Good morning, and welcome to the Mojo in the Morning Show. Happy summertime, the kickoff, the unofficial kickoff of summer. I know they say that by forecasting, they don't say that summer starts until, like, I think mid-June. But I always think that Memorial Day is kind of the kickoff of the summer. I think everybody's mindset is that, especially when our temperatures this week are going to be near 90. We today are going to be 89 for a high. I'm sure we'll hit 90, though. I will tell you that. I feel like my car said it hit 90 yesterday. But then 90s as we go throughout the week, it's going to be a beautiful summer week here. And happy summer to everybody. and plan on a lot of good concerts that we're going to give you tickets to. Today, we're also doing Cedar Point tickets. We've got a lot to talk about this morning here and this week on the show. Shannon's taking the morning off. She's going to be back tomorrow. She actually went out west for the holiday weekend and took an extra day, which is good. So with travel and everything, she'll be back tomorrow. So it's myself, Mojo, Shannon out, Mike out for a little paternity leave. And again, what a beautiful baby. We got a chance to see that Sergio, what was his name? Sebastian. It's funny. I'm the worst with names. And I was sending flowers to Allie's room on Friday. And I said to the florist, who, by the way, I think was a listener because she started giggling when I said, oh, my God, I forgot what the baby's name is.

00:05:00 - 00:07:56 | Speaker 1:

was, and I was trying to quickly do the flower order, and I said, so just congratulate mom and dad and family, because for some reason, I was calling Sebastian, Sergio, Stefan. I had like every S name possible for that. I wonder how many times parents, by the way, forget what they named their child. I know that it's not something that you would ever think would ever happen, but I think that me, I had to like write it down. I had to, like, put it down on my palm just to make sure that that was the case. But, boy, what a beautiful baby. We've got Megan in our studio this morning. So nice to have you up here in the Detroit studios. Nice to be here. Kev is with us, the new guy, Kev. What's going on? And KP, Lydia, it's all good to be here. Thank you guys so much. Had such a hectic weekend. You're going to hear fans in the background here of our studios if you don't already hear them because it's 8,000 degrees, as it is always in our radio studios in the Detroit area every single summertime. We thought for some reason we were moving to a new building, and then for some reason, I have no idea why we haven't, but they, I don't think, have ever fixed the HVAC system that we have here, the air conditioning unit, so we're still stuck with the craziness, and I won't cry about it until later today when the sun comes up and it gets even hotter in the studio. We went away for a weekend wedding. So we had a wedding in Miami, Florida. And it was fun. It was a really cool situation for me to be able to get with my brothers and sisters. You know that I'm the baby of six kids. And all of my brothers and sisters were all alive. Thank God. Knock on wood. Everybody's doing okay. We got to all see each other. And then our kids, all the six kids, actually Pat and Pat's the only one that doesn't have kids. Everybody, you know, came in for this wedding that was awesome for Madeline, my niece. You all looked really nice. Well, it was a very casual, fun wedding. Like you had you could dress up for the church. My sister said dress up for the church. It was for her daughter, Madeline. But when the reception comes, Madeline does not want you to have to dress up. And one of the biggest reasons why, and some people maybe have heard me talk about this, my brother-in-law, Madeline's dad, Scott, has early onset dementia and is not doing great right now. Actually, he was diagnosed at 55 years old. Which is insane. And he struggled a lot over the weekend, but he struggles with a couple of different things. one with his clothes putting his clothes on is very difficult my sister has to dress him which is heartbreaking because this is a man who like was a businessman he wore suits all the time like he was one of those guys that i used to look up to as the radio dj in the family because he was

00:07:56 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 1:

the guy i'd get like advice from you know and call and he would give me good advice um and then he also struggles with people so madeline kept the the wedding madeline and drew kept the wedding to a very small amount of people and that it had to be casual because Scott could only be in his tuxedo for a short period of time for the church service. And then we got him out of that, put him in shorts and, uh, he was having a great time. He had an awesome time. And there was, uh, probably I'm guessing like a hundred people maybe at the wedding if, if that. And so that was, uh, that was pretty cool. Um, and it was, it was just fun. They lived down in, uh, Miami. She went to, uh, University of Miami so she's a hurricane and works down there and my sister and my brother-in-law moved down there because he's always dreamed of moving to Florida and retiring so because of what happened and him having to you know take early retirement he's now an early he's now a golden girl so he's now doing that thing I learned something about my wife Chelsea and I don't know if there are other people that are like this you'll have to tell us my wife is a kleptomaniac and i did not know this how so um chelsea is a hotel stealer oh we all are she she goes to well first off she never has done this before but the hotel we stayed at was a very cool hotel and she doesn't normally ever like you know take things from the hotel until we went to this restaurant bar that's in the lobby of the hotel and we hung out there a lot with family members and had like you know lunch or food or drinks or whatever we drank a lot this weekend and every time that they would come to the table and bring a drink they had these like amazing like leather coasters because it's Miami and everything kind of like, you know, gets a little sweaty with the drinks and stuff. Yeah, it was very swanky. And let me say this, everything in Miami is swanky, even

00:10:00 - 00:10:54 | Speaker 2:

Their Shake Shack is swanky. You walk into a Shake Shack and people are like dressed like in white pants. They're dressed like in Mike's pit bull pants. You know, it's like, what the hell is going on here? Well, the other thing was she was obsessed with the salt and pepper shakers at the hotel. So the restaurant had salt and pepper shakers that were unbelievable. So she stole the salt and pepper shakers, too. And I sat there as, oh, hold on. She's texting me right now. God, hopefully she's not. Oh, my God. Oh, she's correcting me. My brother-in-law has early onset dementia. Here, hold on. Let me call her real quick. Let me just dial her up real quick so she can explain to herself what's going on. Hold on one second here. So she's like stealing stuff from the hotel. And it was very embarrassing for me, who is the guy paying the bill thinking to myself that they're thinking that I'm the one stealing it, Chelsea.

00:10:55 - 00:10:55 | Speaker 3:

Yes.

00:10:55 - 00:10:59 | Speaker 2:

I just corrected. So Scott has early onset dementia, not?

00:11:00 - 00:11:00 | Speaker 3:

No.

00:11:01 - 00:11:01 | Speaker 2:

What?

00:11:02 - 00:11:02 | Speaker 3:

Alzheimer's.

00:11:03 - 00:11:04 | Speaker 2:

Okay. Alzheimer's. All right.

00:11:04 - 00:11:05 | Speaker 3:

That's a big difference.

00:11:05 - 00:11:19 | Speaker 2:

Okay. All right. I'm very forgetful, too, but I will say this. I wasn't forgetful in the fact that you were a thief this weekend, Chelsea. Chelsea, say hi to Kev, by the way. Good morning.

00:11:20 - 00:11:22 | Speaker 3:

Good morning. Good morning.

00:11:22 - 00:11:26 | Speaker 2:

Kev's, by the way, a good Christian guy. I just don't know if you know this, by the way.

00:11:26 - 00:11:32 | Speaker 3:

Well, I roundabout paid for it, so it doesn't really matter. I did not steal your guests.

00:11:33 - 00:11:37 | Speaker 2:

Yes. Because of your excessive drinking, you paid for it.

00:11:37 - 00:11:43 | Speaker 3:

Basically. Yeah, and your family's, too. So I'm not going to take all the credit.

00:11:43 - 00:11:58 | Speaker 4:

Jessie, when you're a guest somewhere, usually you get a gift for coming. And I just see this as your gift. Like when we went out drinking at that hotel bar and I was gifted all of the glassware that I just happened to so like walk away with.

00:11:59 - 00:12:03 | Speaker 3:

Exactly. It's souvenir, gift, whatever you want to call it.

00:12:04 - 00:12:13 | Speaker 2:

But Chels, you can't just take this stuff. You know that these hotels have to pay for all this. It costs them lots of money to pay for stuff like that.

00:12:13 - 00:12:19 | Speaker 3:

Well, the debate with the coasters were we thought that maybe they were going to throw them away. So

00:12:19 - 00:12:26 | Speaker 2:

Because you throw away Expensive Coasters

00:12:26 - 00:12:30 | Speaker 3:

When you're at a nice hotel I think they do I don't know

00:12:30 - 00:12:45 | Speaker 1:

I also feel like some of these establishments Kind of know that people are going to walk away With the shampoos, the lotions The coasters So they order in abundance It's almost like it's expected to happen I don't know if they're surprised When they realize another coaster is gone

00:12:45 - 00:12:54 | Speaker 2:

By the way I have a list here I Googled things stolen from hotels, and salt and pepper shakers were not on that list, nor were Coaster.

00:12:54 - 00:13:03 | Speaker 3:

Well, those are very nice salt and pepper shakers, and they're travel size. So I felt like it was, you know, a gimme.

00:13:03 - 00:13:12 | Speaker 2:

Here are the most popular things that are stolen. Towels. I didn't take towels. Bath robes.

00:13:13 - 00:13:13 | Speaker 3:

I'm scared.

00:13:13 - 00:13:16 | Speaker 2:

Nice bath robes. I didn't take it. Hangers. Not enough room.

00:13:16 - 00:13:21 | Speaker 4:

Those fingers are intentionally made with the small hooks so you can't steal them anymore and it really makes me upset

00:13:21 - 00:13:30 | Speaker 2:

This might actually be for Chelsea Cutlery is maybe that, I don't know, I guess that's the forks and knives and things like that

00:13:30 - 00:13:36 | Speaker 4:

I don't have a family member whose entire kitchenware set has an H on it for Hilton

00:13:36 - 00:13:44 | Speaker 2:

How about this? Cosmetics, shampoos and conditioners, people steal those little ones all the time

00:13:45 - 00:13:46 | Speaker 3:

Again, those are gifts.

00:13:46 - 00:13:51 | Speaker 2:

How about this? How about batteries? People take the batteries out of the remote controls. Isn't that amazing?

00:13:52 - 00:13:54 | Speaker 4:

That's actually really smart. I've never thought of that, and I would do that.

00:13:54 - 00:13:56 | Speaker 3:

I've never thought of that. Yeah.

00:13:56 - 00:13:59 | Speaker 2:

Artwork, blankets, pillows.

00:13:59 - 00:14:00 | Unknown:

Artwork.

00:14:00 - 00:14:14 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, people actually taking the bedding. People actually will steal the full-on remote controls, the hair dryers that they have, and coffee makers, TV sets, phones, lamps, and even the mattresses. People have stolen the mattresses.

00:14:14 - 00:14:15 | Speaker 3:

How do you take a mattress?

00:14:15 - 00:14:34 | Speaker 2:

Well, you know what? You'd figure out a way to do it. I will say this, that you figured out a way to pretty much take coasters from everybody else's tables, too. She didn't want to be caught completely. So if she saw a table get up and leave, she'd go walk over there, grab their coasters, and then take them. Unbelievable.

00:14:35 - 00:14:38 | Speaker 3:

Well, you can thank me later when we don't have marks on our table.

00:14:40 - 00:14:48 | Speaker 1:

I will say this, though. growing up our entire linen closet was hotel shampoos lotions and conditioners like everybody

00:14:48 - 00:15:14 | Speaker 2:

had their own and we were never out yeah you you guys had uh the the best in in the uh the neighborhood was it did it also like megan's have everything written on it like say in the hotel We had Marriott's, we had Hilton's, we had all this. Yeah. Unbelievable. All right, Chelsea, I'm going to grab some calls here right now, okay? There's other people like you. I love you. Bye. Take care. I love you more. I love you the mostest.

00:15:15 - 00:15:17 | Speaker 4:

I got hung up on. Oh, God.

00:15:18 - 00:15:20 | Speaker 2:

Mojo in the morning. Alexa?

00:15:21 - 00:15:22 | Speaker 6:

Hi.

00:15:22 - 00:15:23 | Speaker 2:

What's going on?

00:15:26 - 00:15:52 | Speaker 6:

I was texting in. My mom always steals pepper shakers from restaurants or pretty much like anywhere if she thinks they're pretty cool looking or she kind of collects things. Like if we go out to eat and she likes to have like an appetizer and like a little dish or something, she'll end up just putting it in like a to-go box and like hiding it and bringing it home.

00:15:52 - 00:15:57 | Speaker 2:

Do people come to your home and say, hey, I've seen this before?

00:15:58 - 00:16:10 | Speaker 6:

no but i i do because i'll come off i don't live with my mom anymore so when i go to her house and i'll be like mom where's this steak knife it looks like it's from outback

00:16:10 - 00:16:18 | Speaker 2:

that's awesome uh what's going on jeremy how you doing hey i'm good how you doing we're good man

00:16:18 - 00:16:25 | Speaker 3:

what's going on hey so how did the bible not make that list actually i think i read a study one time

00:16:25 - 00:16:31 | Speaker 2:

That said that the Bible is most stolen And they want you to steal the Bible Like the Gideons people want you to take that Bible

00:16:31 - 00:16:44 | Speaker 3:

I just I feel like a lot of hotels probably don't Put Bibles in the side tables anymore But that was always something When I was younger that everyone was just like Yeah I'm just going to take the Bible It's there just take it

00:16:44 - 00:16:59 | Speaker 2:

Can I tell you something though Stealing a Bible to me would bring me like so much bad vibes You know I would feel like God was Going to get me for that one What's up Amanda hi uh good morning morning what's going on we're talking about my wife the thief

00:16:59 - 00:17:27 | Speaker 5:

okay so when uh my boyfriend and i took a trip to traverse city we stripped the whole room like the batteries all that stuff but they actually have um like their shampoos and conditioners and lotions like attached to the wall so we found empty water bottles to collect it because it smelled really good and then he looked at me and he was like grab all those rolls of toilet paper wait how many rolls i think it was two but they were like tied up with like a

00:17:27 - 00:17:48 | Speaker 2:

ribbon and stock wow but that's not even the good toilet paper no but it was free yeah by the way the hotel that we stayed at had the worst toilet paper ever i swear to god it was the hotel toilet paper that your finger popped through every time what's going on michelle

00:17:48 - 00:18:20 | Speaker 4:

good morning good morning you work at a hotel no i when i was growing up my parents would always my dad traveled a lot so we would have these holiday in towels and as a kid i literally didn't even know you could buy a towel at a store because they said that that's what they gave you hotels and all of our hotels were different colored and they all said holiday in really

00:18:20 - 00:18:25 | Speaker 2:

so every hotel that you stayed at was a holiday inn and you guys would steal the towels but not

00:18:25 - 00:18:49 | Speaker 4:

all the holiday inns had the same color towels correct that's actually kind of nice yeah you know until like later on in life when i was at my friend's house and i was like what do you mean You guys are out of the store. I was like, that's just not normal. You're supposed to get them at the hotel. My parents say they give them to you.

00:18:49 - 00:19:00 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's your souvenir for being there. That's so funny. Thank you for the call. We appreciate it. Sir, you're welcome. Chelsea wants to invite everybody over now that we've got coasters. How smart are you?

00:19:01 - 00:19:07 | Speaker 3:

It's Mojo in the mornings back in the day. We have to go back in time. Where we give you a bunch of events and you tell us what year it happened.

00:19:07 - 00:19:15 | Speaker 2:

All right, this was the year that Lizzo drunkenly slid into Chris Evans' DMs.

00:19:15 - 00:19:28 | Speaker 1:

I think you're a droke right now. The reason I'm upset about this one is because I know I'm not going to be able to marry him. And honestly, it hurts me to the core because damn Papa, he a rare breed. No comparing.

00:19:29 - 00:20:06 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Do you guys remember when the movie Spider-Man No Way Home was released in theaters? And, of course, it was Tom Holland and Zendaya starring. And the big song from Post Malone in The Weeknd. What year was this? We'll set you up with the prize. We'll be back with a chance for you. you to go see taylor drake and ed sharon plus megan with the dirty this morning next prove what

00:20:27 - 00:20:29 | Speaker 2:

Sevens is DMs in this year.

00:20:29 - 00:20:39 | Speaker 5:

What I said about this one is because I know I'm not going to be able to marry him. And honestly, it hurts me to the core. Because damn Papa, he a rare breed. No comparing.

00:20:39 - 00:22:23 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. It was the year that Spider-Man No Way Home came out. Flying out into the darkness to fight ghosts. What do you mean? They all die fighting Spider-Man. It's their fate. And big song. it's a good song i've heard this one in a while allison what year was that it was 2021 it was congratulations yay congratulations we're gonna set you up with the prize uh we have a good one for you here today let's see what we got uh oh we got louis tomlinson tickets louis tomlinson tickets Yay! Right now, I want to give you a chance to win tickets to go see all three concerts. One person, all three concerts. Taylor Swift, Drake, Ed Sheeran. text ford right now to 95500 that is ford f-o-r-d as in ford field where uh ed and taylor will be performing uh drake's going to be at lca uh text at the 95500 standard text and data rates do apply mojo in the mornings dirty on the 30 starting off a little late today so it's going to be very interesting how i catch up but you know what don't worry we got tons of time nobody's kicking us out of here until we're done with our party uh shannon is taking another morning off making it a four-day weekend megan is filling in this morning what do you got trending okay so i

00:22:23 - 00:23:39 | Speaker 4:

thought i could do one newscaster line to start everything off are we cool okay okay all right but it does involve a really bad pun so i am warning you all now okay the little mermaid makes a big splash at the box office for its opening weekend okay i'm done um you're welcome But let's talk about Halle Bailey as Ariel because at first our girl was getting lots of backlash from a certain demographic of people. But it turns out that didn't even matter because she just did absolutely fine this weekend as our new Ariel. The movie had a record-breaking opening with an estimated $130 million. That's huge. Actually, overseas it made about $80 million as well. The budget for the film was around $250, so it was a pretty big gamble, but it looks like it's going to pay off. It actually comes in as number four of the top four opening weekends for Memorial Day movies. We got Top Gun Maverick, Pirates of the Caribbean at World's End, Indiana Jones, and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. So it was a big company here. I do have the top five for the weekend. Little Mermaid came in first, followed by Fast X, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, the Super Mario Bros. movie. And then I'm so upset about this because I really wanted this to do better. But coming in at number five was The Machine by Burt Kreischer. Did not have a great opening weekend, which I'm kind of bummed about.

00:23:39 - 00:23:51 | Speaker 2:

Did you go see it? No, you did not go see it. So why are you so upset about that? By the way, real quick, I feel bad. I was playing the original theater one. I don't think that was, was that her?

00:23:52 - 00:24:00 | Speaker 4:

It was not, but she actually, fun fact, a little spoiler alert, but we kind of all anticipated it. Original Ariel was in the new one as well.

00:24:00 - 00:24:04 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Who was the original Ariel? Was it somebody famous?

00:24:04 - 00:24:05 | Speaker 4:

You were going to ask me that. Yes.

00:24:06 - 00:24:11 | Speaker 2:

Remember when they did movies and you didn't know who? The person was kind of a nobody

00:24:11 - 00:24:16 | Speaker 4:

Well, there were lots of theater people They were somebodies They just weren't somebodies to you

00:24:16 - 00:24:19 | Speaker 5:

Jodi Benson Original Little Mermaid

00:24:19 - 00:24:26 | Speaker 4:

But you want to know what's cute? She passes on the dinglehopper Like she passes on the fork to her I'm giving it to you It's very cute

00:24:26 - 00:24:27 | Speaker 5:

Passing the torch

00:24:27 - 00:24:40 | Speaker 4:

Yes, that was the word I was looking for Thank you Kim Kardashian recently revealed the gift That she gives all of her children For their birthdays I actually think this is really smart, but some people were calling her lazy.

00:24:40 - 00:24:55 | Speaker 1:

Every year, I write each one of my kids about a four or five page letter on their birthday about what the year was like. Who their friends are, silly words they're saying, their favorite foods, all the silly things that they do. And a little journey of what the year is like.

00:24:55 - 00:25:00 | Speaker 4:

Some people were calling that lazy. If I was 18 and I got like a book of my life.

00:25:00 - 00:25:02 | Speaker 3:

from my parents, I think that would be so cool.

00:25:02 - 00:25:07 | Speaker 4:

I actually think that that's putting effort into it instead of just going on Amazon and buying something, right?

00:25:07 - 00:25:07 | Speaker 3:

Exactly.

00:25:08 - 00:25:08 | Speaker 4:

It's pretty cool.

00:25:08 - 00:25:54 | Speaker 3:

It's Blue Ivy's world. We're all just living in it. Beyonce performed in Dubai. Remember, we were getting a whole bunch of leaked videos, and one of them was her stopping Blue Ivy from dancing. She didn't want to get in trouble with the Dubai government. Well, Queen Bee was in Paris and brought out Blue Ivy on the stage. And honestly, did you see clips, Kev? Oh, yeah. Blue Ivy killed it. She had the best confidence up there, and she's, what, 11? Exactly. She's 11, and she was up, danced just like the dancers, up for two songs, performing. Jay-Z and the twins are in the crowd holding up signs like we're here for Blue Ivy, which was super cute. Even Beyonce's mom, Tina Knowles, gave Blue some props, saying last night, I saw my beautiful grandbaby dance in front of almost 70,000 people. She killed it, and it's cute as a cucumber.

00:25:54 - 00:26:12 | Speaker 4:

And I heard she's also doing a little tribute to the late Tina Turner, too, at her shows, Which everybody was saying that that was crazy Because remember Tina and her did the Grammys together I don't know maybe 10 years ago Or so and it was like one of the Highest watched Grammy performances Collaboration performances

00:26:12 - 00:26:25 | Speaker 3:

I don't have you grab this but can you grab it off the wall Because if we're going to talk about Tina Grab the Lizzo one real quick Because Beyonce is not the only one doing tributes Lizzo has been doing a tribute to Tina As well it's so good Wow.

Later this morning, Megan's going to do a tribute to Tina Turner. Special performance coming up later today. Showing off those legs with those shorts on today. Stay tuned.

00:27:02 - 00:27:14 | Speaker 2:

I love it. A million degrees in the studio. All of us. I think you need to tell everybody. I texted you last night, and I was like, what is the studio temperature like? It's a hot one today. We're all doing it. Heats out, meats out. I don't wear shorts.

00:27:14 - 00:28:03 | Speaker 3:

I don't like this. Speaking of Beyonce in Paris, Selena Gomez, along with so many other celebrities, was there. But Selena Gomez is getting talked about because she was caught on camera by fans yelling at a security guard. Nobody really knows exactly what it was about. Some people are speculating that he was not protecting her from being mobbed by fans. Or another theory was that he was rude to a fan. Who was not? A security guard. A security guard, okay. He was rude to a fan trying to meet her. She didn't like the way he was addressing her, a la Taylor Swift when she was yelling at her security during her concert. There was no like understandable audio with the video So nobody really knows what it's about But she did go viral this weekend for a little bit of yelling And then quickly we'll talk about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Because Mojo wants me to do this

00:28:03 - 00:28:11 | Speaker 4:

Oh come on This story is in about 8,000 publications this morning And is trending right now Not only here but across the world

00:28:11 - 00:28:54 | Speaker 3:

And let me tell you why it shouldn't be believed Because the story is Are Prince Harry and Meghan Markle heading towards a divorce? Well, Mojo thinks yes. I think absolutely not. According to sources, the marriage has been on the rocks. And a former royal butler to the couple says that they are heading towards Splitsville. Paul, the guy who's coming out with all this, he served as Diana's butler until her death in 97. He's claiming that Harry is only in his marriage because of the children. Interesting because Harry and Meghan don't have any connection at this point realistically with the royal family or their staff. But this butler also lost contact with the royal family When he wrote a tell-all book in 2003 Which gave details about Lady Diana's life Family felt betrayed Completely cut him off

00:28:54 - 00:29:09 | Speaker 4:

So he has no I wish that you would show that much love to other stories That I think are a little far-fetched You do so much Your research teams Your teams go into it And try to like, you know, poke holes in everything

00:29:09 - 00:29:20 | Speaker 3:

And we were so excited about that on Friday. We got to get unveiled to this baby and we got to see the pictures too. So what a beautiful baby. Cav is here with us, our new guy, Cav. Hopefully you got a chance to hear a little bit of him last week. and then you'll, of course, get a chance to meet him, too. He'll be out and about. We got KP, we got Lydia, and we've got Misfit Steve doing our audio. It's Mojo in the Morning. Oh, wow, I like that. Well, let me turn it down so I don't get it up too loud. One more time, Steve. Nice. Nice job. And Steve ran best of yesterday, too, so.

00:37:55 - 00:37:56 | Speaker 2:

Nice job, Steve.

00:37:57 - 00:38:22 | Speaker 1:

So he had to work on Memorial Day, so we salute you. What a guy. Steve, you are a service provider, giving the two listeners that were up on Memorial Day a chance. It was three. Three listeners, a chance to hear the show. All right, Mojo in the Morning Show. So Megan would like to say that when you say this to her, she takes it as an insult.

00:38:23 - 00:38:39 | Speaker 2:

But I want people to know it's not the insult that they think it is. And I'm really getting frustrated by it recently. Okay. So I have been spending more time than usual on our Facebook page, which let me tell you, not great for the mental health.

00:38:39 - 00:38:48 | Speaker 1:

Actually, can I tell you something? You're going to laugh at me for this. I went back and I look at our Facebook all the time every week, and it will tell me who our top fans are.

00:38:48 - 00:38:53 | Speaker 2:

I'm always in the list. You're a top fan. Let's go. Yeah. It's a good thing, right?

00:38:53 - 00:38:54 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, guess what?

00:38:54 - 00:38:57 | Speaker 2:

I'm just out here fighting for all of us in this comment section.

00:38:57 - 00:38:58 | Speaker 1:

I've got 90 friends on Facebook.

00:38:58 - 00:39:59 | Speaker 2:

12 of them are pending, but I've got 90 friends. So I've been spending a lot of time on there. And, you know, just playing referee in the comment section most of the time, calling people out when they deserve it. Yeah. And I've noticed that lately I've been getting a comment that is supposed to be an insult that really has started to bother me. And I'm going to read it in the tone that I believe it's being typed in This is why Megan is always single This is why Megan can't find somebody to date That's how you sound And it always makes me laugh Because first of all, I am a woman You don't think that I can find somebody to have some fun with if I wanted to you guys are expecting the bar to be much higher for men let me tell you that bar is low in people tell us about it all right i don't mean to brag because it's not a brag it's just the bar for men is so low it is

00:40:00 - 00:40:24 | Speaker 4:

achievable and then on top of that it always makes me laugh because you think that people can only be happy if they're in relationships now i'm not saying that being in a relationship is bad but it's weird to me that you think it's healthier to be in a relationship and happy or an unhappy than single and happy or saying that you can't be happy and single to me seems very unhealthy so

00:40:24 - 00:40:31 | Speaker 2:

Okay, so the slam that they have for you, and this is in, what was the post? Do you remember what the post was about?

00:40:31 - 00:40:36 | Speaker 4:

It was when we were talking about parents getting preferential treatment in the workforce.

00:40:36 - 00:41:03 | Speaker 2:

The day that Mike and Shannon took off early because they had kids and you said, yeah. Okay, so their slam against you is you, this is why you're single. You're single because you complained about that, or not complained, but brought up a very ... You hate when I say complain. I do. Megan hates ... And I want to say ... By the way, it's weird to say Megan hates. Megan dislikes ...

00:41:03 - 00:41:03 | Speaker 4:

Thank you.

00:41:03 - 00:41:14 | Speaker 2:

... when I will say something that she's just not ... Portraying you as that you're a big complainer. You're not a complainer. You are ...

00:41:14 - 00:41:16 | Speaker 4:

I like to bring up injustices.

00:41:16 - 00:41:19 | Speaker 2:

You can't. You're an injustice fighter.

00:41:19 - 00:41:19 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

00:41:19 - 00:41:20 | Speaker 2:

That's what you are.

00:41:20 - 00:41:21 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

00:41:22 - 00:41:42 | Speaker 2:

You are. And if you are a single man or woman that's listening to the show, do you take offense like Megan just did? That they are saying that, hey, this is why you're single? Because you're single. Everybody's, you know, people don't have to have a relationship. Yeah.

00:41:42 - 00:41:52 | Speaker 4:

Not everybody likes being in a relationship. Relationships don't automatically mean happy. By the way, most of the people in my life are in relationships. Guess what? Most of them, not that happy.

00:41:52 - 00:42:00 | Speaker 3:

Miserable. Some people are only in relationships so that they aren't single. They're in it for the wrong reason. That's why a lot of these relationships and marriages in.

00:42:00 - 00:42:06 | Speaker 2:

Our new guy, Kev, brings up a really good point. There are people that are in a relationship only just so that they can say that they have somebody.

00:42:06 - 00:42:08 | Speaker 3:

Hashtag relationship goals.

00:42:08 - 00:42:52 | Speaker 2:

Or so that they can have somebody that can change light bulbs or smoke detector batteries or something like that. All right. So here's what I want. I want to do. I want to discuss this I want you to call us up right now If you are single And you have had this happen Where somebody has said to you This is why you're single And tell us what it was that was going on And why they actually went to that level Because that is honestly trashy That they would say something like that It's just insulting This is why you're single Now they could quite possibly say This is why you're having a bad day because you're focused on this. Right, right, right. You know, and that might actually have a little bit of truth to it.

00:42:52 - 00:42:58 | Speaker 4:

Let's be honest. I'm single because I refuse to leave the house and I have a weird obsession with musicals. There are legitimate reasons.

00:43:00 - 00:43:37 | Speaker 2:

By the way, I like this that Megan actually brought up that she is a lady because I don't know if you know this, but she is a lady. What? And I also like that she said that if she wanted to, she could go out there and get herself a little. Yeah, she did say that. She can say, and I'm going to say this to you right now. I think that's wonderful, and I think that if she's saying that right now, she's saying that right now because she has. Oh. I'm saying that you have. Have you done that? Have you just like randomly just gone out there and.

00:43:37 - 00:43:42 | Speaker 4:

What if I ended the segment by saying, spoiler alert, I've been in a relationship for the past two years.

00:43:43 - 00:43:43 | Speaker 2:

What?

00:43:43 - 00:43:46 | Speaker 3:

Are you serious? No, I haven't. But what if I did?

00:43:46 - 00:44:07 | Speaker 2:

I used to say this all the time to Ellen. I used to say to Ellen all the time, I think she's got a relationship and she's being one of those ones that's not going to talk to us about it. And Ellen said that there was a couple of times where you were in relationships and you would not tell me. Kind of like how KP was doing that whole thing with Plain Bagel. Remember, Ed?

00:44:09 - 00:44:20 | Speaker 3:

Oh, poor Plain Bagel. You guys don't want to tell me. It's summertime. We're going to start seeing Hot Girl Megan in a minute. That was supposed to be a confidence booster, I'm sorry.

00:44:21 - 00:44:22 | Speaker 2:

She's showing off the legs this morning.

00:44:22 - 00:44:27 | Speaker 3:

We already got a feet pick. We already got a feet pick. We did get a feet pick this weekend.

00:44:27 - 00:44:36 | Speaker 2:

Yes, right. The above ground pool. I like that, by the way. Was that an inflatable pool? Yes, it was. That was amazing. Jordan, what's going on? It's Mojo in the morning.

00:44:37 - 00:44:59 | Speaker 1:

Hey, guys. Good morning. Good morning. Yes, I have been single for four years, and I've never been happier. and i guess people people like to say i'm selfish because you know golf and boating or whatever i'm into come first and i don't i don't make enough time for people but that's kind of why i say

00:45:00 - 00:45:02 | Speaker 2:

It's not selfish. It's more of...

00:45:02 - 00:45:13 | Speaker 3:

Actually, I don't think you're selfish. I think that you're being kind to somebody by not getting into a relationship just to have somebody and then not seeing them because you're hanging out with your buddies all the time. Facts.

00:45:15 - 00:45:36 | Speaker 2:

Absolutely. I mean, I was always in a relationship. I've been married and divorced. I've dated someone for four years after that. And, you know, I've never been happier. You know, I have to listen to all of my married and taken friends and all their problems, and it keeps me away, I can tell you that.

00:45:36 - 00:46:11 | Speaker 3:

Well, it's interesting, isn't it, that that is used as an insult, though, that you are single? Oh, well, that's why you're single. You know, that happens also to guys, too, you know, where you say something about golfing or you say something about, you know, going on your boat and hanging out, and they'll go, well, you're a selfish guy. That's why you're single, you know, instead of saying, no, this is a guy that enjoys his summers. You know what I mean? We only get, what, a month of summer here. So for God's sakes, enjoy it. Take care, buddy. Hey, what's your handicap? I am a 4.5. No, no, no. I'm talking about dating purpose.

00:46:11 - 00:46:12 | Speaker 6:

What are we talking about?

00:46:13 - 00:46:16 | Speaker 3:

Here's a golfer. I wasn't talking about golf. What's up, Sam?

00:46:17 - 00:46:18 | Speaker 5:

Hello.

00:46:18 - 00:46:19 | Speaker 3:

Hi. What's going on?

00:46:20 - 00:46:25 | Speaker 5:

So before when I was single, my best friend told me it was my attitude. That's why I was single.

00:46:26 - 00:46:26 | Speaker 3:

Oh, jeez.

00:46:26 - 00:46:27 | Speaker 5:

I do say it all the time.

00:46:28 - 00:46:30 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. I don't hear any attitude.

00:46:30 - 00:46:30 | Speaker 5:

I was going to say,

00:46:31 - 00:46:34 | Speaker 4:

could be on to something. I don't know. Is it just me?

00:46:34 - 00:46:41 | Speaker 3:

I do not hear anything of you. You sound very much like you're a very pleasant person to be around.

00:46:42 - 00:46:55 | Speaker 1:

Well, thank you. You're a nasty bitch. No, no, stop. I think it's interesting that these men are saying, because you don't sound peppy and happy, you've got an attitude. They're the problem. Oh, look who's talking over there.

00:46:56 - 00:47:06 | Speaker 3:

We should do, by the way, the I'm Satisfied Single Club. The Megan I'm Satisfied Single Club. Sounds like a good night out.

00:47:06 - 00:47:09 | Speaker 6:

Yeah. Where are they going?

00:47:10 - 00:47:20 | Speaker 3:

Where are we going? A place where no guys are going to hit on you. There's a lot of outdoor pools. What's going on, Brittany? How you doing?

00:47:20 - 00:47:21 | Speaker 5:

Hey, good morning, guys.

00:47:22 - 00:47:26 | Speaker 3:

Good morning. Would you like to be part of the Megan I'm Satisfied Single Club?

00:47:26 - 00:47:37 | Speaker 5:

Oh, I'm there. So I was telling Lydia, I texted in. I actually am not a complainer, and I'm also single, Megan. And I just actually hate the men of the world.

00:47:40 - 00:47:43 | Speaker 4:

What did we do to you? You know what, though?

00:47:44 - 00:47:45 | Speaker 3:

At least you're honest, right?

00:47:46 - 00:47:51 | Speaker 5:

None of them have given me a reason to not be single. What a great answer, Brittany.

00:47:51 - 00:47:53 | Speaker 6:

Who know reverse?

00:47:53 - 00:48:10 | Speaker 3:

That is good So Brittany we're going to get this thing together And I'm trying to think of like what concert would be a good concert For you guys to go to You know who would be the Perfect person I don't know I'm going way back Is Melissa Etheridge

00:48:10 - 00:48:13 | Speaker 6:

She was just in Toledo like two weeks ago

00:48:13 - 00:48:37 | Speaker 3:

We could have easily done enough of that Kev I saw that you Got a little barbecue action going this weekend Oh yeah And from talking on the air last week about how you are vegan and how you are always meant to have to bring your own food because none of the meat lovers want to provide you with any kind of fish or anything. Actually, you're pescatarian. Presbyterian. I said Presbyterian.

00:48:37 - 00:48:38 | Speaker 4:

We found out last week.

00:48:39 - 00:48:46 | Speaker 3:

But they did. They heard us talk about it on the radio and they actually brought you some fish. They actually provided you with some salmon.

00:48:46 - 00:49:55 | Speaker 4:

If I knew that shaming people on the radio would work, I would have done it sooner. I wouldn't have waited this long. Your family was listening and they heard that? They heard it. And not only did they show up with salmon, but they also showed up with salmon burgers. Wow. Big shout out to Gerard and Christina. They were not happy that I shamed them. And they showed and they came correct. But you should have did it five years ago, but I'm not complaining. So not only did I go to the barbecue and I didn't have to supply anything, not only was I fed, but I also got my heart broken. Why? I live in a very artsy-fartsy family. A lot of people are great trained dancers, but the biggest thing that people do is they love to sing. And when songs come on, people are karaoke. People are singing over the song. They're harmonizing. They're switching their voices, hitting different pitches, and really showing their skills. And I wasn't blessed with the gift. You can't sing? I'm not that good. I'm not like them. Because you're a showman. I know you're a showman. But you're not a singer I'm typically the one announcing everyone I'm the performer Can I ask you a question?

00:49:55 - 00:49:59 | Speaker 3:

Because I really have never been in my life And I've got many

00:50:00 - 00:50:02 | Speaker 1:

I'm going to sound like that guy. I got a lot of black friends.

00:50:02 - 00:50:06 | Speaker 2:

Okay. But I've had a lot of- That's like top five worst things to hear.

00:50:06 - 00:50:14 | Speaker 1:

But I have never had any of my black friends invite me to their family- The function. Picnics and things like that.

00:50:14 - 00:50:15 | Speaker 2:

I wasn't invited to the cookout.

00:50:15 - 00:50:27 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, the cookout. The function. Is it a cookout where you guys all get together and it's tons of food, and then at the end of the day, it's all of a sudden the Jackson 5's coming out performing, or what's the story?

00:50:27 - 00:50:33 | Speaker 2:

It just happens. It's either somebody grabs the aux cord and you just know the song. It's usually Frankie Beverly and Mays.

00:50:34 - 00:50:34 | Speaker 1:

Whoa, whoa.

00:50:35 - 00:50:36 | Speaker 2:

That's what I'm doing. That wasn't bad.

00:50:36 - 00:50:37 | Speaker 1:

Wait, wait.

00:50:37 - 00:50:52 | Speaker 2:

Frankie Beverly and Mays. The one that Beyonce remixed. Okay. Before I let you go. When that comes on, everybody's up. The hustle starts. And that starts the party. That's like if you want to start the party, that's the song you throw on.

00:50:52 - 00:51:00 | Speaker 1:

Really? And so that all of a sudden will get people up and dancing and all this stuff. And what do you do then at that moment there?

00:51:00 - 00:51:02 | Speaker 2:

I can hit the one-two step now.

00:51:03 - 00:51:04 | Speaker 1:

So you're the background dancer?

00:51:04 - 00:51:32 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, the body works now. The vibes are there. The rhythm did not skip me. It's just the vocals skipped me. The vocals skipped a generation. My kids might be the singers, but for me it doesn't work. So does your son, Josiah? Josiah can sing, for sure. Oh, really? My sister Melinda has an amazing, an amazing voice. And when he was younger, she would sing with him. And it's carried over where he'll just randomly like, I'm getting my laptop like he'll just say something random and it's like whoa where did that come from

00:51:32 - 00:52:30 | Speaker 1:

yeah it's funny I went to a family wedding this weekend and I realized I was the only person in my entire family that was not gifted with the ability to dance like literally I'm looking at like sisters you know even my brother could dance a little bit you know he was kind of okay and my wife my kids they're all dancing and I got out there and I did the the p-ditty I did the push the arms down you know right next to your body type of uh thing i wasn't very good that's one we gotta see that yeah just the push yeah just the push so okay so uh the family function that you go to yeah that it kind of bothers you when you're getting together with the whole family does it bother you that your family's more talented than you i mean even though you're on the radio you are the mc at the you know the pistons games the michigan state university basketball and football games. You can't actually keep up with your family members. I just want to sing. But I feel like you can

00:52:30 - 00:52:44 | Speaker 2:

sing. I think we won't know until he actually sings for us. It's levels to this. You know what I mean? When you're in the family it's levels to it. If your family is coming outside and they're hitting the notes and you

00:52:44 - 00:52:55 | Speaker 1:

can't do it. Where are you guys having these things at? In the backyard? Backyard at somebody's house? Backyard. At an auntie's house? Gerard's house. Gerard's house. Yeah, it's Gerard dancing.

00:52:56 - 00:52:59 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah, he got a little one, too. He's got it going. With a spatula in his hand.

00:52:59 - 00:53:04 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. By the way, I always wish, can you please invite me to one of these family functions?

00:53:04 - 00:53:09 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I'll invite you guys in the summertime. I might do something on July 4th. Invite the whole show up.

00:53:09 - 00:53:23 | Speaker 1:

And is this the, what I'm, I just went on to iHeart app. This is, it says Frankie Beverly and Maze. This is joy and pain, but I hear no words. It doesn't sound like anything you have to say. Is this just an instrumental?

00:53:23 - 00:53:30 | Speaker 2:

This is a different... This is like the V98 one. It's like that version. Oh, is it? All right. What's the name of the song?

00:53:30 - 00:53:33 | Speaker 1:

Before I Let Go. Before I Let Go. All right, here we go.

00:53:33 - 00:53:37 | Speaker 2:

There you go. Hey. Hey.

00:53:39 - 00:53:40 | Unknown:

It's the one. Let's go.

00:53:40 - 00:53:42 | Speaker 2:

Come on. You got to hustle in the car with this. Come on.

00:53:44 - 00:53:45 | Unknown:

Come on.

00:53:45 - 00:53:46 | Speaker 1:

They play this?

00:53:47 - 00:53:51 | Speaker 2:

This is a different version, though. No. All right. Yeah, it's like a hip-hop version of it.

00:53:51 - 00:53:52 | Speaker 1:

Come on, come on.

00:53:52 - 00:54:22 | Speaker 3:

Hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip, hip

00:54:22 - 00:54:31 | Speaker 1:

I need some education from Kevin. Do you think that he'll be willing to do this? I need to hang out with him more.

00:54:31 - 00:54:32 | Speaker 2:

You coming to the next function.

00:54:33 - 00:54:41 | Speaker 1:

By the way, I eat meat, too. I want everybody in the family to know. What kind of meat are you guys eating there? What kind of meat? Not you, but everybody else. Yeah, I mean, the regular stuff.

00:54:41 - 00:54:44 | Speaker 2:

Hot dogs, barbecue ribs, hamburgers.

00:54:45 - 00:54:59 | Speaker 1:

I want to go. When's the next function? Fourth of July? Probably Fourth of July, yeah. All right. You invite me. I'm here. I'm staying in town. I'm not going anywhere. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. Shannon was in Arizona over the weekend.

00:55:00 - 00:55:08 | Speaker 2:

vacationing and having a little Memorial Day fun. She took an extra day. She will be back tomorrow. Megan with the dirty. So Prince

00:55:08 - 00:55:45 | Speaker 3:

Harry and Meghan Markle, rumor is that they are heading towards a divorce. According to some sources, the marriage has actually been on the rocks for quite a while. The former royal butler to the family said that they are definitely headed towards Splitsville. Now, this is all coming from a man named Paul. Paul served as Diana's butler until her death in 97. Now, he's the one that's claiming Harry is only in his marriage because of the kids. He wants to see the kids, and if they get divorced, he's probably not going to be able to. Interesting, though, because they have very little contact with royals or any sort of royal sources, which are usually just people who work for the family.

00:55:45 - 00:55:47 | Speaker 2:

So you're saying Paul works for the family.

00:55:47 - 00:55:55 | Speaker 3:

Well, he did. Here's the thing. He hasn't since 2003. So there's been a 20-year gap here in his knowledge, but he's still coming out.

00:55:55 - 00:55:59 | Speaker 2:

I doubt that Paul is really the father of Harry.

00:56:00 - 00:56:00 | Speaker 3:

I would believe it.

00:56:01 - 00:56:11 | Speaker 2:

Because we've all been, remember, doubting who dad was. Right. And maybe Paul knows. Maybe Paul is the guy who Harry's sharing this stuff with.

00:56:11 - 00:56:22 | Speaker 3:

True, but Paul hasn't been around since 2003 because he wrote a tell-all book about Diana, and the family cut him off because he wasn't to be trusted with secrets. I don't know how much insider information that man has.

00:56:22 - 00:56:38 | Speaker 2:

Are you going to be devastated that this is actually true? Yeah. I know that you, you know, I always like to poke the bear a little bit and like to tell you that, ah, they're not going to stay together. Or I like to like sit there and, you know, talk about how they're, you know, whiny, rich people and you always stick up for them.

00:56:38 - 00:56:44 | Speaker 3:

Well, they are whiny, rich people. I just don't think that she's the devil that split up the family. Well, that's it.

00:56:45 - 00:56:49 | Speaker 2:

She killed the queen. So let's move on to the next story. All right. Next story.

00:56:49 - 00:57:26 | Speaker 3:

So Taylor Swift is obviously one of the biggest performers on tour right now. She dropped a new version of Karma, which featured Ice Spice. Well, now Taylor is featuring Ice Spice on tour. When she made her stop in Jersey, she brought Ice Spice on stage and actually told the crowd how the collab came to be, saying Ice Spice reached out and said, if you'd ever like to do a collab, I would love to. She went on to say that this all came while she was training for tour, doing a lot of cardio in the gym, getting her stamina up. And while she was doing that, she was listening to Ice Spice nearly nonstop. every single day. So immediately jumped at the opportunity. Here's Ice Spice.

00:57:39 - 00:57:50 | Speaker 2:

Will they play this on the station that doesn't play rap music? Yeah. All the hits without the rap? No, absolutely not. They'll play the non-Ice Spice

00:57:50 - 00:57:57 | Speaker 3:

version? No, it's the same as that Maroon 5 song That he does With Cardi B And it's missing I used to love

00:57:57 - 00:58:05 | Speaker 2:

When Bad Blood Would come on And you wouldn't Hear the Kendrick Lamar On that station And I'd be like This song's not even Good without Kendrick Lamar

00:58:05 - 00:58:30 | Speaker 3:

I know Speaking of this Taylor Swift concert Shawn Mendes And Camila Cabello Look like they're Probably back together Okay so they were At the Jersey show You know The same one We were just talking About that Ice Spice Was at Also was there Kev's favorite Aaron Rodgers Apparently Oh really We'll talk about that In a little bit I don't know how Kev's a traitor to the Lions. Oh, this is how we're doing this? This is what it is. Facts are facts. I report facts in the Dirty. That was a fact.

00:58:30 - 00:58:43 | Speaker 2:

Why is it that I like Aaron Rodgers more now that he's no longer a Green Bay Packer? Thank you. Like, I'm actually kind of, in a weird way, kind of rooting for the Jets a little bit. I don't know.

00:58:43 - 00:59:21 | Speaker 3:

Stop hating greatness. Y'all are literal terrible Lions fans. Absolutely terrible. Keep this music playing because I'm actually going to need it for the next story. But quickly here, Camilla and Shawn Mendes seen making out, holding hands in New York City, hands on each other's chest, all that fun stuff. So I'm going to say, yeah, they're probably back together at this point. I'm glad this music is playing because Tom Brady, this one's for you, Mojo. Oh, yeah. Tom Brady going to be a new owner. Well, not quite yet, but he is going to have a small portion of the Vegas Raiders as long as it gets approved by at least 24 other owners. I didn't know that you had to get approval by the other team's owners to buy a portion of the team.

00:59:21 - 00:59:53 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, especially if the portion is as big as they say that his portion is with it, especially being a former player, too. But then you have the story about Jimmy Garoppolo, right? So Jimmy Garoppolo, the quarterback that they just recently signed, failed his physical for the Oakland or I'm sorry, the Oakland, the Las Vegas Raiders. Right. And the rumor is, because he failed his physical, they can get out of that deal. Tom Brady, there's a rumor, might be the quarterback for the Raiders.

00:59:53 - 00:59:55 | Speaker 3:

Can you be the quarterback of a team you own?

00:59:55 - 01:00:00 | Speaker 2:

Jackie Moon did it. Jackie Moon. Oh! Look at you. I don't even know who Jackie Moon is.

01:00:00 - 01:00:01 | Speaker 4:

is. That's Will Ferrell's role.

01:00:01 - 01:00:09 | Speaker 3:

Oh. I was like sitting there going, is that Warren Moon's like dad or something like that? How dare you?

01:00:10 - 01:00:13 | Speaker 2:

We trusted you. How dare you? By the way,

01:00:13 - 01:00:29 | Speaker 3:

by the way, you're going to be our official sports guy. How do the Pistons even in Michigan State even hire you to do their stuff when you quote things like that? Real quick, this could be interesting. Can you imagine Tom Brady comes back and plays for the Raiders

01:00:29 - 01:00:38 | Speaker 4:

I mean, originally, that's what was reported when he was down in Tampa. When he retired and came back, he was actually going to go play for the Raiders.

01:00:39 - 01:01:44 | Speaker 2:

Interesting. Very interesting. All right, last story I got for you. Benedict Cumberbatch was at home and had a really horrifying break-in a couple of weeks ago, and now we're getting more details on what happened. A man with a knife broke in while Benedict and his family were inside, and he was, like, destroying the place. The guy who broke in was a 35-year-old chef named Jack Bissell, And he kicked his way into the property while shouting, I know you've moved here. I hope it burns down while he, his wife and their three kids were all inside. This guy ripped up the plant, spit on the intercom, ripped it off the wall and then fled. And the cops were able to identify his DNA from the intercom, which led to his arrest. So apparently the dude beforehand went to a store, told the guy working there that he was going to break into the Benedict's home and burn it to the ground. The guy pled guilty. We didn't get the details until now because of some, like, reporting restrictions that happen in the U.K., but so far nobody even knows what this chef's connection is with Benedict Cumberbatch. That is absolutely terrifying. You can check out all of today's Dirty by going to the Dirty page at mojointhemorning.com.

01:02:00 - 01:02:00 | Speaker 3:

Bethany?

01:02:01 - 01:02:02 | Speaker 1:

Hey, yes.

01:02:03 - 01:02:06 | Speaker 3:

Bethany, who is it that you think that your husband is cheating with?

01:02:08 - 01:02:16 | Speaker 5:

His, well, I'll quote, work wife. Like, his, you know, main partner at work.

01:02:16 - 01:02:18 | Speaker 3:

What kind of work do they do?

01:02:21 - 01:02:23 | Speaker 5:

They're in finance.

01:02:23 - 01:02:32 | Speaker 3:

and do they have a job that requires them to spend a crazy amount of time together

01:02:32 - 01:03:09 | Speaker 5:

they've been partners for a while now and um so they have to go to like all the meetings together and they travel together now and now that covid's kind of calmed down and stuff um they've been traveling a lot is it just the two of them traveling together yes and then she's been calling and texting like outside of work hours so like when he gets home um she'll call him up and or you know i'll notice like we're watching a movie and i'll be like um hey like who are you

01:03:09 - 01:03:25 | Speaker 3:

texting and like oh you know my work wife um when they travel out of town together do you hear from him much does he check in with you or do you call him often I mean he definitely checks

01:03:25 - 01:03:33 | Speaker 5:

in with me yeah um and then yeah I call him make sure you know he got to his hotel and everything

01:03:33 - 01:04:11 | Speaker 3:

and all of that okay so so it's not like he all of a sudden goes dark for like a full period of time can i ask is she is she a very attractive person i would say so yeah wow okay so we're gonna find out what's going on between the two of them you uh know how we do this three-way call right where we call his phone and call her phone making them seem like they are calling each other and then kind of see if they'll talk to each other and what kind of conversation they have? Yep. All right. I want you to mute your phone and don't say a word.

01:04:11 - 01:04:21 | Speaker 5:

Okay. Hello?

01:04:27 - 01:04:43 | Speaker 1:

Hello? Hello? Who is this? It's Liz. Oh.

01:04:43 - 01:04:45 | Speaker 5:

What's going on? What are you calling me for?

01:04:47 - 01:04:49 | Speaker 1:

I didn't call you. I thought you called me.

01:04:50 - 01:04:57 | Speaker 5:

Maybe. Maybe I butt-dialed. Did you take care of that arrangement for our lunch that we were going to figure out?

01:04:58 - 01:05:00 | Speaker 1:

I was actually just thinking about it.

01:05:00 - 01:05:22 | Speaker 3:

It's funny that you say that. I was just thinking about reaching out to you about that. That contract, we can just lock that in. So, I mean, I think we'll be in a good place. I think we're in a great place. I'm a little nervous about it, but, you know, I'd like to consider you my secret weapon. I think with you by my side, we'll take care of it. We can lock that in.

01:05:23 - 01:05:29 | Speaker 5:

Okay. I'm going to make a reservation on Open Table. So, what do you have going on the rest of the day?

01:05:30 - 01:05:38 | Speaker 3:

not too much just going over projects

01:05:38 - 01:05:43 | Speaker 5:

should i maybe swing by do you have the time

01:05:43 - 01:06:26 | Speaker 3:

um you you could but i don't know that it would be entirely prudent um let's let's uh i mean we'll lock in the lunch and um we you know we can talk about it then okay so what's what's going on with the uh account that's actually something that's um that's been on my mind a little bit just gotta check the pricing okay well after we get the quotes out. Um, how about we set up one more lunch? Okay. Okay. All right. Uh, well, I'll

01:06:26 - 01:06:30 | Speaker 5:

see you later. Looking forward to it. All right. Sounds good.

01:06:37 - 01:06:42 | Speaker 1:

Bethany, I don't know if it sounds like they are doing anything other than work with each

01:06:42 - 01:07:01 | Speaker 5:

other or maybe we just caught them in a non you know yeah i mean i don't know like she feels seems a little flirtatious to me but let's see what our listeners think and we may have to call

01:07:01 - 01:08:21 | Speaker 1:

him back up to to talk to him okay okay this is the home of the war of the roses mojo in the morning no cheater this week text from 734 313 says i think the female seems to be into him more than he's into her yeah 419 says he's keeping it all business i don't think there's a cheater here there's a few people here that instantly are thinking that he knew what the heck was going on uh war of the roses mojo on the morning show uh just tuning in right now uh bethany thinks that her husband is cheating with a female co-worker referred to as the work wife i mean i know a lot of people will say that you know you'll have those i mean we all kind of have somebody at work that we've talked to a lot but the problem is when you are talking to them all day at work and then all of a sudden next thing you know you're going home and you're talking to them more and you're not talking to them in front of your spouse jess what's happening hey how are you good what are

01:08:21 - 01:08:34 | Speaker 2:

your thoughts on this so he she wanted to talk about something and come over and he switched it he's like uh probably not a good idea he probably listens to the show or something and knows

01:08:34 - 01:09:06 | Speaker 1:

well that's that part came to me right away when we were just listening in on that and i noticed right away i look over at everybody else and everybody else is kind of like going okay it's gonna go here and then it didn't go there and i sat there and i thought to myself well it also could be when we're calling you know what i mean like we don't call you know and do three-way calls like in the afternoon or evening time, you know, and I don't know how much sometimes it happens where it's just the timing is not a good timing. Melissa, what's up?

01:09:06 - 01:09:08 | Speaker 4:

Hey, what's up, Mojo? How are you?

01:09:08 - 01:09:10 | Speaker 1:

Good. War of the Roses. What'd you want to say?

01:09:11 - 01:09:37 | Speaker 4:

I think that he's definitely up to something. If you're with somebody who is like very faithful to you, there is no way they're going to be meeting up with a coworker without telling you like that's shady to me um I have a lot of men at my work and they always want to meet up with me and you know they have girlfriends or wives and they're like oh no it's just a lunch date so I agree with Bethany like there's something weird there okay stop for one second

01:09:37 - 01:09:47 | Speaker 1:

let's go back to your situation in this so you have a lot of guys that are in relationships that want to meet up with you but they're not wanting to meet up with you for work purposes they're

01:09:47 - 01:09:53 | Speaker 4:

wanting to meet up with you yeah to get with me for sure how do you know the difference how do i

01:09:53 - 01:10:25 | Speaker 1:

know yeah i'm gonna dump that hold on hold on i'm gonna dump it let me dump it and let the delay catch up for a second all right yeah i get it So, again, yeah, you did kind of catch yourself, but I heard a little bit of the C on that one. Melissa says that there are guys at her work that will ask to get together with her for non-work purposes, and these are married guys or dating guys?

01:10:25 - 01:10:25 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

01:10:26 - 01:10:30 | Speaker 1:

Have any of the guys ever come on to you, like, tried to kiss you or do anything?

01:10:31 - 01:10:43 | Speaker 4:

Oh, absolutely. I'd stop it right there, and I'm like, whoa, whoa, whoa. I thought you were giving me, you know, a promotion. I thought that's, you know, a lot of them are bosses or someone who's, like, higher up. Wow.

01:10:43 - 01:10:48 | Speaker 2:

I agree with you, but I don't feel like that applied to this situation.

01:10:48 - 01:11:01 | Speaker 4:

I get what you're saying, too. Also, I get where he would be, like, being shady. like he knows mojo he knows you like he's he's really trying to cover himself up i feel but it

01:11:01 - 01:11:05 | Speaker 2:

wasn't like we called and said who do you want to send the flowers to it was a three-way call so you

01:11:05 - 01:11:18 | Speaker 4:

don't automatically know that's us right you don't but i mean i would assume so if someone called me all weird like did you call me did i call you i don't know that's just my thoughts thanks for the

01:11:18 - 01:11:23 | Speaker 1:

call melissa appreciate it todd comment from you what do you think where are the roses oh yeah she

01:11:23 - 01:11:54 | Speaker 5:

definitely wants to get in his pants it sounds like he's trying to fight it off with this comment about you know her coming around would not be prudent at this time that was a big word by the way too i've used it once they're trying to keep it business lingo but i think there's something there i've been in business for a long time as well um you just you can pick up on when it's actual business talk and when it's uh you know the menagerie when are we gonna get when are we

01:11:54 - 01:11:59 | Speaker 2:

gonna go to the boardroom you know i didn't know prudent felt in or fell into the menagerie

01:11:59 - 01:12:06 | Speaker 1:

yeah explain to me what that means out there okay um sarah what's going on

01:12:06 - 01:12:26 | Speaker 3:

hi um first time caller long time listener yes okay so i'm in finance and i travel as well and i've seen a lot of this and when he said that they would schedule another lunch that was his way of saying he's going to make time for her

01:12:26 - 01:12:39 | Speaker 1:

today really yeah okay yeah did you catch that well i did catch that but i didn't know that that was code yeah so that that was that's the part that kind of got me a little okay i don't know

01:12:39 - 01:12:50 | Speaker 2:

necessarily know yeah because to me it was a lunch to go over this and then a lunch when it's finished like uh yeah i don't know that's interesting that i'll have to go back and

01:12:50 - 01:13:19 | Speaker 1:

listen to that sarah thank you for that um keith is on we gotta tell him what's going on we haven't had an opportunity to so uh bethany's husband uh keith is on the phone with us keith Yes. Hey, it's Mojo in the morning. I know our producer just called and said that we wanted to talk to you. We have your wife on the phone with us.

01:13:21 - 01:13:22 | Speaker 6:

Okay.

01:13:22 - 01:13:23 | Speaker 1:

Say hi to Bethany.

01:13:25 - 01:13:26 | Speaker 6:

Hey, what's going on?

01:13:28 - 01:13:29 | Speaker 3:

Hey, sweetie.

01:13:30 - 01:13:56 | Speaker 1:

So Bethany called us because she was a little worried about what's going on with you and one of your coworkers that you guys work very close together. your work wife and just a couple minutes ago we called both of you guys together and heard you talking and we didn't hear anything that we thought was unusual and we just wanted to call and just let you know that we had done that.

01:13:58 - 01:14:13 | Speaker 6:

I'll be honest with you. I really don't want to talk to you guys about this at all and I'd appreciate it if you don't call me back. yeah

01:14:13 - 01:14:18 | Speaker 1:

Bethany you gotta smooth that over for us

01:14:18 - 01:14:22 | Speaker 3:

I mean obviously he was caught off guard

01:14:22 - 01:14:49 | Speaker 1:

well when you're accusing somebody of something improper and you put them on blast like that hang on one sec okay that's a tough one too when you accuse somebody and it turns out that you don't get evidence that they are doing anything, and then how do you go back now? Wendy, how do you go back if there is not evidence that we have a definitive cheater?

01:14:51 - 01:15:01 | Speaker 3:

I don't know how you go back, but I think that during the call, his tone changed mid-call. Like maybe he caught on mid-call. that he was on War of the Roses.

01:15:02 - 01:15:06 | Speaker 1:

So you think that that's when he noticed, and we have to go back and listen to that?

01:15:07 - 01:15:09 | Speaker 3:

Yes. I think mid-call his tone changed.

01:15:09 - 01:15:16 | Speaker 1:

Okay, podcast is up on that, so I'm going to go back and listen to that right now and go check that out, okay? Jill, what's up?

01:15:17 - 01:15:29 | Speaker 3:

Good morning. I don't know. I thought it kind of sounded like she was being flirty. Like, she asked, like, well, I could come by later and help, and he was kind of like, well, I guess you can if you want, but it seemed like he was saying, I can handle it.

01:15:30 - 01:15:38 | Speaker 1:

A majority of the people are saying that majority of people say that she sounds like the one that's the flirty one. And maybe that's where, you know, Bethany is getting this from.

01:15:39 - 01:15:43 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, like I think she wants him and he's kind of like, well, it's just a work thing.

01:15:44 - 01:15:52 | Speaker 1:

We're going to go back and check that out. It's Mojo in the Morning War of the Roses podcast is up so you can go check that out. Thank you for the call.

01:15:52 - 01:15:53 | Speaker 3:

Thank you.

01:15:53 - 01:16:15 | Speaker 1:

Speaking of dads, I wanted to make sure that we waited until we knew that he was up because I did not want to call the house and wake up the brand-new, beautiful baby, Sebastian Emanuel. But Mike is up. We got a text message from Mike, and Mike is up, and he's taking his paternity leave. And, Mike, how is Sebastian doing?

01:16:16 - 01:16:31 | Speaker 2:

Good, good. We're still trying to adjust to the dynamic switch and then also sweep schedule. So I forgot what it's like, and I think everybody forgets this, what it's like in the middle of the night to have to wake up every three to four hours with a baby.

01:16:32 - 01:16:34 | Speaker 1:

Is he waking up every three or four hours or so?

01:16:36 - 01:16:49 | Speaker 2:

Right now, yeah, just to eat and change. And then he got the, what's it called? He got his circumcision? Circumcision, yes.

01:16:49 - 01:16:49 | Speaker 1:

Oh, okay.

01:16:50 - 01:16:54 | Speaker 2:

It freaks me out. It freaks me out. So, like, we've got to take care of that all the time.

01:16:54 - 01:16:58 | Speaker 1:

Didn't you, with Milo, when one time we checked in with you, you said, Milo got his vasectomy?

01:16:59 - 01:17:01 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. That's what I was going to say.

01:17:02 - 01:17:13 | Speaker 1:

So let's rank your children on your favorite scale based on sleeping. How does Sebastian sleep compared to Cecily and Milo?

01:17:15 - 01:17:19 | Speaker 2:

He is, as of right now or when they were a baby, too?

01:17:19 - 01:17:22 | Speaker 1:

The same time. Yeah, same time if you remember how they were.

01:17:22 - 01:17:30 | Speaker 2:

uh cecily slept pretty well milo didn't sleep at all sebastian's like second so i would say

01:17:30 - 01:17:37 | Speaker 1:

cecily was the best cecily's your favorite sebastian and now milo he's got to pick it up a

01:17:37 - 01:17:42 | Speaker 2:

little bit yeah and then milo yeah yeah he's got that game up a little bit how are the kids how

01:17:42 - 01:17:48 | Speaker 1:

are the kids doing how are cecily and milo adjusting to having a little brother cecily

01:17:48 - 01:18:11 | Speaker 2:

is a oh my like instantly that's her baby like she turned into a mom almost instantly like it was like a light switch i've never seen anything like it um i'm sure every older kid does this but it was she went from like like loving the idea to where can i do where can i help what can i do how do i what do you need can i carry the baby i want to hold the baby uh milo does not care

01:18:11 - 01:18:18 | Speaker 1:

i get it you know it's like who is this alien that just walked into my house you know yeah

01:18:18 - 01:18:45 | Speaker 2:

yeah yeah it's the cat to him like oh you know okay wait how's the cat doing how is uh sweetie doing sweet kind of the same uh came up and and smelled the smelled sebastian really quick and then now is it's just like running around like everything's normal nothing's different we the concern about the bassinet or whatever was silly. I don't even know why we even had that conversation because it was stupid.

01:18:45 - 01:18:46 | Speaker 1:

That's a good topic, though.

01:18:47 - 01:18:52 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, but you know what I mean? I don't know why people worry about that and why people think about that. It's not that big of a deal.

01:18:52 - 01:19:00 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. And as far as mom, most importantly, we should have asked that right off the bat, how is mom doing?

01:19:01 - 01:19:25 | Speaker 2:

She's doing great, man. She's doing really, really well. We got a little stir-crazy this weekend, and she wanted to get out of the house and I keep saying hey maybe we should dial it back and she's like let's go she wants to walk around and go we went and visited her mother and some other people this Saturday or Sunday and she just had the baby Thursday she feels

01:19:25 - 01:19:56 | Speaker 1:

wow that's I know she looks amazing it's funny we were so Friday Chelsea and I were you know getting ready to leave town for this wedding that we went to and we were looking at the pictures that you were sending us and some of the pictures that we were posting you can go see up on our Instagram and Facebook and Chelsea said that she has never seen a new mom look as good as Allie looks it's so annoying so first off she's she's gorgeous to begin with but she has got the mom

01:19:56 - 01:19:59 | Speaker 3:

glow I know and it looked like she had a perfect blowout after

01:20:00 - 01:20:08 | Speaker 1:

her baby like whose hair looks that good after giving birth uh that's very nice she would love

01:20:08 - 01:20:12 | Speaker 2:

to hear that she just took cecily to school but she was oh that's cute that's awesome wait five

01:20:12 - 01:20:22 | Speaker 1:

minutes and say it again oh hopefully she maybe she's got the radio on or something she's listening i actually texted her that but i use a lot more curse words like how blanking dare you well my

01:20:22 - 01:20:52 | Speaker 2:

favorite thing favorite thing in the world is maybe two hours after this baby's born i get a text for Megan, hey, just so you know, Instacart's on the way. And I'm like, what are you talking about? All of a sudden, D-Wayne shows up to our door and has a huge, like the size of Milo, size of Prosecco waiting for Allie, this huge bottle of Prosecco that she had delivered to Allie in the delivery room or in the hospital room. And Allie couldn't have been more excited to grab the phone.

01:20:52 - 01:20:59 | Speaker 1:

Well, I felt really bad because I've been drinking in front of Allie most of her pregnancy. And I said, what do you want? And she goes, Prosecco.

01:20:59 - 01:21:00 | Speaker 2:

And I go, I got you.

01:21:02 - 01:21:22 | Speaker 1:

And you're home with, by the way, I called Sebastian Sergio this morning when we started off the show. For some reason, I forgot the name for a second there, but it's Sebastian Emanuel. And I call him Sergio. So he's got an alias with the listeners texting in right now. But you're home with Sebastian and Milo?

01:21:23 - 01:21:31 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, right now I am, yeah. Milo is doing dominoes. I don't know where we even got dominoes from, but we have dominoes apparently. And Sebastian is sleeping.

01:21:32 - 01:21:34 | Speaker 1:

Hey, how are we shortening Sebastian?

01:21:35 - 01:22:02 | Speaker 2:

Is it basketball? It's okay. That's a no. So I was going to call, I call Milo my guy. And so I was like, well, I could call Sebastian because the initials were C, my C-man. And then I said it out loud. You can't say it. Yeah, let's not start there. I can't do that. I don't have a nickname necessarily yet. Okay. Bass is okay. What did you say, Bash? Bash. Yeah, it's okay. I don't know.

01:22:03 - 01:22:08 | Speaker 1:

I think Sebastian is such a cool name. That is such a great name. And Emmanuel is an even cooler middle name.

01:22:09 - 01:22:13 | Speaker 2:

I don't have a nickname yet. Did you have a nickname with all your kids?

01:22:14 - 01:22:58 | Speaker 1:

We had, well, yeah, Lukey Pookie. What did we call Joey? Joey, oh, God, what was it? Grandma did it. Grandma called him JoJo. and Joey God I don't remember what it was Jacob was Nakey Jakey because he never put his clothes on he literally would run around the neighborhood naked so I think that they'll fall into their nicknames as you go along and usually sometimes your nickname is go to effing bed so right and give us some sleep Mike we're so happy for you I know you're going to be taking a little bit of time, but we're going to check in with you from time to time if you're cool with that.

01:22:59 - 01:23:05 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, yes, I love that. Thank you. And thank you guys for all the love and text and support and stuff. I appreciate you guys so much. It wasn't for you.

01:23:05 - 01:23:06 | Speaker 1:

It was for Allie. I know.

01:23:07 - 01:23:08 | Speaker 2:

I fully know that.

01:23:08 - 01:23:09 | Speaker 1:

Anything you need, let us know.

01:23:10 - 01:23:11 | Speaker 2:

All right. Love you guys. All right. Love you, buddy.

01:23:11 - 01:25:00 | Speaker 1:

Take care of yourself. Bye. Bye. It's Mojo on the morning show. So we went to our niece's wedding over the weekend, and it was really fun. So congratulations to Madeline and Drew. they got married i've never seen a couple that loves each other as much as them yuck yeah actually i've never seen a groom dance the entire night he danced so much the entire night that he never even tried any of the food or any of the other stuff that was there like the he i think he got a taste of the cake and by the end of the night it was like this guy is like he was like crazy he was like really into it really good dancer so let me say this to you there so they gave their dj specific um you know hey we don't care if you know the fat ants don't know how to dance to these songs we want these songs like they didn't do the whole let's just play you know whatever like uh old you know old music the oldest song i think that was played was whitney houston's i want to dance with somebody which honestly i loved i thought that was the greatest you know you do but it was all it was like Tupac Biggie um Kanye uh I mean Jay-Z Beyonce like it was really honestly the it was it was like it was like stuff that we play on throwback throwdowns and stuff and it was just so much fun we had such a good time but at one part of the wedding because it was a smaller wedding some of the nephews started getting a little antsy that there were no single girls there and you guys all know this that every wedding that you go to every guy thinks that they're gonna like hook up with somebody at a wedding yeah there's there's something about weddings that you think that you're gonna hook up with like the bridesmaid or something like that and unfortunately the bridesmaids had boyfriends and stuff so one of my nephews antonio who is like 20

01:25:00 - 01:26:05 | Speaker 3:

21 or something like that in his 20s he is from Mexico he's my brother Bill's son my brother Bill owns a restaurant in Puerto Vallarta called Barcelona Tapas his son kind of fell in line with the same career kind of like how Joe did with radio with me his son went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and he's a chef at a restaurant in Manhattan so he's actually works in Manhattan he's a great looking guy he's got an accent believe it or not somebody that is my relative because we're cuban i don't have an accent he walks up to you and i'll go hello uncle tom and i'm like where did that come from and he's like well i lived in mexico then he gets out of the accent to tell me no so so so he was sitting there going i need to like see some good looking girls that aren't like related to me like my cousin because we're not that kind of a family right we're not in west virginia yeah yeah so he goes to a like one of the bars or one of the other banquet rooms or whatever that they had at the hotel and i guess he started flirting with these girls well he comes back with these girls and if you know anything about miami miami has the

01:26:05 - 01:26:11 | Speaker 4:

prettiest people in the world i hate it it's actually gross how hot people are i'll be honest

01:26:11 - 01:26:23 | Speaker 3:

with you like i have no interest in ever going to miami other than to visit my sister and my brother-in-law and my niece but it because people there don't look like me like they like i like As soon as I'm walking around, they're like, Michigan.

01:26:24 - 01:26:25 | Speaker 2:

I'm like, hey, what's happening?

01:26:26 - 01:27:11 | Speaker 3:

So my nephew comes back with these two really, really attractive girls. And then I'm looking behind them, and there's other people that are there. And I'm like, who are those people? There's two women that are with him. And so he's talking to them, and he's kind of hanging out, and the four of them are all over in the corner. And Luke looks and goes, I got to ask them a question. So my son Luke, who is 18 years old, goes over and walks over, And he starts cracking up laughing And he comes walking over to us After talking for a little bit Luke was suspicious That these girls Might not be saying who they are Or really saying who they really are So he asked them What year they were born and how old they were And the girls were only 15 years old

01:27:11 - 01:27:14 | Speaker 2:

Yeah

01:27:14 - 01:27:18 | Speaker 3:

Yeah So not a good situation

01:27:18 - 01:27:20 | Speaker 2:

But here

01:27:21 - 01:27:37 | Speaker 3:

Wait, what is that noise to? Is that Law and Order? Is that the Law and Order thing? Oh, my God, I got it. I was good with that. So, yes, this was definitely a case of Law and Order SVU. So, okay, so.

01:27:38 - 01:27:45 | Speaker 2:

In the criminal justice system. Right. Especially anus. In New York City, the dedicated... I've got to stop.

01:27:46 - 01:28:17 | Speaker 3:

So, their moms were with them. So explain this to me. The moms, now nothing happened. He was talking to them. They came to the party. First off, people coming to a wedding that is not their wedding is kind of interesting. Like people bringing people to the wedding, which I know people have wedding crashed before. But the moms, they were Miami moms, were trying to set their daughters who were 15 up with this 21-year-old guy, this 21-year-old chef.

01:28:18 - 01:28:24 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, but how fancy. was this wedding because if i see paychecks in my future it was a nice wedding i mean it wasn't

01:28:24 - 01:28:40 | Speaker 3:

like it wasn't like crazy miami like some of the ones that i'm sure that other people were going to i mean we were wearing you know pretty casual clothes but who are the moms who are these moms of these teenage girls that are trying to set their daughters up with older people like older

01:28:40 - 01:28:46 | Speaker 4:

guys these are the same moms that put their kids in those toddlers and tiara pageants are they yeah

01:28:46 - 01:28:53 | Speaker 3:

Are these the same moms that are just basically, I hate to use it for lack of better words, but whoring their children out?

01:28:53 - 01:28:55 | Speaker 1:

They probably grew up and lived the same lifestyle.

01:28:56 - 01:28:56 | Speaker 3:

Really?

01:28:57 - 01:28:57 | Speaker 1:

They probably don't know any different.

01:28:58 - 01:29:07 | Speaker 3:

See, I don't buy that. I believe that they weren't the cool moms and they want their daughters to be the cool people. Which one would you think it would be more of?

01:29:08 - 01:29:10 | Speaker 1:

I feel like some of this stuff is learned behavior.

01:29:11 - 01:29:11 | Speaker 3:

Really?

01:29:11 - 01:29:15 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. They've passed their prime.

01:29:15 - 01:29:59 | Speaker 3:

and now they're utilizing their daughter's youthfulness. Here's what I'm thinking, Kev. I'm thinking this is like a Kardashian thing, like Kris Jenner doing this with her daughters or something. Hey, what's up? This is Kim Kardashian, and you're listening to Mojo in the Morning. These moms seemed very Kris Jenner-y to me. They weren't Kris Jenner's age. They were younger moms. Honestly, if I was Antonio, I would have been hitting on the moms. The moms were actually hotter than the daughters. But the daughters looked the same age as the moms. And I can't tell you guys how weird it is sometimes when I'll see these parents that will take their kids to like center court of the mall and try to like do the whole Disney I want to be a star thing. And I sit there and I think to myself, I'm like going, do you understand that?

01:30:00 - 01:30:55 | Speaker 1:

That's like basically going to the carnival at St. Mary's and trying to set your daughter up with a carny, you know? They're 15. Yeah. What are you trying to do? 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548 is our telephone number, or text is 95500. It was extremely awkward to see the girls after I found out from Luke. And by the way, props to my son Luke. Give it up to Luke. that luke is asking the right questions are you legal let's start here how old are you i think i've done good with luke on this one what's going on sydney hi i got a call from lydia i told her that they could have been gypsies oh really oh is that your text 810 yeah that's me wait so why do you think that these uh the mom and the kids could have been gypsies um well i used to watch tlc all

01:30:55 - 01:31:01 | Speaker 2:

the time and like the gypsy girls they had to be virgins so like they would always get their kids

01:31:01 - 01:31:12 | Speaker 1:

out young really so that's a thing they'll take them out and they'll try to find somebody like by going to nice places do they do that like it like this was a place in miami in downtown miami

01:31:12 - 01:31:23 | Speaker 2:

oh yeah like they want the nice place because they want their kids you know it'll be set up with money but yeah like all the gypsies have to like be married off by like a certain age or They're, like, unwantable.

01:31:23 - 01:31:28 | Speaker 1:

Wow. Well, these girls were young. They're 15. They got plenty of years left. Somebody just called it.

01:31:28 - 01:31:31 | Speaker 3:

I don't know if some of them get married by, like, 16. Really? Yes.

01:31:31 - 01:31:34 | Speaker 1:

What? In our country? Come on. Yes. That happens?

01:31:34 - 01:31:36 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, but I think we call them travelers now.

01:31:36 - 01:31:40 | Speaker 1:

Well, somebody just said they're sack chasers. Is that what it is? They're sack chasers?

01:31:40 - 01:31:42 | Speaker 3:

Like, is that, like, go digging?

01:31:42 - 01:31:46 | Speaker 1:

Well, I think that they're trying to get them in the sack, and then, I don't know. Is that what it is?

01:31:46 - 01:31:55 | Speaker 3:

I don't know, but if you're. I think you guys are looking at it the wrong way, because if I'm a girl and I get invited to crash a wedding i'm not there to like hook up with anybody i'm there for the cake

01:31:55 - 01:32:55 | Speaker 1:

they did have a good cake they had a gluten-free cake too which was wild because my niece is gluten-free so all the food and everything was gluten-free it's so funny because i didn't even notice like you know the the these girls walking in at first and it was noticed by i think joe noticed it at first and said something and then i'm like well i'm sorry i'm too busy right now I'm trying, like, my 12th gluten-free thing that I'm trying to eat at this particular time and not trying to, you know, to spend too much time doing anything crazy. But, all right, Mojo in the Morning. Can I move on from this? Yeah, I'm going to move on from this right now. I want the big story about Megan's dad. Yes. All right, Mojo in the Morning show. Megan's got big news about Scott Mick, a.k.a. best dad in the world. Hopefully you're getting him a great gift for Father's Day.

01:32:55 - 01:33:14 | Speaker 3:

Absolutely not. I refuse to get my dad anything for Father's Day this year because he has taken so much from me. He has taken my future inheritance check, and I could not be more devastated than I am in this moment because my father had the audacity yesterday to tell me that he had a lady friend.

01:33:16 - 01:33:17 | Speaker 1:

Your dad's got a girlfriend?

01:33:18 - 01:34:20 | Speaker 3:

Yep. Wow. Let's go. I don't know if we're calling her a girlfriend. I really don't know. I just know that he has a friend that he sees more often than normal friends. How did you find out? He sat us down like we were going to faint yesterday. He took us out and was like, I need to sit down and get some information. And the funny part about this was he was acting like we didn't already know. Because I love my father more than anybody in the entire world We are very close But the man has patterns He's got a system to his life He has routines He likes things a certain way And when this man started getting haircuts every single week I said, aha, aha I think there's somebody doing it Do I sense a little aha? Aha Really? Aha Yeah And I couldn't believe the fact that he was like You guys, I have some news There's a new person in my life And I went Wait is that how he told you

01:34:20 - 01:34:20 | Speaker 1:

And your brother

01:34:20 - 01:34:31 | Speaker 3:

Absolutely Because you know what just happened I don't have travel hotel miles Or frequent flyer miles anymore Because guess who's going to start traveling again Not me

01:34:31 - 01:34:37 | Speaker 1:

I have so many questions to ask First and foremost Did he show you a picture

01:34:37 - 01:34:43 | Speaker 3:

No he refuses to What's worse is I said Okay when do I get to meet her

01:34:43 - 01:34:50 | Speaker 1:

Bring Kev up to speed, by the way, because Kev is new to the show. Bring him up to speed. So your dad raised you since you were, what, a teenage girl, right?

01:34:50 - 01:34:53 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I was like 14 when he became a single dad.

01:34:53 - 01:34:59 | Speaker 1:

Your mom took off. Your dad stepped up and became dad and mom at that time.

01:34:59 - 01:34:59 | Speaker 3:

Absolutely.

01:35:00 - 01:35:18 | Speaker 2:

And dad, Megan, by the way, Kev, has a brother. His name is Sean. Yep. He's a little bit younger than Megan. No, he's older than Megan, but looks younger. Yeah, it's really annoying. And her dad, he has dated before, but he had to be very secretive about it, right?

01:35:18 - 01:35:47 | Speaker 4:

He had one girlfriend before that he would hide from us for a long time. He would go take phone calls in the garage and say it was work calls at 7 o'clock at night. Because, you know, that's normal work hours. Um, but we eventually met her and they were together for quite a while, but this is like his second relationship, I think, in like a really long time because he's just been focused on him. And remember, Mojo, I was telling you, my dad is in like the prime of his life right now. Yeah. He's got this swanky new apartment.

01:35:48 - 01:35:52 | Speaker 2:

He lives in downtown Toledo, so he's got his own little high rise apartment.

01:35:52 - 01:35:59 | Speaker 4:

He's got like this, this active social life like I've never seen before. He lost a ton of weight.

01:35:59 - 01:36:02 | Speaker 2:

That's when I thought he was definitely dating

01:36:02 - 01:36:12 | Speaker 4:

Uh huh But I think she's younger too So I'm really upset about this Because I said this woman is about to take Every single dollar I've worked so hard for

01:36:12 - 01:36:42 | Speaker 2:

As long as she's not a 15 year old gypsy I think you'll be alright Actually Kev here's the thing Megan would rather have her be a 15 year old gypsy Then guess what Dad goes to jail Megan gets all the money So Megan doesn't want her dad dating because Megan wants her dad to keep the money for her when something happens. But instead, dad's got himself a little boo thing going here.

01:36:42 - 01:36:46 | Speaker 4:

I have no 401k. It's just scottmick.com.

01:36:46 - 01:37:24 | Speaker 2:

Okay, so question for you. And this, by the way, is a question also for those people that have like an older parent that, you know, like you're grown and raised. Are they normally this secretive on things Like do they keep it from you Or because I know And actually I think that this is interesting When you like when Shannon started dating She didn't bring Wes around You know Lucy and Smith right away Until she knew it was a really Good relationship Do parents of kids who are older Do the same thing too Or do they bring like somebody in and out Like do we know how long possibly these two Have been together

01:37:24 - 01:37:42 | Speaker 4:

I think a few weeks, I think. Really? Maybe a few months. But here's the thing. He's introducing her to family tomorrow, just not my brother and I. So she's going to meet aunts and uncles, but not the kids.

01:37:42 - 01:37:45 | Speaker 2:

He doesn't feel comfortable because he's worried about what you're going to say.

01:37:45 - 01:37:48 | Speaker 4:

We're going to ruin it for him intentionally because I want the money.

01:37:48 - 01:38:02 | Speaker 2:

You're the final boss in this game. Does she know if you, I mean, I don't know if you asked your dad this, but does your dad's new girlfriend know about you and your brother? And does she know that you are on the radio and stuff?

01:38:02 - 01:38:04 | Speaker 3:

She knows about us.

01:38:04 - 01:38:04 | Speaker 2:

Really?

01:38:05 - 01:38:09 | Speaker 3:

And I'm pretty sure her office listens to us. Oh, really?

01:38:10 - 01:38:13 | Speaker 4:

So I'd like to meet you. My dad is keeping you from me.

01:38:14 - 01:38:31 | Speaker 2:

Everyone's huddling around listening. There's a question I have to ask. If her office is listening, she might have said something to people in the office like, hey, I'm dating the legendary Scott Mick from the Mojo in the Morning show. I'm dating Megan Mick's dad.

01:38:31 - 01:38:38 | Speaker 4:

I'm also worried for her. Like, is she okay? Does she know that she has other options? I want her office to call in.

01:38:38 - 01:38:43 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Kelly, are you there for this big news? Megan's dad's got a girlfriend.

01:38:44 - 01:38:48 | Speaker 1:

I am. That's crazy. Sorry, Megan. No, it's not okay

01:38:48 - 01:38:51 | Speaker 2:

What happened to you, Kelly?

01:38:52 - 01:39:14 | Speaker 1:

I'm in my 30s About 15 years ago My dad told my sisters and I That he had a girlfriend And it was his first serious girlfriend Since my parents had gotten divorced When I was like 11 So we don't know that it's super serious And then suddenly I'm sitting at work one day And my aunt texts me Hey, your dad is getting married today

01:39:14 - 01:39:16 | Speaker 2:

Oh boy

01:39:16 - 01:39:23 | Speaker 1:

And so my sisters and I found out through a text message that my dad and stepmom were getting married.

01:39:24 - 01:39:26 | Speaker 2:

That's crazy. Kelly, how did you feel?

01:39:27 - 01:39:36 | Speaker 1:

I was angry at the time. And I called him and was like, what, can I come? And he goes, no, it's private.

01:39:36 - 01:39:53 | Speaker 2:

Kelly, can I tell you something? That exact same thing happened to me. So my mom passed when I was 14. My dad started dating a little over a year later. and within like a year of dating my dad ended up getting married to the woman that he was dating

01:39:53 - 01:39:59 | Speaker 1:

who happened to be somebody he worked with and yeah they worked together oh my gosh no way

01:40:00 - 01:41:03 | Speaker 2:

to hear the craziest part of the whole thing my sisters and i went to mass we went to like noon mass and the mass ended at one there was a wedding on a sunday and we were like oh wow this is wild there's a wedding on a sunday in catholic faith you know there was really never weddings on sundays right yeah it was my dad's wedding that's and you were there we just left went in our car and left My dad and his new wife ended up showing up later, got married. My friend, actually, one of my buddies, his little brother was one of the altar servers at my dad's wedding. I found out from the priest that did not marry him because he refused to marry him. One of the priests at our parish would not marry my dad unless he invited us. He did not invite us to the wedding. Why? Because my dad did not like the reaction that my sisters gave to my dad dating. So he kind of took it out on everybody And honestly he was a little immature on the whole deal But if Scott Mick is listening I got a perfect wedding planner

01:41:03 - 01:41:03 | Speaker 4:

For you

01:41:03 - 01:41:14 | Speaker 2:

What do you want Megan What do you want your dad to do What's your hope with this I know that you actually joke about the whole idea That you don't want your dad dating

01:41:14 - 01:42:06 | Speaker 4:

Oh absolutely My biggest fear for my dad was that he was going to be alone I'm so ecstatic for him It is not even funny that man is the best man in the entire world and deserves to have the partner he wants to travel with and enjoy his life like i feel like he's in this new phase like this new chapter and he for a long time has only cared about honestly me my brother and his parents and his siblings like and that's really it and he did not care i don't think about himself for a very very long time And so I think it's about damn time That he focused on himself And not his needs His wants And his wants are valid And should be celebrated And I am so freaking excited for him Who took Megan from us I know it's weird I actually care about my family And don't actually want his money

01:42:06 - 01:42:09 | Speaker 2:

You know can I say this to you though Oh no

01:42:09 - 01:42:10 | Speaker 4:

Who knew

01:42:10 - 01:42:17 | Speaker 2:

It's good to have Like I forgave my dad And I was happy that my dad had somebody Because then I didn't have to take care of him You know what I mean

01:42:17 - 01:42:27 | Speaker 4:

No, but I feel like I have taken so much from my father, and he so willingly gave that, like, it's so, so, so rewarding to see him thrive.

01:42:27 - 01:42:30 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's awesome. That's great to hear. What's up, Tasha?

01:42:31 - 01:42:33 | Speaker 5:

Good morning, guys.

01:42:33 - 01:42:34 | Speaker 2:

What's going on?

01:42:35 - 01:42:43 | Speaker 5:

Well, when I was in high school, my dad actually secretly got married at the courthouse.

01:42:44 - 01:42:49 | Speaker 2:

Really? Yeah. Wow, and how did you guys find out about it?

01:42:49 - 01:43:10 | Speaker 5:

Well, I found out because one of our teachers at Christmas had questioned me about it, and I had no clue what she was talking about. So when I got home from school that day, my dad actually had a nerve to deny it.

01:43:10 - 01:43:26 | Speaker 3:

No, he didn't. Yep. But, like, how long can you even deny that for? That's such a weird thing to deny. Well, she denied it for about a month because she got drunk and still did it.

01:43:26 - 01:43:31 | Speaker 2:

Wow, that's amazing. And do you forgive your dad for that? Are you guys in a good relationship now?

01:43:32 - 01:43:36 | Speaker 5:

Not with him, but with her, we're pretty civil.

01:43:36 - 01:43:48 | Speaker 2:

Okay. Yeah, well, that's too bad. You know, that's too bad when it comes to that. Uh, and they, you know, parents will act almost more immature than, than, you know, younger kids

01:43:48 - 01:44:33 | Speaker 1:

would act. Uh, what's up, Jim? Hey, I found out that my dad was married, um, by a picture hanging on a wall at his house. Really? I was living in Michigan and, uh, he lived in Florida and I came down to visit and he was working. So I got kind of there early. I didn't know that he had somebody significant didn't know he was seeing anybody nothing and uh so i'm i'm there he's still at work i'm unpacking i look on the wall and i see a picture of him and his talks woman in a wedding gown and i'm like hmm i didn't get invited to that party for some reason geez and it was their

01:44:33 - 01:44:49 | Speaker 2:

wedding man it was their wedding yeah sorry to hear about that by the way when i first picked you up i thought you were actually scott mick megan's dad you kind of have a similar sounding voice you do i thought to myself i'm like oh my god look at this uh no but sorry that's crazy

01:44:49 - 01:44:59 | Speaker 1:

yeah and you know it was kind of kind of a weird thing and he they chose to get married on super bowl sunday so i'm not sure i uh i'm not sure i missed much

01:45:00 - 01:45:07 | Speaker 3:

Now that I think about it, I'm going to go back and see what Super Bowl that was. Yeah, maybe it was a better game.

01:45:08 - 01:45:08 | Speaker 2:

Exactly.

01:45:09 - 01:45:10 | Speaker 3:

If I missed out on anything.

01:45:11 - 01:45:21 | Speaker 2:

Thank you for the call, Jim. I appreciate it. This is pretty wild. Rachel found out that her dad had a girlfriend because where did dad introduce you to his girlfriend?

01:45:21 - 01:45:28 | Speaker 3:

I had just got done having a C-section with my son. No. And he brought her.

01:45:28 - 01:45:30 | Speaker 2:

He brought her to the hospital

01:45:30 - 01:45:51 | Speaker 3:

And she posted a picture Of my son And cut my mom out of it Because my mom was holding him Oh my god Hold my infant But yeah she posted a picture Cut my mom's head off On Facebook And tagged my dad in it About her new grandchild

01:45:51 - 01:45:53 | Speaker 2:

Oh my god Did he end up marrying this woman?

01:45:54 - 01:46:00 | Speaker 3:

No not yet And hopefully it never happens I can't stand her to this day, and it's been almost six years.

01:46:01 - 01:46:06 | Speaker 2:

Wow, that's crazy. That's crazy. Now, he did the whole picture thing, or she did the picture thing?

01:46:07 - 01:46:08 | Speaker 3:

She took the picture.

01:46:08 - 01:46:09 | Speaker 2:

Oh, that's crazy.

01:46:09 - 01:46:10 | Speaker 3:

And she cut my mom's head off.

01:46:10 - 01:46:17 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. By the way, dad should be careful, because that woman is going to cut some other things off of your dad if he doesn't marry her.

01:46:17 - 01:46:23 | Speaker 3:

Oh, she's crazy. She's crazy. Yeah, my dad is, like, stuck with her until he moves out of his own house.

01:46:23 - 01:46:47 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Megan's not that crazy if Scott and Mick's new girlfriend's listening. I just want you to know that. Megan, she'll whip your ass. Stand back. This is Mojo in the Morning. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. Am I the a-hole? Six on sex and War of the Roses all this morning. Right now, Megan with the Dirty on the 30 filling in for Shannon, who's off today.

01:46:47 - 01:47:22 | Speaker 4:

So Taylor Swift hasn't publicly spoken about her breakup with Joe Alwyn, which happened back in April. And while she's still not technically talking about it, she is singing about it. Taylor released a new song, You're Losing Me, on her website on Friday. And her fans, of course, are digging into the lyrics, looking for any clues. In this song, she sings, Do I throw out everything we built or keep it? She goes on to say, My heart won't start anymore for you because you're losing me. Her fans think that he actually didn't want to marry her because of these specific lyrics. I'm the best thing at this party, and I wouldn't marry me either.

01:47:22 - 01:47:23 | Speaker 2:

What's the name of the song?

01:47:23 - 01:47:25 | Speaker 4:

This song is called You're Losing Me.

01:47:25 - 01:47:35 | Speaker 2:

All right, hold on. I was playing this one, Kirk. Let me play. Hold on. You're Losing Me. Let me see if it's available. You're, that's Y-O-U apostrophe R-E.

01:47:35 - 01:47:36 | Speaker 4:

That is correct.

01:47:37 - 01:47:38 | Speaker 2:

You're losing me.

01:47:38 - 01:47:40 | Speaker 4:

We work on radio. Grammar isn't expected.

01:47:41 - 01:47:46 | Speaker 2:

You're losing me. I don't see it on the iHeart app yet.

01:47:46 - 01:47:46 | Speaker 4:

Right, which is why.

01:47:47 - 01:47:52 | Speaker 2:

Oh, no, I know. I just want to see if we, sometimes we put stuff on there sooner than later.

01:47:52 - 01:47:54 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think it's just on her website right now.

01:47:55 - 01:47:55 | Speaker 2:

All right, well.

01:47:56 - 01:48:06 | Speaker 4:

So. Is it good? Bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop, bloop. I mean, I'm sure the Swifties love it. She's like one of those artists that if she puts out a song, nobody's going to say it's bad.

01:48:06 - 01:48:10 | Speaker 2:

See, here's the thing that I really want. I want to know what caused the split of those two.

01:48:11 - 01:48:20 | Speaker 4:

Well, it sounds like he didn't want to marry her. That's what she said caused the split. I don't do it. Yeah, I mean, if he says, hey, I don't want to get married. Somebody cheated.

01:48:21 - 01:48:21 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

01:48:22 - 01:48:41 | Speaker 4:

Well, she kind of alludes to the fact that she showed the real version of her saying, I'm the best thing at this party. I wouldn't marry me either. A pathological people pleaser who only wanted you to see her. So it looks like he probably just wasn't paying attention to her and then didn't like the real version of her and then said, I don't want to marry you. That would end a relationship.

01:48:41 - 01:48:47 | Speaker 2:

I was kind of hoping that she cheated on him just so that we can get it. All right.

01:48:47 - 01:49:28 | Speaker 4:

So, speaking of Taylor Swift, she's got a really famous song. It's called Cornelia Street. That was how I was playing it. Yeah, she wrote it while she was living on Cornelia Street in New York City. And that property is now up for grabs. Now, she lived there for just over a year. She rented the place in 2016, four-bedroom, 5,500-square-feet townhouse, right? The place, you can get it if you have $45,000 a month to rent. Tack on another five grand if you want the place furnished. If you want to buy it, it's a measly $18 million, although it does have an indoor swimming pool, so that price seems absolutely worth it. $18 million?

01:49:28 - 01:49:30 | Speaker 2:

I have the You're Losing Me song. You want to hear it?

01:49:31 - 01:49:31 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

01:49:31 - 01:49:36 | Speaker 2:

All right. Hold on. Stand by. We do have it on the iHeart thing here. Hold on. Hold on.

01:49:39 - 01:50:00 | Speaker 1:

You say I don't understand, and I say I know you don't. We thought a cure would come through in time, now I fear it won't Remember look

01:50:00 - 01:50:28 | Speaker 3:

Looking at this room, we loved it because of the light. Now I just sit in the dark and wonder if it's time. Do I throw out everything we built or keep it? I'm getting tired even for a phoenix. Always rising from the ashes. Mending all the glasses.

01:50:28 - 01:50:29 | Speaker 2:

Where's the cheating part?

01:50:30 - 01:50:44 | Speaker 3:

You might just have dealt the final blow. Stop. You're losing me. Stop. You're losing me.

01:50:45 - 01:50:47 | Speaker 4:

All right. I can't listen to anything.

01:50:47 - 01:50:48 | Speaker 2:

You're losing me. She was losing us.

01:50:49 - 01:50:49 | Unknown:

Yes.

01:50:50 - 01:50:50 | Speaker 4:

All right.

01:50:51 - 01:51:49 | Speaker 2:

Billie Eilish rose to fame while dressing in her own very unique and actually quite conservative style. And in the past few years, she continues to dress that way while performing on stage. But when she hits the red carpet, she's been dressing in, like, a more feminine and more fitted clothing. That has led to some of her following to call her a sellout. And this weekend, she had had enough. She decided to clap back on her Insta stories, writing, I spent the first five years of my career getting absolutely obliterated by you fools for being boyish and dressing how I did and constantly being told I'd be hotter if I acted like a woman. And now when I feel comfortable enough To wear anything remotely feminine or fitting I changed and I'm a sellout And what happened to her? Oh my god it's not the same Billie She's just like the rest blah blah blah blah blah You guys are true idiots I can be both you effing bozos Let women exist God I love her Could she be more right? I don't think so Also this is such a good song All the good girls go to hell

01:51:49 - 01:51:56 | Speaker 3:

Cause even God herself Has an amazing

01:51:56 - 01:52:35 | Speaker 2:

Alright, one quick one. There doesn't seem to be any trouble with one of Hollywood's newest A-list blended families. After a recent Disney outing, you might have spotted Jennifer Garner. She took her daughter with her ex, Ben Affleck, to Disneyland in California on Sunday, but she also took the daughter of Jennifer Lopez. as Ben Affleck's current wife. The blended family was spotted together and joined the amusement park. Jennifer Garner occasionally parlaying to act as a photographer for the group of kids. Remember, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez reunited and were married in Las Vegas last year. But it seems like co-parenting seems to be working out. Kids seem to be getting along. It seems to be a win.

01:52:35 - 01:52:37 | Speaker 4:

I kind of like when people don't get along.

01:52:38 - 01:52:44 | Speaker 2:

To be fair, if I was her, I would not get along with Ben. He seems like the biggest douche.

01:52:44 - 01:52:55 | Speaker 4:

I just think I don't know I know that people Want the kids To be healthy And everything Yeah I get it I think that That's wonderful But I kind of like The drama It brings us In the dirty On the 30 And gives us Some good stories

01:52:55 - 01:53:00 | Speaker 2:

I agree You can check out All of today's Dirty By hitting up That dirty page At mojointhemorning.com

01:53:00 - 01:53:19 | Speaker 3:

All right, Mojo in the Morning, it is time now for Am I the A-Hole?

01:53:19 - 01:53:29 | Speaker 4:

We're going to give you a shot to tell a listener whether or not you think what they did is A-Hole material. On the phone with us is Tiffany. Tiffany, are you there?

01:53:30 - 01:53:31 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I'm right here.

01:53:31 - 01:53:35 | Speaker 4:

Hi, Tiffany. Tiffany, am I the a-hole? Will you tell everybody what you did?

01:53:37 - 01:53:45 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. So I made a fake dating profile of another woman to see if my boyfriend would take the bait on social media.

01:53:46 - 01:53:48 | Speaker 4:

Wait. Oh, wow.

01:53:48 - 01:53:48 | Speaker 1:

I like that.

01:53:49 - 01:54:03 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. We've had that before where we've had people that have tried War of the Roses do the exact same thing, and they actually found that the guy actually kind of got interested in this person. What have you found?

01:54:05 - 01:54:09 | Speaker 1:

Well, what I found so far is that he is taking the bait.

01:54:10 - 01:54:10 | Speaker 4:

He is.

01:54:10 - 01:54:15 | Speaker 1:

He is talking to this fake profile woman that I've created.

01:54:15 - 01:54:17 | Speaker 4:

And now you're wondering where do you take it from here?

01:54:17 - 01:54:48 | Speaker 1:

yeah and he's had a history of doing this kind of thing before like on instagram and stuff um which is why i created the profile because i wanted to see if he was still doing it and we had a really good conversation like last month about trust and not being toxic and and being committed you know um virtually um because from what i can tell he's not done anything in person But he's doing stuff on social media, and that makes me really uncomfortable.

01:54:48 - 01:55:00 | Speaker 4:

Okay, so here's the question that you asked was, are you an a-hole for doing what you did by setting up this fake profile? I want to not just have it be that. I want people that.

01:55:00 - 01:55:22 | Speaker 2:

have also done similar things maybe gotten a you know uh fake you know facebook or a finsta you know and tried to catch you know somebody that they knew uh possibly was cheating on them but am i an a-hole i'm not going to say you're an a-hole i'm going to say that you are definitely not because good for you on being able to figure this out you'll be an a-hole if you stick around

01:55:22 - 01:55:53 | Speaker 4:

with this guy oh man Megan your thoughts I think it's very interesting that you said he has a history of this you caught him doing the behavior and you are still together um I think he's definitely the a-hole I think you probably had trust issues but if the pattern was there that's pretty justifiable but I just can't comprehend why you haven't cut things off is she an a-hole for sticking around kind of because i think she puts herself in a a bad position by sticking

01:55:53 - 01:55:59 | Speaker 2:

around and staying with this guy and allowing him to continue to just be using you yeah i mean we've

01:55:59 - 01:56:24 | Speaker 8:

been together for like two and a half years yeah that's no excuse but he wasn't doing this at the beginning of our relationship it just started to come out maybe like a year or so ago um and that was it was there was a lot of other reasons for it um pandemic related sort of stuff but i just feel like i don't know i don't know if i don't think part of me feels like guilty or

01:56:24 - 01:56:33 | Speaker 4:

something you know yeah no but you can't be guilty because if this has been happening for a year in your two and a half year relationship that's nearly half the relationship girl cut off the

01:56:33 - 01:56:44 | Speaker 2:

dead weight shannon is out today otherwise she would probably be telling you uh that you're not an a-hole because i don't like seeing she likes calling people a-holes yeah but cav what do you

01:56:44 - 01:57:12 | Speaker 1:

think i mean people don't change sometimes we stick around long enough to see who they really are now i will now i will say this though you cannot make him be who you want him to be you have to allow him to be who he is and if this is who he is then you have to make the decision of whether or not you're going to accept it and if you're going to accept it then accept it don't make fake pages and try to create this narrative to a story that you already know the ending to

01:57:12 - 01:57:19 | Speaker 2:

very good i like that that's kev who's new to the show and actually gives incredible advice

01:57:19 - 01:57:43 | Speaker 3:

brendan what's up hi good morning uh you know i agree with kevin with what kevin just said uh you gotta have trust and you know you're just talking about not being toxic making another account is pretty toxic i would say so i'm gonna say like in the in the situation he they're both a-holes. Honestly, if he's cheating and she's making the account, it's not going to work out. It's almost like a breakup of makeup, honestly.

01:57:43 - 01:57:46 | Speaker 2:

Good point. Thank you for the call. Liz, what's up?

01:57:47 - 01:57:55 | Speaker 5:

Hi, yeah. I just wanted to call in and say she just needs to dump him and stop making excuses for his poor behavior. And do you agree

01:57:55 - 01:57:57 | Speaker 2:

that if she doesn't, then she's the a-hole?

01:57:58 - 01:58:03 | Speaker 5:

Oh, for sure. Because you're a loud point and...

01:58:04 - 01:58:10 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, we lost you there for a second when you went under a bridge or something what's up britney hey good morning

01:58:10 - 01:58:35 | Speaker 6:

hey what's going on so i heard a term and it kind of threw me for a loop and i wanted to just ask her a question which is i heard her say you know i we had a conversation about being virtually committed and i don't really know what that means i mean i feel like if you commit to somebody in a relationship that you know you have common sense you know what that means there shouldn't have to be several you know different platforms you commit on i feel like if that's what what that means

01:58:35 - 01:58:57 | Speaker 2:

so you when you said virtually committed you didn't mean virtually as in social media or you know virtually online you meant you you i think you were meaning another word weren't you by saying that oh i oh you know what i think i lost her i'm sorry i lost i ended up losing her

01:58:57 - 01:58:58 | Speaker 6:

I'm still here

01:58:58 - 01:59:28 | Speaker 2:

I don't think she meant virtually Virtually I think she meant Social media No she wasn't what'd she say She said what's the word I'm thinking That she was saying something like She said we're pretty Committed but almost she was trying to say virtually Committed just partially partially committed I don't know maybe Maybe I'm wrong and I'm misguiding it she ended up Hanging up on us because I think we had too many people That were giving her crap about not dumping them What's going on And hey, what's happening, Casey?

01:59:29 - 01:59:52 | Speaker 7:

Hey, so actually this happened to me, which is funny. So like my man was totally unfaithful and cheated on me virtually, you know, through sexting and online kind of stuff. But throughout the years after he decided to change, he tried to like make fake profiles for me and catch me cheating, which is hilarious because I don't do that.

01:59:52 - 01:59:57 | Speaker 2:

Wow. So he actually started suspecting that you were cheating because of his behavior.

01:59:58 - 01:59:59 | Speaker 7:

Yes, which, you know.

02:00:00 - 02:00:32 | Speaker 1:

with anybody else probably would have happened but yeah so it's not even just online stuff he like even created like fake phone numbers somehow and tried to get me and it was just like what the heck what did you do did you leave him no i'm still with him i'm kind of entertaining i don't well the thing is he's not cheating on me like uh he's finally gotten his crap together but um it's just I did leave him at one point this was like he just created another fake troll

02:00:32 - 02:02:15 | Speaker 4:

oh my god we're changing our am I the a-hole it's on you you get out of here seriously you can't give advice if you're not taking your own she likes it am I the a-hole on Casey now we'll do that it is mojo in the morning mojo with shannon megan mike our new guy kev kp lydia good to have you guys here with us for those people that are trying to still figure out uh that we have a new person on the show and his name is kev or kevin you can go check them out on our social media uh kev i have to tell you that i learn a little bit about you day after day and i always feel like i learn right after the show's over with when you sit there and you'll tell shannon and i something so right after the show's over with uh last week shannon was talking about how she was going to uh her son smith's school event and how at the school event she sat next to her uh husband her ex-husband and that yeah that's her name that's by the way that's patented you cannot use it not you can't use it You can use it because you work here, but nobody else can use it. So, Kevin talks to us and says, that's kind of interesting. Because Shannon was saying, you know, that she thought it was really, you know, neat for Smith to be able to look out into the audience and see that the families were there. You know, her whole family was there, you know, and then Andrew's whole family was there, too. And it's nice to see them, you know, looking in the same area. You are a baby daddy. Yeah.

02:02:16 - 02:02:18 | Speaker 3:

Say it like that again, please. Baby daddy.

02:02:20 - 02:02:33 | Speaker 4:

And you say to us, and I'll let you take it from here, but you say to us that when you go to Josiah's school stuff, you actually don't ever sit next to his mom? Facts.

02:02:33 - 02:02:41 | Speaker 2:

First, though, every time you say, new guy Kev, and I'm dating myself, I'm a 90s baby, I just think Amanda Bynes and all that, like, that's me.

02:02:42 - 02:02:45 | Speaker 3:

Like, new guy Kev, that's me. Every time.

02:02:45 - 02:04:25 | Speaker 2:

But yeah, so a little bit of backstory. Josiah's mom and I have never been together. So Josiah has never seen or felt or experienced what it is to have both parents there to love you at the same time, support you at the same time, show up to events at the same time. He's never had that. And he's made mention of it several times. I remember one time when we were deciding what school to take him to, I just had to be like kindergarten or something like that. her and I showed up separately he was with me and immediately when he saw his mom he grabbed both of our hands and got in the middle of us and that's a moment I'll never forget he's always kind of you know long for that and yearn for that so this all comes up because this Saturday and big shout out to the biggest in a game that's what that's a nickname for my son Josiah he uh is really into art and he's into stop motion design and animation and he won the best of show award at the 55th michigan student film festival this saturday that's unbelievable yeah it's pretty dope so this saturday we'll be at the dia he'll go on stage he'll get his award and that whole thing so when shannon was talking about graduation and her was been love that so much immediately i fast forwarded my brain and my life to this saturday and this being such a huge moment in josiah's life i don't want to have happen what happened what's happened years and years and years especially last year when he graduated fourth grade, he walks on stage and he's got to look in both directions to try to see my side of the family and mom's side of the family. And when you get off of the stage, well, who do I run to first? Do I run to mom first? Do I run to dad first? And there's a lot of pressure, I feel like.

02:04:25 - 02:04:27 | Speaker 4:

Who does he typically run to first?

02:04:27 - 02:04:28 | Speaker 2:

Mom.

02:04:28 - 02:04:29 | Speaker 4:

He does, okay.

02:04:29 - 02:04:32 | Speaker 2:

But it depends, though, because it just depends.

02:04:32 - 02:04:35 | Speaker 4:

Do you ever have, like, a candy bar in your hand?

02:04:36 - 02:04:39 | Speaker 2:

Open up my trench coat with all of his favorite things inside.

02:04:39 - 02:04:50 | Speaker 4:

I actually do that with my dogs. To prove to Chelsea that they like me, I'll get treats out of the little jar that she's got of dog treats.

02:04:50 - 02:04:51 | Speaker 2:

You got a finger full of peanut butter?

02:04:51 - 02:04:56 | Speaker 4:

Okay. So you're thinking about sitting next year?

02:04:56 - 02:04:59 | Speaker 2:

I'm ready to be done with the pettiness, man. Like, it's time to.

02:05:00 - 02:05:04 | Speaker 4:

choose joe and whatever we're feeling put it to the side and just like let's just sit together i

02:05:04 - 02:05:26 | Speaker 3:

hate i hate to uh to to call her this because i don't know her name and i don't i want to i don't want her to name well i if only if it's okay with her but can i call her baby mama no i don't like that no how about josiah's mom beautiful there you go josiah's mom so does josiah's mom um want to sit next to you i mean she may not want to sit next to you honestly so i was gonna call

02:05:26 - 02:05:43 | Speaker 4:

her this week and say like hey like how do you feel if we just all sit together yeah and we don't have to lie i don't know if it'll be issues because i feel like we're cordial cord cordial yeah cordially invited that's a big word for us i feel like we're cordial but there is still like

02:05:43 - 02:05:50 | Speaker 3:

that underlining energy that you just you just feel it does uh yours and her families get along

02:05:50 - 02:06:00 | Speaker 4:

with each other because that's got to be something too yeah everybody's cool for the most part like There's no beef, there's no drama. It's just kind of like one of those things where you don't address it, then it doesn't get addressed.

02:06:00 - 02:06:34 | Speaker 3:

Okay, so this is interesting. And by the way, I want to hear both sides of this. I want to hear people that their parents can't sit in the same area together because maybe they just would end up in a fight with each other. Or people that, you know, how you would feel if your families did this because maybe they never have sat by each other. I would love to know that. KP, how does it work in your family with your mom and dad who have been divorced for some time at graduation for your brother? Did dad and mom both stay by each other?

02:06:34 - 02:06:49 | Speaker 1:

No, they do not sit by each other. And honestly, it's been like that since my dad left when she was pregnant. So we do separate things. Plus my mom, like, I mean, dad goes to some things, but mom is basically the cheerleader for everything. She goes to everything. Yeah.

02:06:49 - 02:07:03 | Speaker 3:

so would it be weird to you if you looked out in the audience okay you're doing your thing whatever and you looked out and saw them sitting next to each other because i know your mom's got a boyfriend your dad's got a wife too yes yeah so would it be weird if the four of them were sitting

02:07:03 - 02:07:34 | Speaker 1:

by each other um so this actually happened once and it was when i graduated college a couple years ago and both of them yeah and it was a drive-in graduation and it was so awkward because both my mom and dad and me were in the same car and that had not happened in like five years so it was like so interesting and it was like small talk between my mom and dad and and then we're like hey you want to get ice cream after and i'm like heck no that's another layer because after you have

02:07:34 - 02:07:40 | Speaker 4:

these celebratory events like do you guys go celebrate afterwards yeah what do you do by the

02:07:40 - 02:07:50 | Speaker 3:

way that that's interesting that you had to do a drive-thru one because we did so many drive-thru weddings that year remember as a show i could not imagine was he was he in the passenger seat or my

02:07:50 - 02:07:54 | Speaker 1:

dad was in the back and my mom was in the front driving i love your mom's the boss

02:07:54 - 02:08:04 | Speaker 3:

dad you'd be lucky if you were in the trunk right right rob thoughts on this uh say hi to kev

02:08:04 - 02:08:39 | Speaker 2:

and give him some thoughts hey kev thanks bro it's been great hearing you on here um i just want to say it i think it's a good idea to let go of the petty i think it's going to make things better for you easier for you happier for your son i had to do the same thing with my ex-wife so how did you approach that conversation you know it's really hard um i'm i'm the single dad i have my kids she lives out of state um it's taken a lot of work uh i just kind of had to

02:08:39 - 02:08:50 | Speaker 3:

suck it up yeah and just accept her around did did you when this happened have say so in it or

02:08:50 - 02:09:10 | Speaker 2:

she's the one that made the we're gonna sit with each other no um i actually had all to say and um it actually started because my daughter got sick and i i decided it was best to fly her up here and accept her back in our lives and, you know, help, help improve my daughter's situation.

02:09:10 - 02:09:23 | Speaker 3:

Okay. That's good, man. That's, uh, that's tough. Good for you, by the way, on, on, you know, being a solid guy like that. Well, I appreciate it. And I think that, um,

02:09:23 - 02:09:31 | Speaker 2:

it shows a lot for you that you're, you're even debating doing this for your son. And I think it'll make everything better for all of you. That's cool. That's good.

02:09:31 - 02:09:33 | Speaker 3:

Thank you so much, Rob. What's up?

02:09:35 - 02:09:35 | Speaker 4:

Anika.

02:09:35 - 02:09:38 | Speaker 3:

Well, I know, but I think I always screw up your name, don't I?

02:09:38 - 02:09:42 | Speaker 2:

You do, but Kev just said it right, I think. Anika. There we go.

02:09:42 - 02:09:43 | Speaker 3:

Anika.

02:09:43 - 02:09:47 | Speaker 2:

The new guy has it right. That's me.

02:09:47 - 02:09:51 | Speaker 3:

That's me. Okay, Anika, what's going on?

02:09:53 - 02:09:59 | Speaker 2:

Kev, I haven't gotten to talk to you yet, but welcome to the show. Welcome to the craziness.

02:10:00 - 02:10:49 | Speaker 3:

that is mojo in the morning um but i was gonna say i'll just ask her like it can't hurt to just ask her and bring up why you're asking i'm not that's my two-year-old screaming at me in the background um but it can't hurt to ask her to like sit together and just explain why i did not grow up technically with divorced parents or separated parents um although they probably should have been um but my dad wasn't around for a lot of my childhood with traveling for work and stuff and i would have even if they were apart would have loved for them to be at those moments together and not have to look at two different areas of audience to see them and stuff

02:10:49 - 02:11:21 | Speaker 2:

but i really think it can't hurt to ask yeah that's a good point you know what don't don't leave her feel uncomfortable talk ahead of time like you planned on doing and then leave it up to to you know her and just say there's a listen i think everything you said on the air was perfect i would like josiah to look to one spot in the in the room and not to two and i would like him to know that you and i you know can get along with each other okay yeah i mean that's important uh

02:11:21 - 02:11:58 | Speaker 5:

erica hi so um my late husband he actually passed away covid um but he co-parented with his ex on it wasn't the best in the beginning but it was to the point where we would actually do joint birthdays together we would have her side of the family with i'm their stepmother and i still see them to this day i actually they come over to my dad's house my dad's still their grandpa i raised them hayley now is 13 she's in middle school she'll be in high school next year um even with her father passing away i'm welcome always at their home see that's cool and you know

02:11:58 - 02:12:03 | Speaker 2:

what that shows it's good because you guys were good when he was still here right i mean it's

02:12:03 - 02:12:35 | Speaker 5:

oh yeah yeah and his stepdad i couldn't have asked for a better stepdad for them um michael has been there same amount of time as me and he's still there yeah but it wasn't The best in the beginning, but we noticed the more we put our differences aside, jealousy, everything, because that's there. Especially when there's other partners. The kids, it was so much better for them. And honestly, they wouldn't be the kids who they are today with their father dying all of a sudden if they didn't have that kind of, you know, I guess, I don't know how to say it. Figure. Here.

02:12:35 - 02:12:35 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

02:12:35 - 02:12:38 | Speaker 5:

Cool. Like, we just all work together.

02:12:38 - 02:12:39 | Speaker 2:

Good for you guys.

02:12:39 - 02:12:45 | Speaker 5:

He coached their football team with their own stepfather, and then I would help her out while she...

02:12:45 - 02:12:46 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God.

02:12:46 - 02:12:52 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, oh, yeah. We'd be at all the football games together. His stepdad and his father both coached the team together.

02:12:52 - 02:13:05 | Speaker 2:

See, I love to hear that. I love to know that you guys can all do all that stuff together and that the kids can actually go, this is what my normalcy is, right? Hannah or Hannah? Hannah.

02:13:07 - 02:13:08 | Speaker 4:

Hannah, hi.

02:13:08 - 02:13:09 | Speaker 2:

Hey, what's going on?

02:13:09 - 02:13:43 | Speaker 4:

I wanted to say, so I've had divorced parents for 18 years, and my sister and I, we've both had high school, college graduations, and both of our parents have always been there together, and it's been an amazing experience because you don't think about how many boyfriends you have to meet and how many holidays that there are that you want to experience with your whole family because those are memories that will last a lifetime, and you don't want to have to pick a side to see who you're going to quote-unquote love the most because you love them all equally so you want to experience all those memories with the same people i'm so

02:13:43 - 02:14:22 | Speaker 1:

jealous of you because because i think that it's i get very excited for people who can do this because growing up in a split parent um household i know how um it feels when it doesn't play out this way um but i will say there are some advantages and that's doubling up on using and they visit each other for Christmas. But other than that, truly, when it comes to real life things, graduations, proms, whatever it was, I know what it feels to have that lacking. So I do get very jealous of people who say that their parents were able to work it out.

02:14:22 - 02:14:30 | Speaker 2:

And also the struggle on kids to sit there and go, I've got to go to two Christmases. I can only be at one Christmas for a little bit.

02:14:30 - 02:14:48 | Speaker 1:

I joke that, like, oh, you get to pin your parents against each other for better Christmases, which is, in fact, a little bit true. But it does, you're right, it sucks. Like, being out on the roads on holidays and seeing that you're one of the few cars out there because it's your responsibility to travel from parent to parent, it's a lot.

02:14:49 - 02:14:52 | Speaker 2:

Hold on a second. Somebody's on the phone here. Who is this on the phone?

02:14:53 - 02:14:53 | Speaker 1:

Jasmine.

02:14:55 - 02:14:59 | Speaker 2:

Jasmine? Yeah. Who's Jasmine? That's Josiah's mom. Hi, Jasmine.

02:15:00 - 02:15:43 | Speaker 1:

let's just do this now man let's you know what we well we got the iron hot jasmine are you uh first off jasmine how are you hello and welcome we're we're just learning uh about kev so we didn't uh i didn't know who it was when i was picking it up here but this is josiah's mom josiah by the way is a superstar incredibly good looking uh young man you you've done good mom thank you and i don't know if you got to hear the whole first start of this but kevin uh was wondering uh about uh josiah's big day on saturday and kevin yeah so um you know throughout joe's

02:15:43 - 02:16:35 | Speaker 2:

life he's made like mention of you know wanting i guess us to be together or wanting to to be in a situation where he has both parents there to support him equally and at the same time and we've never really sat next to each other for like graduations and big events and moments like that and I immediately thought of his fourth grade graduation where we were like on two totally different sides of the area and just seeing Josiah like have to look on one side and look on the other and then kind of thinking about when he gets off of stage if he has to consider who to run first to it's just a lot of pressure and stuff that I feel like we both are at a point where we can sit next to each other and show that unity for Josiah and I was going to call you either today or tomorrow but we started talking about it on air today I'm like you know let's just call it right now so how would you feel if we sat next to each other whoever comes and supports Josiah but we all have one section this Saturday when

02:16:35 - 02:16:47 | Speaker 3:

he wins his best in show award I would love that actually that's that makes you said a good point too with like having both parents on one side and not knowing where to go like where to go after once he gets off the stage, so, yeah.

02:16:48 - 02:16:51 | Speaker 1:

Although Kevin did admit that you win all the time when he comes off the stage.

02:16:53 - 02:16:54 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah.

02:16:54 - 02:17:08 | Speaker 1:

By the way, it would be Josiah's cheering section. This would be like, you know how in sports, in high schools and stuff like that, you have, like, the home side, the visitor side. You got your Josiah side, right?

02:17:08 - 02:17:09 | Speaker 2:

We're going to be loud for real.

02:17:10 - 02:17:28 | Speaker 1:

Yes. I give you guys a lot of credit. First off, I give you, Jasmine, a lot of credit because I cannot imagine going on a radio show to sit there and answer a question like that. Yes, ma'am. And it didn't sound like you even hesitated for a second. I mean, you knew what you'd want for Josiah.

02:17:28 - 02:17:30 | Speaker 3:

Of course. He liked him first.

02:17:31 - 02:17:37 | Speaker 1:

And I give you a lot of credit, Kevin, for actually growing up and sitting right by her, for God's sakes.

02:17:39 - 02:17:41 | Speaker 3:

Well, Jasmine, is Josiah a mama's boy?

02:17:43 - 02:17:54 | Speaker 1:

Jasmine Is Josiah a mama's boy Megan Is he also A daddy's boy though

02:17:54 - 02:17:58 | Speaker 3:

Yes of course Listen

02:17:58 - 02:18:23 | Speaker 1:

I think that that's awesome that you guys do it I always have commended Shannon and Andrew for The way that they've done a great job of this And I know not every situation is like that And I honestly You know would be, God forbid, probably the petty person if Chelsea and I got divorced and be like, I'm not... Or I'd be sitting next to Chelsea with my 25-year-old girlfriend. Oh, my...

02:18:23 - 02:18:27 | Speaker 3:

Mojo! Mojo, no.

02:18:27 - 02:18:35 | Speaker 1:

But I think you guys are putting the kids first, and I think that it's great that you're doing that. And, Jasmine, thank you for going on with us.

02:18:36 - 02:18:37 | Speaker 3:

Oh, of course. Anytime. Thank you.

02:18:37 - 02:18:41 | Speaker 1:

And we would like to have you back on to play a game of Who Knows Him Best. Yes.

02:18:41 - 02:18:44 | Speaker 3:

Oh yeah Can we do

02:18:44 - 02:18:49 | Speaker 1:

By the way look at him He's taking a drink of water Got a little dry mouth going on here right now

02:18:49 - 02:18:51 | Speaker 2:

We'll be right back

02:18:51 - 02:18:58 | Speaker 1:

Lydia and Misfit Steve Kev I know is into it Let's go

02:18:58 - 02:19:00 | Speaker 2:

We're doing everything else man

02:19:00 - 02:19:59 | Speaker 1:

Real quick Shannon's going to be so mad That she's out of town for one more day And now we're doing shots Tomorrow we definitely got to do Maybe we'll do this This will be a new feature on the show So 930 Shots, it's the 930 Shots. Real quick, if you would like to win tickets to go see all three of these concerts, Taylor Swift, Drake, and Ed Sheeran, you've got to text in right now to win. Text 95500 and text the word SUMMER, S-U-M-M-E-R. Text SUMMER to 95500, standard text, and data rates do apply. Six on Sex is coming up. I promise you we will get that. We'll do it right after the War of the Roses. and we'll get to the War of the Roses right after the Dirty. Let's do a shot. What do we got? We got cops? Are we toasting? I like it too. We're doing it in a coffee cup. Are we toasting? We're doing a coffee cup. Raise a glass. Raise a glass. To the fact that it's a four day week.

02:19:59 - 02:20:00 | Speaker 3:

Four day week.

02:20:00 - 02:20:46 | Speaker 1:

All right. Last one done has to actually clean up. Oh, I was the last one done. Son of a bitch. Mojo in the mornings, dirty on the 30. All right. By the way, you left people crying. My favorite text out of all of them from just a few moments ago, Kev, when you were talking about your son and how your son's mom and you are going going to sit together, you know, with your families at Josiah's event. 248 says, not me crying over here. That was really cool. That was a good moment. All right. What do you got there? Oh, hold on. I was going to say, what do you got, Shannon? I'm drunk already. Shannon's back tomorrow.

02:20:47 - 02:21:06 | Speaker 2:

Let's start with Ed Sheeran. He's decided to make a pit stop before his big show at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Georgia on Saturday night. He surprised customers at a tap room in Atlanta, serving drinks and playing some of his songs. He was out in the beer garden. He serenaded the crowd with songs from his new album. And then he made this announcement to the crowd.

02:21:06 - 02:21:11 | Speaker 1:

For one hour, drinks are on me. For one hour what?

02:21:11 - 02:21:22 | Speaker 2:

Drinks are on me. Wow. I know. The brewery gratefully posted on their Facebook page, we couldn't think of a better way to get the holiday weekend started than with some hops and harmonies with Ed.

02:21:22 - 02:21:29 | Speaker 1:

How do you like that in Tampa? Just those kids got him coming in class and he didn't bring any booze for those kids. He's such a nice guy.

02:21:30 - 02:22:27 | Speaker 2:

Do you know he actually set a new attendance record at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium with 76,355 fans in attendance? That is insane. That is amazing. What's going on with the Chrisley family? Because Kyle Chrisley, the son of Todd Chrisley, no longer facing criminal charges after being arrested for telling his ex-wife that he would kill her allegedly. uh prosecutors in georgia are saying that they can't continue with the case because his ex-wife is no longer cooperating he was originally off yeah originally picked up by the cops in oklahoma on drug charges in 2019 that's when police found he was also wanted in georgia for the alleged threats alexis who is his ex-wife claimed that kyle sent her a text that said not before i end you i'm going to the streets i will get my spit and take care of this problem with you because if I'm not with you, nobody will be. Bye, Alexis. She told the police that she texted back, is that a threat to my life? And he allegedly responded by saying, yes, Lexi, it was. Goodbye. The parents

02:22:27 - 02:22:30 | Speaker 1:

are in prison, though, aren't they? Correct. And although

02:22:30 - 02:22:56 | Speaker 2:

he's not getting charged in this case, he is still facing charges for felony aggravated assault in Tennessee because back in March he pulled out a knife during a fight. Jewel was at the ND500 this weekend. Oh my God, did you guys see this? I can't wait to talk about this because her national anthem is getting the internet talking and to be quite honest i i kind of like it okay really people were pretty much split 50 50 on this if you liked it or you didn't Like it But here it is

02:22:56 - 02:23:28 | Speaker 1:

It was too long First off Do you know who Jewel is? Do you know who she She's kind of a folk singer Or not folk singer She was a pop singer In like the 2000s Early 2000s And she had that song You Were Meant For Me. I like her head. Foolish Game Show.

02:23:29 - 02:23:36 | Speaker 2:

Okay. A lot of people were kind of split on whether or not it was even patriotic. I liked it.

02:23:36 - 02:23:45 | Speaker 1:

The drivers all looked like, what in the world is this? It has a striking resemblance to Marvin Gaye. Have you seen his national anthem? Yeah, the All-Star Game that year?

02:23:46 - 02:23:57 | Speaker 2:

Well, speaking of All-Star Games and performances, I think there's only one more iconic performance of the national anthem, and that was Whitney? No, no, that's good. We're talking about bad. We're talking about bad.

02:23:57 - 02:23:58 | Speaker 1:

Okay.

02:23:58 - 02:23:59 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah. Fergie.

02:24:01 - 02:24:16 | Speaker 1:

At the NBA All-Star Game, right? Can you see? Can you see? By the dawn's early light. I'm in Moulin Rouge or something.

02:24:17 - 02:24:22 | Speaker 2:

What's so proud? So which one's better, Jewel or Fergie?

02:24:22 - 02:24:23 | Speaker 1:

Which one, Jewel?

02:24:23 - 02:24:32 | Speaker 2:

I think Fergie's is worse Way worse No, who's was worse? Fergie's or Rosie O'Donnell's?

02:24:33 - 02:24:33 | Speaker 1:

What's that?

02:24:33 - 02:24:35 | Speaker 2:

Rosie O'Donnell or Fergie's?

02:24:35 - 02:25:09 | Speaker 1:

Oh, Rosie's was horrible But she did that on purpose She was like Through the perilous fight For the rest of the night Where all the players were laughing Stand by stars Through the perilous fight O'er the rampant The damn parts we watched were so gallantly streaming.

02:25:11 - 02:25:14 | Speaker 3:

This is how I sound with my family. Oh, you got one more.

02:25:14 - 02:26:10 | Speaker 4:

Okay, I got one more for you. Sometimes Hollywood has a hard time keeping secrets, right? And a lot of fans of Fantastic Four have been pretty upset with the cast and the actual execution of the movie. And they're giving it one more shot. Did you hear that they're going to do it one more shot? And there's an alleged cast that has been leaked online. Nobody knows if it's confirmed or not, but I thought I would run it by you. Let's go. Now, Margot Robbie views Sue Storm or The Invisible Woman. Adam Driver as Reed Richards or Mr. Fantastic. And then also Paul Mescal as Johnny Storm or The Human Torch. And then The Little Mermaid's own Davi Diggs, or you might know him from Hamilton, as Ben Grimm or The Thing. A lot of people are wondering, well, if Margot Robbie's doing that, doesn't she have a contract with DC and Harley Quinn? Is that actually possible for her to kind of jump ship here or not? But she's also on a huge, like, career spike right now. So it kind of makes sense. But a lot of fans are saying, well, then who will Dr. Doom be? That's been the big question online.

02:26:11 - 02:26:34 | Speaker 5:

So I have not seen any of the Guardians of the Galaxy movies. All right? Don't get mad at me. I'm drunk right now from one shot. Joe and Luke went to go see it for, like, the 12th time. And tell me that that was one of the best movies that they have ever seen. It was incredible. They said that, first off, the star power in it was amazing, but they also said that you don't need to see the other ones in order to enjoy this movie.

02:26:35 - 02:26:42 | Speaker 3:

That's interesting. It could help. It could give you some context, but if you go into it just as a fresh movie, you'll still enjoy it. Okay, I'm going to go see it.

02:26:42 - 02:26:58 | Speaker 4:

That was a pretty big movie this weekend. They saw that. That came in number three. Number one was Little Mermaid. Two was Fast X. Guardians of the Galaxy was number three. Super Mario Bros. was four. And to round out the top five was Burt Kreischer's The Machine. You can check out all of today's Dirty by going to the Dirty page at MojoInTheMorning.com.

02:27:34 - 02:27:38 | Speaker 1:

02:27:39 - 02:27:39 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

02:27:41 - 02:27:46 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God. Remember all of those feather extensions we used to put in our hair for Kesha?

02:27:46 - 02:28:16 | Speaker 5:

So Kesha is coming to Masonic Temple And we'll be Performing live On November The 7th Tickets are on sale On June the 2nd So what is that Friday At 10am Or you can win them from us Do we have tickets To give away with this announcement Or do they not give us a pair of tickets I don't know sometimes they do Sometimes they don't No?

02:28:17 - 02:28:17 | Unknown:

We'll have them.

02:28:18 - 02:28:28 | Speaker 5:

We will have them. So we don't have them for this announcement, but we do have them coming up on the air, and I'm sure we'll do like a week of giveaways at 7.30 or 8.30 to see Kasha.

02:28:30 - 02:28:33 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. Hot and dangerous.

02:28:33 - 02:28:35 | Speaker 5:

Is this your song? Is this your favorite song?

02:28:35 - 02:28:38 | Speaker 4:

Hot and dangerous. If you're one of us, then roll with us.

02:28:39 - 02:28:43 | Speaker 5:

Wow, is she here in the studio with us? Kasha, how you doing?

02:28:43 - 02:29:04 | Speaker 4:

Yes, of course we does. Let's go. This is my college music. My necklace. Uh, uh. My back glitter on my eyes. Stockings rimmed all up their sides. Looking sick and sexy fine. So let's go.

02:29:05 - 02:29:06 | Speaker 3:

Here we go.

02:29:07 - 02:29:10 | Speaker 4:

You know what? She actually has one of my favorite songs of all time.

02:29:10 - 02:29:11 | Speaker 5:

What song is that?

02:29:11 - 02:29:21 | Speaker 4:

It was never a radio hit, which is so unfortunate. it, but it was called, like, I'm a Woman or something like that. It was, like, a great female anthem. Who we are.

02:29:22 - 02:29:23 | Speaker 3:

Think she'll play it at the show?

02:29:24 - 02:29:25 | Speaker 4:

I hope so.

02:29:37 - 02:29:45 | Speaker 1:

What's up? This is Kesha, and I just pulled an all-nighter with Mojo in the morning on channel 955. Ow!

02:29:47 - 02:29:49 | Speaker 5:

I like this one because I like that. Bump, bump.

02:29:49 - 02:29:54 | Speaker 1:

Uh-huh. Let's make the most of the night like we're gonna die young.

02:29:54 - 02:29:55 | Speaker 5:

Da-da-da-da-da.

02:29:56 - 02:29:57 | Speaker 1:

We're gonna die young.

02:29:57 - 02:30:00 | Speaker 4:

Praying? Praying was really good from her. That was a...

02:30:00 - 02:30:01 | Speaker 1:

A big switch up from her speed.

02:30:13 - 02:30:33 | Speaker 2:

All right, enough. Enough. No, I like that. How about this one? Remember when he did this at our Jingle Ball? People liked it. She wasn't there, but he sang to her track. Do you remember this? Do you know this? This is Kesha.

02:30:34 - 02:30:35 | Speaker 3:

Did you know that? I love this song.

02:30:36 - 02:30:39 | Speaker 2:

With Macklemore. Glory Days. Shout out to 955.

02:30:39 - 02:30:52 | Speaker 3:

Somebody would have told me, babe. Someday these will be the good old days. All the love you forget. And all these reckless nights you regret.

02:30:54 - 02:31:34 | Speaker 2:

Good news, by the way. The tickets will not be $1,000 a piece like Taylor Swift is. I've been getting asked by everybody. And I've got kind of a dilemma. My dilemma is the people that are asking me now are the ones that have waited for favors until this moment. And it's like literally like, you know, I'm getting asked by people that are like doctors that saved my life. And, you know, teachers that passed my son when he should have failed. You know, those are the people that are asking me right now. And I'm going, I don't know. I don't think I can't get Taylor Swift tickets for you, but I'll get you Kesha tickets November 7th. What's up, Eno?

02:31:35 - 02:31:36 | Speaker 3:

Hey, what's up?

02:31:37 - 02:31:37 | Speaker 2:

How you doing?

02:31:38 - 02:31:57 | Speaker 3:

Hey, I'm in LaVongia right now, but I'm from Detroit. My name is Adrian Eno. I want to say, hey, Megan, listen. Girl, if you sing again and make me pull over like that, girl, you sound good. Oh, thank you. I love you. Girl, you better, look, I'm a singer too. You better get in the studio with me.

02:31:57 - 02:31:59 | Speaker 1:

Okay, all right, deal. You tell me when. I'll be there.

02:31:59 - 02:32:05 | Speaker 2:

You guys got to do a collab. I want a collab between Eno and Megan.

02:32:05 - 02:32:08 | Speaker 1:

I think Eno just wants to be played on Channel 955.

02:32:08 - 02:32:10 | Speaker 2:

No, no, no, that's all right. Eno.

02:32:10 - 02:32:14 | Speaker 3:

No, I'm saying, I was just listening. You sound good, girl. Thank you.

02:32:14 - 02:32:19 | Speaker 2:

Wait, so Eno, are you the type of person that, like, raps in yours, or do you sing in yours?

02:32:20 - 02:32:24 | Speaker 3:

I do all that. I make beats, I'm rap, I sing, everything. I like it.

02:32:25 - 02:32:27 | Speaker 2:

What's on your business card? What does your business card read?

02:32:28 - 02:32:31 | Speaker 3:

My business card read S&S Plumbing.

02:32:36 - 02:32:42 | Speaker 2:

I love you. You call us more often. I love you so much, buddy. Thank you, man. What's up, Amanda? Hi.

02:32:44 - 02:32:44 | Speaker 3:

Hey, how are you?

02:32:45 - 02:32:46 | Speaker 2:

Good. What's going on?

02:32:47 - 02:32:51 | Speaker 3:

Well, you know, I love Kesha, but set those tickets aside. I need Megan tickets.

02:32:51 - 02:33:01 | Speaker 2:

Oh, I love it. Megan and Eno performing live at the Masonic Temple opening for Kesha. Tickets on sale this Friday, okay?

02:33:01 - 02:33:03 | Speaker 1:

Do you think I could be like a Kesha reenactor?

02:33:03 - 02:33:04 | Speaker 2:

Look, yes.

02:33:05 - 02:33:07 | Speaker 1:

I would pay Taylor Swift money to see that.

02:33:07 - 02:33:07 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

02:33:07 - 02:33:25 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. That would be the best. All right. Do us a favor. Hang on the phone. Actually, don't hang on the phone. I was going to say, hang on the phone for a second. We'll get you tickets to that, but they didn't give us tickets. Usually, they give us tickets. I still don't understand this sometimes. They want us to give us big concert announcement. They should give us a pair of tickets to give along with these concert announcements.

02:33:26 - 02:33:31 | Speaker 3:

It's okay. We listen to Megan every morning. That's all we could wish for. Let's go, Amanda. I love you, Amanda.

02:33:31 - 02:33:42 | Speaker 2:

All right, Megan, do me a favor then. Since you got the pull and people love you so much, will you tell the concert people they need a pair of tickets to give away for when they give away? Because it's such a cool thing to be able to give it away right away at that moment. I agree.

02:33:42 - 02:33:45 | Speaker 1:

I mean, obviously people like Kesha, including Megan and Nick.

02:33:45 - 02:34:43 | Speaker 2:

And it is a smaller venue, so I'm sure that they're trying to, you know, we'll have giveaways, But they're trying to limit the amounts So it's not like Phil and Ford feel Oh my god, six on sex is so good But I don't know if I'm going to have time to get to it I really don't Maybe before the end of the show Because it is so, so good And it's honestly so good And we gotta get the surprise on there For everybody And to see the visual of all our reactions to it It's great First though, did you hear about Lydia? Lydia answers our phones Lydia answers the phones here When you call 844 Mojo Live or if you text 95500, she'll call you back. So have you guys heard about these people that are doing these street racing like things where they're going out and they're just like racing their cars like idiots? Yeah. And they just like shut down roads doing it and sometimes they'll go into like parking lots of businesses. Well, Lydia was shopping late at night. Were you at Meijer over on the east side of town? Is that right?

02:34:44 - 02:34:46 | Speaker 1:

Yep, I was at Meijer at Hall & Chainer.

02:34:46 - 02:34:52 | Speaker 2:

And so you're in the store shopping And what were you shopping for, like a Memorial Day barbecue or something?

02:34:52 - 02:34:59 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I was trying to get some things ready because I was going to celebrate Memorial Day with my girlfriends at Stony Creek for Memorial Day.

02:35:00 - 02:35:38 | Speaker 4:

OK. And I was shopping and I walked outside and I see all of these cop cars swarming the parking lot. And I'm like, oh, what's what's going on here? I walk over and I see my car completely destroyed. So there was a crowd of boys surrounding it. And there was a guy who ran up to me as I was running up to my car. And he's like, I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry, because I looked flabbergasted when I saw that my car literally moved three spots over. So what had happened was he was doing donuts at about 70 miles per hour and hit my car he lost control of his car and um i'm a

02:35:38 - 02:35:48 | Speaker 2:

dorky fat no nuts so they were so they were racing around the parking lot and uh and the guy ended up

02:35:48 - 02:36:12 | Speaker 4:

doing a donut and couldn't control his car couldn't control his car and um he slammed into my car and fortunately there was nobody else in the parking lot except for him and his friends there's a lot of douchebags out there so i now don't have a car i'm driving a rental right now but i'm just happy that i'm safe and he was safe it's just a little unfortunate that people decided to be dumb i liked

02:36:12 - 02:36:17 | Speaker 2:

how you called them what'd you call you call them boys how old are how old were these quote-unquote

02:36:17 - 02:36:29 | Speaker 4:

boys and his friend goes that's a boy thing where's your mom like doesn't your mom need to make sure that you're not out this late and his friend goes well we're not kids and i'm like you can't even Get into a bar to drink You're a kid to me

02:36:29 - 02:36:30 | Speaker 2:

Oh my god

02:36:30 - 02:36:32 | Speaker 4:

Yeah No What

02:36:32 - 02:37:10 | Speaker 2:

What in the world Has happened to this You know This world That we have here Like why is that Why do these people Feel like they need To go out there And And like You know what it is I blame I blame What's his nuts That does Does all All those movies The Fast and the Furious movies Vin Diesel Vin Diesel Vin Diesel I blame you, Vin Diesel. There was a new one. Because of you, Vin Diesel, you got every doorknob from Macomb out racing in parking lots of Meyers. Oh, my God. By the way, that's the greatest thing in the world, that you called him a boy.

02:37:11 - 02:37:14 | Speaker 1:

He was a boy. He was a boy. 20 years old as a boy. Yeah.

02:37:14 - 02:37:20 | Speaker 2:

That actually is honestly really good that you did that, because I bet you that he hated the fact that you called him a boy. Oh, yeah.

02:37:20 - 02:37:21 | Speaker 4:

He was so mad at me.

02:37:21 - 02:37:24 | Speaker 2:

Did you call the cops? Did the cops come and do anything?

02:37:24 - 02:37:39 | Speaker 4:

The cops came. So I want to say thank you to the Shelby Township Police Department because two of their officers came out and they helped me. They were super kind and they calmed me down. My parents aren't in town right now, so they took the lead on calming me down and making sure I was good to go.

02:37:39 - 02:37:41 | Speaker 2:

How many parking spots did they move over?

02:37:42 - 02:37:47 | Speaker 4:

He moved me over three parking spots. I'm going to send a picture to KP so she can post it to our Instagram story.

02:37:49 - 02:37:53 | Speaker 2:

Man, I hope that he's 20 years old. He's probably on his parents' insurance too.

02:37:54 - 02:37:55 | Speaker 4:

Oh, for sure.

02:37:55 - 02:37:58 | Speaker 2:

We've got to find out exactly what his dad and mom think about that.

02:37:58 - 02:38:02 | Speaker 4:

If there's one thing we do, we stay on our parents' insurance as long as possible.

02:38:03 - 02:38:04 | Speaker 2:

What's going on, Brad? How you doing?

02:38:05 - 02:38:23 | Speaker 3:

Not too bad. We've had that same issue over in Grand Rapids. It's called the Street Takeover Group. And they've been coming in and just taking over drag racing, shutting the highways down, taking over parking lots. There's been several accidents and several people hurt over here.

02:38:23 - 02:38:28 | Speaker 2:

Do you also blame Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, and anybody else that was in any of those movies?

02:38:30 - 02:38:33 | Speaker 3:

No, I don't. I just believe the idiots that are doing it.

02:38:34 - 02:38:39 | Speaker 2:

What is the thing that we did when we were younger? We didn't do that stuff. We didn't go out there and race.

02:38:39 - 02:38:41 | Speaker 3:

Yes, you guys did. No, we did not.

02:38:41 - 02:38:42 | Speaker 2:

Dukes of Hazzard?

02:38:42 - 02:38:43 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. We did not. Race?

02:38:44 - 02:38:45 | Speaker 2:

Come on.

02:38:45 - 02:39:00 | Speaker 3:

Actually, we had a place here in Grand Rapids where we could go to Target at 54th Street, Just park and hang out And we never had any issues And then these groups from Detroit And Chicago started coming in here

02:39:00 - 02:39:21 | Speaker 2:

Do these kids not understand that porn is now Free online If porn was free online when I was a kid I wouldn't be out there drag racing Wait till you see it in Oculus I'm telling you If I could afford it I would have bought one of those And I would have seriously I would have had virtual porn non-stop My parents would be like what are you doing in the basement Tommy

02:42:13 - 02:42:19 | Speaker 1:

Marquise, you dirty bastard You ready to do this?

02:42:20 - 02:42:21 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, man. Let's do it.

02:42:21 - 02:42:44 | Speaker 1:

You know, Marquise, I think that you're a smart guy. You seem like you're smart. Uh-huh. And then you decided to do this. We're going to do six on sex, and we're going to get your mom on the phone here with us. I know anything for a prize on our show. Naomi. Is this mom Naomi? Yeah. Yeah. Hi, Naomi. It's Mojo in the morning.

02:42:45 - 02:42:45 | Speaker 2:

Hi.

02:42:45 - 02:42:56 | Speaker 1:

How you doing? Oh, boy. Okay, that's going to be good. Marquise, tell your mom what the name of this contest is.

02:42:57 - 02:43:06 | Speaker 2:

So I believe it's Six on Sex. What is it? Six on Sex, right? Is that it?

02:43:06 - 02:43:37 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's what it's called. We do a contest here called Six on Sex where we are going to ask your son six questions about his sex life while you're listening on the phone. And if at any point it becomes too uncomfortable to listen to, you hang up the phone, call him back, and tell him he is a big effing idiot for doing it. And then he loses the prize.

02:43:38 - 02:43:39 | Speaker 2:

So don't do that.

02:43:40 - 02:43:41 | Speaker 1:

You ready, Mom?

02:43:42 - 02:43:42 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

02:43:42 - 02:43:45 | Speaker 1:

Are you sure you want to do this?

02:43:46 - 02:43:46 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

02:43:46 - 02:43:53 | Speaker 1:

Question number one. Marquise, how old were you when you lost your virginity?

02:43:54 - 02:43:56 | Speaker 2:

I was 19.

02:43:58 - 02:44:01 | Speaker 1:

That's not horrible. Mom, did you have any clue?

02:44:02 - 02:44:03 | Speaker 2:

No.

02:44:04 - 02:44:14 | Speaker 1:

How old are you now, Marquise? I'm 24 now. And where did you lose your virginity, Marquise? Was this, like, at school? Were you away at college?

02:44:15 - 02:44:16 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, it was up at Central.

02:44:17 - 02:44:17 | Speaker 1:

Okay.

02:44:17 - 02:44:18 | Speaker 2:

Central Michigan.

02:44:19 - 02:44:23 | Speaker 1:

Man, oh, man. All right, so, Mom, that's question number one. You feel good about going to question number two?

02:44:23 - 02:44:24 | Unknown:

Yeah.

02:44:25 - 02:44:32 | Speaker 1:

Question number two. Marquise, you're 24 years old. You lost your virginity at 19. That was, you know, do the math.

02:44:32 - 02:44:33 | Speaker 3:

Marquise, you had 32 in five years. I don't know if you had any relationships with girls where they were long-term, but I'm assuming there must be some multiples there. How many threesomes have you had?

02:45:52 - 02:45:56 | Speaker 2:

She said, oh, no, just two.

02:45:57 - 02:45:57 | Speaker 1:

Just two?

02:45:58 - 02:46:01 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Not bad.

02:46:04 - 02:46:09 | Speaker 1:

Mom, quick question for you off the record here. Don't tell Marquise. You ever have a threesome?

02:46:10 - 02:46:11 | Speaker 2:

No. Oh, I don't either. Thank God.

02:46:12 - 02:46:20 | Speaker 1:

Marquise. I think we got Marquise's Achilles heel. We know his kryptonite. Mom, I might need to have to ask you some questions about your life.

02:46:20 - 02:46:23 | Speaker 2:

Well, that's not the point of this game show.

02:46:23 - 02:46:34 | Speaker 1:

Okay. All right. Question number four in Six on Sex. Marquise, do you have any kinks in your life? Do you like any kinky stuff?

02:46:34 - 02:46:49 | Speaker 2:

Oh, man. I was hoping you would skip this one. You know, I'm married now, and sometimes me and the wife do a little bit of, you know, a little bit of stuff here and there. You or her?

02:46:50 - 02:46:53 | Speaker 1:

No, come on. Come on. It's got to be, right?

02:46:55 - 02:46:57 | Speaker 2:

Hey, we're married. We can do what we want, right?

02:46:57 - 02:47:02 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. Captures that. Yeah, that's right. You know

02:47:03 - 02:47:09 | Speaker 2:

You can't take it not give you know, I mean wait a second. What are you doing? Are you letting her do things?

02:47:23 - 02:47:40 | Speaker 1:

She's a sweet girl, huh? She is. Question number five and six on sex. Marquise, have you ever had sex anywhere, like, around your mom or under the same roof when your mom was home? Yeah. Really? Tell us about maybe one of the crazier times.

02:48:03 - 02:48:07 | Speaker 2:

So I went down there like, how long ago was it, Mom? Like four years ago?

02:48:07 - 02:48:09 | Speaker 1:
