good morning and welcome to the mojo in the morning show what is happening it's gonna be nice today it's gonna be 80 degrees and i don't think that there's any rain in the forecast right am i right with that now right i like that uh i actually wore shorts this morning so i'm showing off those thick white thighs that i have and i walked in and mark our engineer goes oh showing off the legs today and i said mark if it's gonna be 80 today outside it's gonna be 90 today inside here in this studio where we have no air conditioning which i don't know if any of our listeners ever have heard us talk about the lack of artificial freeze breeze here in the studio but we have nothing like you tell him skies out thighs out you don't mind his business and you know what mark actually understands that he gets it uh he actually said to me he goes listen i don't think it's going to be that uh that hot today i've made some adjustments and when i came in this morning it was actually cold and now i feel like it's uh it's kind of warmed up a little bit i don't know all the bodies that are here with us today welcome to the show uh mojo uh we've got shannon mike Megan uh Kevin with us Kev uh KP Lydia uh Misfit Steve and

00:05:00 - 00:05:30 | Speaker 2:

And all of you on our phone lines at 844-MOJO-LIVE, our text is 95500. And, of course, anytime that you want to, you go on social media and you tell us what your thoughts are about this show. I've learned, by the way, this, and I learned it hardcore yesterday more so than ever, you know, introducing Kev to the audience, that I've learned that Facebook is the place where everybody just hates.

00:05:30 - 00:05:30 | Speaker 3:

Yep.

00:05:31 - 00:06:00 | Speaker 2:

And Instagram, there's a lot of love. And it's wild to see the love that is out there on Instagram compared to, you know, some hatred on Facebook. And it made me sit there and think to myself that I think that, honestly, I can't do Facebook anymore. Like, I just can't do it. I don't know what the story is. What is it about people? Because it's the same listenership, but I guess it's different people, right, from different social media platforms.

00:06:00 - 00:06:06 | Speaker 1:

I think people just are more comfortable saying things on Facebook than they are on other platforms. I don't know what it is. Unfiltered.

00:06:07 - 00:06:30 | Speaker 2:

But the craziest is you can actually, I mean, I guess, you know, Instagram was set up so that people can kind of just sit there and, you know, not have to make comments. But, man, there was even more comments on Instagram, but it's amazing how happy everybody is on Instagram. I wish. And optimistic. Facebook could be done. Well, or how about let's not get rid of the platform. Let's just get rid of the people on the platform.

00:06:30 - 00:06:32 | Speaker 3:

I even forget sometimes, though, about Facebook.

00:06:33 - 00:06:34 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I know.

00:06:34 - 00:06:47 | Speaker 3:

Really, the only reason I put stuff on Facebook is for, like, the older members of my family. No offense, Dad. Yes. Tim Murphy. Tim Murphy, that's the first thing he does when he wakes up is he checks Facebook. He does. And he's always positive.

00:06:48 - 00:06:49 | Speaker 2:

He actually, to be honest with you.

00:06:49 - 00:07:05 | Speaker 3:

You know, I had to give him a little pep talk because he has a lot of thoughts and feelings about the Detroit Tigers. And sometimes he says things that I'm like, Dad, this is all public. You probably shouldn't write that stuff.

00:07:05 - 00:07:18 | Speaker 2:

Sometimes, though, you know, it's okay to do it for the Tigers. It's okay to do it for your sports teams, right? No, actually, to be honest with you, Tim sends every now and again a very funny meme that will come his way.

00:07:18 - 00:07:21 | Speaker 1:

Nothing positive has ever been done on Facebook.

00:07:23 - 00:08:09 | Speaker 2:

Well, you're maybe right. I mean, we introduced the world to our children on there, but I thought that was kind of a positive. But it would be funny nowadays on that if we were having children, it would be like, fat-ass kid. Ugly baby. Facebook. Yeah. Well, hey, you know what? We're good. We're happy. We're smiling. And you know what? The world is going to be a good place because we've got War of the Roses this morning and this morning's War of the Roses. She is cheating with the neighbor. You will hear that. And actually, you've got to listen closely because it's a three-way call between her and the neighbor. So that's coming up. And since it's Tuesday, it's at 740 and 940. So listen right after the dirties for that. It's Mojo in the morning.

00:08:09 - 00:08:34 | Speaker 3:

Can I tell you guys something that I need to celebrate today? Took my nine-year-old daughter Lucy to the dentist yesterday No cavities for the first time ever Guys That's how great of a mom I am That I brace myself every time we go to the dentist Because the last time we went, girlfriend had six cavities I wanted to hide under the chair It was so bad

00:08:34 - 00:08:46 | Speaker 2:

Does it become a reflection on you when it's your child? Because I always feel like when you go to the doctor And they say something about the kid that they need to have something more or something less. I feel like it's a reflection on me.

00:08:46 - 00:09:37 | Speaker 3:

Well, the sweet hygienist, and I'll give her a shout-out, her name's Annabelle, said that they don't judge. But I'm judging myself. I mean, that's really terrible. But yesterday, she had no cavities. And actually, the dentist, I have to give a shout-out to the dentist that we go to. It's Dr. Danny over at Golnick Pediatric Dentist. He's the best, and he said to me, Hey, Mom, she's probably not going to need any sort of braces or anything because her teeth are so straight, which is so funny because I thought all kids eventually just need braces. You guys, Lucy, it was like she was crushed. Like I told her that I was taking away YouTube for the rest of her life. That was the face that she made. She wanted braces so bad. And so to hear that she's probably not going to need them, it was like the worst news that she could ever receive.

00:09:37 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 2:

It's funny because I remember my kids were also like that with braces too. And I think that they want them because they want the colored, you know, they now have colors to them and they have brackets and they want to like, it's funny because I didn't want braces when I was a kid. Like I didn't want to have to wear them, you know, and obviously no adult wants to wear braces now if their teeth are messed up, but you got to do it. You know, you got to get your teeth straightened, but kids love that.

00:10:00 - 00:10:42 | Speaker 1:

love and the only thing he said to her was she has two little gaps on either side of her two front teeth yeah um and he's like maybe if those gaps don't close on their own we might throw some invisalign on her for a little bit or something oh those aren't bad yeah well so then she spent all of yesterday on my phone researching invisalign and trying to tell me how bad she needs invisalign like right now i just thought it was so funny because i remember wanting crutches i wanted braces i wanted glasses i wanted a cast like you go through all of these oh and you see another kid especially right right that when you're in elementary middle school that you're like oh that actually looks kind of cool and that was her yesterday with the braces isn't it funny that

00:10:42 - 00:10:47 | Speaker 3:

nowadays people who don't need to wear glasses wear it for fashion like they want to do it for

00:10:47 - 00:10:52 | Speaker 1:

fashion which is me i don't need glasses i had lasik but i their glasses are are cute it's

00:10:52 - 00:11:31 | Speaker 3:

accessorizing, accessorizing with the, uh, the braces too. I remember when the kid came into my class, it was Bill Raftery comes, comes into my class and he was walked in and he had his foot in the cast and it was like, Oh God, I wish my dad would take me to Walgreens so I could go and just get ace bandages or something, you know, all you wanted was to have that in crutches were another one too. I remember my brother broke, uh, his leg and actually had to have pins in his leg because he was playing football and he broke his leg and uh all i remember was looking for the the crutches that were in our basement storage closet you know the dang sling my my family

00:11:31 - 00:11:35 | Speaker 4:

members we all used to fight over that sling the arm sling nobody has an injury but somebody's

00:11:35 - 00:12:25 | Speaker 3:

wearing a sling that that's got to be you probably can reminisce a little bit with us at 844 mojo live or tell us about your kids nowadays like what what is it that they really want but i think every kid gets really upset um I I don't remember which one it was it might have been either it's either Joe or Luke but I remember it was like I know it's broken I know it's broken and we thought for sure oh it's Luke we thought for sure Chelsea and I thought for sure that it was just him wanting to sit out games because when you sit out games you get to wear like your cast on the uh on the bench with your still your jersey on it you know and no it's okay it's okay and then we called our friend dr ron letterman and we're like hey luke keeps complaining about this days later can you just x-ray him brought it in there it was broken no oh wait i think i remember you

00:12:25 - 00:12:30 | Speaker 1:

remember that story yeah when i held off on lucy actually breaking her arm to take her to the er

00:12:30 - 00:12:41 | Speaker 3:

and it was broken we talk about when you go into your dentist and your kid has a bunch of braces How about bringing your kid to your doctor friend and the kid's two days into a broken hand?

00:12:42 - 00:12:43 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I know.

00:12:44 - 00:13:05 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. It's funny. A texter here, 419, says, I remember when I was a kid, we had one kid in our class that broke their leg, and everybody had to help them from class to class. All I wanted to do was be that kid. Well, because there was perks to it. You got to ride the elevator. You got to get your cast signed. Like, that's what I want.

00:13:05 - 00:13:09 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, you got out of class earlier. Yeah. Got the backseat of the bus.

00:13:09 - 00:13:25 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. The whole idea of, you know, things that we now do if we go to Disney World, we fake a handicap so we can get to the front of the line, started when we were kids and we saw some kid in the class.

00:13:25 - 00:13:46 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. When I was in high school, my best friend Kyle, something happened with his leg. I think he tore his ACL. So Kyle had to be in a wheelchair. And I figured as though if I couldn't be in the wheelchair, then I would be his pusher. So I literally, like, had the job of pushing Kyle around school, so I got all the perks, all the late passes, elevator rides. If you can't beat him, push him.

00:13:46 - 00:13:52 | Speaker 3:

Did you say late classes or late asses? Which one did you just say? He got some sympathy. A little bit bogey.

00:13:52 - 00:13:54 | Speaker 4:

If you can't beat him, push him.

00:13:54 - 00:13:57 | Speaker 3:

You can't beat him. Kimberly, what's going on?

00:13:58 - 00:13:59 | Speaker 4:

Morning, guys. Good morning.

00:13:59 - 00:14:00 | Speaker 3:

What's happening?

00:14:00 - 00:14:02 | Speaker 4:

I was just listening to that story,

00:14:02 - 00:14:26 | Speaker 1:

And didn't Lucy wear a cast to school after she was healed from something? Yes, she did. She did. You have a great memory. I think she put her, because she saved the cast after they cut it off. I think she put it back on and put it in a sling and was wearing it. And her teacher reached out to me, like, did she break her arm again? I'm like, no, I had no idea that she was still wearing it at school after it came off.

00:14:27 - 00:14:36 | Speaker 3:

Do you remember the kid in your school, Kimberly, that was the first to, like, break something? and they got all the sympathy, and you just sat there and were like, why is everybody focused on them?

00:14:37 - 00:14:38 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah, absolutely.

00:14:39 - 00:14:39 | Unknown:

Yeah.

00:14:39 - 00:14:52 | Speaker 3:

Thank you for the call. Appreciate it. It's funny how things just never change, right? So the Invisalign, is Invisalign just as fun for the kids as having braces?

00:14:52 - 00:14:57 | Speaker 1:

Probably not. Yeah, I don't think so. I don't know. I mean, you said Lucy was. I showed her, and she was like, ooh, but I want that.

00:14:57 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, you can't see it. The whole point of it is.

00:15:00 - 00:15:11 | Speaker 4:

I don't see them, so I don't know if she wants them to be seen, but they're quick and easy. You put them in your mouth, and then you never even notice they're there. Right. The big thing is the retainers. Remember, you never wanted to wear your retainer, but now you got to wear it. Or you lost them. Yeah.

00:15:11 - 00:15:16 | Speaker 3:

Part of the allure, because I grew up as a kid with braces, part of the allure was literally going and picking my colors.

00:15:16 - 00:15:16 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

00:15:17 - 00:15:18 | Speaker 3:

That was the whole part.

00:15:18 - 00:15:24 | Speaker 4:

And you would probably drive your orthodontist crazy because you'd want your colors to be the color of the Detroit Pistons.

00:15:24 - 00:15:25 | Speaker 3:

I'm like, how many colors can I get?

00:15:25 - 00:15:25 | Speaker 4:

Right.

00:15:25 - 00:15:26 | Speaker 3:

It's like three, Kevin.

00:15:26 - 00:15:29 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. Which scheme? What's going on, Erica?

00:15:30 - 00:15:58 | Speaker 6:

I just wanted you guys not to feel bad. My son was a catcher playing baseball, and he was growing really fast. He had a kid slide into him at home, and from that night for about two weeks, he was complaining about his back hurting. And I'm like, buddy, you're growing. You're squatting, playing. You're just growing. It's sore. And every night, rub my back. It hurts, Mom. So after two weeks, I was like, wait a minute. I took him, and his back was broken.

00:15:58 - 00:15:59 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God.

00:16:00 - 00:16:06 | Speaker 6:

How bad did you feel? Yeah, so don't feel bad. Two whole weeks, I made him suffer.

00:16:08 - 00:16:11 | Speaker 4:

Megan asked how bad did you feel? Did you feel like the worst parent ever?

00:16:12 - 00:16:28 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my God. It was the worst feeling in the whole world. I'm like, there's no way are you going to break your back doing like a slide into home base. Like, come on, it's baseball. It's not football. It's not hockey. Right. It was the worst feeling in the whole world. I'm like, I'm such a bad mom.

00:16:28 - 00:16:31 | Speaker 3:

As a kid, too, I'm milking that for, like, six months.

00:16:31 - 00:16:35 | Speaker 2:

Like, oh, my back. I would love to take the trash out, but my back hurts so bad.

00:16:35 - 00:16:38 | Speaker 6:

Six months. I'd be 30, and I'd still bring that up. Remember the time?

00:16:39 - 00:16:47 | Speaker 2:

How smart are you? It's Mojo in the mornings, back in the day. We have to go back in 10s. Where we give you a bunch of events, and you tell us what year it happened.

00:16:48 - 00:16:53 | Speaker 4:

It was the year that Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries divorced after being married for only 72 days.

00:16:53 - 00:17:06 | Speaker 1:

He didn't move out here and, like, change his whole life, and I feel bad for him. I feel sad. I feel bad for the guy. I changed his whole life, and he fell in love with me, and I fell in love with him, and now my feelings have changed. You don't think I feel bad that I...

00:17:06 - 00:17:11 | Speaker 4:

Shut the f*** up. It was the year that Hall Pass, starring Cameron Diaz, hit theaters.

00:17:12 - 00:17:24 | Speaker 5:

Hey, Elizabeth, don't I, like, grab a bite sometime? You still a gym teacher? I am, yeah. Then no. Okay, cool. Well, awesome. This went great. All right. Man. Wiz Khalifa had the big song.

00:17:26 - 00:17:32 | Speaker 3:

With Black and Yellow. What year was this?

00:17:32 - 00:17:33 | Speaker 4:

We'll set you up with the prize.

00:17:34 - 00:17:34 | Speaker 3:

Good luck.

00:17:38 - 00:17:50 | Speaker 2:

In what year did that crap happen? Call us at 844-MOJO-LIVE to tell us. 844-665-6548. It's Mojo in the mornings, back in the day. What year was this?

00:17:50 - 00:17:56 | Speaker 4:

All right, it was the year that Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries married each other.

00:17:56 - 00:18:10 | Speaker 1:

I made him move out here and, like, change his whole life, and I feel bad for him. I feel sad. I feel bad for the guy. I changed his whole life, and he fell in love with me, and I fell in love with him, and now my feelings have changed. You don't think I feel bad that I invited all these people?

00:18:10 - 00:18:23 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God. Stop. I made an error. I, for some reason, said Hall Pass. I don't know why I did that, but the Cameron Diaz movie that came out in this year was Bad Teacher, not Hall Pass.

00:18:23 - 00:18:37 | Speaker 5:

Starring Jason Segel and also Justin Timberlake in that movie

00:18:37 - 00:18:45 | Speaker 4:

And the big song was from Wiz Khalifa Joshua, I hope that didn't screw you up on what year it was What year was that?

00:18:46 - 00:18:46 | Speaker 2:

2011

00:18:46 - 00:19:04 | Speaker 4:

Yep, nope, good Gotcha, good You got it, congratulations 2011, what gave it away? Black and yellow. Black and yellow. Good song. Congrats to you. You got tickets to see Logic and Juicy J at the Fox Theater on May the 28th this weekend. So enjoy that.

00:19:05 - 00:19:07 | Speaker 5:

00:19:11 - 00:19:13 | Speaker 6:

00:19:13 - 00:19:18 | Speaker 4:

All right. Well, thank you. I've never heard of Pittsburgh, Michigan. Is Pittsburgh, Michigan? Are they all Steelers fans there too?

00:19:20 - 00:19:21 | Speaker 5:

00:19:33 - 00:19:36 | Speaker 4:

00:20:39 - 00:20:58 | Speaker 4:

well let's talk about lebron this morning lebron james leaving lots of room for speculation about what's next for him very coy when speaking about his future with reporters just moments after the lakers were swept out of the playoffs by the nuggets in game four of the western i went to

00:20:58 - 00:21:02 | Speaker 6:

He met at halftime, and the Lakers were up, like, 30 points or something like that.

00:21:02 - 00:21:06 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, well, when asked if he knew his plans for next year, he offered a very interesting answer.

00:21:06 - 00:21:26 | Speaker 1:

We'll see what happens going forward. But I don't know. I don't know. I got a lot to think about, to be honest. I got a lot to think about, to be honest. And just for me personally, going forward with the game of basketball, I got a lot to think about.

00:21:26 - 00:21:49 | Speaker 4:

Left the podium after that. So, people are wondering, has LeBron, did LeBron play his last NBA game at 38 years old? He just completed his 20th season in the NBA. By the way, on the same day, his best buddy, Carmelo Anthony, announced his retirement. I know LeBron has two years and 97 million bucks left on his contract with the final year being a player option. Is that correct information? Yeah.

00:21:49 - 00:22:00 | Speaker 6:

So, I don't know. And a lot of speculation has always been that he was waiting for Bronny to come to the NBA, and he wanted to play with him one season, his son, and then retire. So, I don't know.

00:22:00 - 00:22:05 | Speaker 5:

Would be the first time it's ever happened in the NBA, so he's got to do it.

00:22:06 - 00:22:08 | Speaker 6:

That the player and the father-son.

00:22:08 - 00:22:10 | Speaker 5:

Would be the first time in the history of the NBA.

00:22:10 - 00:22:11 | Speaker 6:

Wow.

00:22:11 - 00:22:13 | Speaker 5:

With that on the line, he has to try.

00:22:13 - 00:22:15 | Speaker 6:

So, that would be two more seasons than he has to do.

00:22:15 - 00:22:21 | Speaker 5:

He put a 40 last night, and he's almost 40. He's got legs. How old's the son? Does he have to go to college?

00:22:21 - 00:22:22 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, he just committed to USC.

00:22:22 - 00:22:25 | Speaker 3:

How many years does he have to do?

00:22:25 - 00:22:27 | Speaker 6:

I think they do one year in the NBA.

00:22:29 - 00:23:40 | Speaker 4:

Another dirty today. Vanderpump Rules cheater Tom Sandoval is now dating somebody new, Texas-based influencer Carly Hale. This after his seven-month affair with Raquel Levis fizzled out. Tom was spotted with a blonde girl who we now know was Carly on at least two occasions in Austin over the past couple of weeks. That went around on TikTok. Now we know who she is. Jamie Foxx still getting treatment at a rehab facility in Chicago while his family continues to stay by his side. His daughter, Corinne, and his very close friend, Dave Brown, among the visitors over the weekend. Remember, he was transferred to this rehab facility in Chicago earlier this month after he was first hospitalized in Atlanta and still not clear what sort of treatment he's getting. But again, this Chicago facility offers services to people who are recovering from strokes and spinal injuries. Singer Jessie Day has welcomed a baby boy into the world. She said he is all her dreams come through her whole entire world. And remember, in 2021, she shared the news that she was devastated that during her first pregnancy, doctors told her they couldn't find a heartbeat. So this little one is her rainbow baby.

Let's meet Joseph. Joseph, it says here that you are from Highland Park. You work for Ford Motor Company. Is that right? Yes, sir. Nice to have you on here. Say hello to our champion, Keri.

00:26:00 - 00:26:10 | Speaker 2:

How you doing, Keri? Good, how are you? Short, rounded brown. Oh, my gosh. I did not expect that. I love you.

00:26:12 - 00:26:39 | Speaker 3:

Keri, I'm going to lock you up in a soundproof area, and we're going to see how Joseph does here. It's the five at 655. Whoever gets the most right wins. Ty always goes to the champion. There are five pop culture trivia questions. Joseph, question number one. There's some controversy with fans thinking that Ariana Grande is not really singing in her role as Glinda in the movie remake of this famous Broadway musical.

00:26:40 - 00:26:41 | Speaker 2:

The Wizard of Oz.

00:26:42 - 00:26:59 | Speaker 3:

Question number two. Jeff Bezos is engaged to his girlfriend of five years, Lauren Sanchez. What company is Jeff the CEO of? Amazon. Question number three. Drew Carey turns 65 years old today. What game show does he host?

00:27:02 - 00:27:06 | Speaker 2:

The right price line. The price line is right.

00:27:07 - 00:27:16 | Speaker 3:

Question number four. Haley Jade Mathers just announced that she's launching a clothing line. Who is her famous dad?

00:27:17 - 00:27:18 | Speaker 2:

Oh, come on.

00:27:18 - 00:27:32 | Speaker 3:

And question number five. Tom Sandoval has moved on to a new girlfriend in the wake of breakup rumors with Raquel Levis. What Bravo reality show do they both star on?

00:27:34 - 00:27:36 | Speaker 2:

90 Days, Piancé, I believe.

00:27:36 - 00:27:42 | Speaker 3:

Let's bring the champ back from a soundproof area. I give him a lot of credit because he came up with good guesses.

00:27:42 - 00:27:44 | Speaker 2:

Did he swear? Yeah. He did?

00:27:45 - 00:27:46 | Speaker 3:

Oh, I didn't. I thought you said, oh, snap, oh, snap.

00:27:47 - 00:27:47 | Speaker 2:

Mm-mm.

00:27:47 - 00:27:51 | Speaker 3:

What did he say? I said oh snap. Yeah, I said oh snap.

00:27:51 - 00:27:51 | Speaker 1:

I said oh snap.

00:27:52 - 00:28:09 | Speaker 3:

Hold on. Megan wanted me to dump it. Uh-oh, I did, but I didn't. Yeah, I just dumped it. I just dumped it, too. Again, for those that are just tuning in, if you didn't miss it, if you missed it, what we just said, he only got two right. And we thought that he swore, but I don't think he did. But that's okay. Joseph?

00:28:09 - 00:28:10 | Speaker 2:

Better safe than sorry. Yes.

00:28:11 - 00:28:15 | Speaker 3:

Maybe we should just dump the entire answers to your question. Maybe we'll do a better one.

00:28:15 - 00:28:16 | Speaker 2:

I can't do that.

00:28:16 - 00:28:27 | Speaker 3:

Come on. Kerry, question number one. There's some controversy with fans thinking that Ariana Grande is not singing in her role as Glinda in the movie remake of this famous Broadway musical.

00:28:28 - 00:28:29 | Unknown:

Wicked.

00:28:29 - 00:28:30 | Speaker 2:

Yes, Wicked. One to nothing.

00:28:31 - 00:28:37 | Speaker 3:

Question number two. Jeff Bezos is engaged to his girlfriend of five years, Lauren Sanchez. What company is Jeff the CEO of?

00:28:38 - 00:28:40 | Speaker 1:

Amazon. Yes. Two to one.

00:28:41 - 00:28:45 | Speaker 3:

Question three. Drew Carey turned 65 today. What game show does he host?

00:28:46 - 00:28:47 | Speaker 1:

The Price is Right, baby.

00:28:47 - 00:28:55 | Speaker 3:

The Price is Right. Question number four. Haley Jade Mathers just announced she's launching a clothing line. Who is her famous dad?

00:28:57 - 00:28:59 | Speaker 1:

Eminem. Yep. Four to two.

00:28:59 - 00:29:10 | Speaker 3:

And question number five. Tom Sandoval has moved on from his girlfriend, Raquel Levis. What Bravo reality show do they both star on?

00:29:10 - 00:29:17 | Speaker 2:

Literally my favorite show, Vanderpump Roll. Yes. Perfect score. And the final score is five to two. Okay, he's back tomorrow.

00:29:18 - 00:29:22 | Speaker 3:

I think we've got to give Joseph a bonus half point for the...

00:29:22 - 00:29:23 | Speaker 2:

The price line is right.

00:29:23 - 00:29:24 | Speaker 3:

The price line.

00:29:25 - 00:29:30 | Speaker 2:

It was creative. I was going to keep it with my grandma, so hey.

00:29:30 - 00:29:33 | Speaker 3:

Exactly. Wasn't that always the show you'd watch when you were home sick from school?

00:29:33 - 00:29:34 | Speaker 2:

Yes.

00:29:34 - 00:29:37 | Speaker 3:

Bob Barker days. That's right, with Bob Barker. The tiny Mike.

00:29:37 - 00:29:41 | Speaker 2:

Bob Barker. I don't know Drew Carey. I don't know about Drew Carey, but Bob Barker.

00:29:41 - 00:29:59 | Speaker 3:

00:30:00 - 00:30:09 | Speaker 2:

00:30:09 - 00:30:19 | Speaker 1:

What up, though, my baby? Are you good, man? Hey, short, brown, and round. Enjoy those burgers, my man. I appreciate it, man. Have a great day.

00:30:19 - 00:30:34 | Speaker 2:

Make sure that you go, you know, do something nice for somebody. I feel like Ellen right now. Isn't that you? Did you say that all the time? And don't turn off the radio. Keep the radio on. I got you, Mojo. Kerry, hold on. We'll see you tomorrow.

00:30:35 - 00:30:38 | Speaker 3:

It's Mojo in the mornings. 5 is 6.55.

00:30:41 - 00:31:51 | Speaker 2:

Mojo in the morning show. Okay, I got to tell you guys this story because it's so damn funny. And I want you on what we're going to talk about. I want you to be as clean as you possibly can, because we still have kids that aren't done with school for the summer yet. You know, we still get some kids that listen to the show. So you got to be careful. And I think that this will be harmless. But Misfit Victor's son is starting a adult. I forget what they call it. They call it something different, but it's like a sex education class. And, you know, you learn the birds and the bees in school. Yeah. and they always will tell you ahead of time because they want to make sure that the parents are understanding. Yeah, and sign off on the fact that they're doing this thing. And it's actually probably a good thing because there was a time where Victor's son would say to him, hey, Dad, why is it that every time the number 69 has said, you always laugh?

00:31:52 - 00:31:52 | Speaker 3:

69.

00:31:52 - 00:33:10 | Speaker 2:

and victor's response to that was go ask your teacher which is probably not the the greatest response to uh to say and then of course when he said oh it's just a funny thing and kind of explains it to him his son what number are they on 69 oh my god he's so cute that was when he was little um but it got me talking with my wife about when I was a kid I didn't get the whole birds and the bees talk I didn't get the whole you know where babies come from talk from my dad I actually got it from my neighbors the Smetana boys Robbie and Michael Smetana were the ones that told me about sex like they were the ones that told me like all the details the dirty details And I still remember as a kid coming home and having a conversation with my brother, Tony, who is my oldest brother, and kind of like my big brother mentor, and saying, I got to ask you a question. He was like, what? Well, Robbie Smetana told me. And my brother, Tony, was like, all right, hold on a second. Dad, you got to have a conversation.

00:33:11 - 00:33:22 | Speaker 3:

Did they always give you information that wasn't right, too? Like, they didn't really actually know about sex, but they just told you things making you believe that they knew about sex? Actually, Mike, these guys knew about sex.

00:33:22 - 00:34:32 | Speaker 2:

Oh, they knew all the sex. Oh, you should have seen. By the way, these guys dated the hottest girls, too, and they dated them at weird ages. Even Robbie Smetana at one point was dating one of the married women in the neighborhood for a while. Robbie? Really? Robbie was the man. So these were the guys you definitely wanted to get the sex talk with. But I have to be honest with you. I don't think that I have had the talk with, you know, with my kids at a right age. Like I had to talk with my kids really later in their lives. Like I just had the talk recently in the last year or so with Luke where I really wanted to explain to him about, you know, not so much things that you, you know, shouldn't do because a lot of times people will say that, but honestly things that you should do and the appropriate things, you know, and times to do them. And then also what sex kind of what it means to people, like because sex means something different to a guy than it means to a girl. And I think that in a lot of cases, boys don't understand that and they don't understand the emotional aspects of this, which, by the way, was a very funny thing when I was going. Can you guys hear me on the air? Every time we do a War of the Roses and we get put in a bad spot, I'm like, ah, ah.

00:34:33 - 00:34:34 | Speaker 3:

Ask your teacher.

00:34:34 - 00:34:41 | Speaker 1:

I feel like you've got to start having those conversations earlier now, especially with social media and the internet. Things are way in the process.

00:34:41 - 00:34:41 | Speaker 2:

I am blown.

00:34:41 - 00:34:52 | Speaker 1:

Kevin, you have ... Yeah, I've got a 10-year-old. You've got a 10-year-old son. If you don't have these conversations, then the world will teach your kids for you. Yeah. And they don't always teach them the right way.

00:34:52 - 00:34:59 | Speaker 3:

I learned everything from the internet. I grew up in an uber, uber religious household. I never had the talk, ever. Me neither. Ever. Nope.

00:35:00 - 00:35:04 | Speaker 2:

You know that one in five kids nowadays learn from porn. That's how they learn about it.

00:35:04 - 00:35:21 | Speaker 1:

It was Cinemax for me at grandma's house. One of the biggest adult websites has an educational series on there because they know that kids are learning from those videos and they're trying to teach them healthy sex versus what adults watch for entertainment. Wait, it's not. Because they're not the same.

00:35:21 - 00:35:23 | Speaker 2:

Is it healthy though? Have you watched it at all?

00:35:23 - 00:35:42 | Speaker 1:

I have watched it. It's super informative. informative. It's like, like, uh, it explains that not all adult videos are respectful and how to be like a, a respectful partner in the bedroom. And so I think it's super important, but I also think it's very sad to go to the website to get it. Yeah. But they know that

00:35:42 - 00:35:46 | Speaker 2:

kids are going there anyways. Megan, just, just for research purposes only. Uh, what's

00:35:46 - 00:35:53 | Speaker 1:

the website? Is it too early to say it? No, you could say it. Okay. It's Pornhub. Pornhub Who has an educational series. Interesting.

00:35:53 - 00:35:56 | Speaker 2:

What? I've never been to that part of the site. Yeah.

00:35:56 - 00:35:56 | Speaker 1:

Exactly.

00:35:56 - 00:36:24 | Speaker 2:

Is that the part you have to pay for? Because I don't want to pay for anything. I'm not subscribing. All right. I want to know. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. I want you to call us up and tell us, aside from your teachers or your parents, who taught you? Who was it that gave you the talk? And maybe there's a funny story behind it. Hold on. Misfit Victor's on the phone with us right now. Victor, will you be a guest speaker in Christian's class for this?

00:36:24 - 00:36:28 | Speaker 3:

I hope so. No, I was actually hoping to go learn something.

00:36:29 - 00:36:40 | Speaker 2:

You know what? Can I tell you? They should do that. They should make the dads and moms have to sit in the class and listen to the whole thing. Because I bet you there's a lot of dads and moms that could learn from this. I'd go.

00:36:41 - 00:36:43 | Speaker 3:

I have a lot of questions that I need answered.

00:36:44 - 00:36:45 | Speaker 1:

Why are you talking like that?

00:36:46 - 00:36:47 | Speaker 3:

What do you mean?

00:36:47 - 00:36:49 | Speaker 1:

You're like talking. Yeah.

00:36:49 - 00:36:53 | Speaker 2:

this this morning you got kind of what's going on you got the sexy voice going on

00:36:53 - 00:37:00 | Speaker 3:

i just woke up like oh okay yeah i'm trying to seduce the listeners

00:37:00 - 00:37:14 | Speaker 2:

um so uh is uh is christian excited for this or is he embarrassed by this because i know having a dad like you and how you have talked to him over time i think he's more embarrassed

00:37:14 - 00:37:21 | Speaker 3:

about it right now to be honest with you and uh understandable i guess yeah you know we i don't

00:37:21 - 00:37:34 | Speaker 2:

know if you told them how i found out about the no oh god so victor's who was it your cousin or something cousin yeah my my uncle's son yeah his cousin made him watch a movie that might be the

00:37:34 - 00:37:58 | Speaker 3:

most vile what was it he didn't make me watch a movie we would always go to his house and they They had, like, I think the place was called Video Jack back then, and they had, you know, a membership there. And we would always find movies like Weird Science, Back to School, different things like that. And there's a movie in the VCR, and it was called Taboo Part 2. So let's see what this is all about.

00:37:58 - 00:38:00 | Speaker 2:

You can't watch without watching Part 1, though.

00:38:01 - 00:38:09 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, exactly. I was lost in the beginning. I was like, wait, is this the pizza delivery guy from last time?

00:38:10 - 00:38:21 | Speaker 2:

That movie, by the way, I've just read the synopsis of it. Go read that. Don't even say what it is. Read the synopsis of Taboo Part 2 or whatever it is.

00:38:21 - 00:38:24 | Speaker 3:

I think it's from like 1982 or something like that.

00:38:24 - 00:38:30 | Speaker 2:

You knew exactly the year. That's correct. Who was it? Was it your cousin that was watching it or was it his dad or who was it?

00:38:30 - 00:38:56 | Speaker 3:

I think it was my cousin, obviously, but, I mean, he wasn't home. We were just hanging out there because we lived next door, and we pop in the video, And I'm like, it was like scarred for life, honestly, God. It was like crazy. It was like the craziest. And now when I just looked up the synopsis or whatever you called it a couple days ago, and I think my cousin should be in jail. It's awful.

00:38:57 - 00:39:00 | Speaker 2:

It is awful. Mojo in the morning. What's going on, Dylan?

00:39:02 - 00:39:02 | Speaker 4:

Oh, hi there.

00:39:03 - 00:39:04 | Speaker 2:

Hey, who taught you, Dylan?

00:39:04 - 00:39:21 | Speaker 4:

uh so i learned from a foreign vhs tape that was behind the vpr when i was like six i thought it was pinocchio something was growing i mean in a way it was but

00:39:21 - 00:39:28 | Speaker 2:

the nose wasn't the only thing growing that's right so dylan so wait so you put it in and

00:39:28 - 00:39:49 | Speaker 4:

next thing you know well what's funny about it was i woke up early in the morning on a saturday i wanted to watch before anybody else woke up pop it in there i'm sitting in the middle of the living room eating cereal and yeah i put it in started watching it you know i had my head talked like a dog next day my mom's walking in smacking me up to the head telling me go back to

00:39:49 - 00:40:00 | Speaker 2:

bed remember the days of vhs that was the thing it would just automatically start from where it's you know it was stopped recently Exactly.

00:40:00 - 00:40:00 | Speaker 3:

Be kind, rewind.

00:40:02 - 00:40:09 | Speaker 1:

It was either VHS or the, remember the Scrambly channel? It was channel 95 or whatever. Not that I watch it all the time, but it was channel 95.

00:40:10 - 00:40:20 | Speaker 2:

Can I tell you that we ruined my family TV? We were told by a buddy of ours that lived in our neighborhood that if we put magnets next to the television, it would take the squiggly lines out.

00:40:20 - 00:40:21 | Speaker 3:

Are you serious?

00:40:21 - 00:40:30 | Speaker 2:

And we put magnets next to the television, and my brother and I are trying to get it to go, and the TV ended up screwed up because of that. Vicki, what's happening?

00:40:32 - 00:40:41 | Speaker 5:

I learned about the talk from reading all of those Harlequin romance books that, like, my mom and her aunts always, like, exchange. Oh, yeah.

00:40:42 - 00:40:42 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

00:40:42 - 00:40:46 | Speaker 5:

You know, the bodice rippers with, like, the Fabio on the cover type.

00:40:46 - 00:40:50 | Speaker 2:

Did you think your mom was, like, really, like, dirty because she was reading these books?

00:40:53 - 00:40:55 | Speaker 5:

No. No, I don't want to think that.

00:40:55 - 00:41:10 | Speaker 2:

No, but I'm saying, I remember a buddy of mine's mom read those books, and his mom would go, I'm going to book club, and he thought for sure that his mom was like, at that time, having like an affair or something on dad because of the book she was reading. What's up, Mike?

00:41:12 - 00:41:13 | Speaker 4:

Hey, Mojo. How's it going?

00:41:13 - 00:41:19 | Speaker 2:

Good, man. Everybody's talking with sexy voice today. You got to. Good morning. Mike.

00:41:20 - 00:41:21 | Speaker 4:

I work there at Chef, so.

00:41:22 - 00:41:24 | Speaker 2:

Where did you learn the birds and the bees?

00:41:25 - 00:41:31 | Speaker 4:

So, I actually used the old Nintendo Wii internet browser back in the day.

00:41:32 - 00:41:34 | Speaker 5:

Oh, no. There you go.

00:41:35 - 00:41:44 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, they had the internet browser on there, and I was just on the Wii, and that was just where I first looked it up. I think I just typed it, like, naked girl or something like that.

00:41:45 - 00:41:49 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, but I know that TV had to be set up in the living room. There was a high risk factor.

00:41:50 - 00:41:51 | Speaker 4:

Oh, no, it was in the basement.

00:41:52 - 00:41:57 | Speaker 2:

Can you imagine your mom walks downstairs to call you for dinner, and there you are with the controller in your hands?

00:41:57 - 00:41:59 | Speaker 4:

I'm playing golf, Mom. I'm playing golf.

00:42:00 - 00:42:02 | Speaker 2:

No, she did? She walked into you a couple of times?

00:42:03 - 00:42:06 | Speaker 4:

Actually, exiting out of the street on the Wii is pretty difficult.

00:42:07 - 00:42:17 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. That was the worst. Thank you for the call. I appreciate you at least sharing your embarrassing story with you. Even at this age, it gets embarrassing to say. Amanda?

00:42:18 - 00:42:20 | Speaker 6:

Good morning, guys. How are you? We're great.

00:42:20 - 00:42:21 | Speaker 2:

What's going on? How did you learn?

00:42:22 - 00:42:35 | Speaker 6:

I was like eight or nine, and we had gone to the video store to rent Rainbow Bright, and I remember my mom and dad put it in and walked away, and the next thing I yelled is, Mom, I don't think this is Rainbow Bright. It was Debbie Does Dallas. Oh, no.

00:42:36 - 00:42:42 | Speaker 2:

You know what would have been worse is if you did that and it was mom and dad. Could you imagine?

00:42:43 - 00:42:44 | Speaker 6:

Oh, that would be horrible.

00:42:44 - 00:42:52 | Speaker 2:

How many times has that ever happened to anybody where they just wanted to see what something was and pop either the DVD or whatever it might be.

00:42:52 - 00:43:02 | Speaker 3:

Or it was labeled rung. You know how you'd always label the videos that you could make of like school plays and dance recitals and, you know. Or mom and dad went over that but didn't rewrite the label.

00:43:03 - 00:43:23 | Speaker 2:

Or the greatest story ever was one of my cousins one time was trying to tape a dirty movie because of he had the Playboy channel at home and he taped it over their family video and then they went and put the video in to go watch it all sitting around at Christmas time I mean, here comes the dirty movie taped all right over the family video.

00:43:26 - 00:43:32 | Speaker 1:

Mojo in the morning. Yeah, hey, hello, hey, hello.

00:43:34 - 00:45:00 | Speaker 2:

You know what? We got our daddy-daughter dance. You know what? I didn't give away tickets last hour, and Lydia and KP asked me to, and I screwed up. So you know what? We got to give away some tickets. Before we do post Malone tickets in like 10 minutes from now, let me explain the daddy-daughter dance to you. And you can call now if you want to come to the daddy-daughter dance. You must be 21 or over. So this is for not the dads with the young daughters. This is for the daughters with the dads to bring them to this dance. It is happening on June the 23rd. We decided to make it that date because what we wanted to do was we wanted to do it like the Friday after Father's Day because the problem was we were finding that a lot of people were planning things for their dads the Father's Day weekend or they had some things, dads had some things going on and we were worried that too many dads would be like, I'd love to go, but I already got the golf trip planned or, you know, I'd love to go, but, you know, I bought Tiger's tickets for that night. So, it's the 23rd Friday night. It's happening at a place called District 142. Really cool venue in Wyandotte, Michigan. And we do have tickets on sale for this. VIP tickets.

00:45:00 - 00:45:40 | Speaker 1:

that are on sale for $25 a piece. Now, you will win if you call up and win. You will win tickets, and you will get your entry into this. If you don't want to win the tickets and you want to pay for them, the money goes to breaking and entering Christmas Wish, and they're $25 a piece, but they also come with, ready for this? You get VIP access, and you get to go into the VIP balcony area of District 142. Nice. And might I say, we are virtually giving you these tickets. $25 a piece ain't nothing. I mean, I'm telling you, it is not a lot of money. $25 a piece for what you're going to get for this. I mean, you're going to have all kinds of cool VIP stuff.

00:45:41 - 00:45:44 | Speaker 3:

There's a private bar up there just for VIPs. That is big.

00:45:45 - 00:47:27 | Speaker 1:

I was actually really excited about this VIP area and the fact that we could raise money with Breaking and Entering Christmas Wish. And then we decided at the last moment, we were talking like, oh, we'll charge $300 a ticket and people will donate to Breaking and Entering. And then I got talked into by Crystal and Lydia, who do all the promotional stuff here. They said, you know what? I know that you want to raise money for breaking and entering, and I know that you want the opportunity to be able to try to help more families out. We do have, you know, great opportunities as the year goes on. But this VIP area is a really cool area, and we've got a lot of people that we want to make sure that they get to experience it. But, as a matter of fact, there might even be some people who we've granted Brick and Entering Christmas wishes for that are coming out and bringing dads. So you can purchase those at mojointhemorning.com. Now, I will say this. I have not heard if there's any glitches. Because I will tell you, we are the radio show of glitches. We are the radio show of go to our site, and then we find out five days later that for some reason it's not working. Will you please make sure that you tell us if it's working or not? Because I won't find this out. And all it will do is it will make me have a screaming attack if I find out weeks later that it's not working. And people are like, yeah, nobody told you. And I'm like, don't do that to me. By the way, the screaming attacks can be really funny, but I'd rather avoid it. I've got a heart problem. We have to be very careful. I've got to be very careful. I've got a blood pressure cuff right over here for when these things happen. Samantha, you want to take your dad to the Daddy-Daughter Dance?

00:47:28 - 00:47:29 | Speaker 2:

Yes, I do.

00:47:29 - 00:47:30 | Speaker 1:

Congratulations.

00:47:31 - 00:47:35 | Speaker 2:

Yay. I'm so excited. I haven't gone since elementary school.

00:47:35 - 00:47:35 | Speaker 1:

Congratulations.

00:47:37 - 00:47:38 | Speaker 2:

Surprise for him.

00:47:38 - 00:47:40 | Speaker 1:

What a cool thing. How old are you?

00:47:41 - 00:47:41 | Speaker 2:

I'm 29.

00:47:42 - 00:47:49 | Speaker 1:

What a sweet thing that you want to do this for your dad. You went to Daddy-Daughter Dance with him when you were little?

00:47:50 - 00:47:53 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah. All growing up, like, every year until, like, sixth grade.

00:47:54 - 00:48:01 | Speaker 1:

Can I ask you a question? What's the one thing that your dad has worn that makes you go, that's a dad outfit?

00:48:03 - 00:48:05 | Speaker 2:

The sandals, the socks, and the polos.

00:48:06 - 00:48:11 | Speaker 1:

Oh. You know what? I know that everybody's going to want to get dressed up for this thing. Have your dad show up in that.

00:48:12 - 00:48:14 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. No, no. He loves to dress up. Okay.

00:48:15 - 00:48:23 | Speaker 1:

All right. It would just be so great. You know what we should do, by the way? we should do like a sandals and socks race where we make dads put sandals and socks on and then

00:48:23 - 00:48:29 | Speaker 3:

have them race across the dance floor or something and then we should do we should do another game

00:48:29 - 00:48:40 | Speaker 1:

i was thinking about where we do the uh who took my screwdriver you know contest like where dad has to like scream out something like because you know dads always do that somebody took something from

00:48:40 - 00:48:51 | Speaker 2:

there you know you have to ask you have to have the girls or the dads ask where's the this screwdriver specific screwdriver and see if the girls know which screwdriver to get because that's

00:48:51 - 00:49:08 | Speaker 3:

what my oh that's a phillips right yeah yeah or what about a dad daughter relay race where dad asks daughter to go get him a beer out of the fridge and whichever daughter comes back first with the beer wins because that was my dad right guess the temperature in the room right where you

00:49:08 - 00:49:18 | Speaker 1:

have to get who turned up the heat or who turned down the heat but you have to guess the temperature Can I be honest with you? Write all these down because we'll forget them and we're coming. This is the best brainstorming session we've had. Right.

00:49:18 - 00:49:19 | Speaker 3:

We don't even need a meeting.

00:49:19 - 00:49:30 | Speaker 1:

Hang on one second. We're going to get you your information. And by the way, make sure you tell Lydia how many tickets you want because if you want to bring sisters or friends and their dads. Jill, are you there?

00:49:30 - 00:49:31 | Speaker 2:

I'm here.

00:49:31 - 00:49:37 | Speaker 1:

Jill, this is so sweet. It says here that you're 46 years old and how old is your dad?

00:49:37 - 00:49:39 | Speaker 2:

He is 71.

00:49:40 - 00:49:43 | Speaker 1:

That's going to be great. dad out there

00:49:43 - 00:49:46 | Speaker 3:

we do everything together we're super close

00:49:46 - 00:49:55 | Speaker 1:

that is so cool what's the most fun thing in all your years having this man as your dad that your dad has ever done with you

00:49:55 - 00:49:59 | Speaker 2:

well he used to come to school when I was a teacher he used to come

00:50:00 - 00:50:18 | Speaker 5:

help in my classroom all the time him and my mom both and um one year he went to cedar point with us and it was the funniest thing ever because he went on a wooden roller coaster and he's like buy the picture because i'm never going on one again in our wedding video we actually had that

00:50:18 - 00:50:27 | Speaker 3:

picture and he was laughing so hard about it oh man well you're gonna get a chance to show off your dad to all of us at our Daddy-Daughter

00:50:27 - 00:50:30 | Speaker 5:

Dance. That's awesome. He's going to be so excited. Sweet.

00:50:31 - 00:51:06 | Speaker 3:

June the 23rd at District 142. It is in Wyandotte, Michigan. I know that the people that are in Grand Rapids and Toledo, it's going to be a little bit of a drive for you. Not as much for Toledo because Wyandotte's closer to you guys than even our studios here in the Detroit area, but Grand Rapids. But we'll give you details about if you want to get a hotel night or do whatever you want to do. Um, go to mojointhemorning.com to find out more and buy tickets and we'll have more chances to win them coming up, uh, in just a little bit.

00:51:07 - 00:51:09 | Speaker 1:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:51:10 - 00:51:15 | Speaker 3:

Shannon will get us caught up on what's trending right now in the Dirty on the 30. Oh my God. Oh, what happened there?

00:51:15 - 00:51:20 | Speaker 2:

Have you ever just choked on your own air? That's what I just did.

00:51:21 - 00:51:25 | Speaker 3:

That is the worst. and then when you try to swallow, you know.

00:51:26 - 00:51:45 | Speaker 2:

I got excited to tell you about this Ed Sheeran story. Maybe that's what it was. So Ed Sheeran visited a high school band class actually by where your son Joe lives, Mojo, in Tampa. Oh, really? And he gave the entire band class tickets to his sold-out show at Raymond James Stadium for this Saturday. Listen to this.

00:51:46 - 00:52:12 | Speaker 4:

So I'm in Tampa. I'm at Middleton High School and they've been learning my song Eyes Closed with the band. And I'm gonna go and surprise them and give them some Sheeran by Loudon guitars and some tickets. That's amazing, guys. How you doing? Thanks for doing that. I thought I'd come and play some songs for you. I've also brought some guitars to give to you guys for the music department. And also, I'm playing a sold-out stadium tomorrow, but I've got tickets for all of you guys to come.

00:52:13 - 00:52:17 | Speaker 2:

And then he sat there and did a little mini concert for them.

00:52:17 - 00:52:29 | Speaker 4:

I'm gonna play a tiny concert now, if that's okay. Thank you for learning that song. Still dancing with my eyes closed Could you imagine? I'd be dying

00:52:29 - 00:52:30 | Speaker 3:

It'd be amazing

00:52:30 - 00:52:44 | Speaker 2:

Took selfies, signed autographs And like you heard in that previous clip Donated some of his guitars as well And the students were just shocked And yes, some of them even shed some tears

00:52:44 - 00:52:55 | Speaker 1:

And Sharon showed up during practice And it's one of the most amazing experiences That I think we've ever had at Middleton here And Sharon was singing with me, and I was like, oh, my gosh. I fell in the last hole.

00:52:55 - 00:53:06 | Speaker 4:

All my friends are mad at me. That was amazing. What a vibe. Great energy, amazing musicians, and, yeah, they're doing a wonderful thing with school music, and that's my favorite thing.

00:53:06 - 00:53:07 | Speaker 2:

Very, very cool. Very cool.

00:53:08 - 00:53:08 | Speaker 3:

It's amazing.

00:53:09 - 00:54:47 | Speaker 2:

Mo, do you need to get the U-Dick drop ready for this next story? Oh, okay. All right. The woman who waited on Alec Baldwin at a gala last week is now claiming that he scolded her and called her a peasant. You dick! It happened at Thursday night's Pan America Literary Gala in New York City. I guess Alec became frustrated when the server began delivering meals to a table while he was standing up and chatting with some of his friends and fellow guests. This woman, this server, said he was blocking the server's path as dinner was starting to be served. And since she's what's called a sweep leader, she tells the waiters when to put down the plates, and they have this very specific order that they have to follow. She went up to Alec very politely to let him know that he needed to move because the servers were going to be walking through the tables in the next few moments with loaded plates. She says that comment set him off. She said she didn't want the situation to escalate, so she simply stepped aside when he told her to step aside. Rude. And then her co-workers told her that after she walked away, Alec called her a peasant, which is just really nice. This server said that other stars, including Colin Jost, were very polite and very kind to her. Different story. Glenn Schembechler, or Shemi as he's better known, the son of longtime Michigan coach Bo Schembechler, issuing an apology for his behavior on Twitter that essentially necessitated his resignation from the football program. He just got hired, too. Hasn't he only been high for like four days?

00:54:47 - 00:54:50 | Speaker 3:

He hadn't even worked there. I don't think he even started.

00:54:50 - 00:55:42 | Speaker 2:

So he also deactivated all of his social media accounts. And it was on those social accounts that fans noticed he had previously liked some transphobic. tweets, political conspiracies, several racially insensitive posts. Some of them which talked about slavery, just really, really bad stuff. So part of his apology said I was wrong. We must never sanitize morally unsanitary historical behaviors that have hindered the black community or any other community. There are no historical silver linings for the experience of our brothers and sisters. And he said, my sincerest apologies to those that I offended, to the University of Michigan, and to the broader athletic community that I've been honored to dedicate my life's work with the integrity and decency inspired by my family over the decades. I'm shocked by the way

00:55:42 - 00:56:05 | Speaker 5:

that their background check didn't thoroughly go through this before they announced that they were hiring him. And I know that there's always been a little bit of a scandal to the Schembechlers because Bo and the doctor that was their team doctor and what happened to many, many players over the years. So it was interesting that Jim Harbaugh was still going to hire him.

00:56:06 - 00:57:26 | Speaker 2:

In other sports story this morning, your boy Tom Brady has reportedly struck a deal with the Las Vegas Raiders owner Mark Davis to buy a piece of the Raiders. They've been in talks for weeks about a potential agreement. I'm hearing that deal is now pretty much done. Brady just needs to wait for approval from at least 24 of the league's other owners. That's expected to happen any day now. Now, when the move becomes official, Brady will reportedly not have a say in the team's business or football affairs. He's just, like I said, going to be a part owner. And in case you're wondering, he is still expected to help call games for Fox starting in 2024, despite his potential new job as NFL owner. He's still allowed to do that. He stays winning. Yeah, yeah. Just adding more to that plate. Love it. Right? And lastly, the American Heart Association is sharing the importance of the hand-only CPR technique when somebody is in medical distress. And the right tempo for that technique can be remembered by pushing down to the rhythm of a song with 100 to 120 beats per minute. Now, I know, isn't Stayin' Alive one of us? Yes. Okay, Stayin' Alive. Well, there's a newer example. Taylor Swift's The Man, off of her 2019 album, Lover, has 110 beats per minute. So if you're Swifty, you don't need to remember staying alive. Wait, this would make me go slower. Just remember this way. Half time slower.

00:57:28 - 00:57:32 | Speaker 5:

It's on there. I know tempo's kind of similar, though, right? No?

00:57:33 - 00:57:41 | Speaker 2:

110 beats per minute. No, it's pretty fast. You know, last week when Kevin and I were doing it in studio, it's pretty fast.

00:57:41 - 00:57:44 | Speaker 1:

Because they want you to go in between the beats of this song.

00:57:44 - 00:57:45 | Speaker 2:

Right, that's exactly right.

00:57:45 - 00:57:52 | Speaker 1:

But that would throw me off. I would do it on beat, so it would be half speed that you need. Yeah.

00:57:52 - 00:58:34 | Speaker 5:

Last week when I had my meeting at the Frankel Cardiovascular Center at Michigan Medicine, they were talking to us and then they showed that the mannequins are different now. So they made mannequins of all different sizes. They also were talking, this was the head of the heart hospital was talking about how the fact that the mannequins were basically, you know, unisex or a male, you know, like it wasn't a female. People didn't know how to do it on a female, didn't know how to perform CPR on a female. And so now they have female, you know, mannequins to do it. So it's actually pretty cool.

00:58:34 - 00:58:38 | Speaker 2:

00:58:38 - 00:58:50 | Speaker 3:

Celebrity Dirt, directly from the source, is Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. Catching cheaters, and proud of it. Ow, I'm sorry! It's your home for War of the Roses on Mojo in the Morning.

00:58:50 - 00:58:51 | Speaker 5:

Hey, Sam.

00:58:52 - 00:58:52 | Speaker 3:

Hi.

00:58:53 - 00:58:56 | Speaker 5:

So you think that your wife is cheating on you?

00:58:56 - 00:58:57 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

00:58:57 - 00:59:00 | Speaker 5:

And who do you think that she's cheating with?

00:59:00 - 00:59:21 | Speaker 4:

uh this guy that lives in the apartment complex next to us yeah i i've been tracking the phone which i'm not really proud of um and it's like the dot is is near the apartment but it's not actually in the apartment and i know she spends a lot of time there and i facetimed her so wait

00:59:21 - 00:59:55 | Speaker 5:

wait stop for one second go back for a second so you do find my iphone or whatever whatever do you have on what do you have what is you what are you using it's find my phone and so you do find my phone it will pinpoint where exactly your wife is and before right and you think that it's actually in an apartment of that's right there next to you yeah so why are you why are you doing find your phone why why did that even have to come into play well i mean we have it because you know

00:59:55 - 00:59:59 | Speaker 4:

And when we have a kid, we're married in case something happens to her, like, or if she goes missing.

01:00:00 - 01:00:08 | Speaker 1:

something like that i want to know where she is i understand that but why but why are you doing it checking her out in the middle of the day just to see what she's doing has she ever cheated before

01:00:08 - 01:00:18 | Speaker 4:

she i mean not that i know of but she's been acting weird and i facetimed her the other day and she was like in front of his door

01:00:18 - 01:00:24 | Speaker 2:

but it's right next to you weird does she have to pass it though to get to your place

01:00:24 - 01:00:36 | Speaker 4:

maybe but i mean she was there in the complex next door so i don't know what she's doing over there she has no reason to be over there except for if she's with this guy you know okay he is he

01:00:36 - 01:00:53 | Speaker 1:

single yeah and are you friendly with him as a neighbor not really no especially not now um so you so your suspicion is just based on the fact that you think that she has been in his

01:00:53 - 01:01:08 | Speaker 4:

apartment while you have been where at work at work at home you know whenever she's my home yeah yeah it's weird that she would be over there especially less often you know so uh you gave

01:01:08 - 01:01:44 | Speaker 1:

us his phone number along with her phone number to call up and to see what they sound like talking to each other to do a three-way call war of the roses yeah i don't know how much suspicion it is other than that because I've always feel like with the find your phone it's the specifically pinpointing exactly where you are sometimes is not the most accurate but we're going to call them both up and see what it sounds like when they think that each other called them. Alright, mute your phone. Okay.

01:01:50 - 01:01:57 | Speaker 3:

Hello? Hello?

01:02:04 - 01:02:05 | Speaker 5:

Hello?

01:02:11 - 01:02:15 | Speaker 3:

Hey, it's Stephanie. I'm not available at the moment. Please leave me a message.

01:02:16 - 01:02:35 | Speaker 5:

At the tone, please record your message. Is there anybody on the phone line?

01:02:36 - 01:02:37 | Speaker 3:

Who's calling me?

01:02:40 - 01:02:45 | Speaker 5:

That's my voicemail. I'm calling you on a radio. That's my voicemail.

01:02:50 - 01:02:57 | Speaker 2:

she's here what was she's there

01:02:57 - 01:03:01 | Speaker 1:

then that was she is there

01:03:01 - 01:03:03 | Speaker 2:

for sure

01:03:03 - 01:03:30 | Speaker 1:

Sam yep so we just dialed both their numbers up at the same time and when we dialed both the numbers up he answered the phone hers went to voicemail but she was there and could hear the voicemail of herself playing because she didn't answer the phone.

01:03:32 - 01:03:33 | Unknown:

Okay.

01:03:34 - 01:03:36 | Speaker 2:

So they're definitely together right now.

01:03:38 - 01:03:44 | Speaker 3:

See, I knew it and I'm like made to feel crazy and I knew that this was happening.

01:03:45 - 01:03:51 | Speaker 1:

But I want you to stay there for one second. I want you to hang for one second and see if we can call them back.

01:03:51 - 01:04:05 | Speaker 2:

I almost want you to text her right now and say, I'm just curious what she would say if you texted her and said, hey, where are you, what are you doing, what her response is going to be.

01:04:06 - 01:04:07 | Speaker 4:

Okay, I can do that.

01:04:08 - 01:04:09 | Speaker 1:

So send that to her right now.

01:04:11 - 01:04:11 | Unknown:

Okay.

01:04:11 - 01:04:23 | Speaker 1:

And then let's see if we can try to get either one of them to pick up their phone.

01:04:24 - 01:04:30 | Speaker 2:

Would she answer the phone if you called and she was there? And try to play it off like she was home?

01:04:32 - 01:04:38 | Speaker 4:

I mean, at this point, I don't know what she's capable of in terms of lying. But yeah, I could try.

01:04:39 - 01:04:41 | Speaker 1:

Does she answer back your text?

01:04:42 - 01:04:43 | Speaker 4:

Not yet, no.

01:04:44 - 01:04:48 | Speaker 1:

Has it shown that she's read it at all? Does she have that on her phone so she can...

01:04:48 - 01:04:51 | Speaker 4:

Um, no, she doesn't.

01:04:54 - 01:04:56 | Speaker 1:

All right. Hang on one second.

01:04:57 - 01:04:58 | Unknown:

Okay.

01:05:00 - 01:05:03 | Speaker 5:

Alyssa, what's up? It's Mojo in the Morning.

01:05:04 - 01:05:11 | Speaker 2:

Hey, so I noticed that she said in the background, why are you calling me? You just called and it went to voicemail.

01:05:11 - 01:05:13 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, that's what Shannon was just saying, too.

01:05:14 - 01:05:15 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah, sorry, I didn't catch that.

01:05:15 - 01:05:23 | Speaker 5:

No, no, no, no, no, no. Because I didn't understand what was going on, and I was trying to listen to make sure that...

01:05:23 - 01:05:27 | Speaker 2:

But for sure, she's there. Why are you calling me? I'm like, that's the same voice we just heard on the voicemail.

01:05:27 - 01:06:04 | Speaker 5:

Um, thank you for the call. I appreciate it. Has anybody ever used one of these, uh, find my phone type things to actually try to track somebody and see if they were cheating? Because I want to know the, the specific pinpoint on this. Cause I know for a fact that like I've got the air tags and if I do an air tag, like for instance, I have one in my backpack, it will just tell me the address, but it won't give me the specific. And I don't know how that works with, like, apartments and things like that. Because in my house, it will show me where my house is, but it won't. Like, I don't know.

01:06:04 - 01:06:18 | Speaker 4:

It's not that accurate. I don't know how accurate. It's not right. And sometimes, because Allie used to have one when she used to drive for Uber Eats. I wanted to make sure she was okay. But sometimes it's just a giant circle. You don't even know if it's in the same vicinity. It could just be in that giant circle.

01:06:19 - 01:06:39 | Speaker 5:

Also, I want to know if there's anybody that has ever caught somebody cheating with, like, a neighbor. Like, has that ever happened? Because talk about, you know, the opportunity. There's opportunity when you've got your neighbor that's, you know, there right next door to your house or apartment or whatever it might be. What's up, John? It's Mojo in the morning. Where are the roses?

01:06:41 - 01:06:42 | Speaker 1:

Hey, Mojo, how's it going?

01:06:42 - 01:06:52 | Speaker 5:

It's going okay. And, by the way, keep talking to him and see if we get a response back because we're not getting any calls going through. What did you want to say?

01:06:52 - 01:07:02 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, so when it comes to the find my iPhone, if he's using her Apple ID, she knows that he's tracking her location.

01:07:03 - 01:07:05 | Speaker 5:

Every time you go to look at it, it will show that?

01:07:05 - 01:07:21 | Speaker 1:

Is that true? Yeah, so let's just say that your wife wanted to see where you're at, and she logs in to find your iPhone using your Apple ID. Your phone will let you know that somebody just checked your location, so she knows that he's tracking her location.

01:07:22 - 01:07:25 | Speaker 5:

Interesting. Julie, what's going on? It's Mojo in the morning.

01:07:26 - 01:07:41 | Speaker 2:

I was just calling to say that the iPhone, it's usually off. May show somebody a few doors down, could show them a little bit off of where they actually are at. Right.

01:07:41 - 01:07:45 | Speaker 4:

It gets a vicinity pretty good, but it's not like actually pinpointed.

01:07:45 - 01:07:55 | Speaker 5:

So if you were in an apartment, like, say, for instance, that, you know, we're in such-and-such Southfield Manor Apartments. I don't even know if that's an apartment complex.

01:07:55 - 01:07:55 | Speaker 1:

Sounds legit.

01:07:56 - 01:08:02 | Speaker 5:

But it will show just the address of the actual apartment. It won't say apartment 4D or whatever.

01:08:03 - 01:08:13 | Speaker 2:

No, it won't say none of that. Just like the house. It could show me, like, at my neighbor's house, but I'm actually at home.

01:08:14 - 01:08:23 | Speaker 5:

Could you do me a favor? Hold on one second. Okay, hold on real quick one second. He might have gotten a response. Sam?

01:08:24 - 01:08:24 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

01:08:25 - 01:08:27 | Speaker 5:

So she answered your text?

01:08:28 - 01:08:34 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, she said she's with our daughter now. She's taking care of something, and she'll text you back later.

01:08:35 - 01:08:47 | Speaker 5:

Okay. All right, so hang out. We're still trying to get your neighbor on the phone, and she keeps going right to voicemail. So hang out one second, okay?

01:08:48 - 01:08:48 | Unknown:

Okay.

01:08:50 - 01:09:08 | Speaker 5:

Katie, what's up? It's Mojo in the Morning, War of the Roses. Just a few moments ago, if you were listening, and we will have this on our podcast, we did a three-way call where a husband suspected that his wife was cheating with a neighbor and what sounded like she was with him at the time. Katie, what did you want to say?

01:09:08 - 01:09:41 | Speaker 3:

same thing almost happened to me but it was my ex-boyfriend accused me of cheating with a neighbor because he had me on sign friends he called me one morning he said why are you sleeping over at the apartment next door i'm in bed by myself in my own apartment but these things are not very accurate like you guys like some people have said and he literally thought i was sleeping over at the neighbor's apartment but i bet when he called you you weren't at the neighbor's apartment on speakerphone absolutely not okay so a little different by the way did you notice that

01:09:41 - 01:09:51 | Speaker 5:

katie you sounded like very defensive when shannon was just referencing the war of the roses situation you're right away with absolutely not

01:09:51 - 01:10:21 | Speaker 3:

it was a long series of crap like that with this guy so i don't do that that gets exhausting no absolutely uh and war of the roses mojo in the morning show hey mojo um it's not about the cheating but to find a phone on the iphones i'm hearing like the inaccuracies but i have it for my family it's for emergency purposes and we go live i can see live movement you know as my family members are

01:10:21 - 01:10:26 | Speaker 6:

traveling yeah i can watch people cross the street wait what is this yeah i can see them walking i

01:10:26 - 01:11:01 | Speaker 3:

could see him driving now that i could do it on a couple of us the other one isn't so but i do not get any notification when any one of my family members look to see where i'm at i don't get notified on that so the gentleman that said it before i'd like to know how that comes up because um you know i'm constantly checking i mean this day what what the world we're living in I want to know my family's safe. It has nothing to do with cheating or suspecting anybody. It's just safety. And, I mean, I love it. I love it.

01:11:01 - 01:11:06 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, there's a difference between find my iPhone and find my friends. And we're using find my friends.

01:11:06 - 01:11:10 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, no, this is not find my friends. I don't think it's find my friends. I think it's find my iPhone.

01:11:11 - 01:11:14 | Speaker 2:

Wait, so, okay. But find my iPhone, I know, is not that accurate.

01:11:14 - 01:11:19 | Speaker 6:

Right, and that's the one that will send a notification saying somebody's looking at where you are.

01:11:19 - 01:11:25 | Speaker 3:

Okay, then this must be Find My Friends then. Correct. Because it goes right live, like right where they are.

01:11:25 - 01:11:33 | Speaker 2:

You can also share your location. And then that's where you actually get more pinpointed. Yes. If you share your location, and I know-

01:11:33 - 01:11:34 | Speaker 6:

But that's Find My Friends.

01:11:34 - 01:11:50 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's Find My Friends. Exactly. So that's the more specific one, right? Yeah. Yeah. All right. Let's take more because I got some people that have either cheated or been accused of it the same way.

01:11:51 - 01:12:04 | Speaker 4:

This is the home of War of the Roses, Mojo in the Morning. Call Mojo in the Morning, 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548.

01:12:04 - 01:12:07 | Speaker 2:

Kyle. Hello, Kyle.

01:12:07 - 01:12:09 | Speaker 4:

Hey, what's going on?

01:12:09 - 01:12:10 | Speaker 2:

How you doing, buddy?

01:12:11 - 01:12:12 | Speaker 5:

Y'all doing good. How you doing?

01:12:12 - 01:12:16 | Speaker 2:

Good. So your girl tracked you. What were you doing?

01:12:17 - 01:12:33 | Speaker 5:

She's a straight-up TSI detective. You know, she's watching all the crime shows. She went to school for, you know, she's got an associate in criminal justice, yada, yada. But I don't know what everyone's saying. You know, if you're like, find my iPhone or.

01:12:34 - 01:12:42 | Speaker 2:

By the way. I love that we all jumped in the studio. When somebody says mother effa, they say it in such a cool way.

01:12:42 - 01:12:45 | Speaker 4:

But that just rolled off your tongue real easily.

01:12:45 - 01:12:49 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Kyle, you can't say that on the air.

01:12:50 - 01:12:53 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, my bad. My bad. I was getting a little hype over here.

01:12:53 - 01:13:03 | Speaker 2:

So wait. So that lovely lady of yours never trusted her. Did you give her a reason? Your fiance. Did you give her a reason not to trust you?

01:13:06 - 01:13:18 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, totally. You know. so like i'd be you know i mean if you're getting busted you're getting busted you might as well just come clean with it you're just gonna get caught down the road but did you get busted by

01:13:18 - 01:13:24 | Speaker 2:

the actual technology or did you get busted because you got tired of the technology following

01:13:24 - 01:13:36 | Speaker 5:

you all the time yeah you know she was uh being a sneaky link and just hiding them all over the place you know and i can't blame her like we're about to get married today and so i'm gonna i'm

01:13:36 - 01:14:27 | Speaker 2:

I'm going to tell you this, that the, you know, those Apple AirTags, I know that they always will say, you know, women be careful of that thing. Guys, be careful of that thing. I've had two friends of mine, not so much friends. I'm not going to claim them as friends, because if I do, then Chelsea's going to say, you're friends with them still? Two guys that I know who their significant others, I won't say if it's a wife or girlfriend, put the Apple AirTags in their cars, put them in their pockets of their pants. I mean, like, you know that back pocket of your pants that has the button that you never unbuttoned to go put anything in it? Apple AirTag sitting in there on one of my buddies. He goes out with some friends, not in the place that he's supposed to be, and got himself into huge trouble. You're saying that they need

01:14:27 - 01:14:31 | Speaker 6:

to be careful, but it's like, just don't be shaming. Don't be doing what

01:14:31 - 01:14:54 | Speaker 1:

you should be doing. And those actually send off notifications, too. Those, they will tell you, like, there's an Apple AirTag nearby you, and it's terrifying if you don't think there's one supposed to be by you. I'd rented a Toro car, and it had to go on that Florida trip, and it had an AirTag in it, and it all of a sudden went off, and And I went and clicked on it and it showed my location for the last like four hours. And I'm like, why is there an air tag on me right now?

01:14:54 - 01:14:59 | Speaker 6:

Yes, it is scary when you don't think you have one on you, but somebody around you does.

01:15:00 - 01:15:15 | Speaker 2:

Um, there was somebody that actually, hold on. There's somebody that said here some, same, uh, um, they, what, what, what's the story about the changed neighbors? I know you said you couldn't get them on the phone. Lydia, Lydia, what was the one that said about they changed the neighbors?

01:15:19 - 01:15:27 | Speaker 3:

No, I was just saying we had a texter who texted in saying that, um, they were cheating with their neighbor and got caught that way.

01:15:27 - 01:15:33 | Speaker 2:

Oh, and they don't want to come on the air with us. Uh-uh-uh. Okay. All right. I get it.

01:15:33 - 01:15:38 | Speaker 1:

Why wouldn't you just leave your phone behind? That's easy. Just walking next door. Right. Yeah.

01:15:39 - 01:15:46 | Speaker 2:

Why do you need your phone? Let's give cheaters more ways to do it. Jennifer, hello.

01:15:47 - 01:15:47 | Speaker 3:

Hi.

01:15:48 - 01:15:48 | Speaker 2:

Hey, what's happening?

01:15:50 - 01:16:16 | Speaker 3:

I was just giving a call to comment on the air tag. So if you have an air tag that somebody places on you, um your phone will actually notify you that there's an apple air tag tracking you i had one in my son's backpack and sent him with my friend overnight and she thought somebody had placed one on her and she was freaking out so when she called to tell me that i let her know that it was me tracking my son's backpack and nobody placed one on her but it will notify you yeah

01:16:16 - 01:16:34 | Speaker 2:

you know it's interesting we had a war of the roses one time uh way back when where the person put the tracker in the kid's diaper bag because the guy was cheating when he had his kid with him so they actually were they were going and meeting up with some girl that he was fooling around with

01:16:34 - 01:17:14 | Speaker 5:

with his kid what's up Kate hey I was gonna say with the tracking comments I've had my daughter come home from visiting her dad in another state and I've had those messages pop up on my phone before and said hey Brooklyn oh don't want to say her name but I I asked her I said is there a tag on you and she says well yeah there was one put in my purse I'm like well you can't know where you only go where I go and that's you know and that was the end goal was to know where I'm at and actually recently he switched the account on her headphones that I had bought her and now those ding my phone all the time too so I was like we're buying you new headphones wait so is this

01:17:14 - 01:17:38 | Speaker 2:

is this your ex-husband or the your baby's child okay and so he still even though you guys aren't together wants to know who you're with five years later yeah was there any cheating in your guys's relationship only on his side well that's the reason why he's doing it he've you know people who are who are cheating also feel guilty about it danny what's up hi um so i just have a comment

01:17:38 - 01:17:59 | Speaker 4:

I used Find My Family so we can, like, share our locations with our whole family and it doesn't notify them. And I tracked my husband once and accused him of cheating, left work because I thought he was cheating, and he was at home with our kids. So I fell so down.

01:17:59 - 01:18:02 | Speaker 2:

So it had a, what, it was a miss address on there?

01:18:02 - 01:18:12 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, it was a mislocation, so it showed him at a house a few doors down of a girl that had tried to talk to him at one point.

01:18:12 - 01:18:26 | Speaker 2:

Oh, wait a second. Hold on, though. So there was a girl that was one of your neighbors that had tried to flirt with him, and it showed that he was there, which means he was probably there, but maybe at the time that you contacted him.

01:18:27 - 01:18:39 | Speaker 4:

No. So she, like, we went to school together, so she used to have, like, a big crush on him. So, like, it was years prior, but I had seen her all the time.

01:18:39 - 01:18:50 | Speaker 2:

I understand, but it showed you on that find my whatever, it showed you that he was there, and you're saying that he told you he had never, ever been there ever before. It just randomly showed that he was there.

01:18:51 - 01:19:00 | Speaker 4:

I left work and went home, and it still showed his location over there. Oh, so something was off. Was home. Right, right.

01:19:00 - 01:19:04 | Speaker 1:

But he see your location, though? No. He can't?

01:19:04 - 01:19:12 | Speaker 6:

But she's saying even when she got home and saw him sitting in the house with the kids, she was looking at her phone and it was still showing his location down there. I don't understand where you're going.

01:19:12 - 01:19:23 | Speaker 2:

I understand where I'm going with this is he must have been there before. Why would it randomly show the address of the girl that you're talking about unless he had been there?

01:19:23 - 01:19:33 | Speaker 4:

It was like three doors down. Just the little dot was wrong. So the location was wrong, because even at home, I had pulled it up.

01:19:34 - 01:19:34 | Speaker 2:

You know what this is?

01:19:35 - 01:19:36 | Speaker 4:

Right, right, right.

01:19:36 - 01:19:37 | Speaker 6:

I get what you're saying.

01:19:37 - 01:19:38 | Speaker 2:

There's a hair in the butter.

01:19:38 - 01:19:38 | Speaker 6:

Yep.

01:19:39 - 01:19:57 | Speaker 2:

I feel it, too. I feel it, too. Yeah. How? Continue on your healing journey. Yeah. We don't need to uncover any wounds. Continue. Kevin, you're going to be the positive guy. Continue on your healing journey. Our new guy, Kevin, is going to be the positive role. Mike and I are going to be, and Megan and I are going to be the skeptics. It's how to grow summer. Go turn up.

01:19:58 - 01:19:59 | Speaker 1:

I would never be skeptical about.

01:20:00 - 01:20:12 | Speaker 3:

anything especially when it comes to war of the roses it's not my character what's going on tim hi hey good morning guys how you guys doing oh you got a funny voice you got a good story

01:20:12 - 01:20:32 | Speaker 1:

yeah just a word to the wise man um so i was fighting with an ex-girlfriend and uh i blocked her on my iphone but we had our location shared and i forgot to turn it off so that i went to my other ex-girlfriend's house, and she knew that I was there because I forgot to turn the location off. Oh, boy.

01:20:32 - 01:20:33 | Speaker 3:

You were so dumb, for real.

01:20:36 - 01:20:42 | Speaker 1:

But if we got a statutory location for all parties to all. No, you are so dumb. You are really

01:20:42 - 01:20:43 | Speaker 2:

dumb, for real.

01:20:44 - 01:21:03 | Speaker 3:

Tim, you know what, though? You sound like a really nice guy. How can you tell? I don't know. I'm just trying to play like how Kevin was. I'm trying to be positive with these guys. you nice guy cheating bastard what what's up taylor so uh my mom actually found out my dad

01:21:03 - 01:21:26 | Speaker 2:

was cheating because he wasn't that technology equipped through the find my iphone app so he was leaving work um and would say he was going and getting beers um but he was actually going to the woman's apartment, um, that he was working with. Um, and he found it out obviously through

01:21:26 - 01:21:30 | Speaker 3:

his iPhone. That's going to be so tough to know that your dad, your dad or your parent is doing

01:21:30 - 01:21:48 | Speaker 2:

that. Oh, it wasn't tough because I got to actually go pick up his car and his belongings from his apartment, her apartment, um, and got to kind of have it out with her. So you did, I did, me and my aunt. So, yeah, that was very enjoyable.

01:21:48 - 01:21:52 | Speaker 3:

Do you think it's affected your relationships today because you had to go through that?

01:21:53 - 01:22:00 | Speaker 2:

I haven't spoken to him in probably about five years. So, it's sad, but it's just the way of the world.

01:22:00 - 01:22:05 | Speaker 3:

I think Mike's saying, is it tough for you with guys? Do you not trust guys because you saw what your dad did?

01:22:05 - 01:22:10 | Speaker 2:

Oh, no, I'm happily married. This coming week will be 10 years for me and my husband.

01:22:10 - 01:22:23 | Speaker 3:

Good. Good. Thank you for the call. I appreciate it. You will not be wanting to take your dad to the daddy-daughter dance, will you? No. Although, you know what? Let's get you and Grandpa in. Hold on. I'm going to give you tickets, okay?

01:22:24 - 01:22:25 | Speaker 2:

Oh, okay.

01:22:25 - 01:22:32 | Speaker 3:

Stay on the phone. Lydia, give Taylor. Because you know what? Your grandpa, I'm sure, is a great guy. Is that your mom's dad?

01:22:32 - 01:22:43 | Speaker 2:

He is. He's awesome. He's 85. He's very active in all of his great-grandkids' life. That's cool. He's been married to my grandma for over 60 years, So he's a great man.

01:22:43 - 01:23:19 | Speaker 3:

That's awesome. Hold on one second. We'll get you set up with that real quick. I just want to say this and then I got to move on because we've been spent, I've been trying to stall to see if we can get an answer with this one here. The only answer that I got was Sam just sent a message to us saying that she is in, what's the word? Is it emphatically or emphatically denying? She's, she's denying. she is denying that that was her on that particular call and the only way that listeners can know for sure if it was her or she will know is if she goes to the podcast and listens to it so

01:23:19 - 01:23:27 | Speaker 1:

my voicemail yeah it was pretty clear she says though that that was not her but yet that was

01:23:27 - 01:23:36 | Speaker 3:

her voicemail so it was not her in the background saying that was my voicemail um listen to the war of the roses you can go check out the podcast of that busting cheaters here on mojo in the morning

01:23:37 - 01:24:04 | Speaker 1:

01:25:00 - 01:25:12 | Speaker 1:

ate my food, and the polite, I don't know why. I wasn't even looking at it to read it, but the polite disrespect.

01:25:12 - 01:25:14 | Speaker 3:

That one really good word you have. I know.

01:25:14 - 01:25:27 | Speaker 1:

I just lost it right there. Real quick, I just want to go around the room because there's somebody new that's been with us for like the last two days, and people still are like, who the hell is Kev? But I want to go around the room real quick and say hi to everybody. So, hi, Shannon.

01:25:27 - 01:25:28 | Speaker 3:

Good morning.

01:25:28 - 01:25:29 | Speaker 1:

Hey, Megan.

01:25:29 - 01:25:30 | Speaker 3:

Good morning.

01:25:30 - 01:25:42 | Speaker 1:

What's up, Mike? What's up? How you doing, Kev? Yo. Hello, KP. Good morning. Hello, Lydia. Hi there. And Misfit Steve, you good?

01:25:42 - 01:25:43 | Speaker 3:

Where is he?

01:25:43 - 01:26:17 | Speaker 1:

He can punch in that little button there if he wants to. Or maybe he's not listening. He might not. I don't think he knows how to do that yet. Is he dropping a turd? What's he doing right now? Maybe. I don't know. Go ahead. He's running. Misfit Steve. There he is. I thought for a second that you were in the toilet. So, yeah, so we do have to welcome Kev to the show and welcome you to joining what is a group of a bunch of misfits here on the Mojo in the Morning show. And how was response, by the way, with friends and family?

01:26:18 - 01:26:28 | Speaker 2:

So happy to be here. Big shout-out to everybody who showed love on social media, all the congratulatory posts and calls and texts. And to the haters, keep doing your job. We love it.

01:26:28 - 01:26:52 | Speaker 1:

You know what? Honestly, I always say this, that that just shows you the passion level of this radio program. There's a passion level, and people will take it out on whatever they can take it out on at that particular time. And obviously, nothing has anything to do with anything other than you are great to be here. We're happy to have you, and your smiling face actually makes us all happy.

01:26:52 - 01:26:59 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, definitely some Mojo Madness, but again, we focus on the love. and appreciate it once again for all the new listeners and new followers. Can't wait to say what's up.

01:27:00 - 01:27:35 | Speaker 1:

I got a lot of response yesterday. I couldn't believe it. I couldn't believe how many people, like, know Kev from all the years of just honestly going. I had mutual friends of yours from high school, from college, from working at all the different jobs that you've had worked at over the years. I mean, I had, like, personal text messages that were coming through of people saying oh my god um my favorite was uh what's that guy what's the guy's name that is always at every event yeah d square yeah double d d squared is the guy do you guys know who he is i don't do

01:27:35 - 01:27:41 | Speaker 2:

he has the gold brick phone if you've ever seen that picture he gets he gets he's a legend he

01:27:41 - 01:28:11 | Speaker 1:

goes to every single event known to everything i mean he is like the guy that literally if you If you look front row at Pistons games or you look on the field of the guy who's celebrating with, you know, the Lions after a big win or you go to a concert, he's backstage hanging out with Drake. And he's got that gold phone that he brings with him that's like legendary. And he's always got like matching every outfit. He always makes me look like I'm the worst dressed person ever. But he, you know him, right?

01:28:12 - 01:28:12 | Speaker 2:

Yes.

01:28:12 - 01:28:47 | Speaker 1:

So he sent me a message yesterday because we got introduced to each other by stick back when we were doing the big show at the Joe years ago. And I gave him my number because I actually really enjoyed being around him. He was a really cool guy. So it was kind of wild to get a text from him yesterday. All right. Rapid fire. I want to get to these topics here right now. It's Mojo in the Morning show. 844 Mojo Live. 844-665-6548. You know you're an adult when, Megan?

01:28:47 - 01:29:07 | Speaker 3:

I felt like a real grown-up this week. A really for real grown-up. Because I was able to go to the store to buy my first ever fireproof safe. And I was like, oh my God, I have documents worth keeping from a house fire.

01:29:08 - 01:29:10 | Speaker 1:

Wow. Wait, you bought a safe?

01:29:10 - 01:29:34 | Speaker 3:

I did. Well, safe is like a – that's a very generous term. It's a small box. A lockbox. It is a lockbox that just will survive a fire or flood. But it was because I got my first passport. Let's go. I know. Who am I going to run away when we become Gilead? No. Girl, I'm going to be right there with you. We had to put it.

01:29:35 - 01:29:39 | Speaker 1:

But you're not going to be able to carry it if it's a big safe, if you're running from those guys.

01:29:39 - 01:29:55 | Speaker 3:

Right. Yeah. I didn't think this through. I don't have the physical capacity to actually leave. But I did feel like, wow, this is something that only adults buy. And I had my first real big girl grown-up moment going, wow, this sucks.

01:29:56 - 01:29:57 | Speaker 2:

Wow.

01:29:57 - 01:29:59 | Speaker 3:

I feel like it was a turning point where you don't get to go back.

01:30:00 - 01:30:03 | Speaker 4:

Is there any other purchases you can make that you're like, that's something only adults do?

01:30:03 - 01:30:23 | Speaker 2:

Well, you know what? Honestly, it could be a purchase or something that you just get for the very first time because I remember for some reason getting so excited when I got away from the debit card and got my first credit card, even though it did have a $500 limit on it. And I was so pumped about that.

01:30:23 - 01:30:24 | Speaker 4:

I've never had a credit card.

01:30:24 - 01:30:25 | Speaker 2:

Ever?

01:30:25 - 01:30:25 | Speaker 4:

Ever.

01:30:26 - 01:30:28 | Speaker 2:

Wow, you got a safe before the credit card.

01:30:28 - 01:30:29 | Speaker 4:

I did. I still don't have a credit card.

01:30:30 - 01:30:40 | Speaker 2:

that's you know what that's the next step you do that and then guess what we are putting you in that retirement home that looks so nice like an apartment complex in west bloomfield uh marie hi

01:30:40 - 01:30:48 | Speaker 6:

you know you're an adult when when you look forward to midday nap yes oh my god that is kind

01:30:48 - 01:30:59 | Speaker 2:

of true like if you if all of a sudden you get excited over the fact that you're going to take like a middle of the day siesta you get excited about that and the sun especially too yeah do you

01:30:59 - 01:31:07 | Speaker 6:

have a safe i have a what a safe megan bought a safe i have a fireproof safe i keep under my bed

01:31:07 - 01:31:20 | Speaker 2:

wait a second you're an adult before you take naps by getting one of those that's a very adulting type of a thing that you have hayley hi hi how are you guys good when did you know you were an adult

01:31:20 - 01:31:27 | Speaker 6:

when i got my own kroger card oh that's a great one but i still use my mom

01:31:27 - 01:31:36 | Speaker 2:

Wait, but you still probably use your mom's gas points. You don't use the card. You use the gas points probably too, right?

01:31:37 - 01:31:42 | Speaker 6:

Well, I need my own gas points. That's why I got my own card. I was sick of her stealing all my points.

01:31:43 - 01:31:44 | Speaker 2:

Funny. What's going on, Sarah? Hi.

01:31:45 - 01:31:51 | Speaker 6:

Hey, Megan, your standards are really high because I feel like an adult when I don't kick the ice cubes underneath the fridge anymore.

01:31:52 - 01:32:00 | Speaker 5:

You pick them up? You are my kind of person. I know. Every time I listen, I'm like, that's my girl.

01:32:00 - 01:32:04 | Speaker 2:

Oh, that's so funny. That's awesome. Thanks for the call, Sarah. What's up, Jen?

01:32:06 - 01:32:20 | Speaker 6:

Yes. The first time I really felt like an adult was when I finally purchased my own mattress. Like, before that, they'd all been hand-me-down. I was, like, in my late 20s, I bought my first mattress, and I was like, this is an investment.

01:32:20 - 01:32:28 | Speaker 1:

Mike just had that happen, Mike, right? Yes, and you do feel like I've never bought one before in my life. You do it. It's like a brand new feeling.

01:32:28 - 01:32:34 | Speaker 6:

Holy crap, they're expensive. Yes. They're very. It feels like robbery.

01:32:37 - 01:32:39 | Speaker 2:

Who's that? Who's that little cutie?

01:32:39 - 01:32:41 | Speaker 6:

Say hi, Penelope. Hi.

01:32:41 - 01:32:43 | Speaker 2:

Hi, Penelope. Have a great day.

01:32:45 - 01:32:49 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, I have to. I have to. I have to.

01:32:49 - 01:32:50 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God.

01:32:50 - 01:32:51 | Speaker 6:

You have a drop off line.

01:32:52 - 01:32:55 | Speaker 2:

She's the greatest ever. Thank you, Jen. Take care of yourself.

01:32:55 - 01:32:56 | Speaker 6:

It really is.

01:32:56 - 01:32:58 | Speaker 2:

All right. Bye. What's up, Sam? How you doing?

01:32:59 - 01:33:00 | Speaker 6:

Good. How are you?

01:33:00 - 01:33:07 | Speaker 2:

We're great. Sam, Megan says you know that you're an adult when you get a fireproof safe. What is it for you?

01:33:08 - 01:33:13 | Speaker 6:

Well, I moved into my first place last year, and I ended up having to get a checkbook.

01:33:13 - 01:33:14 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah.

01:33:14 - 01:33:21 | Speaker 5:

Checkbooks are scary, okay? I don't understand them, and then I feel like anybody can steal from me. I don't like checkbooks.

01:33:21 - 01:33:33 | Speaker 6:

That's my biggest fear. I keep them at home. But, yeah, I had to ask my grandma how to get them. But they were like, money, order, or checkbook. And I was like, well, checkbooks would just save some time. So we did it that way.

01:33:33 - 01:33:37 | Speaker 1:

I still don't even own a checkbook. I get that a lot.

01:33:37 - 01:33:38 | Speaker 6:

And I'm 25.

01:33:39 - 01:33:44 | Speaker 2:

You basically can just go online and probably have them write a check for you. But the interesting thing with it is.

01:33:44 - 01:33:48 | Speaker 3:

There's actually still a lot of places that only will take cash or cash.

01:33:48 - 01:33:53 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Well, nobody nowadays, honestly, wants cash, it seems like, anymore.

01:33:53 - 01:33:55 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, so it's check, like a lot of, yeah.

01:33:55 - 01:33:58 | Speaker 2:

Melanie, this is funny. When did you know you were an adult?

01:33:59 - 01:34:03 | Speaker 6:

When you have a favorite burner on the show.

01:34:03 - 01:34:05 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my gosh, Melanie, yes.

01:34:05 - 01:34:06 | Speaker 2:

Front left.

01:34:06 - 01:34:07 | Speaker 5:

Front right. Front right.

01:34:09 - 01:34:11 | Speaker 2:

Back left.

01:34:11 - 01:34:12 | Speaker 6:

Back left to the end.

01:34:13 - 01:34:15 | Speaker 2:

Yanni, what is yours?

01:34:16 - 01:34:23 | Speaker 6:

When I bought glass Tupperware. Oh, the good stuff. That's like bougie

01:34:23 - 01:34:30 | Speaker 3:

You can just wash it Throw it in the microwave You know you're bougie when you can throw your Tupperware in the microwave

01:34:30 - 01:34:37 | Speaker 2:

We were talking about it and it's not even called Tupperware anymore Doesn't it have a fancy name to it?

01:34:37 - 01:34:38 | Speaker 3:

Like Pyrex

01:34:38 - 01:34:51 | Speaker 2:

Yeah I don't know You call it Tupperware still because you recently moved to it But I think people are like Please wrap that up in the Pyrex Or put that in the Pyrex What's going on, Misfit Lisa? What's up?

01:34:52 - 01:34:59 | Speaker 6:

Hi, guys. Megan, the most important thing that you have to put in that lockbox is your mortgage papers.

01:35:00 - 01:35:00 | Speaker 2:

Uh-oh.

01:35:00 - 01:35:04 | Speaker 3:

You're going to have those damn things for 30 years. Wait, hold on.

01:35:04 - 01:35:08 | Speaker 2:

Let's ask Megan what's in the box, Megan. What's in Megan's box?

01:35:08 - 01:35:22 | Speaker 3:

What's in the box? So far, only my passport. I don't know where my mortgage papers are. That's bad. Okay, but here's the thing. Isn't that just online? I feel like that's just online.

01:35:23 - 01:35:29 | Speaker 2:

I don't know, but your signed versions, you can get it, but you can have it. But you also need, like, birth certificates.

01:35:30 - 01:35:35 | Speaker 3:

So I don't have my birth certificate back yet. Your social security card. Lost that again, so.

01:35:36 - 01:35:51 | Speaker 2:

And if you're married, you've got to have your wedding. Your marriage life. Marriage life. I don't know where that came from. Bad drop. All right, Mojo in the Morning Show. The longest divorce ever.

01:35:51 - 01:36:21 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I am blown away by how long it takes some people to get divorced. I, and this is coming from a personal place. Now, I, if you've been listening to the show for a while, you know that I have been divorced for, oh my God, I think it's been four years. I think it'll be four years next month, which is just so crazy. Does that blow you away? Yeah. I mean, and just so much has happened since then, right? Yeah. For both myself and my ex-husband.

01:36:22 - 01:36:30 | Speaker 2:

Honestly, you should actually be proud of the fact that you have come a very long way since. Thanks. I think so, too. That's huge.

01:36:30 - 01:37:26 | Speaker 4:

I think so, too. Yeah, it's definitely been a journey. And we were lucky because we were amicable through our divorce. So our divorce happened actually pretty quickly, and it didn't cost us a ton of money because we kind of did everything ourselves. And without getting too much into detail, because it's not my story to share, but my mom has been going through a divorce from my former stepdad for almost going on two years. And I just cannot believe how many things like fall through the cracks. There's no like accountability. there the way that that it is allowed to be dragged out and i know that some of you are going two years that's nothing compared to what you know i've personally how long did it take for

01:37:26 - 01:37:37 | Speaker 2:

you and your ex-husband to get divorced trying to think was it because it doesn't even have to be like over a year don't they don't the courts make you have a certain amount of time quite

01:37:37 - 01:37:54 | Speaker 4:

honestly i wish we would have done like a collaborative divorce we could have um because like i said we did everything ourselves we kind of got some bad advice and ended up getting separate attorneys but um i think it took maybe five months wow so okay definitely left less than

01:37:54 - 01:38:05 | Speaker 2:

half a year okay so i for some reason had a mis you know perception of this i for some reason thought that the courts always made you they have kids they make you take like a they make you do

01:38:05 - 01:38:08 | Speaker 4:

Like a smile program, like a class, and they make you do all those things.

01:38:08 - 01:38:12 | Speaker 2:

You can't get divorced in, like, 90 days, right? It just doesn't happen that way. I don't know.

01:38:12 - 01:38:14 | Speaker 4:

Okay. I don't know. I would have to ask.

01:38:14 - 01:38:19 | Speaker 2:

All right. So, in this case, it's been a two-year divorce.

01:38:19 - 01:38:48 | Speaker 4:

We're going on two years, and, like, on, you know, it's so hard to talk about this when you don't want to, like, give many details, but it blows my mind that the county that they're they had you know they're going through this and it's just like i feel like something's sitting on a desk somewhere and it's it's not happening like there's no accountability like certain things are supposed to be signed certain things are supposed to you know happen and there's nobody that's following up going well you were supposed to do that but you didn't do that so

01:38:48 - 01:39:22 | Speaker 2:

it's just it's just laying there um okay so who's had the longest divorce ever and why Will you share with us and give us, you know, your reasons why this is going on, why a divorce is taking this long? 844-MOTO-LIVE, 844-665-6548 is a telephone number. Two years. I mean, in two years, it seems like it could be wrapped up or somebody's got some shenanigans going on.

01:39:22 - 01:39:23 | Speaker 4:

Well, there's for sure.

01:39:23 - 01:39:33 | Speaker 2:

um what's going on ashley how are you good how are you good uh tell us uh how long did it take

01:39:33 - 01:39:53 | Speaker 1:

to get divorced so i'm still going through the process and next month it will be five years wow crap like what is the hold up um him um but here in canada too there's like a law that you have to be legally separated for a full year before you can even think about getting divorced

01:39:53 - 01:40:00 | Speaker 2:

oh okay so that that might be where i'm kind of getting it because i don't know i didn't know if that's

01:40:00 - 01:40:09 | Speaker 3:

kind of the law here or there's some kind of a thing where it has to take a certain amount of time. That's crazy. Voice this guy is Kelly here, because Kelly, how long has the divorce been taken?

01:40:10 - 01:40:23 | Speaker 2:

Well, it's been two and a half years for me, and honestly, I'm slightly dragging it. I'm doing the same thing. Signatures aren't being sent, and it's a slow process because I'm kind of trying to decide

01:40:23 - 01:40:28 | Speaker 3:

if I want to save it. Oh, so did you ask, wait, did you ask for the divorce?

01:40:29 - 01:40:30 | Speaker 2:

I did.

01:40:31 - 01:40:42 | Speaker 3:

Okay, so it's hard to hear you because the Voice of Skies machine is tough with that beautiful voice of yours. But you said it's taken over two years right now?

01:40:43 - 01:40:45 | Speaker 2:

It's been two and a half years.

01:40:45 - 01:40:49 | Speaker 3:

Okay, and you're the one that's dragging it on because you still think that there's hope.

01:40:51 - 01:41:08 | Speaker 2:

Yes. I've recently kind of selfishly missed my family and we were pushing it hard and now I'm kind of like oh my lawyer's out of town he has to do these signatures we have to go to court again kind of trying to decide if I want to win my husband back

01:41:08 - 01:41:16 | Speaker 1:

Girl, that is not a cheap process to be going back and forth in your head about and dragging it out

01:41:16 - 01:41:35 | Speaker 3:

I think we lost her uh that was the point that was the point where the reality check comes into play and you're like all right i'm gonna hang up the phone adam what's up uh yeah my uh divorce was

01:41:35 - 01:42:03 | Speaker 5:

uh just over 13 months the ex-wife had uh actually gotten pregnant by another man I had found out, filed for divorce, but the judge had made us get a paternity test, and then she prolonged that, and then she also prolonged paying for the paternity test until the court forced her to pay for it, and she just kept dragging it on and on and on.

01:42:03 - 01:42:08 | Speaker 3:

Wow. And what ended up happening at the end with the paternity test?

01:42:09 - 01:42:16 | Speaker 5:

Well, the kid wasn't mine. I had a vasectomy, but the courts were like, well, you were still living together when the kid could have been deceived, so.

01:42:17 - 01:42:17 | Speaker 3:

That's crazy.

01:42:18 - 01:42:19 | Unknown:

Yeah.

01:42:19 - 01:42:41 | Speaker 3:

I guess that they, you know, I guess it could be that, you know, one gets slipped, slips through or whatever, you know, or they don't know who to believe, but that's wild that it's still a short divorce compared to the five-year Canadian caller that called us up and then this last caller, the two-year one. uh autumn you are still going through it right now and your divorce has been well over a year

01:42:41 - 01:43:01 | Speaker 7:

why is the process still taking so long i think part of it is because the baby daddy didn't want to get divorced so my cousin and i had to like do a stakeout we staked out in front of his job and had to take the work like take the paperwork on his window and just wait for him to leave out of work and like finally say hey you've been forced him to sign it is it because yes he's

01:43:01 - 01:43:06 | Speaker 3:

still in love and he doesn't want to lose you i don't know what his problem is because like bro

01:43:06 - 01:43:16 | Speaker 7:

you're the one cheating my whole nine-year marriage so just leave me wow yeah wow well that's uh i can't imagine how much longer it's going to be plus we have two little kids too so

01:43:16 - 01:43:26 | Speaker 3:

yeah yeah yeah that's brutal when you're dealing with that and then also the the money situation like spending money and knowing exactly you know how to account for everything probably

01:43:26 - 01:43:41 | Speaker 7:

becomes a pain so that was it too so i spent um like eight times i had to spend the processor clerk's fee just to get him like served. Yeah. And then on top of that, you already know like the divorce lawyer is like $8,000. So it's like you're just really prolonging it.

01:43:41 - 01:43:45 | Speaker 3:

Holy cow. You think that that's long? You want to hear something interesting? Lisa?

01:43:46 - 01:43:46 | Speaker 6:

Yeah.

01:43:46 - 01:43:48 | Speaker 3:

How long is the divorce?

01:43:49 - 01:43:54 | Speaker 6:

We separated in 96 and the divorce was finalized in 2020.

01:43:54 - 01:43:56 | Speaker 3:

So how many years is that?

01:43:56 - 01:43:58 | Speaker 6:

Do the math. About 14.

01:43:58 - 01:44:05 | Speaker 3:

14. Could you imagine? If that was the case for you, Autumn, 14 years.

01:44:05 - 01:44:13 | Speaker 7:

I couldn't have been a time. Did you guys find other people, though? Like, were you guys in love with other people and just, like, prolonging it?

01:44:14 - 01:44:19 | Speaker 6:

I was happily single. He was with someone, and he really just didn't want to marry her.

01:44:20 - 01:44:20 | Unknown:

Oh, man.

01:44:20 - 01:44:22 | Speaker 7:

Gotcha. Oh, gosh. I hope that's not me.

01:44:23 - 01:44:23 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

01:44:23 - 01:44:24 | Speaker 7:

Yeah.

01:44:24 - 01:44:32 | Speaker 3:

Well, thank you for the call. You've just given Autumn palpitations right now that she wants hers done faster than that.

01:44:33 - 01:44:39 | Speaker 4:

Sorry you got caught cheating by not deleting those texts you meant to delete. Another War of the Roses is after nine on Mojo in the Morning.

01:44:41 - 01:44:43 | Speaker 1:

What's up? What's up?

01:44:43 - 01:45:00 | Speaker 3:

Mojo in the Morning. What's going on? What's happening? Good to have you guys here with us. It is the Mojo in the Morning show. We've got a lot of stuff to talk about today. And this is actually kind of an interesting story here. So Kev, who's new to the show.

01:45:00 - 01:45:41 | Speaker 4:

show um for those that don't know and haven't seen what he looks like you can go on our social media and take a look at him uh and tell and then do us a favor tell us if you think that this guy is a good looking guy look at me that's right actually to be honest with you your picture was so much better than my first picture when i started here my first picture here was like hey guys here's my picture in my picture i had like a mullet it was so bad high school yearbook picture Black guys don't ever get mullets, do they? That's not a thing I've never seen one Have you ever Name a celebrity Name a black celebrity with a mullet That did it on purpose and not for a role

01:45:41 - 01:45:53 | Speaker 1:

I'm for a role No, this had to have been a thing in the 80s It had to have Jerry Cruz I'm going to send a group chat picture right now Oh really? Lionel Richie had the closest thing

01:45:53 - 01:45:57 | Speaker 5:

See, that's a Jerry Cruz That's the soul glow. It just set in that way.

01:45:57 - 01:45:58 | Speaker 4:

Okay.

01:45:58 - 01:46:02 | Speaker 5:

Oh, come on. That's the black man's mullet, I guess. I don't know.

01:46:02 - 01:46:11 | Speaker 4:

Hold on a second. I'm looking it up. Oh, yeah, that is. Lionel Richie comes right up, Mike, as one of the iconic ones. What did you Google?

01:46:11 - 01:46:12 | Speaker 5:

That's what I'm interested in.

01:46:13 - 01:46:55 | Speaker 4:

Black celebrities with mullets. And that was the one that came up. I see Kanye. Oh, Kanye kind of had one, too. Kanye's done a lot of things. Yeah, that's not a good example. The funniest is when you see the picture of Lionel Richie back-to-back with Billy Ray Cyrus. And you go, okay, somebody told them that that was actually a good thing? Should we do a little sing-along song, guys? Absolutely. I know I said I was going to go rapid fire with the topics today, but I'm not very rapid fiery right now. Here we go.

01:46:55 - 01:47:06 | Speaker 2:

Let the music play on, play on, play on. Everybody sing, everybody dance. Lose yourself in wild.

01:47:06 - 01:47:07 | Speaker 4:

I don't hear Megan.

01:47:08 - 01:47:15 | Speaker 2:

Party, come on. Fiesta forever. Come on and sing. Hello.

01:47:15 - 01:47:16 | Speaker 4:

Mike, where are you at?

01:47:16 - 01:47:20 | Speaker 5:

I know the chorus

01:47:20 - 01:47:40 | Speaker 3:

Come on now Everybody All night long All night All night long All night All night All night long All night All night All night long All night

01:47:40 - 01:47:41 | Speaker 4:

All night

01:47:41 - 01:47:43 | Unknown:

All night

01:47:43 - 01:47:44 | Speaker 4:

All night All night All night We're done with that one

01:47:44 - 01:47:55 | Speaker 3:

Great song People in the streets All night long You always do The same like

01:47:55 - 01:47:56 | Speaker 1:

Yeah

01:47:56 - 01:48:08 | Speaker 4:

So Cav actually was out At You were going with your girlfriend Yes Girlfriend Sherelle And you guys were going to go visit some family of hers

01:48:08 - 01:48:42 | Speaker 5:

No so listen So Sherelle took me to a birthday party And everybody is dressed to the nines I'm looking amazing So is she She's looking better than I am. And she introduces me to everyone that's there. And everybody's nice. Everybody's super polite. And then she introduces me to her aunt. I've never met this aunt before. And the way that the aunt responds to me has me feeling a little disrespected. She says, like, Sherelle's like, hey, this is my aunt. This is Kevin. And the aunt, before she even says a word, she looks at me and she goes, mm.

01:48:43 - 01:48:52 | Speaker 4:

Like yum? I see why you're with him. Oh, wow. Wait a second. That's disrespected. I would have been like, that's the greatest thing ever. Why is that disrespected? That's your niece right there.

01:48:52 - 01:48:56 | Speaker 5:

That's your niece. I'm the new boyfriend. I don't need to hear that.

01:48:56 - 01:49:04 | Speaker 4:

That's not how we need to meet. No, but I understand that. But she was meaning in a complimentary form, like, oh, look at this guy. Look at how good looking he is.

01:49:04 - 01:49:22 | Speaker 5:

I get it, but that's the polite disrespect. Like, this is your family member. Yeah, how is that disrespectful? She put a little extra into it. The mm wasn't really necessary. It was the kind of mm with the look like we can go outside right now and I can show you what the family is really about.

01:49:22 - 01:49:26 | Speaker 4:

But was, wait, was your girlfriend, was she upset by that?

01:49:26 - 01:49:34 | Speaker 5:

I think Sherelle was kind of like looking off to the distance, like not really engaging in what was taking place, but the vibes I felt were like, let's go.

01:49:34 - 01:49:35 | Speaker 4:

Did you bring it up to her then?

01:49:35 - 01:49:36 | Speaker 5:

Hell no.

01:49:36 - 01:49:42 | Speaker 1:

Kev, you are the only person I know who gets told that they're attractive and goes, disrespectful.

01:49:42 - 01:49:53 | Speaker 4:

Oh, no, hold on. You've also said before, Megan, where somebody would say something to you and you took it as a disrespect, but they were actually meaning it like you're beautiful.

01:49:53 - 01:49:58 | Speaker 1:

I've never done that. You could tell me how much does it cost for that night, and I'd go, thanks for the compliment.

01:50:00 - 01:50:01 | Speaker 5:

You're saying I'm worth money.

01:50:02 - 01:50:15 | Speaker 3:

Listen, I will say this. I don't care if it's, you know, Chelsea's aunt, her grandma, her mom, or whatever. They say, I'm going, oh, I got something.

01:50:15 - 01:50:23 | Speaker 2:

You know what I mean? You don't think that's wrong? Like, if somebody introduces their friend group to you and they immediately go, oh, does he have a brother? Like, that means that they-

01:50:23 - 01:50:33 | Speaker 8:

See, I don't actually think it's wrong. It might put you, depending on who it is, it might make me feel slightly uncomfortable. You know, like if it was somebody's dad or something, I'd feel weird.

01:50:34 - 01:51:09 | Speaker 3:

Can I tell you this, though? I actually love black women because older black women love me. I was going to say, black women love you. And I, like I get all the time, I'm the vanilla Gerald Levert. You know, they go crazy. Should've been there. But here's the thing. I will say this. I love that women are vocal sometimes in their, mmm. Like, I like that. Instead of the whole. Was there a lip licking? I'm telling the eyes, it looked like she was literally undressing me. Alyssa, what do you think? Should Kev be feeling like a little disrespected?

01:51:09 - 01:51:18 | Speaker 7:

Kevin, no. You are a tall drink of chocolate milk, sir. You have the most inviting smile. You are so cute. Take it as a compliment. She's not tall. She's not tall.

01:51:18 - 01:51:19 | Speaker 2:

She's not tall.

01:51:19 - 01:51:21 | Speaker 7:

I'm short, so anyone's taller than me.

01:51:21 - 01:51:26 | Speaker 3:

Are you related at all to his girlfriend, Sherelle? Because that's all we need to know right now if this is the case.

01:51:26 - 01:51:29 | Speaker 7:

Absolutely not. but I am the most vanilla woman you'll ever be.

01:51:29 - 01:51:33 | Speaker 3:

Because otherwise it's a family thing here. It's a little family affair going on.

01:51:33 - 01:51:35 | Speaker 7:

Oh, yes, I'm not tooting the horn, but he is cute.

01:51:35 - 01:51:49 | Speaker 3:

Thank you. Here's the thing I will say. I don't find that to be like anything other than, and I bet you that Sherelle heard it. She just didn't acknowledge it because that was probably her aunt. She's probably known as the aunt that flirts.

01:51:49 - 01:51:52 | Speaker 1:

Look, the Find My iPhone thing just popped up, so Sherelle's not too far.

01:51:53 - 01:52:03 | Speaker 3:

No, can I tell you something, though? You do have those aunts that are like that And you have the aunts that are kind of like the flirty aunts The ones that Or the relatives that are the flirty

01:52:03 - 01:52:08 | Speaker 2:

I'm the flirty relative in our family Where you go in for the hug and the back rub is a little too much Yeah

01:52:08 - 01:52:17 | Speaker 3:

See I don't mind it I'm fine with that Can't wait to meet the family What's going on Cindy what happened when When you

01:52:17 - 01:52:38 | Speaker 6:

I come from the big fat Greek You know the big fat Greek wedding People that's how my family is And my husband was in uniform, but he's a police officer where we're tired now. But first time I met him, she said, oh, my God, you made my panties drop to the ground. Oh, my goodness.

01:52:38 - 01:52:39 | Speaker 3:

That's fantastic.

01:52:40 - 01:52:54 | Speaker 6:

He didn't know what to say, what to do. His face turned 20 shades of red, and it was hilarious. And I was like, just, just not. And then they started speaking Greek. I was just like, just don't say yes, because you don't even know what you're saying yes to.

01:52:55 - 01:53:00 | Speaker 3:

That's great. Go back. What's going on, Carrie, you wanted to say?

01:53:01 - 01:53:02 | Speaker 5:

It's Terry, actually.

01:53:02 - 01:53:04 | Speaker 3:

Terry, I apologize. Hi, Terry.

01:53:05 - 01:53:23 | Speaker 5:

Well, my aunt is like an old hippie, like, you know, no bra, sometimes nannies, sundresses, a little nine yards. And for some reason, every time we would come and see her, you know, my boyfriend, we would say hi, give her a hug, and she would grab his butt every single time. It was very uncomfortable. Oh, God.

01:53:23 - 01:53:30 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. So, a little touchy-feely every now and again. Did that bother you, or did you laugh it off a little bit?

01:53:30 - 01:53:36 | Speaker 5:

I laughed it off because my aunt was, she's like crazy hippie. Like, I don't know. It was just Aunt Sandy, whatever.

01:53:37 - 01:53:44 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's fun. Go back to when we were talking about black eyes with mullets. Tita, who did you want to say?

01:53:45 - 01:53:49 | Speaker 4:

Hey, Mojo. First time caller. Good to talk to you guys this morning.

01:53:49 - 01:53:51 | Speaker 3:

Hey, nice to talk to you.

01:53:51 - 01:53:59 | Speaker 4:

Well, what I wanted to say is when black people have what people call mullets, we call them shags in the 70s.

01:53:59 - 01:54:10 | Speaker 3:

Oh, really? So it was not a mullet, it was a shag. And was that a thing in the 70s where everybody even – because I know that was a thing in the 70s for the white guys.

01:54:11 - 01:54:13 | Speaker 4:

Black men, black women, we all wore it.

01:54:14 - 01:54:18 | Speaker 3:

Really? Even the women had a mullet. See that? It's coming back.

01:54:18 - 01:54:25 | Speaker 4:

Your hair would be curly, so your hair would actually be cut in a hairstyle, but it was still considered a shag when you had the longer partying back.

01:54:26 - 01:54:30 | Speaker 3:

The mullet, by the way, is coming back. I'm starting to see more women that are doing it.

01:54:30 - 01:54:32 | Speaker 4:

Moja Cat, Rihanna, Zendaya.

01:54:32 - 01:54:33 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

01:54:33 - 01:54:37 | Speaker 4:

I've seen it. I've seen it here recently on TikTok, and they stopped.

01:54:38 - 01:54:47 | Speaker 3:

What is it again? It's not good. What is it? It's a shag. Short on top, party in the back. Isn't that what they call it? Business in the front. Business in the front. Party in the front.

01:54:47 - 01:54:48 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

01:54:48 - 01:54:51 | Speaker 3:

Thanks for the call, Tito. We appreciate it.

01:54:52 - 01:54:54 | Speaker 4:

You're welcome. You guys have a great day.

01:54:54 - 01:54:59 | Speaker 6:

Your grandma. That boring guy you just dumped. The annoying girl at work.

01:54:59 - 01:54:59 | Speaker 4:

Like, whatever.

01:55:00 - 01:55:01 | Speaker 7:

They listen to another station.

01:55:02 - 01:55:04 | Speaker 5:

One listener is going to have a chance to win tickets to all three. and you've got to listen next hour for a chance to win.

01:55:31 - 01:55:38 | Speaker 5:

So is Breaking Dirty overnight the driver of a U-Haul truck taken into custody after crashing into the security barriers near the White House?

01:55:39 - 01:56:07 | Speaker 1:

Overnight, tense moments in the nation's capital. Police say the driver of this U-Haul truck rammed into security barriers protecting Lafayette Park just yards from the White House in what may have been an intentional act. Video then shows the truck ramming the barrier a second time. i think at first i was just in shock like this was benjamin berger's first night in dc he says he heard the crash and then saw people running thought maybe it was just an accident

01:56:07 - 01:56:18 | Speaker 6:

and then the u-haul backed up and rammed it again and at that point it didn't move and then that's when uh the secret service place converged on it another witness was walking in lafayette square at

01:56:18 - 01:56:29 | Speaker 2:

the time and the truck cut right in front of the path that i was going to take onto the sidewalk so this was probably no more than 25 feet in front of me. The driver is in custody and facing charges.

01:56:29 - 01:57:10 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, Secret Service said in a tweet just after midnight that the truck was deemed safe and that a preliminary investigation reveals the driver may absolutely have intentionally crashed into the security barriers. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos and his girlfriend Lauren Sanchez engaged after nearly five years together. They're in the south of France for the Cannes Film Festival. Jeff apparently popped the question while staying on his brand new $500 million super yacht. And rumors started swirling a couple of days ago because Lauren was spotted by paparazzi on the boat wearing a ring on her ring finger. And you can't miss it because it's rumored to be 20 carats.

01:57:11 - 01:57:11 | Speaker 8:

Wow.

01:57:11 - 01:57:12 | Speaker 5:

20 carats.

01:57:12 - 01:57:13 | Speaker 8:

Man.

01:57:13 - 01:57:33 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. LeBron James leaving lots of room for speculation about what's next for him. He was very coy when speaking about his future with reporters after the Lakers were swept out of the playoffs by the Nuggets in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals last night at Crypto.com Arena. When asked about his plans for next year, this was all he said.

01:57:33 - 01:57:52 | Speaker 3:

We'll see what happens going forward. But I don't know. I don't know. I got a lot to think about, to be honest. I got a lot to think about, to be honest. And just for me personally, going forward with the game of basketball, got a lot to think about.

01:57:52 - 01:58:02 | Speaker 5:

38 years old, just completed his 20th season in the NBA, has two years and 97 million bucks left on his contract with the final year being a player option.

01:58:02 - 01:58:08 | Speaker 8:

Mike, are you as happy as I am that they got swept, the Lakers got swept? Kind of, because over the years. These playoffs have been amazing.

01:58:08 - 01:58:22 | Speaker 7:

Yeah, but LeBron bugs me because he calls himself the GOAT, and I don't like it for some reason. It bothers me because Jordan never did that. You're not the GOAT if you call yourself the GOAT. No LeBron slander on my watch. Wait, are you going to call himself the GOAT?

01:58:23 - 01:58:26 | Speaker 8:

Tom Brady never calls himself the GOAT.

01:58:26 - 01:58:31 | Speaker 7:

It's like Muhammad Ali. I said I was the greatest even before I thought I was. You've got to project that.

01:58:31 - 01:58:38 | Speaker 8:

I'm going to say this about Tom Brady. If you bring Tom Brady negatively into this conversation, Megan, I'm very upset with you.

01:58:38 - 01:58:39 | Speaker 1:

I just asked if he ever did.

01:58:39 - 01:58:40 | Speaker 5:

I thought he did.

01:58:40 - 01:58:41 | Speaker 8:

But he is the GOAT.

01:58:41 - 01:58:55 | Speaker 5:

I didn't say he wasn't. Big death in the celebrity world yesterday. Actually, this is kind of sad. Paris Hilton's beloved Chihuahua Harajuku bitch died yesterday. She was 23 years old.

01:58:55 - 01:58:56 | Speaker 8:

Oh, my God.

01:58:56 - 01:59:05 | Speaker 5:

23 years old. Paris writing on social media words cannot express the immense amount of pain and feeling right now. She was more than just a pet. She was family to me.

01:59:05 - 01:59:14 | Speaker 8:

I got to tell you something. 23. I mean, I love my dogs. But if I find out that for 23 years That I have to have Henry and Louis That drive me crazy

01:59:14 - 01:59:17 | Speaker 5:

Hey, it's Paris Hilton Mojo in the morning That's hot

01:59:17 - 01:59:18 | Speaker 8:

Oh my lord

01:59:18 - 01:59:31 | Speaker 5:

A video is making the rounds On the internet of ASAP Rocky Outside of a nightclub With his very pregnant leading lady, Rihanna And he is just telling all of the rowdy fans around her Back away

01:59:31 - 01:59:41 | Speaker 4:

Y'all like gentlemen's right now, you heard? I got my lady here Y'all calling that down, man Don't be in this section doing all that Calm that s*** down Y'all act like gentlemen when y'all in our presence.

01:59:41 - 01:59:59 | Speaker 5:

Wow. Kind of impressed. And lastly, the NFL has officially announced that Super Bowl 60 will be making its return to Santa Clara, California in 2026. The big game will be hosted at Levi's Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers. That announcement made yesterday at the NFL Spring League meeting in.

You know what? I'm doing all right. It's been a good morning. It's going to be a nice day. And Cassidy, you want to know if you are an a-hole for what you did with your roommate. And this is one of those ones where I think it's clear cut. All right. Go ahead. Tell us what you did.

02:01:08 - 02:01:20 | Speaker 3:

All right. So my roommate left her clothes in the washer, and she does this all the time. And usually what happens is they stay there all week, which isn't great.

02:01:20 - 02:01:51 | Speaker 1:

they smell like mold yeah exactly she smells like uh our former audio producer fletch he he always fletch is the greatest guy ever but fletch would come in and i would go fletch when's the last time that you've actually taken your laundry out of the washer and hung it or you know put it in the dryer oh my gosh did you call him funky fletch funky fletch no but He had a little moldy smell to it. Okay, so go back to what you're saying.

02:01:53 - 02:02:12 | Speaker 3:

And obviously I have to do my laundry too. So I just moved her stuff to the dryer, and she is mad at me because of doing that, and her favorite Lululemon leggings got pilled in the dryer.

02:02:12 - 02:02:15 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah. You can't dry Lululemon.

02:02:15 - 02:02:18 | Speaker 1:

Okay, so am I the a-hole is what she wants to know.

02:02:18 - 02:02:19 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

02:02:20 - 02:02:59 | Speaker 1:

Now, I say this is clear cut because I hate, hate, hate, hate, hate when you are using a washer that is a community washer, or in your case, roommates live with you, or my case, it's my family that lives there. And you go to try to wash something and people leave their stuff in there and don't go. You can't throw something in a washer and then come back hours or days or whenever. You got to you can't if you're using that washer and you got to be there in 47 minutes when it's done and take your stuff out of that thing.

02:03:00 - 02:03:19 | Speaker 2:

Well, she's actually a hole. But this is making me feel like an a hole because I just say about this very similar thing. about throwing certain things in the dryer i'm like oh you gotta check the tag because some things can't be dried and then they get ruined but he was just trying to be sweet just like you

02:03:19 - 02:03:24 | Speaker 1:

were trying to be explain the lululemon thing because chelsea always tells me i am not allowed

02:03:24 - 02:03:39 | Speaker 2:

to wash her yoga stuff because it has to be washed in cold and really it's not just lululemon most athletic stuff to keep it looking nice and actually like working and i say working like the moisture wicking or whatever the heck you buy but you're supposed to wash it only in cold water and

02:03:39 - 02:03:56 | Speaker 1:

then not dry it so so chelsea has yelled at me before not yelled at me but she has raised her voice uh to me when i have tried to wash her clothes to try to be nice and she'll tell me that i screwed it up because i will put fabric softener also and it's not supposed to have fabric

02:03:56 - 02:04:00 | Speaker 2:

softener i think in some of the stuff right like some things can only be hang dried they can't go

02:04:00 - 02:04:23 | Speaker 3:

in the dryer did you know that at all Cassidy uh no do you own yoga stuff yeah but I guess I just throw it all in the dryer and you know but but no I mean that makes sense and I understand why she's mad but I'm like I wouldn't have had to do that in the first place exactly would have come

02:04:23 - 02:04:58 | Speaker 1:

exactly with your clothes yeah and what are you supposed to do take them out put them to the side that would be even put them back in throw them on the floor i i think what you do is no i think what you do is i think you do your laundry and because this is what i've done in the past and then you throw it back in the water you throw it back in the washer yeah you put it on top of the washer or dryer while your stuff is cleaning and then you throw it right back in there and then maybe put it on one less one more spin cycle just to make it look like you were never there uh what's up nicole am i the a-hole is cassidy an a-hole yeah it's actually you guys just

02:04:58 - 02:05:00 | Speaker 3:

mention it, but I think that you should

02:05:00 - 02:05:11 | Speaker 2:

never put someone else's clothes in the dryer you know i think that keeping it wet and keeping it in a basket is fine but i don't think it's your so you're saying she is an a-hole

02:05:11 - 02:05:21 | Speaker 1:

yeah you're an a-hole cassidy uh suzy uh is cassidy an a-hole no i i think the roommate

02:05:21 - 02:05:32 | Speaker 3:

is the a-hole and cassidy putting her clothes in the dryer and her lulu lemon leggings getting ruined that's that's the roommate's fault you got to take care of your stuff that's maybe that's a

02:05:32 - 02:05:42 | Speaker 1:

lesson to her she deserves it there we go yeah have you ever had this where somebody has ever done this to you where they put anything that shouldn't have been in the dryer in the dryer

02:05:42 - 02:06:10 | Speaker 3:

um not to me because i like honestly i'm lazy with laundry so i buy clothes that are real low but my husband has had that happen my mom has done that to him and shrunk a sweater and he was real upset yeah but she was she was just trying to be a good mother-in-law yeah exactly she was trying to be nice and he wasn't you know he was upset for a minute and and but it was just like you know what just tell your mom she doesn't have to she doesn't have to do that anymore she doesn't

02:06:10 - 02:06:44 | Speaker 1:

have to worry about my clothes i'll wash my own clothes yeah yeah uh chelsea has done that to me and reverse on on this where she's putting stuff in the dryer that shouldn't have been in the dryer And honestly, now it's gotten to a point where you should never – don't ever tell somebody don't do my laundry. Because if they want to be nice enough to do the laundry, I'd rather have them shrink it. Because then otherwise it's like you're piling up and stuff. I'd rather have them do my laundry and ruin my clothes. Don't do my laundry. And it's very rare. Why? You don't like your stuff touched. Amanda, am I the a-hole?

02:06:46 - 02:07:01 | Speaker 4:

Okay. She's not the a-hole. She's basically doing her roommate's laundry for her. But if she really wanted to be an a-hole, she could have taken the clothes out of the washer and then just put them back in when she was done using the washer. Just left them there. But she did her a favor.

02:07:01 - 02:07:16 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. I think that this is one of those situations. Cassie, I don't think we have to go any further with this. I think this is pretty much cut and dry. I think that, you know, now I guess it's maybe not cut and dry this. Does she want you to replace those Lululemons? Because those things are expensive.

02:07:16 - 02:07:18 | Speaker 6:

They don't pill after you do that one time, by the way.

02:07:18 - 02:07:38 | Speaker 2:

She hasn't said anything like that. She's doing the not talking to me thing right now. But no, she hasn't said to replace the leggings. So hopefully she won't. Yeah, those are expensive.

02:07:39 - 02:08:12 | Speaker 1:

I don't necessarily think that she should have to replace them. but I think that if you did this where you went to small claims court and I know that that's extreme to say but I wonder I bet you they would say that you probably would have to replace them that you would be if you ruin something that somebody's even though they had left it in the washer for a period of time although I would think they would be ruined anyway they would smell mildewy Caitlin one last call because you've been on hold for a while and I don't want to not be able to say hi to you what's up

02:08:12 - 02:08:29 | Speaker 5:

Hey, guys. I definitely don't think that Cassidy is the a-hole. But if the roommate, you know, is going to leave her clothes in the dryer, maybe leave a sticky note or something like, hey, don't dry my Lululemons. Like, that's what I do just in case.

02:08:29 - 02:08:50 | Speaker 1:

well now she knows right in the future this is the thing that sucks here's a question for you guys and a totally different note what if this were in an apartment building or apartment complex where you have the community thing what doesn't the apartment complex have rules on stuff like this like you can't leave things in the washers i'm trying to think when we were in college

02:08:50 - 02:08:58 | Speaker 6:

because we had we shared like a community laundry room in the dorm and people would just take out like if that happened people would take out the wet stuff and there were tables and they would Just throw them all on tables.

02:08:58 - 02:09:23 | Speaker 1:

Chelsea and I, when we lived in the Eastridge apartments, we lived in the apartment complex. I used to have to sit there and watch our laundry for Chelsea because there was somebody that was going in and would stop cycles sometimes and then just throw them around. And then there was another time where women's ponties were being stolen. So there was a person who was a pontie thief.

02:09:23 - 02:09:24 | Speaker 6:

That's so weird.

02:09:24 - 02:09:40 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. Was it by the guy who says ponties? No, I just I normally, I would say panties But then Shannon always goes, when you say panties It weirds me out And then watch this, wait, wait, no, no, watch this Watch this Moist panties

02:09:40 - 02:09:46 | Speaker 6:

Moist doesn't do it for me Leakage is worse Crust

02:09:46 - 02:09:59 | Speaker 1:

When I say the word crust too She gets word out I love pizza crust Alright, it is the Mojo in the Morning show. War of the Roses coming up. We're going to bust cheaters. We got the dirt.

02:10:00 - 02:12:25 | Speaker 3:

And, of course, this is your home for Second Date Update, Five Lies, Six on Sex. I want to tell you guys this. Attention DoorDash drivers or restaurant people. I want you to participate in this one here because I want a couple of you guys to call up for these particular reasons. So last night, Chelsea's mom and dad are in town for Luke, and the whole family got together, and we decided that we were going to order dinner. And then we decided that we were going to DoorDash from Red Coat. And Luke wanted, which was interesting, that he wanted fish and chips. Because I've never had fish and chips from a place that's known for their great burgers. But he loves their fish and chips. And he also wanted mac and cheese. So this is where the story goes. The DoorDash driver arrives at my house and I'm taking my dogs out. And this is pretty funny. You see him pull up in his car, and he walks to my front door in his pajama bottoms with a tank top on, and he's about a mid-50-year-old, slightly overweight man. All right? So picture me in pajamas. And I think they honestly were honestly, I think they might have been like Camaro pajamas because they looked like they had cars on his pajamas. Oh, Camaro's like a car. Adults wearing pajamas with like things on them is funny because it's something you only see like little kids wearing. And he had the tank top. So he brings it up to my door, the bag up to my door. He was a really nice man. But I noticed something else about this guy. He had cheese in his beard and goatee mustache. Yes. So cheese that were in there. Now, this is where the story goes. I bring the bag inside and we start taking the styrofoam containers out of the, you know, particular thing. And Luke says, Dad, did you order my mac and cheese? And I said, yeah, I ordered a mac and cheese. It should be there. It wasn't. So here's my question that I have to ask. You don't even have to ask it. The answer is yes. Did said pajama-wearing man eat my mac and cheese while he was driving to my house from the restaurant?

02:12:25 - 02:12:28 | Speaker 2:

I'm going to call him DoorDash Doug because I feel like his name's Doug. All right, perfect.

02:12:29 - 02:13:19 | Speaker 3:

I like that. Yes. Oh, 110%. Oh, yeah, yeah. I mean, I'm telling you guys, there was so much good cheese that was inside of that beard of his that I thought to myself, Well, it didn't look like it was maybe fully brand new, but it could have been there, who knows, for some time. I don't know exactly what particular, you know, what the problem was. So here's my question that I needed to ask because I was going to ask restaurant people and I was going to ask listeners this, that are DoorDash drivers. I want to know from restaurant people, and know you see this all the time, what do you think when you walk in, when the DoorDash people or the delivery people, the Grubhub or Uber Eats people, walk in, and they're obviously not dressing up like it's a fashion show, and they're wearing their pajamas and a tank top. The guy's walking into the restaurant.

02:13:19 - 02:13:20 | Speaker 2:

That doesn't offend me.

02:13:20 - 02:13:33 | Speaker 3:

Would you walk into a restaurant like that? I mean. And then the second question is, DoorDash drivers, do you eat the food? Because I know you guys take french fries, but do you actually like full on just take the food and just start eating the thing?

02:13:33 - 02:13:38 | Speaker 2:

I think I would be more uncomfortable if he showed up in like a full suit to deliver the food. Like, I don't care what he wears.

02:13:39 - 02:13:51 | Speaker 3:

Honestly, if I saw him in a full suit, I'd probably give him extra cash because I would say to myself, man, look at this guy. He's really showing up in a way, you know? So you don't think that that's weird that the guy was wearing his pajamas and stuff?

02:13:51 - 02:13:57 | Speaker 2:

He door dashes. He doesn't need to dress up. He can wear regular clothes. It's coming from somebody who door dashes.

02:13:57 - 02:14:08 | Speaker 3:

He's in a car all day. He wants to be comfortable. But still, though, he's walking into a restaurant where they've got customers and stuff there, right? He doesn't care. All right. Mojo in the Morning Show. Angela, hello.

02:14:09 - 02:14:10 | Speaker 1:

Hi.

02:14:10 - 02:14:11 | Speaker 3:

How are you?

02:14:12 - 02:14:13 | Speaker 1:

I'm good. How are you guys?

02:14:13 - 02:14:15 | Speaker 3:

Good. Are you a DoorDash driver?

02:14:16 - 02:14:22 | Speaker 1:

I am actually, I work at Tropical Smoothies, so I deal with just delivery drivers all day long.

02:14:22 - 02:14:28 | Speaker 3:

Oh, okay. I love you. What do you see, by the way? What do you see these people come in and what kind of outfits are they wearing?

02:14:28 - 02:14:45 | Speaker 1:

Honestly, the drivers will come in wearing anything, pajamas, honestly, like, half-dressed, all ages. Like, it is so random because people will walk in and you don't expect them to be a driver. They're just, like, wearing anything.

02:14:45 - 02:14:50 | Speaker 3:

Have you ever, like, had customers going, oh, my God, look at this guy, you know, when they're coming in?

02:14:51 - 02:15:00 | Speaker 1:

No, I haven't had experience with that. But I have had to deal with multiple customers saying that, like, one item would be gone.

02:15:00 - 02:15:06 | Speaker 4:

or, like, their smoothie is taken out, like, has been drinking out of or something. Come on. Because you guys tape yours.

02:15:07 - 02:15:10 | Speaker 1:

You guys have the stickers on yours because I've ordered from you before.

02:15:10 - 02:15:22 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, so we actually didn't have the stickers for a while. And so now when somebody, like, forgets to put one, we have to, like, refund them. Or even if the driver, like, eats their food, we have to refund them for that.

02:15:23 - 02:15:29 | Speaker 6:

Oh, wow. Could you imagine if the driver's drinking out of your drink? It's one thing to take fries. Jennifer, what's happening?

02:15:30 - 02:16:35 | Speaker 2:

Hey, so my wife ordered KFC while I was out of town, and I'm on the phone with her, and she said that the guy kept taking pictures of him sitting in the KFC and saying, hey, you know, they're still waiting for our food, still waiting for our food. And then she's like, okay, thanks for the update. And he's like, yes, I'm so glad that you and this order exist. Oh, wow. At that point, I tell my wife, I'm like, okay, I'm staying on the phone. I mean, we got ring cameras and all that stuff, but still, I'm staying on the phone. And then it gets creepier, okay? So he continues to update her, right? And then when she gets the food, I am not even lying. There were like stickers all over the bag, like frog stickers on the cup. And then he says, good luck on the lottery ticket. And he bought and put a lottery ticket. Oh, wait, I love that.

02:16:36 - 02:16:37 | Speaker 1:

You know what?

02:16:37 - 02:16:56 | Speaker 2:

I would have appreciated the selfies and the stickers and lottery ticket. I told my wife, I said, okay, everything was weird. He could have just put the lottery ticket, but you 100% have to up tip him now. That's what he wants, so you have to give him an extra $5 tip, and we did.

02:16:56 - 02:17:00 | Speaker 6:

Oh, that's funny. Wow, what a story. That's amazing. Julie, what's going on?

02:17:01 - 02:17:26 | Speaker 5:

Hey there. So I was a host at a restaurant for a long time, and it was during COVID, and somebody came in without a mask, and I had to say, I'm so sorry, but to come in the restaurant, you have to wear a mask. So I'm waiting around a few minutes. She comes back in, and she's got panties over her face. Panties. That's mad. And I don't know what to say. I'm just sitting there thinking, oh, my God.

02:17:26 - 02:17:29 | Speaker 6:

It was a driver just picking up a food order?

02:17:29 - 02:17:33 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, for DoorDash. It was the most bizarre thing I've ever seen.

02:17:33 - 02:17:35 | Speaker 6:

Oh, God, that's wild.

02:17:35 - 02:17:36 | Speaker 3:

Oh, that's great.

02:17:36 - 02:17:37 | Speaker 6:

Tiffany, what's going on?

02:17:38 - 02:18:06 | Speaker 3:

So I am a DoorDasher, and so is, like, my sister and my cousin and my best friend, and I was out one time with my best friend while she was door-dashing, and she saw what restaurant it was, and she literally stole the order. And I was like, are you going to eat these people's food? She's like, yeah, somebody else is going to come get it. I'm like, why do y'all do this? It's not a big deal. They already know that this is going to happen. I'm like, it is a big deal. Somebody's probably been waiting for this for like an hour. Like, how can you take somebody's

02:18:06 - 02:18:14 | Speaker 6:

food? Oh, my God. And then, don't you get bad marks? I wouldn't give this guy a bad mark, because I didn't want the macaroni and cheese

02:18:14 - 02:18:24 | Speaker 3:

guy. Truthfully, no. What happens is she cancels it or says that there's some type of issue and she can't deliver it or whatever, and she doesn't get marked down

02:18:24 - 02:18:32 | Speaker 6:

for it. Wow. What is it? DoorDashDug? Is that what you called him, Mike? Yeah, yep. Ken, voice this, guys. What's up?

02:18:33 - 02:19:05 | Speaker 1:

Hi. So, my wife has actually stolen somebody's food because she was afraid of the house that she had to deliver it to. Really? I was so bad about it. she pulled up she said there were like bars on the windows the front screen door had plywood on it and the front yard was trash and overgrown and there were a bunch of people hanging out outside and she's a very small girl yeah so she thought that something was going to happen to her i guess that would be scary right but yeah so she came home with an entire crave case from white castle

02:19:05 - 02:19:59 | Speaker 6:

and how did that go over at home was it good oh it tasted great yeah by the way it's always great to have a crave case from white castle until the next morning and you still smell like a crave case from white castle oh yeah even worse yeah it's funny i wanted to um say like hey door dash this guy ate my food but i was too afraid because he was so polite and nice i was too afraid that he listened to the show and that he would go, hey, Mojo wrote me a bad review. So what I did was I just said I didn't get the mac and cheese and they actually refunded me. Yeah. But I wonder if the guy's listening. If the guy is listening, if DoorDash, Doug, just tell me. And tell me how that mac and cheese was. I really know. Luke was fine with it. Luke had enough food. He was fine with it. But I really want to know. Nicolina? Yes.

02:20:00 - 02:20:13 | Speaker 1:

hi what's up hi i ordered door uh through door dash recently and i ordered sushi and when i grabbed my order and opened it up all of the fish was picked out of the center of the sushi roll

02:20:13 - 02:20:21 | Speaker 2:

the person took like what all the crab and the salmon and all that stuff out of there

02:20:21 - 02:20:29 | Speaker 1:

yes salmon tuna um i think that was the main two that i got the other one was a veggie roll and that one was untouched.

02:20:29 - 02:20:34 | Speaker 2:

Do you think that they were eating it or do you think that the sushi place just made a mistake?

02:20:36 - 02:20:47 | Speaker 1:

Honestly, it kind of looked like somebody picked through it because the rolls were just completely solidly rolled. It was like somebody kind of unrolled each one and took something out of the center. Oh my gosh.

02:20:47 - 02:21:12 | Speaker 2:

You know what that's like? That's like ordering a pizza and having the pizza delivery person take all the pepperonis right off the top. That's what I do when I get a pizza and I bring it back for the family. half the pizza is missing pepperonis. You just kind of like are hungry on your road trip, right? Yeah, because you think just one. I'm just going to have one. Six on... Six, six. Mojo in the morning, six on sex. Yeah. Are you a little nervous?

02:21:15 - 02:21:20 | Speaker 1:

Um, maybe? You sound just a little nervous. We're bringing Daddy

02:21:20 - 02:21:26 | Speaker 2:

on here with us right now. Courtney's dad's name is Ken. Dad, are you okay with your voice being on the radio?

02:21:26 - 02:21:27 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I sure am.

02:21:28 - 02:21:33 | Speaker 2:

Courtney is going to tell you the name of the contest that she's trying to win with us this morning. Courtney, will you tell him?

02:21:34 - 02:21:35 | Speaker 3:

It's called Six on Sex.

02:21:37 - 02:22:06 | Speaker 2:

Six on Sex. Yes, it's a contest that we do where we are going to ask Courtney some very personal questions about her sex life. And if you stay on the call until the very, very end, until we get through all six questions, Courtney wins a prize. uh okay sounds interesting question number one courtney then i'll ask you this question courtney where did you lose your virginity

02:22:06 - 02:22:11 | Speaker 3:

um at my parents house

02:22:11 - 02:22:21 | Speaker 4:

wow i don't want to know anything more i think well you got to stay on the phone dad

02:22:21 - 02:22:29 | Speaker 2:

Unfortunately, the next question kind of doesn't get into more, but maybe who. Who did you lose your virginity to?

02:22:31 - 02:22:35 | Speaker 3:

My brother's friend while he was there over for a sleepover.

02:22:36 - 02:22:37 | Speaker 4:

Who?

02:22:38 - 02:22:38 | Speaker 3:

James.

02:22:41 - 02:22:42 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God.

02:22:43 - 02:22:51 | Speaker 2:

Okay. Take a deep breath. Question number three and six on sex. Courtney, have you ever had sex in your parents' bed?

02:22:54 - 02:22:56 | Speaker 4:

Are you sure you want to answer this right now?

02:22:59 - 02:23:05 | Speaker 3:

I've never. Technically, yes. It is not your bed in your home.

02:23:07 - 02:23:12 | Speaker 4:

Help me understand what's the technical. What does that mean? What's technically yes?

02:23:12 - 02:23:22 | Speaker 3:

When we went down to Ecuador, you guys went out to some dinner, and I had sex in your hotel room.

02:23:22 - 02:23:23 | Speaker 4:

Who was it with?

02:23:24 - 02:23:26 | Speaker 3:

It was one of the guys who worked at the hotel.

02:23:27 - 02:23:29 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God.

02:23:31 - 02:23:39 | Speaker 2:

What question number is this? That was question number three. Unfortunately, we're halfway there.

02:23:40 - 02:23:43 | Speaker 4:

I hope there's a big prize at the end of this for her.

02:23:43 - 02:23:46 | Speaker 2:

She's going to get concert tickets. We give out some of our best concert tickets to her.

02:23:47 - 02:23:50 | Speaker 4:

Let's see if we can make it to the finish line, shall we?

02:23:51 - 02:23:52 | Speaker 2:

All right, shall we?

02:23:52 - 02:23:53 | Speaker 1:

He's all business here.

02:23:54 - 02:24:09 | Speaker 2:

We shall. Question number four in Six on Sex. Has your mom or your dad ever almost caught you having sex? Is this a technically answered question or for real? Well, I haven't gotten her answer yet. We've got to get her answer.

02:24:09 - 02:24:22 | Speaker 3:

Dad, do you understand what she's insinuating?

02:24:22 - 02:24:23 | Speaker 1:

No, don't worry about it. Okay.

02:24:24 - 02:24:33 | Speaker 2:

Question number five in Six on Sex. Just two more left. Courtney, have you ever brought any props into the bedroom?

02:24:36 - 02:24:44 | Speaker 3:

Yes. You know that chocolate sauce? that you can get in like the produce section you heat it up in the microwave it's like a warm

02:24:45 - 02:24:55 | Speaker 2:

chocolate sauce oh you mean like for like chocolate covered strawberries and stuff like that yeah you guys had chocolate covered strawberries in the bedroom no we just had

02:24:55 - 02:25:07 | Speaker 3:

chocolate covered people wow okay

02:25:00 - 02:25:27 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. It's almost like they don't even realize their fathers are on the phone. I don't feel like I am. And question number six, this is the last question, Dad. What would be the one thing that you've done that would put you into the Sex Hall of Fame? I broke my boyfriend. What? What did you just say?

02:25:27 - 02:25:34 | Speaker 1:

How is that possible? I don't know if I really want to tell the rest of this story on the air. Can we just leave it at that?

02:25:35 - 02:28:17 | Speaker 2:

Okay. All right. She answered the question. Dad? I'm here. You have survived. I can't believe it. Six on sex. Congratulations. Oh, my gosh. Six. On. Six. Six. Mojo. Mojo in the morning. Six on sex. You can check it out. Myself, Mojo, along with Shannon, Megan, Mike, Kev, newest member of the show, KP, Lydia, all hanging out here with you today. A couple of things that I'm going to get into coming up here in just a little bit in trending news. There's some wild stories. I should have mentioned this with the DoorDash topic that I did last hour on the show. But if you're a person that uses DoorDash on an iPhone, you could have money coming to you. Coming up here in just a little bit, they've been overcharging people that use iphones so we'll talk about that in uh in just a few moments um also another story uh that was you know big this morning shannon reported on it earlier this morning but there was somebody that tried to drive a u-haul truck uh into the the fence at the the white house uh and uh they were stopped by secret service but who is that particular person they're going to uh you know get more details as time goes on but um and was this a threat to the president obviously it was I mean, running through the fence of the White House, but we'll have more on that in just a little bit. And TikTok being banned in the state of Montana has caused now for a poll to have to happen that says that a majority of people were asked a question about their personal private information and what the shocking response is about their personal private information on TikTok. But they feel about that.

02:28:17 - 02:28:18 | Speaker 1:

Isn't TikTok now suing the state of Montana?

02:28:19 - 02:28:39 | Speaker 2:

Yes. Yeah, that's a story. I think I would want to say, yeah. Because they're banning TikTok. Megan, you could never live in Montana, not only because of that, but you couldn't live in Montana. I don't know why. But I don't know. The state of Montana. I just couldn't see you in a, I think you're more of a city girl.

02:28:39 - 02:28:40 | Speaker 1:

What?

02:28:40 - 02:28:40 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

02:28:40 - 02:28:42 | Speaker 1:

What makes you say that?

02:28:42 - 02:28:52 | Speaker 2:

I don't know. I just couldn't. I couldn't picture that. I don't know if you're the type of person that could live on, like, one of those farms like the Duttons do in Yellowstone.

02:28:52 - 02:28:56 | Speaker 1:

Remember, my family has, like, a farm. I don't go for a reason.

02:28:57 - 02:29:03 | Speaker 2:

I thought, though, that that was not something that you were into because you didn't like the idea of having a duty in the outhouse.

02:29:04 - 02:29:14 | Speaker 1:

Well, we don't have an outhouse. We bought a port-a-potty, which is something you can do. So, exciting. I know. Wow, I didn't expect that reaction of absolutely nothing.

02:29:14 - 02:29:23 | Speaker 2:

No, I didn't know that you're that much of a rural girl. No, I'm not.

02:29:23 - 02:29:32 | Speaker 1:

Absolutely not. That would be my dream, by the way. Really? Yes. To have a porta potty out in the middle of nowhere? No, to move to middle of nowhere, Montana.

02:29:32 - 02:29:37 | Speaker 2:

That would honestly be my dream for a week vacation, and actually then I'd be probably bored.

02:29:38 - 02:29:59 | Speaker 1:

It's great for a week, and I will tell you, there's nothing more beautiful than being, like my land down there or whatever our cottage is that's a generous term it's a hut but our cottage has like the most beautiful view of the stars at night and i would kill to have that view all the time how did you fare with no wi-fi well that part actually is fine for a little bit it It sucks when you can't stream.

02:30:00 - 02:30:11 | Speaker 2:

anything at night like that sucks but remember i got into that really bad atv accident and i was an hour from the closest hospital that's when things get scary yeah how could you be shannon

02:30:11 - 02:30:17 | Speaker 4:

without uh having wi-fi to watch television you can always get wi-fi we can't not not always

02:30:17 - 02:30:25 | Speaker 3:

listen i don't care about tv i care about my phone i can i tell you something i lived in

02:30:25 - 02:30:44 | Speaker 4:

tucson arizona and i lived in the outskirts of tucson arizona i lived literally like in the middle of nowhere Arizona took me like 45 minutes or so or uh to get to the radio station when I worked there and we did not have uh you know very good access to phone cable all the rest of that

02:30:44 - 02:31:00 | Speaker 2:

stuff good ask me how much I enjoyed that our neighbors down in Kentucky can't use cell phones the closest cell phone service is 45 minutes away not even if they do like a hot spot for wi-fi no they all have landlines all of them i'm telling you shannon you would think it would be

02:31:00 - 02:31:12 | Speaker 3:

great for a vacation no i actually do like i have i have actually a friend here in town who just moved to a farm um like north of clarkston so not in the middle of nowhere but i am just obsessed

02:31:12 - 02:31:22 | Speaker 4:

with like that would be a dream to me it really would they wouldn't have your go walk to the ice cream place uh thing that you have in your town that you live in there's no restaurant there's

02:31:22 - 02:31:27 | Speaker 3:

There's no Starbucks there, by the way. I'm talking about later in life. Ask Wes. I talk about it all the time. I would love to do that. No more dash.

02:31:28 - 02:31:33 | Speaker 2:

You know, our grocery store and one restaurant in the town got swept away in a flood. No lie. Yeah.

02:31:34 - 02:31:49 | Speaker 4:

I'm telling you that I think what we need to do then is I think what we need to do is we need to find the most rural place that can listen to the Mojo in the Morning Show and Shannon try to live there for like a weekend and see when she comes back what it's like.

02:31:49 - 02:32:09 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. I mean, that's why whenever I go to Colorado and we're like, we drive from like town to town and there's nothing in between. But you're going to like bougie Colorado. No, no, no, no. Not when you drive from town to town. There is no bougie-ness. It is. There is nothing. There's like little teeny, teeny, tiny shack town.

02:32:09 - 02:32:14 | Speaker 4:

And you think that that's like fun because you're, you know that you're going to be leaving there in about five seconds.

02:32:14 - 02:32:17 | Speaker 3:

But one day I think that, I mean, that's like my happy place. I would love to do that.

02:32:17 - 02:32:21 | Speaker 2:

I showered in a tent. Yeah. A tent. It's not fun.

02:32:22 - 02:33:10 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, I couldn't do it. I'm admitting it that if I ever come on the air and say, one day I want to go live in an area that does not have a Starbucks, now I'm at a point where we finally got a Chick-fil-A. I don't even know if I want to live anywhere without a Chick-fil-A. All right? If I ever say that I want to do that, then I'm telling you, then you know that my meds are off. And then you know you have to contact my family. I should give everybody the emergency contact number to contact Chelsea to make sure that you tell her at that point. If all of a sudden one day, Kev, you're new to the show, right? Oh, yeah. You don't know me that well. One day I come in here and I call you partner. I want you to call my wife. And I want you to tell her there's something off with me. What's going on, Maria?

02:33:11 - 02:33:28 | Speaker 1:

Hi. I just wanted to make a comment that with the amount of flannels that Megan owns, I feel like she would be just fine in Montana. That's true. Why do I feel attacked? No, it would be so cute. You could be brushing the horses.

02:33:28 - 02:33:45 | Speaker 2:

I could see it. Honestly, you know who my fashion icon is? Chessie from Parent Trap. Oh, my gosh. Yes. Like a little jean tucked in tank top, a little open jacket moment over it. Give me a good boot. Let's go.

02:33:45 - 02:33:47 | Speaker 4:

Actually, I want you to know.

02:33:47 - 02:33:48 | Speaker 2:

Megan, that's so good.

02:33:48 - 02:34:05 | Speaker 4:

I want you to know this, Maria, okay? Let's show you how much Megan would be good at this. And let's talk about the bird that flew into the car. No. All right? No, no. So you know what Megan drives, right? You know what kind of car she drives, Maria?

02:34:06 - 02:34:06 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, yep.

02:34:06 - 02:34:08 | Speaker 4:

She drives a what?

02:34:08 - 02:34:11 | Speaker 1:

The trailblazer truck, right?

02:34:11 - 02:34:16 | Speaker 4:

No, she drives a Jeep Wrangler. She's a Wrangler. She's from Toledo. She's got to be a Wrangler girl.

02:34:16 - 02:34:17 | Speaker 1:

Come on. Right?

02:34:17 - 02:34:18 | Speaker 2:

Stickers on the ceiling.

02:34:19 - 02:34:25 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, exactly. Megan, this just shows you how good Megan would be living in the middle of the country.

02:34:25 - 02:34:37 | Speaker 2:

So there's one thing you need to know about me. It's that I don't think birds are real. They terrify me. This is still so crazy. They're robots that are run by our government, okay?

02:34:37 - 02:34:38 | Speaker 4:

Especially pigeons.

02:34:39 - 02:35:00 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, birds are machines. Birds died in the 80s, and our government replaced them all with little spy machines, and they are not to be trusted. And I was running a whole bunch of errands, and the weather has been so nice recently that I took the top off my car, and I was driving around, but I needed to stop for some food. And let me tell you, this...

02:35:00 - 02:35:37 | Speaker 4:

demon was perched up on a light post in a parking lot i was in and i was sitting my entire meal not listening to music on the radio not on tic tac not anything i was just staring almost directly into the sign at this bird making sure that it didn't attack me and this bird got a little cocky it got a little cocky and it dive bombed me trying to get my food and flew in to my car and it was the scariest thing that has ever happened to me in my entire life. And I think that all birds should be killed on the spot. Yeah.

02:35:37 - 02:35:54 | Speaker 1:

Oh, no. I have hummingbirds that I feed in my backyard and they're so cute. But I did have like a gang of swallows in front of my place and I would watch as they would dive down and try to attack people walking their dogs. And I sat there watching them with my cat for like four hours one day.

02:35:54 - 02:36:09 | Speaker 3:

I'm telling you, Megan, don't you think we'd be great in the middle of Montana, wouldn't she? If a bird is bothering her, could you imagine what she would do if all of a sudden, like, bear and any other antelope and all those people were around?

02:36:09 - 02:36:40 | Speaker 4:

Here's what you need to know. Birds are scary, and turkeys are terrifying. Turkeys are not afraid of anything, and they will fly at you, and they will attack you. And I know this from experience because one of them attacked my Jeep before, and it was horrific, okay? Because turkeys are bigger than you expect, too. When you see them on Thanksgiving, those are dead. Those are plugged. Those are missing a lot of parts, all right? When you see them full wingspan taking on your vehicle like it's nothing, you might crap your pants.

02:36:41 - 02:36:41 | Unknown:

Yeah.

02:36:41 - 02:37:02 | Speaker 3:

By the way I agree that Megan would be perfect for Yeah Has anybody else ever been attacked by birds? Has anybody ever had that happen to them

02:37:02 - 02:37:15 | Speaker 2:

where they were attacked? See you gotta be careful So I take my son to Belle Isle and we take bread You go and you feed the ducks You feed the birds You're that guy You're the guy that doesn't listen to the signs

02:37:15 - 02:37:19 | Speaker 4:

I've never seen them

02:37:19 - 02:37:29 | Speaker 2:

I don't know, I've never seen them But Megan's absolutely correct I don't know, we just might have the good honey wheat bread But some of these birds, you feed them bread And they just want to take your arm off I will tell you this

02:37:29 - 02:37:44 | Speaker 3:

The city birds Are also different than the rural birds I've never seen a baby pigeon A baby pigeon It doesn't exist I think they're born They're born like Old looking And ugly

02:37:44 - 02:37:56 | Speaker 4:

No they're not born They're created In a fact They're charged up I agree 100% too And then they are sent To spy on us No Birds aren't real They work for the bird washing

02:37:56 - 02:38:08 | Speaker 3:

I'm telling you I agree with you On that I think if all birds Went away If honestly If all I mean it would probably Be bad for the You know Environment and stuff But if they all went away I probably wouldn't Even notice You know

02:38:08 - 02:38:12 | Speaker 4:

Don't you like waking up on a summer morning and hearing the birds? I'll have a sound machine.

02:38:12 - 02:38:15 | Speaker 3:

I go to bed with a sound machine. I'll wake up with a sound machine.

02:38:15 - 02:38:24 | Speaker 4:

So do I, but I can still hear the birds. No, I hear them mocking me in the morning. Get up. Get out of the house. I want to peck your eyes out. That's what they're saying. They're saying, I'm going to kill you.

02:38:24 - 02:38:35 | Speaker 3:

I think that they, I think like Megan does in the fact that I feel like birds just want to eat us. And that one day that's the demise of all of us. What's up, Kelly?

02:38:35 - 02:39:10 | Speaker 6:

hi um i'm calling about the bird story um this didn't happen to me but it happened to my husband he was driving with his window down and all of a sudden and a huge amount of feathers started swarming in his car and he looked down and a bird was decapitated he had the head was to his feet and the rest of the bird was in his back window wait it flew with no head no it blew into the car it was decapitated by his seatbelt and part of it landed at his feet

02:39:10 - 02:39:24 | Speaker 3:

and oh did it continue to still flap its wings with no i think it was dead on okay did you look for wires and see if there were wires coming out of the thing i you know i don't think it was a

02:39:24 - 02:39:32 | Speaker 6:

robot um but it's possible yeah uh rachel what's up it's mojo in the morning yeah this is pretty

02:39:32 - 02:39:50 | Speaker 5:

embarrassing but um when i was pregnant with my daughter who's 11 now um i was in the parking lot at the grocery store and the seagulls actually the high pitchness of their their squeak made me weak and so i looked down and my whole shirt was wet oh god oh my gosh yeah so i'm always terrified

02:39:50 - 02:39:56 | Speaker 3:

of like you know any kind of loud pitch bird really what did it did that to you yeah yep

02:39:56 - 02:39:58 | Speaker 5:

Your body just kind of a trip. Yeah.

02:39:59 - 02:40:01 | Speaker 3:

How did I never know? It makes the baby crying, I guess.

02:40:02 - 02:40:02 | Speaker 2:

Wow.

02:40:02 - 02:40:05 | Speaker 3:

I told my doctor. I was super, like, worried about what was going on.

02:40:05 - 02:40:10 | Speaker 2:

That's pretty wild. Well, thank you for the call. I appreciate that. Derek, what's happening?

02:40:11 - 02:40:11 | Speaker 3:

Hey, Mojo.

02:40:12 - 02:40:12 | Speaker 2:

Hi.

02:40:13 - 02:40:29 | Speaker 3:

Oh, basically, I live over in Grand Rapids, and basically, we cross over the Grand River. so driving my work truck getting on the 131 and a red tail hawk hit me and dropped a bass on my

02:40:29 - 02:40:35 | Speaker 2:

boat or i mean on my truck you're kidding me it went into the lake got a bass out of the lake

02:40:35 - 02:40:56 | Speaker 3:

was carrying it in its mouth it was in its claws it was uh coming from the grand river i was getting on 131 and i smacked right into him and all the dents that are on my truck are caused from birds I've hit turkeys, sparrows, ducks, geese. Wow. They have it out for me.

02:40:56 - 02:41:10 | Speaker 2:

And, again, this is off of Grand River? Like whereabouts in Grand Rapids? 131 and, like, 96. And there's just wild birds and animals just, you know, flying and running around.

02:41:11 - 02:41:18 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah, birds. I mean, you're downtown trying to, you know, get downtown and stuff like that, going over the bridge and stuff like that.

02:41:19 - 02:41:19 | Speaker 2:

That's pretty –

02:41:19 - 02:41:27 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, so pretty much every dent in my truck is caused from a bird. I haven't been in any car accidents, but birds, yes.

02:41:27 - 02:41:59 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, well, be careful out there. Yeah. I try to be. Thanks, Derek. Joe, I've heard this from my friend Denise George that geese are the most savage bastards in the world. that if you're, like, on one of these lakes, you know, Cass Lake here in our area and stuff like that, that these things will come after you, and they will, they want to tear your eyes out. Is that true? Turn your radio down. You're confused by hearing that beautiful radio voice of mine.

02:42:00 - 02:42:06 | Speaker 4:

Radio's off. Okay. So, when I was 22, I was living in Tucson. Shout out to Tucson. Yeah, I was just talking

02:42:06 - 02:42:07 | Speaker 2:

about it. I lived in Tucson.

02:42:07 - 02:42:37 | Speaker 4:

Yes, and my friend's mom had a pet goose that she would keep in an enclosure and we were packing up to go to rocky point and uh that's in mexico for those of them yeah yeah porto pinasco uh anyway so i did not know she had let it out so i thought it was a dog you know coming up behind my leg so i tried to shoot away and it bit me right in the calf and that thing oh painful and that damn goose's name was gonzo i'll never forget that freaking you guys had a pet goose that's like craziness i didn't

02:42:37 - 02:42:46 | Speaker 2:

even know that there were geese in in arizona i didn't think right that was the only one that i knew of yeah because there's no there's no water there for them to you know survive they love the

02:42:46 - 02:42:56 | Speaker 4:

water right that's why she you know always kept it dude did you ever tell these guys about javelinas they probably don't know about javelinas oh my gosh yes javelinas man they

02:42:56 - 02:43:10 | Speaker 2:

you would wake i would wake up in the morning to go leave to go to the radio station and there'd be I would open up my door and there'd be a javelina staring at me with beady eyes. What is it? It's a freaking pig. It's like the pig from Lion King.

02:43:10 - 02:43:12 | Speaker 3:

And they're wild? They just run around? Yes.

02:43:14 - 02:43:27 | Speaker 2:

Like squirrels? No. There's squirrels that are my size. They're big. They're fat squirrels. Yes. Yes. It's like the Lion King. He's got teeth.

02:43:27 - 02:43:30 | Speaker 4:

It's like a warthog almost. Thank you, Mike. I love y'all.

02:43:30 - 02:43:40 | Speaker 2:

Take care of yourself. We appreciate it. All right, Mojo in the morning show. Mike says that he thinks that he's getting some of the pregnancy hormones that his wife Allie has.

02:43:41 - 02:44:44 | Speaker 1:

I don't know how to follow the bird talk, but I will try. Recently, my wife has gotten to that point where she's starting to really, really feel everything. And it started with baby brain earlier this last couple of months. And I feel like, and I don't know if this is possible. Maybe somebody can tell me. Do guys get pregnancy hormones from their spouse? Like, is that a thing? Do you start almost empathizing with your spouse and you start to, like, feel what they feel? And obviously not the contractions. Like, are you getting sore nipples? Sometimes. Are you talking about physically or, like, emotionally? Well, recently it's been emotionally. It's not ever physically. But, like, I've had baby brain before, or what I think baby brain is. But recently, we had this meeting yesterday, and we went over all these different characteristics of each other. It was kind of cool to hear what everybody else thinks about each other. And I didn't know what.

02:44:44 - 02:44:53 | Speaker 2:

To explain to the listeners, we went around the room, and basically everybody had to say what they felt like were the positive or negative attributes of each person.

02:44:54 - 02:44:54 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

02:44:54 - 02:45:31 | Speaker 2:

And everybody kind of, like, went around the room and shared. And then you kind of shared your own about yourself, too. Yeah, yeah. So I got to listen to what everybody thought of me. And if I'm being very honest, I was very surprised with the amount of nice things that were said, but in a very, like, emotional way. Like, I sat here. I didn't say anything, but I sat here, and I teared up. And I'm like, why am I tearing up? Like, I'm a sensitive guy by nature, but, like, not that sensitive. Not to the point where people saying nice things about you, I guess unexpectedly, would make you that emotional. You know, and I sat here and I teared up a little bit like, wow, that's really nice.

02:45:32 - 02:45:35 | Speaker 1:

And you think it's because of you guys are about to have another baby?

02:45:35 - 02:45:38 | Speaker 2:

I don't know. I don't know if it's an actual thing. Yeah.

02:45:39 - 02:46:23 | Speaker 1:

Here are some of the things that were said about Mike. He's a great dad, great husband. He is whipped. He's romantic. He's a dreamer, helpful, hard worker, creative, passionate. he's also a cat dad that's what made me tear up an experienced baby dad hard worker i think i said that class clown good friend over thinker uh struggles with confidence anxious former club dj former bad boy and a recovered former f boy those were some of the things were said about

02:46:23 - 02:46:56 | Speaker 2:

you but some of the things that like wouldn't even like to hear this is stupid and please don't tell him but to hear tony say like he's very creative like he's the one that said he's very creative like to me that is a huge compliment coming from a guy who i think is very creative you know what i mean from you guys like i'm not saying i think you guys were going to say all negative things but like it was very real and very honest and it was nice it was you know some of the stuff like The overthinking and the other stuff I definitely think about, but the nice things, I guess I don't really focus on myself. So to hear somebody else say those things is cool.

02:46:57 - 02:47:53 | Speaker 1:

That's actually interesting because sometimes when you hear other people that will start talking about you and say something about you that you don't expect that they're going to say this about you. um like i know for instance that a lot of the kids in the area here will go to this retreat like my you know sons and and everybody at their catholic school go to this kairos retreat every parent will always tell me that their kids always have the most emotion when they hear other kids in that that retreat say nice things about them because they never think that their friends are ever thinking nice things about them they just think that they're just they exist or just But to hear something from somebody else that you didn't expect can make you pretty emotional. Well, I think in some cases that people, you just feel like you're just existing. Right. And then when you realize you're not existing. And people are paying attention. That people are paying attention. Yeah.

02:47:53 - 02:48:05 | Speaker 2:

I attributed it to my wife's pregnancy hormones are rubbing off on me because I shouldn't have cried over it. I shouldn't have gotten emotional. It's very nice, and I appreciate the nice thing, but I don't think I should have cried over it.

02:48:05 - 02:48:15 | Speaker 1:

I kind of get it. I understand that. But I wonder if maybe also that you feel a little bit more sensitive now because you are going to be having a lot of change in your life here in the next couple of weeks. Like any day now.

02:48:16 - 02:48:51 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. It could be. I'm stressed. I'm definitely, there's a lot of things rolling in my head right now. A lot. You guys have your bags packed, like ready to go? Yeah, that's ready. The, I think the, everything is set. I don't know. Now I'm overthinking it again. But everything's set. My kids' bags are packed. We have a plan of where they're going to go. It's just a big change. Like, it's a huge change. It's going from two to three. We're outnumbered now. And, Mojo, I know you've done this at some point, you know, with your little ones. I'm freaking out, honestly, if I'm being very real.

02:48:52 - 02:49:47 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, definitely when you go from the fact that you have the two and two, so the two of you, you and Allie, and then the two kids, when you go to the three to two thing where now they've got the lead, so to speak, it does change the family dynamic a little bit. And it does make you a little scared until you realize how great it is for your kids to know that each of them have another sibling to be there for them. Because to me, I could not be an only child. I'm one of six. And I think about those that are only children and God, you've got a lot of things in your life when you become older that you have to live by yourself, you know, the struggles of family and parents and all that stuff and loved ones and life and death, but then when you are a kid and there's only two of you, God forbid something happened to your sibling. You know what I mean? Like you always feel like you have somebody. So there's somebody to confer with on things.

02:49:48 - 02:49:59 | Speaker 2:

Do you ever feel, though, as like a parent of three that like, and I think this is why the emotional, or I got emotional over the nice things, that like you're trying so hard and you're doing your best to focus on each one of them and give them all your attention.

02:50:00 - 02:50:14 | Speaker 4:

And I feel like even now I don't do enough. So having another one, how am I going to keep that focus on each one of them without one of them feeling like I'm giving more attention to the other? And so, like, it's just, I don't know. I think there's a lot.

02:50:14 - 02:50:23 | Speaker 2:

You don't want to show favorites. And probably in a lot of cases you feel that way because in some cases you feel like in life that it's happened to you, you know?

02:50:24 - 02:50:25 | Speaker 4:

I guess.

02:50:25 - 02:50:36 | Speaker 2:

Because I felt that way, too. Like, I felt that with kids. I felt like I never wanted to make my kids feel like I had a favorite or show a favorite because in life, being the youngest of six, you felt like, you know, you were either the favorite at one time or not the favorite, you know?

02:50:37 - 02:50:38 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

02:50:38 - 02:50:52 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. I'm going through that right now with Sherelle being pregnant. And the question is, if he has a, if we have a boy, do we want to name him Kevin the second? And immediately I think of my son, Josiah, and I'm like, no, what does that mean for Joe that he wasn't the second?

02:50:52 - 02:50:53 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

02:50:53 - 02:50:54 | Speaker 3:

How does that play?

02:50:54 - 02:50:59 | Speaker 2:

Are you the second in your family? So it would be Kevin III

02:50:59 - 02:51:01 | Speaker 3:

Oh my gosh

02:51:01 - 02:51:18 | Speaker 2:

Wow Yeah I don't know how that works Usually it is the oldest that it gets kind of named after But sometimes that changes I will say this That sometimes we overthink life And we just got to let life happen But it's easier said than done Josh what's up

02:51:18 - 02:51:51 | Speaker 1:

How's it going First time long time Hi Josh How's it going I just wanted to comment on Mike's hormone emotions. Dude, I'm in the same boat, man. Me and my fiance, she's due the 19th of June. And we got, you know, we're just like you. We're ready to go. And we had a baby shower. And all my grandma did was give me a pillow that said the print sleeps here that I had when I was a kid. Oh, my gosh. And, man, I bawled my eyes out in front of everybody. I just blame it on my old lady. Yeah.

02:51:52 - 02:51:53 | Speaker 2:

I love when you go.

02:51:53 - 02:52:27 | Speaker 1:

So you're all normal. And you're going to do great. man. You're doing great. I listen to you all the time. You're so positive. And man, like, I just, you're going to do great. Um, I, uh, I heard something about, um, you never realized how your, your parents are, or like your parents were growing up as they were raising you. And you never realized that as a kid. And then going through it now, it's kind of the same thing. Yeah. As, uh, my fiance's son now, and she's pregnant now. So it's very, it's a lot. You're Yeah. I'm just happy for you guys. I'm happy for everybody.

02:52:28 - 02:52:30 | Speaker 2:

Josh, you're an awesome caller. Call us more often.

02:52:31 - 02:52:34 | Speaker 1:

All right. Well, I got a lot to say, but I know you guys got to go.

02:52:34 - 02:52:41 | Speaker 2:

No, congratulations to you, buddy. Thank you. That was very sweet, man. I don't know, Mike, if that made you emotional to hear what he just said about you.

02:52:41 - 02:53:29 | Speaker 4:

It does, and it's nice to know that other people are feeling the same thing. Because, you guys, I'm scared, man. I know I shouldn't be because, you know, this is my third one, but i'm scared like i'm just i don't know what's what's freaking me out i don't know why it hit all of a sudden but it's it's like that moment of like we're ready but are we ready did we bite off more than we can chew how am i gonna like i work so hard to keep everybody happy at home and then i work so hard at work and it always feels like one of them is it just it's just hard and i i know this is my thing like i did it i wanted more kids it's just it's this is that scary moment that i haven't had this whole time because we've had the honeymoon phase of we're having another baby this is so exciting this is we're completing our family and i know i'll get over it i'm just

02:53:29 - 02:53:34 | Speaker 5:

having a moment as soon as you look into that baby's face mike all of that's gonna go away

02:53:34 - 02:54:20 | Speaker 2:

yeah you know do you ever see those those people and josh you're still on with us too you ever see people and you see them and they have like a family and maybe somebody has a handicap or something you know to them and you go god I don't I don't know how they do it you know I I look at them and I go god how are they you know look at them they're unbelievable and if you get more deep with them where you have a conversation with them you always find out that they were never prepared for what came into their lives but life made them prepared yeah and I think that in life you have to look at it and Shannon I know that you you've got family members your

02:54:20 - 02:54:52 | Speaker 5:

sister I watch I watch my sister Jacqueline and my my new baby niece um Navy has an ultra rare genetic disorder so there's not even anything known about what she has and whenever I talk to my sister about it because I truly watch my sister in awe and she was not prepared for that I mean she didn't you know they didn't know that that was the case with Navy until a few days after she was born but she's like this is this is her life and this is my life and we're we're moving forward you know there's no other way to go so you just every day you get up and you you get through your

02:54:52 - 02:55:00 | Speaker 2:

day and you know what I think that Mike you are like an amazing father everything that we talk

02:55:00 - 02:55:11 | Speaker 5:

about and that attributes about you all dealt with your you personally you as a person you know and not you as a radio you know guy i know it's just good to you know you feel like you're trying

02:55:11 - 02:55:22 | Speaker 7:

so hard and i'm not saying it doesn't go it goes unnoticed or anything like that it's just it's nice it's nice to hear it's it's nice to hear last call here uh jen what'd you want to

02:55:22 - 02:55:22 | Speaker 5:

Say to Mike.

02:55:24 - 02:55:24 | Speaker 8:

Hi, Mike.

02:55:25 - 02:55:25 | Unknown:

Hi.

02:55:25 - 02:55:39 | Speaker 8:

Single parent of three and fellow overthinker, just trust me, your heart just grows bigger. Like, don't even stress about it. I promise it's going to be amazing, and they just, they fit right in, and it just works. Don't even, you love them, and that's all that happens.

02:55:39 - 02:55:44 | Speaker 5:

It's like a puzzle. Don't even stress about it. It's like a puzzle piece, isn't it? It just all of a sudden just fits right there.

02:55:45 - 02:55:58 | Speaker 8:

That's the perfect analogy because you know what? After a minute, it's going to feel like it was always there, like that was missing, and And it's just, it's going to be so natural and everyone's going to get attention and it's just, it's perfect. You're going to be amazing.

02:55:59 - 02:56:01 | Speaker 5:

Thank you. Thank you for the call. Thanks, Jen.

02:56:02 - 02:56:03 | Speaker 8:

Bye.

02:56:03 - 02:56:14 | Speaker 5:

Bye. Having experienced Luke's graduation and him being our surprise baby in the third, Mike, I will say this, the family dynamic is so awesome.

02:56:14 - 02:56:14 | Speaker 7:

Yeah.

02:56:14 - 02:56:32 | Speaker 5:

And it never, like, I think back to what it was like when it was the two and two and before Luke came into our lives. And if you talk to Joe and Jake and Chelsea, they would all say the same thing. It just made us. It made us whole. So you're making your family whole with what you guys are about to do.

02:56:32 - 02:56:38 | Speaker 4:

Do I need a third baby to feel home? No. Okay. Now I'm getting anxiety.

02:56:38 - 02:57:28 | Speaker 5:

No, you're good with whatever you got. And if you want a third baby, I'm sure Mike and Allie will need some babysitting time. You can actually do some babysitting time.
