00:04:17 - 00:04:22 | Speaker 2:

It's Mojo in the morning Hey, Friday Check it out This It's Mojo in the morning

00:04:22 - 00:04:27 | Speaker 1:

Mojo in the morning Hello, everybody It's the weekend, bitches

00:04:27 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 6:

Getting motivated right now Hold on It's the first one of the year Oh, yeah There we go Welcome to the Mojo, the Mojo in the Morning Show. This is the Mojo, Mojo in the Morning Show. We have got your Mojo, Mojo in the Morning Show. 2023, Mojo in the Morning Show. Nailed it. Hold on. Christy, Christy, you're a, thank you, Megan. And Spike, thank you too.

00:05:00 - 00:05:07 | Speaker 1:

if we're telling me I nailed it. Christy is a music teacher here. What specifically do you teach? Do I have any abilities, Christy?

00:05:08 - 00:05:12 | Speaker 4:

I teach private lessons for a piano and flute, so it's eight to five and up.

00:05:13 - 00:05:13 | Speaker 1:

Okay.

00:05:13 - 00:05:20 | Speaker 2:

Do you like how he started in a real high key and then realized he wasn't going to make it, so he just kind of descended a mountain as he was singing?

00:05:22 - 00:05:26 | Speaker 1:

That was pretty good. How are you, Christy? Are you doing good?

00:05:27 - 00:05:29 | Speaker 4:

I'm great. Yeah, how about you guys?

00:05:29 - 00:05:33 | Speaker 1:

Oh, listen, the Lions could make the playoffs. You understand that?

00:05:35 - 00:05:35 | Speaker 4:

Now I do.

00:05:38 - 00:05:49 | Speaker 1:

It's a possibility. We just need a few things to happen. It's one of those things where I know, you know, as a Lions fan, I always feel like, you know, all right, it ain't going to happen. Debbie Downer about the whole thing, but I don't know.

00:05:50 - 00:05:53 | Speaker 2:

Christy, you could also make the playoffs. We all could if we think positively.

00:05:53 - 00:06:03 | Speaker 1:

And I could actually be musically inclined. I don't know. What's a better option, do you think, for the Lions can make the playoffs or I actually could one day play the piano? Are they the only two options?

00:06:04 - 00:06:09 | Speaker 4:

You know what? You know what? If you worked with me, it could be piano, but let's see, you know?

00:06:11 - 00:06:19 | Speaker 1:

Yes, well, I just wanted to tell you to have a great weekend, and thank you so much for calling. Thanks for listening to the show. Did you enjoy the music that we just played?

00:06:20 - 00:06:22 | Speaker 4:

Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah, good throwbacks, good banger.

00:06:23 - 00:06:25 | Speaker 1:

Have a great one. Appreciate you for listening.

00:06:26 - 00:06:27 | Speaker 4:

Thanks, guys. Bye.

00:06:27 - 00:06:51 | Speaker 1:

Take care of yourself. Oh, my God. What is going on with this girl? I'm telling you, and I got a story to tell later this morning. I went out for lunch yesterday with KP, and then I find out that after we have lunch, KP's got, like, a whole bunch of stuff to do. Which, by the way, you and I, we'd probably do lunch for, like, eight hours, couldn't we?

00:06:51 - 00:06:52 | Speaker 3:

We really could.

00:06:52 - 00:06:54 | Speaker 1:

We'd sit there and just gab the whole time.

00:06:54 - 00:06:57 | Speaker 3:

I feel like every thought that I've ever thought occurs when I'm with you.

00:06:58 - 00:07:04 | Speaker 1:

I know. She was asking me Barbara Walters questions yesterday. I was? Yeah. Oh, my God. I was almost crying at points. Yes.

00:07:04 - 00:07:08 | Speaker 3:

Oh, I see what you're saying. Oh, like type questions. I thought you meant I was asking questions about Barbara Walters.

00:07:08 - 00:07:16 | Speaker 1:

No, no, not questions about Barbara Walters. Me too. I'm like, I didn't know that you knew so much about Barbara Walters. No, no. I was so confused. Remember, Barbara Walters used to make everybody cry back in the day.

00:07:17 - 00:07:19 | Speaker 3:

Did I make you cry? Did you please say her name right?

00:07:19 - 00:07:20 | Speaker 1:

Barbara Walwa.

00:07:20 - 00:07:20 | Speaker 3:

Thank you.

00:07:21 - 00:07:23 | Speaker 1:

There you go. But listen to what happened to KP.

00:07:23 - 00:08:24 | Speaker 3:

this will make you cry what happened to you so i've my entire life i've always been uh known as a chronic procrastinator and it finally bit me in the butt like i don't know what it is about me and my car and filling up the tank but i just don't and i thought i had enough to get me from point a to point b because after our lunch i went straight from lunch to back to work to work and then i needed to go to my lash appointment and then back to work after my lash appointment because i forgot to do something and on my way over i um was running on fumes i thought i could make it and i literally stalled in the middle of an oh my god ran out of gas ran out of gas knocking wood that has never happened to me just your whole car just it just shut down well actually what happened was i i knew as soon as my stop start happened i'm like oh no it's not gonna have enough to get it back on i should have turned my stop start off and it's funny because this has happened to me before spike by the way is seething right now as a father of two daughters you don't

00:08:24 - 00:08:28 | Speaker 2:

know how many times i've given that lecture my mom was always like you need to have your tank

00:08:28 - 00:08:49 | Speaker 3:

filled at least a quarter it'll freeze in the winter and no my tank was literally gas fumes but this has happened to me before where i was driving uh i think in oxford and i ran out of gas on lapeer and i rolled into the gas station like it was absolutely perfect i almost i actually applauded myself that i yeah i got right to the gas station rolled right to the pump stopped and

00:08:49 - 00:08:58 | Speaker 1:

got gas and then was able to you drive like a jeep cherokee right one of those uh a compass yeah okay so you have this compass and i'm sure there's a warning light how long has the warning

00:08:58 - 00:09:05 | Speaker 3:

light been on uh actually only two days which is two days only two days i don't even and you live

00:09:05 - 00:09:11 | Speaker 1:

like way out you know you we're in farmington hills you live like uh auburn hills or something

00:09:11 - 00:09:35 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I live like 35, 40 minutes away. Oh, my God. So, yeah, that was really dumb, and I felt like a doofus, honestly, because even when you put your emergency flashers, people will still sit behind you and hawk at you. Well, they're the doofuses there. Like, hello, something's clearly wrong with your car. I couldn't help, you know, I was calling them the doofus, and then I'm like, I'm literally in the middle of the doofus. Yeah, you're both doofuses. I am the doofus for you. You can be the dunce hat. I am the doofus.

00:09:35 - 00:09:41 | Speaker 1:

So what did you do? Because I've always worried if I ever ran out of gas, I don't have a gas, you know, can in my car.

00:09:41 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 3:

I think I need to get one if this is going to be I can't trust myself and yeah I actually got so afraid because I thought it was raining it was slippery if someone isn't paying attention I was afraid that I was going to get hit in the back and I didn't want to get out of my car because I'm in the middle of the intersection

00:10:00 - 00:10:48 | Speaker 6:

So I'm sitting in my car praying to the Lord that I didn't get hit. I ended up calling like a non-emergency number to have the police sit behind me, which I questioned because I thought they might give me a ticket. I don't know if that's a thing, if someone is going to penalize me for being a doofus. But no, the cop was actually super nice. He was laughing at me and he turned out to his flashers. He sat behind me the whole time and people went around me. So yeah, but shout out to my lash lady. I ended up giving her a really big tip. Why? She helped me. Oh, she came in with gas? I called her. I just left my appointment. I said, hey. And we've been friends for two years. And she, yep, she just left my lash appointment, and she came out with a little gas can and my car. Did you tip extra for that? Did you give more money? I did tip her. Yeah, I Venmo'd her instantly.

00:10:49 - 00:10:50 | Speaker 5:

Lashes and gas.

00:10:50 - 00:10:51 | Speaker 6:

Lashes and gas.

00:10:51 - 00:11:02 | Speaker 5:

Wow. By the way, has this ever happened to any listeners where you've run out of gas in a really bad place? because here you are you said you ran out of gas and you're right in the middle of the intersection

00:11:02 - 00:11:07 | Speaker 6:

i i was just about to go into the intersection so that would have been even worse if you know

00:11:07 - 00:11:32 | Speaker 5:

can you imagine oh or the highway i always wondered i had that flat tire right in front of the chrysler building off of 75 uh this past year and i drove on the flat because i knew i'd kill myself if i got out of the car like with cars whizzing by me at like 90 miles an hour you know so i'm like i'll just buy a new rim if i have to and i did but uh i like to think i'm very helpful

00:11:32 - 00:11:52 | Speaker 3:

and i'll like you know come rescue you guys out of any situation just call me i'm there for people that might be the one thing i'm not coming i'm not coming you know you're on empty for two days and now you're gonna inconvenience my whole afternoon to stand in the rain and make my hand smell like gas and i gotta go stop my whole day because you didn't want to get out of the car

00:11:52 - 00:11:57 | Speaker 4:

I think if that ever happened too I would just make up a story like There must be a hole in my gas tank

00:11:57 - 00:12:02 | Speaker 3:

I wouldn't tell him if I knew it for two days Oh my gosh someone siphoned out my gas

00:12:02 - 00:12:04 | Speaker 5:

Hey Mojo in the morning Hello

00:12:04 - 00:12:13 | Speaker 9:

Hey Mojo I just wanted to call and say My mom back in the day was notorious For running out of gas And someone always had to go rescue her

00:12:13 - 00:12:17 | Speaker 5:

Oh my god your mom was like a multiple gas Offender

00:12:17 - 00:12:22 | Speaker 9:

Oh yeah I think one time I counted it three times In like a span of two weeks I had to go get her from somewhere.

00:12:22 - 00:12:28 | Speaker 5:

Oh, geez. At that point right there, like Spike, I would just say, no, enough is enough. Bridget, what's going on?

00:12:29 - 00:12:40 | Speaker 8:

Hi. So I was just telling KP, I had something better I was about to call in for before she called me. But I actually ran out of gas right in downtown Rochester.

00:12:41 - 00:12:43 | Speaker 5:

Oh, no. Right in the middle? Right in the middle of the downtown.

00:12:44 - 00:12:47 | Speaker 7:

Oh, my. And that presents a big issue for traffic.

00:12:47 - 00:12:49 | Speaker 5:

Everybody's like, hey, isn't that Bridget?

00:12:51 - 00:12:53 | Speaker 8:

I had something way worse happen.

00:12:53 - 00:12:54 | Speaker 5:

What?

00:12:54 - 00:13:02 | Speaker 8:

I was driving on 69, going to Flint, and my turbo blew in my car.

00:13:02 - 00:13:05 | Speaker 5:

Oh, no. What does that mean? Your turbo blew in 69?

00:13:05 - 00:13:06 | Speaker 2:

69.

00:13:06 - 00:13:08 | Speaker 7:

Wait, I don't know what that means.

00:13:08 - 00:13:09 | Speaker 5:

I have no idea what that means.

00:13:09 - 00:13:12 | Speaker 7:

Okay. The turbo is part of the engine.

00:13:12 - 00:13:13 | Speaker 5:

Oh, no.

00:13:13 - 00:13:19 | Speaker 7:

So what happened? What happens? So when my turbo blew up

00:13:19 - 00:13:25 | Speaker 8:

It blew out half of my engine I had about $20,000 In car repairs because of my turbo

00:13:25 - 00:13:29 | Speaker 3:

Wow What happened? Did you put in the wrong oil? No

00:13:29 - 00:13:35 | Speaker 8:

I bought a cheap car See that right there

00:13:35 - 00:13:40 | Speaker 5:

Is just not your fault Running out of gas in the middle of Rochester

00:13:40 - 00:13:41 | Speaker 8:

That was my fault

00:13:41 - 00:13:53 | Speaker 5:

That was the one you got to take ownership for And if you stay there long enough, they decorate you nicely, just like they do the downtown area during the holidays. It's a very pretty place. Mojo in the Morning. How smart are you?

00:14:19 - 00:14:25 | Speaker 2:

00:15:17 - 00:15:22 | Speaker 2:

This was also the year that Angelina and Brad got married in France.

00:15:22 - 00:15:28 | Speaker 4:

It looks like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have tied the knot. They kept this pretty quiet.

00:15:28 - 00:15:46 | Speaker 2:

She was very excited I don't know who she was But she was excited And Five Seconds of Summer Had this song on the radio She looks so perfect Donovan Or Donna, I'm sorry Hi, Donna Hi How are you? Is your name Donna?

All right, Shannon, with what's trending this hour in the Dirty on the 30.

00:17:04 - 00:17:18 | Speaker 3:

Well, the big news yesterday, Buffalo Bills safety DeMar Hamlin is awake. He woke up late Wednesday night after two days of sedation and the first question he asked, according to his doctor, was this one.

00:17:18 - 00:17:36 | Speaker 1:

We were in a situation where we wanted to allow him to gradually wake up as the rest of his body was healing. And last night, he was able to emerge and follow commands and even ask who had won the game.

00:17:37 - 00:17:49 | Speaker 3:

He is showing remarkable improvement after his heart stopped during the game on Monday. He is still using a breathing tube. Yes, so he can't speak. He's been writing to communicate with his family and his team of doctors.

00:17:50 - 00:17:56 | Speaker 2:

Okay, yeah, this is the... I'm sorry, you were doing it very dramatically, but I thought it was so dramatic in itself, I wanted to hear what the A-game.

00:17:56 - 00:18:15 | Speaker 1:

He was able to communicate in writing, and he is unable to speak with us yet, as he still has a breathing tube in, and we're still assisting him with ventilation. When he asked, did we win? The answer is yes. You know, Damari, you won. You've won the game of life. And that's probably the most important thing out of this.

00:18:15 - 00:18:16 | Speaker 2:

If this doesn't become a movie.

00:18:17 - 00:18:21 | Speaker 1:

Of everything else that's going on. Dude, I teared up when I heard that. I did, too.

00:18:21 - 00:18:42 | Speaker 2:

This thing right here, that right there, it has to be a movie, like one of those Disney movies, kind of like Denzel. What's a Denzel Washington football movie? Remember the Titans? Remember the Titans? Yeah. Like, it's got to be some kind of, like, a movie like that. Yeah. Especially if the Bills win the Super Bowl. Oh, my gosh. And, by the way, speaking of that, did you see what they're doing with that? Uh-uh. Were you going to report this or no?

00:18:42 - 00:18:44 | Speaker 3:

Not this dirty, so you can do it.

00:18:44 - 00:18:45 | Speaker 2:

They were going to...

00:18:45 - 00:18:46 | Speaker 3:

You want to do the dirty today?

00:18:46 - 00:18:56 | Speaker 2:

I don't think that they're going to... I'm sorry. I'm interrupting you. I'm so taken by the story. I'm like, I'm obsessed with two stories right now in the news. I'm obsessed with this story and then Idaho.

00:18:56 - 00:18:58 | Speaker 3:

I've got that for you next.

00:18:58 - 00:19:37 | Speaker 2:

Student, the killing of the students and this guy that did it. But no, so they're not going to play that game, it looks like. The NFL is not going to play the game. And they might actually, Mike, they're talking about adding a playoff team in the AFC. Oh, really? Yeah, they're talking about changing the actual playoff structure because of that game. if it impacts that. Would anybody be mad if they did? Like, is there any downside to it? That's a good question. I think there will probably be some purist that will. Or if another team was on the verge, then they'll always question, could they have been in there if they didn't change the rules? That's why they think that they're going to add the team so that it doesn't become that where somebody complains that somebody didn't make it.

00:19:38 - 00:20:00 | Speaker 3:

By the way, going back to DeMar Hamlin, his medical team said it is too early to talk about a long-term prognosis, but for now, his condition is treading upwards. So that's good. I do have an update for you, Mojo, on your next favorite story that you're obsessed with. The suspect at the center of those four, the murder of those four University of Idaho students. Some newly released court documents are...

00:20:00 - 00:21:01 | Speaker 5:

setting some light on the arrest of Brian Koberger, including an encounter involving one of the surviving roommates in this incident. So one of the two surviving roommates in that house where these murders occurred told investigators she woke to the sound of crying and a male voice saying something like, it's okay, I'm going to help you. The roommate opened her bedroom door, saw a figure clad in black clothing and a mask that covered the person's mouth and nose walking toward her. She did not recognize this person. He walked past her out a sliding glass door. This was about 4 in the morning, and she said she stood there frozen in shock. She then went back to her bedroom and locked the door. Investigators say that data from Brian Koberger's phone show he visited the area of the victim's home at least a dozen times between June and the day that the murders occurred. And a side story with this guy, by the way. Officials at the Idaho jail housing him say they will try to accommodate his vegan diet. I don't know why.

00:21:01 - 00:21:08 | Speaker 4:

The wild thing is that roommate that encountered him didn't call the police. Nobody called the police for hours.

00:21:08 - 00:21:13 | Speaker 5:

That blows my mind. It blows my mind when you go back and wade through the details of this story.

00:21:14 - 00:21:34 | Speaker 1:

I'm sure we're going to hear more. How long did it take for her to discover her roommates? That's what I was wondering, yeah. There's four other people living in the house. You could have just been intimidated by a dude who left, whatever. If you didn't know that everybody was hurt, you don't know that this guy didn't come back with one of them. That's a hard situation, but this is terrifying. Yeah, yeah.

00:21:35 - 00:22:32 | Speaker 5:

Big news if you're a Stranger Things fan. Noah Schnapp, who plays Will Byers on this show, has come out in a video posted to his TikTok yesterday. The 18-year-old actor wrote, When I finally told my friends and family I was gay after being scared in the closet for 18 years, And all they said was, we know. In the caption to his TikTok video, Noah wrote, I guess I'm more similar to Will than I thought. And if you missed that news over the summer, Noah confirmed for the first time that Will Byers is gay and in love with his best friend, Mike, on the show, played by Finn Wolfhard. And lastly, the oldest person in the U.S. has died. Bessie. Bessie's her name. Bessie Hendricks was 115. She was born in 1907 on a farm in Iowa In an interview that she did a couple of years ago Bessie credited working hard, eating sweets And staying away from doctors As her secrets for living such a long life

All right, it's time now for a phone scam. Sandy has been trying to switch the life insurance plan that she has through her work. Her co-workers say that she has been really frustrated because it's been like a really complicated process. Spike is going to make it even more complicated with this phone scam this morning.

00:23:27 - 00:23:30 | Speaker 3:

Mojo in the morning, your home of the world's famous phone scams.

00:23:33 - 00:23:33 | Speaker 1:

Hello?

00:23:34 - 00:23:36 | Speaker 2:

Yes, hello. I'm looking for Sandy, please.

00:23:36 - 00:23:37 | Speaker 1:

This is Sandy.

00:23:38 - 00:24:23 | Speaker 2:

Hi, Sandy. This is Ty Lannister, manager of the insurance. I'm Scott's supervisor. You've been speaking with him? Yeah. What's your name? Ty Lannister. I'm the manager. I go over every policy before we draft the final version for you to sign. If you just have a minute or two, I'd like to review everything? Yeah. Great. Well, your rider looks pretty simple. I just have a few questions to button this up. Are you an hourly employee at W**** or are you salaried? I'm full-time, yeah. Okay. The last thing that he hasn't gone over with you are some of the riders. We offer supplemental coverage for various scenarios, So I just want to get your yes or no on these before we would have coverage in these above and beyond your existing policy. So if you want to amend your coverage to include any of these, then I'll email you the details to review before we get final paperwork drawn up.

00:24:24 - 00:24:26 | Speaker 1:

Are these things going to cost me extra money?

00:24:26 - 00:24:58 | Speaker 2:

Most of them would. That's why we don't put them in the coverage. You can get them above and beyond. So, for instance, the first on the list would be wildfires, supplemental coverage. So if your injury or death were from a wildfire. No, no. Okay, so you understand that wouldn't be covered in your normal coverage. I understand, yeah. You'd waive that, okay. Do you want terrorism coverage? It states you get paid if your death or injury is due to an act of terror. Terrorism? Yeah, it wouldn't be covered under normal circumstances. No. How about rampant obesity?

00:25:00 - 00:25:01 | Speaker 5:

Obesity. Me?

00:25:01 - 00:25:11 | Speaker 6:

Well, yeah. It's just if your death were due to extreme obesity, I think because the normal policy they state you would, obviously, that'd be something self-inflicted.

00:25:11 - 00:25:16 | Speaker 5:

I'm very flounder. I have no worries about becoming an obese person. No, no coverage there.

00:25:16 - 00:25:30 | Speaker 6:

Okay, just asking. Foodborne illness, would you want that policy? What borne illness? Foodborne illness. People die of food poisoning? Oh, yes, ma'am. It is the 73rd most common cause of death in this country, but a lot of people...

00:25:30 - 00:25:34 | Speaker 5:

No, I don't watch food poisoning coverage. No, thank you.

00:25:34 - 00:25:38 | Speaker 6:

Do you want the rider for traumatic brain injury associated with sports?

00:25:39 - 00:25:44 | Speaker 5:

No. I'm an older woman. I don't participate in sports, so I don't need that.

00:25:44 - 00:25:45 | Speaker 6:

How about global warming?

00:25:47 - 00:25:49 | Speaker 5:

Well, I'm not paying insurance for global warming.

00:25:49 - 00:25:51 | Speaker 6:

Okay. What about gingivitis?

00:25:51 - 00:25:59 | Speaker 5:

ginger you mean like gum disease if you died from gingivitis trying to get money off of people

00:25:59 - 00:26:23 | Speaker 6:

who dies of gingivitis okay just a few more botched plastic surgery this covers any cosmetic enhancements that you have done no no okay no plastic surgery death by prison gangs prison gangs gotta be kidding no what about uh lack of health insurance lack of what if you died if your death or injury were a cause of lack of health insurance?

00:26:24 - 00:26:27 | Speaker 5:

Isn't that what I'm getting here? I'm getting insurance?

00:26:27 - 00:26:34 | Speaker 6:

Right. Okay, we'll pass that one. Gerrymandering? What? Do you want a supplemental coverage for gerrymandering?

00:26:35 - 00:26:36 | Speaker 5:

What is that?

00:26:36 - 00:26:41 | Speaker 6:

I'm not authorized to give legal or medical advice. I just have to get a yes or no, basically.

00:26:41 - 00:26:41 | Speaker 5:

No.

00:26:42 - 00:26:43 | Speaker 6:

Whatever it is.

00:26:43 - 00:26:45 | Speaker 5:

If I don't know what it is, no.

00:26:45 - 00:26:47 | Speaker 6:

All right, just a few last ones then. Orbiting space pollution?

00:26:48 - 00:26:49 | Speaker 5:

Repeat that again.

00:26:50 - 00:26:59 | Speaker 6:

Orbiting space pollution. Do you want additional coverage if you're struck by a falling satellite or any space junk? No. You know, it's not a mathematical impossibility, but we can't include it in our general policy.

00:27:00 - 00:27:03 | Speaker 5:

What are the chances of that? Like one in eight zillion?

00:27:03 - 00:27:09 | Speaker 6:

I don't have the numbers for this year yet. They haven't come in. What about sexism in the media and entertainment world?

00:27:10 - 00:27:12 | Speaker 5:

What does that have to do with me?

00:27:12 - 00:27:14 | Speaker 6:

I'm just running through all of them. No. Okay.

00:27:14 - 00:27:17 | Speaker 5:

No, you're not getting any money out of me for that one either.

00:27:17 - 00:27:23 | Speaker 6:

Surly or rambunctious teenagers? No. Inability to get into desirable nightclubs?

00:27:23 - 00:27:25 | Speaker 5:

How many more are there?

00:27:25 - 00:27:33 | Speaker 6:

Just one. What about phone scams if you die of hilarity or embarrassment due to being phone scammed by the Mojo on the morning show?

00:27:35 - 00:27:36 | Speaker 5:

I should have f***ing known.

00:27:38 - 00:27:48 | Speaker 6:

Just a phone scam, obviously. We're not really from your insurance company. Well, I'm glad. But let me just tell you, you should reconsider that orbiting space junk. If a satellite falls on you, you're in trouble.

00:27:49 - 00:28:00 | Speaker 3:

we will we will scam you you're home with the phone scams this is mojo in the morning

I'll see you there. All right. Sorry about that. Mark, you were in the soundproof area for one second there. You ready? Yes, sir. Five questions. Here you go. Question number one. Singer Ellie Golding finally denied the longstanding rumor that she cheated on Ed Sheeran with which...

00:30:00 - 00:31:02 | Speaker 1:

One Direction member. Three seconds. Question number two. Parents are calling Lil Nas X a devil worshiper while criticizing this children's music group after they posed with Lil Nas X for an Instagram photo. The Wiggles. Question number three. Prince Harry's tell-all memoir is being released on Tuesday. Shannon has had some fascinating tidbits of what we're about to read in this thing. True or false, it's called Spare. True. Question number four. Actor Noah Schnapp came out recently, paralleling his character on Stranger Things, who is a closeted gay teenager. Which character does Schnapp play? Is it A, Will Byers? B, 11, or C, Mike Wheeler?

00:31:04 - 00:31:04 | Unknown:

Eight.

00:31:05 - 00:32:46 | Speaker 1:

Question number five. Actress Aubrey Plaza is set to host SNL later this month. Question number one, Ethan. You got to beat four out of five, and yesterday was a nail-biter. Singer Ellie Golding finally denied the long-standing rumor that she cheated on Ed Sheeran with which One Direction member? Niall Horne. There you go. Scores one to nothing. Mark, you're going to kick yourself for saying Neil. Question number two. Parents are calling Lil Nas X a devil worshiper while criticizing this children's music group after they posed with Lil Nas X for an Instagram photo. The Wiggles? Yes. Two to one. Question number three. Prince Harry's tell-all memoir is being released on Tuesday. True or false, it's called Spare.

00:32:47 - 00:32:48 | Unknown:

True.

00:32:48 - 00:34:59 | Speaker 1:

Yes. Three to two. Question number four, actor Noah Schnapp came out recently, paralleling his character on Stranger Things, who is a closeted gay teenager. Which character does Schnapp play? Is it A, Will Byers, B, 11, or C, Mike Wheeler? Will Byers. Yes, four to three. And rolling along, question number five, actress Aubrey Plaza is set to host SNL later this month. plaza plays harper in season two of this black comedy drama that follows wealthy guests and high-strung staffers of a luxury resort the white lotus yeah there you go final score five to four guess who's going to enjoy a concert i kind of like the fire that you had today ethan you got to keep that up next week that's cool I didn't know if you had it in you, man But this is good This is kind of like, you know You're kind of like the Lions As the season goes on, man They got a little swagger going on, too, okay? It's Mojo in the mornings. Five at 6.55. Five. Mojo in the morning. All right. So I'm going to reveal something real quick here. Yesterday, we were talking about the topic of being obligated to buy or feeling obligated to buy it. I'm wearing those jeans. I just decided today I'm going to wear them. Oh, let me see. I got them on. I don't know how bad they look, but I got. Look at that belt. That belt is trying to keep those up for God. His pants are falling.

00:35:00 - 00:35:01 | Speaker 2:

Are they too big?

00:35:02 - 00:35:10 | Speaker 4:

No, they're not. I don't know if I like them too much because I think that they're too skinny for a guy my size.

00:35:11 - 00:35:13 | Speaker 2:

Let me see the bottom. Lift up your foot.

00:35:14 - 00:35:16 | Speaker 4:

Come on.

00:35:18 - 00:35:24 | Speaker 2:

No, those are good. Those are not too skinny. They're baggy at the bottom.

00:35:24 - 00:35:25 | Speaker 4:

They didn't even rip when you did that.

00:35:26 - 00:35:27 | Speaker 2:

What the heck?

00:35:27 - 00:35:43 | Speaker 4:

Yesterday we were talking about how I went in I got jeans, or went to the store, and she helped me out with a bunch of jeans, and I felt obligated after the whole thing. So speaking of jeans, you better tell your story, because I'm going to tell you this is crazy.

00:35:43 - 00:36:03 | Speaker 2:

Okay, I don't want to embarrass him, and I feel like he'll be a good sport about it. So Wes is not the tallest slash biggest guy in the entire world. He's a little thing. Wes is your boyfriend. Wes is my boyfriend. What did you say? A short king? Yeah. He is a short king. Would he be mad if I called him little fella?

00:36:04 - 00:36:05 | Speaker 4:

Because people call me big guy

00:36:05 - 00:36:09 | Speaker 2:

I don't know how well that would go over Try it and see what happens

00:36:09 - 00:36:14 | Speaker 3:

Hey little fella I don't like it when people call me big fella And I'm a little guy

00:36:14 - 00:37:22 | Speaker 2:

He's as cute as a bug's ear Cute as a bug's ear I don't know if guys can be called petite But maybe he would be called petite Like his legs and his butt are little He's in shape but he's just little OK, so since we try to spend as much time with each other as possible, I do feel like we both constantly live out of duffel bags a little bit that we're shuffling stuff back and forth to each other's houses when we do get to spend the night and we don't have kids because he has kids. Obviously, I have kids. He lives on the east side. I live on the west side. So of the Detroit area. So we're just like constantly going back and forth. OK, duffel bag city for us. so I was looking for a pair of jeans yesterday afternoon that I knew I had worn to his house at one point so I went to my duffel bag that again I'm constantly just like shuffling crap in and out of found the jeans threw them on got ready to go well I noticed they felt kind of funny and then I looked down and looked in the mirror and I realized they were not mine I grabbed his jeans from his bedroom and brought them home thinking they were my jeans so i was wearing

00:37:22 - 00:37:28 | Speaker 4:

his jeans oh my god you fit you guys fit in the same clothes well he wears like skinny jeans too

00:37:28 - 00:37:43 | Speaker 2:

like really skinny jeans so you can imagine that when there's just like a bunch of stuff on a chair in his room and like two duffel bags right there i just grabbed the jeans thinking they were mine threw them in my bag where they sit until i need something from this bag this is so great this is

00:37:43 - 00:37:55 | Speaker 4:

so great because this gets back at every woman who wears their guy's sweatshirts, you know? Well, you know what? I don't know if that's the same. Or their guy's boxer shorts. Wear their jeans.

00:37:55 - 00:38:05 | Speaker 1:

What were you saying, Megan? I just think that this must have been such an eye-opening experience for you, Sharon, because you were finally wearing a pair of jeans where you could put something in your pockets. What was

00:38:05 - 00:38:16 | Speaker 2:

that feeling like? And not have to do the dance of, like, down up, right? To loosen the crotch? Yeah, to loosen the crotch and get into them. I don't realize.

00:38:16 - 00:38:24 | Speaker 4:

Okay, so 844 Mojo Live. I'm going to throw this out there because I think that this could be funny because it would be very interesting to hear. Are there any other couples that share clothes?

00:38:24 - 00:38:29 | Speaker 2:

Well, I do not wear these jeans. Let me clarify. I took them off.

00:38:30 - 00:38:31 | Speaker 4:

You could if you wanted to.

00:38:31 - 00:38:39 | Speaker 2:

I'd have to cuff the bottoms. That's where I realized that he, I mean, he is a little taller than me. I'm only five feet tall. But everywhere else they fit okay.

00:38:40 - 00:38:47 | Speaker 4:

Mike, imagine this. If you were the same size as Allie, since you don't, don't you like girls' pants, Mike? What?

00:38:48 - 00:38:50 | Speaker 3:

Who told you I like girls' pants?

00:38:50 - 00:38:52 | Speaker 4:

Who was it? Wasn't it Mike that was the story where?

00:38:52 - 00:39:00 | Speaker 2:

He bought a girls' coat from H&M. Oh, that's what it is. You keep saying that it's not a girls' coat. But it was in the girls' section. No, it was not. You admitted that.

00:39:01 - 00:39:02 | Speaker 3:

No, no, no, no, no.

00:39:02 - 00:39:03 | Speaker 2:

Mike, don't you like to cross-dress?

00:39:03 - 00:39:14 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, don't you? Only on Tuesdays. No, no, no, no. That was a guy's coat. I even checked on the H&M website I went back to H&M It's a guy's coat

00:39:14 - 00:39:15 | Speaker 4:

But it had the buttons on the wrong side

00:39:15 - 00:39:19 | Speaker 3:

I don't think so It did We called you out I don't think so

00:39:19 - 00:39:21 | Speaker 2:

He will not

00:39:21 - 00:39:26 | Speaker 3:

You know what I did You know what I did wear one time though I did wear those TikTok pants at Alice

00:39:26 - 00:39:27 | Speaker 2:

Oh the TikTok leggings

00:39:27 - 00:39:31 | Speaker 3:

Yeah yeah I did try that out once Did you like them? Did it make you go

00:39:31 - 00:39:33 | Speaker 4:

Wow this actually could be something for me

00:39:33 - 00:39:35 | Speaker 3:

I felt pretty You look good in joggers

00:39:35 - 00:39:37 | Speaker 4:

Yeah I felt pretty a little bit You can do it

00:39:37 - 00:39:39 | Speaker 2:

Like I could probably wear Wes's jogger

00:39:39 - 00:39:59 | Speaker 4:

does can i ask uh the the question does does wes feel comfortable with you wearing his clothes or does it make him feel uncomfortable that you guys oh i steal his sweatshirt all the sweatshirts all the time all the time and i keep them how about his hats by the way if you ever take his hats and if you ever curve his his brim of his cat you know what

00:39:59 - 00:40:29 | Speaker 2:

Thank you.

00:40:00 - 00:40:04 | Speaker 7:

He does not like his – I noticed he has the flattest brims I've ever seen.

00:40:04 - 00:40:20 | Speaker 4:

What are those called snapback hats? He bought a hat over the holiday that had a curved brim. And I kept looking at him. I'm like, what the heck is different about you? And he was just laughing. And he's like, I'm wearing a hat with a curved brim. See, I'm opposite. He never wears those hats.

00:40:20 - 00:40:26 | Speaker 7:

I played baseball, and you have to curve it. But nowadays, baseball players actually – a lot of them are like Wes. They don't like to –

00:40:26 - 00:40:27 | Speaker 4:

They like that flat brim.

00:40:27 - 00:40:32 | Speaker 7:

But I like to kind of give it a little, you know. Yeah, me too. What's going on, Matt?

00:40:33 - 00:40:38 | Speaker 1:

Hey, so the best thing about actually being in a gay relationship is that I don't even have to wear it. We can just share clothes.

00:40:38 - 00:40:39 | Speaker 5:

Oh, my gosh.

00:40:39 - 00:40:41 | Speaker 1:

You guys are so lucky.

00:40:41 - 00:40:42 | Speaker 5:

Major perk. Oh, it's the best.

00:40:42 - 00:40:46 | Speaker 8:

When you start dating, do you look for someone your size just to, you know, eliminate the work?

00:40:46 - 00:40:51 | Speaker 1:

Oh, no, I sure do. We wear large shirts. We wear everything. Everything's the key. I mean, it's the best thing.

00:40:52 - 00:41:04 | Speaker 7:

I never thought about that, that you guys don't need two closets. If you know, no, that's the greatest. That's an awesome thing. Thank you for the call, buddy. Appreciate it. Yeah, no problem. Take care of yourself.

00:41:04 - 00:41:22 | Speaker 8:

I had to set up a rule that because Meg likes wearing my hoodies and stuff and I'm all about it. I think it's cute, except every time she'd wear them, she pulls the drawstring out and throws it away. She's like, I don't like drawstrings. I'm like, it's not your sweatshirt. Stop pulling the drawstrings out of my hoodies. Drives me crazy.

00:41:22 - 00:41:23 | Speaker 7:

That is kind of the fashion though.

00:41:23 - 00:41:31 | Speaker 8:

Whenever I get them back. And then my daughter did the same thing. Nicole gives me, oh, I borrowed your hoodie. And I'm like, you borrowed it with a drawstring. Where is it? I cut it out.

00:41:32 - 00:41:37 | Speaker 7:

I'd like to see you actually trying to redo it. Do you ever? That is the biggest pain in my butt.

00:41:37 - 00:41:39 | Speaker 8:

I rip it out at that point. Once it's out, you can't put it back in.

00:41:41 - 00:41:43 | Speaker 7:

What's up, Mojo in the morning, Kels? How you doing?

00:41:44 - 00:41:44 | Speaker 3:

Good. How are you?

00:41:45 - 00:41:46 | Speaker 7:

Good. Do you guys share clothes?

00:41:48 - 00:41:56 | Speaker 3:

So we don't necessarily share clothes, but my boyfriend's also just a little string bean. and he's like three inches taller. He's like all of five, eight.

00:41:56 - 00:42:01 | Speaker 5:

What's worse, you calling your boyfriend a string bean or me calling Wes petite? I don't know.

00:42:03 - 00:42:07 | Speaker 3:

He has a string bean. It's okay. He knows. All of his friends call him little buddy.

00:42:08 - 00:42:13 | Speaker 8:

Oh, my gosh. Oh, he's going to love that you shared that on the air with three million people.

00:42:14 - 00:42:16 | Speaker 7:

So what can you wear of his?

00:42:17 - 00:42:49 | Speaker 3:

So we actually can also fit in the same pants. He doesn't wear skinny jeans or anything like that, But when we were moving out to get our own place, his parents were, like, taking all this stuff and just kind of throwing it at us. So they just kind of, like, were throwing clothes and bags, and we were going through them. And he had these pair of pants, and he put them on. He's like, okay, you know, these fit pretty good. I'm like, I'm pretty sure those are girls' jeans. Where did you get those? He's like, what? I was like, pretty sure those are girls' jeans. He's like, oh, my gosh, I think they're my sister. And they fit perfectly to the tee on him. There you go. He thought they were his.

00:42:50 - 00:42:56 | Speaker 6:

That's great. James? Yeah, hi. You share clothes with your wife?

00:42:57 - 00:43:10 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, so I wear skinny jeans, and then I found out that my wife and I wear, like, the exact same size. So now we always take advantage of those buy one, get one free jean deals. So I put the girls' jeans at Old Navy, and now I can't fit anything in my pockets anymore.

00:43:12 - 00:43:17 | Speaker 6:

Does that make her self-conscious, though, that you guys are the same size? Does that, like, make her? No?

00:43:17 - 00:43:29 | Speaker 1:

Not really. I mean, she's tall, and she likes being tall. So, yeah, it just kind of works out. But now every time I'm in the office and someone asks me to hold on to something for them, it's like sticking out of my pocket all day. Why do they do that?

00:43:29 - 00:43:29 | Speaker 5:

I don't know.

00:43:30 - 00:43:32 | Speaker 7:

It's crazy. Give them a pocket. All right. Thank you for the call.

00:43:33 - 00:43:39 | Speaker 1:

I want more Shannon's dirty coming up in less than 30

00:44:13 - 00:44:15 | Speaker 4:

Mojo in the Morning Show. Throwbacks coming up here. Throwback throwdown. Happy Friday to you. Good to have you guys here. Megan wants to throw out some props to somebody on...

00:45:00 - 00:45:04 | Speaker 1:

how they did their their baby announcement is that right megan i don't know if props is the

00:45:04 - 00:45:09 | Speaker 3:

right word or just acknowledgement that this is probably the way i would do it and that's not a

00:45:09 - 00:45:15 | Speaker 1:

good thing you know yeah yeah if you like if megan if megan likes it then it's probably not a good

00:45:15 - 00:45:34 | Speaker 3:

idea is that what you're saying yeah i mean i'm not really the compass for correct decisions let's just say that um so i have never been pregnant and this is actually a question i have for shannon is like when does baby brain kick in and is it a real thing um it is very much a real thing and

00:45:34 - 00:45:49 | Speaker 4:

I think when it kicks in is different for a lot of people but for me it was like the second I found out I was pregnant just everything became all jarbled in my head that makes a lot of you're so tired and it just like naturally happens okay so that's interesting because I thought it was

00:45:49 - 00:46:23 | Speaker 3:

much later you know how they say like when you're having a girl they take your beauty and then right All of these different stages of your pregnancy. I thought baby brain was third trimester. So maybe this plays out a little bit more, makes a little bit more sense. But one of my girlfriends said that her friends unfortunately announced her pregnancy not by telling her friends, but by just sending a text message to the group chat saying, what's your address for the baby shower invite? Sent that first. And then a half hour later said, oh, yeah, I forgot to tell you guys I'm pregnant.

00:46:24 - 00:46:26 | Speaker 2:

Now, okay, question

00:46:26 - 00:46:39 | Speaker 4:

Is this her first baby? Yes I was going to say, because sometimes with babies Like two, three, four, and so on You're just, like, it's totally different But with the first baby It's a big deal

00:46:39 - 00:46:46 | Speaker 3:

So she had done this big announcement for her family And forgot she had not done that for her friends That's great

00:46:46 - 00:47:09 | Speaker 1:

I kind of like that, because I like that in this day and age Of people overdoing things You know, with how people now It's like they have to shoot off rocket ships and stuff nowadays to, like, tell everybody, like, the gender of their baby and stuff. I think that that's actually kind of cool. It's, like, subtly. Actually, you know what? It was bad. If that was you, Megan, as one of the people on that group chat, you wouldn't have even gotten it.

00:47:11 - 00:47:14 | Speaker 4:

She would have had the baby, and you'd be like, oh, she had a baby.

00:47:14 - 00:47:16 | Speaker 5:

Why didn't anyone invite me?

00:47:16 - 00:47:18 | Speaker 1:

She may have already announced it, and she just didn't know.

00:47:18 - 00:47:24 | Speaker 3:

You're currently acting like I don't have 1,360 unread text messages Oh my god

00:47:24 - 00:47:27 | Speaker 4:

Megan that would give me severe

00:47:27 - 00:47:40 | Speaker 3:

Severe anxiety Every time I post like a screenshot On my Instagram stories of a text message I have to crop it not to keep The people's names out but if I leave that Number of unread messages That's the only thing people will DM me about

00:47:40 - 00:47:51 | Speaker 1:

Here's the worst on mine The worst on mine is I have 32,124 unread emails.

00:47:51 - 00:47:52 | Speaker 3:

Work or personal?

00:47:53 - 00:48:01 | Speaker 1:

They're all. I have 10. The majority of them probably are honestly are like you know people trying to sell me stuff or whatever. Do you have 10?

00:48:01 - 00:48:05 | Speaker 4:

10. Do you want to know my work? I am so anal about my inbox.

00:48:05 - 00:48:10 | Speaker 5:

She'll delete stuff and then she'll ask me hey do you have the name of those things? Because she never saves anything.

00:48:10 - 00:48:11 | Speaker 1:

How many do you have?

00:48:11 - 00:48:12 | Speaker 3:

In my email?

00:48:12 - 00:48:12 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

00:48:13 - 00:48:22 | Speaker 3:

58,135. oh my god no wonder she never replied but but the funny but spike do you have any oh yeah i gotta

00:48:22 - 00:48:28 | Speaker 1:

i'm on your boat i have for emails yeah okay okay because i was gonna say spike but what happens

00:48:28 - 00:48:36 | Speaker 5:

seems like he would be more i'm usually so organized and ocd about everything else in my life but what happens is for email i go well i'll put i'll mark that on red because i gotta go back

00:48:36 - 00:48:42 | Speaker 1:

to that later and then i just never go back to it later see i have i have two unheard voicemail

00:48:42 - 00:48:48 | Speaker 5:

messages oh man so i do i couldn't sit on that notification but never listened to but they are

00:48:48 - 00:49:00 | Speaker 1:

they're from uh they're from people that honestly i hate to say it they're from people that leave me like so many messages all the time and they're always like the messages are so long oh my god

00:49:00 - 00:49:04 | Speaker 4:

don't you just read the transcription just read the transcription no some of them don't even

00:49:04 - 00:49:29 | Speaker 1:

transcribe that i don't know like i've some sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't But the text messages I have to Go through I get the idea of not answering Or not looking at the text Because you want to answer it At a certain time But Megan to have that many Un Looked at text messages Unbelievable

00:49:29 - 00:49:33 | Speaker 2:

1359 so I opened up One chat while we were talking

00:49:33 - 00:49:41 | Speaker 5:

Text messages I have to look at because they're people that have my number they're people i know close no you know what it is though

00:49:41 - 00:49:48 | Speaker 3:

it's mostly ads i get text message ads you do oh god really now with the new uh version of

00:49:48 - 00:49:54 | Speaker 1:

whatever apple has you can actually put them in as a spam or whatever yeah swipe it so you don't

00:49:54 - 00:49:59 | Speaker 5:

get them anymore well that assumes you're reading them she's not reading them lindsey wants to

00:49:59 - 00:49:59 | Speaker 1:

comment on

00:50:00 - 00:50:00 | Speaker 3:

Baby brain. What's up?

00:50:02 - 00:50:13 | Speaker 7:

Yeah, I actually just saw on a trivia show, like, this week, that your brain physically shrinks when you're pregnant, so I think that's what causes pregnancy brain. What? Does it really?

00:50:13 - 00:50:16 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Does it actually go back to normal after you have the baby?

00:50:17 - 00:50:31 | Speaker 7:

I have no idea. I still feel like I'm weird. But it was, it was like, well, yeah, me too. It was this, like, multiple choice trivia show, and, like, the other answers were, like, Lungs, stomach, I thought it was one of those, but they said it was your brain.

00:50:31 - 00:50:38 | Speaker 3:

You should tell, any mom that's listening to this should tell their kids, I gave up my body and my brain for you, for Christ's sake, you know?

00:50:38 - 00:50:56 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. Well, there's this girl on TikTok who makes a list of all the reasons why she's never having kids based on the things moms say on TikTok, and I feel like this needs to be added to that list. Like, y'all keep making it so I don't want more kids. It's terrifying what you guys have to go through to make a baby. I don't know how you did it. It's so scary.

00:50:57 - 00:50:58 | Speaker 3:

Lindsay, happy Friday.

00:50:59 - 00:50:59 | Speaker 4:

Happy Friday.

00:51:00 - 00:51:01 | Speaker 3:

Take care. What's up, Jody?

00:51:02 - 00:51:06 | Speaker 8:

Yes. Yes. How are you? Good morning.

00:51:06 - 00:51:09 | Speaker 3:

Good morning. What's going on? I feel like I caught you off guard by picking up your phone line.

00:51:10 - 00:51:15 | Speaker 8:

No, you're fine. I'm at work. I work on the assembly line, so I'm trying to get off the line right now to talk.

00:51:16 - 00:51:18 | Speaker 3:

Oh, wow. What are you making? Anything fun?

00:51:18 - 00:51:31 | Speaker 8:

But no, the baby star in flight, my aunt will send group texts to the family and stuff. I do not want to be a no group text. I don't want to have a hundred replies from different people going through my phone. That is just a no.

00:51:32 - 00:51:48 | Speaker 3:

My least favorite is when people that have group chats try to group chat me as I'm trying to fall asleep at night. And I have my phone off, but I can still get the, you know, like that, that thing, you know, my phone is on silent all the time.

00:51:48 - 00:51:49 | Speaker 8:

So that don't happen.

00:51:50 - 00:51:55 | Speaker 2:

You guys were doing that to me last night. What time was it? Was it nine?

00:51:55 - 00:52:02 | Speaker 3:

oh it's about mike's baby names oh really yeah nine o'clock but that was funny am i the only

00:52:02 - 00:52:16 | Speaker 1:

one that goes to bed early for a morning show job yes so i'm the same way about group chats i hate saving a bunch of random people's phone numbers that i'm never ever going to talk to again and then i have this random person named like kelly i don't even know in my contact book yeah you

00:52:16 - 00:52:37 | Speaker 3:

You almost got to, I don't know. Like I actually put in my, if you look at how I name people, I don't name people just Kelly. Like I would name her bad group chat Kelly. Like I put it in there so that I know exactly who the actual person is or annoying group chat Kelly. Vanessa?

00:52:38 - 00:52:39 | Speaker 6:

Yes.

00:52:39 - 00:52:40 | Speaker 3:

Hi, what's happening?

00:52:41 - 00:52:46 | Speaker 6:

Oh, nothing. I just was listening to about the unread emails, and I have 86,000.

00:52:47 - 00:52:51 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God. Wow. Oh, my God. Get it, girl.

00:52:53 - 00:53:02 | Speaker 6:

Like, do you have a plan to sit down one day and go through them, or it's just going to forever be? You know, I attempted, and it's just not even worth it anymore.

00:53:02 - 00:53:02 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

00:53:02 - 00:53:14 | Speaker 2:

But there are important things in life that you have to provide an email address for. So what happens when you need something from your bank or your credit card or your job or your kids' schools? Like, what do you do?

00:53:15 - 00:53:22 | Speaker 6:

There's a special email for those. This is all, like, the spam emails. You know, oh, give me your email and you'll get 10% off.

00:53:22 - 00:53:26 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Oh, well, then why even look at that? Yeah. Shut it down.

00:53:26 - 00:53:49 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. That, though, is funny because there are, like, we talk about people that have anxiety over seeing that. They have that much. Yes. But honestly, part of me doesn't want to go back into those emails like when I was transferring over to a new phone. I don't want to go and just delete everything out of there because there are times where I do have to, like, word search things.

00:53:49 - 00:53:53 | Speaker 2:

You can mark as read. Mark the whole email as read, and then that notification goes away.

00:53:53 - 00:53:54 | Speaker 3:

Oh, that's true. That's a good idea.

00:53:54 - 00:54:02 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, just mark them all read. And then for spam, I just put in, like, a story asks for an email. I just give my other address, which is Shannon at MojoInTheMorning.com.

00:54:02 - 00:54:05 | Speaker 5:

That is really my email address, too.

00:54:08 - 00:54:12 | Speaker 2:

And now I present the most annoying sound in the world.

00:54:14 - 00:54:17 | Speaker 3:

Told you. This is Mojo in the Morning.

00:54:18 - 00:54:20 | Speaker 8:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:54:21 - 00:54:33 | Speaker 3:

We got throwback throwdown coming up. A phone scam on the way. Do you know that we are commercial free for over an hour? So you will not hear a commercial interruption. What's going on in this hour's Dirty on the 30?

00:54:33 - 00:55:39 | Speaker 5:

Well, more from Prince Harry's upcoming memoir, Spare. We're learning that he definitely doesn't hold back when it comes to his rocky relationship with his brother, William. He's candid about being deemed the spare behind his older brother in line to the throne. He writes, I was summoned to provide backup, distraction, diversion, and if necessary, a spare part. Kidney, perhaps, blood transfusion, speck of bone marrow. This was all made explicitly clear to me from the start. of life's journey and regularly reinforced after. He also writes about how Prince William warned him not to propose to Meghan Markle. He said they were just moving too fast. He hated the idea that Meghan was an American actress, among many other things that we now know. Yet as Harry and Meghan got more serious, Harry told William that he felt like their late mother Diana helped him find Meghan, which did not sit right with his brother. During an interview with Good Morning America. Michael Strahan asks Harry to elaborate on a portion of the book where he references William as his beloved brother and arch nemesis. How would your mom feel about your relationship

00:55:39 - 00:55:47 | Speaker 1:

with your brother now? I think she would be I think she would be sad. I think she'd be looking

00:55:47 - 00:56:04 | Speaker 2:

at looking at it long term to know that there are certain things that we need to go through to be able to heal the relationship. I have felt the presence of my mom more so in the last two years than I have in the last 30.

00:56:05 - 00:56:38 | Speaker 5:

So Spare was accidentally released early in Spain. Okay, it's not supposed to come out until Tuesday. And one of the other bombshell revelations people are talking about this morning is about Harry's penis because he even writes candidly about his penis in this book, Shooting down the long-standing rumor that he and his brother are uncircumcised He writes, my penis was a matter of public record And indeed some public curiosity The press had written about it extensively There were countless stories in books and papers Even the New York Times about Willie and me not being circumcised It's funny he calls him Willie when he's talking about his penis

00:56:38 - 00:56:41 | Speaker 2:

No penis, shut up, puss

00:56:41 - 00:56:55 | Speaker 5:

He adds, mummy had forbidden it, they all said And while it's absolutely true that the chance of getting penile frostbites Is much greater if you're not circumcised All the stories were false I was snipped as a baby Thank gosh he cleared that up for us

00:56:55 - 00:57:01 | Speaker 6:

That's wild I thought it would be fun to write a book I don't know if I'd go all the way to that

00:57:01 - 00:57:06 | Speaker 4:

You're not writing about your penis He's also talking about the lack of privacy he had growing up For sure

00:57:06 - 00:57:16 | Speaker 5:

I love on TikTok that people are comparing Prince Harry writing his memoir To this scene in The Goonies You guys have all seen The Goonies, right?

00:57:17 - 00:57:38 | Speaker 7:

It's third grade, I cheated on my history exam You know what I'm talking about? I've never seen the movies. When I played Moses, I was going to play. It's been great. I got my sister reading down the stairs. Classic 80s movie. There was summer camp for a fat kid. And then what's there is what I got done. Just saying everything.

00:57:39 - 00:57:57 | Speaker 5:

Cincinnati Bengals receiver T. Higgins says he's relieved to hear that Buffalo Bills safety DeMar Hamlin is doing better in the ICU at UC Medical Center. DeMar tackled T. Higgins right before he collapsed on the field during the Bengals-Bills Monday night football game. And T. said he has been in contact with DeMar's family in the days following.

00:57:57 - 00:58:10 | Speaker 2:

How was that conversation like with his mom? You know, it was just telling me that she's thinking of me, praying for me, and things like that. She's telling me that he's okay and just all the good, positive stuff.

00:58:10 - 00:58:11 | Speaker 6:

What's it like when you hear that from her?

00:58:12 - 00:58:18 | Speaker 2:

I mean, it feels good. You know, just knowing that he's okay, he's going better. and, you know, it makes me feel better inside.

00:58:18 - 00:58:32 | Speaker 5:

And the big update on Damar Hamlin this morning, doctors say he is awake. He is communicating with them through writing. He still has a breathing tube in, so he can't talk yet. And the first question he asked upon waking up was, who won the game?

00:58:33 - 00:58:44 | Speaker 3:

He asked, did we win? And the answer is, yes, you know, Damar, you won. You've won the game of life. And that's probably the most important thing out of this, and we really need to keep him at the center of everything else that's going on.

00:58:45 - 00:58:47 | Speaker 6:

Wow. That's still amazing. Yeah.

00:58:47 - 00:59:13 | Speaker 5:

And lastly, have you guys binge watched Wednesday on Netflix yet? Yes. Love it. We're like in the middle of it. Okay. So one fan of that hit Netflix show has gone viral on Twitter. And give me a second because I have to post this on the dirty page. He got a tattoo of Jenna Ortega's face. Okay. Well, it went horribly wrong. Jenna Ortega is the actress that plays Wednesday, by the way, Wednesday Adams.

00:59:13 - 00:59:15 | Speaker 6:

The tattoo sure doesn't look like it.

00:59:15 - 00:59:37 | Speaker 5:

So, the caption reads, the client asked for Wednesday, but instead got Saturday night at the after hours. It literally looks like Samuel L. Jackson. It is so insanely bad. It looks nothing like Janet Ortega. It is so bad. Like, what picture was he looking at or she looking at? Oh, God. Yeah. You can see that. And check out all of today's Dirty on the Dirty page at MojoIntheMorning.com.

00:59:38 - 00:59:42 | Speaker 3:

01:00:17 - 01:00:18 | Speaker 3:

It is.

01:00:18 - 01:00:19 | Speaker 2:

Where are you from?

01:00:21 - 01:00:21 | Speaker 3:

Muskegon.

01:00:21 - 01:00:25 | Speaker 2:

Oh, thanks for listening to us on AsinX. We appreciate you so much.

01:00:25 - 01:00:25 | Speaker 3:

Every morning.

01:00:25 - 01:00:27 | Speaker 2:

How are the roads today?

01:00:28 - 01:00:28 | Unknown:

They're perfect.

01:00:28 - 01:01:02 | Speaker 2:

You know what's funny is I was thinking about this And actually it was So we have a person that's Shadowing us right now Her name is Ellie And Ellie's mom is Dina Santafonte From Fox 2 in Detroit Very famous Person on television here in the Detroit area And we were talking Ellie is Ellie close to a mic Can you get close to a mic We were talking earlier this morning And I said Ellie Don't stand out there in the cold And she goes, it's not that cold compared to what we had, what, over Christmas?

01:01:02 - 01:01:03 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah. Exactly.

01:01:04 - 01:01:06 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, it was crazy over Christmas, wasn't it, Ellie?

01:01:06 - 01:01:09 | Speaker 3:

It was, like, negative 25 degrees.

01:01:09 - 01:01:17 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's nuts. Well, hang on the phone. Enjoy, okay? All right. Thank you so much. Thank you. Hold on one second.

01:01:18 - 01:01:25 | Speaker 1:

We'll be at that pink concert this summer complaining about how hot it is. Although all we do is complain. We go from too cold to too hot.

01:01:25 - 01:01:51 | Speaker 2:

Ellie was telling me a funny story so Ellie's mom uh Dina is awesome she's been uh like a superstar she's been great to the mojo on the morning show for years she's works early in the morning and she's on the nine right on on uh Fox 2 yeah she's on the nine we watch that at nine o'clock if we have something boring on the air then you can turn it over to them but she Ellie pulled something on her mom yesterday that was great because what would what was the story when

01:01:51 - 01:02:34 | Speaker 3:

your mom would come home from work well she comes home from work at like 3 p.m. every day and she has to wake up at 4 a.m. every single day for all I I can remember for the last 20 years yeah so she would come home from work and we would be like mom do you go grocery shopping what are you making for dinner and every day she would just be like I woke up at 4 a.m. and all you guys do is ask me to do all this crap blah blah so then coming here to shadow and I have to wake up at 4 a.m. and yesterday she was asking me to like do something like bring in the garbage cans or something and I'd be like oh I'm so tired I can't do it Don't you know I woke up at 4 a.m. Yeah I woke up at 4 a.m. today

01:02:34 - 01:02:35 | Speaker 2:

Now do you have a sympathy though for your mom?

01:02:36 - 01:02:37 | Speaker 3:

I understand now

01:02:37 - 01:02:47 | Speaker 2:

Yeah you guys I'm telling you maybe I should bring Luke in here to hang out with us one morning just for this whole thing. Have you been enjoying hanging out

01:02:47 - 01:02:53 | Speaker 3:

doing this? Yeah it's awesome I love to see the behind the scenes. It's really cool.

01:02:53 - 01:02:56 | Speaker 2:

Would your mom bring you into the TV station a lot to hang out?

01:02:57 - 01:03:06 | Speaker 3:

When I was younger, I went into the TV station a lot and would watch her on air and stuff and see all the behind the scenes, which was really cool. But I haven't been in there in a while.

01:03:07 - 01:03:16 | Speaker 2:

That's cool. That's awesome. Well, good to have you here. You're awesome, too. We had a great podcast yesterday, our More Mojo podcast. Jay Towers was on. Do you call him Uncle Jay?

01:03:17 - 01:03:19 | Speaker 3:

I don't. I call him Mr. Jay Towers.

01:03:19 - 01:04:16 | Speaker 2:

we had jay on there and you got you should listen to it i actually reese put a really cool clip up on facebook and instagram and stuff of uh the clip where you know i asked jay about uh for the years for those that don't know in grand rapids and toledo about it jay does the morning television show but he also was like the big you know and still is big morning show host here in town on radio and he was the big top 40 morning show host when we started the mojo in the morning show years ago and for years I always was jealous of Jay and very much so would uh poke fun at him and kind of like throw like like trash talk like in sports so to speak him and it got a little carried away I will admit it I probably uh I was much younger and dumber back then and now I'm older and still dumb but uh I was interesting to hear apologize to him for that well when you apologize

01:04:16 - 01:04:29 | Speaker 1:

it wasn't for what I thought it would be before. He really opened up about the one thing that really bothered him when we were rivals. And it was very interesting. And it was actually not when we were rivals. It was when you guys started working together.

01:04:29 - 01:05:48 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, when he actually came over to iHeart. You have to hear it. Check it out. More Mojo podcasts. You can go check that out. The podcast is available anywhere you get podcasts. But hopefully you've got it on the iHeartRadio app. Phone scam in moments here on the Mojo in the Morning Show. Went to lunch with KP yesterday. I wanted to talk real quick about this. So this is the thing I wanted to talk about. If you don't mind and I don't want to offend, but I need to help these guys. I love that we have so many new restaurants here in our area. For years, it was always. It's just we had McDonald's across the street or McDonald's next door to us. And then we had a Speedway or a Panera and a Subway. Well, there's like three new restaurants that have opened in our little broadcast area where the Mojo in the Morning Show studios are in Farmington Hills like in the past few months. Unfortunately, the one that I went to yesterday with KP, I am worried is never going to make it. Okay. And it's not because their food is bad. It's because you guys tell me If you think that this will work First of all they have like the worst Name ever it's such a bad Name I don't even remember what the name Was oh really I got No clue I looked at the name On the board and I'm like oh I said to KP KP you and I were just like We were gonna go to the burrito place

01:05:48 - 01:06:00 | Speaker 5:

Mojo you asked the lady what the Name of the restaurant was it was literally written On her shirt But honestly Do you remember the name of the place Uniquely something.

01:06:00 - 01:06:02 | Speaker 2:

Yes. Okay. So you remember the whole place. All right.

01:06:02 - 01:06:04 | Speaker 1:

So unique.

01:06:04 - 01:06:29 | Speaker 2:

Then we walked in and I looked at the menu. They have like three to four different kinds of foods. They serve Japanese food. They serve Italian food. They have Greek food. I mean, they've got like, you know, throw Mexican food in there and you're going to Epcot Center and it's around the world. I mean, it's crazy. Can a restaurant do that? Can a restaurant have that many different varieties?

01:06:30 - 01:06:31 | Speaker 4:

And that's why you think it's going to fail?

01:06:32 - 01:06:41 | Speaker 2:

Well, no. And last but not least, I had, or we had to, but I did it, knock on the door to get let Yeah. in.

01:06:41 - 01:06:48 | Speaker 5:

I was like, oh my gosh, we're not going to be those people that are banging on the door. Mojo got to the door and he's like, hello.

01:06:48 - 01:06:51 | Speaker 3:

And I'm like, oh no, no, no. Were they just opening or what?

01:06:52 - 01:06:56 | Speaker 2:

No, they'd been open. No, it was one o'clock. It was like one or one, yeah, 1.15.

01:06:56 - 01:06:57 | Speaker 5:

For two hours.

01:06:57 - 01:07:03 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, they had their lunch rush already. But, okay, so I wanted to just throw this out there, and I'm not trying to just pick on this.

01:07:03 - 01:07:15 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my gosh. First of all, you still didn't have the name right, but I just looked them up online, and the menu is truly all over the place. Okay, but it was really good. Pasta, hibachi, like they have everything in this place.

01:07:15 - 01:07:19 | Speaker 2:

So can a restaurant do this without being called a mall food court?

01:07:20 - 01:07:24 | Speaker 5:

It really does look like that. It kind of felt that way when we were in there. Did you feel that way, Mojo?

01:07:24 - 01:07:33 | Speaker 2:

I did. It did. He kind of had a little mall food. And honestly, I love the idea. It echoed when we talked. Why don't they call the place Mall Food Court? You know what I mean?

01:07:33 - 01:07:45 | Speaker 1:

Well, when you have coworkers that can't decide what you want, they literally have everything. So you'll all agree on where to go because no matter what you're in the mood for.

01:07:45 - 01:07:56 | Speaker 2:

Guess what we did. So I ordered hibachi and you ordered fettuccine alfredo, right? It was really good. It was awesome. It was like great food.

01:07:56 - 01:07:58 | Speaker 5:

I still have it in the fridge. I'm going to eat for lunch today.

01:07:58 - 01:08:05 | Speaker 2:

But here's the problem with this. And I guess it's like a really good chef, some chef that has places like in Detroit. Yeah. And I don't even know who.

01:08:05 - 01:08:05 | Speaker 5:

They cater.

01:08:06 - 01:08:19 | Speaker 2:

And they do catering and stuff. Yeah. I just don't. I'm worried about them because I know how the goofballs in this area are because we've got a lot of automotive people that work in the area. They're going to walk right past the place because they're not going to know what the hell the place is.

01:08:20 - 01:08:29 | Speaker 5:

Well, this morning I drove by and all the signs for the restaurants were on except theirs. Saving energy. Like the actual lights. I feel like it should be on even when they're closed.

01:08:29 - 01:08:45 | Speaker 3:

Well, then you've got that other new place across the street, Savvy Sliders. And the lights from that building are so bright, I can see them from my house. Ten miles away. I've never seen a restaurant lit up like a football arena like that. You've got the inflatable out front, too. Yeah, it's like insane.

01:08:45 - 01:09:04 | Speaker 2:

They see it on the moon. Hey, is that Savvy Sliders over there? Oh, my God. So, yeah, so it's kind of wild how they have that. There's a place by my house, and it's called the Greek Jalapeno. It's a little Coney-type place. And legit, they serve Greek food and Mexican food.

01:09:04 - 01:09:05 | Speaker 4:

Have you been to El Bar Zone downtown?

01:09:06 - 01:09:07 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's a great place.

01:09:07 - 01:09:10 | Speaker 4:

One side of the menu is Italian, and the other side of the menu is Mexican.

01:09:10 - 01:09:11 | Speaker 2:

And it's a great restaurant.

01:09:11 - 01:09:12 | Speaker 4:

It's phenomenal.

01:09:12 - 01:09:14 | Speaker 2:

And it's like really gourmet, gourmet good stuff, right?

01:09:15 - 01:09:46 | Speaker 1:

My favorite restaurant I send people to in Philly, which is known for Italian food. and when i was there at christmas went there again my favorite italian food in philadelphia is murph's irish pub it's it's a cash only dive bar in the worst part of town it's an irish pub and they the guy met an italian uh that like literally immigrated into this country about six years ago and the guy's like you have a kitchen you don't use it when he was drinking at the bar and the guy's like you want to rent it out now this place is famous for italian food and it's an Irish couple that owns it. That's funny.

01:09:47 - 01:10:00 | Speaker 2:

Every time Joe comes to town, like when Joe lived here in town, we would go to the Coney Island that was by my house, and Joey would order a burrito. And I would say to him, I'm like,

01:10:00 - 01:10:18 | Speaker 5:

You're coming to Oconee Island And you're ordering a burrito And he's like dad I'm telling you It's the best burrito I've ever had in my life And I go you're the guy that when the cook Sees that little thing spin around on the spindle Goes that freaking kid is here again Because who the hell is ordering the burrito

01:10:18 - 01:10:23 | Speaker 3:

Well they won't do that across the street You get a quesadilla or a Caesar salad Or salmon doesn't matter

01:10:23 - 01:11:45 | Speaker 5:

Spike it was unbelievable And by the way the people that worked there Were like super sweet super nice And the lady who owns it with her husband had the most unbelievably beautiful eyes. Like, I don't know what, I said, even KP, right? KP, she had these eyes that, oh, she's talking on the phone. It's going to sound weird that I'm just talking about her eyes. Maybe they should call that beautiful eyes. That should be the name of the place. It's funny talking about food and stuff. So yesterday after that, I take Chelsea and Luke and we got invited over to some friend's house. Have you guys ever gone to a person's house to go eat and they didn't have enough food? Speaking of food, have you ever had that happen? Do you know people that you will go to their home and you know that you're never going to get enough food? If you come to my house for a party or food Like I literally have so much food We eat for weeks this food that we have These people came So this is no joke They invited us over to their house for dinner And I got a half a piece of chicken I didn't even get the full chicken breast They dished out the food And put it on the front of me

01:11:45 - 01:11:47 | Speaker 1:

They probably realized they didn't have enough So they were cut and stuck in half

01:11:47 - 01:12:15 | Speaker 5:

I felt so like hungry When I left the place I was like dying I was like, wait a second, hold on a second And then I finally was like looking over at Chelsea and Luke As they were eating their food And I'm praying that they don't finish their food They finish it all in like five seconds Usually they take forever to eat Because they're like slow eaters And they also talk a lot while they're eating too I'm just like, and wolf it down And I'm like, oh my god There was not enough food

01:12:15 - 01:12:18 | Speaker 4:

Mojo, do you ever do the pocket snacks? You ever bring a pocket snack with you?

01:12:19 - 01:12:20 | Speaker 5:

You do that at people's homes?

01:12:20 - 01:12:27 | Speaker 4:

Well, normally I do it for kids like if I had the kids with me, but I've noticed that even without them now, like I'll have a granola bar in my pocket and not even realize it.

01:12:27 - 01:12:32 | Speaker 1:

That has saved me having snacks like in my car and in my purse. It has saved me

01:12:32 - 01:12:52 | Speaker 5:

on so many occasions. I loved when my kids were younger and we had a diaper bag with stuff like that in there. I would eat like the kids' baby food. But I didn't have that. I was like looking everywhere. Where is there anything? Even just like give me like, you know, salad. I'll eat salad if you got extra salad. What's up, Larry? How you doing? Hey, what's

01:12:52 - 01:13:01 | Speaker 2:

going on man so your restaurant that serves everything yeah they should change the name to i don't care so when you ask your wife what she wants to eat you can take her there oh my gosh

01:13:01 - 01:13:07 | Speaker 6:

that is brilliant whatever she wants yeah because i'll have it hey larry larry i gotta ask you a

01:13:07 - 01:13:12 | Speaker 5:

quick question do you know people that don't have like if you go to their home to eat they never

01:13:12 - 01:13:18 | Speaker 2:

have enough food for you i i've not had that happen but that would be extremely embarrassing

01:13:19 - 01:13:31 | Speaker 5:

Oh, my God. It's the worst, isn't it? I'm sure you have friends like I have friends, and I'm sure you're like this, too. If you invite people over to your house, don't you always overcook or overorder food?

01:13:32 - 01:13:34 | Speaker 2:

Absolutely, and send them with a to-go thing. Yes, absolutely.

01:13:35 - 01:13:39 | Speaker 5:

Is it bad? Would it have been bad, Larry, if at their house I door-dashed food?

01:13:41 - 01:13:47 | Speaker 2:

That would be bad. Don't knock. I'll meet you in the driveway. This is why you make friends with overweight people.

01:13:48 - 01:13:53 | Speaker 5:

They made friends with me What's going on? Mojo in the morning, hello

01:13:53 - 01:14:13 | Speaker 7:

Hi, I just wanted to call in They're talking about not having enough food Every time I go to my in-laws There's never enough food And they all seem like Satisfied and I always Eat before or bring snacks with me Because there's almost never enough food Like even Christmas, there's not enough food For everybody

01:14:13 - 01:14:20 | Speaker 3:

If you already know, you just plant We have Costco apps in the freezer Like, let's have some egg rolls We're going over to her house

01:14:20 - 01:14:27 | Speaker 5:

It's funny that you say this Because it makes me think that I'm not a normal person Like, I eat way too much

01:14:27 - 01:14:38 | Speaker 7:

No, I'm No, I'm like a normal size Whatever, and there's never enough food Thanksgiving, like, I did not I got, like, maybe one or two Tiny pieces of turkey

01:14:38 - 01:14:42 | Speaker 5:

Wait, how do you not make enough food on Thanksgiving? That's the day of eating

01:14:42 - 01:14:59 | Speaker 7:

I know, I know I don't know what it is There's literally never enough food. Like cheesy potatoes, you get like a tiny size because the pan, she just doesn't make enough food. Potatoes, they'll be like, you'll get half of a potato. You won't even get half of a potato.

01:15:00 - 01:15:02 | Speaker 2:

What are we eating at Weight Watchers?

01:15:04 - 01:15:16 | Speaker 5:

Honestly, it's so miserable, and my husband just laughs about it, but I always bring snacks or eat beforehand, or on the way home, I'll be like, let's stop somewhere, because I've never, he's not full either, and I just, I don't know what to do.

01:15:17 - 01:15:20 | Speaker 2:

It's funny, because what you do is on the way home, you stop at KFC.

01:15:21 - 01:15:22 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, literally.

01:15:23 - 01:15:25 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my gosh. What's going on? How you doing, Elise?

01:15:27 - 01:15:27 | Speaker 6:

Hi.

01:15:28 - 01:15:29 | Speaker 2:

You want to call out your mother-in-law?

01:15:30 - 01:15:40 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, my mother-in-law cooks basically a small rotisserie chicken for Thanksgiving, and it's like eight of her children to share that.

01:15:41 - 01:15:43 | Speaker 5:

Somebody else needs to volunteer to do the turkey.

01:15:43 - 01:15:49 | Speaker 2:

If you're going to the grocery store to grab a rotisserie chicken, and that's what you're serving, that's not a good Thanksgiving.

01:15:49 - 01:15:56 | Speaker 6:

She never has any drink, and every time they're like, where's the drink? She's like, in my trunk, and it's water.

01:15:56 - 01:16:02 | Speaker 2:

so you have to help yourself to food to stuff in her trunk that she hasn't brought from the uh

01:16:02 - 01:16:11 | Speaker 6:

i make my husband go to uh uh drive through right before we go oh yeah that's smart an hour away

01:16:11 - 01:16:47 | Speaker 4:

from her that is so smart what's up david hello mojo and seeing first time caller oh we love it what's going on hey yeah i look at you guys every day on the way into uh work thanks yeah i have that problem my sister-in-law when we go to her place we just barely have enough uh to to eat and this over christmas i made a point of making a dish to go because when she comes to our place she brings her own take-home dishes and loads them up to the max doesn't ask pulls them out of the bag fills them up and then takes them home

01:16:47 - 01:16:57 | Speaker 2:

oh wow oh yeah that is nuts i does it does it make you not want to go

01:16:57 - 01:17:04 | Speaker 4:

yes it does yeah it does but we do for the family yeah by the way all the people that

01:17:04 - 01:17:35 | Speaker 2:

are calling out family members right now and doing this whole thing and like i am with my friends we're never getting invited over again which is probably a good thing time now for a Classic Mojo in the Morning phone scam. Gavin starting a new job. Listen to what his fiance, Tracy, did for this scam. She changed the time on his phone, set all the clocks in the house, two hours ahead, and then had Spike call and make him think that he overslept on the first day of his new job. It's a Mojo in the Morning phone scam.

01:17:36 - 01:17:37 | Speaker 4:

You're home with the phone scams.

01:17:37 - 01:17:40 | Speaker 1:

Hi, baby. Can I ask you a question?

01:17:40 - 01:17:43 | Speaker 4:

this is mojo in the morning

01:17:43 - 01:18:07 | Speaker 1:

hello yes hello can i speak to gavin please um yeah this is gavin gavin my name is farkas oxalong and i'm the executive assistant to mr jude who this is your new work calling i'm sure you didn't forget that today was your first day at

01:18:07 - 01:18:35 | Speaker 3:

01:18:35 - 01:18:37 | Speaker 1:

that this does not leave a good first impression.

01:18:38 - 01:18:42 | Speaker 3:

No, I understand. I understand, sir. Yes, sir. I'll get, I'll...

01:18:42 - 01:18:43 | Unknown:

Oh, man.

01:18:43 - 01:18:48 | Speaker 1:

So what time can I expect you? How about about 45 minutes?

01:18:50 - 01:18:53 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, that'll, I mean, that'll be more than enough. Okay.

01:18:53 - 01:18:58 | Speaker 1:

But you understand my concern that I don't want this to become a habit where you consistently arrive whenever you feel like it.

01:18:59 - 01:19:04 | Speaker 3:

Of course, of course not, sir. I'm a serious apologies. I'm so sorry.

01:19:04 - 01:19:14 | Speaker 1:

I don't know you, but let me tell you that Mr. M***** is pretty pissed that you let him down on the first day. What am I supposed to tell you?

01:19:16 - 01:19:22 | Speaker 3:

My alarm clock is just, the power was gone out of my house or something, maybe even the whole neighborhood, I don't know.

01:19:22 - 01:19:23 | Speaker 1:

There's no lights on?

01:19:24 - 01:19:28 | Speaker 3:

No, it's everything's still dark.

01:19:28 - 01:19:28 | Speaker 1:

Is this a lie?

01:19:29 - 01:19:30 | Speaker 3:

Of course not.

01:19:31 - 01:19:38 | Speaker 1:

I'm sitting outside your house, in front of your house. Mr. *** sent me here to make sure you're okay, and I can see lights on in your house.

01:19:39 - 01:19:51 | Speaker 3:

Oh, like I said once again, I'm so sorry. Stuff like this, this never happens to me. I never wait for anything. I'm so, so, so sorry. I didn't do anything to make up for this.

01:19:51 - 01:19:57 | Speaker 1:

So let me ask you this. You moved here so that you could be with your fiancé?

01:19:58 - 01:19:59 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, yeah. And

01:20:00 - 01:20:08 | Speaker 2:

How would you feel if I told you that Tracy was the one that set your clocks ahead, that you're not really late, that this is the Mojo in the Morning Show and you've just been phone scammed?

01:20:10 - 01:20:11 | Speaker 4:

Are you serious?

01:20:14 - 01:20:16 | Speaker 2:

This is the worst wake-up call ever.

01:20:17 - 01:20:20 | Speaker 3:

You've got to be kidding me, dude. Every reason to break up with her right now.

01:20:20 - 01:20:23 | Speaker 4:

I'm like standing here with my underwear on my head and my shoe.

01:20:26 - 01:20:30 | Speaker 2:

You are not late. She set the clocks two hours ahead just to mess with you.

01:20:31 - 01:20:35 | Speaker 3:

Oh, jeez. Don't go back to bed or you will oversleep. Yeah. Exactly.

01:20:35 - 01:20:37 | Speaker 1:

01:30:29 - 01:30:33 | Speaker 1:

01:30:33 - 01:30:48 | Speaker 2:

Zero point zero. Kind of weird. Mike, get on the board. You ready? Yeah. Next song in the Mojo in the Morning, throwback, throwdown, is...

01:31:37 - 01:32:16 | Speaker 3:

Wait, who sings it? I know! Shut up, Shannon! Who sings that? Terrible song. No, it's not. No, it is not. Oh, I thought it was a different song. Do you want to know what I thought it was? 01:32:51 - 01:33:00 | Speaker 3:

He snuck in before me. He's on the board. There we go. We're both just waiting for the title.

01:33:17 - 01:33:34 | Speaker 2:

Best hits of the 80s, 90s, and today. Star 94.4 Star 94.4 I even got a jingle Do I get a jock jingle too? I don't know how to do the jock jingle Sing the name Mojo in the morning

01:33:34 - 01:33:37 | Speaker 1:

Star 94.4

01:33:37 - 01:33:41 | Speaker 2:

One Republic Alright, we're breaking a tie, right? K.P. with this next one?

01:33:41 - 01:33:44 | Speaker 1:

Everybody has one on the board So somebody could win here

01:33:44 - 01:33:55 | Speaker 2:

Well, not win We played a three Sorry, guys. I was joking when I said that. I was joking. All right. All right. We're untying it with this one.

01:33:56 - 01:33:59 | Speaker 3:

Shorty's like a melody. Oh, God. Mike. Mike.

01:33:59 - 01:34:00 | Speaker 2:

I as replay. Crash. Crash.

01:34:01 - 01:34:24 | Speaker 3:

Shorty's like a melody in my head that I can't keep on. Got me singing like na-na-na-na. Every day's like my eyeballs. Like a replay, replay. Shorty's like a melody in my head that I can't keep on. It's kind of a one-hit wonder, huh? I always thought he said his eyeballs stuck on this place. That's what I just said. Oh, did you? He couldn't hear you over the loud.

01:34:25 - 01:34:30 | Speaker 2:

All right. Mike has broken the tie, and he's coming from behind on this one.

01:34:30 - 01:34:34 | Speaker 1:

Hopefully not. But leading with two, we got Megan. Hopefully not.

01:34:37 - 01:34:49 | Speaker 2:

Are you actually showing that you have favoritism? Who are you rooting for in this one, KB? That makes a lot of sense. No comment. Are you rich for your girl, Shannon, on this one? Do you have money on this?

01:34:49 - 01:34:49 | Speaker 3:

Do you have money on this?

01:34:49 - 01:34:51 | Speaker 2:

I think, hold on a second here.

01:34:52 - 01:34:55 | Speaker 3:

There's no wagering in this. Collusion. Thank you.

01:34:56 - 01:35:32 | Speaker 2:

Mike, you can win it on this next one, my friend, although KP doesn't want to. you to the next song in the mojo in the morning throw back throw down title and artist is oh mike shannon mike kp this one's for you next too close correct answer mike has won the throw back Amy, congratulations

01:35:32 - 01:35:38 | Speaker 1:

By the way

01:35:38 - 01:35:51 | Speaker 2:

That one, I just want everybody to know That win that Mike just had Just a second ago Is not just for KP But it's also for Doug Doug, I want you to know That win was for you

01:35:51 - 01:36:02 | Speaker 1:

This is Doug I think you should replace Mike With Eric Eric fits the programming Mike sounds like a little kid playing oldies

01:36:02 - 01:36:26 | Speaker 2:

it's mojo in the morning I thought that this was actually pretty funny in our show meeting this morning Spike was talking about how you get made fun of and it's for being a dad and what is the latest that your daughters will actually make fun of you about

01:36:26 - 01:37:01 | Speaker 3:

it's the dad sneeze and Natalie said at dinner last night that I've totally turned into my own dad because my dad does this and now I do this I violently sneeze at maximum decibels she's like surely the neighbors can hear you and she said like her and all her friends talk about the dad sneeze because dad sneeze includes like a loud scream at the same time for some reason we Make it louder than it even needs to be, and windows shatter, the earth opens, squirrels fall out of trees.

01:37:01 - 01:37:09 | Speaker 1:

My dad, I can, like, hear the noise in my head right now of him sneezing. It is absurdly loud.

01:37:10 - 01:37:15 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. It's one of those ones where it becomes, it's like, it comes from down low and goes out.

01:37:15 - 01:37:26 | Speaker 1:

Yes, I think he says, God bless you, to himself, somewhere in the sneeze. It's like a, I don't know. Yeah. That's my dad's sneeze. And it always has been that way.

01:37:27 - 01:37:30 | Speaker 3:

Well, I told her there's two things. First of all, we're establishing dominance.

01:37:30 - 01:37:34 | Speaker 1:

Hap-chew. Hap-chew. Hap-chew. Hap-chew. Hap-chew.

01:37:36 - 01:37:36 | Speaker 3:

Well.

01:37:41 - 01:37:42 | Speaker 2:

The difference is, yeah.

01:37:43 - 01:37:53 | Speaker 3:

Also, we're letting it all out. You don't want to hold a sneeze in and cause a heart attack or something. You know, you got to, we got to build up a lot more sneeze pressure to counter the nose hairs that grow in the garden.

01:37:55 - 01:38:01 | Speaker 1:

People are saying it's called scream sneezing Yes That's what it is It's like the screamo version of sneeze Yeah

01:38:01 - 01:38:22 | Speaker 2:

That's it It's funny that you say this How first their grandfather was doing this Now you're doing this Does it come to a point where at a certain age You suddenly become your dad Because there are things that my dad did That I would go God I'm never going to do that when I'm older But then you end up doing it And I'm sure you feel the same way too

01:38:22 - 01:38:29 | Speaker 3:

Oh yeah well it starts with the dad jokes You're like, oh, my God, I'm now, why did I say that out loud? I'm doing the stupid dad jokes that my dad did.

01:38:29 - 01:38:37 | Speaker 1:

Do you guys do something else that I remember my dad did growing up? Do you do the blow your nose in the shower so loud it sounds like elephants at the zoo?

01:38:37 - 01:38:38 | Speaker 2:

Yes, yes, yes.

01:38:39 - 01:38:45 | Speaker 1:

Because I can still hear that noise that he used to do, too. That makes me want to vomit. Like, obnoxiously loud. I'm going to be more honest.

01:38:46 - 01:38:52 | Speaker 2:

Or the, what is the handkerchief thing where you guys are, you know, you blow out the one snot.

01:38:52 - 01:39:00 | Speaker 1:

Oh, like a snot rocket? Who have handkerchiefs are the worst people on the planet. I know. You're putting snot in your pocket. That's gross.

01:39:00 - 01:39:03 | Speaker 3:

Let me hold on to that for later. That is so gross.

01:39:03 - 01:39:49 | Speaker 2:

Can I tell you what a really beautiful thing that happened over Christmas? Chelsea gave the boys, and this is wild that this happened this way. So Chelsea's grandfather died, who raised her when she was a little baby, and the boys were so in love with this man, and I was too. He was a great man. He left in his drawer three wallets and three handkerchiefs. That's all he had, three wallets, three handkerchiefs. All the wallets looked the same. He probably bought them at Costco for bulk or something, and the handkerchiefs were the same. Every one of the boys got a wallet and a handkerchief. And the funniest was Luke went right up to it, smelled the handkerchief, and you could smell him on this thing. And I said to Chelsea, I go, it's so beautiful, such a cool thing, but it's funny you talk about the handkerchiefs. Handkerchiefs are the grossest thing ever.

01:39:49 - 01:39:50 | Speaker 1:

They really are gross.

01:39:50 - 01:40:00 | Speaker 3:

My grandfather had handkerchiefs, and when he died, my mom tried to give them to me. And they were embroidered, JTF. Like, he had them embroidered because they were, like, they'd...

01:40:00 - 01:40:27 | Speaker 7:

Use them and carry them around. I threw those things right out. I'm like, I'm sorry. There's other things I can remember. My grandpa by his Philadelphia Phillies cooler maybe or something that I can use in my life. I'm never touching. Because then the grandpops would carry the, they'd have the handkerchief. And then if you spill something or your hands are wet, they're like, here, wash it off. I'm like, you blew your nose on that since Tuesday. Why am I going to put that on my hands?

01:40:27 - 01:40:34 | Speaker 5:

I got something to wipe it up with. What's up, Keith? How's it going today Good, what's going on? We're talking about the dad sneeze

01:40:34 - 01:40:53 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, my dad carries a handkerchief too But I was going to say It still happens now My dad has a record of 14 sneezes in a row But his normal is 7 And as a kid You'd always want to walk away In the stores and stuff Because it kind of embarrassed you But now you get older, you take after him

01:40:53 - 01:40:55 | Speaker 7:

It's inevitable

01:40:55 - 01:40:58 | Speaker 4:

If I sneezed that many times, I would pee my pants

01:40:58 - 01:41:05 | Speaker 7:

Megan, I yell at you when you're in studio because you plug your nose and hold your breath and you hold the sneeze in. You're going to blow your eardrums out.

01:41:05 - 01:41:12 | Speaker 4:

I don't care. I'd rather blow my eardrums out than sneeze. Sneezes are the worst thing that could happen to a person in life.

01:41:12 - 01:41:21 | Speaker 7:

It's a natural reaction of your body trying to remove impurities that are getting up in your lungs. So sneezes are healthy. You're holding it in. You're going to blow out your eardrums.

01:41:21 - 01:41:36 | Speaker 4:

No, this is a very true story. I was sneezed on once by another person and I immediately puked on the floor. And I have sneezed on myself And gagged before I'm not like I can't sneeze I cannot do it It will make me vomit Megan have you ever sneezed And farted at the same time?

01:41:37 - 01:41:39 | Speaker 7:

Oh no You'll blow your A-ring out You don't want to do that

01:41:39 - 01:41:45 | Speaker 5:

You're going to shart for sure Bill what's going on?

01:41:47 - 01:41:48 | Speaker 2:

Hey what's up man?

01:41:48 - 01:41:51 | Speaker 5:

Hey what's going on? We're talking about dad sneezing

01:41:51 - 01:42:00 | Speaker 2:

I got something About the shower My lady used to be in the other room When I'm taking a shower, I'll blow a snot rocket. She comes in there yelling at me.

01:42:00 - 01:42:10 | Speaker 7:

So gross, because she's the one who has to clean the shower, I'm guessing. No, I'm probably not. Well, but what about standing in it? You don't want to share a shower with somebody who blows a snot rocket.

01:42:10 - 01:42:17 | Speaker 2:

I take the shower head off, and I make sure it goes down the drain. Oh, I'm going to get it.

01:42:17 - 01:42:40 | Speaker 5:

Megan, could you imagine if it just stuck in the bottom of the drain because it was so big and gooey and green? Oh, stop it. By the way, this was the best. We had them on and they got disconnected. But the person who said that their dad sneezes so loud that he actually set the alarm system off in their house. Is that amazing? Now, that's a dad sneeze.

01:42:40 - 01:42:48 | Speaker 6:

I'll be honest, Mojo. I don't know how the hell you put up with these people every day. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

01:42:48 - 01:42:51 | Speaker 5:

Breaking Dirty this morning and Shannon's got it for us. What's going on?

01:42:51 - 01:43:57 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's all about University of Michigan football head coach Jim Harbaugh yesterday in a statement that he released. He wrote, I am aware of the rumors and speculation over the past few days. As I stated in December, while no one knows what the future holds, I expect that I will be enthusiastically coaching Michigan in 2023 as our legendary coach, Bo Schemble. Yeah, I want to hear it say it. Bo Schembechler said, those who stay will be champions. Now, I shortened his statement. You can read the full statement on the dirty page at BojewinTheWinning.com. But so he doesn't know what the future will hold. Maybe he'll be offered the Broncos job or the Panthers job or some other NFL job. But somebody behind the scenes here is hinting that he will stay with the Wolverines unless he can get control of an NFL team without having to interview after that debacle that happened with the Vikings job last year.

01:43:57 - 01:44:02 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, they really insulted him. The Vikings sent him back to the hotel just to sit there by himself.

01:44:02 - 01:44:02 | Speaker 1:

Big caveat.

01:44:03 - 01:44:20 | Speaker 5:

There's also another big story about him this morning, too, that he's being investigated by the NCAA for recruiting violations during the COVID years. So that's interesting. I wonder if that is a play on what he'll do, too.

01:44:20 - 01:44:42 | Speaker 7:

I'm sure the regents or the athletic director told him he had to put out a statement yesterday to quell the fear, and, you know, they're worried about money and stuff. But it doesn't make me feel any better when his statement says, I expect to stay. I mean, you know, he put out the same statement a year ago, and then he was interviewing two weeks later. It's always like, well, I expect to stay until I get the right situation, the right money. Unless something better falls into my lap, yeah.

01:44:43 - 01:44:52 | Speaker 1:

An incredible update this morning. Buffalo Bills safety DeMar Hamlin is awake. He woke up late Wednesday night after two days of sedation. His doctor giving an update.

01:44:53 - 01:44:59 | Speaker 7:

We were in the situation where we wanted to allow him to gradually wake up as the rest of his body.

01:45:00 - 01:45:10 | Speaker 3:

was healing. And last night he was able to emerge and follow commands and even ask who had won the

01:45:10 - 01:45:19 | Speaker 2:

game. His doctor says he is showing remarkable improvement. He is still using a breathing tube so he can't speak. So he's been writing to communicate with his family and his team of

01:45:19 - 01:45:41 | Speaker 3:

doctors. He was able to communicate in writing and he is unable to speak with us yet as he still has a breathing tube in and we're still assisting him with ventilation when he asked did we win the answer is yes you know tomorrow you won you've won the game of life wow and that's probably the most important thing out of this we really need to keep him at the center of everything else that's

01:45:41 - 01:45:50 | Speaker 2:

going on the medical team said it's way too early to talk about a long-term prognosis for him yesterday bill's quarterback josh allen commenting on this big update with tomorrow

01:45:50 - 01:46:18 | Speaker 1:

being on that field you lose sleep you hurt for your brother a lot of shared grief but to the question before getting updates and positive updates eases so much of that that pain and that tension that you feel But Coach handled it as perfect as anybody could.

01:46:19 - 01:46:43 | Speaker 2:

In Other Dirty today, a suspect has been arrested after burglarizing Billy Eilish's family home late last night. LAPD officers responded to a call from the Highland Park neighborhood in L.A., specifically the home that belongs to Maggie Baird and Patrick O'Connell, Billy's mom and dad. Not clear if anything was stolen or what exactly happened. I know this guy jumped the fence to get in. I do know the male suspect was taken into custody.

01:46:44 - 01:46:54 | Speaker 4:

I was nervous about that because the documentary on Apple TV, they clearly, I mean, you can easily find it on the Internet now, but they show so much of the neighborhood. I'm like, yeah, people know where she grew up and where that house is.

01:46:55 - 01:47:00 | Speaker 2:

Real quick, if you're a Real Housewives fan, Lisa Rinna, not going to be returning to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

01:47:00 - 01:47:01 | Speaker 6:

She annoys me.

01:47:01 - 01:47:41 | Speaker 2:

She said in a statement, this is the longest job I've had in my 35 year career. And I'm grateful to everyone at Bravo and all those involved in the series. It has been a fun eight year run and I'm excited for what is to come. And candy company Mars has announced the release of its first-ever packs of all-female M&Ms. Mars said the packages celebrate women everywhere who are flipping the status quo, so the limited-edition M&Ms will feature its female characters, purple, brown, and green, on inspirational packaging. The M&M packs will begin being released at the end of this month, ahead of International Women's Day, which happens in March. Thank you so much, appreciate you listening and have a great weekend.

01:48:12 - 01:48:13 | Speaker 5:

Thank you. You too.

01:48:13 - 01:48:36 | Speaker 6:

All right. Don't go anywhere. We will be back. Coming up here next on the Mojo in the Morning Show, wait till you hear, and I think you'll be very surprised by this, who on the show wants to have plastic surgery. We'll talk about that. And if the kids aren't listening, they can probably hear this otherwise, whatever. But is it okay to ever have sick sex? We'll be right back.

01:48:36 - 01:48:56 | Speaker 7:

Friendly reminder this morning that you are good enough. I mean, we're a bunch of idiots that just happen to have a radio show. And chances are you're funnier than we are. This is Mojo in the Morning. Call us. 844-MOJO-LIVE. 844-665-6548. This is Mojo in the Morning.

01:49:01 - 01:49:19 | Speaker 6:

Mojo in the Morning. Home of the phone scams, the war of the roses, and the dirty on the 30. so i teased a little bit ago who on the mojo in the morning show is thinking of getting some plastic surgery it's not who you think

01:49:19 - 01:49:59 | Speaker 5:

mike what's the story so my wife and i were sitting up last night and we're you know just talking about random stuff and i don't even remember how exactly it came up i don't know if we're scrolling on tiktok and saw something i have no idea but the conversation of if you had all the money in the world what is like the one thing that you would do like if money wasn't an issue right now what would you do and my wife's like you know what after having three kids i'd like to do uh a breast lift and i said well we can absolutely do that i'll make sure we do that because you birth three of you know my children like i would love to more than anything i'll take care of that she said what about you and i said

01:50:00 - 01:50:23 | Speaker 3:

I don't know. I said the generic, like, I would love to travel and I would love, you know, those kind of things. And then she's like, no, what's something like you wouldn't normally, you wouldn't normally tell anybody or something. Maybe you haven't told anybody ever. And I said, I think I would get plastic surgery. Wow. On my, not for like to, to change the way I look necessarily, but I think it would change.

01:50:24 - 01:50:42 | Speaker 2:

Let me, let me guess on this one. Okay. I'm going to guess the body part that your body area that you're going to do. Well, this should be fun. I'm going to say, no, I'm not going down, all the way down there. No, I'm going to say that you would do a hair transplant?

01:50:42 - 01:50:47 | Speaker 3:

No, no. No? I don't think so. No, I think I'm getting more comfortable with it. I think eventually-

01:50:47 - 01:50:54 | Speaker 2:

You can't do it now, because if you do a hair transplant now, Mike, everybody's going to be like, you got a hair transplant. It's like Brian Erdlacher. Remember the guy who played for the Bears?

01:50:55 - 01:50:56 | Speaker 3:

Yes, yeah, yeah.

01:50:56 - 01:50:59 | Speaker 2:

He like randomly all of a sudden one day showed up with hair and everybody's like, what the hell happened?

01:50:59 - 01:51:02 | Speaker 1:

But didn't he then start doing the ads for whatever that is?

01:51:02 - 01:51:10 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, he started going on a billboard. The funny thing was they say that the billboard wasn't that good because people didn't know who it was. He looked so different.

01:51:10 - 01:51:17 | Speaker 3:

I've never seen one, and maybe I'm wrong here, but I've never seen one that looks like they didn't just get hair transplants.

01:51:17 - 01:51:20 | Speaker 2:

What would you think Mike's plastic surgery would be if he was going to get plastic surgery?

01:51:21 - 01:51:23 | Speaker 1:

God, I don't even know.

01:51:23 - 01:51:23 | Speaker 3:

I don't know.

01:51:24 - 01:51:30 | Speaker 1:

I'm just trying to think of anything I've heard you say you were, like, self-conscious of. But I can't recall anything.

01:51:30 - 01:51:33 | Speaker 3:

No, because he lost some great weight last year.

01:51:33 - 01:51:35 | Speaker 1:

Well, you've been doing stuff to your face.

01:51:35 - 01:51:36 | Speaker 3:

Mm-hmm. Maybe he's hiding.

01:51:37 - 01:51:37 | Speaker 1:

Is it on your face?

01:51:38 - 01:51:41 | Speaker 3:

It is on my face. Is it your nose? It is my nose. What? Yeah.

01:51:41 - 01:51:42 | Speaker 2:

What's wrong with your nose?

01:51:42 - 01:52:34 | Speaker 3:

Well, a couple things. When I was a kid, I played baseball, and I got hit in the nose by a fly ball. I clearly was. That's why I don't play baseball anymore. But I got hit in the nose pretty bad And it left a pretty big scar And then I had acne really, really bad in my teenage years And so it's left almost like craters in my nose And if I could do anything If money was not an issue And I could just go do it today I think I would do that But I think it would change the way I look Which I don't want I just want to have a normal nose It's like I'm very self-conscious Like if I'm standing by a certain lighting I know it's going to be seen Like a bonfire If I go by a bonfire, I will stand a certain way because I'm very self-conscious about, because some kid made a comment about it when I was a kid in high school. If you're by a bonfire, why a bonfire? The lighting of the bonfire. Yeah, the lighting of it. You can see it enhances the scars on my face.

01:52:34 - 01:52:55 | Speaker 2:

I'm looking at that nose of yours and this picture of you and Allie at the Lions game. You can see that. On air mic. You look great. Your nose is great. the studio picture of you getting the award, uh, from, uh, the, uh, AME agency for the, that was for your, uh, Kia commercials, right?

01:52:55 - 01:52:56 | Speaker 3:

Uh, yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:52:56 - 01:52:59 | Speaker 2:

Look at that nose. Oh, okay.

01:52:59 - 01:53:03 | Speaker 1:

Well, so the scarring you're doing stuff for, right. Aren't you doing like a micro needling or something right now?

01:53:03 - 01:53:24 | Speaker 3:

I started it with, for a little bit. Yeah. Okay. Uh, and it took, it did clean up a bunch of stuff. It's, it's more than that though. I think, I think that's where we, the point we've hit. So it did clean up some of the stuff on my face in general, which was kind of cool. I really did like that. But I think it's going to be like a plastic surgery. Like I said, I don't know that I'll ever do it. We were just, you know, pipe dream.

01:53:25 - 01:53:35 | Speaker 2:

I think if I could do any type of plastic surgery, and I would not do anything with my butt. So everybody now is calling me frog butt, which is not very nice.

01:53:36 - 01:53:38 | Speaker 1:

Again, Google it if you want a good laugh.

01:53:38 - 01:53:59 | Speaker 2:

So thank you to Reese. The one thing Reese quickly works on is the frog butt thing. But so, no, I would probably do liposuction, although I watched that when Fletch did it live on the radio, and it, to me, was just awful. I couldn't imagine having that happen.

01:53:59 - 01:54:01 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's not a gentle procedure.

01:54:02 - 01:54:14 | Speaker 2:

I would just, I would, that would be nice to be able to have, you know, get rid of the man boobs and stuff like that. But would you guys ever If nobody could know And if it was painless What would you want?

01:54:14 - 01:54:59 | Speaker 1:

I would do a Tommy Tuck And for the reason of I have A lot of leftover skin From having Smith And so it's not Anything where I think I'm fat I have this Wrinkly big flap of skin That no amount of exercise Or whatever I eat, nothing it's just this weird thing that that is there I know a lot of moms experience that and you remind him it's all his fault it bugs me and it's something I shouldn't be self-conscious of I know a lot of women are like oh it's beautiful you know you got a baby I understand all that it still bugs me yeah and it like if I and my sisters were both like oh whatever you're so you and then they

01:55:00 - 01:55:17 | Speaker 6:

saw me in a tooth piece bathing suit, and both of them were like, ew. It is like a- What did they do? That. They did that? They're like, oh, we get it now. I'm like, yeah. And it's gotten worse as, I mean, Smith's five and a half years old. It's actually gotten worse as the years have gone by.

01:55:18 - 01:55:19 | Speaker 4:

Those are not nice sisters.

01:55:19 - 01:55:22 | Speaker 6:

I love my sisters, but they're just being real. It's true.

01:55:23 - 01:55:26 | Speaker 4:

Anybody else? Spike, what would you do if you could-

01:55:26 - 01:56:01 | Speaker 5:

For sure. If it didn't cost so much money, I'm like, I'm not, I'm pretty comfortable in my own skin and I'm comfortable with aging. Nothing really bothers me too much except for the big gullet under my neck. It's always bothered you. Oh, I have like four chins. It just runs in the family. Both my parents have it. Grandparents had it. And as you get older in my family, you lose your jawline completely. And I would change that in a heartbeat except I'm not spending money on it. I'm like, I, there's so many things I want to travel and treat my daughters and do all these different things before I would grow a beard.

01:56:01 - 01:56:02 | Speaker 4:

Why don't you just hide it?

01:56:02 - 01:56:21 | Speaker 5:

Like I know a lot of people tell me that, and that's the easiest way to hide that. Yeah. But I also don't, I get uncomfortable wearing a, um, having a beard long, like long beard. Like itchy to you? Itchy. Yeah. Yeah. I just don't. And then when it gets long, then it gets sloppy eating and all that stuff. So I just, I don't like that. I like to be clean shaven.

01:56:21 - 01:56:28 | Speaker 1:

When I was a kid, someone told me my ears stick out, and it never left my brain, so I never put my hair up or anything like that.

01:56:28 - 01:56:33 | Speaker 5:

Kids are so cruel, they will stick you with something on the playground that lives in your brain for the next 30 years.

01:56:33 - 01:56:37 | Speaker 4:

Megan, would you ever do a plastic surgery if you could do it if you were crazy?

01:56:37 - 01:56:39 | Speaker 2:

Are we starting at the head or the tongue?

01:56:41 - 01:56:42 | Speaker 5:

Alphabetical or by cost?

01:56:43 - 01:56:51 | Speaker 2:

I want facial threading. I want to get my boobs fixed. I would literally do any plastic surgery, any single one of them. I would love it.

01:56:51 - 01:57:02 | Speaker 4:

Could you imagine you go into the plastic surgeon's office and it's like a checklist, kind of like you do with your car, like when your car is going in for a certain, like, oil change, tire rotation, whatever.

01:57:03 - 01:57:10 | Speaker 2:

I genuinely want a brow lift or facial threading. I'm open to both of those. And then getting my boobs picked back up would be chef's kiss.

01:57:10 - 01:57:13 | Speaker 4:

Oh, yeah. I don't know why I said it that way.

01:57:13 - 01:57:14 | Speaker 3:

I had my nose done at 14 because I was bullied.

01:57:15 - 01:57:16 | Speaker 4:

Really? Did you really? Did you really?

01:57:17 - 01:57:18 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I did.

01:57:18 - 01:57:21 | Speaker 4:

Wow, so young. So you actually had your nose done?

01:57:22 - 01:57:23 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, 14 years old.

01:57:24 - 01:57:39 | Speaker 4:

Wow. See, but I would have never guessed that, though. So that's a good thing. How did your, like, tell me, I know your mom loves you and would do anything for you. Did you just come home upset a lot that your mom just like, all right, enough is enough. We're doing this?

01:57:39 - 01:57:44 | Speaker 3:

No, I was being bullied. Like, it was really bad. And then she consented to me getting one done because I wanted one.

01:57:45 - 01:57:45 | Speaker 4:

Wow.

01:57:46 - 01:57:47 | Speaker 3:

I want to see it before.

01:57:47 - 01:57:47 | Speaker 4:

I do, too.

01:57:48 - 01:57:48 | Speaker 6:

I'm so curious.

01:57:49 - 01:58:06 | Speaker 4:

I want your mom as a mom, your mom to be able to do that for you. Because when I was a kid, man, I got bullied for a lot of stuff. But I was always told, suck it up, or I was always told that it would give me character. Yeah. I'll give you character.

01:58:06 - 01:58:18 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, that's what my parents say. They would always use that. Don't worry. You may be called short every single day of your entire life and be bullied and picked on and beat up on the bus stop. But in 30 years, you'll have a radio show and you can insult people on the daily.

01:58:18 - 01:58:33 | Speaker 6:

That is one of the insults that I got And I remember who it was, Jake Krause Said to me on the playground in second grade Why do you have a man voice? You sound like a boy You'll always remember it I always remember it And now look what I'm doing

01:58:33 - 01:58:36 | Speaker 4:

And now look what you're doing You're using that man voice

01:58:36 - 01:58:40 | Speaker 6:

Using my man voice And my Bart Simpson laugh Who's laughing now, Jason Krause?

01:58:44 - 01:58:54 | Speaker 4:

Mojo in the morning We were talking earlier this week about how, like, illness kind of struck every one of us from the holidays all the way on. Is there still sickness in your house?

01:58:54 - 01:59:36 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my God. Well, so Smith has, like, a little bit of a cold. I had that nasty stomach bug or whatever that was over our holiday vacation, which I talked about. I had to come home from visiting Wes's family in Canada after less than 20 hours there. It was terrible because I couldn't stop vomiting. And then he ended up getting it. So he's still just getting over it. His kids are in the thick of it right now. But so yesterday he was like complaining to me all about it. And you gave me this and whatever. And I said, wait a second. I am still such a good girlfriend because while I felt like absolute death, I still baked cookies with you.

01:59:36 - 01:59:38 | Speaker 4:

Wait, is that how he got it?

01:59:39 - 01:59:42 | Speaker 6:

Probably how he got the bug. But you can't complain at that point.

01:59:42 - 01:59:49 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God. Wait a second. So you guys are so into your relationship that even you, with vomiting all over the place.

01:59:49 - 01:59:51 | Speaker 6:

Well, I had stopped vomiting at that point.

01:59:51 - 01:59:53 | Speaker 4:

And being sick in bed.

01:59:53 - 01:59:54 | Speaker 6:

Super sick.

01:59:54 - 01:59:56 | Speaker 4:

He still had sex with you.

01:59:56 - 02:00:05 | Speaker 6:

Still. Yeah. So I said, you can't complain. Right? Oh, my God. Well, he deserved to be sick for that, for doing that. Dr. Warner would not recommend that.

02:00:05 - 02:00:16 | Speaker 7:

Oh, see, we'd do it, too, and I just feel like we've already lived together. By the time you discover you're sick and have the symptoms, it's too late. You've already been contagious, and you already passed it, too. If you're going to get it, you're going to get it.

02:00:16 - 02:00:19 | Speaker 6:

Do you wear a mask while you're having it? No. You don't have any protection?

02:00:19 - 02:00:24 | Speaker 7:

No, but harnesses and sometimes a ball gag. Wait, were you asking me or Shane?

02:00:25 - 02:00:25 | Unknown:

What?

02:00:25 - 02:00:49 | Speaker 6:

is six sex something that that you do in your relationship 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 it's funny uh that uh you could be like deathly ill and you know not feeling good maybe even a fever and you'll still want it that's like the time when i i would think that most people would

02:00:49 - 02:01:07 | Speaker 4:

If you say it with this big question mark, but I mean, hashtag new relationship, right? So that's the thing? I mean, I don't, I've never been one to ever, I mean, when I say I felt like death, obviously that's a, you know, an exaggeration, but I really did feel pretty terrible.

02:01:07 - 02:01:20 | Speaker 6:

And so wait, so you feel like death, you feel terrible. And how does he, how does he try to get you to convince to have sex with him? Is he like flirting with you? Is he like rubbing up against your leg? Is he kissing on your neck?

02:01:20 - 02:01:24 | Speaker 4:

No, yeah. Really? You know that's what he wants in bed.

02:01:25 - 02:02:04 | Speaker 6:

This Wes guy is amazing. Man, oh, man. I don't know. You know what's funny? I think COVID completely changed my opinion of this. Because before COVID, I would be like, take sex anytime I could. I could have actually, you know, had malaria or, I don't know, been pooping out my back side. And I would have been like, the front side's okay. But COVID changed me as far as that is concerned because we have now gotten to a point where when we get sick in our house, like we'll sleep in separate places or try to stay away.

02:02:04 - 02:02:10 | Speaker 4:

Well, remember, he was the one who was cleaning up after me when I was getting sick. Like, he was literally elbow and knee deep in barf.

02:02:11 - 02:02:15 | Speaker 6:

He cleaned up your vomit bowl, but still then tried to have sex with you.

02:02:15 - 02:02:18 | Speaker 4:

I know, I can't believe it. But then, again, you can't complain that I'm the one that got you sick.

02:02:19 - 02:02:22 | Speaker 7:

Well, remember the old adage they say, F a fever, shag a cold, or whatever it is.

02:02:23 - 02:02:24 | Speaker 6:

Joseph, what's going on?

02:02:25 - 02:02:27 | Speaker 5:

What's going on, guys? How you guys doing?

02:02:27 - 02:02:29 | Speaker 6:

Good. Are you a person that has sick sex?

02:02:30 - 02:02:45 | Speaker 5:

Oh, man. And so I was out for a training weekend in the Army, and my girlfriend had went over to her parents' house. She caught COVID, came back. We had sex twice in one night. Never caught COVID for me. Wow.

02:02:45 - 02:02:51 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my gosh. You guys are superhuman. What do they call them, the people that didn't get COVID?

02:02:52 - 02:02:53 | Speaker 2:

Better than everybody? No.

02:02:54 - 02:03:02 | Speaker 6:

There were some kind of, yeah. They were like the ones that couldn't do it. Mojo in the morning. What's going on? Amanda.

02:03:04 - 02:03:13 | Speaker 1:

Hi. Yeah, totally done the sick sex thing. I don't know. Just because you're sick doesn't mean you're not still, you know, in the mood. Really? Oh, totally.

02:03:14 - 02:03:18 | Speaker 6:

You're still horny even when you're really sick?

02:03:20 - 02:03:31 | Speaker 1:

Yes. Well, it depends. Like, if you're on the ups, then it's like, okay. You know, like, when you're like, okay, I don't have 100% of my energy, but I'm getting there. so you're trying to feel like yourself again? Yeah. Yeah. Totally.

02:03:32 - 02:03:38 | Speaker 2:

Wow. Dude, I feel like sweaty and gross and like heavy. Like my head feels heavy.

02:03:38 - 02:03:38 | Speaker 6:

Yeah.

02:03:39 - 02:03:40 | Speaker 2:

You know what I'm saying? Like the word.

02:03:41 - 02:03:49 | Speaker 6:

Honestly, I actually have used the excuse, I have a headache before. I know it sounds weird, but you have that horrible headache or the congestion headache?

02:03:50 - 02:03:54 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. I can't imagine then like bouncing. Okay, but then. Bouncing.

02:03:54 - 02:04:03 | Speaker 4:

then imagine having in your back pocket the ultimate remember when i had just been barfing

02:04:03 - 02:04:12 | Speaker 6:

and i let you you know i think you wanted him to be sick and that's why you did it i think you're like you know what i want him sick he's not i don't want him going out on new year's without

02:04:12 - 02:04:25 | Speaker 3:

me what's up what's up lisa hello mojo what's going on lise so my friend caught kobe and her her boyfriend would still have sex with their mask on.

02:04:25 - 02:04:28 | Speaker 7:

That's so romantic. You're not breathing on each other.

02:04:28 - 02:04:32 | Speaker 3:

I go, so how do you guys kiss? Oh, we kiss through the mask.

02:04:32 - 02:04:36 | Speaker 6:

But it's got to be one of those KN95 masks because the other ones don't work.

02:04:37 - 02:04:39 | Speaker 7:

I don't think that's what they had in mind when they said wear protection.

02:04:40 - 02:04:43 | Speaker 3:

Oh, no, she ended up pregnant. Oh, no.

02:04:44 - 02:04:46 | Speaker 7:

That's funny. Our little COVID baby.

02:04:49 - 02:04:51 | Speaker 6:

David, what's happening? It's Mojo in the Morning.

02:04:52 - 02:05:00 | Speaker 5:

Mojo, you got to get those cookies sick, angry. You got to get that poison out, man. Is that what that is? Anytime you can get it. You know what? It does raise your...

02:05:00 - 02:05:05 | Speaker 2:

immune system well maybe it's too late if you're already sick i don't know i i think mucinex kind

02:05:05 - 02:05:41 | Speaker 1:

of does it for me but that's that's pretty wild but you're right though i bet you that uh they say a little exercise or go for a walk or something but maybe sex is the way to do it right that's right mojo you get it when you can uh nicole oh god i don't keep the dump button ready for this one nicole hi mojo wait wait hold on actually actually share your story i'm gonna tell your story and you just giggle okay because i'm gonna keep it clean you guys had six sex and you actually got sick while performing something no yep oh no wait oh my god please

02:05:41 - 02:05:46 | Speaker 3:

tell me you didn't continue after that i mean we cleaned it up a little bit

02:05:46 - 02:05:56 | Speaker 1:

all right we're ending on that one oh that's awful but was it the best sex ever

02:05:57 - 02:05:58 | Speaker 3:

No, not at all.

02:05:59 - 02:06:42 | Speaker 1:

I bet not. All right, Mojo in the Morning Show. Mojo in the Morning Show. You know, I didn't spend much time on this because I thought that it was so wild I wanted to bring it back up. But that KP went to New York City for New Year's. KP is our producer. and she went with people that she literally just met like a couple of months before at that uh under 30 convention thing that was here in town right what was that thing called the forbes under

02:06:42 - 02:06:47 | Speaker 4:

30 event the forbes under 30 event yeah and i went alone i thought that you went to like

02:06:47 - 02:07:20 | Speaker 1:

new york city and you were like with your family or i thought that you were with like some you know longtime friends how long have you known these people for so the girl that i went with i had only known her for like maybe five months really and you haven't in this by the way so this this show is my age because i know that nowadays it's like people are friends with people through social media and stuff and they will they'll be friends with people and they've never even met them face to face and this is a girl that you spent time with at that 30 under 30 but you haven't seen

02:07:20 - 02:07:30 | Speaker 4:

since the 30 under 30 right seriously we only like talk to each other on social media i hadn't seen her since the event and i just had this idea to go visit her because she brought it up how did

02:07:30 - 02:07:42 | Speaker 1:

you not think because you stayed at her house yeah i stayed at her apartment how did you not think that she was a serial killer and maybe she was not even under 30 i don't even know did you think

02:07:42 - 02:07:49 | Speaker 4:

about that yeah i did think about that but i was like yolo wow that's the way it goes did your mom

02:07:49 - 02:07:53 | Speaker 1:

have any issues with you doing this or was she a little worried about this actually I think she's

02:07:53 - 02:07:57 | Speaker 4:

really excited about me really yeah she's like I can't wait to see the pictures if I would have

02:07:57 - 02:08:11 | Speaker 1:

known this because you told me you were going to go to New York instead of going down to Florida to see Jed if I would have known this I would have put an air tag on you I would have put one in your shoe I probably would have lost it somewhere so okay so when you were there there

02:08:11 - 02:08:47 | Speaker 4:

was also craziness that happened with you guys right yes so well a lot of things happened uh during that weekend but um lindsey is the girl that i had met at the event and i was staying at her place and she let me just say lindsey is quite the character she is just like from the moment i met her i knew that she was going to be my friend because she's just so bizarre and in the in the best way possible like she's just she's so funny she's always got something funny to say she's got this she's got this accent that is so funny um and she what is it a new york accent it sounds New York, but I think it's just made up by Lindsay. She literally just made it up.

02:08:47 - 02:08:48 | Speaker 1:

Hold on a second. She's on the phone with us right now.

02:08:48 - 02:08:51 | Speaker 4:

Lindsay, are you there?

02:08:52 - 02:08:53 | Speaker 3:

Good morning, Mojo.

02:08:54 - 02:09:01 | Speaker 2:

It might be tough to hear the accent when she's self-aware. When you start thinking about how you talk, you lose it. Lindsay, where are you

02:09:01 - 02:09:03 | Speaker 3:

from? I'm from Connecticut.

02:09:04 - 02:09:13 | Speaker 1:

Oh, okay. So I'm from Connecticut. And you came to our fair city for this convention thing, and you met our producer KP. I did.

02:09:13 - 02:09:17 | Speaker 3:

your very own, my new friend that came and stayed with me in my

02:09:17 - 02:09:27 | Speaker 1:

apartment. Wait, now, I'll ask you the question I asked KP. Were you worried that KP might be a little crazy? Because I'll be honest with you. Oh, no

02:09:27 - 02:09:37 | Speaker 3:

way. Honestly, like, I feel like I've done crazier and I've had, like, the best experiences with people I don't really know.

02:09:37 - 02:09:38 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. By the way, she has no accent.

02:09:39 - 02:09:42 | Speaker 1:

No, she... Maybe it comes out when

02:09:42 - 02:09:47 | Speaker 4:

When she tells the story, it is there, so I want to get her going on Sunday.

02:09:47 - 02:09:49 | Speaker 1:

Okay, go ahead. Tell her the story.

02:09:49 - 02:09:59 | Speaker 4:

So this is what she was doing. We went out for food. Well, we went out for food all weekend, but the first meal, I sat down with her. She'd tell me all these stories, and then she starts telling me this story about a time she went to the doctor.

02:10:00 - 02:10:17 | Speaker 1:

And she was going for a checkup and the doctors come rushing into her appointment and they're screaming, no, no. And she tells me that they accidentally gave her a rabies shot.

02:10:17 - 02:10:19 | Speaker 3:

What? What happened? What? Lindsay?

02:10:20 - 02:10:27 | Speaker 2:

Okay, okay. This is honestly, like, not that bad, but basically, like, I just kind of got the wrong shot. Wait a second.

02:10:27 - 02:10:29 | Speaker 3:

Now she's talking like she's British.

02:10:30 - 02:10:56 | Speaker 2:

How, though, does that have a rabies shot? It's a man-made accent, by the way. Like, I kind of change it as I go. But basically... Oh, okay. All right. Yeah. Basically, like, I'm just, you know, double protected against rabies. How did they get it confused? I don't know. You know me. I just... I kind of have, like, these random things happen to me.

02:10:56 - 02:10:59 | Speaker 3:

I don't know you. As a matter of fact, KP doesn't know you.

02:10:59 - 02:11:00 | Speaker 2:

I guess we didn't really know you.

02:11:03 - 02:11:09 | Speaker 3:

Great. So you went to the doctor, and it wasn't even for rabies, and they gave you a rabies shot.

02:11:10 - 02:11:12 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, it was like a tetanus shot.

02:11:12 - 02:11:13 | Speaker 3:

Okay.

02:11:13 - 02:11:14 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, it was fine.

02:11:15 - 02:11:17 | Speaker 3:

Did they take care of the problem that you actually went to the doctor for?

02:11:18 - 02:11:20 | Speaker 2:

Oh, no, I just went for, like, a checkup.

02:11:20 - 02:11:22 | Speaker 3:

Oh, it was just a checkup. Okay, so you were fine.

02:11:22 - 02:11:22 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah.

02:11:22 - 02:11:27 | Speaker 3:

All right. Can I ask a couple questions about you guys staying together at New Year's?

02:11:27 - 02:11:28 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

02:11:28 - 02:11:38 | Speaker 3:

Where did everybody sleep I know when you live in New York You always live in really small quarters People don't have like big Where do you live in New York

02:11:38 - 02:11:42 | Speaker 2:

Okay so I live in the Hell's Kitchen Kind of near Midtown

02:11:42 - 02:11:47 | Speaker 3:

Nice And how big is your place How many square feet is your place

02:11:47 - 02:11:55 | Speaker 2:

Okay I'm not a big numbers girl I don't really know but it's pretty big For New York City There's like two floors

02:11:55 - 02:11:57 | Speaker 3:

Wow rich girl huh

02:11:58 - 02:12:02 | Speaker 2:

No, no, no. I have roommates, and we ball on a budget. We just split it.

02:12:02 - 02:12:05 | Speaker 3:

Oh, okay. Yeah? How many people living in that place?

02:12:06 - 02:12:10 | Speaker 2:

Honestly, every day kind of changes. There's usually a lot of people that stay here.

02:12:11 - 02:12:16 | Speaker 4:

Holy cow. When KP was there, did she hit a futon, or did you big spoon little spoon? What did you do?

02:12:17 - 02:12:41 | Speaker 2:

You know, she got the Prime membership. She got my bed. Wow. Oh, you are a great hostess. Where did you go? uh i every night was kind of different for me but let's just say new year's morning we woke up to like 12 people sleeping on the floor the kitchen floor futons couches all over i love that this is

02:12:41 - 02:13:05 | Speaker 4:

amazing i love i've met people and invited people i barely know to stay with me and i've been invited like when i was backpacking in oregon someone invited me to stay at their house they didn't even know my name but i still would never let a stranger sleep in my bed because i don't even know you at this point to know if you're a bo or you sweat or pee your bed or whatever bed bugs yeah you're getting the floor you're getting a sleeping bag or something lindsey did i make

02:13:05 - 02:13:19 | Speaker 2:

any weird sounds when i was asleep oh yeah i i like couldn't tell what was happening or if she was awake but she was definitely up to something i don't know yeah you were like growling wow

02:13:20 - 02:13:21 | Speaker 4:

Really? Must have been a good dream.

02:13:23 - 02:13:36 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. And then I made her, we carried this mirror like 12 blocks. It was this big, heavy mirror. I found some trash. Yeah, I was like, we're taking that. That's going to be nice for the apartment. You guys are trash pickers?

02:13:36 - 02:13:45 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. In the streets of New York, we're carrying this like 50, 60-pound mirror. When you're drunk and you're walking home from the bar at the end of the night? And she was wearing like five-inch heels.

02:13:46 - 02:14:07 | Speaker 3:

That is impressive. That's unbelievable. So this is a girl you just met, and now here you are finding her furniture for her house, and you're making noises while you're sleeping. And she's watching you while you sleep. Wow. Wait, hold on. Was that a cat or was that a motorcycle? I think that that's KP making noises. Oh.

02:14:08 - 02:14:10 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, when she was asleep, that's what she sounded like.

02:14:13 - 02:14:34 | Speaker 3:

Man. I couldn't do it. i i give you credit kp for for doing that i first off if i met somebody like this i'd have to know him for at least a good year before i would go and you know even visit them and i would stay in a hotel probably and then like you know see him you know at a at a public location we had this

02:14:34 - 02:14:45 | Speaker 1:

conversation about like would you stay with a guy for that you just met on the first date and i said no to that but if it's a girl i don't care i don't care it's funny because that's a

02:14:45 - 02:14:55 | Speaker 4:

a great example i i know so many people that will hook up at a party and go home with a stranger and spend the night but yet we think it's so weird to like actually just visit someone and

02:14:55 - 02:15:00 | Speaker 1:

stay with them when it's not a date yeah dinner and actually have a nice weekend and then

02:15:00 - 02:15:08 | Speaker 3:

but hookups are some people more trust trusting looking or for sure they have those don't you think so I don't

02:15:08 - 02:15:14 | Speaker 1:

know if you just look at somebody and you try to not judge a book by its cover but we're all human beings and you go she looks kind of

02:15:14 - 02:15:19 | Speaker 4:

sketchy yeah you get the icky vibe and you're like yeah that's not the person we slumber party with yeah

02:15:19 - 02:15:30 | Speaker 3:

I'm not gonna be I'm not gonna lie to all of you guys but if you stayed over in my house I'm hiding my valuables And I've known you guys all for a good period of time

02:15:30 - 02:15:31 | Speaker 4:

Hey, where'd the remote control go for our TV?

02:15:32 - 02:15:55 | Speaker 3:

Lindsay, you know what you gotta do now? What? You gotta come and stay here And stay at KP's grandparents' house She lives in a senior living area With her grandparents I wanna see Lindsay live in there It's a little different than New York Hanging out in suburban Detroit In a senior adult You know, 60-year-old living place

02:15:55 - 02:15:59 | Speaker 7:

She can take my grandparents' master bedroom. Aren't they snowbirds?

02:15:59 - 02:16:02 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my gosh. We have to have a big KP sleepover.

02:16:03 - 02:16:03 | Speaker 7:

Oh, everybody.

02:16:03 - 02:16:05 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, let's all go.

02:16:05 - 02:16:06 | Speaker 3:

Could you imagine?

02:16:06 - 02:16:09 | Speaker 4:

Let's eat all the old people candy and whatever else is in there.

02:16:09 - 02:16:23 | Speaker 3:

What we should do is we should freak your – because do you know that KP's grandma installed all those cameras and stuff in their house? KP, tell the story to everybody about when they got down to Florida, what your grandma started freaking out about.

02:16:23 - 02:16:34 | Speaker 7:

Oh, yeah. So she saw this kid on our front porch, and she's like, you need to check the cameras or someone, I don't know. And it was, I said, Grandma, that's the Amazon driver.

02:16:36 - 02:16:39 | Speaker 4:

That's sweet. She's checking on you.

02:16:39 - 02:17:04 | Speaker 3:

Can you imagine it? What if we did this? What if we threw a party at KP's grandparents' place and then sent them, like, a TikTok later of the video of all of us partying at the grandparents' place? like, you know, hanging out in their living room watching TV or something like that. Sign me up. Or if we didn't want to do it that way, we could actually get all of the neighbors, the old neighbors, the old people over and have a little old person party at their house.

02:17:04 - 02:17:11 | Speaker 1:

They can have their weekend hangout at their house. Megan, you can call Bingo. It's been your dream. Oh, hell yeah.

02:17:12 - 02:17:22 | Speaker 3:

Hey, Megan, you're always talking about how, you know, when Ellen was here, you guys were going to go on trips together and all this stuff. Why don't you and KP hang out with each other now that Ellen's not here anymore?

02:17:22 - 02:17:25 | Speaker 7:

Megan, I was going to ask you to come to New York with me, but I figured you didn't want to come.

02:17:25 - 02:17:28 | Speaker 3:

Would you do this, Megan? Would you stay at some random Lindsay's house?

02:17:29 - 02:17:34 | Speaker 6:

Oh, God. Yeah. Yeah, I'd make real life decisions. So, yeah.

02:17:34 - 02:17:43 | Speaker 3:

Really? Wow. Are you okay if KP's friend out on Megan goes? Of course.

02:17:44 - 02:17:50 | Speaker 6:

We'll make bad decisions together is what I meant. Like, we'll party. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah.

02:17:50 - 02:17:51 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

02:17:51 - 02:17:59 | Speaker 6:

Oh, no. Could you imagine me with a bottle of tequila again with young people? I will be the dead one.

02:17:59 - 02:18:06 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. Hey, hold on. There's going to be a Netflix documentary, which will be ironic because she's watched every Netflix documentary.

02:18:06 - 02:18:11 | Speaker 6:

But it will be young girls takes old woman out and she dies. Can't keep up.

02:18:12 - 02:18:14 | Speaker 3:

Listener Kate calling in. What do you want to say, Kate?

02:18:15 - 02:18:31 | Speaker 2:

When I was 22 and living in New York, I broke my leg on my 22nd birthday. and no one believed me except this random girl who took me home that night and let me sleep in her apartment. And we ended up becoming really good friends, but I didn't meet her before that

02:18:31 - 02:18:35 | Speaker 4:

night. I have a question, Kate. Why did, instead of taking the hospital, why did she take you to

02:18:35 - 02:18:48 | Speaker 2:

her apartment? I was really trash. I mean, I was, I was on the, at the frying pan in New York. I don't know if you've ever been there, but it's like a boat and I tripped over a threshold. It It was raw.

02:18:48 - 02:18:49 | Speaker 3:

Lindsey, have you ever been to the frying pan?

02:18:50 - 02:18:51 | Speaker 2:

You know it.

02:18:51 - 02:18:52 | Speaker 3:

You have?

02:18:52 - 02:18:53 | Speaker 2:

You know it. Yep.

02:18:54 - 02:19:07 | Speaker 3:

Wow. All right. Well, listen, we're putting a bunch of strangers together. Everybody together. We're all road tripping. We're going to go hang out with Lindsey in Hell's Kitchen. If anybody wants to come, feel free. We'll jump in the station vehicle. All right?

02:19:07 - 02:19:08 | Speaker 2:

Mojo in Manhattan.

02:19:09 - 02:19:09 | Speaker 3:

I like it.

02:19:10 - 02:19:10 | Unknown:

I like it.

02:19:11 - 02:19:13 | Speaker 3:

Take care, Lindsey. Thank you.

02:19:14 - 02:19:23 | Speaker 5:

Bye. This is the Midwest's number one morning show. And that's kind of sad. Mojo in the Morning. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

02:19:23 - 02:19:28 | Speaker 3:

All right, Shannon, last dirty of the week. What's trending this hour?

02:19:28 - 02:19:33 | Speaker 1:

Well, I've got more for you from Prince Harry's upcoming memoir, Spare.

02:19:33 - 02:19:36 | Speaker 3:

I don't think I need to read it because I've heard all these stories now.

02:19:36 - 02:20:00 | Speaker 1:

So The Guardian, which is a big tabloid over in the UK, got a hold of it. It accidentally released early in Spain. and so people are already reading it and you know spilling some of the best stuff but I know he gets very candid in this book about being deemed the spare hence the title behind his older brother in line to the throne at one point in this memoir Harry writes I was summoned to provide

02:20:00 - 02:20:59 | Speaker 2:

Divide backup, distraction, diversion, and if necessary, a spare part, kidney perhaps, blood transfusion, speck of bone marrow. This was all made explicitly clear to me from the start of life's journey and regularly reinforced after. He also writes about how Prince William warned him, do not propose to Meghan Markle. He said, you guys are moving way too fast. She's not the right one for you. Had all sorts of issues with her, including the fact that she was an American actress, among many other things we now know. And as Harry and Meghan got more serious, however, Harry told William, look, I feel like mom, Diana, the late Princess Diana helped him find Meghan, which did not sit right with William. And during an interview with Good Morning America, Michael Strahan asked Harry to elaborate on the portion of the book where he references his William or he references his brother, William, excuse me, as his quote unquote beloved brother and arch nemesis.

02:21:00 - 02:21:04 | Speaker 3:

How would your mom feel about your relationship with your brother now?

02:21:05 - 02:21:27 | Speaker 6:

I think she would be... I think she would be sad. I think she'd be looking at it long-term to know that there are certain things that we need to go through to be able to heal the relationship. I have felt the presence of my mom more so in the last two years than I have in the last 30.

02:21:28 - 02:21:29 | Speaker 2:

Spirit comes out on Tuesday.

02:21:29 - 02:22:31 | Speaker 4:

I read yesterday a bunch about this. As a matter of fact, I don't even need to read the book. I've read so many stories. But there was a couple things that I was taken by. One that I actually do kind of agree with. But I liked how he says that he told his dad not to marry Camilla. Okay. So I liked it. Because none of us wanted Charles to marry Camilla. Because we all hated Camilla. Okay. And then the other one was his dad would joke with him about Charles not being his dad, about him being somebody else's child. Because remember, there was the rumors for the longest time about that guy that fathered him because he's got the red hair and all the rest of that stuff. And I found that to be interesting that he actually brought that up and talked about it. Because I've long thought that I don't think Harry's even probably Charles' kid, you know? He's probably Diana and maybe this other dudes, but I don't know. It's interesting. I might buy the book on tape just to hear him talk. I don't know.

02:22:31 - 02:22:37 | Speaker 1:

Everybody is saying that it's supposed to be, of the people who have heard it, like really moving to hear him just tell these stories.

02:22:37 - 02:22:39 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's an idea to buy it on tape, actually.

02:22:39 - 02:22:46 | Speaker 4:

I hope he tells it, though, not reading. You know what I mean? Like sometimes when they read it, you don't get the emotion out of it.

02:22:46 - 02:22:58 | Speaker 1:

So I've done a few celebrity audible books, And I will say Tina Fey's is the best hands down. But, yeah, you're right. Some of them just sound like they're awkwardly reading a book that was ghostwritten by somebody else.

02:22:58 - 02:23:06 | Speaker 4:

They sound like me reading. You know? Sounds like I just learned how to do it. I just passed my hooked-on phonics class.

02:23:08 - 02:23:25 | Speaker 2:

Cincinnati Bengals receiver T. Higgins said he is so relieved to hear that Tamar Hamlin is doing better at UC Medical Center. Damar tackled to you, remember, right before he collapsed on the field during Monday Night Football, and he said he has been in contact with Damar's family, particularly his mom, since the accident.

02:23:26 - 02:23:38 | Speaker 7:

What was that conversation like with his mom? You know, it was just telling me that she's thinking of me, praying for me, and things like that. She's telling me that he's okay, and just all the good, positive stuff.

02:23:38 - 02:23:39 | Speaker 1:

What's it like when you hear that from her?

02:23:40 - 02:23:47 | Speaker 7:

Man, it feels good. You know, just knowing that he's okay, he's going better, and make me feel better inside.

02:23:47 - 02:23:59 | Speaker 2:

The big update on DeMar this morning, doctors say he is awake. He is communicating with them through writing. He still has a breathing tube in, so he can't talk. But the first question he asked upon waking up was, who won the game?

02:24:00 - 02:24:11 | Speaker 5:

He asked, did we win? And the answer is, yes, DeMar, you won. You've won the game of life. And that's probably the most important thing out of this, and we really need to keep him at the center of everything else that's going on.

02:24:11 - 02:24:26 | Speaker 4:

There were reports I read that T. Higgins had been at his bedside the whole time, like been hanging out at the hospital a lot. And then he has grown a closeness to his family, which is, could you imagine the guilt that you would have that you're the guy if, God forbid, something would have happened? Yeah.

02:24:27 - 02:26:09 | Speaker 2:

A shooting outside a Miami restaurant last night left at least 10 people injured. And the shooting may have involved French Montana and rapper Rob 49. And I say that because they were recording a music video right there in the area, right outside of this restaurant. Miami Gardens police responded to the shooting outside. It's called the Licking Restaurant, where they found multiple victims. And they wouldn't detail how many, but word on the street is that there were about 10, four of the victims taken to area hospitals. One of them is in critical condition this morning. The man who allegedly gunned down... takeoff from Migos. A quick update on this. He posted his $1 million bond and was released from a jail in Texas this week. 38-year-old Patrick Xavier Clark surrendered his passport, will wear a GPS monitor for house arrest. He's scheduled to appear in court next in March. And sex toy brand Love Honey determined the sexiest names in the English language by analyzing a whole bunch of Names in romance movies and erotic fiction books. For men, Jack is the hottest name. Nick, Ben, and James tied for second place. The research found that Peter and Joe tied for sexiest names for third. For women, Mary is the sexiest name a girl could have. And they say it's attributed to the beautiful blonde Mary played by Cameron Diaz. And there's something about Mary that's kind of an old reference, but that's what it says. It's a four-way tie for the second sexiest name, Rachel, Kate, Julia, and Eva, all considered equally hot. Six names came in third. Susan, Madonna, Sophie, Mia, Julie, Bella, and Anna.

02:26:09 - 02:26:15 | Speaker 6:

This is all bad. That's like, what was the demographic of the people that they asked? I don't know. 70 plus?

02:26:15 - 02:26:18 | Speaker 2:

Love Honey is the sex toy, but I've never heard of Love Honey.

02:26:19 - 02:26:25 | Speaker 6:

What do you guys think? What do you think is the sexiest name? Like, when you think of that person's name, they have to be, like, really hot.

02:26:25 - 02:26:28 | Speaker 2:

Vanessa. Oh, that's a great one. Raquel.

02:26:29 - 02:26:33 | Speaker 6:

Raquel. That's an old reference because of Raquel Welsh, right? I don't know.

02:26:33 - 02:26:35 | Speaker 2:

She's like anything French to me. It's like sexy. Right.

02:26:36 - 02:26:37 | Speaker 1:

When you get into, like, Adriana.

02:26:37 - 02:26:51 | Speaker 6:

Chantel. Yeah. I don't want to say any names because a couple of the names my buddies name their kids those names. I don't want to. It's, like, weird. Awkward. I'm like, oh, that's a sexy name. That's my daughter's name. We go far away from Myrtle. Yeah.

02:31:13 - 02:31:14 | Speaker 6:

Look at me

02:31:14 - 02:31:36 | Speaker 5:

Look at you By the way, can I tell you something funny? I was talking to Misfit Victor yesterday And he said, I could listen to Reese talk forever Because he's so, like, mellow and soothing And then you have, like, a comment or two that all of a sudden will make him belly laugh so loud. I love Misfit Victor. That's my dude. You are so, ah.

02:31:37 - 02:31:42 | Speaker 6:

It's the edibles, I'm telling you. By the way, did you try any of those? I did break into the ones you gave me. Did you?

02:31:42 - 02:31:50 | Speaker 5:

Which ones you like, the watermelon? Watermelon. The best. Yep. All right, so you went out, and what were you doing? You guys just hanging out, hanging, having fun?

02:31:50 - 02:32:14 | Speaker 6:

Well, I went to my friend's house to celebrate my birthday. And my friend had some pizza Had some drinks Had some friends over And we're all hanging out in the basement Well We basically went upstairs For approximately 3-4 minutes max Like it was not long whatsoever During that time The dog ate the entire pizza No

02:32:14 - 02:32:17 | Speaker 8:

The entire pizza

02:32:17 - 02:32:25 | Speaker 6:

We got wings, we had breadsticks We had salad, we had the whole shebang Oh he'd be so pissed The dog ate everything. That's greatest.

02:32:26 - 02:32:28 | Speaker 7:

Because now if you reorder, it's going to be another hour.

02:32:28 - 02:32:35 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, because it took forever for it to deliver, and it was just processed. And it was a lot of money, so I kind of felt bad.

02:32:35 - 02:32:44 | Speaker 5:

Did you come upstairs, and did the dog have, like, red sauce on its fur? It was a golden retriever, so it was basically like a red retriever after that.

02:32:44 - 02:32:45 | Speaker 6:

It had pizza sauce everywhere.

02:32:45 - 02:33:02 | Speaker 5:

Oh, my God. That's funny. You know what, and I know the topic we were going to do is, you know, what did your dog ruin? I want to know if there are any other people that have a relatable to this one of their dog ate their meal. Like, what did the dog end up eating? Like, the entire pizza.

02:33:02 - 02:33:25 | Speaker 4:

Do you guys remember, I think it was the beginning of last year. It was like a year ago at this time. And I, we were celebrating a girlfriend's birthday. And I bought a beautiful cake from Christine's Cakes and Pastries, my favorite. And I didn't have any room in my fridge. So I put it outside on the stairs to my back door, and the damn squirrels ate the whole thing. Oh, yeah, squirrels. Those bastards. It wasn't a dog, but yes, I was so mad.

02:33:26 - 02:33:39 | Speaker 5:

But they did go on Yelp and give them a really good review right afterwards. Steph, what's happening? Hey, good morning. Hi. Oh, no. Steph, what did your dog ruin?

02:33:40 - 02:34:04 | Speaker 3:

Well, it was our family dog. I was in elementary school at the time. And I came home and my mom was like freaking out Trying to keep us like away from the living room And I was like what's going on What's going on And she was like I was like what is this What did the dog do And then she revealed that the dog Had eaten her dildo Oh boy

02:34:04 - 02:34:07 | Speaker 8:

Oh God

02:34:07 - 02:34:13 | Speaker 4:

But I was also disgusted at the same time Did you know mom even had that Before this story No

02:34:13 - 02:34:24 | Speaker 5:

By the way, hopefully it wasn't like vibrating in the dog's belly at all Oh my god What's going on, Megan? How you doing?

02:34:25 - 02:34:51 | Speaker 2:

Hey, good morning So I was, oh my gosh, it's so funny I was drinking my eggnog the other day I had just like a nice full glass left of On the Rocks And I would go take a shower and come back out and enjoy my On the Rocks eggnog And my dog was just slurping the last bit of it He drank the whole glass Oh, that's funny Yeah, definitely

02:34:51 - 02:34:54 | Speaker 5:

Did you spike your eggnog with anything? Do you put anything in it?

02:34:55 - 02:34:59 | Speaker 2:

Oh, it was spiked It was definitely spiked And I'm like, alright, now I've got to watch them

02:35:00 - 02:35:02 | Speaker 7:

Just in case, but he definitely snoozed for the rest of the day.

02:35:02 - 02:35:21 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, don't let him drive. It's funny. It's funny. My son, Luke, who is a teenager, said, I've always wanted to try eggnog. Like, out of the blue, because he would hear it. They've never had eggnog. And so we got eggnog, and he was like, this is gross. Oh, really? Yeah, he was not into it.

02:35:21 - 02:35:22 | Speaker 2:

It's definitely a lover hate.

02:35:22 - 02:35:22 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

02:35:22 - 02:35:23 | Speaker 2:

It's gross.

02:35:23 - 02:35:28 | Speaker 7:

I thought it would be gross, too, but obviously my dog loves it, too. Nicole?

02:35:30 - 02:35:35 | Speaker 6:

My dog eats whole raw steaks off of the counter. Oh, nasty.

02:35:35 - 02:35:36 | Speaker 3:

What were you doing? Season them?

02:35:37 - 02:35:51 | Speaker 6:

My husband had been seasoned, and he went to go start the grill, and he came back, and he grabbed it so fast I couldn't even chase the dog. My dog eats everything. He eats butter. He eats hamburger. He's a hound dog, so he just eats everything.

02:35:51 - 02:35:54 | Speaker 3:

By the way, is your dog with you right now?

02:35:54 - 02:35:57 | Speaker 6:

No, he's at home in the cage because he eats everything.

02:35:57 - 02:36:01 | Speaker 3:

Oh, okay. I was wondering if your dog was with you because I thought I heard your dog making noise there in the background.

02:36:02 - 02:36:10 | Speaker 6:

No, he doesn't do it in the car. But a couple callers back said her dog ate her mom's bildo. Yeah. My dog is afraid of vibrators.

02:36:10 - 02:36:11 | Speaker 3:

Really? What?

02:36:11 - 02:36:22 | Speaker 6:

How did you figure that out? My husband pulled one out one day to clean it for me and the dog ran scared.

02:36:24 - 02:36:29 | Speaker 1:

Well, maybe he's more scared of your husband. What is he doing with the dog?

02:36:31 - 02:36:38 | Speaker 6:

If my husband didn't work 10 hours a day, then yeah, maybe. But now my dog's afraid of his own shadow. Oh, my God. That's funny.

02:36:38 - 02:36:40 | Speaker 3:

All right. Thank you for the call. Take care of yourself.

02:36:41 - 02:36:41 | Unknown:

Bye.

02:36:41 - 02:36:43 | Speaker 3:

This is a tough one. Irene.

02:36:45 - 02:36:49 | Speaker 7:

Hi, it's Irena. I love your guys' show. I love you every morning.

02:36:49 - 02:36:51 | Speaker 3:

Aw, we love you, too.

02:36:51 - 02:36:51 | Speaker 7:

We love you, too.

02:36:51 - 02:36:58 | Speaker 3:

So, Irina, the dog ate your husband's wallet that had his ID in it?

02:36:59 - 02:37:18 | Speaker 7:

Yes. It was a wallet I got him for Christmas, and he wears it every day with him. And one day, we just forgot it at home. And our husband loves to eat everything and anything. Listen to that dog. Yeah, that's our other dog. He's quite a burger, but he just chewed the whole thing. So, now, he hasn't replaced it yet.

02:37:18 - 02:37:26 | Speaker 3:

That would, by the way, suck because going through the process now of trying to get an ID these days is a pain in the butt, you know?

02:37:26 - 02:37:31 | Speaker 7:

It's very difficult. And we got it one-and-a-half-year-old, so our time is a bit busy right now.

02:37:31 - 02:37:37 | Speaker 3:

I don't know how people who have new babies have animals, too. Like, it's just a lot of work.

02:37:37 - 02:37:37 | Speaker 7:

It's not easy.

02:37:38 - 02:37:41 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Thank you for the call. I appreciate it.

02:37:42 - 02:37:43 | Speaker 7:

Thanks.

02:37:43 - 02:37:55 | Speaker 3:

Have a good day. Speaking of kids, did you guys hear that Mike was going through the process of trying to find a baby name, and guess what name popped up? Reese. Really?

02:37:55 - 02:37:58 | Speaker 4:

So Reese. Like the exact spelling in everything.

02:37:59 - 02:38:00 | Speaker 3:

Which is the Scottish spelling, right, Reese?

02:38:00 - 02:38:02 | Speaker 4:

Yep, correct. I think it's Welsh. Welsh?

02:38:03 - 02:38:04 | Speaker 3:

Yep. So what is it, R?

02:38:04 - 02:38:08 | Speaker 1:

R-H-Y dollar sign. There you go.

02:38:09 - 02:38:10 | Speaker 4:

This one didn't have a dollar sign.

02:38:10 - 02:38:18 | Speaker 2:

Is that Tinder name app? That's what I call it, because that's what it's like. Is it helping you guys? Are you narrowing down?

02:38:19 - 02:38:27 | Speaker 4:

No. I mean, sort of. We have one name specifically that we like that hasn't popped up on. Not that that matters, but other than that, we haven't matched at all.

02:38:28 - 02:38:30 | Speaker 3:

That's amazing, though. I have no...

02:38:30 - 02:38:30 | Speaker 5:

Oh, sorry.

02:38:31 - 02:38:32 | Speaker 3:

No, say what you're going to say.

02:38:32 - 02:38:44 | Speaker 5:

I just have no patience. I need to know what the names you're considering are. And I'm trying to be respectful of you as a parent. You're being so inconsiderate. I truly can't stand the fact that you're like, we picked some out, but I'm not going to tell you what they are.

02:38:44 - 02:38:54 | Speaker 4:

If I tell you the name, the reaction that anybody gives, or if I see a person that's got that name, and they're just the worst, then we have to change the name.

02:38:54 - 02:38:59 | Speaker 5:

No, I understand, but personally, I hate you for it.

02:39:00 - 02:39:03 | Speaker 3:

Reese, what was the name of the dog that ate your pizza last night?

I'm going to go back to the producer suite. I can't do this. Guys, this is amazing. I can't believe it. I don't think we've ever gone three in a row. So maybe we'll make the game to two. Next one wins. All right, here we go. Next song in the Mojo in the Morning, Throwback, Throwdown. Title and artist, you'll know this one is? Spike. Spike. That is Beyonce with Jay-Z, Crazy in Love. 02:51:37 - 02:51:38 | Speaker 2:

Hopefully not.

02:51:39 - 02:51:40 | Unknown:

Who the hell is that?

02:51:41 - 02:51:46 | Speaker 2:

Are you actually showing that you have favoritism? Who are you rooting for in this show, KB?

02:51:46 - 02:51:47 | Speaker 4:

That makes a lot of sense.

02:51:47 - 02:51:51 | Speaker 2:

No comment. Are you rooting for your girl Shannon on this one?

02:51:51 - 02:51:53 | Speaker 4:

Do you have money on this? Do I have to say another word? I think.

02:51:53 - 02:51:54 | Speaker 2:

Hold on a second here.

02:51:55 - 02:51:57 | Speaker 4:

There's no wagering in this. Collusion.

02:53:49 - 02:54:11 | Speaker 2:

You can listen to the show in its entirety, so you can listen to it from start to finish, or you can choose to listen to just The War of the Roses or whatever, each individual segment. You can go check it out on the iHeartRadio app or wherever you get podcasts. Plus, the More Mojo podcast this week were great. Oh, my gosh.

02:54:12 - 02:54:49 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. Like, every single one of them. I mean, even Mike and Megan, who do a great podcast every single week, that's on the More Mojo podcast platform, the Slightly Messy podcast. You can hear that. So you got a lot of stuff that you can listen to if you're bored over the weekend. And if we talk to you on Monday and we ask, what did you do? And you say, nothing. I was bored. There was nothing going on. Then you know what? We're going to be very offended. Anybody got anything going on this weekend that they want to talk about or anything happening? None of us. Sales department didn't sell us for anything. You know what? They were off for two weeks. so he'll get us out again next week. Shannon will be at Garner White again.

02:55:12 - 02:55:32 | Speaker 4:

And then we're all going to watch the Lions, and we're going to pray that the Seahawks lose and the Lions can beat the Packers, get to the playoffs. This could be, like, the best Monday show ever. If they make the playoffs, man, people are going to go crazy on Monday morning. So please, say your prayers. Go to church this Sunday. They played it Sunday night, so you don't have any excuse.

02:55:33 - 02:55:37 | Speaker 5:

You think God is on the prayer line like, oh, here come the Lions fans again, another year?

02:55:38 - 02:55:50 | Speaker 4:

You know what? It would be nice for God to start listening to us Lions fans. Have a great weekend. We'll see you. 20-plus years of idiocy and still going in Detroit, Toledo, and West Michigan. It's Mojo in the Morning.
