker 4:

I think it's a high school thing, too. So when you graduate college, how do you celebrate? We went out to dinner. Go get a job.

01:16:47 - 01:16:49 | Speaker 1:

My parents took me out to dinner.

01:16:50 - 01:17:04 | Speaker 2:

I'm not going to lie, I had like a little graduation party. It was like 10 of my friends. We just like got food in my house and like went out to the bars after. That was like my graduation party. My mom's like, I'm not doing a high school graduation again. That's so much work. Yeah. Money. Yes.

01:17:04 - 01:17:17 | Speaker 3:

You know, it would be honestly the funniest thing to do. And I can't do it to you guys now, but I should do this. I should invite people over to my house just for a random come over to the house. And when they show up at the house, I have birthday streamers and everything all over.

01:17:17 - 01:17:24 | Speaker 1:

I would strap my pants if that happened and I didn't have anything for you.

01:17:24 - 01:17:48 | Speaker 3:

Or with graduations, you know how they do the high school graduations where they'll line up pictures of the kid throughout the years or they'll have the sign in front of the house that says, congratulations, the grad right there. So welcome to my party. Yeah, Bianca, by the way, showing up at the party.

01:17:49 - 01:17:58 | Speaker 2:

Hey, what's up, guys? How you doing? It was just so embarrassing because I walked up like screaming, like, happy birthday, and everyone heard me. Everyone's like, what? Who is this girl?

01:17:59 - 01:18:00 | Speaker 3:

What's up, Melissa? Hi.

01:18:01 - 01:18:02 | Speaker 2:

Hey there.

01:18:02 - 01:18:11 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, don't forget that David Montgomery from the Lions, he went to school and graduated this weekend. You have to celebrate graduation. I saw that.

01:18:11 - 01:18:22 | Speaker 3:

Congratulations. We've got to do that in the dirty. David Montgomery, best running back in football last year, he ended up going back and got his degree and had his graduation over the weekend, which was cool.

01:18:22 - 01:18:24 | Speaker 4:

Was it Iowa State, I want to say?

01:18:24 - 01:18:25 | Speaker 3:

Yes. It was?

01:18:25 - 01:18:25 | Speaker 4:

Okay.

01:18:25 - 01:18:34 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, that was pretty cool. That was actually cool. Melissa, what would you do if you showed up at a party empty-handed and found out later that it was somebody throwing like a birthday party?

01:18:36 - 01:18:38 | Speaker 1:

Just take food and leave. And leave.

01:18:39 - 01:18:51 | Speaker 3:

I would run at least to the party store or whatever. Like, I love going over to the party store with the brass mug because they have, like, gift bags and things like that in there. And you can fake it. Like, you can fake it, like, at least buy them a bottle of booze or something.

01:18:52 - 01:18:56 | Speaker 4:

But, I mean, the flower dress is what threw me, though. Same. I want to focus on that.

01:18:57 - 01:19:07 | Speaker 2:

You created a. Like, a dress code for a graduation party? That's weird. I'm like, I've never seen that before. And that's what I thought was a birthday party because usually when I go to birthday parties, there's, like, dress codes. I've never seen it.

01:19:07 - 01:19:09 | Speaker 4:

Did you have a flower dress or did you have to buy one?

01:19:09 - 01:19:14 | Speaker 2:

I went to Meijer, actually. I got a skirt. I did. Before the function. That's why I got the birthday present.

01:19:15 - 01:19:15 | Speaker 3:

Hey, Jen.

01:19:17 - 01:19:18 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I'm here.

01:19:18 - 01:19:19 | Speaker 3:

What's going on?

01:19:20 - 01:19:39 | Speaker 1:

I think high school is mandatory. And the party is more for the parents celebrating that they made it through high school. Definitely a college graduation should be more celebratory because they have to pay for it. They have to work for it. It's not mandatory. If you don't fill up, they're not going to call you. They're not going to screw into you.

01:19:39 - 01:19:50 | Speaker 3:

I feel like the high school graduation, though, is where you kind of give the kid money so that he has, I don't know, beer money or something for, like, their freshman year or whatever. You know, you kind of help them out a little bit with it.

01:19:50 - 01:19:55 | Speaker 1:

But I think that the party for the high school is more for the parents celebrating that they made it.

01:19:55 - 01:19:56 | Speaker 3:

You think? Okay.

01:19:56 - 01:20:06 | Speaker 1:

But the college party graduation. is more for the person graduating love that okay all right i get it what's going on mojo in the

01:20:06 - 01:20:30 | Speaker 3:

morning hi kayla hi how are you guys good morning so i just wanted to say i am 34 after 10 years of no school i decided to go back and i worked for six years to get my bachelor's and two weeks ago i finally graduated i'm a single mom i work full-time anyone i'm not something i'm proud of That's right. Throw that party. That is incredible.

01:20:30 - 01:20:32 | Speaker 1:

So are you going to throw that party?

01:20:33 - 01:20:49 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, honestly, I don't want to do nothing too crazy because I want to host my own party, stress myself out to celebrate myself. So we're probably going to do like a big bonfire, have everyone bring a dish they have, B-Y-O-B, bring a chair, make some decorations with a cake. But I'm glad to have a good time. That's right.

01:20:49 - 01:20:58 | Speaker 1:

Well, congratulations to you. And do us a favor. If you invite Bianca, just let her know in big, bold print. What exactly this thing's all about.

01:20:59 - 01:21:00 | Speaker 3:

I want a birthday gift.

01:21:00 - 01:21:02 | Speaker 1:

Right, you'll take either.

01:21:04 - 01:21:19 | Speaker 2:

Congrats on your graduation. From our collection of college dropouts from Mojo in the Morning. WKQI Detroit. WSNX Muskegon Grand Rapids. WVKS Toledo. This is Mojo in the Morning.

01:21:19 - 01:21:20 | Speaker 3:

Oh, Mojo, he's amazing.

01:21:21 - 01:21:37 | Speaker 2:

Live. Mojo. Let me take y'all back to the beginning. This is it.

01:21:37 - 01:21:38 | Speaker 1:

All right, are you ready?

01:21:39 - 01:21:41 | Speaker 2:

You're listening to Mojo in the Morning.

01:21:41 - 01:21:42 | Speaker 1:

You're a doo-doo hat.

01:21:46 - 01:21:47 | Speaker 3:

Let's go.

01:21:47 - 01:24:47 | Speaker 1:

Good morning and welcome to the Mojo in the Morning show. It is great to have you here with us. Mojo with Shannon and Cab. Good to have you with us, our support team of Lydia, Bianca, Zach, all hanging out here with us, and the great radio stations that we're on, like Channel 955 in Detroit, our flagship, 92.5 KISS FM in Toledo, and 104.5 SNX in Grand Rapids, Muskegon. I want to get to a couple of things this hour. We're going to get to the second date update. We'll find out why you're not getting a call back. These guys have been hanging out with each other for like months now. And all of a sudden, now it's getting weird. What's going on? It's not like a second date. It seems like it's, you know, forever that they've been with each other. It's like a relationship. Why are you not hanging out with each other? Also, one of the members of the show, Zach, is getting ready to move out on his own. Let's go, Zach! And he's going to be moving out completely solo. So he wants to talk about that later this hour on the show. Shannon with the weirdest text and it came from Kev she'll talk about that I sent it to Kev she sent it to Kev yes that's coming up and I want to start with this it's Mojo in the Morning Show so we had the Mojo podcast that we did the More Mojo podcast which by the way if you want to listen to it it's on the More Mojo podcast platform so you can go to the iHeartRadio app or if you're on Spotify Apple Music whatever just search More Mojo on there or mojo in the morning and you'll see a bunch of their the different podcasts that we have like that um also we have our shows podcast where you can get the war of the roses second date updates all the dirties and then we have the we don't podcast which is uh on the uh the mojo in the morning uh platform there too i suggest go to the iheart radio app and then put us in one of your presets and it's a lot easier to find us so at the podcast on friday something happened that has lent me to do this as a topic, and the topic is, what was the comment that made you feel uncomfortable in front of your spouse? Or has anyone ever been out with their significant other when somebody came up to you guys and started talking that made you feel really uncomfortable? And it could be, in some cases, like an ex, okay? If that's ever happened, I want you to call us up, and here's the reason why. So Friday we had some guests that were on our podcast with us and one of the guests that we had was Karen Drew from one of the local Detroit radio or television stations, local fort with Hank Winchester. Hank does the podcast with Kelly Stafford. What's their podcast called? It's called The Morning After. The Morning After. And so Karen and Hank were sitting there and Karen and Hank and I

01:24:47 - 01:24:59 | Speaker 1:

and shannon and everybody on the show have known each other for years we've all been in the media market here in detroit for a very long time karen actually used to fill in on our show so she would fill in for back then

01:25:00 - 01:25:32 | Speaker 4:

It was when in Shannon's seat right now was Sarah, who was one of the first co-hosts that I had. And when Sarah would take a time off or she was sick or whatever, Karen would come in and she'd be the TV person doing all that stuff. Well, I don't know how it got to this, but it got to this. And Karen, the conversation was, how did it start? Like, how did our us hanging out with each other and her hanging out with the show start? And she said something very, very interesting. Let me pull up the audio. This is from the podcast Friday.

01:25:33 - 01:25:34 | Speaker 2:

I don't know how I met you.

01:25:34 - 01:25:36 | Speaker 4:

So, I don't know.

01:25:36 - 01:25:38 | Speaker 2:

Wait, wait. I think you might have liked me.

01:25:38 - 01:25:40 | Speaker 4:

I was married. What are you talking about?

01:25:40 - 01:25:41 | Speaker 2:

Oh, let's get it toyed.

01:25:43 - 01:25:43 | Speaker 4:

Chelsea.

01:25:45 - 01:25:47 | Speaker 2:

No, but you're like, you're fun. Like that.

01:25:47 - 01:25:54 | Speaker 4:

I did like you. I do. Listen, will you shut up? My wife died. Was that kind of the most awkward moment?

01:25:54 - 01:25:57 | Speaker 3:

That was hilarious, dog. That was hilarious.

01:25:57 - 01:26:07 | Speaker 1:

My whole body just about went numb. Dog, you were so rich. I feel like I very quickly looked to see Chelsea in the audience and what her face looked like.

01:26:07 - 01:26:20 | Speaker 4:

She was right in front of us. The funniest was I looked to Chelsea the whole time to see if she was interested at all during the podcast to see if I should move on to the next thing. Yeah. And there were many, many times where I looked over Chelsea. At that moment, Chelsea perked up. I'm like, oh, she's interested.

01:26:20 - 01:26:25 | Speaker 3:

She wants to know what the story is on that one. That was a crazy moment.

01:26:26 - 01:26:46 | Speaker 4:

You loved it. By the way, I saw a video of Kevin. And you know how I realized that we should never have guests on this thing? And this is no offense to Karen and Hank or to Danny Rogers or Brad Galley. Kevin is so uninterested during these segments.

01:26:46 - 01:26:49 | Speaker 3:

Bro, the board is hell. He was sitting. He's like this in his seat.

01:26:50 - 01:27:01 | Speaker 4:

Tony was videotaping it and sent it to me later. And it's him going, what the hell are we doing? I was like, dog, this is not what I'm here for. Wait, were you also bored at that moment? No, that was one of those moments.

01:27:01 - 01:27:11 | Speaker 3:

Oh, everybody just shot up. I think everybody was locked in at that moment. Because she tried to, like, get out of it a little bit. Yeah. But it was like, what was said was already said.

01:27:11 - 01:28:08 | Speaker 4:

Which is so funny because of, you know, Karen came over to my, Karen's known Chelsea for a long time. And she's known that I've been married and stuff. She knew I had kids because they came over to our house. you know her uh and she was dating a guy at the time and then eric wilson was our old neighbor who was the weather guy on channel four and so back then we had a whole bunch of media people and actually shannon i know you weren't in the market yet i don't think that you started with us yet but it was a whole bunch of us i mean i've known karen forever and ever it was my do you ever you never came to my old house i didn't okay so i think you had just moved when i joined the show so it was in my old it was in my old house and it was funny because of uh my neighbors thought it was really cool because karen was the defenders uh they did their investigative reports and so they um she comes showing up at the house and my one neighbor who wasn't invited to the party that was at my house thought for sure i was getting investigated by the defenders so i thought that

01:28:08 - 01:28:28 | Speaker 3:

was actually funny i talked to care oh go ahead no i was gonna say and then chelsea has the greatest memory and it's almost like when chelsea remembers something she's so definitive and what she Made for who? Well, I mean, you know, depends, right? She's like, you were upstairs looking around. Yeah. Oh, yes. She's like, no, you were upstairs snooping. Too Karen.

01:28:28 - 01:28:55 | Speaker 4:

So we lived in this house, and it was all the bedrooms were upstairs. So we had our master bedroom, and then we had the kids' two rooms upstairs. And we're having the party, and all of a sudden, Chelsea notices Karen walking up the stairs. Oh, my God. And we had bathrooms downstairs on the main level, So there was no reason to go upstairs to the bathroom. She was going upstairs to go snoop through. Which, by the way, has anybody ever caught somebody at a party of theirs snooping through?

01:28:55 - 01:29:02 | Speaker 1:

Which is so funny because Chelsea and I did that all the time. We would go to our agent Norm's parties in Atlanta. Yes.

01:29:02 - 01:29:03 | Speaker 3:

Did you ever find anything?

01:29:04 - 01:29:06 | Speaker 1:

No, not really.

01:29:06 - 01:29:13 | Speaker 4:

Do you remember the one time that you guys did that and you guys tried to get Johnny, Dare, and I to lay in Norm's bed?

01:29:13 - 01:29:14 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, and so we could take a picture.

01:29:14 - 01:29:15 | Speaker 4:

To take pictures. Yeah.

01:29:16 - 01:29:34 | Speaker 1:

The Karen Drew part of the podcast, though, was so funny. I talked to her the next time. I talked to her on Saturday, and I was like, thank you for coming and being a part of our randomness last night. It was so fun. And she was like, never in my life did I anticipate some of the stuff that you guys asked me about. My divorces, pearl necklaces.

01:29:34 - 01:29:44 | Speaker 4:

Let me ask you this. When you would come in and fill in, and you would do it, how many emails did you get from your news director telling you to stop talking about the stuff we were talking about?

01:29:44 - 01:29:53 | Speaker 2:

Well, it was a little inappropriate, because I felt like I just got to town, so I tried to be, like, professional, and I had, like, this pearl necklace. Oh, really? I did.

01:29:55 - 01:29:59 | Speaker 1:

She was like, I hate you guys. Her and Hank have such a good relationship.

01:30:00 - 01:30:04 | Speaker 7:

Yeah, they're fun. Amy, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning. What's going on?

01:30:05 - 01:30:06 | Speaker 4:

Hi, good morning. How are you guys?

01:30:06 - 01:30:07 | Speaker 7:

Good. What's going on, Amy?

01:30:08 - 01:30:12 | Speaker 4:

Kev looked pissed about 95% of that night sitting up there.

01:30:12 - 01:30:20 | Speaker 7:

He was so funny. I had a whole day, bro. I thought Kev was drunk at one point. I didn't have a drink.

01:30:20 - 01:30:21 | Speaker 5:

No, none of that.

01:30:21 - 01:30:32 | Speaker 7:

I thought he was drunk at one point because he's like sitting back and he's very low key. He was, by the way, what did you think at the end when Kevin opened up and talked a little bit about Sherelle?

01:30:33 - 01:30:49 | Speaker 4:

Well, I actually wanted to ask a question while we were there that I wanted to know if Kev got pink eye from the same girl that he had a sneaky link come over when Josiah was upstairs. Oh, God, what a good question.

01:30:49 - 01:31:04 | Speaker 7:

I thought the one thing about the show and everybody on the show is everybody was willing to talk. And we were willing to mention, you know, and mention stuff that was going on. I don't know how you felt. I think we should have gotten more into certain things on the show.

01:31:05 - 01:31:10 | Speaker 4:

Oh, I loved it. Yeah, it was a great time. I went last year, too, and I enjoyed both of them. I hope you guys keep doing it.

01:31:11 - 01:31:26 | Speaker 7:

I thought the first one seemed better to me because it flowed better. But I thought this one we got a little bit more personal with. I wish we would have gotten even more. I wish we would have gotten more into the weeds, so to speak, on things on the show.

01:31:26 - 01:31:30 | Speaker 5:

But we'll catch it next year. And we'll talk about that later in podcasting.

01:31:30 - 01:31:51 | Speaker 7:

Yeah, exactly. 844-MOJO-LIVE, text 95500. Here's a text. 586 says, I invited coworkers over to my house only to catch two of my coworkers in my bed with each other. They were not in a relationship. Who are the people that go to parties and they start going around the people's homes?

01:31:51 - 01:31:52 | Speaker 4:

That's so weird.

01:31:52 - 01:32:07 | Speaker 7:

And they start doing this. What would you do? By the way, has anybody ever been robbed at their own house at a party? If you've ever had a party and somebody robbed you, I want to know if that's, you know, like a family member. Who was it that robbed? That's crazy. Can you imagine?

01:32:07 - 01:32:17 | Speaker 5:

No. But I could imagine going to your house, having a few ranch waters, and finding my way, you know, with someone somewhere.

01:32:17 - 01:32:17 | Speaker 7:

Yes.

01:32:17 - 01:32:25 | Speaker 5:

I don't think that's out of the norm. If you're, you know, you're drinking, it's a good time. Their libations are flowing and you just happen to, you know. Libations. I like that word.

01:32:26 - 01:32:32 | Speaker 7:

I like libations. That is such a good word. Hey, Tyrone, what's going on? It's Mojo in the morning. Hi.

01:32:33 - 01:32:46 | Speaker 1:

Hey, what's going on, Mojo? I was just calling to tell y'all, y'all did a great job at the podcast, man. Thank you, buddy. Appreciate it, Ty. Appreciate it, man. Yeah, me and the wife, we were sitting right in front of you guys. I was the guy with the shiny head. Okay.

01:32:46 - 01:32:54 | Speaker 7:

Oh, that's great. Yeah, it was fun. Yeah, it was great. Did you guys see your pictures up on our Instagram and Facebook and stuff?

01:32:55 - 01:33:07 | Speaker 1:

Yep, yep. Actually, my cousin, she sent it to me that following morning. You know, all my friends were sending it to me. Hey, I was thinking at the next podcast, I think we should save like a War of the Roses or a second date update and we do it live.

01:33:07 - 01:33:15 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I heard that suggestion. from a few people that's a great suggestion it's a phenomenal idea hey what's up joy it's mojo in

01:33:15 - 01:33:31 | Speaker 2:

the morning hi hey i was letting you know we were having a party at our house and we left and so the people that were at the party came back and stole our keg what that you had you still had

01:33:31 - 01:33:37 | Speaker 7:

the keg tapped on the back in the backyard and they came in and stole it yeah it actually was

01:33:37 - 01:33:43 | Speaker 2:

in the basement and somebody's a bunch of these guys came back that were mad at my brother and

01:33:43 - 01:33:49 | Speaker 7:

stole the keg oh my gosh man do you guys have uh cameras out in back you could see who they were

01:33:49 - 01:33:56 | Speaker 2:

oh no no this was a really long time ago it's like we were my brother was a teenager actually

01:33:56 - 01:34:00 | Speaker 7:

he shouldn't have been having a party but he did that's amazing hey i didn't get my deposit back

01:34:00 - 01:34:25 | Speaker 3:

on that keg what's going on carrie hi hey we had a party once at our house who went to us when we in our 20s and this person came in we didn't even know who she was and she stole all our cleaning supplies and our vacuum and we just saw her like running down the street with all of our stuff all right was she a maid like who steals cleaning supplies that's i don't know but we never saw her again so we didn't know who she was she's a random person from the street just

01:34:25 - 01:34:41 | Speaker 7:

came and told her do you know how many times people have these graduation parties that there's so many people at and i wonder how many people just show up for the food like neighbors or maybe not so much neighbors what's up bryce hey how's it going today good buddy what's going on

01:34:41 - 01:35:00 | Speaker 6:

um so recently i went out to a bar with someone i started dating and this guy came up to me who i used to actually talk to and i made proper introductions everything and in about 10-15 minutes later he proceeded to ask me out on a date for the weekend In front of him.

01:35:00 - 01:35:48 | Speaker 3:

of your girl oh my gosh and yeah yes and fraud yes or in front of your girl who was in front and was in front or you were were you with uh your uh boyfriend yes i was with my boyfriend and the guy asked me on a date and a guy asked you out well let me tell you did you turn as red as i turned when uh karen drew mentioned i was almost flattered but then i was like please get away from me i i will never forget and this by the way you think that the karen drew moment was bad that moment was not even close to when Naughty Mom's Night Out, the mom sat on my lap in front of Chelsea. Oh, right in front of Chelsea. You remember that? I thought Chelsea was going to throw her physically off the bus. What did you do? I sat there the entire time going, hands up, you know what I mean?

01:35:49 - 01:35:51 | Speaker 1:

Didn't say get off my lap.

01:35:51 - 01:35:54 | Speaker 4:

That's what the women want. They want you to throw her off your lap.

01:35:54 - 01:35:55 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:35:56 - 01:36:30 | Speaker 3:

I was stuttering the entire time not knowing exactly what to say it was like such an awkward moment and all i kept thinking of the entire time was oh god this is the first one that chelsea's ever gone to she thinks that this happens all the time so it was like one of those really really bad moments what's so he made me so i mean i i thought it was uh i mean i yeah right exactly uh one last one here amanda you there amanda yeah i'm here hey what's going on we're talking about people uh coming to your party and and going places they shouldn't.

01:36:31 - 01:36:43 | Speaker 5:

My brother, he had a graduation party for high school, and they found out that somebody stole a bunch of his cards that people were giving him. You're kidding.

01:36:43 - 01:36:44 | Speaker 3:

That's awful. That's horrible.

01:36:45 - 01:36:51 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. His girlfriend's parents gave him a card, but he never received it.

01:36:52 - 01:37:00 | Speaker 3:

He didn't care about the cards. He cared about the money. He just wants the money. Yeah. Oh, my God, I got to kick more. Lorraine, you had a 4th of July party, and what happened?

01:37:02 - 01:37:13 | Speaker 5:

My husband's cousin stole all the meat. The meat? Hot dogs. Yes, hot dogs. Was he drunk? Hamburgers, everything. She stole all of it.

01:37:13 - 01:37:14 | Speaker 4:

She stole the meat.

01:37:18 - 01:37:22 | Speaker 3:

That's so random. Like cooked meat or raw meat?

01:37:23 - 01:37:27 | Speaker 5:

Raw meat. All the left, all the right, like hot dogs. Yeah, so it's terrible.

01:37:28 - 01:37:32 | Speaker 3:

Oh, that's funny. Did they ever get invited back to any family parties ever?

01:37:33 - 01:37:34 | Speaker 5:

I'm sorry?

01:37:34 - 01:37:36 | Speaker 3:

Did they ever get invited to any more family parties?

01:37:37 - 01:37:40 | Speaker 5:

No, I'm pretty sure that was the last one. Yeah. I see.

01:37:40 - 01:37:48 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. Hey, just wanted to see how not answering my texts or calls is going. Second date update happens at 820 on Mojo in the Morning.

01:37:49 - 01:37:55 | Speaker 3:

All right, it is Mojo in the Morning. We are very proud of our Zach, our little.

01:37:55 - 01:37:57 | Speaker 1:

Our little baby Zach. Our little brother's out.

01:37:57 - 01:38:12 | Speaker 3:

Our birdie is leaving the nest. What are you doing with your hands? I'm lifting him up in the air. You're throwing me out the nest. Fly, birdie, fly. Zach is moving into his own apartment. He's living by himself.

01:38:12 - 01:39:00 | Speaker 2:

Big boy, big boy apartment. Yes. All by yourself, no roommates. For the first time ever. No girlfriends, no roommates, no family members. No sister, no kids. Nieces and nephews. No dogs that they know of. It's going to be great. uh but here's the thing i already i'm moving in like two weeks and it's only like two blocks away but i already planned my night for my first night alone is that kind of lame no so i already planned like the record i'm gonna put on i'm gonna have candles i'm gonna order chinese food it's gonna be the best night like i already know that's how you're gonna celebrate but my question for you guys is would you do your first night by yourself like did you start crying were you nervous like I don't know. Are you thinking that you're going to get emotional? Well, I don't know. Like, do I want to go out with a bang or do I want, like, am I going to?

01:39:01 - 01:39:02 | Speaker 4:

There are candles.

01:39:02 - 01:39:06 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I know. But, like, am I going to be, like, in my feet? I don't know. I think I'm going to be sad.

01:39:06 - 01:39:16 | Speaker 3:

By the way, why do I picture Zach lighting the candles, forgetting that he lit the candles because he drinks a little too much on his first night because he's feeling himself. And the next thing you know, the fire department has to show up.

01:39:16 - 01:39:53 | Speaker 4:

It's going to sound just like that man crying. i think you're gonna well in my mind right now i think you're gonna get bored you think so because for me i feel like that moment lasts like five or ten seconds if you're not tired yeah because there have been times i've moved yeah and then all you want to do is go to sleep at that point that's fair but then i had like i built this whole playlist where i'm like crib playlist like the moment i get everything ready to go i'm gonna put this playlist on and I'm going to have this magical moment where it's going to feel like home. I don't even think I've played the playlist. Oh, come on. Don't tell me that. No, but I hope it's a different story for you, though.

01:39:53 - 01:39:58 | Speaker 3:

So wait, so Zach's, you're moving, you're moving. Zach sack is with us right now.

01:39:58 - 01:39:59 | Speaker 2:

Not say.

01:40:00 - 01:40:15 | Speaker 6:

you're moving into this place yeah it's just you there's no roommates there's nobody else you have already planned your first night of how you're going to like be there celebrate yeah and you're what is your fear that you're going to be emotional or you're like or you is it going to be

01:40:15 - 01:40:55 | Speaker 5:

celebratory i don't know so i worked so hard to like live by myself and i you guys have seen it like it's been a long year you know and i put so much into trying to live by myself that i'm nervous that i'm gonna have all this excitement and then i'm finally gonna get there and it's not gonna be what i expected if that makes sense what are you worried that it will be like what are you worried well i uh i don't know i just have like anxiety and i'm nervous that i'm hyping it up too much and like kev said like i'm gonna get bored or like sit there and be looking up at the ceiling yeah yeah or like i'm gonna be like well shoot i miss my sister or something i loved living by

01:40:55 - 01:41:27 | Speaker 2:

myself. Did you? Yes. A hundred. I know some people like need roommates and I, I, I really enjoyed being solo. Do you remember what you did the first night? Like the first night that I had my own apartment, I was living in Indianapolis. I had just moved out of an apartment that I was sharing with a really good guy, friend of mine. And I moved like a couple of floors above actually, I don't remember what the hell I did. Honestly, I probably like watched project runway and you know made food knowing myself at the time but angie what's up

01:41:28 - 01:41:40 | Speaker 1:

01:41:46 - 01:41:47 | Speaker 7:

Good morning, everyone.

01:41:48 - 01:41:49 | Speaker 6:

Good morning. What's going on?

01:41:50 - 01:41:53 | Speaker 7:

So, first of all, Zach, congratulations. Thank you. That's awesome.

01:41:53 - 01:41:54 | Speaker 6:

I appreciate you.

01:41:55 - 01:42:07 | Speaker 7:

Literally everything that you said, Chinese food, some wine, candles, everything that I did on my first night in my apartment, I did stop at the dispensary as well. Yes. I forget your feelings on that. Yes, okay, perfect.

01:42:07 - 01:42:08 | Speaker 1:

Smoking the reefer.

01:42:08 - 01:42:23 | Speaker 7:

um but that's by by yourself and treat yourself um for all the hard work that you've done because you deserve it you truly do thank you have a night enjoy it of course absolutely i um i worry

01:42:23 - 01:42:35 | Speaker 6:

though about zach like that he's going to get there he's going to anticipate and do all this stuff and like kev said he's going to be so exhausted from this thing you're just going to fall right asleep i know and that door dash delivery is going to be at the front door

01:42:35 - 01:42:41 | Speaker 2:

Just sitting there. And you'll just be sitting there. Have you guys ever done that, by the way? Oh, yeah. And you wake up in the morning, and you're like, oopsie. Crap.

01:42:43 - 01:43:14 | Speaker 6:

I'm proud of you, Zach, because I know that this is something that you've wanted for so long. Yeah. But also, I know that you moved out from your sister's place and then had a hellacious set of circumstances with the roommates. It was. It was brutal for you, man. This guy would come in here. You could tell he was stressed out. He was like, you know. And I think that it's – don't – and we talked about this before the last time that you moved out. Don't underestimate your accomplishments. Celebrate your accomplishments because you work hard to do this.

01:43:14 - 01:43:18 | Speaker 5:

You deserve to have this. Thank you. And sometimes I've got to remind myself that as well.

01:43:18 - 01:43:42 | Speaker 3:

And that's a little bit just to – I guess they say tail a feather or dovetail. We get so caught up in what do I want to do and how am I going to that I think if you stay focused on the accomplishment piece of it. I did this. And the work that you already, because I think sometimes we get caught in, okay, now I have the thing, what am I going to do now, instead of focusing on everything that I've already done so I can have the thing.

01:43:43 - 01:43:43 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

01:43:43 - 01:43:52 | Speaker 3:

Like, everything you've already done, that's the win right there, the fact that you're even in your own place. So the candle lights and all of that is just like the cherry on top of the cake that you already built.

01:43:52 - 01:43:53 | Speaker 6:

Blow the candles out, though.

01:43:54 - 01:43:54 | Speaker 3:

Don't, don't.

01:43:55 - 01:43:55 | Unknown:

Seriously.

01:43:56 - 01:44:01 | Speaker 3:

Get those fake candles. What's the song? You said you already got a song playing.

01:44:01 - 01:44:07 | Speaker 5:

Well, yeah, I have a Childish Gambino vinyl, one of my favorite vinyls, so that's going to be playing all night. Okay. What's up, Day?

01:44:08 - 01:44:13 | Speaker 4:

Hey, yeah, so I just moved out. Oh, sorry, first time long time. Hey, Day.

01:44:13 - 01:44:14 | Unknown:

Hey, Day.

01:44:14 - 01:44:14 | Speaker 1:

Hey, Day.

01:44:16 - 01:44:48 | Speaker 4:

But, yeah, I just moved back to Michigan. I'm in the military. I'm still in the military, and I just moved out. I'm 30 out of the dorms that they let us live in on base, so this is like my first time living by myself. And it really is just super different. Like, you just feel so accomplished, like, coming home to my own place and not knowing – or knowing that I don't have to – like, this is mine, you know? Yeah, for sure. I literally went out this weekend and bought, like, a bunch of plants for my place. Nice. It feels like a big accomplishment. I know I'm 30, and it's kind of like something that should have came from.

01:44:49 - 01:44:54 | Speaker 6:

Celebrate that. Congratulations, Dave, man. That's awesome. And thank you for your service. Kat, what's going on?

01:44:55 - 01:45:00 | Speaker 7:

Yeah, I was about 19 or 20 when I got my first apartment, so congratulations.

01:45:00 - 01:45:06 | Speaker 2:

on that thank you and the reason to this day why i don't have roommates but i walked around naked

01:45:06 - 01:45:11 | Speaker 1:

01:45:48 - 01:45:50 | Speaker 1:

Please tell me you weren't naked

01:45:50 - 01:45:58 | Speaker 5:

Let him sit on his couch No, no, no, no Play an Xbox If he ever intends to invite us over

01:45:58 - 01:46:12 | Speaker 1:

I'm not sitting on the couch If I know his naked ass has been on there Thanks, buddy That's how you got the name Bulls, Zach Seriously, are you ever going to sit on Zach's furniture Of course Knowing that?

01:46:12 - 01:46:12 | Speaker 5:

Bring my own

01:46:12 - 01:46:49 | Speaker 1:

All right, Zach Zach, congratulations to you, bud. Yes, he does. Thank you. Housewarming party. Let's go. You're all invited. Besides Mojo. I'll bring my own chair. We should have a housewarming for him here in the studio. Let's have a housewarming party for him. Bring gifts. I was going to say, what do you need? Lydia, let's do a housewarming for Zach, like where we invite random listeners to come over and bring a gift. Everybody bring a plant. See how many people bring potted pot plants. There you go. Time now for second date update.

01:46:50 - 01:46:52 | Speaker 6:

It's the second date update. A mojo in the morning.

01:46:53 - 01:47:13 | Speaker 1:

So this is an interesting one. Not getting a call back, and it's after being together for, like, it seems like months. What is going on? We're going to find out here right now. Taylor is being ghosted. So explain this, Taylor. You guys have known each other for some time. This wasn't just that you guys went out recently, and now they're not calling you back.

01:47:14 - 01:47:36 | Speaker 3:

No, not at all. like we've met online uh we talked online for a little bit and honestly everything was going out really well we actually went on our first date it was at a like the big cute rooftop everything was perfect and out of nowhere it seems like they just stopped talking to me

01:47:36 - 01:47:42 | Speaker 1:

so it was though a while ago right it was weeks ago that this happened

01:47:42 - 01:48:00 | Speaker 3:

um i want to say around maybe like officially they stopped talking to me maybe like two weeks ago but i felt like it was kind of like drifting okay but but your date was over a while ago was a while

01:48:00 - 01:48:15 | Speaker 1:

ago over a month ago that's interesting so what is it uh that made them stop talking to you a couple of weeks ago and why is it that you guys haven't gone on another date we're going to find out this morning here with the second date update jaylen is on with us jaylen will you say hello to

01:48:15 - 01:48:29 | Speaker 3:

taylor hey taylor hey long time no speak yeah yeah that's too much what it is that's what i get

01:48:29 - 01:48:34 | Speaker 1:

so jaylen what's going on let's talk let's uh let's open up let's be honest here

01:48:35 - 01:48:42 | Speaker 6:

No, I mean, you know, the date itself was fine, but after the date, I mean, I realized this girl's crazy.

01:48:42 - 01:48:43 | Speaker 1:

What do you mean?

01:48:43 - 01:48:51 | Speaker 6:

Why? She kept accusing me of giving her an STD and that I had STD, but, I mean, I knew there was no way I had one.

01:48:53 - 01:48:56 | Speaker 1:

Wait, hold on a second. What's going on? What is that all about, Taylor?

01:48:59 - 01:49:02 | Speaker 3:

First of all, being called crazy is wild.

01:49:04 - 01:49:04 | Speaker 6:

Paranoid.

01:49:04 - 01:49:34 | Speaker 3:

So, okay, paranoid is a little bit more correct. I think that is more being responsible. Because when we went on our first date, mind you, everything was perfect. Like I said, we've been talking for a while. The date was romantic. We went on a nice walk. However, the walk led to his place. And you guys had sex? Yeah, two consenting adults.

01:49:34 - 01:49:40 | Speaker 1:

but wait explain explain the whole you you accused him of giving you an std what what's that all

01:49:40 - 01:49:46 | Speaker 6:

about bro she made me go get tested for stds that's how paranoid she is and i did i went and

01:49:46 - 01:49:59 | Speaker 1:

got tested and i'm clean of course but my thing is so wait so after you guys had had sex with each other she then says to you i think i got an std you need to go get tested for for this Okay.

01:50:00 - 01:50:16 | Speaker 6:

Wait, you have to understand, I was violently sick. I was sick, like, almost immediately right after. So my mind went to, it couldn't be the rooftop, because that's a, you know, that's an A-star restaurant.

01:50:16 - 01:50:18 | Speaker 5:

Who else is she hanging out with? I mean, what is she doing?

01:50:18 - 01:50:24 | Speaker 2:

Are you talking sick, like, barfy sick? Because you're describing very different things.

01:50:24 - 01:50:32 | Speaker 6:

well i don't i never had an std before so i'm guessing if i'm if if i'm sick no matter what

01:50:32 - 01:50:38 | Speaker 2:

but you're thinking you had an std because you were throwing up well i was throwing up i felt

01:50:38 - 01:50:44 | Speaker 3:

kind of like a little bit itchy guilty conscience she's out there sleeping with everybody about it

01:50:44 - 01:50:50 | Speaker 1:

take a guess wait wait wait let's not go there take a guess so here's what i'm

01:50:50 - 01:51:07 | Speaker 2:

that's not accuser of that so taylor you you wanted to talk to him again to find out about the std like you you still wanted to continue to go out with him even though you thought he gave you an std you wanted him to call you back so you could get more clarity on that or i'm so

01:51:07 - 01:51:31 | Speaker 6:

confused so it was more for the car i wasn't like hey did you give me a std i was like hey you know by the way i'm sick are you sick too because it's kind of like the timeline is kind of off by the way you should probably get tested it was more i didn't like to say hey get tested i kind of brought it up in conversation and then that's when he stopped talking to me that's when

01:51:31 - 01:52:34 | Speaker 1:

i thought oh he definitely gave me something well but here's the shannon's uh writing questioning and it's like okay you're violently you're throwing up but then you are equating that to an std hat where he may have given you covid or the flu or something like that but he's not giving you she was throwing up and she was itching well and listen you're not and even if you get i don't know if you're necessarily just going to be itchy or if that's just a sign of something but um 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 how do you keep a relationship going after you tell this person you in and are accusing this person of giving you an std and and telling them you got to go get tested and then when you they go get tested it sounds to me jalen and you tell me that what happened it sounds to me like when you showed her that you don't have anything she didn't say anything to you like she didn't try to tell you hey you know sorry that i accused you or no nothing she's paranoid she's

01:52:34 - 01:52:53 | Speaker 6:

crazy i mean it's pretty you know well okay i didn't say sorry i accused you because it was more of like hey you know do you want to you should probably check this out because i was sick maybe okay so you were worried about his safety not just yours exactly okay all right

01:52:53 - 01:52:58 | Speaker 1:

she accused me of it i don't buy it at all tammy what's going on it's mojo in the morning what are

01:52:58 - 01:53:10 | Speaker 4:

your thoughts here about taylor and jalen well i think maybe she is a little bit crazy because if she thinks that he gave her an STD, why would she want anything more to do with him?

01:53:10 - 01:53:20 | Speaker 1:

Well, that's kind of true, right? Well, she found out that he's clean. He got a clean bill of health. Yeah, but still, I mean, that's where, why is he wanting to be part of this whole thing?

01:53:20 - 01:53:28 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Yeah. Maybe the sex was that good or the baking cookies was that good that he doesn't care. She's a little bit crazy.

01:53:28 - 01:53:32 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. What's up, Brittany? Hi, it's Mojo in the morning. What's going on?

01:53:33 - 01:53:36 | Speaker 5:

Hi. Me, right? Sorry.

01:53:36 - 01:53:37 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, Brady. What's up?

01:53:37 - 01:54:18 | Speaker 5:

Okay, hi. Good morning. I'm sorry. This whole thing is throwing me out. This is why we need sexual health classes back in school. We need some education. You can't... Oh, my God. How are you going to accuse somebody of giving you an STD if you slept with them one time? That happens. I get it. I worked in the ER. That's fine. But you're telling me that you had a sick stomach issue, and then you're mad because you accused him of this, but then you're mad at him for not calling you back. But he is every bit in his right to not call you back, block your number, move, if you went to his apartment because you don't need to know where he lives anymore. Are you okay? Like, my goodness gracious. That is some wild accusations. Oh, my gosh.

01:54:18 - 01:54:32 | Speaker 1:

It is a little crazy. Listen, I will say this to you, that I think maybe just the fear got to her that night. And maybe that's what got her to do it. So I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. But trying to smooth things over afterwards would have been nice. What's up, Noah? Hi.

01:54:33 - 01:54:46 | Speaker 3:

um i think it takes like three months to detect the spd yeah like it's not immediate it's not the next day thing everybody don't know right it's not a next day thing well i think that that's the

01:54:46 - 01:55:00 | Speaker 1:

thing i think she was just panicking because she wasn't feeling good i think even accusing somebody of getting you sick the next day i mean i would probably say that it would take a little bit longer than the next day where you all of a sudden even if you got like the flu

01:55:00 - 01:55:06 | Speaker 2:

But accusing somebody of giving you the flu and accusing somebody of giving you an STD are vastly different.

01:55:06 - 01:55:17 | Speaker 4:

Right. And I kind of get why Jalen's kind of cutting this thing off and not wanting to get together again. Absolutely. You got your answer, Taylor. I think that's.

01:55:18 - 01:55:27 | Speaker 1:

Well, I feel like everyone is not really hearing what I'm trying to say. I mean, I don't want to be too detailed, but it was like also my first time like swallowing.

01:55:27 - 01:55:42 | Speaker 4:

Dump that. I got to dump that. I'm sorry. Now we're talking. For those, she got graphic on what she did, and we had to dump that. I apologize. Second date update here on the Mojo in the Morning Show.

01:55:42 - 01:55:49 | Speaker 3:

This is the home of the dirty of the 30. Throwback throwdown. Second date update. And War of the Roses. This is Mojo in the Morning.

01:55:52 - 01:55:53 | Speaker 2:

It is Monday.

01:55:54 - 01:55:54 | Speaker 4:

Holy cow.

01:55:54 - 01:55:55 | Speaker 2:

It came out of nowhere.

01:55:55 - 01:56:22 | Speaker 4:

All right, we're going to give you a chance to win tickets to Kendrick Lamar and SZA, 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. This show is getting closer than we think. Kendrick Lamar, SZA, you remember we were talking about this way back when there was halftime at the Super Bowl and they were performing? Now it's June 10th, so we're a couple weeks away from this. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548, 95th Color.

01:56:22 - 01:56:26 | Speaker 3:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

01:56:26 - 01:56:30 | Speaker 4:

We'll get you caught up on what's trending right now. Shannon, what do you got in this hour's dirty?

01:56:30 - 01:57:03 | Speaker 2:

If you were in the crowd at that sold-out show at Ford Field last night, Jelly Roll, Post Malone, you felt Ford Field shaking when Eminem surprised everybody and came on stage to do this yourself. I was like, for sure, Eminem's coming.

01:57:04 - 01:57:08 | Speaker 4:

Well, then he starts looking back towards the side stage there. You're like, okay, something's about to happen.

01:57:08 - 01:57:16 | Speaker 5:

He knows that, he knows what he goes. You'll hear it here in a second. The crowd's just... This is f***ing Detroit. You better sing this as loud as you can. This is the greatest.

01:57:16 - 01:57:51 | Speaker 4:

Look at Eminem, man. When are we going to get an Eminem concert at Ford Field? We need to have that. We need to have a night of Eminem. Right? Wouldn't that be great? How many years has it been since the first album? We celebrated it the other day, or a week or so ago, right?

01:57:51 - 01:57:53 | Speaker 2:

25, yeah, 25 years.

01:57:53 - 01:57:57 | Speaker 4:

25 years, yeah. Yeah, that sounds right. The 25th anniversary.

01:57:57 - 01:57:57 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

01:58:05 - 01:58:16 | Speaker 4:

How much do you think Jelly Roll pays him to come do that? I feel like Emma Popper for free. I agree. He's like that kind of guy. He's more relationship. You don't think these guys, like, ask for some money or anything like that? I don't think he would, especially if he's here.

01:58:16 - 01:58:35 | Speaker 2:

Jelly Roll, by the way, making an appearance, obviously, during Post Malone set as well. And he, when he was done singing, he ran off the stage. And when I say ran, I know that man is running to lose weight and training. He ran so fast. I couldn't believe it. I'm not joking. You know what?

01:58:35 - 01:58:39 | Speaker 4:

He has wheels. There are some big dudes with wheels. What do you mean?

01:58:40 - 01:58:40 | Speaker 1:

Next door.

01:58:40 - 01:58:41 | Speaker 2:

Are you fast?

01:58:41 - 01:58:42 | Speaker 4:

Okay. I am.

01:58:43 - 01:58:46 | Speaker 2:

To the kitchen. Chris Brown. Chris Brown. Still in jail, you guys.

01:58:46 - 01:58:49 | Speaker 4:

I told you this guy's got issues.

01:58:49 - 02:00:25 | Speaker 2:

So the 20th anniversary of his, this, of the UK and wait, what am I saying? His 20th anniversary tour. Thank you. Is basically in jeopardy right now. So he was arrested last week on allegations of assaulting a music producer at a nightclub. I want to say it happened in 2023. He hit this guy with a tequila bottle over the head. And so he appeared in court in Manchester, England on Friday. and a judge said nope you are not leaving ordered him held until his next hearing which is happening june 13th in london so he was scheduled to kick off his tour with a june 8th show in amsterdam that's not happening so everything's gonna get delayed and back and i'll hold on your tickets hold on to your tickets he'll be here former first daughter malia obama being accused of stealing a portion of the Nike commercial that she directed from an independent film. A woman by the name of Natalie Jasmine Harris is the creator of the 2024 film titled Grace. And she said she is just shocked by how similar Malia's commercial is to a scene in her independent movie. She said the scene. The scene in Obama's Nike commercial where two girls are playing patty cake is nearly the same as a scene in her movie. Even the framing and the camera angles are similar. What's more, she's also accusing Nike of going with Malia merely because of the Obama name, not because of her abilities or her skills while ignoring people out there who do have skills. The commercial fire, by the way.

02:00:25 - 02:00:30 | Speaker 1:

The Nike commercial? Yeah, for Asia Wilson, new sneaker from Nike. It's a dope-ass commercial.

02:00:30 - 02:00:48 | Speaker 2:

Really? And lastly, that ship hitting the Brooklyn Bridge. I'm sure you saw the video by now. It was a Mexican Navy tall ship that crashed into the Brooklyn Bridge on Saturday night. And that ship apparently had lost power shortly before that collision. It was not supposed to sail under the bridge.

02:00:49 - 02:00:53 | Speaker 1:

There's no way. I feel like there's no way. Maybe it can.

02:00:54 - 02:00:54 | Unknown:

I don't know.

02:00:55 - 02:00:56 | Speaker 3:

There's people watching it from an apartment.

02:00:56 - 02:01:06 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, so many people were filming it. It's crashing to the Brooklyn Bridge. It's totally crashing. Look. Look, the seals are hitting. Look. Oh, my God.

02:01:07 - 02:01:13 | Speaker 2:

Two people killed, 17 injured. What is going on? Four still in critical condition.

02:01:14 - 02:01:16 | Speaker 1:

What is going on?

02:01:17 - 02:01:23 | Speaker 3:

Man, I'm so glad the bridge didn't sustain significant damage. That was one of the things I worried about.

02:01:23 - 02:01:34 | Speaker 2:

So if you saw the video, and it was like one of those old-fashioned ships, like the big sales there were two people up in the in like on top of the mast so i i'm assuming

02:01:34 - 02:02:36 | Speaker 3:

that they were among the i mean that is a big assumption i think the two that i think there were there two that died or three now that died because the last i heard was two somebody's 17 injured four critical so yeah you bring up an interesting point about the bridge because remember after that baltimore bridge that collapsed they're saying that this bridge the sustainability of that bridge is one of the strongest bridges that we have in this country and when they built it they built it for so fortified that they thought to themselves because the trucks that were going to be going over it they thought there is no way this thing's coming down and that they think helped it i'm surprised the people that were up driving on that bridge didn't get hurt by some of the flying debris that came off of that that supposedly hold on saying supposedly our dump button did not work oh so we had a dump button issue okay i saw i saw you with my own two eyes dump it so hold on let me push this dump did the dump work did that dump did you hear what i just said text us or did it not huh that's not good i don't know okay catch

02:02:36 - 02:02:40 | Speaker 2:

02:02:51 - 02:02:52 | Speaker 1:

This is Mojo in the Morning

02:02:52 - 02:03:21 | Speaker 3:

Alright, it is Mojo in the Morning show Phone number 844-MOJO-LIVE 844-665-6548 Text is 95500 If you ever do text us Expect that we will call you Because we'll want you to get on the radio with us And tell us if you're a first time, long time So tell us if you've never been on the air with us before Because we'd love to shout you out uh this is an interesting text so shannon with her crazy text to kevin what's up okay i don't

02:03:21 - 02:04:29 | Speaker 2:

even know how this conversation started but it was me kev and zach right kevin and we were talking about like weird things that we like to watch on social media like random things and i had said i don't know why i'm obsessed with watching people get their ingrown toenails removed and I've watched these videos so many times that now they're being served to me on like Facebook for example. It's your algorithm now? That's like your suggested video to watch okay which is so weird because if you scroll through my Facebook feed you just see people's feet and like big toenails and so I went to go get a pedicure and Kev had agreed with me by the way that he has a fascination with watching people get their ingrown toenails dug out of their skin. So I go to get a pedicure and the girl shout out to amy she's my girl i have ingrown toenails and so she had fixed them for me and i sent kev this text afterward i texted him just got my ingrown toenails removed you would have found it so satisfying and he responded with several drooling

02:04:29 - 02:04:41 | Speaker 1:

emojis and i thought we are weird like there are just certain friendships that are just really super weird and if anybody saw that text they would be like what in the actual heck what is

02:04:41 - 02:04:46 | Speaker 3:

is wrong with you what is your obsession with watching people's ingrown toenails be have you

02:04:46 - 02:05:00 | Speaker 2:

ever seen how they clip the sides of the toenail and then they like slowly pull it i see it all the time i have it all the time mine aren't that bad do you want me yours probably isn't that bad but some people on facebook they come

02:05:00 - 02:05:37 | Speaker 3:

out and they are huge how about if i because i it's oddly satisfying chelsea you know chelsea's been having to take care of me everything but wipe my ass because of i have one arm and i told her i said hey on our way home today because she has to pick me up can can you drop me off at uh you know lay nails or whatever it's called you know they have that nail place with the uh uh oh is that it right there that's one of them are so bad i said will you drop me off at there or will you come in with me? She's like, well, I don't want to come in because I don't want to see it. Like, she's like disgusted by my nails and disgusted by what they have to do. You should take me.

02:05:38 - 02:05:39 | Speaker 4:

Why don't you take me?

02:05:39 - 02:05:40 | Speaker 6:

Sit right next to the person.

02:05:40 - 02:06:10 | Speaker 4:

See, I don't know if I'm ready for a live toe removal, but you don't, you like it? Nail. Listen, when it comes to cysts being popped, blackheads being removed, pimples being burst, toenails getting ripped off and cleaned, sign me up. I don't like the cysts or the pimples or the blackheads. Well, blackheads in person. When the cyst oozes out and they either got to, like, work it with their thumbs. It's almost like a massage and it bursts. That's so satisfying.

02:06:10 - 02:06:14 | Speaker 6:

If I'm doing it to somebody I know, like my sister or Wes, yeah.

02:06:14 - 02:06:19 | Speaker 4:

Is Dr. Pimple Popper still on? Oh, yeah, he's still on. Now, I don't want to be in the splash, though. I was going to say a she.

02:06:20 - 02:06:22 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, it's a she. Jen, do you know what that's her name?

02:06:22 - 02:06:34 | Speaker 4:

It's a guy that does it, too, though. Oh, I'm going to rip that thing off. The toenail one, though, is something like that. Are you into weird stuff like that, Mojo? Like, what's your weird, I guess, social media obsession?

02:06:34 - 02:06:50 | Speaker 3:

I go to church on Sundays. Oh, shut up. I don't need this crap. You know, you guys are, no. I don't like it. I don't like, no, I'm not into it. I don't, I'm trying to think of, like, what's the most disgusting thing that, oh, I do like watching animals go to the bathroom. Wait, what? Yeah, for some reason.

02:06:50 - 02:06:52 | Speaker 6:

What? I did not expect that.

02:06:52 - 02:06:59 | Speaker 3:

For some reason, I find it, I find it interesting. What do you mean? Have you ever watched videos of dogs pooping? There's something about dogs pooping.

02:06:59 - 02:07:01 | Speaker 6:

No, I just look out my back window.

02:07:01 - 02:07:08 | Speaker 3:

My favorite is watching dogs poop when they have to walk to get the poop out. And I like how they actually walk. You know how they do that?

02:07:08 - 02:07:11 | Speaker 6:

My little old guy, Charlie, can't get it. Yeah, he does that.

02:07:11 - 02:07:24 | Speaker 3:

Because I think as a human, it would be funny if we had to do that. Where we had to stand up and start walking a little bit just to kind of get it going. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Maria, what did you want to say? Or Mara?

02:07:25 - 02:07:26 | Speaker 1:

It's Mira.

02:07:27 - 02:07:31 | Speaker 3:

Mira? Third time. What's going on?

02:07:33 - 02:07:56 | Speaker 1:

Nothing. I'm a first-time caller. Hey, Mira's on the phone! Yeah, so I heard y'all talking about the content with, like, ingrown toenails, sis popping. And there's actually a lady on TikTok. I don't know her name. But she points out how a lot of that content is actually fetish content.

02:07:57 - 02:07:59 | Speaker 3:

Oh, there you go, Shannon.

02:08:00 - 02:08:05 | Speaker 1:

Just like how y'all are getting like satisfaction out of it. There are some people that get a lot more out of.

02:08:06 - 02:08:10 | Speaker 3:

Okay, that's a different world. There's a little fetishes going on there, Shannon.

02:08:11 - 02:08:14 | Speaker 1:

Oh, yeah, you can tell from how you do some of the videos.

02:08:15 - 02:08:22 | Speaker 6:

It just provides relief when I'm getting it done. And I'm fascinated by watching it. But it's not turn me on. And that's a different ballgame.

02:08:22 - 02:08:27 | Speaker 3:

No, this is the deal. This is a fetish on your part. Myra, what's your fetish? What do you like to watch?

02:08:29 - 02:08:39 | Speaker 1:

I like the, there's a guy, I think his name is Aaron. He's on TikTok. He does the, he cleans the cow's feet.

02:08:39 - 02:08:39 | Speaker 4:

The udders?

02:08:40 - 02:08:42 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I like that too. They get the dirt out of it.

02:08:43 - 02:08:44 | Speaker 4:

The horseshoes and stuff.

02:08:44 - 02:08:47 | Speaker 1:

I watch that so much, I could probably do it myself.

02:08:47 - 02:08:51 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. That is satisfying. You ever seen a horseshoe get cleaned out, Mojo?

02:08:51 - 02:08:52 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah, yeah. Yeah.

02:08:52 - 02:08:52 | Speaker 4:

I love that.

02:08:53 - 02:09:02 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Do you ever see them nailing a horseshoe? Yeah, there's something about that. The pain. What's going on, Tia? How you doing?

02:09:03 - 02:09:06 | Speaker 2:

Hi, guys. First time launch guys. Hey, Tia. Tia on the phone.

02:09:08 - 02:09:08 | Speaker 3:

What's up?

02:09:09 - 02:09:36 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I have to say that not only do I enjoy, of course, the pimples and the ingrowns, I love watching people get their earwax removed. It's something super, I know, but it's something super satisfying about that. It's like hard and it's just in there. I don't know. I love it crazy. My daughter says I'm crazy, but I look at her ear now. So I bought one of the tools off T-Move and I try to get her ear now.

02:09:36 - 02:09:39 | Speaker 6:

Aren't those fascinating? You can watch it on your phone. Yes.

02:09:39 - 02:09:47 | Speaker 3:

do you do you ever do the uh the ear uh the what is it the candle thing yeah the candle

02:09:47 - 02:09:51 | Speaker 5:

do you ever try that i used to do that and somebody said that that that's actually it's

02:09:51 - 02:09:56 | Speaker 3:

like fake really no i've we've done that before i have too describe it's worked

02:09:56 - 02:10:04 | Speaker 5:

describe what you're talking about you put the thing in there and you basically are burning with a candle out all the wax that's inside there pulls

02:10:04 - 02:10:16 | Speaker 1:

out the wax out of your ear and then when you cut open this like candle shaped thing it's all in there but somebody told me that it already comes coated with stuff and that's just what you see

02:10:16 - 02:10:52 | Speaker 5:

it's worked I've had earwax it's bad um my son has had a lot of uh allergy issues so he's got you know he's got his big grandpa's nose and um we had to buy that thing that has the tube things that go up in your nose and it shoots water in your nose and it gives like a colonic to your nose have you guys ever seen that thing then and it basically all of a sudden no it shoots water up in there it basically shoots and it pulls out all the snot and then he pulls out of it he pulls away from the thing and his snot is just pulling right out of his nose yeah he does it every day

02:10:52 - 02:10:58 | Speaker 3:

We should have people, by the way, videotape themselves doing all this stuff.

02:10:58 - 02:11:13 | Speaker 5:

Send them to us. Is the water nose trick over the counter? He did it on the kitchen counter the other day. I mean, can I buy it? Oh, yes. Over the counter. Yes. Yeah. We bought it at like one of the CVS or something. Send me the link. What's up, Terry?

02:11:15 - 02:11:15 | Speaker 2:

Hi.

02:11:15 - 02:11:16 | Speaker 5:

Hi.

02:11:16 - 02:11:36 | Speaker 2:

um i'm calling to let you know that it is absolutely illegal in the state of michigan for a nail tech to remove an ingrown toenail what well i've gotten it done for probably 10 years why is that it's against our license any nail tech that does that can lose their license i'm

02:11:36 - 02:11:47 | Speaker 5:

a nail tech of 35 years you know what they should make illegal terry using the cheese grater because My sister ended up almost having to have her foot amputated because the cheese grater infected her.

02:11:47 - 02:11:49 | Speaker 2:

Actually, Mojo, that is illegal as well.

02:11:49 - 02:11:54 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, they should use just the sanding thing and not that cheese grater thing because that thing never gets clean.

02:11:55 - 02:11:56 | Speaker 2:

That is correct.

02:11:57 - 02:11:58 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, I always tell them no.

02:11:58 - 02:12:16 | Speaker 2:

It's fine for personal use, but it is illegal also to use the cheese grater in any salon in any state in the country. Google people. Google it. If you're going to have an ingrown toenail removed, you need to go see a doctor.

02:12:17 - 02:12:21 | Speaker 1:

I'm still going to my girl, and then she paints my toes after. It's perfect.

02:12:21 - 02:12:26 | Speaker 5:

A podiatrist has to do it. Thank you for the info. That's interesting. What's happening? How you doing, Amber?

02:12:28 - 02:13:11 | Speaker 3:

Hey, oh, my God. First time, long time. Hey, Amber on the phone. A lot of people have been in stopping. So I'm in the medical field. I've been in the medical field for like 10 plus years. So I went to the podiatrist to get, like, an ingrown toenail removed. And I was so excited because I watched videos, like, all night, purple popper videos, earwaxing, all that, all that. So I'm sitting in the chair, and this guy is like a talker, like how Mojo talks. Like, he will, like, pull a story out of you, and he want to go from A to Z. So I'm sitting there, I'm like, yeah, yeah. And I'm just, like, focusing and stuff. He's numbing and all that stuff, and I'm just watching intensively. This dude literally snipped and clipped and pulled. And I'm like, wait, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Put it back. I didn't get to see it. He was just looking back.

02:13:11 - 02:13:13 | Unknown:

I never had it.

02:13:13 - 02:13:28 | Speaker 3:

I never had it. That's awesome. And I'm like, no, seriously, like, put it back. And he was like, wait, what's wrong? You're not happy as though? I'm like, no, this is, like, supposed to be my moment. Like, he was just like, so his flabbers was gassing. He was just like, I never heard nobody say that.

02:13:28 - 02:13:29 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my goodness.

02:13:29 - 02:13:36 | Speaker 5:

Amber, you are too good. And by the way, you're right. I am a talker. All right. We love you. I love it. Take care. Take care. Bye.

02:13:37 - 02:13:50 | Speaker 4:

WKQI Detroit. WSNX, Muskegon, Grand Rapids, WVKS, Toledo, three great stations, one stupid show. This is Mojo in the Morning, live.

02:13:53 - 02:14:09 | Speaker 5:

Mojo in the Morning. I got a couple of things I wanted to bring up. One of them is, so this weekend I went to dinner. Tell me if you guys ever have this. So we went out to dinner this weekend. And then Chelsea and I did with our friends, Denise George. Remember Denise George?

02:14:09 - 02:14:09 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I do.

02:14:09 - 02:15:00 | Speaker 5:

Denise George used to manage Britney Spears. Backstreet Boys. She managed the Backstreet Boys, NSYNC, all those guys. Wow. She worked with Jive Records. And then Jimmy George, her super sexy Chaldean husband. And we went out to dinner with these guys. And tell me if this has ever happened to you before. We're at dinner and everything is nice. We went to one of our favorite restaurants. We're sitting there in this nice, cushy booth. everything's wonderful and then the table next to us comes and they are the loud table and it's the all of a sudden the decibel level of volume inside the restaurant went to a point where i couldn't hear jimmy's talk anymore like they were talking so loud that it was to a point where i was like huh what what's going on and they were it was

02:15:00 - 02:15:23 | Speaker 2:

There's one table that was making this. And I don't know if you guys, Shannon, you probably have been that table. You and your girlfriends and stuff like that. For sure. And it got to a point where I'm thinking to myself, doesn't anybody, the other people in this restaurant not realize that the level of volume just went from a 5 to a 20. You know what I mean? On a scale of 10. That's how loud this table got to.

02:15:24 - 02:15:32 | Speaker 3:

Have you ever had that happen to you? I feel like we can't be hypocritical because I feel like we were at that table when we were at Chop House for our WeWork. You know what I mean?

02:15:32 - 02:15:43 | Speaker 2:

Like, we took it to a whole other level. But is it possible that you can say to them, hey, can you guys keep it down a little bit? Or can you ask the restaurant to tell them to keep it down a little bit? I feel like you could do that.

02:15:43 - 02:15:46 | Speaker 4:

I think you could tell your server to ask them. But you can't do that.

02:15:46 - 02:16:01 | Speaker 3:

I feel like they should be aware. The restaurant should be aware. They have ears just like we do. Now, obviously, their focus may not be on the volume because they got a million other things they're worried about. But I feel like if there's a hostess at the establishment or if there's a waiter or waitress, they have to be cognizant of the loudness that's happening.

02:16:02 - 02:17:32 | Speaker 2:

But if you're here, here's the thing that's interesting. If you're somebody that has been to a restaurant and you see people come in and push a stroller with, you know, kids, you right away get a bad feeling in your, you know, your thoughts. Right. You right away start going, oh, crap, I got to sit next to this. and screaming babies are always looked at like they are the biggest pains in the asses to sit next to either in a restaurant or on an airplane because they kind of are what about screaming people what about that though what about the people that are loud that are loud the entire time it was this table that was just so loud okay so what did you do nothing i ate the whole time i was i wanted to pull over the manager did you give him a mean look no i wanted to pull the manager manish over and just say to him, say, Manish, tell these people to keep it down. Like, what is going on here? But I didn't want to do it because I didn't have a reservation and I begged him for one the night before. I was like, the last thing in the world he wants is he wants it. But I was sitting there the whole time going, how loud do these people have to be? And it was weird because everybody had to notice it because the level was, it was at a point where they had music playing in the restaurant and you could hear some of the music a little bit. And then as soon as these people came in, you couldn't hear. And it didn't sound like they were playing music anymore. It's all you heard. You couldn't even hear the chattering or the dinging of plates and stuff like that. It was just, I could hear the two ladies talking the entire time. Were they celebrating something? I have no idea. I don't know.

02:17:32 - 02:17:44 | Speaker 3:

Because I feel like some occasions that level of joy is more acceptable than others. Like if it's a large group coming in and they got balloons or it's a graduation season, like give them some grace.

02:17:44 - 02:17:44 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

02:17:44 - 02:17:46 | Speaker 3:

You know what I mean? It also depends on the restaurant.

02:17:47 - 02:17:52 | Speaker 2:

You know what it is? For sure. The reason why he's saying this is he and his family are the same.

02:17:52 - 02:17:53 | Speaker 3:

It depends.

02:17:53 - 02:17:56 | Speaker 2:

You are this way. It depends. You're loud talkers.

02:17:56 - 02:18:03 | Speaker 3:

It depends which family I'm going out with. Make some noise. Me and my radio family because we get loud as hell too when we get outside.

02:18:03 - 02:18:16 | Speaker 2:

844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Has anybody ever been kicked out of somewhere because they've been too loud? Is there anybody listening that has ever been asked to keep it down because you're too loud? I want to know who you are.

02:18:16 - 02:18:17 | Speaker 3:

I couldn't imagine.

02:18:17 - 02:18:29 | Speaker 2:

Are you the loud talker? Has anybody ever, this is another one too, has anybody ever been in a hotel and they were so loud in the hotel room they got kicked out of a hotel? I wonder sometimes if hotels will kick you out if you're too loud, if you make too much noise.

02:18:29 - 02:18:39 | Speaker 4:

I've been warned at a hotel before. Really? Yeah, when I was with girls. We were on a girls' trip. This was like three years ago. We were on a girls' trip and they called us and said we got a noise complaint. Keep it down.

02:18:39 - 02:18:44 | Speaker 2:

And it was during the day too. That's what was crazy. Jeez. Yeah. Dawn, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning. Hi.

02:18:44 - 02:19:23 | Speaker 1:

Hey, Mojo. Hey. So years ago, my husband at the time and I were at a bar establishment, and there was a priest and I guess it was a deacon sitting at the other end of the bar. We were kind of teasing, you know, oh, you know, making jokes, you know, a priest in this coming to a bar, yada, yada. Well, a few minutes later, we noticed that they're arguing, and they literally they were so loud everybody was staring at them and they were unaware but they were arguing about uh whether or not a priest should give last rites at a church or at

02:19:23 - 02:19:36 | Speaker 2:

a hospital oh geez what a topic that is kind of you could hear them that loud that you could hear the full conversation going on yes that's wild it was like yeah see i would want to hear that

02:19:36 - 02:19:49 | Speaker 1:

conversation we well we we listened as long as we could but then we're like okay we're not enjoying ourselves because our ears are so wide open we're trying to hear their conversation yeah we're like ah let's go somewhere out so yeah we kind of want to stick around to see if they

02:19:49 - 02:19:53 | Speaker 2:

were going to duke it out no i i actually like when the conversation is interesting this one

02:19:53 - 02:19:59 | Speaker 1:

wasn't interesting what's going on bean you there yeah i'm here what's up good morning there's no way

02:19:59 - 02:19:59 | Speaker 2:

I've ever.

02:20:00 - 02:20:03 | Speaker 1:

talked to a bean before are you a first time long time you never talked to the bean that's your

02:20:03 - 02:20:12 | Speaker 3:

first time this is papa bean what's going on bean good morning yeah i think you're being a little

02:20:12 - 02:20:22 | Speaker 5:

tough i don't know like i'm not the loud person all the time even though i sound a little loud right now yeah but i am a hostess at a restaurant and sometimes it just really depends on what

02:20:22 - 02:20:34 | Speaker 1:

we're celebrating and what we're doing come on i listen you've been in your restaurant where the family or the people were so loud they became obnoxious yes that's true and i've been told it's

02:20:34 - 02:20:44 | Speaker 5:

hey they're getting a little loud and i'll move them over somewhere else or suggest them to our bar area or lounge area but you i'm pretty sure when you're out with your radio family and you've

02:20:44 - 02:20:54 | Speaker 1:

had a couple of shots you're pretty loud being you know nothing about me we just met you're the first time long time you got it right you're talking about you got him right you're i've been

02:20:54 - 02:20:58 | Speaker 5:

listening to this show since forever. I don't want to hear it.

02:20:59 - 02:21:00 | Speaker 1:

Get off my phone.

02:21:00 - 02:21:06 | Speaker 5:

10-09-55, Mojo in the morning. The Roses. The War of the Roses.

02:21:07 - 02:21:10 | Speaker 1:

I'll talk to you never, Bean. We'll talk to you. I love you.

02:21:10 - 02:21:10 | Unknown:

Okay.

02:21:11 - 02:21:13 | Speaker 2:

Bye, Bean. Listen up, Mojo.

02:21:14 - 02:21:19 | Speaker 1:

I know. We were having a nice night. We were having a nice night. What's up, Jennifer? How are you doing?

02:21:20 - 02:21:56 | Speaker 4:

I'm good. How are you? Good. What's going on first time long time yeah what's up yeah um i had a comment about um getting kicked out for being too loud yeah um we went on a family camping trip with a bunch of uh cousins and aunts and uncles and stuff like that a canoe trip and um a bunch of us girls got a little to tipsy and we were a little too loud and they kicked us out and we were no longer welcome back to that campsite.

02:21:56 - 02:21:58 | Speaker 1:

They can kick you out of a campsite?

02:21:59 - 02:22:00 | Speaker 4:

They did. They did.

02:22:01 - 02:22:08 | Speaker 1:

Wow. That's wild. That's wild because you're outdoors, right? I mean, you think about it, you can be as loud as you want to be but I guess you're keeping people up probably, right?

02:22:09 - 02:22:16 | Speaker 4:

Well, that's what we thought but nope. They said you gotta go and you're no longer welcome here so we had to find a new campground

02:22:16 - 02:22:21 | Speaker 1:

for the next year that is crazy danielle got kicked out of a hotel what's up danielle

02:22:21 - 02:22:41 | Speaker 3:

hi so a few years ago we were at a hockey tournament for my little brother and our rowdy drunk parents were acting a fool we got multiple warnings from the hotel and the final straw was my dad did a front handspring in the hallway after he was scared at like three o'clock

02:22:41 - 02:23:04 | Speaker 1:

in the morning that's that's by the way and that's hockey parents we've told we've heard the hockey families are crazy families that's great it was wild what do they do if they kick out the entire team where do you put a bunch of kids in the middle of the night uh tiffany got kicked out of an applebee's for being too loud is that right yes i did and um first time long

02:23:04 - 02:23:36 | Speaker 6:

time as well what else did you guys do um i'm sorry i didn't hear you what else did you what did you what did you do to get kicked out so we were at applebee's and my friend was um wearing a very revealing top she was a little heavy set and the manager came over and asked us if we could please leave because her back fat rolls were hanging out are you kidding me that contained a lot of hair. Yeah, a family was very upset and asked if we could please leave.

02:23:36 - 02:23:41 | Speaker 1:

Wow. By the way, do you think she's upset that you're calling the radio to talk about this?

02:23:42 - 02:23:43 | Speaker 6:

I could care less.

02:23:45 - 02:23:46 | Speaker 1:

Did she really

02:23:46 - 02:23:48 | Speaker 6:

have? That was a long time ago. We're not friends

02:23:48 - 02:23:53 | Speaker 1:

anymore. Did she really have hair all over her back too? Wow. Good for her.

02:23:54 - 02:23:55 | Speaker 6:

It was on her back and her chest.

02:23:55 - 02:23:56 | Speaker 1:

Oh, God, Lord.

02:23:57 - 02:23:58 | Speaker 6:

Do you not shame?

02:23:58 - 02:24:01 | Speaker 2:

Did you think she should have wore the shirt?

02:24:02 - 02:24:06 | Speaker 6:

No, absolutely not I was completely embarrassed And I wish she would have put something on

02:24:06 - 02:24:14 | Speaker 1:

You sure you didn't complain? Hold on, Ace Tell everybody where you got kicked out of For being too loud

02:24:14 - 02:24:18 | Speaker 2:

I got kicked out of prison for being too loud

02:24:18 - 02:24:23 | Speaker 5:

How? There's no way So

02:24:23 - 02:24:49 | Speaker 2:

It was my time to leave anyway So I was being discharged But they keep everybody in, like, a holding room, and then they call you out by alphabet of order by last name. My last name starts with a W. So, you know, I'm super excited. I'm like, yeah, it's time to go, and I'm loud, and we're talking about everything. And they're like, oh, right, you, come here. We're going to get you out of here now. You've been way too disruptive and loud right now. Wow. So I got to skip the line and get out of here a little bit sooner.

02:24:49 - 02:24:51 | Speaker 5:

Hell, yeah. That's like a win.

02:24:52 - 02:24:54 | Speaker 1:

That's the place you want to get kicked out of.

02:24:54 - 02:24:59 | Speaker 2:

Kick me out of jail. Kick me out of jail. Mojo in the morning We lead the other

02:25:00 - 02:25:02 | Speaker 4:

The show is Swallow. Follow.

02:25:04 - 02:25:05 | Speaker 3:

Mojo in the Morning.

02:25:07 - 02:25:17 | Speaker 2:

Ooh, I should have played that one after the second date update. Hold on a second. Hold on, Stephanie. Stephanie got kicked out of the casino. What did you get kicked out of the casino for?

02:25:18 - 02:25:24 | Speaker 1:

Me and my little sister, I'm normally a table player, and I play in high limits all the time. So I'm a frequenter of the casino.

02:25:24 - 02:25:25 | Speaker 3:

Okay, baller.

02:25:25 - 02:26:09 | Speaker 1:

and I me and my sister were playing slots which I normally never really play because I play and we were laughing hooting hollering had a few drinks we kept hitting little small jackpots we were you know we were out in the casino we were happy this lady looks at me and I was got to go to the bathroom my sister was in there and she goes must you be so loud and I looked at her and I was like lady mind your business we're just having fun I come back and she's got security there and said she felt threatened by me because I told her to mind her business because we were happy because we were hitting little jackpots here and there. And they actually kicked me out. I had to call my host and be like, they're kicking me out of here because this lady said I was being too loud at a casino. Unreal.

02:26:09 - 02:26:13 | Speaker 2:

Wow. Wow. What casino? Wait, what casino was this?

02:26:14 - 02:26:15 | Speaker 1:

It was MGM.

02:26:15 - 02:26:16 | Speaker 2:

Oh my gosh.

02:26:17 - 02:26:39 | Speaker 1:

That's crazy. And then when I got my host on the horn and then they're trying to, they're escorting me and my sister out. and I'm parked in VIP parking because I gamble a lot so I'm a higher level and he's trying, the security's trying to walk me to where everybody goes out and I was like, dude, I'm not in that one I'm over here I'm a VIP and I'm never

02:26:39 - 02:26:40 | Speaker 2:

coming here anymore

02:26:40 - 02:26:53 | Speaker 1:

yeah, and I said, and I just talked to my host and she's not happy that I'm getting put out for just having fun and they actually They had to apologize to me for doing that.

02:26:53 - 02:27:00 | Speaker 2:

Oh, I bet. That's crazy. That's some lady with an oxygen tank complaining. They give you some money to play?

02:27:01 - 02:27:08 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I was like, the casino is so big. If you don't like what we're doing, there's 20 other spots we need to go to, lady.

02:27:08 - 02:27:19 | Speaker 2:

And you're supposed to be loud there. The whole point is they want to give away some money or they want to appear that they're giving away some money. You can tell. She was losing. That's probably what it was. She was having a bad day.

02:27:19 - 02:27:25 | Speaker 4:

Exactly. Mojo in the Morning has a shot for you to win $1,000 now. Pay your bills is on.

02:27:25 - 02:27:59 | Speaker 2:

That is another good call. Pay your bills. What's the word? Happy. Go enter the word happy right now on mojointhemorning.com. That's happy. Enter that up on mojointhemorning.com under the cash contest to win $1,000 to pay your bills. Pick up your phone if you get a call from a number you don't recognize. You will, of course, be told that you won $1,000 if that's the case. So happy is the word on the cash contest. Bill, are you there? Yeah, I'm here. Bill got kicked out of a strip club. Whoa. Why did you get kicked out of a strip club, Bill?

02:28:00 - 02:28:34 | Speaker 4:

So me and a couple of my buddies, this is when I was living out of state, we were at Topless Bar one night, you know, as you do, three of us guys, and we were having a pretty good time knocking them back. And I went to the restroom, and I came back to the bar, and I couldn't find either one of my friends. So I went up, looked by the tip rail, a little bit of the couch area. Couldn't find them, couldn't find them. Finally, security says, hey, they said, you got to go. Your buddies are outside. Well, it turns out my friend took his shirt off, and they threw him out for being topless.

02:28:37 - 02:28:45 | Speaker 2:

You can't take your shirts off unless you're the actual employees that are getting paid to do that, right? There was too much competition.

02:28:45 - 02:28:50 | Speaker 4:

yeah i guess uh i guess a six foot four 300 pound man is not as sexy as

02:28:50 - 02:29:11 | Speaker 2:

you gotta wait for amateur night all right thanks for the call it's mojo in the morning show kevin has rules at his uh mother of josiah's house yeah so i didn't know these were rules until like two weeks ago so you guys have a great co-parenting relationship yeah but now

02:29:11 - 02:29:22 | Speaker 3:

she's instilling rules for you i don't know what's going on to be honest with you uh but i pulled up so the first rule and she texted me after i left was don't beep the horn when you come in the

02:29:22 - 02:29:29 | Speaker 2:

driveway i'm like all right wait a second so when you go pick josiah up you don't walk to the door

02:29:29 - 02:29:59 | Speaker 3:

you just beep the horn see 12 years old he can come out the house what i'm walking to the door for i don't have to hold his hand and put him in the car seat like no he's 12 years old come run out so i'll text her or i'll be like hey i'll be there at eight like last night it was like i'll be there at eight and this is me dropping him off you know to go there so eight o'clock 805 you know 10 minute grace period walk in the house when i'm coming to get him i'll say i'll be there in five minutes i'll be there in 10 minutes when i pull in the driveway a quick beep beep to let you know i'm here like that's what the beep beep is for she texts me like don't beep the horn when

02:30:00 - 02:30:25 | Speaker 4:

in the driveway like all right and you know some conversations aren't worth having so it's not like something i'm gonna be like why can't i beat the horn just whatever your house would do what you do and she texted me the other day and was like don't throw loose trash in my dumpster i didn't even respond to that either it's first off it's not my trash it's josiah trash it's all his capri suns and fudge cookies and all that kind of stuff get your trash throw it in the dumpster

02:30:25 - 02:30:27 | Speaker 3:

It's like a dumpster. What's a dumpster?

02:30:27 - 02:30:35 | Speaker 4:

Like the one you put on the trash can, the one you put onto the street every week. So it's her garbage can. Her garbage can. Yeah. Her personal garbage can. Yeah, it's not a dumpster.

02:30:35 - 02:30:38 | Speaker 3:

A dumpster is like communal, but this is actually her garbage can.

02:30:38 - 02:30:42 | Speaker 4:

Her garbage can with her little address on there. Yeah. Don't throw loose trash in.

02:30:42 - 02:30:47 | Speaker 3:

She wants you to throw it in a bag, a garbage bag, so that it doesn't get dirty in her garbage can.

02:30:47 - 02:30:49 | Speaker 4:

Who has bags like that just ready to go?

02:30:50 - 02:30:54 | Speaker 3:

Well, can you walk it in the house or no? You're too lazy because you're out.

02:30:54 - 02:30:57 | Speaker 6:

Toot, toot, beep, beep. He's sitting in the car. He's not going in.

02:30:57 - 02:31:09 | Speaker 4:

You feel me? And this isn't a regular occurrence. Like, every, you know, Wednesday or whatever the day is, we're throwing trash away. But if I look in the back seat and Joe got rappers and stuff, go throw that in the trash can. Yeah. I'd do the same thing. For real?

02:31:09 - 02:31:17 | Speaker 6:

Which one do you do? No, I would do the same thing. Kev. Like, I throw random stuff in my garbage can all the time. But there are some people that are crazy about everything being bagged.

02:31:17 - 02:31:20 | Speaker 3:

What about the beeping? What about that part?

02:31:21 - 02:31:30 | Speaker 6:

I mean, that wouldn't bother me. I don't know. Thank you. You're okay. You could also just send a text saying here if it bothered her that much, but that would not bother me, the beeping.

02:31:30 - 02:31:32 | Speaker 4:

And it wasn't premeditated.

02:31:32 - 02:31:37 | Speaker 6:

It's not like I'm laying on the horn. It's just, ba-ba, I'm here. Maybe her neighbor said something. I don't know.

02:31:37 - 02:31:45 | Speaker 3:

But wait, but you don't like the idea, though, that he's just sitting out in front of the house and he's beeping? Like, it's so impersonal. Like, maybe she wants to share. No, I agree.

02:31:45 - 02:31:47 | Speaker 5:

I agree with that. It is impersonal.

02:31:47 - 02:31:55 | Speaker 3:

Maybe she wants to share. Hey, Josiah wasn't feeling good. I want to tell you a little bit about this, whatever. She wants to share some parenting stuff with her.

02:31:55 - 02:32:06 | Speaker 4:

So you want me to pull up in the driveway, go to the door, ring the doorbell, knock on the door, and like sit in and have tea. No, you don't have to have tea.

02:32:06 - 02:32:17 | Speaker 6:

But you guys talk all the time. So if there's something about Josiah that's going on, you guys don't need that moment to transition and that information.

02:32:17 - 02:32:43 | Speaker 3:

I don't like the idea that you're beeping like that, especially because when Josiah, and I know he's getting older, but Josiah is not like he's 15 or something like that. You guys are still parenting. You've still got some stuff to do. And I think that it would be nice for you to walk up and you guys have the ability to be able to just go, hey, how you doing? How's it going? How was the weekend? What's going? You know what I mean? Like it doesn't need to turn into anything more than just talk about Josiah.

02:32:43 - 02:32:49 | Speaker 4:

So I'm there to pick up Josiah, and I can't beat the horn for him to run out and get in the car? No, you can't.

02:32:49 - 02:32:58 | Speaker 3:

That's the issue? Well, I think that it seems very impersonal. Does she walk up to your door to go get Josiah? No. What do you mean? So she's telling you that she doesn't want to.

02:32:59 - 02:33:05 | Speaker 6:

He just stands by the door and watches, and when she's there, he runs out. Yeah, or she might not even open the door. Josiah just comes out.

02:33:05 - 02:33:07 | Speaker 3:

So how does Josiah know when to walk out?

02:33:08 - 02:33:10 | Speaker 4:

Either I guess I'll be, or like I said, I'll say.

02:33:10 - 02:33:13 | Speaker 3:

No, how does Josiah know to walk out to her? When she's there.

02:33:13 - 02:33:26 | Speaker 4:

She'll probably tell him, your dad's outside. No, no, no. For her and your house. Oh, yeah. Does she walk up to your door? No, so she has a home. I have an apartment. So I have to, like, walk out and, like, take him through a gate in order for him to get out to his mom. Okay.

02:33:27 - 02:33:35 | Speaker 3:

So then I take back what I said. Maybe she should do the same for you and walk Josiah out to you. But you shouldn't be.

02:33:35 - 02:33:35 | Speaker 4:

She doesn't have to.

02:33:36 - 02:33:37 | Speaker 3:

He can just run out himself.

02:33:37 - 02:33:41 | Speaker 4:

He's 12 years old. He can walk out the door. What's up, LaVita?

02:33:41 - 02:34:13 | Speaker 2:

hey mojo i love y'all good morning we love you too thank you let me just say this i love you you gave me the name excalibur a few uh radio shows back but i just want to say you remind me of my ex i understand how you feel about garbage being in a can that that's not yours but if she if it's a problem just accept it yeah don't make a big deal of i love you kevin i just want to say I love you, but you remind me of my ex. LaVita, I'm on your side.

02:34:13 - 02:34:15 | Speaker 3:

Do you like your ex or do you not like your ex? Well, he's an ex for a reason.

02:34:15 - 02:34:17 | Speaker 2:

I can't stand my ex.

02:34:20 - 02:34:34 | Speaker 4:

LaVita, I'm 100% with you. I didn't, maybe I could have acknowledged the text because I just brushed it off. I was like, this ain't even worth going down. But I haven't done it since. I haven't beeped the horn. I was like, okay, whatever you want to do, let's just do it that way. Keep the peace.

02:34:34 - 02:34:36 | Speaker 3:

What's up, Toya? Hi, it's Mojo in the morning.

02:34:38 - 02:34:59 | Speaker 1:

Hey, Kev. Hey, Mojo. hey shannon good morning um the city that i live in when i roll my big can to the curb they take the bags inside of it out and if it's loose garbage in there they will not take it they will leave it so it could be right she's saying that for that reason so but it's just a little fix and I do

02:35:00 - 02:35:06 | Speaker 2:

random bags in my car for garbage so that it is a thing okay i love y'all wait real quick what about

02:35:06 - 02:35:10 | Speaker 4:

the beeping thing what about what about the fact what about the fact that he's so lazy he can't

02:35:10 - 02:35:27 | Speaker 2:

even go up and get his son well i don't think it's now to his defense i got you kev don't worry i don't think it's being lazy but i think like he said this is an ongoing this isn't a new parenting situation so i think based on the relationship there i think a little bb toot toot is all right

02:35:27 - 02:35:33 | Speaker 4:

What is that song? What's up, Moni?

02:35:35 - 02:35:40 | Speaker 3:

Hi, it's Moni. Hi, Moni. He's on a roll today with him.

02:35:41 - 02:35:44 | Speaker 4:

Here she come now and say, Moni, Moni. What's up, Moni?

02:35:46 - 02:35:47 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, first time caller. Moni!

02:35:50 - 02:35:51 | Speaker 4:

What's going on?

02:35:51 - 02:36:16 | Speaker 3:

I'm calling into a radio station at all. Oh, wow. I was just calling because I don't, like, I live in a duplex in a house, but I don't really like it when my neighbors, like, have people come by and they beep the horn to get somebody rather than just calling. I feel like calling would be better because it's kind of impersonal. Just pick up the phone.

02:36:17 - 02:36:36 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, that's not a bad idea. I'd even like that better than the beep. Although somebody said Kevin needs to go get a Tesla because in Teslas, you can switch the horns around and you can make your horn an air horn. Could you imagine? Imagine if Kevin's out in front of your house. That's a real problem at that point. That would be hysterical. What's up, Lydia?

02:36:37 - 02:37:16 | Speaker 1:

Hey there, gang. How are you? Hi there. What's going on, Lydia? Good. Hey, you know, I just feel like, you know, there's nothing wrong with what he's doing, putting the garbage in the garbage can He's actually showing their child responsibility. And, you know, that goes a long way with these kids that are in divorced families, showing that they can be friends, showing that things can be easy. These things aren't major problems because what are they going to do when they have to deal with the real important things in life?

02:37:16 - 02:37:26 | Speaker 4:

Maybe Josiah should take that garbage in with him and throw it in her garbage can inside. Man, she'd really be pissed. You think so? Why? Don't bring no trash in my house. Really? That's crazy. That's so funny. Why?

02:37:26 - 02:37:27 | Speaker 1:

Like, I don't care.

02:37:27 - 02:37:38 | Speaker 4:

No, no, no. You have stuff to throw. But you heard that caller that said that maybe the town doesn't let her do it. In that case, I understand. But you do not need to bring trash from outside inside. What's going on? How you doing, Blake?

02:37:40 - 02:37:41 | Speaker 3:

Hey, how's it going?

02:37:41 - 02:37:41 | Speaker 4:

Good. What's up?

02:37:41 - 02:37:49 | Speaker 3:

So, I just wanted to say that Kev just inspired me. I just dropped off my kids, and I beat the horn. There we go.

02:37:49 - 02:38:01 | Speaker 4:

you are you are not a smart man Blake you're gonna cause for problems in that co-parenting relationship oh that's bad what's up Danita

02:38:01 - 02:38:27 | Speaker 5:

02:38:27 - 02:38:49 | Speaker 4:

All right, Shannon, with what's trending in the Dirty on the 30 this morning, breaking news that came in yesterday in the evening or towards the evening about former President Joe Biden.

02:40:14 - 02:40:42 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. They discovered a small nodule on his prostate that led him to make a doctor's appointment, get it evaluated. They also found out that the cancer has already spread to his bones. A spokesman said the president and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians. Now, just so you understand how it already got described as aggressive, this is cancer expert Dr. David Ages.

02:40:42 - 02:41:01 | Speaker 3:

We classically grade prostate cancer by Gleason score. With 10 is the highest, 6 is the lowest. And a Gleason 9, which is what the president has, is a very aggressive form of the cancer, which is manifest by the fact that his has already spread to his bones. So it's bone metastatic or stage four Gleason 9 prostate cancer.

02:41:01 - 02:41:45 | Speaker 1:

Just moments ago, the former president sharing a new photo of himself and the former first lady. And the caption says, cancer touches us all. Like so many of you, Jill and I have learned that we are strongest in the broken places. Thank you for lifting us up with love and support. President Donald Trump, by the way, responding to news on social media, saying Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden's recent medical diagnosis. we extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family, and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery. Now, while it is sounding like this is new news to the former president and his family, somebody pulled a clip from two, two and a half years ago, where he mentions that he has already been diagnosed with cancer. Listen to this.

02:41:46 - 02:42:13 | Speaker 2:

And because it was a four-lane highway that was accessible, my mother drove us, and rather than us be able to walk, And guess what? The first frost, you know what was happening? It had to put on their windshield wipers to get literally the oil slick off the window. That's why I and so damn many other people I grew up have cancer. And why can't for the longest time Delaware had the highest cancer rate in the nation?

02:42:13 - 02:42:14 | Speaker 1:

And at the time his people said he just misspoke.

02:42:14 - 02:44:07 | Speaker 4:

Oh, they all thought it was, they were all like, oh boy, what's going on? This was another one of those times where they were all worried about him. No one caught it though, I guess. No, they didn't. I don't remember it being a huge story. Oh, it was. Yeah, it was. It was only on probably Fox News at the time that they were covering it. But so did you see this morning? CNN is coming out this morning. And this is pretty interesting that they're the ones questioning this. But CNN's Brian Stelter questions the timing of Joe Biden's cancer diagnosis, questioning that this is coming out on the weekend that all those tapes were released of the Robert Herr investigation into, remember the documents that were at his house? Yeah. And they released a bunch of the audio of his interview, and he didn't sound great in the interview, like he didn't remember when he was the vice president or what year he was the vice president. and Stelzer and CNN reporting this morning that they believe that the timing seems a little suspicious because of the news cycle was all about these audio recordings. Listen, I will say this. If anything, to hear President Trump, who's obviously not a fan of Joe Biden's, come out and say something nice, I think this is one of those things where you pull each other together and you stop being so political and just say, hey we wish the guy well you know what i mean absolutely um nancy pelosi is also getting crap this morning too she wrote a get well wish on her social media and she had to turn the comments off because people are calling her two-faced because she didn't stand behind uh the former president when he was running for president and she it was called the backstabber because remember they kind of led the attack on him to to drop out of the race but cassie ventura is done testifying

02:44:07 - 02:45:00 | Speaker 1:

in the sex trafficking trial of Sean Combs. She had a long day on Friday, her fourth day on that witness stand for much of the day. Diddy's defense attorneys tried to undercut her claims that she was an unwilling participant in his infamous freak offs, having her read text messages, seemingly showing that she was excited to perform. Again, Cassie saying she was worried for her safety here because of the beating she endured during and following the freak offs. She referred to herself as, quote-unquote basically a sex worker at one point in her testimony cassie and her husband alex fine issuing a heartfelt statement emphasizing the importance of speaking out against abuse in his statement specifically alex praised cassie's courage and resilience stating i am so proud of my wife for standing up and speaking her truth her strength inspires me every day now in related dirty Did he?

02:45:00 - 02:45:23 | Speaker 6:

has filed to dismiss Dawn Richard's civil suit against him on the same day that she took the witness stand against him in his criminal trial. His legal team is pointing out a series of reasons why Dawn's lawsuit shouldn't go further. Statute of limitations, improper group pleas, all sorts of legal things, but they're saying she should not be allowed to do this. So she was the last

02:45:23 - 02:45:58 | Speaker 9:

one to testify on Friday and we expect her to start back up again on Monday, but she has a very limited role here. She's talking not about the allegations in her civil lawsuit as to what she claimed Sean Combs did to her, but specifically about an allegation of the violence that Sean Combs put upon Cassie, where she, uh, Cassie was making breakfast at a scene. Sean Combs got very mad, said, where's my eggs? Came down, took the pan and started swinging it at Cassie. Uh, the impact here is that this isn't just violence for the sake of freak-offs. This is violence for the sake of their relationship and also the seriousness of this violence as well that don richard saw

02:45:58 - 02:46:15 | Speaker 6:

firsthand yeah saw several times firsthand and was also told to keep quiet on what she says went down bill belichick sitting down with good morning america's michael strahan to talk about what else his relationship with his 24 year old girlfriend jordan hudson what do you think about all the

02:46:15 - 02:46:50 | Speaker 7:

attention that your relationship has been getting yeah well she's been terrific you know through the whole process and she's been very helpful to me she does the business things that don't relate to North Carolina that come up in my life so I can concentrate on football and and that's really what I want to do you know I acknowledged her in the book she was very helpful on that with the with the tribute pages and also given a perspective of the book from kind of a business side you know sometimes I get a little football technical and uh and so you know she did a good job of uh keep me on balance there so what did what did Jordan mean to you well we have good personal relationship You know, I'm not talking about personal relationships, Michael. You know that.

02:46:50 - 02:46:52 | Speaker 1:

Okay, I know that coach. I'm going to say, are you happy?

02:46:53 - 02:46:53 | Speaker 7:

Yeah.

02:46:54 - 02:46:57 | Speaker 1:

You look happy. Yeah. I never thought I'd see you doing yoga.

02:46:59 - 02:47:23 | Speaker 6:

There's missing stuff here. Where is the Lydia and the guy that came into town topic on here? Boy, I'll tell you what, how we get yelled at if we don't get personal with our topics. And yet, what's good for the goose is good for the gander, huh? Or not good for the gander, maybe, I guess.

02:49:40 - 02:49:48 | Speaker 1:

Rah, rah, rah. I have a boyfriend now. What? Are you kidding me? You did not tell any of us? No, I haven't said anything yet.

02:49:49 - 02:49:50 | Speaker 10:

You're calling him your boyfriend?

02:49:50 - 02:49:52 | Speaker 1:

He asked me to be his girlfriend.

02:49:53 - 02:49:54 | Speaker 10:

Oh, my God. What are you guys talking about?

02:49:54 - 02:49:59 | Speaker 6:

Okay, so, no, I like that. So, the weekend went well, obviously. Is he still here or did he fly back to Arizona already?

02:50:00 - 02:50:00 | Speaker 1:

He went back yesterday.

02:50:01 - 02:50:08 | Speaker 2:

Okay. What'd you guys do after the podcast on Friday night? Because I know you were going to go out, weren't you?

02:50:08 - 02:50:18 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, but we chose not to. We just hung out for a little bit, and then we went our separate ways. And then the next day, we went to the DIA, had some dinner, and spent some quality time together.

02:50:18 - 02:50:23 | Speaker 3:

Wait, does your dad know that you have a quote-unquote boyfriend?

02:50:24 - 02:50:29 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, because yesterday, I took my mom and my dad, Andrew, to Flower Day here in Eastern Market.

02:50:30 - 02:50:36 | Speaker 3:

and i pulled my dad deflowered this weekend so you need to go to flower i did not get deflowered

02:50:36 - 02:51:27 | Speaker 1:

but i will say i pulled my dad aside and i talked to him about drew and i asked him if he knew that we had been talking and my dad said he had no idea wow and i asked if it would be okay i was kind of being like a little girl and i was like would it be okay if you know i dated this guy and he was like i like him he had a bunch of questions to follow but i like him was what i came to the wow how did drew ask you um so he made so first of all he got me all my favorite roses from trader joe's because that's where i love to go to get flowers boom he made me this video of him coming here put all my favorite taylor swift songs in it and then the video kind of closed out and then he looked at me and asked me if i wanted to be his girlfriend okay that's very lydia and very cute very intentional yes i really i liked it it was very personal too wow wow wow and your

02:51:27 - 02:51:33 | Speaker 2:

dad took it well huh yeah wow he lives i mean a four-hour plane ride away when do you guys plan

02:51:33 - 02:51:44 | Speaker 1:

to see each other next so he's coming in for his birthday in about three weeks and then i'm going there in like a month so for now we have a little bit of time where we know we're going to see each

02:51:44 - 02:51:53 | Speaker 3:

other okay do you think that uh he will relocate or you would have to relocate i would think that

02:51:53 - 02:51:58 | Speaker 1:

maybe he would have to but we haven't had those conversations yet interesting because he's

02:51:58 - 02:52:22 | Speaker 3:

originally from here right he's originally from this area is his family here no his mom and dad are in arizona with him okay there was a part of the podcast that made me feel a tad uncomfortable on Friday yeah me too do you know which part I'm going to talk about yeah and I would love for you to okay do you do you really know which one maybe I do actually I'll let you say what part made you

02:52:22 - 02:52:25 | Speaker 1:

feel uncomfortable and then I guess I can share what made me uncomfortable okay so there was a

02:52:25 - 02:52:56 | Speaker 3:

part of the podcast that made me feel uncomfortable when he was discussing uh Megan and the uh when he first came into the studio and how I was like you know yeah you should date in uh that conversation you got to listen to it in the podcast true actually uh mentioned that i felt uncomfortable at that moment and and just felt weird about it because i didn't know the extent of the the conversation of or the the people having crushes right and the confusion of who was

02:52:56 - 02:53:02 | Speaker 2:

attracted to who in that circle what made you uncomfortable when he said when he said his true

02:53:02 - 02:53:06 | Speaker 3:

feelings i just felt like ah we should put them out there yeah maybe you were probably sleeping

02:53:06 - 02:53:11 | Speaker 4:

at that point i was i was i may have been bored in some moments but i was never asleep no so what

02:53:11 - 02:53:18 | Speaker 3:

what was it it was for those that didn't hear it it was basically like him calling out the fact that

02:53:18 - 02:53:30 | Speaker 4:

he had no interest at all in megan oh and do you think it was did you kind of feel like he was putting megan down yeah i didn't like that that's how y'all feel yeah okay okay see i took it kind

02:53:30 - 02:53:45 | Speaker 2:

of like he wanted to kind of lift Lydia up well well I think there was no intention to disrespect Megan right just the the very little bit with a little bit of time I've talked to Drew that is

02:53:45 - 02:53:49 | Speaker 3:

not does not seem like his personality and he definitely doesn't seem like that kind of no and

02:53:49 - 02:54:14 | Speaker 1:

he's not I think he just felt like he had heard her side and then he just wanted to say his side of that and I but I don't think that we had to really get into that and him and I have had conversations about that i won't get further into that what made me uncomfortable is when my friend even asked if he could ask a question and i was being kind enough to allow him to do that and then he went and brought up the nuts thing and stuff like that and i just felt like he didn't really

02:54:14 - 02:54:30 | Speaker 3:

need to do that i didn't know who that guy was i thought that was drew's buddy that you were talking about you were trying to set uh bianca no he's one of my good friends too he's married to my best friend because i saw him saying that when he said that i was like okay no more shenanigans Keep the mics away from these people.

02:54:30 - 02:54:34 | Speaker 4:

I get what he was trying to do. It just didn't land. It just wasn't good. Yeah.

02:54:34 - 02:54:37 | Speaker 3:

It just didn't land, right? Yeah. Listen to the podcast.

02:54:38 - 02:54:43 | Speaker 4:

What happened to Drew's friend that he was supposed to be bringing for Kaji? He's not coming. Nope. He's done.

02:54:44 - 02:54:44 | Speaker 3:

Okay, so.

02:54:44 - 02:54:45 | Speaker 4:

You're done.

02:54:45 - 02:54:47 | Speaker 3:

That's it. Wait. What happened that made it done?

02:54:47 - 02:54:51 | Speaker 2:

What's the story there? Although you did say on the air, Bianca, that you didn't find him attractive at all.

02:54:52 - 02:55:02 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I moved on to the next. No, I'm just kidding. I don't know. I didn't vibe with him. I don't talk to him anymore. I kind of we kind of ghosted each other and It's just not happening. I'll find another two-man.

02:55:02 - 02:55:36 | Speaker 5:

If you listen back to the More Mojo podcast, you can hear a lot of the conversations about what we're talking about. Also, I teased this earlier. I would listen back because we discuss a lot of the changes that have happened on the show, including not just changes in the last six months, but changes over the last years, 25 years. The question was asked to me, which I thought was a really good question, was, is there any person that left the show that you wish would come back? And I actually said who I thought would be the person that I wish.

02:55:36 - 02:55:43 | Speaker 6:

That was such a good question. I had a similar question, but it was going to be a little bit more messier than that. But after the question was asked, I was like, well, ain't no point asking mine now.

02:55:44 - 02:57:12 | Speaker 5:

Was that a listener that asked that or Mike asked that? I think it was Mike. Mike asked that. Mike had some great stuff. I got to tell you, man, it's funny. I feel bad. Every time Mike comes to town, there's something crazy that goes on in my life where I wanted him and Allie to just kind of hang out and go to lunch or dinner or whatever, just kind of, like, be able to see them. They ended up spending the whole weekend because they went to Comic-Con and then they went to the Post Malone concert. But it was actually really fun to have him share when Megan left the show and how he did not know that she was leaving, had no, you know, idea. Yeah. But then I also shared the day that Megan resigned, which listeners never got a chance to ever hear about. So there's a lot of a lot of stuff in this podcast, the more mojo podcast live that you can get. And I actually I expressed my feelings towards the fact that Megan didn't show up for this podcast or did not want to show up. And I stand by that. I wish she would have. But let's talk real quick about something. Let's talk. Hold on. I want to talk about can you at a certain age officially call each other boyfriend and girlfriend? Or is that just kind of something that only happens in high school? You know, because it seems very high school-y. We're now boyfriend and girlfriend. We decided we're going to say, I mean, come on. That seems, maybe I'm just like at a point in my life where I'm like. You're crotchety. No, if I was dating, if I was a single guy at my age and I'm dating right now, I'm not going to go, you're my girlfriend.

02:57:12 - 02:57:20 | Speaker 4:

Can I tell you something? You say that, but until you clarify the status of the relationship, at some point that conversation has to happen.

02:57:20 - 02:57:26 | Speaker 5:

You know how you know it when you guys are boning each other? That's not true. What's up, Jonathan? Hi.

02:57:28 - 02:57:50 | Speaker 2:

Hi. I just want to say I've been listening to you guys for I don't know how long, years. Yes, Jonathan. And I came to realize Lydia is, she's a beautiful soul. She's a really nice person. And, again, this is just my opinion, but I think Lydia's too nice for a long distance because nine times out of ten, those don't really work. And, you know, I just don't want to see a good call in that situation.

02:57:50 - 02:57:55 | Speaker 5:

Do you think Lydia's going to get the bad end of that or the good end of that? What do you mean by that?

02:57:56 - 02:58:01 | Speaker 2:

I hope not, but I think the bad end. I hope not. You know, I hope it works out, but long distance end.

02:58:01 - 02:58:10 | Speaker 5:

Well, if she does, would you, as a fan of Lydia's, would you go to Arizona and beat the crap out of this guy if that would happen?

02:58:10 - 02:58:12 | Speaker 2:

I would. I would if she wanted me to.

02:58:14 - 02:58:15 | Speaker 5:

Kevin, I would be there.

02:58:15 - 02:58:19 | Speaker 2:

I hope not. I hope not. She's just really nice, and I would hate to see that happen.

02:58:19 - 02:58:28 | Speaker 5:

Don't break our girl's heart, right? Right? Yes. Yes, exactly. Thank you, Jonathan. Hold on. Frank wants to say something. What's up, Frank? How you doing?

02:58:28 - 02:58:41 | Speaker 3:

Hey, good morning. First time, long time. Hey. I just wanted to say, I guess, with Lydia having an official boyfriend now, Kevin's going to need a new mother-in-law.

02:58:42 - 02:59:00 | Speaker 6:

No, Cyan's still my mother-in-law. What if you start dating Cyan? No, she got George. Cyan walked me over to Drew and was like, just so we're clear, this is my son-in-law. Really? No, she did not. I swear, I was like, it's all good, bro. No way, I didn't know she did that. Yeah, Cyan's my dog.

02:59:00 - 02:59:07 | Speaker 5:

did she uh did did she enjoy uh drew because this was her spending a little bit more time

02:59:07 - 02:59:20 | Speaker 1:

yes she actually cried when he left because she loved how wonderful he was and she thinks that this is like my person so she was crying like tears of joy which we could be moving fast at

02:59:20 - 02:59:33 | Speaker 5:

that rate when you're crying how do you think that your uh like priests and you know really the hardcore chaldean families is going to feel about you with a non chaldean i hope that they're

02:59:33 - 02:59:42 | Speaker 1:

accepting i mean he's accepting of the chaldean culture so they should be accepting of him i don't think my priests would have a problem do i think some of my family members will yeah but i don't

02:59:42 - 02:59:48 | Speaker 5:

care it's really like that yeah oh yeah does he uh does he is he catholic or has he got any what

02:59:48 - 02:59:55 | Speaker 1:

do we know he's uh he was raised catholic okay all right so that's not bad he's like lukewarm That's okay

02:59:55 - 02:59:56 | Speaker 6:

He's an omnivore

02:59:56 - 02:59:59 | Speaker 1:

We are expanding his horizons

03:00:00 - 03:00:06 | Speaker 3:

You have to be his spiritual inspiration.

03:00:06 - 03:00:07 | Speaker 1:

I'm working on that.

03:00:07 - 03:00:30 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. That's kind of nice. Am I crazy in the idea? Some texters are saying that I am crazy. Mojo, you're crazy. They should be asking if they're boyfriend or girlfriend yet. I think it's nuts. I mean, I get it. Lydia's young. She's 20-something years old. And Drew's how old? How old is... Oh, she's on the phone. for having a call.

03:00:30 - 03:00:30 | Speaker 1:

Sorry.

03:00:31 - 03:00:31 | Speaker 3:

How was Drew?

03:00:31 - 03:00:32 | Speaker 1:

He's 24.

03:00:32 - 03:00:47 | Speaker 3:

He's 24? Here, let me answer a phone call. Hello, Mojo in the Morning. Are you worth picking up here on the air? What's going on? Yeah, I just want to say how I really miss Spike. For the phone scam, it was just amazing. You know what? We talked about that. We talked about that in the podcast. Go listen to the podcast.

03:00:47 - 03:00:48 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

03:00:48 - 03:01:32 | Speaker 3:

Go listen to that podcast. I'm telling you, we talk about the phone scams. We talk about the people that have been on the show. If you don't listen to this podcast, you're making a huge mistake if you're a Mojo in the Morning, long time, long time. You gotta go listen to this podcast. There is nothing that was left unsaid in this podcast. And I will tell you this, that I've already gotten people that are former members of the show that reached out to me that heard the podcast. They went back and listened to it. I, to be quite honest with you, wouldn't listen to this podcast. You wanna know why I wouldn't listen to it? It's two hours long. There's nothing, I don't even watch a movie at two hours. I watch TV shows that are, I want shows that I have a chance to pause it

03:01:32 - 03:01:40 | Speaker 2:

and come back to it. But I'm saying, if you're a fan of the Mojo in the Morning Show, you want that behind-the-scenes extra stuff that you don't get on a normal day, man.

03:01:40 - 03:01:41 | Speaker 3:

This is for you. It's too long.

03:01:42 - 03:01:44 | Speaker 4:

You don't have to listen to it all at one time.

03:01:44 - 03:02:02 | Speaker 3:

I had to. I wanted to know what it was. I was there, and I don't even know what the hell happened. But I had some... I won't say who the former members are, but I had two former members of the show that reached out to me, and they said, hey, I was listening to the podcast, and I thought that it was good. But they actually, the first thing that they said, though, was, yeah, your equipment's still about as bad as it's always.

03:02:03 - 03:02:17 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. Bums me out. WKQI Detroit. WSNX Muskegon Grand Rapids. WVKS Toledo. Three great stations. One stupid show. This is Mojo in the Morning Live.

03:02:19 - 03:03:52 | Speaker 3:

All right, it is Mojo in the Morning. Second date update. War of the Roses. The Dirty on the 30. These are all things that we do on this radio show. I got a few things that I want to get to. We're going to get to them here this morning on the show. I want to bring this up because I thought that this was pretty interesting. There is a new form of cheating that I wanted to bring up. And I saw this online and I thought that this was pretty interesting. Is this cheating if you do this? Any listeners of ours, are you on OnlyFans? Are there any listeners that are actually subscribers to somebody's OnlyFans account? If you are, will you call us up? Or if you're somebody that is personally on OnlyFans, there is a new form of cheating that is out there. And it's a breed of cheating that this woman talks about that I was reading about on Reddit. She talks about how she dumped her boyfriend for subscribing to a popular porn star's OnlyFans account. She claims that it is cheating. And as it turns out, it's just her on the account putting videos of herself up there. So it's him subscribing to the OnlyFans, her putting her videos in her daily things that she does, kind of almost like it's your Instagram account, but it's a dirty one. Like, well, it's not, it's kind of like, it's kind of like a dirty blog.

03:03:52 - 03:03:58 | Speaker 4:

No, no, no, that's what I mean. A blog of like, like what she's doing all day, but she's not, she's videotaping it.

03:03:58 - 03:04:38 | Speaker 3:

Everything from her taking care of herself on the videos to her posting some sex videos to her actually talking on the videos. Yeah. But it's nothing specific to him. It's just her being the person. And the girlfriend thought that that was cheating because he subscribed to it. A recent survey found that 50% of respondents consider subscribing to OnlyFans as a definite sign that they're cheating, which I thought was pretty interesting, while 42% believe it depends on the interaction, if it's one-on-one interaction or one-on-your-guy-or-girls interaction.

03:04:38 - 03:04:44 | Speaker 4:

Because you can do that on OnlyFans, right? You can actually correspond with the content creator.

03:04:44 - 03:04:50 | Speaker 2:

creator if you pay like a enormous price i think you get one so you could just watch or you could

03:04:50 - 03:04:55 | Speaker 4:

take it a step further and actually have a conversation with that person yeah do you do

03:04:55 - 03:05:00 | Speaker 2:

you find it to be cheating i'm in two worlds right now in one world

03:05:00 - 03:05:24 | Speaker 4:

i'm like okay if you view this as just content then what's you know different than you finding somebody that you like on youtube and subscribing to their content and they're doing their vlogs their daily life their whatever their thing is on the other side i'm like yes cheating because the only thing that's different is you not seeing this person face to face but if everything was going on that's going on now and it was somebody you know in real life it would be unacceptable Absolutely.

03:05:24 - 03:05:34 | Speaker 3:

Yes. Do you, do you, would you be less likely to think it's cheating if it was a national person compared to if it's a local person that could be in your own community?

03:05:34 - 03:05:51 | Speaker 4:

But I think you, yes, but I think you cross the line when you pay more to have that one-on-one contact. For sure. Like if you're, because they have it to where, okay, I'm Kevin user 335 and I'm, you know, sending it to ThinkVision 3.0. And I'm like, this is what I want the video to say. This is what I want you to say in the video.

03:05:51 - 03:05:52 | Speaker 3:

You must be on OnlyFans. Is that right?

03:05:52 - 03:05:56 | Speaker 4:

No, I'm just – I mean, this computer I'm looking at is a ThinkVision, so that's where that came from.

03:05:56 - 03:05:56 | Speaker 3:

Oh, okay.

03:05:56 - 03:06:02 | Speaker 4:

But, like, if I pay a certain amount of money for you to give me personal content, that's taking it a step beyond just browsing.

03:06:03 - 03:06:15 | Speaker 3:

Isn't it the same thing, then, if the person has, like, a Pornhub account and gets the extra – or a RedTube or any of these other porn sites? What else do you know? Listen, people know porn sites. Come on. We're not playing.

03:06:15 - 03:06:29 | Speaker 4:

The only thing that I'm saying is once it becomes specific to a relationship that I have with you, if I go on those sites you use and I just click the username and see what you're posting, that's no different than me going on Twitter and looking at what anybody posts.

03:06:29 - 03:06:46 | Speaker 3:

What about this? What if you're, and this is totally away from OnlyFans and away from any of these porn sites. What if on my subscribers on Instagram or Facebook, I follow a person that is a known adult sex person?

03:06:46 - 03:06:54 | Speaker 4:

I don't think so. And that's why I said initially I'm torn between two worlds. That first world is simply that. I go on YouTube. I subscribe. I go to Instagram. I follow.

03:06:55 - 03:06:58 | Speaker 2:

But if you start DMing her, then it's a different story.

03:06:58 - 03:07:30 | Speaker 3:

I want to know who does this Because I'm going to be really Really honest with you I don't get OnlyFans And when people talk about it I go oh that's great I have no idea OnlyFans to me is as foreign as can be And I'm going to tell you why Because if I even write OnlyFans Into my Safari browser I'm afraid Chelsea's going to find it one day And I don't want it to become Me doing it for research purposes And all of a sudden she thinks that I'm on it.

03:07:30 - 03:07:35 | Speaker 2:

I think if you are in a committed relationship, OnlyFans should be off limits.

03:07:35 - 03:07:35 | Speaker 3:

Yes.

03:07:35 - 03:07:39 | Speaker 4:

Unless that's your relationship. Unless you, well, yeah.

03:07:39 - 03:07:46 | Speaker 2:

I mean, there are all different kinds of relationships. I'm saying if you are in a monogamous one-on-one relationship, I don't think OnlyFans should be a part of that whatsoever.

03:07:47 - 03:07:59 | Speaker 3:

OnlyPans is the cooking version. OnlyPans, you guys, I'm so tired. It finally caught up with me. But no, that's actually a great site. OnlyPans, you go on there. I'm sure it exists. You get dinner ideas for that night. What would you do if you found out that Wes was not only fans?

03:08:00 - 03:08:07 | Speaker 2:

I would be so upset. I would be so upset. It would be, I mean, there would be.

03:08:07 - 03:08:08 | Speaker 3:

It would be hurtful.

03:08:08 - 03:08:11 | Speaker 2:

It would be hurtful. There would be a massive. Did I tell you about my friend Shannon?

03:08:11 - 03:08:12 | Speaker 3:

My friend Shannon.

03:08:12 - 03:08:13 | Speaker 2:

Shannon that I know?

03:08:13 - 03:08:24 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, the Shannon radio person. She was married to a guy, one of her husbands. She went back and looked at his history. And this guy had, it's so crazy how deep he was into the porn world.

03:08:24 - 03:08:40 | Speaker 4:

So going back to you and Wes, If you found out Wes had an OnlyFans, you know, he subscribed, what would the level of pissed be? If he's just a general browser or if we're talking like this, where he subscribed to one person and he was having, you know. That to me is cheating.

03:08:40 - 03:09:09 | Speaker 2:

That to me is 100% cheating. I don't know on a level of pissed, but, and I know I'm in the minority when I say this, but I really, really believe that like the OnlyFans, that porn, it destroys relationships. I don't care how many people could argue otherwise. I think that if somebody by themselves is sitting there viewing porn, it just starts to tear down everything that you've built in your relationship. Because the expectation changes.

03:09:10 - 03:09:10 | Speaker 3:

What do you think, Becca?

03:09:12 - 03:09:29 | Speaker 1:

So I do agree with what Shannon just said, but I also don't agree to the point that it's like full on cheating. Yes, if you start messaging with this person, I can see it turning to cheating. But if you, you know, subscribe to someone or you're just watching their content, it's not cheating, but I think it's very, very disrespectful on the partner.

03:09:31 - 03:09:40 | Speaker 3:

So if you're in communication with them, it is definitely cheating. If you're just viewing videos, it's okay.

03:09:40 - 03:10:01 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean, I'm okay with my partner watching porn, and I know that's different for every relationship. But, I mean, I wouldn't want him to be subscribed to someone's OnlyFans, but I don't consider it cheating. I just consider it very disrespectful, and obviously it would be a big talk between the two of us of how... I don't like that.

03:10:01 - 03:10:09 | Speaker 3:

I want to know who these people are that do subscribe to the OnlyFans. Like, are there a lot more married people than there are single people? Erica, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning.

03:10:11 - 03:10:54 | Speaker 1:

Hey, everybody. Good morning. Good morning. For a long time. Hey, everyone. So exciting. Yeah, for me, honestly, I do kind of think it's cheating. OnlyFans has been known to have a certain type of content. So I think for everybody, it kind of is a little, like, shaken up for someone, your significant other to follow OnlyFans. Because I think that's where the mind naturally goes is, oh, it's like a, you know, it's a sexual content type of thing. But I was hearing you guys say that it's like a daily thing. But what if, like, in between, like, her whole video, she's also doing sexual content in between getting herself ready and doing her whole day? You know what I mean? She is. That's what it is.

03:10:55 - 03:10:57 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's what I think these people are looking at.

03:10:57 - 03:11:20 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, no, I personally think that if you're looking at anybody naked, and now I think, too, going back to what Becca said, if in a relationship you guys have that communication that it's okay to look at porn and to do that, then yeah, you know, but if you set boundaries in a relationship to absolutely no, you know, nakedness, like, we're not doing that. I think that would be cheating in my defense. I wouldn't be comfortable with my boyfriend doing that.

03:11:20 - 03:11:32 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, so I will say this to you and be aware of this, that there is just as much porn on Twitter and X than there is on any of the porn sites or even OnlyFans.

03:11:32 - 03:11:33 | Speaker 4:

Twitter, crazy.

03:11:33 - 03:11:42 | Speaker 3:

It's crazy how many of the guys that I know that go to Twitter because they think that their significant others aren't going to know. What's up, Shay?

03:11:44 - 03:11:45 | Speaker 2:

Hey, what's up?

03:11:45 - 03:11:46 | Speaker 3:

What's going on?

03:11:48 - 03:12:06 | Speaker 2:

Not much. This topic is so interesting to me. I personally think it's crazy. It's not cheating. To me, cheating is once something physical happens, rubbing, touching, kissing, sexual, anything. That is cheating if you're in a committed relationship.

03:12:07 - 03:12:13 | Speaker 3:

So if your guy was having an emotional affair where he was DMing another girl, you wouldn't find that to be cheating?

03:12:16 - 03:12:18 | Speaker 2:

I would. I would. Absolutely.

03:12:19 - 03:12:21 | Speaker 3:

But that makes no sense. There's no rubbing or touching.

03:12:22 - 03:12:46 | Speaker 2:

It's not. But I just feel that the line is it's just content and it's video. It's almost kind of like porn. But, again, like the other young lady said, sometimes it's other content as well. As long as you're just watching, I don't have a problem. And that's not cheating. But if you get to DMing or, you know, talking, then you're taking it a step further. But to me, that's the line that's drawn.

03:12:46 - 03:12:48 | Speaker 4:

That's just an excuse, though, that I would use.

03:12:49 - 03:12:50 | Unknown:

Yeah.

03:12:50 - 03:13:00 | Speaker 4:

That's just an excuse I would use. like look i'm not doing anything with her so it's all good that's like the same excuse if you have somebody in person that you shouldn't be hanging around with but you are but you're not you haven't

03:13:00 - 03:13:30 | Speaker 2:

taken it to that physical level yeah it's like a loophole in the spin but as long as it's a barrier which will be the internet i don't feel like you know that was it's any cheating because i mean a lot of people now watch porn so it's almost like or you know sexual content i should say So it's almost like it's kind of hard to say that's just cheating when it's nothing physically actually happening. And as long as, again, there's no conversation between anyone.

03:13:30 - 03:14:09 | Speaker 3:

I will say that I think there is a difference between watching from a porn site and you're just watching because you saw a video or whatever and then subscribing. I think subscribing is where it gets gray, you know, and that's where the issue gets. That gets dirty. We should do a topic one day of how OnlyFans ruin my relationship. We did that one time, but it wasn't with OnlyFans. We need to do it tomorrow. That's fascinating to me. Tomorrow, OnlyFans ruin my relationship and see what people who are both people that are subscribers and also content creators. And if you're listening right now and that's you, text Lydia. Yeah, text us right now. We'll show Twitter info. We'll get you on as a guest.

03:14:45 - 03:14:50 | Speaker 1:

Now, back to Mojo in the Morning. It's the second date update. A mojo in the morning.

03:14:51 - 03:14:59 | Speaker 3:

So this is an interesting one. Not getting a call back, and it's after being together for, like, it seems like months.

03:15:00 - 03:15:11 | Speaker 1:

What is going on? We're going to find out here right now. Taylor is being ghosted. So explain this, Taylor. You guys have known each other for some time. This wasn't just that you guys went out recently and now they're not calling you back.

03:15:12 - 03:15:29 | Speaker 2:

No, not at all. Like, we've met online. We talked online for a little bit. And honestly, everything was going out really well. We actually went on our first date. It was at a, like, the big, cute rooftop. Everything was perfect.

03:15:29 - 03:15:39 | Speaker 1:

and out of nowhere it seems like they just stopped talking to me so it was though a while ago right

03:15:39 - 03:15:56 | Speaker 2:

it was weeks ago that this happened um i want to say around maybe like officially they stopped talking to me maybe like two weeks ago but i felt like it was kind of like drifting okay but but

03:15:56 - 03:16:14 | Speaker 1:

Your date was a while ago, over a month ago. That's interesting. So what is it that made them stop talking to you a couple of weeks ago? And why is it that you guys haven't gone on another date? We're going to find out this morning here with the second date update. Jalen is on with us. Jalen, will you say hello to Taylor?

03:16:16 - 03:16:17 | Speaker 4:

Hey, Taylor.

03:16:18 - 03:16:21 | Speaker 2:

Hey. Long time no speak.

03:16:23 - 03:16:23 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

03:16:25 - 03:16:25 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

03:16:26 - 03:16:27 | Speaker 2:

That's too much what it is. That's what I get.

03:16:28 - 03:16:32 | Speaker 1:

So, Jalen, what's going on? Let's talk. Let's open up. Let's be honest here.

03:16:33 - 03:16:49 | Speaker 4:

No, I mean, you know, the date itself was fine, but after the date, I mean, I realized this girl's crazy. What do you mean? Why? She kept accusing me of giving her an STD and that I had STD, but, I mean, I knew there was no way I had one.

03:16:51 - 03:16:54 | Speaker 1:

Wait, hold on a second. What's going on? What is that all about, Taylor?

03:16:55 - 03:17:32 | Speaker 2:

uh first of all being called crazy is wild um paranoid so okay paranoid is a little bit more correct i don't i think that is more being responsible um because when we went on our first date mind you everything was perfect like i said we've been talking for a while The date was romantic. We went on a nice walk. However, the walk led to his place. And you guys had sex? Yeah, two consenting adults.

03:17:32 - 03:17:38 | Speaker 1:

But wait, explain the whole, you accused him of giving you an STD. What's that all about?

03:17:39 - 03:17:47 | Speaker 4:

Bro, she made me go get tested for STDs. That's how paranoid she is. And I did. I went and got tested, and I'm clean, of course. But my thing is like.

03:17:47 - 03:17:56 | Speaker 1:

So wait, so after you guys had sex with each other, she then says to you, I think I got an STD. You need to go get tested for this.

03:17:57 - 03:18:14 | Speaker 2:

Okay, wait, you have to understand, I was violently sick. I was sick, like, almost immediately right after. So my mind went to, it couldn't be the rooftop, because that's an A-star restaurant.

03:18:14 - 03:18:16 | Speaker 4:

Who else is she hanging out with? I mean, what is she doing?

03:18:16 - 03:18:22 | Speaker 3:

Are you talking sick, like, barfy sick? Because you're describing very different things.

03:18:24 - 03:18:30 | Speaker 2:

Well, I never had an STD before, so I'm guessing if I'm sick, no matter what.

03:18:31 - 03:18:33 | Speaker 3:

But you're thinking you had an STD because you were throwing up?

03:18:34 - 03:18:38 | Speaker 2:

Well, I was throwing up. I felt kind of, like, a little bit itchy.

03:18:38 - 03:18:45 | Speaker 4:

She's got a guilty conscience. She's out there sleeping with everybody about it. Take a guess. Wait, wait, wait. Let's not go there, Jaylen.

03:18:45 - 03:18:46 | Speaker 1:

Take a guess?

03:18:46 - 03:19:06 | Speaker 3:

So here's where I'm... That's slowing down. That's not an accuser of that. So Taylor, you wanted to talk to him again to find out about the STD? Like you still wanted to continue to go out with him, even though you thought he gave you an STD? You wanted him to call you back so you could get more clarity on that? I'm so confused.

03:19:07 - 03:19:12 | Speaker 2:

So it was more for the clarity. I wasn't like, hey, did you give me an STD? I was like, hey, what's your name?

03:19:13 - 03:19:14 | Speaker 4:

How do you think I feel?

03:19:14 - 03:19:30 | Speaker 2:

You know, by the way, I'm sick. Are you sick too? because it's kind of like the timeline is kind of off by the way you should probably get tested it was more like i didn't like to say hey get tested i kind of brought it up in conversation and then that's when he thought talking to me that's when i thought oh he definitely gave me

03:19:30 - 03:19:37 | Speaker 1:

something well i didn't see that but here's the shannon's uh writing questioning and it's like

03:19:37 - 03:19:43 | Speaker 3:

okay you're violently you're throwing up but then you are equating that to an std hat wear

03:19:43 - 03:19:47 | Speaker 1:

He may have given you COVID or the flu or something like that, but he's not giving you an STD.

03:19:47 - 03:19:49 | Speaker 3:

But she said she was throwing up and she was itching.

03:19:49 - 03:19:59 | Speaker 1:

Well, and listen, you're not, and even if you get, I don't know if you're necessarily just going to be itchy or if that's just a sign of something. But 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-65.

03:20:00 - 03:20:23 | Speaker 2:

four eight how do you keep a relationship going after you tell this person you in and are accusing this person of giving you an std and and telling them you got to go get tested and then when you they go get tested it sounds to me jaylen and you tell me that what happened it sounds to me like when you showed her that you don't have anything she didn't say anything to you like she didn't

03:20:23 - 03:20:33 | Speaker 1:

try to tell you hey you know sorry that i accused you or no nothing she's paranoid she's crazy i

03:20:33 - 03:20:46 | Speaker 4:

mean it's pretty you know well okay i didn't say sorry i accused you because it was more of like hey you know do you want to you should probably check this out because i was sick maybe okay so

03:20:46 - 03:20:59 | Speaker 2:

you were worried about his safety not just yours exactly okay all right she accused me of it i don't by it at all. Tammy, what's going on? It's Mojo in the morning. What are your thoughts here about Taylor and Jalen? Well,

03:20:59 - 03:21:09 | Speaker 5:

I think maybe she is a little bit crazy because if she thinks that he gave her an STD, why would she want anything more to do with him? Well, that's

03:21:09 - 03:21:13 | Speaker 2:

kind of true, right? Well, she found out that he's clean. He got a clean

03:21:13 - 03:21:15 | Speaker 5:

bill of health. Yeah, but still,

03:21:15 - 03:21:19 | Speaker 2:

I mean, that's where why is he wanting to be part of this whole thing? Yeah, exactly.

03:21:19 - 03:21:26 | Speaker 5:

Exactly. Maybe the sex was that good or the baking cookies was that good that he didn't care she's a little bit crazy

03:21:26 - 03:21:30 | Speaker 2:

yeah uh what's up brittany hi it's mojo in the morning what's going on

03:21:30 - 03:22:16 | Speaker 6:

hi me right sorry yeah brittany what's up okay hi good morning i i'm sorry that this whole thing is throwing me out this is why we need sexual health classes back in school we we need some education what you can't how oh my god how are you going to accuse somebody of giving you an SCDF, you slept with him one time. That happens. I get it. I worked in the ER. That's fine. But you're telling me that you had a sick stomach issue, and then you're mad because you accused him of this, but then you're mad at him for not calling you back. He is every bit in his right to not call you back, block your number, move, if you went to his apartment, because you don't need to know where he lives anymore. Are you okay? Like, my goodness gracious. That is some wild accusations. Oh, my gosh.

03:22:16 - 03:22:30 | Speaker 2:

It is a little crazy. Listen, I will say this to you, that I think maybe just the fear got to her that night. And maybe that's what got her to do it. So I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. But trying to smooth things over afterwards would have been nice. What's up, Noah? Hi.

03:22:31 - 03:22:36 | Speaker 6:

Hi. I think it takes like three months to detect the CD.

03:22:37 - 03:22:38 | Speaker 5:

Like, it's not immediate.

03:22:39 - 03:22:40 | Speaker 2:

It's not the next day thing.

03:22:40 - 03:22:43 | Speaker 5:

Everybody don't know that. Right. It's not a next day thing.

03:22:43 - 03:22:58 | Speaker 2:

Well, I think that that's the thing. I think she was just panicking because she wasn't feeling good. I think even accusing somebody of getting you sick the next day, I mean, I would probably say that it would take a little bit longer than the next day where you all of a sudden, even if you got, like, the flu.

03:22:58 - 03:23:04 | Speaker 3:

But accusing somebody of giving you the flu and accusing somebody of giving you an STD are vastly different.

03:23:04 - 03:23:15 | Speaker 2:

Right. And I kind of get why Jalen's kind of cutting this thing off and not wanting to get together again. Absolutely. You got your answer, Taylor. I think that's.

03:23:16 - 03:23:27 | Speaker 4:

I feel like everyone is not really hearing what I'm trying to say. I mean, I don't want to be too detailed, but it was also my first time, like, f***ing. You can't say that.

03:23:27 - 03:23:29 | Speaker 3:

Holy God, you cannot say that.

03:23:29 - 03:23:44 | Speaker 2:

Hold on. I got to dump that. I got to dump that. I'm sorry. Now we're talking. For those, she got graphic on what she did, and we had to dump that. I apologize. Second date update here on the Mojo in the Morning Show.

03:23:44 - 03:23:51 | Speaker 1:
