00:11:40 - 00:11:45 | Speaker 5:

Wow. This is a fun weekend show, guys. It's Friday.

00:11:45 - 00:11:48 | Speaker 3:

And it's a long weekend. Yeah!

00:11:48 - 00:12:23 | Speaker 5:

You know what? Mojo in the Morning Show, good to have you here with us. Mojo with Shannon. Megan, Mike, Kev, KP, Lydia, Misfit Steve, all able to get you going for this weekend. And I'll tell you what got me going yesterday. What got me going yesterday? Hail the size of 12-inch softballs and tornadoes ripping through the area. How about that? Did you see the video of the tornado ripping through Toledo yesterday?

00:12:24 - 00:13:48 | Speaker 3:

It was a mess yesterday. i feel bad for everybody in point place like i know there are thousands and thousands of people without power and if you saw the video that i sent in the group chat that tornado went through point place that like ripping off roofs of buildings and stuff yeah there's tons of branches going through people's roofs right now it's absolutely a mess out there and i feel bad for everybody but i what i loved was seeing all the videos of like community members coming through and clearing the streets so that emergency services could get through um but it was it was crazy because yesterday i uh was fighting with my brother over whether or not the tornado sirens were going off we were sitting in the house we were watching something on television i was like the tornado sirens are going off and our like blinds are open it looks absolutely fine outside i live in the the south end and it beautiful skies no rain no anything i was like why it's like five o'clock at night why are the well i guess it was like one six or seven why are these going off right now and um my brother's like they're not going off they're not going off and i was like i promised you they are and i storm out of the couch and i i swing open the front door and we're both laughing because they are going off but slowly like a zombie apocalypse you just see every middle-aged dad slowly walking into the center of their front yard staring up at the sky Hands on their hips going, doesn't look like a tornado's coming, Bill.

00:13:48 - 00:13:53 | Speaker 2:

That is my future. That is my dream. That is all I want in life is that moment right there.

00:13:54 - 00:14:03 | Speaker 3:

And then Jerry's going, well, Bill, I'm not sure if it was an accident. It looks clear out here. It's not even that windy out here. What about you, Dan?

00:14:03 - 00:14:07 | Speaker 4:

Dan, you think it's like every dad discussing the weather. Love it.

00:14:07 - 00:14:21 | Speaker 3:

In the middle of the tornado apocalypse happening in Toledo. It's a record-breaking storm car Sunday. It's so fun. That is great. And then my brother and I just dying laughing that every middle-aged man was standing outside.

00:14:21 - 00:14:33 | Speaker 5:

That is like a middle-aged man's dream. That's your life. Your life becomes your weather. And the idea that you're standing there and there's a tornado happening. That video that was posted, which was the TV station that had it. It was really good.

00:14:34 - 00:14:38 | Speaker 3:

It was a 13. Poor Jay Burshback yesterday. Yeah, 13. Poor Jay Burshback looks so stressed out.

00:14:38 - 00:14:53 | Speaker 5:

So the video was taken by a viewer, and it was a viewer sitting at the light there. And I'm thinking to myself, if that's me and I'm watching this tornado whipping in front of me, I'm in reverse. I'm backing this sucker up.

00:14:53 - 00:14:55 | Speaker 3:

Reverse, Terry. Back it up.

00:14:55 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 2:

No way. And then someday that's going to be my life. Like someday that is my goal. I want to chase.

00:15:00 - 00:15:12 | Speaker 9:

tornadoes. I want to be that guy in the front of the lawn. I want to get on a bus that chases tornadoes as a vacation, and my wife will not do it. What the heck's wrong with you? That sounds so fun. The movie Twister got me. I don't know if that's real life or not. Our old boss

00:15:12 - 00:15:54 | Speaker 8:

Dom was a weather chaser. Dom Theodore was a storm chaser, yeah, and he was part of the National Weather Service, Mike, which has its home base for the Midwest in White Lake, Michigan. And so Dom would be, he'd come in the studio and go, hey brother, you're not going to believe this, but we're going to get a crazy storm today, and me and my buddies, we're all going to get into it. He was the guy that bought the, you know that Chevy pickup truck that they only made for like one year, but it looks like a Weather Chasers pickup truck? It wasn't a Silverado, but it was kind of like the mix between, it was like a Tahoe that looked like the weather took the roof off of it, like a tornado took the roof off of it. And he had one of those things, and he had like CB radios in there, and he was like, Raker 9-4.

00:15:55 - 00:15:58 | Speaker 3:

But was it named Dorothy? It was now.

00:15:58 - 00:16:20 | Speaker 8:

No, but he had, like, he had his buddies that were all, like, weather chaser people, and they would hang out here at the station from time to time, and it actually paid a, you know, a good dividend for us, because any time we were out at, like, Arts, Beats, and Eats or at, you know, Movement, and there was a storm coming through, we were like, take the tents, Tom! Tom says it through them.

00:16:20 - 00:16:26 | Speaker 9:

I'm telling you, 10, 15 years from now, that'll be, you're going to see me in a truck with no roof on it, driving around, looking for tornadoes.

00:16:26 - 00:16:37 | Speaker 8:

I'm the guy. See, I'm different than most of these guys. I'm not like you, Mike. I go into my basement, and I'm like the guy in the basement. Kids, we got to go in the corner of the basement away from windows and stuff like that. I'm afraid of it. That's not my life.

00:16:37 - 00:16:58 | Speaker 3:

I love a good storm. I hate it ever since there was a tornado that came through and really just destroyed Lake and Lake High School and all that. And I just remember for years the kids having to be shuttled to different schools and stuff like that. Like, it destroyed the city. And so before it used to be fun, and now I'm like, this is not fun. I've seen what happens when major damage happens. It's not fun.

00:16:58 - 00:17:12 | Speaker 8:

Listen, I hate it just because of, obviously, the destruction that it causes. I also hate it because it knocks my cable out. I want my Wi-Fi. Kim, what's going on? It's Mojo in the Morning. You said a tornado ripped through our show this morning, right?

00:17:13 - 00:17:20 | Speaker 10:

Good morning. Well, it sounds awesome every week. So if that's the tornado we can get every Friday from Kevin hyping the show up, I love it.

00:17:20 - 00:17:26 | Speaker 8:

I'm telling you, the energy is up right now. Everybody is rearing and ready to go for Friday. You want to win some prizes?

00:17:27 - 00:17:28 | Speaker 10:

00:17:28 - 00:17:29 | Speaker 8:

All right, all happened in the same year. What year was this? It was the year that Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox started dating.

00:18:50 - 00:18:59 | Speaker 4:

What is my hidden talent? No, Buddha, don't you dare. Don't you dare.

00:18:59 - 00:19:02 | Speaker 5:

Okay. Only PG-rated answers. Okay.

00:19:03 - 00:19:10 | Speaker 8:

00:20:53 - 00:21:00 | Speaker 2:

mojo in the mornings dirty on the 30 shannon what's happening how are you hey i'm good i'm

00:21:00 - 00:21:11 | Speaker 3:

gonna start with this story nicola yoke it seemed to really be enjoying the dver denver nuggets championship parade even though he said he really didn't want to go he wanted to go home

00:21:11 - 00:21:18 | Speaker 1:

after winning the nba finals uh you know that i i told that uh i don't want to stay on parade but

00:21:18 - 00:21:25 | Speaker 3:

Do you guys see what happened to his wife, by the way, on the float? She got hit in the face.

00:21:26 - 00:21:26 | Speaker 4:

I did.

00:21:26 - 00:21:59 | Speaker 3:

Somebody threw her, like, a beer can, I think it was. I mean, she was fine, but ow. Also, a police officer was rushed to the hospital with serious injuries after being struck by a fire truck during the Nuggets championship parade. Jokic and Jamal Murray were on the vehicle when that accident occurred, and the officer sustained a pretty serious lower leg injury. He is in serious but stable condition. However, there is some fear that he could lose his leg altogether. So that's under investigation. And then I saw that there was a shooting that injured two people. So just craziness.

00:21:59 - 00:22:06 | Speaker 4:

They're coming out this morning saying that it was a planned attack shooting, but it just so happened to take place right there during the parade.

00:22:07 - 00:23:13 | Speaker 3:

Meghan Markle's Spotify podcast, Archetypes, will not be renewed for a second season. Prince Harry and Meghan signed a $20 million deal for that project in 2020. But insiders tell me the couple didn't meet the productivity benchmark that Spotify required to receive that full 20 mil. I am hearing that Meghan is still planning to create more podcasts and find a new home for her series. Kevin Costner says his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, charged $95,000 to his credit card in the midst of their very messy and public divorce. The Yellowstone star reportedly filed court docs alleging that Christine paid for lawyers and a forensic accountant by charging his card without prior notice to him. That's not so fun. I thought she went on a shopping spree or something, but this was for legal crap. Also, do they have joint accounts? Um, I don't, I don't, she had his credit card. Yeah. Is that her money too? So, well, he says that that's in violation of their prenup.

00:23:13 - 00:23:23 | Speaker 4:

No, but that's legal. So I actually was talking to a lawyer about this whole Kevin Costner thing yesterday. I was talking to our good friends over at the Daniel Moss law firm.

00:23:23 - 00:23:23 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

00:23:23 - 00:23:45 | Speaker 4:

And they were saying that the legalities, even though there's a prenuptial agreement, that the divorce has not happened yet. So everything's. And so their finances are still together. It's the prenuptial agreement deals with the post-divorce. But here's the interesting thing is exactly what Megan said. They have mutual accounts. Mutual accounts require that she could have charged that during the marriage. Yeah. So that's why she did it.

00:23:45 - 00:23:49 | Speaker 3:

Well, I mean, he's worth $250 million on the low end.

00:23:49 - 00:23:54 | Speaker 4:

I just think it looks bad that his attorneys released the stuff.

00:23:54 - 00:24:39 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, it looks petty on his end. Well, and it's so funny because he, in the court documents, he actually said that this was an issue for him. Like, her using his credit card, all these stories, because he's going to receive unwanted and embarrassing global media attention. But he's the one, like, bringing it up, doing all this. And didn't he allegedly cheat? So, like, you're the bad guy here. Let her leave. I don't know. Yeah. Beyonce's Renaissance tour has been linked to a notable increase in Sweden's inflation rate, raising it by approximately two tenths of a percentage point last month. And if you're going, well, that's not that much. I mean, this is this is from Beyonce and Beyonce fans that are doing this.

00:24:39 - 00:25:26 | Speaker 2:

Beyonce is being blamed for inflation in Sweden. Last month, Beyonce played to more than 80,000 people over two nights in Stockholm, leading to an increased demand for hotels and restaurants. That actually drove prices up across the country and a bump in inflation for the entire month of May. Economists say this is being referred to as the Beyonce. say blip i think taylor also did the same thing here too because if you looked at the price of hotels and you looked at the price of restaurants trying to get in it raised that but it also brought a lot of money because a lot of people paid it yep so you're basically saying to yourself all right well it is making it impossible for the average person to be able to go out and spend that money yeah or stay at these places but it is bringing these businesses a lot more money

00:25:26 - 00:25:33 | Speaker 1:

Also, weird way to pass the blame on a performer when it's just, hey, when people come to town, things get expensive. Yeah.

00:25:34 - 00:26:08 | Speaker 3:

And lastly, fans claim to have spotted a hickey on Kylie Jenner's neck. And believe the little love bite came from, of course, Timothee Chalamet. Kylie shared a carousel of pics on social media yesterday, which included some selfies of her on a private jet and then some photos with her kids, Stormy and Air. But in one of the pics, Kylie is holding air on her hip and she's got one of her hands on the top of her leg head or pinned up hair. And it's right there. You can see it very clearly, the hickey on the side of the knife. For all of today's Dirty, check out the Dirty page on MojoInTheMorning.com.

00:33:09 - 00:34:59 | Speaker 1:

Yesterday, something happened that I know people can relate to. So I was taking my wife, Chelsea, to the airport. She's going to visit Joey. And so she was flying out yesterday, and as we were driving to go to the Detroit airport, my phone rang, and on my screen that's on my Chevy Tahoe, my Gordon Chevrolet Tahoe, ding, it said, who is calling me? And Chelsea was kind of like stunned. Oh. It said, do not answer. Oh, God. Matter of fact, I screenshotted it so that you guys could see it and see. There it is. Do not answer. Right there on the thing. Okay. I was talking to Scott Sands. I had him on the list. My buddy Will was on the list. Chad Mitchell, the old producer of this radio show. Jeff Saqua. So there's a bunch of people. Okay, so. But do not answer called me a couple of times. And Chelsea goes, do not answer. And you know how you get sometimes, if you have a Verizon phone or if you have the Xfinity phone, it will tell you do not pick up or something like that. It will tell you, or it will say like it's a spam caller. Yeah, potential spam. Yeah. This is not the same thing. This is actually specifically programmed in my phone as do not answer. And Chelsea goes, who's that? And I said, honestly, I don't know because I've got about four or five of them in my phone. And I have to actually like look at the number because you don't see, Mike. the number you see the do not answer on the thing and so when we got to the airport she's like I'm curious who was it and I told her who it was and she's like oh okay all right that's interesting you got them under do not answer and we started having a discussion about this

00:35:00 - 00:35:04 | Speaker 5:

because she said that she just doesn't have that in her phone. She just has them as their name.

00:35:04 - 00:35:05 | Speaker 2:

Because you know not to answer.

00:35:05 - 00:35:06 | Speaker 5:

And then she'll know not to answer.

00:35:06 - 00:35:07 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's what I do.

00:35:07 - 00:35:33 | Speaker 5:

But my problem is sometimes I will forget that I have them on a do not answer personal list of mine. And I will answer and then I'm like regretting it the whole time. So I have to actually tell myself, do not answer. So I wanted to ask you guys this question. Do you do this? And if so, just tell us and we can even voice guys. Who is on your do not answer list? Who do you have on that do not answer list And then I wanted to play a little game show If I could with you guys

00:35:33 - 00:35:35 | Speaker 2:

Oh I like it

00:35:35 - 00:35:44 | Speaker 5:

I'm going to give you three choices And you guys got to tell us And I won't say exactly who the person is But I'll say who they might be to me That was your do not answer

00:35:44 - 00:35:47 | Speaker 2:

Oh I love that You like it

00:35:47 - 00:36:04 | Speaker 5:

My do not answer list But you got to call though and tell me your do not answers 844 Mojo Live 844-665-6548 God, I hope you don't have us on your do not answer list Or text 95500 First off, before I do that Do you guys have anybody on do not answer?

00:36:05 - 00:36:06 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I just checked my phone I got two people

00:36:06 - 00:36:07 | Speaker 5:

Really?

00:36:07 - 00:36:10 | Speaker 3:

Some guy named Randy And then the other one just says do not answer

00:36:10 - 00:36:18 | Speaker 2:

There are people that I would not answer the call But I don't have them under do not answer I just know I'm not answering that phone call

00:36:18 - 00:36:21 | Speaker 5:

So you don't do the do not answer at all?

00:36:21 - 00:36:32 | Speaker 2:

No, because then I'm curious Why was that person calling me? Like I want to know, I don't, you know, I know not to answer, but I still want to know that they attempted to call me. All right.

00:36:32 - 00:36:58 | Speaker 5:

That makes sense. Here. Welcome to the game show called guess the do not answer. I'll give you three choices who the do not answer potentially could be. Okay. Is the do not answer. You ready for this one? Is it one of my aunts that talks my freaking ear off and always asks me for free stuff? That's number one.

00:36:58 - 00:36:58 | Speaker 2:

Okay.

00:36:59 - 00:37:12 | Speaker 5:

Number two, is the do not answer my annoying neighbor? Or is the do not answer, number three, one of our salespeople? Ah.

00:37:13 - 00:37:19 | Speaker 4:

I got a nice guess. Are we allowed to ask questions about potential do not answers? Well, I know.

00:37:19 - 00:37:24 | Speaker 2:

No, I'm going with B. I'm going with a neighbor that is just annoying.

00:37:24 - 00:37:26 | Speaker 3:

I have logic to my guess.

00:37:26 - 00:37:27 | Speaker 5:

Yes, okay.

00:37:27 - 00:37:40 | Speaker 3:

I feel like you're too nice of a guy to save your aunt as do not answer. And I feel like you're not missing out on no money. So you're not going to put the sales as do not answer. So I'm going with the neighbor. You're going with the neighbor too? All right. What about you, Megan?

00:37:40 - 00:37:40 | Speaker 5:

What do you got?

00:37:41 - 00:37:42 | Speaker 4:

I'm going salesperson.

00:37:42 - 00:37:44 | Speaker 5:

Salesperson? All right. I'm going for salesperson.

00:37:44 - 00:38:04 | Speaker 4:

What about you, Mike? I think you're going to see your neighbor a lot. So it's not the neighbor Because then you'd see them And they would know that you did not answer I think that it is your aunt Because they're never going to know That you have them on a do not answer list I think sales you could run into And it would pop up as do not answer Alright, we ready for this?

00:38:04 - 00:38:15 | Speaker 5:

Let's do it First off All three of those potential guesses Are the three do not answers That I have in my phone

00:38:15 - 00:38:19 | Speaker 6:

So there are those three

00:38:19 - 00:38:41 | Speaker 5:

And my phone is do not answers But the one that kept calling me yesterday Non-stop calling me yesterday Was My aunt Congratulations You guys actually Everybody but Megan Winner winner chicken dinner on that one But yes all three of those are do not answers I actually have three on

00:38:41 - 00:38:43 | Speaker 2:

I really want to know a salesperson

00:38:43 - 00:38:55 | Speaker 5:

I'm going to blow this right now because it sounds better that they're a current one. It's a former one that used to work here.

00:38:55 - 00:38:55 | Speaker 6:

Okay.

00:38:56 - 00:39:11 | Speaker 5:

But I will say this to you. I will say this to you. This particular person, every one of you would have put on a do not answer. Actually, I think we should have a PPO against them or something. What's going on, Dave? How you doing?

00:39:12 - 00:39:20 | Speaker 1:

Doing good. Doing good. I had my old employer on do not answer after hours because you were on call. If you picked up, you had to come in.

00:39:20 - 00:39:21 | Speaker 6:

Oh, gee.

00:39:21 - 00:39:33 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. A lot of people now are putting their phones on do not disturb for that particular purpose, but that's a good one. So what would you tell them when they would say to you the next day, hey, I tried to call you last night?

00:39:34 - 00:39:40 | Speaker 1:

Must have been sleeping. Didn't hear the phone ring. Every time. Every time.

00:39:40 - 00:39:45 | Speaker 5:

Thanks for the call, Dave. Angel, I can't believe you're going to admit to this, but who's on your do not answer?

00:39:46 - 00:39:47 | Speaker 2:

My mother-in-law.

00:39:47 - 00:39:49 | Speaker 5:

Good for you. Really?

00:39:50 - 00:39:52 | Speaker 2:

My husband's request.

00:39:52 - 00:39:58 | Speaker 5:

Yes. Why? Because he doesn't even want you to talk into his mom or it leads to more arguments and problems?

00:39:59 - 00:40:02 | Speaker 1:

Well, no. She walked out of our life two days before our wedding.

00:40:03 - 00:40:05 | Speaker 3:

Oh, gee. Wow. And she's not around anymore?

00:40:06 - 00:40:13 | Speaker 1:

Nope. We end up putting her on a do not block, do not call her. So if she calls, we do not answer for any reason.

00:40:13 - 00:40:24 | Speaker 3:

Wow. That's too bad. Listen to some of these texts that are coming in here right now. Mojo, I can relate to you. I've got my bitch ass aunt on mine.

00:40:25 - 00:40:28 | Speaker 2:

Hands, man. Whoa. Wow. Sesty.

00:40:30 - 00:40:36 | Speaker 3:

uh helen uh helena uh 586 says that she was guessing cousin russ was one of the do not

00:40:36 - 00:40:40 | Speaker 6:

00:40:40 - 00:40:59 | Speaker 3:

00:40:59 - 00:41:21 | Speaker 2:

nicole from rosebloom.com i never do the do not answers i always have like what they did so how would i know them or if it was an annoying situation i would put that and then if i see it pop up and it's like i have somebody under meatloaf and i don't remember why i have them under meatloaf but i hate meatloaf so i'm never gonna answer the phone call how do you hate

00:41:21 - 00:41:27 | Speaker 3:

meatloaf meatloaf is delicious gross you have not had chelsea's then you need to have chelsea's All right. Ryan, what's going on?

00:41:29 - 00:41:36 | Speaker 4:

I actually have a do not answer, but I also code them with their initials at the end so I know who it is.

00:41:36 - 00:41:41 | Speaker 3:

That's smart. I got to do that, too, because then I'm curious about it, and I have to go back and look at the number, you know?

00:41:41 - 00:41:41 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

00:41:42 - 00:41:51 | Speaker 3:

That's a good idea. What's up, Colton? How you doing? Hey. Hey. Morning. How you doing?

00:41:53 - 00:41:54 | Speaker 5:

I'm doing all right.

00:41:54 - 00:42:00 | Speaker 3:

Driving to work. Colton, who do you have on your do not answer? My mom. Oh, no.

00:42:00 - 00:42:02 | Speaker 2:

What did she do? I mean, same-sies.

00:42:05 - 00:42:21 | Speaker 5:

Mojo, she is a nutcase. Like, super controlling. And, like, when I moved out to my first apartment, she was just trying every phone number to try to get a hold of me. So everyone in my family is, like, blocked now. Crazy person.

00:42:21 - 00:42:35 | Speaker 3:

Man, I hate to hear that, but you know what? It happens. Because, obviously, Megan, you heard her say samesies. I mean, it's their situation. So it can happen. You can sometimes, you know, sometimes you run across a defective one, right? You buy a defective one.

00:42:36 - 00:42:38 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, well, you got two parents for a reason.

00:42:38 - 00:42:42 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, well, you know what? That's actually good. So does that mean Dad's stepped up a little bit more?

00:42:43 - 00:42:51 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Yeah, he's around a lot more now. I mean, he moved out of the state, but I see him, ironically, a lot more than I did when he was in state.

00:42:51 - 00:42:54 | Speaker 3:

That's good. Good. Well, thank you for the call.

00:42:55 - 00:42:56 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, thank you.

00:42:56 - 00:43:09 | Speaker 3:

Bye. I don't know why we got it soon. Mojo in the Morning Show. It's Father's Day weekend. Shannon wants to know who should be the one getting the Father's Day gift.

00:43:09 - 00:43:54 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, it's kind of like an interesting situation. And it's mostly, well, when it comes to my kids and Wes's kids. So is it me buying for my ex, Andrew? Am I supposed to buy on behalf of Wes's kids? It's a very delicate situation, and I feel like it's ever-changing as everybody moves forward in their relationships. And so Wes very much believes that because I am his partner, I am his fiancé, that I should be the one helping his kids with everything Father's Day related, which is like the most important holiday to him, by the way. He puts Father's Day, like, above his birthday and everything else. Instead of their mom, his ex? Instead of his ex-wife.

00:43:55 - 00:43:55 | Speaker 3:

Okay.

00:43:55 - 00:44:25 | Speaker 6:

And so I am. So he, so myself and his two kids, we've got plans, we've got cards, we've got gifts, we've got this, the whole Sunday planned. And so his ex-wife really doesn't have anything to do with it. And so, but I'm like, I need to make sure, like, I always want to make sure Andrew is covered as well, because obviously he's the father of Lucy and Smith. so I feel like I need to reach out to his fiance and make sure that she did something with my kids. It's the weirdest situation because-

00:44:25 - 00:44:26 | Speaker 3:

Because in the past, what have you done?

00:44:26 - 00:44:55 | Speaker 6:

So it's kind of, it's been changing. So at Christmas time, I think it was Wes had said to me, I'm going to take Luce and Smith out to get you a Christmas gift. And Andrew was like, well, wait a second. they're my kids and you are their mom so i like i will always make sure that i you know i do something with them and take them it got like kind of muddy right right well actually you could have

00:44:55 - 00:44:59 | Speaker 3:

just gotten double the gifts well i didn't i didn't want to do that but

00:45:00 - 00:45:08 | Speaker 4:

It's just like you don't want to step on anybody's toes, right? But you want to make sure that all of the dads are covered and that they're getting, you know.

00:45:08 - 00:45:11 | Speaker 3:

It's interesting because Wes has a totally different philosophy than what you guys have done.

00:45:11 - 00:45:12 | Speaker 4:

In the past.

00:45:12 - 00:46:01 | Speaker 3:

In the past. For sure. And I actually tend to think the way that you were doing it was good. And not to say that I don't think it's cool. I think it's nice that you do take Wes's kids out. But I also feel like those kids were made with the mom and, you know, if she's got still a decent relationship, why not just give the kids money and or go with them and say, hey, pick something out and I'll buy it. Like, I think that's actually a good I think that's a good thing. It's still I think here's the deal. Like if I'm thinking about it in a case of if Chelsea and I were divorced, Chelsea and I were divorced, I would hope that it would be me taking my boys out to go buy their mom something and her doing that just because I think it makes it more personal because of our relationship of parenting the kids.

00:46:01 - 00:46:32 | Speaker 4:

Right, right. So we were out the other day, actually, like we were just at like a paper source getting, you know, all kinds of little things for like graduation parties and Father's Day. And I was with Lucy and Smith and they were like, oh, they found a card that they wanted to get for Andrew. And I was like, yeah, of course, we're going to buy it. And actually, I already have a gift for him that I bought months and months ago, like actually before Christmas that I thought, oh, this will make a great Father's Day gift to him. So I have it, but now I'm like, is that overstepping my boundary in his relationship with his fiancee to have the kids give that to him?

00:46:32 - 00:46:33 | Speaker 3:

I don't know.

00:46:33 - 00:46:43 | Speaker 5:

Am I overthinking this? I think you are, because it's not coming from you. It's not like you giving a gift. I know it's coming from you, but it's like you're just protecting your kids and making sure your kids are doing the right thing.

00:46:43 - 00:46:50 | Speaker 2:

But even if you wanted to give him a gift, I still don't think that's an issue. Yeah. He is the father of your kids. Right.

00:46:50 - 00:47:00 | Speaker 4:

I personally. I just don't want to step on the toes of the woman in his life. Yeah. Right? If she was going to do something. So that's what I'm saying. It's a very delicate, like, you're walking on eggshells a little bit.

00:47:03 - 00:47:16 | Speaker 2:

She should do what she's going to do, and I don't think you have to dim your light so she can shine bright. If that makes sense. No, I like that. You know what I mean? Like, you don't have to lower yourself to protect her. Like, no, she should step up. I'm not lowering myself.

00:47:16 - 00:47:17 | Speaker 4:

I'm trying to be respectful.

00:47:18 - 00:47:58 | Speaker 3:

And Wes, too, with the situation with his kids or with him buying something for your kids with your ex-husband, Andrew, and that. I think that the whole idea, like, oh, wait a second, why is he taking the kids out for Christmas and stuff like that? I think it's wonderful if everybody's just like, because I think for the kids' sake, it's nice to see that, oh, cool, I get to go buy my mom something, or cool, I get to go buy my dad something. And I think it's neat that everybody's happy and good and stuff, unless the things that you're buying are inappropriate things or crappy things. You know what I mean? Like, if you're buying something just because you want to, like, spite, I think that's where the wrong comes in. Ari, what did you want to say to Shannon?

00:47:59 - 00:48:11 | Speaker 6:

I was going to say, I come from a family household, so what we always used to do is my mom would get me money, and I would get a gift for my dad, but I would also get a gift to my stepdad, too, and it was, like, the same thing. So everybody kind of gets double the gifts.

00:48:11 - 00:48:18 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, so what we were talking about, it's like, everybody just do it. Just do everything that you need to do, and don't worry about it. Don't read into it.

00:48:18 - 00:48:27 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, it doesn't have to be anything, like, extra. You know what I'm saying? You don't have to read into it. It's just like, hey, go get this for your dad. And the kids really like spending that time with you and being able to pick that out.

00:48:27 - 00:48:38 | Speaker 3:

Absolutely. Kids love it. Kids actually love when they go out and they're able to, you know, kind of have some fun. What's going on? It's Mojo in the morning. Carly, hi.

00:48:38 - 00:48:39 | Speaker 7:

Hi, Carly. Hi.

00:48:40 - 00:48:40 | Speaker 3:

What's up?

00:48:40 - 00:49:04 | Speaker 7:

Hello, Shannon, Mojo. Good. Shannon, you guys have such phenomenal co-parenting relationships as it is. Like, I just think you should reach out to his fiancée and just ask her, hey, is this something you plan on doing? Letting her know, like, you're fully content with her helping your children. And if she is, wonderful. If not, go do it. Yeah.

00:49:05 - 00:49:05 | Speaker 2:

Does that change, though?

00:49:05 - 00:49:08 | Speaker 7:

You guys have such great relationships. Yeah.

00:49:09 - 00:49:21 | Speaker 2:

What was that, Kat? What did you say? Like, if, so if you do, I think that's phenomenal, by the way, Carly. Great suggestion. Reach out to the fiancée. But if the fiance responds with, no, I don't want you to get anything, I got it covered, like, what happens then?

00:49:21 - 00:49:24 | Speaker 7:

Then you say, okay, awesome. Thank you for helping my kids.

00:49:24 - 00:49:24 | Unknown:

Yeah.

00:49:25 - 00:49:26 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. And then you just save money.

00:49:27 - 00:49:35 | Speaker 7:

You know, she's involved in their life. Yes. You don't want to have bad co-parenting relationships with your ex's spouse. Right, right, right. They're in your kid's life. They love your kids. Yeah, yeah.

00:49:36 - 00:49:38 | Speaker 3:

Becky, what's going on? It's Mojo in the Morning.

00:49:39 - 00:49:59 | Speaker 1:

Good morning. so for mother's day me and my daughter went and got her stepmom a gift and then she went with her dad and got her a gift and then now for father's day i me and my daughter got her father a gift and her and her father are going to get my fiance

00:49:59 - 00:50:01 | Unknown:

You

00:50:00 - 00:50:05 | Speaker 3:

say a gift for father's day okay and that's how you guys worked it out ahead of time or you just

00:50:05 - 00:50:20 | Speaker 2:

decided to do that nope we just co-parent really well and i've always bought him gifts and i could not ask for a better stepmom for my daughter so i show my appreciation by saying hey let me help

00:50:20 - 00:50:25 | Speaker 3:

her get a gift for you who's the better gift gift giver though becky i would like to know that

00:50:26 - 00:50:27 | Speaker 2:

Oh, I absolutely am.

00:50:29 - 00:50:31 | Speaker 3:

We've just ruined your relationship.

00:50:33 - 00:50:40 | Speaker 2:

My daughter went with them to pick out a gift and picked out my gift is all the candy that she wanted. So then she got a gift.

00:50:40 - 00:51:01 | Speaker 3:

Right. It's funny. I always love for my Father's Day gifts when the kids were really little, it was whatever the kids wanted to actually play with. It was like their thing. It's like all of a sudden I got, wow, this is really cool. For some reason, they got me a basketball, a football, you know, and I'll be like, oh, this is cool, guys. But the things had to stay in their room when they were using it. Thank you.

00:51:01 - 00:51:14 | Speaker 2:

I feel for you, Shannon. This is a hard situation, but I think do what you've always done. You guys have had a great co-parenting. So whatever you were doing obviously was working.

00:51:14 - 00:51:27 | Speaker 1:

Right. It's just it's so different now that we're both engaged and about to get married. I'm so fearful of stepping on toes Or somebody thinking That I'm being disrespectful Even though that is absolutely not my intention

00:51:27 - 00:52:17 | Speaker 3:

By the way, best gift ever I got Was I got Cigar of the Month Club once Ooh, that's a great gift Until Chelsea hated the smell of the cigars And they canceled my Cigar of the Month Club Alright, we gotta take a break We'll be back Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30 We're gonna get a Dirty on the 30 in here Everybody got their headphones on? You got it? Good. Why'd you look at me? Because I've got gas, and I got a fart, and I want to make sure that none of you guys. I've had that happen to me before. I had KP the other day in studio, and you were doing a dirty report, and she kept giggling, and I thought she was giggling at your stuff, and I realized one of the stories was about somebody dying, and I realized she looked at me because she could hear me. She didn't have her headphones on.

00:52:17 - 00:52:39 | Speaker 1:

That is so funny. All right, UFC fighter Conor McGregor is being accused of violently sexually assaulting a woman in the bathroom at Kaseya Center, the home of the Miami Heat. And the word I keep hearing here is rape. This is bad. The incident allegedly took place at Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the Heat and the Denver Nuggets. McGregor was part of the in-arena entertainment. Was that that game when he tackled the mascot?

00:52:39 - 00:52:41 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, he punched the mascot, yeah.

00:52:42 - 00:54:27 | Speaker 1:

Quoting to letters from an attorney, the victim was separated from her friend by Heat and NBA security. She was forced into a bathroom inside the arena, a bathroom that Conor McGregor just happened to be using. He came out of the stall, forcibly kissed her. She was kept inside the bathroom by security guards that wouldn't allow anybody else inside. This letter also said, quote, The victim was able to get Mr. McGregor to cease his assault by demanding that he stop because she had to urinate. When the victim attempted to urinate, Mr. McGregor, instead of giving her privacy to do so, pulled out his penis. And then I cannot describe the sex act that happened there. The victim pushed Mr. McGregor off of her. He is then accused of grabbing this woman, pinning her up against the wall, ripping off the elastic waistband of her pants while pulling them down, and then attempting to forcibly have sex with her. The woman was able to escape by elbowing him multiple times, left her purse behind, excuse me, security guards, held her purse hostage. The woman then allegedly got her purse back and reported this incident to authorities. So she is now seeking settlements with the NBA, the Heat, and McGregor in lieu of litigation. According to these letters, McGregor's reps deny the allegations, and he is calling this whole thing a shakedown for some cash. Veteran actor Al Pacino is officially a dad again at 83 years old to a baby boy named Romano Pacino. Oh, sources say his girlfriend Noor recently gave birth. The couple is ecstatic. He said he was convinced he couldn't have any more kids this late in the game due to medical issues. But he did. The tabloids are the best. This is kid number four for him.

00:54:27 - 00:54:33 | Speaker 3:

Did you see the post in The Sun and all those guys? What was the headline? The headline is Papa Chino.

00:54:33 - 00:54:34 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I love that.

00:54:34 - 00:54:37 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. I was like, this is a great. They always have the best headlines.

00:54:38 - 00:54:59 | Speaker 1:

They do. They really do. They're so creative. Celebrity couple Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin are engaged to be married. They announced their engagement yesterday. They've been dating for about five years. They plan to marry in Barb's home country of Hungary. And Kim Kardashian says there is one thing about a guy.

00:55:00 - 00:55:01 | Speaker 4:

That totally turns her on.

00:55:02 - 00:55:18 | Speaker 2:

Want to know what it is? Oh, you know, I'm sorry. I was going to guess. I'm going to guess. Well, you already heard it. No, no, no. Just play it. No, I didn't hear what you said. What did I say? I didn't hear it. An NBA contract. Yes, that's what I was going to say. NBA contract or musician, lots of money.

00:55:18 - 00:55:30 | Speaker 4:

Teeth are like one of my biggest turn-ons. Just kidding. But not kidding. Teeth are like one of my biggest turn-ons. Was that me? Wait, did you do that again?

00:55:30 - 00:55:33 | Speaker 2:

No, I think it just was not edited. Oh, shoot. That's okay.

00:55:34 - 00:55:35 | Speaker 3:

That was my bad.

00:55:35 - 00:55:36 | Speaker 2:

It's worth hearing twice.

00:55:36 - 00:55:41 | Speaker 4:

Teeth. Well, she also came up with a list of other things that she looks for in a man.

00:55:41 - 00:55:49 | Speaker 5:

Number one, protect me. Number two, fight for me. Number three, good hygiene. I mean, that's like a given. I think I should even take that off.

00:55:50 - 00:55:51 | Speaker 2:

Number four, calm.

00:55:52 - 00:55:53 | Speaker 5:

Five, no mom or dad issues.

00:55:53 - 00:55:54 | Speaker 2:

Wait a second. What did she say?

00:55:54 - 00:56:10 | Speaker 4:

Calm. Patient. Oh, I thought she said something else. No way, she did not say that, you're a dirty man. Teeth. I'm trying to think. Okay, if I agree with the teeth thing. You could have bad teeth, though, if you have a British or Irish accent. Absolutely, but she says that she can smell cavities,

00:56:11 - 00:56:13 | Speaker 5:

so maybe if she just doesn't want you to be smelly.

00:56:13 - 00:56:21 | Speaker 4:

I don't know. Mike, she did talk about guys who are bald. This is what she had to say. No balding.

00:56:21 - 00:56:22 | Speaker 1:

Son of a...

00:56:22 - 00:56:27 | Speaker 3:

But then I don't know. If I was like, if I'm also in love, like, I'll rub your bald head.

00:56:27 - 00:56:30 | Speaker 1:

Oh. Does Allie ever rub your bald head?

00:56:30 - 00:56:40 | Speaker 2:

Sometimes she does Mike I'm telling you You gotta take the hat off And you gotta go Onashiral Like you did when you were Up on skis Water skis

00:56:40 - 00:56:48 | Speaker 1:

In my brain And I know I don't But in my brain I would look like Dwayne the Rock Johnson But really it would be like Fester from Adam Smith Dude Fester

00:56:48 - 00:57:01 | Speaker 2:

Honestly you look badass You know what you look like? You look like either the hero Or the villain Of some of our favorite shows I like both I'm serious Go for it, Mike. Show it off. Tell everybody. This is the new me.

Why don't we do a, let's do a daddy-daughter dance. Come on. Love it. Let's do a daddy-daughter. You know, it's funny. As I was looking at, like, father's songs and stuff like that, and I'm trying to figure Out like what I like the best Father songs and for some reason The only father song That actually like makes me cry Is that Luther Vandross Song dance with my father Have you ever heard that song before It's called dance with my father I'm asking the ladies On the show I don't know

00:57:47 - 00:57:52 | Speaker 3:

I may have heard it but I don't Know from the title it is

00:57:52 - 00:58:14 | Speaker 2:

His father passed And And his mom used to dance with his dad. Can you sing it for me? It was, here. It was, I dance with my father again. I got Luther. By the way, the only thing I have that resembles Luther is my weight fluctuates like his. Up and down, up and down. Here, listen. Listen to words.

00:58:14 - 00:59:22 | Speaker 6:

Back when I was a child. Before life removed all the innocence My father would lift me high And dance with my mother and me And then spin me around till I fell asleep Then up the stairs he would carry me And I knew for sure I was loved If I could get another chance Another walk Another dance with him I'd play a song that would never, ever end How I'd love, love, love To dance with my father Again Isn't that great?

00:59:22 - 00:59:59 | Speaker 2:

Such a beautiful song. It's funny because when I was looking for songs for Father's Day, I remember back in the day, I used to ask the kids all the time, and I'd be like, guys, I'm trying to play Father's Day songs on the air. Do you guys have songs that you think are really good Father's Day songs? And I thought my kids would know of a Father's Day song, like they sing in school and stuff. And I'll never forget, Luke says to me, he goes, Oh I know that song That you guys Sometimes will play And I go What's that He goes A da da da Do you remember that song at all He thought that that was it Because remember It was You always call him da da Right So yeah It's so funny

01:00:00 - 01:00:41 | Speaker 1:

So this was the song that Luke would always say. This is the Father's Day song. By the way, you want to go to our daddy-daughter dance, 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. You take dad to the daddy-daughter's dance. It's a week from tonight. Happy Father's Day to all the da-da's that are listening. What was it, Volkswagen used to use this as a commercial? No. Yeah, I think so.

01:00:41 - 01:00:43 | Speaker 2:

What is this?

01:00:44 - 01:00:45 | Speaker 1:

Remember this?

01:00:45 - 01:00:45 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

01:00:45 - 01:00:55 | Speaker 3:

No. Da, da, da. Da, da, da.

01:00:55 - 01:01:30 | Speaker 1:

and then the other song honestly the other song that reminds me of dads and this is the one that every time that i hear it i always sit there and i go oh my god i know this song this is like the greatest reminds me of fathers because here's the deal there is a there's only like honestly like one dad in this world that we all like really truly care about and then the rest of the dads They're just like, you know, me and Kevin, you know, Mike. We're just like regular guys. But there is only one Scott Mick.

01:01:31 - 01:01:32 | Speaker 2:

Don't. Please don't.

01:01:32 - 01:01:34 | Speaker 1:

And every time this song plays.

01:01:35 - 01:01:36 | Speaker 2:

Please don't.

01:01:36 - 01:01:37 | Speaker 1:

Why?

01:01:37 - 01:01:39 | Speaker 2:

Because it makes me sad.

01:01:39 - 01:01:40 | Speaker 1:

Why does it make you sad?

01:01:40 - 01:02:02 | Speaker 2:

Because I thought my dad died one time and I thought. I know. I thought he was talking to me through the radio on my way into work by playing this stupid song. because there was a bombing in a German airport that he was supposed to be at and he wouldn't answer my calls or texts and I thought he died. It's not funny. It's sad. Play it. It's so good. Are you sure? Play it. It's so good.

01:02:03 - 01:02:33 | Speaker 1:

Why can I not find it in here? The hell out. Yeah. I'm looking up. Why? Am I looking up? Is it the wrong title that's in here? Oh, here you go. Here you go. Ready? This is it. It says the Tarzan movie or something like that. Here you go. It is. It is. This song makes her cry every time she hears it. It reminds her of her dad. This is the happy Father's Day to all the Scott Mix wearing Crocs this weekend. Come stop crying, it will be all right.

01:02:34 - 01:02:43 | Speaker 3:

Just take my hand, hold it tight. I will protect you from all around me.

01:02:43 - 01:02:52 | Speaker 2:

I will be here, don't you cry. Oh, I'm so small You seem so strong

01:02:52 - 01:03:02 | Speaker 3:

My arms will hold you Keep yourself and warm This bond between us Can't be broken

01:03:02 - 01:03:08 | Speaker 2:

Oh, we'll be here Don't you Remember, we played this at the last Daddy Daughter

01:03:08 - 01:03:09 | Speaker 3:

Yeah

01:03:09 - 01:03:12 | Speaker 2:

And my dad was crying on the dance floor Yeah, exactly

01:03:12 - 01:03:22 | Speaker 1:

Well, I think he was also loving all the attention he got because he wore his Hawaiian shirts and Tommy Bahama and the Crocs.

01:03:24 - 01:03:27 | Speaker 2:

So good. It's such a good song. It is.

01:03:27 - 01:03:29 | Speaker 1:

Kate, you're coming to the Daddy-Daughter Dance. Congratulations.

01:03:31 - 01:03:32 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yay.

01:03:33 - 01:03:36 | Speaker 1:

It's a week from today, celebrating dad, so you can give it to him as a gift.

01:03:38 - 01:03:42 | Speaker 3:

Oh, excellent. My sister's goal is to make him cry, so this will do it.

01:03:42 - 01:03:46 | Speaker 1:

Awesome. Yeah, tell Lydia how many tickets you need for all your sisters, okay?

01:03:47 - 01:03:48 | Speaker 3:

Okay, sounds good. Thank you.

01:03:49 - 01:03:49 | Speaker 1:

Hang on one second.

01:03:49 - 01:04:01 | Speaker 3:

Why can't they understand the way we feel? They just don't trust what they can't explain. I know we're different.

01:04:01 - 01:04:05 | Speaker 1:

Chelsea, how much you love your dad?

01:04:07 - 01:04:07 | Speaker 3:

Very much.

01:04:15 - 01:04:18 | Speaker 1:

Ah, love it. How old are you, Chelsea?

01:04:19 - 01:04:19 | Speaker 3:

I'm 26.

01:04:20 - 01:04:24 | Speaker 1:

So you probably did go to a daddy-daughter dance, didn't you, with him when you were younger?

01:04:24 - 01:04:30 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. He loves the daddy-daughter dance, so he's going to be super hyped.

01:04:30 - 01:04:32 | Speaker 1:

It's good. It's a return the favor, okay?

01:04:33 - 01:04:34 | Speaker 3:

Yep, thank you.

01:04:34 - 01:04:59 | Speaker 1:

01:05:18 - 01:05:46 | Speaker 3:

This whole soundtrack, banger, banger, banger. Trash in the camp. Chef's case went in sync for the credits. Chef's case. He really did go wild for a Disney movie. He did not need to go that hard.

01:05:46 - 01:06:18 | Speaker 6:

My favorite of this entire song, and it reminds me for my kids, but it also reminds me of a funny thing when we saw the movie and the song comes out at the end and Luke was like, you'll be in my farts. It's Mojo in the morning. It's time to get a little freaky. It's a freaky Friday, right? Oh, yeah. What's going on? By the way, throwback throwdown is coming up here this morning. The Dirty on the 30 Kev A Freaky Friday What's up?

01:06:18 - 01:07:21 | Speaker 2:

I thought it was going to be that This Sherelle and I We were having a conversation yesterday Your girlfriend Yeah And we started talking about I don't know what we were talking about And how we got on the topic of Sex and Freaky Friday But if you remember that Dave Chappelle skit From way back in the day When keeping it real goes wrong I felt like I had a When getting freaky goes wrong Like that was my remix moment So to the scenario We were in the bed And Sherelle, she used to be like really like a gym rat. And I think like her legs were hurting or something of that fact. So I was massaging her down. I had the oils and, you know, I was getting in there. And things were going amazing. I grabbed the Icy High and I was rubbing her legs and grabbed, you know, oils again and all this stuff. And I was going in. And, of course, I'm close to the area. So things heat up and we start, you know, getting a little freaky. And then all of a sudden, I have the amazing idea to use the Icy Hot. No. Oh, no. And apply it to her. No. Oh, no. Why?

01:07:21 - 01:07:31 | Speaker 1:

I have no idea. This is like that drop, but you are so dumb. For real. For real. That's all I can hear.

01:07:31 - 01:07:44 | Speaker 2:

I have no idea what possessed me or what came over. I thought it was going to be. First off, I don't use Icy Hot like that. So I didn't know how hot it would actually get. I thought it would just be a little spicy. No. A little tingle on there.

01:07:46 - 01:07:47 | Speaker 3:

It got hot.

01:07:48 - 01:07:49 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my God.

01:07:49 - 01:08:03 | Speaker 3:

You can't get it off. I don't know what it is, but it is like this miracle thing that will not be removed. But wait, you said this happened a minute ago. She chose to bake cookies with you after this happened? Because I would be done for life. No, no, no.

01:08:03 - 01:08:05 | Speaker 6:

I thought this was an accident, too.

01:08:05 - 01:08:14 | Speaker 2:

This was actually a purpose thing. Yeah, this was intentional. For some reason, I didn't think it was going to be that hot. And then all of a sudden, it got hot. She's like, ah, ooh.

01:08:15 - 01:08:15 | Speaker 6:

Wow.

01:08:15 - 01:08:20 | Speaker 2:

She runs in the bathroom, gets the water, and it was a whole thing. Nothing helped. Oh, my God. It was a whole thing.

01:08:20 - 01:08:35 | Speaker 6:

It lasted. By the way, there is nothing worse. That would kill you. There's nothing worse than having that get in places that it's not supposed to get. Because I had that one time. I was putting Icy Hot, or what's the other one that was out?

01:08:35 - 01:08:36 | Speaker 3:

Ben Gay.

01:08:36 - 01:08:37 | Speaker 6:

No, maybe it is.

01:08:37 - 01:08:39 | Speaker 3:

Like a Bengay. They're all the same thing.

01:08:39 - 01:08:50 | Speaker 6:

It was something that, it was after I hurt myself, Chelsea got it from one of the yoga people that she was doing yoga with. And I was rubbing it on my thing, and I was like, you ever have an itch on, not my thing. I was rubbing it on my leg. Sure, sure.

01:08:51 - 01:08:51 | Speaker 5:

No.

01:08:51 - 01:09:04 | Speaker 6:

I was rubbing it on my leg where my injury was. And you ever have like an itch, and you just naturally just go itch it? Yeah. And you scratch it? And I had an itch by my eye, and I go up to my eye, and I go, oh, no. It was like right by my eye.

01:09:04 - 01:09:10 | Speaker 2:

So similar to that point, since I did this terrible act, I wanted... Dump that, dump that, dump that, dump that, dump that, everybody dump that.

01:09:11 - 01:09:17 | Speaker 6:

Alyssa, hold on, real quick, let me grab Alyssa real quick, because she wants to tell Kevin he's a big dummy, and that's a good one. What's up, Alyssa?

01:09:17 - 01:09:28 | Speaker 4:

Kevin, no! My cookie hurts, thank you. I know. Don't dump that. I'm so sorry.

01:09:29 - 01:09:38 | Speaker 6:

That has never... That is a spot that you never put anything that has anything that says icy on it, right?

01:09:40 - 01:09:47 | Speaker 4:

I'm going to grill you next week at the daddy-daughter dance for this. Thank you. I don't know what I was thinking.

01:09:47 - 01:09:49 | Speaker 2:

I didn't think it would be that bad.

01:09:50 - 01:09:51 | Speaker 6:

That's bad.

01:09:51 - 01:09:53 | Speaker 4:

She deserves the world from you now.

01:09:53 - 01:09:57 | Speaker 6:

By the way, the thing I was thinking about was BioFreeze. That was what I got. I got BioFreeze in my life.

01:09:57 - 01:09:58 | Speaker 4:

Well, I've talked about that.

01:09:58 - 01:09:59 | Speaker 3:

Dr. Bronner's.

01:10:00 - 01:10:24 | Speaker 1:

peppermint. I use it for body wash, but you could use it for cleaning your house. You know what I'm talking about? It comes from the big container. You can get it at Whole Foods or Thrive Market or whatever. I put that on my loofah and used it in the shower. You loofah your whole body and it gets in your booty and up in your Christmas. It's the same. It's that severe burning sensation that doesn't go away. That is the worst. I know I'm not the only one

01:10:24 - 01:10:33 | Speaker 2:

that's had a, you know, when keeping it freaky goes wrong. I know I'm not the only person out there that's been in this. Maybe the only person that he was icy hot but i know i'm not the only person that's been in a situation where you tried

01:10:33 - 01:11:19 | Speaker 6:

something and it didn't go as planned well let me tell you this there's no our our listeners our listeners have our listeners have told us in the past i remember there was one person we were talking about food in the bedroom and i remember a guy saying that he brought a whole bunch of food in the bedroom and it was a similar situation where he had like some kind of a i don't know was frank's red hot or something like that and we were all like and you brought that as your turn on thing and he thought that it would be great on his girl's chest to put him on there and he was like it was a bad thing because it caused for her to have like a rash on her chest afterwards so she had two red marks right on her boobies what's up uh how you doing hope

01:11:19 - 01:11:35 | Speaker 4:

Hey So am I the only person That remembers that movie Lucas Where the nerdy guy tries to go out For football And the Jacks put Icy Hot In his Jacks dress Oh I've never seen that movie

01:11:35 - 01:11:37 | Speaker 6:

I've seen that in a couple of different movies But Lucas yeah

01:11:37 - 01:11:43 | Speaker 4:

He goes running and actually has to sit On top of like the drinking fountain

01:11:43 - 01:11:45 | Speaker 5:

In front of everybody

01:11:45 - 01:11:47 | Speaker 4:

Oh my gosh

01:11:47 - 01:11:53 | Speaker 6:

Yeah that's the thing It was like, Sherelle's probably jumping in the bathtub at that moment What's up, Kat?

01:11:54 - 01:12:24 | Speaker 5:

Hey, Mojo, how are you? Hi, Kat What's up, Kat? Welcome to the show Appreciate you So, the first time my boyfriend ever made me dinner We had tacos And he was cutting up a habanero pepper And did one of those little accidental kind of not even thinking about it scratches down there and literally cried and screamed the rest of the night.

01:12:27 - 01:12:33 | Speaker 6:

And those habaneros are worse than Icy Hot, Biofreeze, or Bengay all together, right? Oh yeah, put it all

01:12:33 - 01:12:37 | Speaker 5:

together and make it into a paste and that's what I'm doing.

01:12:37 - 01:12:39 | Speaker 6:

You silently loved it though, didn't you?

01:12:40 - 01:12:42 | Speaker 5:

I did. I was like, you know what? I think he's a keeper.

01:12:45 - 01:13:27 | Speaker 3:

what's going on how you doing susan hi good morning um long time listener first 10 callers yes i just wanted to say oil valet or ole or whatever has like body wash normal scent well they have fancy scents and like botanicals or whatever and it came in a three pack and there was different scents and that one had tea tree oil and something else like white tea leaves or something and i was lathering it all over me and it got down into my cookie area burned for like a long time so i threw that out oh geez by the way a couple of these ones that

01:13:27 - 01:13:39 | Speaker 6:

01:13:39 - 01:13:44 | Speaker 3:

I did that once and forgot to wipe it off my go-to area.

01:13:44 - 01:13:57 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, and then another person just said, this is 203, said bug spray on a tampon accidentally when we were on a camping trip.

01:13:58 - 01:13:59 | Speaker 2:

Literally how?

01:13:59 - 01:14:19 | Speaker 6:

He's crying.

01:26:36 - 01:27:12 | Speaker 3:

You're going to have to watch all the socials for the video of that to be posted later. But let me explain the Throwback Throwdown right now. Mike got out to a 2-0 lead. Emily, you put those tickets right in your pocket. You were ready to go to the concert, weren't you? I was. I really put them right in my pocket. And then I think he started toying with these guys going, oh, you know what? I'll give them a little bit. You know, I'll throw them. This is kind of the game you play against your teenage child, and then they beat you in the end because you think you're playing a little bit. Now, we got ourselves a good old-fashioned three-way tie, don't we?

01:27:14 - 01:27:17 | Speaker 2:

Yes, we should. Here we go. Yes.

01:27:18 - 01:27:39 | Speaker 3:

The next song in a throwback throwdown. Megan's not even going to get on the board. I know that. But that's alright Next song in the Throwback Throwdown Is going to make Somebody a winner I believe it I feel it I feel it in my bones The next song In the Throwback Throwdown For this week Is

01:28:08 - 01:28:18 | Speaker 3:

Okay. Wow, Emily, congratulations, Emily, you have just won the Throwback Throwdown. Enjoy the show!

01:28:19 - 01:28:20 | Speaker 1:

Thank you!

01:28:20 - 01:28:39 | Speaker 3:

By the way, he is in Grand Rapids. Where's the belt? Get that belt up. Come on. Give him that belt. FedEx that. Hold on. Misfit Steve is driving that belt down 96 right now. MSP, make way for him. What are you driving right now? What do you drive?

01:28:41 - 01:28:41 | Speaker 2:

Nitro.

01:28:43 - 01:28:58 | Speaker 3:

Aren't they supposed to be fast? They're called a nitro, right? No, it's not fast. All right. Mojo in the mornings. Dirty on the 30. Let's go to Shannon's Dirty on the 30 next. And what do you got in the Dirty on the 30? That's so formal.

01:28:58 - 01:29:26 | Speaker 4:

Well, Meghan Markle's Spotify podcast, Archetypes, not being renewed for a second season. And remember, this was a big moneymaker for them. They signed a deal for $20 million. Harry and Meghan did for the project that was back in 2020. But sources are telling me they didn't meet the productivity benchmark required to get the full payout. So I don't know how much in actuality they're going to be making there. I am hearing Megan is still planning on creating more podcasts, and she is going to be finding a new home for that series.

01:29:26 - 01:29:32 | Speaker 3:

Same thing happened with former President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama's podcast.

01:29:32 - 01:29:34 | Speaker 4:

Was that Spotify as well?

01:29:34 - 01:29:59 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, they overpay for this stuff, thinking, okay, well, people love these guys. They'll all go and take a look at it. And then they realize that they don't get as many people that are listening to it. it kind of makes you and this is nothing because i'm not a huge fan of his but it kind of makes you realize how like crazily popular joe rogan is that joe rogan has

01:30:00 - 01:30:14 | Speaker 6:

the exact numbers that they're looking for and contains them, maintains them every single week. And you're like, Spotify thinks that they're going to try to catch lightning in a bottle with all these other people. And sometimes it's a one-time thing, you know, for somebody.

01:30:15 - 01:31:17 | Speaker 2:

Taylor Swift's dad apparently made 15 million bucks when her music was sold to Scooter Braun. So her catalog was given to Scooter in 2019 when Scott Porchetta, who was the founder of that big machine label group, put his company up for sale and you remember this drama scooters ithaca holdings paid 330 mil to take it all well back in 2019 a rep for taylor said her dad did not have any knowledge of the deal before it happened nobody around taylor did um he intentionally skipped a private nda signed phone call about a potential deal so that he didn't have to withhold anything from taylor and remember she found out from news articles when she woke up the next day that that was happening But now we find out he actually made a little bit of money. Weird. $15 million. Trump fans at the Miami hotspot Versailles, a little restaurant in the Little Havana neighborhood of Miami, were ecstatic when the former president declared food for everybody during a surprise stop.

01:31:18 - 01:31:27 | Speaker 4:

Where is he on? Are you ready? Are you ready? Food for everyone.

01:31:28 - 01:32:46 | Speaker 2:

That was right after he made that court appearance. However, he didn't buy food for anybody. He stayed for about 10 minutes and then left, didn't order anything for himself, nor did he follow through on that promise and buy food for anybody. Instead, he ate McDonald's by himself on his plate. Tiger King star Joe Exotic has filed to appear on his first state ballot against President Biden in the 2024 Democratic presidential primary. Yes, he is going to be campaigning from federal prison. He sent a $500 check on Monday to the Colorado Secretary of State's office in order to appear on the Centennial State Super Tuesday ballot. Joe Exotic would be the first openly gay president and the first elected from prison if he, by some sort of miracle, won where he is serving a 21-year sentence for scheming to kill Carole Baskin. and wait till I play this for you Megan I think you're going to love this Ryan Reynolds is launching his own channel with FuboTV his first project on this is going to be an original series called Bedtime Stories with Ryan and he's going to be reading classic bedtime stories in an attempt to soothe your mind and your soul before you catch some disease

01:32:46 - 01:32:55 | Speaker 1:

you know the best part about stories they stay with you And I want to tell you a bedtime story.

01:32:55 - 01:32:57 | Speaker 2:

He makes me tingle.

01:32:57 - 01:33:06 | Speaker 1:

Rest your tired bones. And remember, whatever you do, don't fall asleep.

01:33:06 - 01:33:07 | Speaker 6:

Oh.

01:33:07 - 01:33:08 | Unknown:

Oh, my God.

01:33:08 - 01:33:11 | Speaker 6:

I see him dressed as Deadpool.

01:33:11 - 01:33:11 | Speaker 2:

Okay.

01:33:13 - 01:33:15 | Speaker 6:

Will you subscribe or

01:33:15 - 01:33:16 | Speaker 2:

01:33:16 - 01:33:26 | Speaker 3:

That's very ASMR to me. I hate Blake Lively. I hate her more than anything. I love her. I know, so do I. I'm just jealous.

01:33:27 - 01:33:27 | Speaker 2:

Makes me horny.

01:33:28 - 01:33:32 | Speaker 3:

To be fair, I feel like he's lucky to be with her. It's so annoying.

01:33:51 - 01:34:07 | Speaker 6:

This is Mojo in the Morning. Mojo in the Morning show. Happy Father's Day to all of our beautiful dads. Mike, one of the most beautiful of them all.

01:34:07 - 01:34:07 | Speaker 5:

Nah.

01:34:08 - 01:34:13 | Speaker 6:

And he's in a little bit of a dilemma about Father's Day.

01:34:14 - 01:34:14 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

01:34:14 - 01:34:20 | Speaker 6:

Allie is telling you what to do on Father's Day

01:34:20 - 01:34:49 | Speaker 5:

Well, it feels like more of a suggestion But a very, very strong suggestion Like if I do it, it's fine Like if I do it, it's okay So I am going to Canadian Lakes this weekend I got to pick what I wanted to do for Father's Day Which I thought was very cool And so we're going to Canadian Lakes We're going to spend the weekend going to the beaches and stuff But I also am going golfing And I'm taking Cecily Golfing We went a couple weekends ago for her first time And she really, really loved it

01:34:49 - 01:35:00 | Speaker 6:

You sent me some pictures, by the way, that are so cute Of you and Cecily out on the golf course Is it not the coolest thing ever To just see how excited she is Just to spend time with her day

01:35:00 - 01:35:20 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, she loves it. I mean, you know, he probably took all the kids golfing, too. I did, but I had a hard time with it because all they wanted to do was drive the cart, and they wanted to drive it right into sand traps. So when I finally said to them, guys, we can't drive the cart in sand traps, they were done. They were like, we're out of here.

01:35:21 - 01:36:56 | Speaker 3:

I'm going to let her drive a little bit this weekend. You're right. That is what she's excited about. But she likes to play, too. And if she really gets into it, then I'll like go out and get her her own set of golf clubs or whatever. But I'm kind of feeling it out. And it's it's fun because it's like somebody you get to go with from my house now. But I have some because I don't have a lot of friends, but I don't hang out with as many of them because they either have kids that are much older than mine because they had kids at a young age or they have or they don't have kids. So when like my single friends, which I only have probably two of them now at this point, when they reach out to me and want to hang out, it's always last minute. It's always like, hey, I'm about to go golfing right now. We need a fourth. Do you want to come? And sometimes I can and sometimes I can't. And I mentioned it the other day that I was going to Canadian Lakes and we were going to go golfing. And a buddy of mine just reached out a couple days ago. And he's like, hey, I remember you said you were going golf with Cess. We'll come to you. Can we join you and make it a foursome? And I'm like, oh, that's kind of cool. Like, I don't have to change any plans or do anything. They just want to jump in on that. And Allie and Milo and Sebastian are just going to chill and we're staying at the woods. So they're just going to chill there. Yeah. So I'm like, I think so. So I mentioned it to Allie, and she's like, oh, no, you can't do that. And I said, what? What? What do you mean? She's like, I just don't think it's a good idea. Like, it's supposed to be like a you and Cecily kind of thing. It's like a bonding thing. It's Father's Day weekend. You probably should just, you know, she's like, I'm not telling you no. But she's saying that she's basically not telling you no. She's telling you no, right? I'm going to get back. Yeah, if I go, I feel like I'm going to be in trouble. When I get back.

01:36:56 - 01:37:52 | Speaker 4:

So let me just say this to you because how many miles is Detroit to Grand Rapids? Because I just want to make sure I'm safe distance away to say something like this with Allie. That's about two and a half. Okay. All right. So I just want to say this. I love Allie and I think she's awesome. But isn't it interesting how on Mother's Day, the moms can pretty much pick out whatever they want to do. Matter of fact, on Mother's Day, there are moms that say, I don't even want my kids. Like, I don't even want to spend time with them. I want to go and do something for myself. I want to go to the spa, or I want to go shopping, or I want to lay in bed and watch movies. But on Father's Day, it's I'm hanging, you're hanging out with the kids, and you're doing this with the kids. And so what I say to Allie is, you are doing that. You're doing half of that, but you're also, you know, completing the other foursome.

01:37:52 - 01:37:59 | Speaker 2:

Don't you think that has something to do with the amount of responsibility and time shared between parents and kids?

01:37:59 - 01:37:59 | Speaker 4:

Listen.

01:38:00 - 01:38:05 | Speaker 2:

Isn't it that moms typically spend a little bit more time with the kids and need a break?

01:38:05 - 01:38:06 | Speaker 4:

Let's not talk about this one.

01:38:06 - 01:38:16 | Speaker 1:

I wouldn't even take it that route. I wouldn't even take it that route for the argument. I would say you had already made plans at your own free will with SES.

01:38:16 - 01:38:17 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

01:38:17 - 01:38:28 | Speaker 1:

And so she was looking forward to it being daddy-daughter time as well, which is a really cool thing to do and a really cool way to spend your Father's Day that you picked.

01:38:28 - 01:38:30 | Speaker 3:

Yes, that's true. You picked. I did, I did.

01:38:31 - 01:38:43 | Speaker 1:

Okay, and so I think that Allie is right in saying that is like quality time with your little girl, your baby girl who looks up at you with those eyes. Oh, jeez.

01:38:43 - 01:38:46 | Speaker 4:

Don't fall for it, Mike. Don't fall for it.

01:38:46 - 01:38:55 | Speaker 2:

You are her harrow. And do not own that. And to add on to that, I think it's interesting that you're establishing so early with your kids who your favorite is.

01:38:56 - 01:39:23 | Speaker 4:

By the way, yeah. No, because honestly, listen, Mike, don't fall for that too. Can I just say something real quick, Shannon, to your comment that you just said? And I think that you have to understand with golf, and anybody that golfs knows etiquette, they never let a twosome out. They always have to put a foursome together. So here's the story If you go to the golf course up there Canadian Lakes are you going to the cool one that we always give away Passes to because that's a really nice one

01:39:23 - 01:39:25 | Speaker 3:

Yeah the Royal Golf Club

01:39:25 - 01:39:59 | Speaker 4:

The Canadian Lakes people are always good people They're going to put them With two other people Why can't the other two people just be Mike's friends Otherwise you're going to be put With two people you don't even know Two strangers So now Mike knows A That these two people aren't weirdos And B That he's got his buddies with him So he's got the best of both worlds He's got a father's day of all father's day Women on their mother's days Go travel with their friends And have girls weekends Naughty mom's night out

01:40:00 - 01:40:36 | Speaker 5:

Look, look. It's an effing double standard. Look, look. First off, if we're just going to be real, Father's Day is a throwaway for most people. If we're just going to put it out there and be frank, people do not care about Father's Day. We get polos, y'all get princess cut diamonds. Like, let's be for real right now. Kevin, keep it real. Secondly, I truly agree with Shannon, where it started as a thing with Cecily, and now we're bringing more in. So I get that point. But the song goes, it's my party. I can cry if I want to. It's Father's Day. If you want to change your mind and do what you want to do, then do what you want to do. Core memory. He's with Cecily all the time. Ruined. He loves her. She knows the love is there.

01:40:37 - 01:40:54 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, listen, Mike, I think that the guys are on one end of this one, the girls are on the other, and we cannot bend at all. You can't break, Mike. You can't do this. Right, right, right. Yeah, I agree with that. None of this stuff. You stand tall, Mike. You won the throwback throwdown. Right, right. Very tall.

01:40:56 - 01:41:29 | Speaker 7:

Stand 5'6", at least. I'm seven-ish. When you're ready to be toast? Yeah. No, see, I think it's a good idea, too. And my wife is listening right now because she's at home with the kids. She said you could call her if you want. Okay. Dial her up. I don't think that this will hurt the moment with Cecily and I. Because I think if we were changing what we were going to do, if we were doing something completely different because these people were coming, then, yes, that would be rude. We planned this. I don't think that Cecily is going to mind more people. Well, Cecily is the more the merrier type of person.

01:41:29 - 01:41:32 | Speaker 5:

You just took her to Taylor Swift. You can do nothing wrong.

01:41:32 - 01:41:34 | Speaker 6:

Hey, Jen, what's up? You wanted to comment on this.

01:41:34 - 01:41:50 | Speaker 4:

Add people to the goal. Yes, that's exactly what I was going to say. First of all, he just took her to Taylor Swift. That was an amazing time. Poor memory. And secondly, why has nobody asked Cecily if she's good with it? If she was not good with it, I could see the girl's opinions and stuff. But if she's good with it, then what's the problem?

01:41:51 - 01:42:00 | Speaker 6:

No, that is, yeah. By the way, kids get no, until they vote, they're not allowed a vote. okay, until they're at least 18. She's a daddy, girl.

01:42:00 - 01:42:06 | Speaker 1:

He's going to be on his side. You know what, Mike? Oh, that's true. Let me tell you something. She's already, is she nine yet? Is she eight?

01:42:06 - 01:42:07 | Speaker 7:

Yes, she just turned nine.

01:42:07 - 01:42:24 | Speaker 1:

She's nine years old. You only get with her maybe nine more summers. Don't fall for this, Mike. Maybe. Honestly, probably around 14. She's not going to spend Father's Day with you. She's going to be with her boyfriend. If I were you, I would soak these times in. Did you just call me a lady?

01:42:24 - 01:42:29 | Speaker 6:

She's a bad lady. Don't trust her by the way

01:42:29 - 01:42:37 | Speaker 1:

I saw the rage bubble up in Shannon And she tried to just force it back down Force that S word down inside my body

01:42:37 - 01:42:40 | Speaker 6:

Kira what do you want to say Kira

01:42:40 - 01:43:09 | Speaker 2:

So Mike I'm 30 I'm 31 now and my dad Does the same stuff where we'll Make plans and then he'll invite his Friends to this day And I can tell you at 30 She's going to be so Broken hearted She will remember that forever. Sure is. Ding, ding, ding. As a single parent, I understand doing what you want to do for Father's Day. Yep. But there's a bigger picture. Yep. Just going to have her feelings.

01:43:09 - 01:43:16 | Speaker 1:

Mike, in the words of John Mayer. Fathers, be good to your dad. Yes.

01:43:16 - 01:43:17 | Speaker 7:

I'm John Mayer.

01:43:17 - 01:43:25 | Speaker 6:

Hey, Kira. I can't wait to. Just because your heart is broken doesn't mean you have to break all the rest of us hearts.

01:43:25 - 01:43:28 | Speaker 2:

Hey, you don't have to call me out like that, Mojo.

01:43:30 - 01:43:34 | Speaker 6:

Hold on. We got Allie on the phone with us. Allie?

01:43:35 - 01:43:36 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

01:43:36 - 01:43:39 | Speaker 6:

I think it's a fabulous idea that Mike just spent time with us.

01:43:40 - 01:43:40 | Speaker 7:

You liar.

01:43:41 - 01:43:42 | Speaker 6:

You liar.

01:43:42 - 01:43:44 | Speaker 3:

You liar. I know you agreed 100%.

01:43:44 - 01:43:49 | Speaker 6:

I do. You guys get to do what you want on Mother's Day. Why can't we do what we want to do?

01:43:49 - 01:43:53 | Speaker 3:

You know what I've done for the past nine years on Mother's Day?

01:43:53 - 01:43:53 | Speaker 6:

What?

01:43:53 - 01:44:13 | Speaker 3:

Spent it with my children. Uh-huh. Not once have I gone to a hotel room. Not once have I gone to a spa. I mean, granted, I've gotten breakfast in bed every year with eggs that have shells in them and all that kind of stuff. Really good.

01:44:14 - 01:44:15 | Speaker 7:

And mimosas.

01:44:16 - 01:44:17 | Speaker 3:

Well, yeah.

01:44:18 - 01:44:19 | Speaker 7:

But too much orange juice.

01:44:19 - 01:44:24 | Speaker 3:

I've been with friends going and having a meet day.

01:44:24 - 01:44:30 | Speaker 7:

I'm starting a tradition. Like I'm starting a new thing that we do where we also bring friends to our Mother's Day and Father's Day

01:44:30 - 01:44:33 | Speaker 3:

Okay, well next year I want to go to the spa

01:44:33 - 01:44:34 | Speaker 7:

Okay

01:44:34 - 01:44:51 | Speaker 3:

I want a facial, I want to get my nails done, I want to get my toes done Get your hair done I want the whole nine yards Lashes, go big, go big, go big Botox Because you know what, I want to look good for you

01:44:51 - 01:44:59 | Speaker 6:

Oh, she's a manipulator, don't do it, Mike She's trying to take you down that path She's smarter than you

01:44:59 - 01:45:00 | Speaker 2:

Actually she wants to take a

01:45:00 - 01:45:13 | Speaker 8:

friend to do all that with, so double it. Double. Hold on. Shannon, what are you doing? We have a little foursome at the spa. Weirdly, I am available on Mother's Day. Lydia, you want to come?

01:45:14 - 01:45:15 | Speaker 3:

Hold on, hold on, hold on.

01:45:15 - 01:45:17 | Speaker 8:

Also, that means a hotel room, please.

01:45:18 - 01:45:29 | Speaker 3:

Olivia, what did you want to say? We got Mike's wife, Allie, on the phone with us right now, and again, for those just tuning in, Mike wants to take his daughter for Father's Day golfing, but also with his buddies. What did you want to say?

01:45:30 - 01:46:04 | Speaker 6:

okay so i grew up with all of like my to no relation to me at all those were they were always invited on father's day like our father's day and mother's day were always barbecues and like hanging out with our extended family who literally was not our family at all so like i have uncles that are just friends of my mom's ex-husbands that i grew up with and will forever look at them like my uncle oh see that that's actually nice so you say that mike what she's

01:46:04 - 01:46:11 | Speaker 3:

saying is say that their uncle uncles uh that are coming with okay extended uncles yeah and it's

01:46:11 - 01:46:33 | Speaker 6:

like almost missing an opportunity to bond with everybody so these are my dad's friends who he hangs out with all the time yeah i want to know who they are they want to know who i am i'm i'm their kid and i have i have a one-year-old in my back seat right now so for me it's very interesting that that wasn't thought of is like a cool dynamic to push a little bit. See, it takes a

01:46:33 - 01:46:50 | Speaker 1:

village, Allie. It takes a village. And I'm just trying to, when she goes on her first date, I want to have that little boy comes to the door and knocks on the door. I want a village of dudes, of my buddies, just standing at that door waiting just to have a conversation with that dude. You know what I mean? Like, what did you say the other day, Joe?

01:46:51 - 01:47:21 | Speaker 2:

Bad boys? That bad boys. Bad boys too, yeah. Reggie, you look 30. i ain't going back what were we gonna say kevin well here's the thing we talk about it's for the children they get birthdays they get every day they get christmas where they feel all the love on father's day it's about the father being happy and if he wants to go golfing that's what he wants and everyone should give dad what he wants because it's his day but why do you think

01:47:21 - 01:47:28 | Speaker 8:

Father's Day still involves mom mothering. And Father's Day is pretty much just a checkout day. Because we actually still want to be with our kids.

01:47:28 - 01:47:33 | Speaker 3:

Oh, baloney. Donna wants to say something. Real quick. Donna, what did you want to say?

01:47:34 - 01:47:35 | Speaker 2:

Men. Yeah. Men.

01:47:37 - 01:47:50 | Speaker 5:

Killing them. I think that he should take his friends. Seth could learn a lot of golf tips from them. Plus, learning how to carry on a conversation with an adult is an awesome thing, a skill to learn.

01:47:51 - 01:47:51 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

01:47:51 - 01:47:52 | Speaker 5:

Okay.

01:47:52 - 01:47:53 | Speaker 1:

There you go. See, I'm teaching life skills.

01:47:54 - 01:47:58 | Speaker 5:

And he can take, yeah, he can take Cecily on many, many other days.

01:47:58 - 01:48:00 | Speaker 4:

Mike, are you damning people telling him to call in?

01:48:02 - 01:48:03 | Speaker 3:

Plead the fifth.

01:48:05 - 01:48:07 | Speaker 8:

How much did Mike pay you for this call?

01:48:07 - 01:48:14 | Speaker 3:

I can't believe that it's all women, though, calling. No guys are, like, calling up going, yeah, yeah, yeah. Like, they're not fighting it out. Dennis, what do you want to say?

01:48:14 - 01:48:15 | Speaker 1:

They're scared.

01:48:15 - 01:48:48 | Speaker 4:

So, Mike, you really do have to. I have a boy, girl, boy. And I got to tell you, I spoil the crap out of my daughter. She's 32 years old. But, you know, I do the things that she wants to do, and she does the things that I want to do because I'm her dad and she's my daughter. So it's really a precious moment. And if she wants to bring another friend or whatever or another dad, leave that up to her. But you got to bring her in on the equation, too. You really do.

01:48:48 - 01:48:50 | Speaker 3:

By the way, how did this guy get through?

01:48:51 - 01:48:55 | Speaker 4:

If we want to hear you talk, I will shove my arm up your ass and work your mouth like a dog.

01:48:56 - 01:48:58 | Speaker 3:

Sorry, guys. All right, Dennis.

01:48:59 - 01:49:00 | Speaker 8:

Don't be sorry. You're on the right here.

01:49:00 - 01:49:12 | Speaker 3:

All right. So here's the deal here. If Mike doesn't bring his friends with and they put Mike and Cecily with two strangers, Mike is going to be really pissed.

01:49:12 - 01:49:14 | Speaker 2:

Who Cecily hates, by the way.

01:49:14 - 01:49:14 | Speaker 3:

She hates strangers.

01:49:15 - 01:49:16 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah. She does not like strangers.

01:49:16 - 01:49:19 | Speaker 3:

She hates strangers, for sure. Not a stranger. Exactly.

01:49:20 - 01:49:27 | Speaker 7:

And if they do go by themselves and they do get to go with two strangers, guess what those two are going to do? Make new friends.

01:49:27 - 01:49:29 | Speaker 3:

Oh, jeez. I know.

01:49:29 - 01:49:31 | Speaker 7:

Who needs new friends?

01:49:32 - 01:49:54 | Speaker 3:

They're overrated. I got plenty. He's not. Actually, you got plenty unless you go golfing with them. And then they'd be like, wait a second, why are my friends with this guy? I don't know. Well, what a wonderful thing. What a wonderful thing that Mike's going to do this with Cecily. And what about, how about this? How about he brings Milo and the baby with?

01:49:55 - 01:49:59 | Speaker 8:

No, he only wants to hang out with his favorite child. Huh? I have a time with all three.

01:50:00 - 01:50:03 | Speaker 3:

Wait, it sounds like Mother's Day now.

01:50:04 - 01:50:05 | Speaker 2:

It's true.

01:50:07 - 01:50:51 | Speaker 3:

Mojo on the Morning Show, our thoughts and prayers to everybody that got affected by the tornado that was ripping through Toledo yesterday. I thought for sure that that tornado was going to rip through pretty much most of the area there through Monroe and all the way through Toledo, and it kind of hit a specific spot. And when, Megan, you – actually, I was on the phone with Scott Sands and we were doing a Taylor Swift giveaway on 92.5 KISS FM, which, by the way, you can win tickets to see Taylor Swift in Cincinnati on KISS. And at the time, he's like, yeah, we're going to call a winner. And I go, Scott, there's tornado sirens rolling through the area.

01:50:51 - 01:50:51 | Unknown:

I know.

01:50:52 - 01:51:08 | Speaker 3:

I know. Although, you know what? honestly, after seeing what Taylor Swift was like last week for everybody here, it potentially would have been okay. Here's your contest. If you survive through the tornado, you get Taylor Swift tickets. You don't get Swifted away. Oh my god, it was

01:51:08 - 01:51:16 | Speaker 2:

Listen, come on, man. Y'all gotta laugh. Like, seriously. It's starting to get a little ridiculous. I gotta be honest

01:51:16 - 01:51:22 | Speaker 3:

with you. I've spent most of my life laughing at jokes that weren't funny. I'm not laughing at your joke right now.

01:51:22 - 01:51:27 | Speaker 2:

How is that not funny? Swifted away? You're talking about Taylor Swift? He's a big man.

01:51:27 - 01:51:29 | Speaker 3:

If you have to ask, it's not funny.

01:51:29 - 01:51:30 | Speaker 2:

I just, all right, whatever.

01:51:30 - 01:51:34 | Speaker 3:

I thought you were funny. Listen, when you did the moves like Jagger this morning, you had me laughing.

01:51:34 - 01:51:37 | Speaker 1:

That joke was not funny. That was good.

01:51:37 - 01:51:47 | Speaker 3:

You can't all be jamming. What? Thank you. I got the thumbs up. This man is a pawn shop guy. He's going to say anything to you to get the deal.

01:51:48 - 01:51:49 | Unknown:

What are you talking about?

01:51:49 - 01:51:54 | Speaker 3:

A mile pawn is going to sell. They're going to buy or sell anything. They'll tell you everything is good.

01:51:54 - 01:51:56 | Speaker 2:

You buying a joke or you selling it?

01:51:56 - 01:51:57 | Speaker 3:

How much would you pay for that?

01:51:59 - 01:52:02 | Speaker 2:

As less as possible. There you go.

01:52:02 - 01:52:08 | Speaker 1:

Sometimes you got to tell the joke for the one person in the car dying laughing and just know that you made that person's dick.

01:52:08 - 01:52:09 | Speaker 2:

Text in and tell me it was funny, please.

01:52:10 - 01:52:55 | Speaker 3:

All right, listen. So everybody, though, doing a little cleanup today, thank you guys so much for having us on. And obviously, you know, keep listening as we on KISS in Toledo Going to be doing some things for you But it's pretty wild That storm, fast and furious And then I don't know if you guys saw The storms, I think that hit Like Texas yesterday were really bad too So there's some really vicious storms That were coming our way This weekend though looks nice, doesn't it? So nice Yeah, temperatures, what was it last week? Low 80s Oh yeah, so it's going to be nice Sunny Yeah, did your brother get into his accident or his little thing during the storm time or was this before that storm happened?

01:52:55 - 01:54:02 | Speaker 1:

Oh, let me tell you. I thought that tornado touched down in South Toledo when I felt my house shaking, but it wasn't from the tornado. It was from my brother hitting my house with my car. Your car? With my car. What? My car. Not even his car. It was my car. So my brother has been trying to help me out, Which this story, I swear to God, starts in a nice place. And I keep trying to remind myself, like, he was trying to do something nice. He was trying to do something nice. But I have a lot of things on my to-do list right now that just are not getting done. And he was like, you know what? I'm going to help her out. I went home from the show early yesterday. I slept literally all day. I got medicine and slept all day. And I woke up around 6 p.m. 6 p.m. to my house shaking because he was trying to rearrange the cars. Now, let me tell you, Kevin, about my house. I have a special place in my house where I know that one day it's just going to crumble and I'm going to be very happy when that day happens because this house brings me pain, not pleasure.

01:54:03 - 01:54:05 | Speaker 3:

Will you be in the house or out of the house when it crumbles?

01:54:05 - 01:54:08 | Speaker 1:

Hopefully out, but you know what? At this point, who cares?

01:54:08 - 01:54:12 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, because I was going to say, that will determine how happy you are that your house crumbles.

01:54:13 - 01:54:36 | Speaker 1:

I mean, sometimes it's like, well, if it happens, it happens. but uh literally i have a one car garage and we have my family have you need to know we hoard one thing and one thing only and it's crappy vehicles and so we have a plethora of vehicles most don't work at my house and one they're that house that you ever drive by their

01:54:36 - 01:54:40 | Speaker 3:

home and you feel like they're having a party but they're not it's just that's how many cars they

01:54:40 - 01:54:43 | Speaker 1:

How many do you have right now at your house? Four.

01:54:44 - 01:54:47 | Speaker 3:

So it's four. Four with you and your brother as the only drivers, right?

01:54:48 - 01:54:53 | Speaker 1:

Okay. So there's two. And then your dad's got a few and you've got, yeah. Uh-huh. Okay. Are there in other places? Okay.

01:54:54 - 01:55:09 | Speaker 3:

By the way, are you scrapping these? Because sometimes I wonder, are we making money doing something with these? Or did you purchase? these they broke down and you instead of just getting rid of them or trading in the junk you just said you know what i'll maybe i'll fix it up one day so here's where i don't know if

01:55:09 - 01:55:45 | Speaker 2:

this gets sketchy or not a man came up to my house offering to buy one of the cars oh really yeah which is why we were moving them around is because the one that he's trying to buy doesn't currently work so we needed to move all of the vehicles out of the way to like get it lower in the driveway so if he comes with a a tow bed or whatever he can just take it and go which is why this happened my brother's trying to be nice well it doesn't work and he was rolling it and he was pushing it and trying to drive it at the same time and he didn't realize that the wheel was turned so it comes out of my garage and just smokes the side of my house yes damage a lot of damage

01:55:45 - 01:55:48 | Speaker 4:

just a little bit not a lot baby girl just a little bit

01:55:48 - 01:56:12 | Speaker 3:

sounded like 50 cent there for a second by the way by the way i will tell you that i um I've always wanted to drive a car through a house. Like, do we ever see that? You know, you see it in a movie and stuff? Like, I've driven through my garage by not putting it up in the morning and leaving, and I've hit the garage, and that's not, like, no fun. But you see these people that will drive through a home.

01:56:12 - 01:56:22 | Speaker 4:

My mom drove through a laundromat one time, like, actually, when she was just learning how to drive. Yeah, seriously, thought it was in reverse, and it was in drive, and she drove right through.

01:56:22 - 01:56:23 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God.

01:56:23 - 01:56:23 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

01:56:24 - 01:56:52 | Speaker 3:

That whenever you see those people that do that, I go, God, you know, tell me what it was like. What was the first thing on your mind? Like, oh, crap. Or the first thing on my mind, like, holy crap, I just, like, I'm in my living room. You know what I mean? One of those type of things. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. If you've ever driven, by the way, through any kind of a building or a house, you got to call us up because I've always wanted to ask you guys questions on this. So did a guy come to buy the car or take the-

01:56:52 - 01:56:54 | Speaker 2:

I think he's going to look at it this weekend.

01:56:54 - 01:56:55 | Speaker 3:

Which one is it? Is it the Jeep?

01:56:55 - 01:56:56 | Speaker 2:

It's one of the Jeeps.

01:56:56 - 01:56:59 | Speaker 3:

Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Megan's got like, what year is that?

01:56:59 - 01:57:01 | Speaker 2:

The one that I'm trying to sell is a 1999.

01:57:02 - 01:57:04 | Speaker 3:

That's a great year too.

01:57:04 - 01:57:12 | Speaker 2:

It actually, I love that vehicle. I absolutely adore that vehicle. And for the, lots of people want to take care of them and put effort and money. It's worth it.

01:57:13 - 01:57:13 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

01:57:13 - 01:57:13 | Speaker 2:

Absolutely.

01:57:14 - 01:58:07 | Speaker 3:

I, um, I love the, I love the fact that you talk about your cars, but I'm so glad that you live in Toledo and I live in the, in, you know, Metro Detroit area, because if you were my neighbor, you would be the neighbor that Chelsea and I ever know. Do you see what they just did? Like, we got a neighbor that lives not that far from us and they have 8,000 cars in their driveway too. And the thing that I, that drives me nuts about it is they'll park their car sometimes on the street and they'll park them on the street. And it's like, uh, like Legos trying to, you know, trying to drive through, like you're trying to fit pieces and try to figure out how, how it's going on. And you know, they're great people. They're really, really nice people, but it's like, okay, there's like how many cars here right now? Like it is like, I almost feel like we need to have like a traffic light in front of their driveway just to be able to figure out how it is that we're going to get through the thing.

01:58:07 - 01:58:16 | Speaker 2:

My house was built when most people didn't even have cars or if they did, they had a car for the family. Like it was not meant for me to be there for

01:58:16 - 01:58:22 | Speaker 3:

Real quick, Tammy, before you tell us your story, I got to pick up Psy because Psy wants to say something. What's that, Psy?

01:58:24 - 01:58:27 | Speaker 2:

Kev, I thought that was hilarious. No, you didn't. No, you didn't. You lied.

01:58:28 - 01:58:38 | Speaker 3:

Get off our phone. Psy knows funny. Psy. Oh, God. Psy, who's your favorite comedian that stars in movies?

01:58:40 - 01:58:42 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I don't know. That's a tough one.

01:58:43 - 01:58:53 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Yeah, if you tell me that you think David Spade is the funniest guy in the world, I'm hanging up on you. Mojo in the morning, what's up, Tammy?

01:58:54 - 01:58:55 | Speaker 1:

Hey, guys, good morning.

01:58:55 - 01:58:56 | Speaker 3:

Good morning, what's going on?

01:58:57 - 01:59:20 | Speaker 1:

Real quick, I was about 12 years old. My aunt was trying to teach me how to drive the car, and I got confused which one was the gas and the brake, and I drove it right through her garage. Oh, my God, I was, like, hysterical. I ran up to the room. I was freaking out. I felt so bad. She was like, hey, honey, it's okay. You found termites. We're just going to redo the garage.

01:59:20 - 01:59:25 | Speaker 3:

So you actually hit the garage so hard that the termites started falling out.

01:59:26 - 01:59:27 | Speaker 1:

Yep. So it got redone.

01:59:28 - 01:59:59 | Speaker 3:

Wow. My favorite used to be when Drew and Mike used to be on the air on Riff, and you'd hear the stories every morning of Mike's not in yet, And the reason was Mike would drive through his garage all the time And I talked to Drew years later And I said to Drew I go That was legit right He goes oh no We had a garage guy that was on call Because Mike would drive through his garage so much And the story that I heard one time And I don't know if this is a fact I'm actually going to go to a Tigers game next week with Drew I got to ask him

02:00:00 - 02:00:07 | Speaker 1:

about it, was that he drove through his garage and actually went through the garage at one point and couldn't open up his doors because the garage parts, like it literally was, his

02:00:07 - 02:00:09 | Speaker 2:

car was trapped by the garage.

02:00:09 - 02:00:12 | Speaker 1:

I'll have to ask and see if that's a true story and let you guys know. What's up, Renee?

02:00:13 - 02:00:49 | Speaker 2:

Oh my gosh. Hi. First time caller, long time listener. Oh, yay. So long, well, short story, but I was 21 years old. I was driving a Cabriolet, it was like a 1987 Clunker, and I had on big high-heeled shoes and i thought i was parking at my apartment complex but i was not parking i hit drive and ran right over the curb and hit the pool cabana at my apartment complex oh no i was absolutely mortified and i went and told the landlord and he was like you know what here's the deal everybody does something stupid once in their life but you are not allowed to wear high heel shoes while

02:00:49 - 02:01:00 | Speaker 1:

you're driving i would think that and i don't you know because i don't wear high heel shoes but that you can't wear those driving can you have you guys ever no not anymore i'm a tennis shoe wearer

02:01:00 - 02:01:15 | Speaker 2:

now i've never done that again but i was completely mortified oh my god i thought i was gonna get kicked out of my apartment complex it was yeah i was it was fun so wow lesson learned thank you for the call i appreciate it yeah you guys have a great day thank you all right uh mojo

02:01:15 - 02:01:51 | Speaker 1:

in the morning speaking of neighbors i got a story to tell you so has anybody ever witnessed a neighbor doing something that you're like did I just see what I just saw I witnessed a neighbor yesterday so I took the dogs out to go to the bathroom and they wanted to go for like a little walk so I'm like I'll take them just down the street I live on like a cul-de-sac and I'm walking with the dogs and I turn over and I look and I see a neighbor while my dogs are lifting their leg to pee on the mailbox my neighbor full front right in his front yard whipping it out peeing right in

02:01:51 - 02:01:55 | Speaker 3:

the front yard. In his yard or your yard? No, in his yard. His yard? He was actually just sitting there

02:01:55 - 02:02:38 | Speaker 1:

peeing. Winnie the Pooh in it, huh? He had, he had like his, you know, his wiener out with his zipper and he was just sitting there, Mike, you know, kind of getting, uh, getting it going right there on the tree. And I looked and I'm at Henry and Louie and Henry and Louie are like, oh, this is kind of nice. We're all like in a, it was like that we were all in a bathroom together and everybody was at the urinals. My dogs were at the small urinal and he was at the big urinal and i sat there then afterwards going i kind of like that because i don't like a grown man peeing outside no i well i know it's like it probably highly illegal or whatever or not not right to do but i kind of like want to be able to just it's my yard why can't i just go outside and pee because you have a bathroom i understand but sometimes there's something nice about going

02:02:38 - 02:02:51 | Speaker 4:

outside and peeing do you sound like my dad and my brother that's all they want to do i think Part of the reason my dad bought the land in Michigan is, like, the neighbors weren't nearby. He's like, I could pee wherever I want. Yeah.

02:02:51 - 02:03:05 | Speaker 1:

But that's the difference between what, like, Mojo's neighbor is there's a whole group of people around. Anybody could see him. It's different if you're in the woods. Right. Yeah, like, the people that are in the house across the street or even next to him probably could have looked out their window and saw him out there doing that thing.

02:03:05 - 02:03:08 | Speaker 5:

We've all peed outside before. I've never done it, like, when I could just walk in the house and pee.

02:03:09 - 02:03:22 | Speaker 1:

But at a golf course or something like that or a baseball field or whatever, there's no restroom around. and you've gone and done that. Right? I've done it at a golf course. Oh, golf courses all the time. I don't love like that. Yeah. To be honest,

02:03:22 - 02:03:24 | Speaker 3:

in the parking lot of DTE. For sure.

02:03:25 - 02:03:28 | Speaker 1:

If I had a wiener. Or a pie knob. Is that what you said? What did you say?

02:03:29 - 02:03:40 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah, pie knob. Yeah, right before the Zac Brown band, or after the Zac Brown band concert, I had to pee so bad. I wasn't going back in. I didn't want to use the port-a-potty, so I opened my car door and the back door and peed in between the two doors.

02:03:41 - 02:03:57 | Speaker 1:

But think about you as a grown woman. It would be weird if all of a sudden And you're like, kids, I'll be right back. And you walk outside and you just start peeing outside. No, I agree with you. But if a guy did it, like if your fiancee Wes did that, he'd be like, yeah, he's the man of the house. He can go outside and pee.

02:03:58 - 02:04:00 | Speaker 3:

But I would be like, why don't you just run inside?

02:04:00 - 02:04:18 | Speaker 1:

I don't know. There's something about just being able to be free to be able to pee when you want to. Mojo in the morning, I would love to know if you, ladies, since we've got so many women that have been calling us up this morning, Call out your guy. Is your guy an outdoor pee-er or a duty-er?

02:04:18 - 02:04:24 | Speaker 4:

I also think women are, a lot of women would be honest. If we had a wiener, I would pee outside all the time.

02:04:24 - 02:04:24 | Speaker 1:

Would you?

02:04:24 - 02:04:28 | Speaker 4:

If I could. I don't have a wiener and I pee outside. Why? Isn't it hard?

02:04:28 - 02:04:30 | Speaker 5:

What's the factuation? Nah.

02:04:30 - 02:04:34 | Speaker 4:

Just the freedom. I don't think you realize how free you are to do that kind of thing.

02:04:34 - 02:04:40 | Speaker 1:

I'm going to do it right now. Because you don't have the splash back. Is that what you're saying? The splash back on your legs? It's not even that.

02:04:40 - 02:04:48 | Speaker 4:

Like, the way we have to, like, crouch and then hold your clothes and then your thigh and then you got to... Yeah, make sure your bend is, your squat is good. Clean yourself.

02:04:49 - 02:04:51 | Speaker 1:

Hey, Joe, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning.

02:04:52 - 02:04:54 | Speaker 2:

Hi, long time caller, first time caller.

02:04:54 - 02:04:58 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I'm sorry. Hi, Joe. Got it wrong on that one, but that's all right. Go ahead.

02:05:00 - 02:05:18 | Speaker 4:

So, I moved from Canada, and I lived out in the county, and that's what we did. We went outside and peed out in the woods because it saved water. And my wife gets pissed at me when they're in the bathroom. I go in the backyard, and I pee on the grass. Really?

02:05:18 - 02:05:22 | Speaker 3:

So, that's a Canadian thing? Canadians just go outside, and they pee?

02:05:24 - 02:05:27 | Speaker 4:

No. Just, I don't know. Maybe.

02:05:27 - 02:05:32 | Speaker 3:

Well, you set it up like it was like, yeah, I move from Canada, and we go outside and, you know, pee and...

02:05:33 - 02:05:34 | Speaker 7:

Drink maple syrup out of the bottle.

02:05:35 - 02:05:37 | Speaker 3:

Is that what you're saying? Yeah. Yeah.

02:05:38 - 02:05:41 | Speaker 2:

How much postage does it take to send a letter to Canada?

02:05:42 - 02:05:43 | Speaker 6:

Who's it going to?

02:05:43 - 02:05:46 | Speaker 2:

Canada. It says, Dear Canada, f*** you.

02:05:48 - 02:05:49 | Speaker 3:

What's up, Rhonda?

02:05:50 - 02:05:51 | Speaker 7:

Hi, guys.

02:05:51 - 02:05:52 | Speaker 3:

02:05:52 - 02:06:35 | Speaker 7:

02:06:35 - 02:06:45 | Speaker 3:

because it how do you aim just get low squat yeah does it come out like because i imagine it comes out like a thumb in

02:06:45 - 02:06:52 | Speaker 1:

a hose you never know which way it's gonna go but it's you know uh nick what's up it's mojo in the

02:06:52 - 02:07:14 | Speaker 5:

morning hey i'm on my way to work this morning you're not even gonna believe it mojo i'm on a dirt road out in the middle of nowhere basically i'm away to a job this guy's walking his golden retriever literally doing it in the middle of the road right now you're just talking about it

02:07:14 - 02:07:18 | Speaker 3:

That's great. Well, maybe just, you know, sometimes when you talk about it, it makes you have to go.

02:07:19 - 02:07:23 | Speaker 5:

I think he just saw his dog doing it and felt like he needed to go, too.

02:07:23 - 02:07:30 | Speaker 3:

Oh, there are times when I've taken the dogs for walks, and they're going to pee. I'm like, guys, don't do this to me. You're going to screw me up. I'm going to feel like I have to go. What's up, Becky?

02:07:32 - 02:07:38 | Speaker 6:

My husband and boys will walk past two bathrooms to go outside to pee.

02:07:38 - 02:07:44 | Speaker 3:

two perfectly good places they could go pee but they want to go and do it outside

02:07:44 - 02:07:51 | Speaker 6:

yes they will walk outside just to pee see you know what that's fine unless your neighbors

02:07:51 - 02:07:54 | Speaker 3:

don't like it have you they you gotten any phone calls from neighbors

02:07:54 - 02:08:00 | Speaker 6:

no and even if we did they wouldn't care they would still go outside to do their business

02:08:00 - 02:08:22 | Speaker 3:

they would do it yeah ruining my petunias i remember one mom called us up one time and was telling us a story about potty training when we were talking about potty training one of the kids and they said that their kids, the only way that they could get them to potty train was to go outside and actually pee. Whatever it takes. It's one of those things that's really good. The kid, by the way, is 19 years old, still doing it. What's up, Lexi?

02:08:23 - 02:08:31 | Speaker 7:

Hi. I just texted in my boyfriend. When we were potty training our puppy, he would go outside and he would pee to show our dog what to do.

02:08:33 - 02:08:35 | Speaker 3:

Would he like lift his leg too? That's dedication.

02:08:36 - 02:08:39 | Speaker 4:

It is dedication, yeah. It did the trick.

02:08:39 - 02:08:41 | Speaker 3:

That's funny. Thank you for the call. I appreciate it.

02:08:42 - 02:08:44 | Speaker 5:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

02:08:45 - 02:08:48 | Speaker 3:

Shannon, the last dirty of the week. What you got for us?

02:08:48 - 02:10:00 | Speaker 1:

Well, this is a bad story. UFC fighter Conor McGregor being accused of sexually assaulting a woman in the bathroom of the Kaseya Center, the home of the Miami Heat. And a word on the street was that this was rave. The incident allegedly took place at Game 4 of the NBA Finals between the Heat and the Nuggets. Remember, Conor was a part of the in-arena entertainment. That's when he clocked that mascot. According to letters from an attorney, the victim was separated from her friend by Heat and NBA security. She was forced into a bathroom inside the arena. And it just so happened that Conor McGregor was in that bathroom, comes out of the stall, sees this woman, forcibly kisses her. Again, this is all allegedly. She was kept inside the bathroom by security guards who wouldn't allow anybody else inside because they thought it was just Conor McGregor in there, right? The letter also said the victim was able to get Mr. McGregor to cease his assault by demanding he stop because she had to urinate. When the victim attempted to urinate, Mr. McGregor, instead of giving her the privacy to do so, pulled out his penis and then committed a sex act, which obviously I can't detail on the radio. It says the victim pushed Mr. McGregor off of her. He is then accused of grabbing this woman, pinning her at her.

02:10:00 - 02:10:31 | Speaker 4:

against the wall ripping the elastic waistband of her pants while pulling them down and then he attempted to rape her. The woman was able to escape by elbowing him multiple times. She is now seeking settlements with the NBA, The Heat, and Conor McGregor. His reps deny the allegations and he is calling this whole thing a shakedown. The Chainsmokers drew Taggart revealing on instagram that he's been struggling with alcoholism he writes which one is he uh the main

02:10:31 - 02:10:38 | Speaker 3:

singer one he is the main guy yeah that's true but to a picture alex is the other one um he said

02:10:38 - 02:11:22 | Speaker 4:

i've been struggling with drinking throughout my career as it's an addiction that's woven into the entertainment and environment we exist in this guilt of not being good enough or not being better ironically sends me into a spiral that restarts my bad habit cycle. And he said the band's newest single self-destruction mode is all about this. He said it is not a cry for help, but rather about embracing who he is as a person. He ended his post writing, I know that I'm flawed. I know that I am great. And so are you. Never forget it. Al Pacino officially a daddy again for the fourth time around at 83 years old. Papa Pacino. He welcomes a new baby boy with his girlfriend nor the baby boy's name is Romano Pacino.

02:11:22 - 02:11:23 | Speaker 1:

You know what he said when he held him?

02:11:23 - 02:11:26 | Speaker 4:

Say hello to my little friend.

02:11:27 - 02:11:28 | Speaker 3:

Did I get it? All right, there we go.

02:11:28 - 02:11:29 | Speaker 2:

Oh, baby.

02:11:29 - 02:11:30 | Speaker 3:

Come on.

02:11:30 - 02:11:38 | Speaker 4:

That was phenomenal. No, don't let the dad. No, that was good. That was a dad joke. Come on. Dad joke. Literally, a dad joke.

02:11:38 - 02:11:44 | Speaker 3:

No, no, no. You can get away with dad jokes on Father's Day, but after. And when you're a dad. Yeah, all the time.

02:11:44 - 02:12:01 | Speaker 4:

After lots of speculation as to whether he even showed up, he did. Eminem walked his eldest daughter, Alina Scott, down the aisle over the weekend. It was a gorgeous, great Gatsby glam-themed ceremony. I found her on Instagram. I think it was at the Packard plant.

02:12:01 - 02:12:04 | Speaker 3:

This is the daughter, right?

02:12:04 - 02:12:15 | Speaker 4:

So this is truly his niece. She's the daughter of his ex-wife, Kim's sister, Dawn. And Marshall legally adopted her in the early 2000s. Mom ended up passing away, sadly.

02:12:15 - 02:12:18 | Speaker 3:

Because Haley's engaged, right? She's going to get married here soon.

02:12:18 - 02:12:29 | Speaker 4:

He's got two weddings. Yeah, so he walked her down the aisle. Haley actually was the maid of honor at this wedding. And Elena said, none of this would have been possible without my dad. I am beyond blessed. Wow. Really cool wedding.

02:12:29 - 02:12:39 | Speaker 3:

He's got to pay for, can you imagine that? Being a dad's got to pay for two weddings in one year. I hope he actually comes out with a hit record so he can afford all this stuff. I mean, that's good.

02:12:39 - 02:13:14 | Speaker 4:

And lastly, that was fast. the much-hyped duet from Sam Smith and Madonna. It's called Vulgar. It was released a week ago. Huge flop. At first, it went up into the top 10 on iTunes. By this past Monday, it was just hanging in the middle of the chart today. I just checked. Vulgar is nowhere on the iTunes top 200. It's gone. It didn't do a thing. For all of today's Dirty, check out the Dirty Pates on TheDoTheMorning.com.

02:13:14 - 02:13:15 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

02:13:19 - 02:13:24 | Speaker 1:

I haven't heard this song in a long time.

02:13:31 - 02:14:12 | Speaker 3:

Real quick, can I give a shout out before the end of this Dirty Report? Yeah. I want to give a shout out. Come up to the microphone. Bruno Bacall is here with us this morning from 8 Mile Pawn. Hanging out. They are a fine advertiser of Channel 955. Go grab a microphone. Somebody call him over to the microphone over there. This is Bruno. Right here. He looks like he could be my brother. He kind of does. You guys do like brother. Yeah. So Bruno came in just to hang out with us. He's a really good guy. The Bacall family, obviously. Very nice family here in the area. And Bruno, quick question for you. I would like to know How much will you pay To buy Kevin and all of his Bad dad jokes today What will you give him

02:14:12 - 02:14:16 | Speaker 1:

That last one should have bumped up the price It did bump up the price

02:14:16 - 02:14:24 | Speaker 3:

You're only as good as your last one What is the number one thing that people are bringing in To try to sell to you guys right now At the moment it's probably jewelry

02:14:24 - 02:14:26 | Speaker 2:

02:14:26 - 02:14:30 | Speaker 3:

And you got them to sell then too right So people pawn them but they also want to buy them too right

02:14:30 - 02:14:31 | Speaker 2:

Yes correct

02:14:31 - 02:14:42 | Speaker 3:

Is there any way that I could sell to you The old station Suburban The Mojo in the Morning Suburban With our faces on it It's got the old logo and everything like that Will you buy vehicles or no?

02:14:43 - 02:14:45 | Speaker 2:

02:14:45 - 02:14:52 | Speaker 3:

02:14:55 - 02:14:58 | Speaker 2:

Celebrity jerk directly from the source.

02:15:00 - 02:15:24 | Speaker 1:

It's Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. All right, it's Mojo in the Morning. So, Shannon, they saw your crazy side. Because we all know I have one. What? Actually, you know what? There are listeners that are listening to this show that think that she's like, oh, she's so sweet.

02:15:24 - 02:15:26 | Speaker 2:

I mean, I have that side, yes.

02:15:26 - 02:15:44 | Speaker 1:

No, there are, seriously, there are those listeners that are always like, whenever I sit there and they'll always ask me questions about the show if I'm out, they'll go, oh my God, you know, oh, I bet you that, you know, and they'll tell me, Shannon is just so sweet, she's so nice, and oh, that Megan gets a little mouthy every now and again. What?

02:15:46 - 02:15:47 | Speaker 2:

What? What?

02:15:48 - 02:15:51 | Speaker 1:

Shannon, though, let me say this, Shannon can get mouthier than Megan can.

02:15:51 - 02:15:52 | Speaker 2:

I'm nuts, yeah.

02:15:53 - 02:15:55 | Speaker 1:

She just doesn't do it on the radio for you to see.

02:15:55 - 02:16:01 | Speaker 2:

Frequently does. She's actually the worst out of all of us You think it's me It's her

02:16:01 - 02:16:03 | Speaker 1:

She's like a sour patch

02:16:03 - 02:17:45 | Speaker 2:

But the opposite She's sweet on the outside Then they're sour I think last night Wes is now contemplating Taking the ring back that he gave me Because the crazy came out And he got to experience it And I Don't know what happened I was just tired and cranky and irritable and you guys the internet that i have at my house sucks and i still have not called to switch companies yet so this is completely my fault you go back to xfinity please i yes i have done this to myself i will not out the most terrible internet company in the whole world if you want to know just dm me because i don't want to get in trouble anyway they're the worst but that little spinny the crazy is about to come out okay i don't have table anymore i just have like youtube tv netflix whatever i steal megan's hulu yeah welcome to the 21st century yes yes so that little and it's only in one tv that this happens too but that that little spinny thing we're trying to watch happy shiny people or whatever the heck shiny happy shiny happy people that duggar show is okay and this was like day three of me trying to watch this show and the little spinny wheel like continuously happening every 10 seconds and i was just fed up and so I took the remote control and chucked it at my tv and Wes turned very slowly with his eyes wide and looked at me and he's like did you just do that and I'm like yes I just did that I was like I hate this internet so much this morning I am very ashamed and embarrassed and have sent him two different text messages apologizing for my behavior but now he knows what he's up

02:17:45 - 02:18:23 | Speaker 1:

against all right I okay I will say this to you that that guy went into this relationship he had no idea he went in his relationship thinking like the listeners do that come up to me and say oh my god she's so sweet she's so oh she's so when she's on the air she does this whole thing where she's like I'm Shannon you know like that and I'm like and I didn't want to say that Wes but Wes you're We're going down some crazy times here, buddy. You got some fun about to happen to you. But yeah, it comes out. But you're the one of those people that you bottle it up to a certain point and then the crazy comes out.

02:18:23 - 02:18:40 | Speaker 2:

Okay, so that's what I told him. Because he's like, is this something that happens frequently? And I said, well, no. The way I think about it in my head is like a bucket, right? Like certain things that irritate me, they all get thrown into the bucket. But at some point, the bucket bubbles over. And last night the bucket bubbled over And that's what happened

02:18:40 - 02:19:10 | Speaker 1:

Are there any other listeners that are like this Where all of a sudden they're like the nicest person In the world They're the librarian During the day And then the crazy bitch at night They go nuts And what's the thing that sets you off What is it What's the thing that makes you crazy What gets you It's a loaded question What was the thing that made you kick in Andrew's dashboard? Andrew, your ex-husband's dashboard.

02:19:10 - 02:19:13 | Speaker 2:

I can't remember. That was a long time ago.

02:19:13 - 02:19:17 | Speaker 1:

They were driving nicely through a beautiful neighborhood.

02:19:17 - 02:19:21 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I remember where exactly we were. We were actually right in front of the Imagine Theater in Birmingham.

02:19:21 - 02:19:24 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, so they're right in front of this beautiful area of town.

02:19:25 - 02:19:41 | Speaker 2:

I can't remember what it was, but I kicked that dashboard real hard. I really want to see this side of you. I think it would be I think it would be I'm not dating you I think it would be hysterical

02:19:41 - 02:19:44 | Speaker 1:

Jill, you know the feeling, don't you?

02:19:45 - 02:19:55 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I was wondering if Wes fed you Because that's how I get when I'm hungry Hangry is a real thing I was not hangry Low blood sugar

02:19:55 - 02:19:58 | Speaker 1:

No, it was actually low Wi-Fi signal

02:19:58 - 02:19:59 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, low Wi-Fi

02:20:00 - 02:20:20 | Speaker 6:

Yeah. Do you ever, you know, I don't know you, Jill, so I'm not going to call you this, but do you ever get to a point where it happens like that and you don't remember that it happened? Because there are times where I'll get like really angry and I'll let, like I've had times in the studio here and Shannon can attest for this. So it's equal opportunity. Oh my God.

02:20:20 - 02:20:21 | Speaker 1:

I've seen him throw stuff.

02:20:21 - 02:20:22 | Speaker 6:

Oh, I've thrown. A computer.

02:20:23 - 02:20:38 | Speaker 1:

I threw a computer across the studio here. It was honestly one of the most fun days at work. Oh. Like, because, like, you don't, he is seriously the sweetest, nicest man that you hear on the radio every morning, but you, you were, you went off the deep end.

02:20:39 - 02:20:57 | Speaker 6:

Oh, I was so upset. I could not, I couldn't stand it. What was it? I don't, I think. Pick up the line. Will you put the, Jesus, put the call on hold. I got, I don't know what it, Mike, it was, it's just, it was enough. It was enough I had. I had enough of all the stuff breaking and nobody fixing it, you know?

02:20:57 - 02:21:04 | Speaker 8:

That's the best thing ever. like now i'm really gonna break it yeah my kids have brought things up to me and i'm like i do not

02:21:04 - 02:21:18 | Speaker 6:

remember that happening yeah i get crazy sometimes and i it's it's like all of a sudden it happens and i speak in tongues you know i mean i i thought it was uh i mean i yeah what's that what's

02:21:18 - 02:21:33 | Speaker 4:

happening jason how you doing yeah so i get really upset when i can't find the remote and i'll Literally, like, even if the maid made the bed, I'll tear the blankets off, tear the sheets off. Kevin knows me. He knows I have a short fuse. Oh, really?

02:21:33 - 02:21:36 | Speaker 6:

Who is this guy, Kevin? Who is this guy? Aaron.

02:21:37 - 02:21:37 | Speaker 4:

Jason.

02:21:38 - 02:21:39 | Speaker 6:

How does Kevin know you?

02:21:40 - 02:21:44 | Speaker 4:

He does. He emcees our live events, our cannabis investment events.

02:21:44 - 02:21:48 | Speaker 6:

Oh, Jason Rasnick. Not the last name.

02:21:48 - 02:21:52 | Speaker 5:

Not the last name. No, Ras is crazy as him.

02:21:53 - 02:21:55 | Speaker 6:

That's why he does cannabis events.

02:21:55 - 02:21:57 | Speaker 3:

Do I get insane, Kevin?

02:21:57 - 02:22:01 | Speaker 5:

Yes. Look, I love Raz, but yeah, he's not lying.

02:22:01 - 02:22:03 | Speaker 6:

You are right. He's not lying. Nutty MF-er, you know that, Jason.

02:22:03 - 02:22:04 | Speaker 5:

I love you, Raz.

02:22:05 - 02:22:24 | Speaker 4:

I love you, too, and I listen to the show, and the show is awesome with you on it. It was awesome before, but I just wanted to call it this one time. But yeah, not buying the remote. My wife wants to kill me because I tear off the sheets, the blankets. This remote needs to be found because you can't switch the TV video to put the Apple player on it, and I can't take it. I lose it. I totally want to jump off a wall.

02:22:24 - 02:22:31 | Speaker 6:

Why is it that stuff doesn't work when you need it to work, too? That's the other thing that drives me nuts. You know? Yeah, absolutely. You pay a lot of money for it.

02:22:31 - 02:22:34 | Speaker 5:

Happy Father's Day, Raz. Thank you.

02:22:34 - 02:22:34 | Unknown:

Thank you.

02:22:34 - 02:22:36 | Speaker 5:

Happy Father's Day to you, baby. Thank you, man.

02:22:36 - 02:22:39 | Speaker 6:

Hey, Kev, has he ever gone off while you're MCing him?

02:22:40 - 02:22:49 | Speaker 5:

He's gone off backstage for sure. Really? Yeah, for sure. Oh, yeah. He does huge events like Mike Tyson, Ric Flair. A lot of people show up.

02:22:49 - 02:22:56 | Speaker 6:

He goes off. What is his deal? Does he own part of the Cleveland Cavs or something like that? I don't know him. Because he's always sitting courtside and stuff.

02:22:56 - 02:22:59 | Speaker 5:

He founded an incredible financial information company called Benzinga.

02:23:00 - 02:23:01 | Speaker 6:

Oh, okay.

02:23:01 - 02:23:02 | Speaker 5:

And they're doing really well.

02:23:02 - 02:23:03 | Speaker 6:

Erica, what's happening?

02:23:04 - 02:23:06 | Speaker 9:

Hi, how are you guys doing?

02:23:06 - 02:23:09 | Speaker 6:

Good, Erica. You don't sound like a crazy person, are you?

02:23:10 - 02:23:18 | Speaker 9:

Well, I have, like, self-diagnosed mesophonia. So if you are eating and I can hear it, my brain, like, goes fuzzy.

02:23:19 - 02:23:25 | Speaker 7:

Erica, I get it. It puts me into an absolute rage when I hear people chewing.

02:23:26 - 02:23:32 | Speaker 9:

Especially when it's someone who I eat with a ton and they don't do it. I'm like, what are you doing wrong right now? Why is this happening? This is not normal.

02:23:33 - 02:23:38 | Speaker 7:

I literally yelled at my brother last night. I was like, stop eating until I turn the television on.

02:23:39 - 02:23:42 | Speaker 9:

That's a rule in my house. You can't eat until the TV's on.

02:23:45 - 02:24:02 | Speaker 6:

Chelsea's like that, too. Chelsea, for some reason, can hear me chew on another floor of our house. She could be in the basement watching TV. She's upstairs in the kitchen, and she will yell at me for chewing down there. Thank you for the call. Jacob, this is one for Shannon. Shannon, you threw your remote.

02:24:02 - 02:24:10 | Speaker 2:

Jacob, tell us a story about your father-in-law. Good morning. Yeah, long-time listener, first-time caller. Thank you for listening.

02:24:10 - 02:24:11 | Speaker 6:

We appreciate you so much.

02:24:13 - 02:24:32 | Speaker 2:

So, yeah, Shannon, so my father-in-law was watching a Green Bay Packers game last winter, and we know how Green Bay Packers fans can be and shut the remote at his TV because of a bad play call, a bad play call, not because it was a bad play, and shatter the TV screen.

02:24:32 - 02:24:39 | Speaker 1:

So I didn't shatter the screen but there is like a white mark where it might

02:24:39 - 02:24:40 | Speaker 2:

get worse.

02:24:40 - 02:24:44 | Speaker 6:

Oh gosh, you know what? That thing becomes bigger as time goes on, doesn't it?

02:24:46 - 02:24:49 | Speaker 6:

It's not that nice TV in your kitchen, is it?

02:24:49 - 02:24:55 | Speaker 1:

No, it's the TV in the living room, which is quite honestly old anyway. But still, I don't really want to buy a new TV.

But I'll be going to Canadian Lakes today, celebrating 616 Day with a little Founders Beer, and then headed out to Canadian Lakes after that for the weekend. By the way, I forgot it was 616 Day. Yeah. Yeah, that's a big celebration.

02:28:07 - 02:28:21 | Speaker 6:

Shout out to the 616. And on Monday, I'm turning up at somebody's Juneteenth party, so DM me, let me know what's good. By the way, is that what we're supposed to do for Juneteenth? Does everybody know what Juneteenth is? Yeah, I'll be at Walbridge Park for their Juneteenth celebration.

02:28:21 - 02:28:30 | Speaker 7:

Will you explain? Because honestly, I've talked to 9 out of 10 people and they have no idea. Because it's only been a couple of years since it's actually been a federal holiday.

02:28:31 - 02:29:08 | Speaker 6:

I'll go all the way back. So in, I believe, 1766 or 1776, America released itself from Great Britain. And we have our Independence Day. And that's when we celebrate America's freedom on July 4th. Well, about 90 years later, all the way in 1866, or do the math or whatever, African-Americans still didn't have freedom. And it wasn't until Galveston, Texas, where I believe like the last group reportedly received freedom. And we celebrate that on Juneteenth. It was June 19th. And as Mike said, 1865. And that's when we celebrate, Juneteenth.

02:29:08 - 02:29:20 | Speaker 7:

So, you know, this is a big one. And actually, a lot of people will say this is a bigger holiday than most. And I think we need to know about it and need to be talking about it.

02:29:20 - 02:29:22 | Speaker 4:

Do we say happy Juneteenth?

02:29:22 - 02:29:25 | Speaker 7:

Is that what we say? Celebrating Juneteenth.

02:29:25 - 02:29:27 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, happy Juneteenth for sure.

02:29:28 - 02:29:29 | Speaker 7:

Have a great weekend. We'll see you guys.

02:29:30 - 02:29:35 | Speaker 2:
