I'm Mange Shatigular, and I'm back with a new season of my podcast, Skyline Drive. This time, I talk to scientists, biopunks, curmudgeons, blues owners, super seniors, and Goa's top cryotherapy lab to try to understand this obsession with living forever and what it means for all of us. And I get into a bit of trouble along the way.

00:01:19 - 00:01:24 | Speaker 1:

I'd say probably start bone smashing. That doesn't work. Make it look more defined. They say it works. I don't know.

00:03:18 - 00:03:57 | Speaker 7:

good morning and welcome to the mojo in the morning show i knew it i knew it i knew it i knew he would love the costume so much he'd be wearing it into work this today welcome lord Farquaad to the Mojo. I thought about it. I'm surprised you still. Listen, I might have slept in it. Did you love it that much? I loved it. Somebody won't tell me. I loved, by the way, that costume so much, especially getting a chance to see you playing with your hair the entire time. You looked like a girl that just got a new haircut or new extensions.

00:03:58 - 00:04:11 | Speaker 6:

That was, it started off nice, but very quickly, nice turned into nasty. And I don't know how these ladies do it. You needed a comb. I had one to start. I didn't know you had to bring it with you. Now I see why you all have that stuff.

00:04:11 - 00:04:19 | Speaker 7:

Good morning. Welcome to the Mojo in the Morning show. It was fun. Thank you to everybody that came out to our Mojo in the Morning booze and baddies Halloween party.

00:04:19 - 00:04:23 | Speaker 3:

Okay, people showed up and dressed up.

00:04:23 - 00:04:24 | Speaker 6:

That is a fact.

00:04:24 - 00:04:28 | Speaker 3:

Those costumes were absolutely incredible. Yeah. Every single one of them.

00:04:29 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 7:

Everybody's costumes were on point. They were perfectly done. Like you didn't have to say, what are you? really i didn't i don't think there was anybody there that didn't look their part uh it's mojo in the morning show hope you had a great weekend we had such a great time at our halloween party thank you to eloise asylum yes such a great job how great is amy spencer by the way to work with she used to be our marketing uh director here at the radio station and she works with

00:05:00 - 00:05:09 | Speaker 1:

Eloise Asylum, she did such an amazing job for those guys. I'll tell you what, you got a company looking for somebody to help market your company. She's good. How great did Lydia do?

00:05:09 - 00:05:11 | Speaker 2:

She did amazing. Sexy Sully.

00:05:12 - 00:05:35 | Speaker 1:

Shout out to her costume, too. By the way, I'm going to say this. The women of this Mojo in the Morning show looked amazing. Y'all did. Y'all can't correct. Between everybody all dressed up on point, but also you guys picked costumes that really were extremely flattering. I was go see the pictures go check out the pictures because I thought everybody looked looked unbelievable

00:05:35 - 00:05:42 | Speaker 2:

you felt faked out by Megan she came here all in I'm gonna do something funny showed us like some weird ass dinosaur costume

00:05:42 - 00:05:49 | Speaker 5:

no I bought that that was my costume I went out that night so on Thursday I went out and got a whole new costume you did a good job

00:05:49 - 00:05:54 | Speaker 1:

you had to Megan come on you had to go you had to be a sexy devil that was perfect

00:05:54 - 00:06:11 | Speaker 5:

I went with whatever was easiest to buy at the store last minute really Let me tell you, that was not first choice, really wanted to be a fairy, could not find it anywhere. I was so upset I had looked for hours online, but no, I had gotten so much backlash that I was like, oh, I think I have to go and get a new costume tonight.

00:06:11 - 00:06:32 | Speaker 1:

Kevin and I went to the Spirit Halloween store on our way to, because when I saw Kev's Lord Farquaad, I jokingly told Lydia, I go, wouldn't it be hysterical if I showed up as Shrek and he's Lord Farquaad? And she goes, you got to do it. You got to do it. So on our way to Kevin, I drove, we pulled up in front. Have you been in a spirit Halloween store at all?

00:06:32 - 00:06:34 | Speaker 5:

That's where I got my, my costume. Yeah.

00:06:34 - 00:07:14 | Speaker 1:

May I say this? I would rather go to a flea market than go to a spirit Halloween store. I walked inside on the Friday night before Halloween. Okay. Cause Halloween's what Thursday, I think this week or something. Yeah. The Friday night before Halloween. I, by the way, could count teeth in there. I mean, it was, it was unbelievable. It was un-freaking-believable to see the people in all the aisles. And they were fighting over things. That place was like, it was, I'm telling you, it was a garage sale. Half the costumes didn't look like they were in their bags. They were selling, like, one-offs on things. Like, it was like, I said to the guy, do you have any Shrek stuff? And he goes, yeah, it's right over there. There was, like, a pair of ears hanging.

00:07:15 - 00:07:21 | Speaker 5:

Oh, yeah. It is so picked over at this point. I would have died if he showed up in just the ears. I thought about it. I told him to do it.

00:07:21 - 00:07:53 | Speaker 1:

I thought about it. And then, but the problem was, you know what it was? It's like, if you've never been to a rally house, that's what it's like going to a rally house in Ann Arbor or East Lansing on game day. The line is so long and everybody's trying to buy their merch for the occasion. And you're standing there and they're fighting with each other instead of being happy and festive because they all wanted whatever the other person has. It was pure chaos. And we were at the one in, I think it was the Canton one. So I think it was, yeah, it was off of Ford Road.

00:07:54 - 00:08:17 | Speaker 3:

Wes went to one before the party too because he decided to come at the last minute and wanted a costume. And he sent me a picture of his options and they were all bad. One of them was a tape measurer with like the measuring part out where your penis is. It was like Mr. Manly. I'm like, if you show up in that, drive separately. I'm not going with you.

00:08:17 - 00:08:27 | Speaker 4:

So you saw my costume. Imagine the fact that Spirit Halloween does not have dressing rooms. every one of those pieces got tried on on the floor packed with a million other people in there it was insane

00:08:27 - 00:08:53 | Speaker 1:

I think they do have dressing rooms but it's basically called the break room or bathroom or something I don't know it's like weird because the only reason I say that is there was some lady fighting in one room or maybe she wasn't in a room that was supposed to be a dressing room she made whatever room it was a dressing room oh god I was so bummed out when I went in there the one costume I was going to buy too the Ozempic costume, which was awesome. Oh, Lizzo got one.

00:08:53 - 00:08:56 | Speaker 3:

I was going to say, Lizzo was wearing it over the weekend. I saw it.

00:08:56 - 00:09:05 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I thought that was classic. It's amazing how pop culture can take shape and just make things perfect. Take shape. Yeah, there you go.

00:09:05 - 00:09:09 | Speaker 5:

Well, hers was more of a middle-fingered South Park eye.

00:09:10 - 00:09:52 | Speaker 1:

844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Do we have any people that were at our booze and baddies party that early in the morning that want to check in and tell us how their night was? I actually met a bunch of people that honestly had all kinds of crazy stories. One of my favorites was the people that got pulled over in their costume. Can you imagine you're driving to a Halloween party or dressed up in a costume, and it was the guy that was dressed up as the purple pimp. He was a purple pimp. He got pulled over. Say that 20 times. Yeah, seriously. Purple pimp pulled over. By the way, did you see the Peter Pumpkin Eater guy? Yes. I did. I didn't realize what the costume was until Joe Maroon's pictures came out.

00:09:52 - 00:09:55 | Speaker 3:

They were a great couple, by the way. They were. So kind.

00:09:55 - 00:09:57 | Speaker 1:

Man, and I had their kids' names.

00:09:58 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 3:

They were great. Abraham and...

00:10:00 - 00:10:05 | Speaker 1:

Amir. They were great people. Shout out to them. What's going on? Amanda, what's happening?

00:10:05 - 00:10:08 | Speaker 4:

How are you? Hi, good morning.

00:10:08 - 00:10:12 | Speaker 1:

Good morning. Did you lose your voice at the Mojo in the Morning booze and baddies party?

00:10:14 - 00:10:17 | Speaker 4:

No, I did not. But I did win the Junkleball ticket.

00:10:18 - 00:10:19 | Speaker 1:

Oh, did you really? Did you spot our boss?

00:10:21 - 00:10:24 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, it was a very happy accident. I was very excited.

00:10:25 - 00:10:28 | Speaker 3:

How did you know it was Cody? Yeah.

00:10:28 - 00:10:41 | Speaker 4:

I went to find Lydia and Zach And I was going to see if they were going to go in the house And we were going to go with them And they introduced us to him Oh, that's cheating That's cheating

00:10:41 - 00:11:19 | Speaker 1:

That's what those drinks will do to you Do you know that I had people come up to me We did this thing where we said Hey, if you can find our boss, Tony Travato You'll win Jingle Ball tickets I had people coming up to me going Can you tell people who Tony is? Because I'm tired of people walking up to me But every guy, the gorilla guy, after a while, is like, I'm tired of this one. Anybody that had a big mask on, they were all kind of tired of being called out for that. What's up, Jay? How you doing? Good, you? Fantastic. Jay, were you at the booze and baddies party? Yes, sir. Hey, Jay, how hot did the women of the Mojo in the Morning show look?

00:11:20 - 00:11:31 | Speaker 3:

Well, I don't think I've ever seen my girlfriend look at women so much in my life. jay what were you dressed up as i was the farmer and she was a scarecrow okay yeah did you guys

00:11:31 - 00:12:05 | Speaker 1:

have fun oh it was great you know what's have you ever been to any of our parties before or was this one of your first first one yeah i thought that this party was perfect i thought it was great the only thing i will say we needed like three bars i was gonna say yeah we needed some more bars in there the line was definitely long yeah to i mean to get drinks you had to like buy 28 drinks although later this morning i think i i think i got roofie because we're gonna talk about that we'll talk about it coming up here in a little bit but that was crazy but those drinks were those drinks were pretty strong i don't know what was to feed you what

00:12:05 - 00:12:11 | Speaker 3:

were you drinking jay i was sober she was drinking i think crown and coke or something yeah you know

00:12:11 - 00:12:17 | Speaker 1:

my problem was with drinking you couldn't figure out where your car was at the end of the night Because that place was so busy and crazy.

00:12:18 - 00:12:54 | Speaker 2:

It was so busy. I actually ended up walking over to the front of Eloise because I wanted to take some pictures and meet some of the listeners that were going through the asylum. I ended up talking to a security guard who's there every night, you guys. He was telling me the freakiest stories about that place. Really? Yeah, and how everybody who, like, they're taking selfies in front of the asylum before they go in, how there are two windows and they're right next to each other. If you're looking at Eloise in the upper right-hand corner, there's always people in that window. Always movement in that window. And that's not part of the haunted house.

00:12:54 - 00:13:02 | Speaker 1:

Do you think that they would let us, I mean, they would be cool, let us as a show go through it at night, but not the Halloween parts of the house?

00:13:02 - 00:13:11 | Speaker 2:

He's a paranormal investigator. So he said he would take us through. I really like it. He has like a podcast. Wes wrote his info down. Really? I don't have it, but yeah. I would love to do it. He's amazing. You guys have fun.

00:13:12 - 00:13:32 | Speaker 1:

I'm not doing it either. I would like to go into the rooms where the patients were just to see what it was like, see what the actual place was like. I mean, I think that alone would be just scary as hell. But, yeah, that would be fun. It would be a good time. Jay, please tell your wife that we had fun, and you guys, please come to more parties, okay?

00:13:33 - 00:13:34 | Speaker 3:

Oh, we'll try for sure. Thank you.

00:13:35 - 00:14:46 | Speaker 1:

All right. Got a lot to talk about this morning. Did not get a winner on Friday for the Taylor Swift contest. So we've got to have another chance to play coming up at 7.45 is when Lydia put it on the schedule. So just after Shannon's Dirty, we will have that. I'll have to explain, too, why I was out of studio on Friday. It was actually a pretty cool event. It was wild yesterday. I was watching football, and I got to host the event with Tracy Wolfson. And she was the sideline reporter for, if you watched the afternoon game that we got here in Detroit on CBS, which was the Redskins versus the Bears. Did you see the ending of that game? Yeah, the Commanders. It was crazy. The Commanders? It was crazy. So the Washington Commanders taking on the Chicago Bears. The Commanders are down. They've only got, what, seven seconds left or five seconds left, something like that at the end of the game. They have to throw a Hail Mary pass off. One of the Chicago Bears players is taunting the fans because he thought the game was over with, only to have the Commanders throw a Hail Mary pass that he tipped right into a commander's hand. Life comes at you quick. Oh.

00:14:46 - 00:14:49 | Speaker 3:

Did they lose? I didn't see it. They lost on that play. The Bears lost.

00:14:49 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. I'm grateful for it because they're in the division. Hey. Facts. Seriously, go right now and look up that video because it might be one of the most.

00:15:00 - 00:15:14 | Speaker 5:

iconic endings to any game. It will probably be one of those ones where they'll play that thing over and over and over again. If I was that player, if that happened, that guy was a Detroit Lion, he would not be back in Detroit right now. Dan Campbell would have thrown his ass off the team. All right, it's Mojo in the Morning Show.

00:15:16 - 00:15:24 | Speaker 6:

How smart are you? It's Mojo in the Morning's back in the day. We have to go back in time. Where we give you a bunch of events, and you tell us what year it happened.

00:15:24 - 00:15:33 | Speaker 5:

Is it Virgil Abloh? Yep. Is that right? Virgil Abloh became the first African-American artistic director of Louis Vuitton.

00:15:34 - 00:15:51 | Speaker 2:

I feel elated. This opportunity to think through what the next chapter of design and luxury will mean at a brand that represents the pinnacle of luxury was always a goal in my wildest dreams. And to show younger generation that there's no one way anyone in this kind of position has to look is a fantastically modern spirit in which to start. Venom was the big movie.

00:15:51 - 00:16:04 | Speaker 4:

In fact, if you go anywhere in this city, praying on innocent people and we will find you. and eat both your arms and then both of your legs, and then we will eat your face right off your head. Do you understand? Oh, my goodness.

00:16:04 - 00:16:05 | Speaker 1:

The hell are you bored?

00:16:05 - 00:16:07 | Speaker 4:

Yow, yow.

00:16:08 - 00:16:33 | Speaker 5:

And they followed up the number one song, I'm the One, with No Brainer, DJ Khaled, along with Justin Bieber and a whole bunch of other people. What year was it? We'll set you up with tickets to see the sold-out Jelly Roll concert. Your chance to see Jelly Roll show is sold out November 6th at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit. Good luck.

00:16:34 - 00:16:40 | Speaker 6:

You talk a big game in the car. Now prove how smart you are. Tell us the year this stuff happened. 844 Mojo Live.

00:16:40 - 00:16:43 | Speaker 3:

844-665-6548.

00:17:04 - 00:17:09 | Speaker 6:

How good is your memory? It's Mojo in the mornings back in the day. What year did this stuff happen?

00:17:09 - 00:17:18 | Speaker 5:

It was the year that Virgil Abloh became the first African-American to become artistic director for Louis Vuitton.

00:17:19 - 00:17:34 | Speaker 2:

I feel elated. This opportunity to think through what the next chapter design is pronounced. Louis Vuitton represents the pinnacle of luxury. was always a goal in my wildest dreams. To show younger generation that there's no one way anyone in this kind of position has to look is a fantastically modern spirit in which to start.

00:17:35 - 00:17:48 | Speaker 4:

Venom became the big movie. In fact, you go anywhere in this city praying on innocent people. Or is it Venom? And eat both your arms and then both of your legs and then we will eat your face right off your head.

00:17:48 - 00:17:56 | Speaker 5:

Sounds like he's talking on our voice disguiser machine, isn't it? And No Brainer was the big song. What year was this? Mark, what year was that?

00:17:57 - 00:18:00 | Speaker 3:

Hey, good morning, Mojo. Good morning. I believe it was 2018.

00:18:01 - 00:18:29 | Speaker 5:

Ta-da! You're a winner. Congratulations. Jelly Roll, sold out tickets. Man, that's awesome. Thank you. Wow. Congratulations to you. Pair of tickets, Jelly Roll, November the 6th. We're going to give those tickets away all week with the back in the day. So right after we kick off the show, just after 6 o'clock, you have a chance to win those. Just like Mark. Where are you from, Mark? Sterling Heights. Appreciate you listening, man. Have a fantastic week. This is going to set that week off right.

00:18:30 - 00:18:33 | Speaker 4:

I absolutely will. That and the Lions win, man. How about that?

00:18:34 - 00:19:11 | Speaker 5:

I mean, not just the win. They destroyed those guys. That's the thing you got to do. Bad teams, you got to beat bad, and you got to get our starters off the field. Which, by the way, I was a little worried about Dan Campbell. Man, Jared Goff. He's limping. Take him out of the game, please. All right, hang on one second. We're going to give you Jelly Roll tickets. Jelly Roll, or not Jelly Roll tickets. Jingle Ball tickets. We already gave away Jelly Roll tickets. Jingle Ball happening in December. We got a pair of tickets for you right now. 844-MOJO-LIVE 844-665-6548 See Jack Harlow, Teddy Swims, Jason Derulo, Madison Beer, Saweetie. Good luck.

00:19:12 - 00:19:14 | Speaker 6:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:19:15 - 00:19:22 | Speaker 5:

Taylor tickets. Taylor Swift in Indianapolis. We'll have those for you coming up after the next Dirty. This is the first one of the morning. First one of the

00:19:22 - 00:19:46 | Speaker 1:

week what's going on shannon hey well hulk hogan dr phil ufc ceo dana white and elon musk spoke in support of donald trump at a rally yesterday at madison square garden in front of about 20 000 people hearing that there were thousands more outside of the venue as well the former president also appearing over the weekend as a guest on joe rogan's podcast that was a three hour interview

00:19:46 - 00:20:06 | Speaker 3:

so i always got more publicity than other people and i didn't it wasn't like i was trying in fact i don't know exactly why maybe you can tell me oh i could definitely tell you you said a lot of wild maybe Meantime, Vice President Kamala Harris had Beyonce speaking on her behalf in Houston

00:20:06 - 00:20:21 | Speaker 2:

I'm not here as a celebrity I'm not here as a politician I'm here as a mother A mother who cares deeply about the world my children and all of our children

00:20:21 - 00:20:35 | Speaker 3:

She did not perform in case you were wondering and she, Kamala, not Beyonce is set to appear as a guest on the Club Shay Shay podcast with Shannon Sarp. That interview was previously filmed, but will air today. It was funny. Check it out.

00:20:35 - 00:21:06 | Speaker 4:

Rogan would not endorse Trump because he wants to still get Kamala to come on the podcast. Although said that he will give it through the end of the week and then he will make his decision on what he's going to do. It's interesting you know, these podcasts have become like the big deal because there's more free form, you know, conversation that you can have and you don't have it where it's, you know, all set to like 15 minutes or so. Three hours, though, is a long time. That's a long time. That's a long time.

00:21:06 - 00:21:06 | Speaker 3:

That is, yeah.

00:21:06 - 00:21:09 | Speaker 4:

I could not listen to three hours of a podcast. That's good.

00:21:09 - 00:21:10 | Speaker 5:

Depending on who the guest was.

00:21:10 - 00:21:12 | Speaker 4:

I can't. There's nobody.

00:21:12 - 00:21:12 | Speaker 5:

No, it's easier than you think.

00:21:13 - 00:21:19 | Speaker 4:

There's nobody that's worth three hours of my time. I'm sorry. I love that. I hate to say it.

00:21:19 - 00:21:21 | Speaker 3:

Rogan did a good one. I could do a two-hour Dateline podcast really easy.

00:21:22 - 00:21:26 | Speaker 5:

Rogen did a great one with Elon. I think that was about three hours. Can't do it. And another one with Chappelle.

00:21:26 - 00:21:32 | Speaker 4:

I'll watch the clips that people post on Reels or on X, you know? I don't know.

00:21:33 - 00:22:20 | Speaker 3:

A woman who is going by Jane Doe is making an appearance on that Chris Brown documentary, A History of Violence We Keep Talking About, and is accusing him of raping her and sexual assault on Diddy's yacht in December of 2020. The woman said she took a trip to Miami with a friend, was invited onto the yacht by this friend, and after getting on board, she saw Chris. She was hoping to be able to chat with him and get some advice because she's pursuing, or at the time was pursuing, a dance career. She said while they were talking, he gave her a drink. And very quickly after, she started getting really tired. Her body started feeling heavy. The woman said Chris took her into a bedroom and started having sex with her while she was unable to get up. And then started acting just really weird following that.

00:22:21 - 00:22:46 | Speaker 1:

And then I decided to grab my phone and take a picture of him. To be honest, I think I got like stuck in the moment when I saw him acting crazy. And once I got my phone, he saw me with my phone. Chris Brown punched me in the face. He said, he grabbed my phone and I got his car out of the body.

00:22:46 - 00:22:49 | Speaker 3:

Chris Brown's attorneys are denying this woman's claims.

00:22:49 - 00:22:52 | Speaker 4:

And again, it was on one of the Diddy parties, as you're saying?

00:22:52 - 00:22:56 | Speaker 3:

It was on a yacht for a Diddy party in 2020.

00:22:56 - 00:23:05 | Speaker 4:

I saw a story over the weekend that said that Diddy's biggest parties were always surrounded around the MTV VMAs and the Super Bowl.

00:23:05 - 00:23:09 | Speaker 3:

Yes. I have a story about that. Maybe we'll do it in next hour, Sturdy.

00:23:09 - 00:23:16 | Speaker 5:

I mean, that makes sense, though. Those were the two times. Everybody having a party around the Super Bowl, and he's in the music industry for the VMAs. That's not odd to me.

00:23:16 - 00:23:24 | Speaker 3:

Jason Kelsey said he totally gets it with NFL fans who say that he is on TV via commercials way too much.

00:23:24 - 00:23:25 | Speaker 4:

Jason or Travis?

00:23:25 - 00:23:43 | Speaker 3:

No, Jason. On Saturday, the retired NFL star responded to a post on X that asked, many NFL fans are upset that they see too much of Jason Kelsey on TV. Do you agree? And he replied, couldn't agree more. How is it possible to film that many commercials?

00:23:43 - 00:23:52 | Speaker 4:

By the way, Travis had his first touchdown of the year. Yeah, and I had him on a bench in fantasy. What was it, game eight? Or how many games has it been? Yeah, something like that.

00:23:52 - 00:23:54 | Speaker 3:

They had a bye week. Did they have a bye week?

00:23:54 - 00:23:56 | Speaker 4:

Maybe they did. Yeah, they did. They did have a bye week, so seven.

00:23:57 - 00:24:23 | Speaker 3:

And lastly, a story for our Ohio listeners. A worker at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden lost part of his thumb after a monkey jumped down on his finger during feeding time. Is this after Harambe, dude? Oh, my God. The worker was making his routine morning rounds in the Jungle Trails habitat, administering food and medicine when the monkey bit him through a mesh barrier resulting in a partial amputation.

00:24:23 - 00:24:27 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my gosh. That's why you got to watch Jim Crazy. I'm telling you.

00:24:27 - 00:24:29 | Speaker 2:

I fell asleep on that. You're never going to financially recover from this.

00:24:30 - 00:24:35 | Speaker 3:

All right. For all of today's Dirty Catch-Up on the podcast, on the free iHeartRadio app or MojoInTheMorning.com.

00:25:00 - 00:25:07 | Speaker 1:

Good morning. Good to have you back. It's going to be a fun week at school. It's going to be a lot of people dressed in Halloween. Are you dressing up this week in Halloween?

00:25:08 - 00:25:10 | Speaker 2:

Unfortunately not. I'm kind of sad about it. What?

00:25:11 - 00:25:11 | Speaker 1:

Why not?

00:25:12 - 00:25:21 | Speaker 2:

I know. Is it like against rules? No, I usually, last year I was Steve Harvey in the office. This year our board of directors are in.

00:25:21 - 00:25:40 | Speaker 1:

Oh, the board of directors are in. Oh, my God. Oh, I love Steve Harvey, by the way. That's a great one. All right. Your challenger this morning to try to keep you from winning 10 in a row is Sloan. Sloan, it says here, you're from Ferndale. It says that you're dropping off your husband at work. What's his name?

00:25:41 - 00:25:41 | Speaker 2:

James.

00:25:42 - 00:25:45 | Speaker 1:

And you're taking your daughter to school. What is her name?

00:25:45 - 00:25:46 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, Zeta.

00:25:47 - 00:25:49 | Speaker 1:

And it says you work nights at a restaurant. What's that name?

00:25:51 - 00:25:53 | Speaker 2:

Right and Company. All right. Nice.

00:25:54 - 00:25:56 | Speaker 1:

Great place. Yeah. All right.

00:25:56 - 00:25:56 | Speaker 2:

I'm ready.

00:25:57 - 00:25:58 | Speaker 1:

Yes? You ready? Okay.

00:25:59 - 00:26:01 | Speaker 2:

Ready, yeah. I want to take over.

00:26:02 - 00:26:05 | Speaker 1:

Oh, she wants to take you down, Aaron. Uh-oh.

00:26:05 - 00:26:06 | Speaker 2:

Goodbye.

00:26:08 - 00:27:00 | Speaker 1:

Should we talk to Aaron? What should we do?

00:27:40 - 00:27:57 | Speaker 1:

No. I'm just going to let music play. This music is better than some of the stuff we play in the morning. I'd rather hear, I'd rather hear, I would rather hear this music that we're playing here right now than here, I don't know.

00:27:58 - 00:28:01 | Speaker 2:

00:28:11 - 00:28:27 | Speaker 1:

Yes. Take us off. Can you hear us? Make sure that, can you hear us, Sloan? Sloan. Hello? Sloan. She's listening on her Bluetooth, and that's the problem. That's the problem. Lydia, tell her to take off her Bluetooth and be on a regular handheld.

00:28:27 - 00:28:31 | Speaker 2:

I'm, like, screaming her name to tell her to take this off. She's not listening.

00:28:32 - 00:28:33 | Speaker 1:

Sloan.

00:28:33 - 00:28:34 | Speaker 2:

I think we need another contestant.

00:28:34 - 00:28:41 | Speaker 1:

All right, we got a champion, Aaron, then. We're going to move on. Aaron, you're the champion. You win by default out of this one there.

00:28:41 - 00:28:42 | Speaker 2:

I liked my questions today.

00:28:43 - 00:28:51 | Speaker 1:

No, no, no, no, no. No, hold on. You declared me the winner.

00:28:59 - 00:29:11 | Speaker 1:

Hold on, Eric. No, Steve Harvey. Survey says we play. Hold on a second. We're putting you in the soundproof area. This is, by the way, this is bad radio. This is not good radio.

00:29:11 - 00:29:14 | Speaker 2:

This is not good radio. That's crazy noise.

00:29:14 - 00:29:19 | Speaker 1:

Sloan, it's because you got a bad Bluetooth there. Sloan, whatever your Bluetooth is, we're blaming that. Were you on Bluetooth?

00:29:21 - 00:29:22 | Speaker 2:

I was in my car. I'm driving.

00:29:23 - 00:29:37 | Speaker 1:

All right. That was a fun game, wasn't it? It's Mojo in the mornings. Five at 6.55. We appreciate you playing, you guys. Have a great day, both of you guys. It took a little bit of time, but it was fun while it lasted, okay?

00:33:22 - 00:33:23 | Speaker 2:

Thank you.

00:33:25 - 00:33:51 | Speaker 1:

Oh, Joe, in the morning show, you're home of the War of the Roses, the second date update, and the Dirty on the 30. It's good to have you guys here. Thanks for listening to us, Mojo and Shannon, Megan, Kev. We've got KP and Lydia, Zach, Bianca. We've got a whole slew of people that work behind the scenes for iHeart, including our great marketing team, our great sales departments, and, of course, our front office staff.

00:33:52 - 00:33:53 | Speaker 2:

I'm surprised you made it in today.

00:33:53 - 00:34:07 | Speaker 1:

You know, I was feeling it. I'm going to have to blame something for this thing, and I'll explain coming up here in a second, but Shannon was just giving me some grief here a second ago about Friday night at our party.

00:34:09 - 00:34:11 | Speaker 2:

How many drinks did you have?

00:34:11 - 00:34:12 | Speaker 1:

I had one drink.

00:34:12 - 00:34:17 | Speaker 2:

Okay, so you weren't lying when you said that to me. Well, let me explain. You said it to me several times.

00:34:17 - 00:34:19 | Speaker 1:

I did pre-party with Kevin one drink.

00:34:19 - 00:34:22 | Speaker 2:

Okay, this makes a lot more sense. But that was only one drink.

00:34:22 - 00:34:51 | Speaker 1:

I had a drink. We had, Kevin and I had Top Notch Limousine Party Bus Mike driving us. Yay, yay. Thank you to Lori, by the way. And Ramon and everybody over there. But we, but I had a drink on the way. And then Joe Maroon gave me a shot. Okay, Joe, our famous photographer. The Oompa Loompa. Great costume, Joe. Joe gave me a shot. And I think I got, I think I got drugged. I think I explain what it was like

00:34:51 - 00:34:59 | Speaker 2:

so we're all up on the stage with DJ Whip and the stage is like at the front of the tent and it's so loud and everybody's having a good time and like

00:35:00 - 00:35:52 | Speaker 4:

The whole show is crammed on the stage. And we all had microphones for the most part, I think. And so when everybody was talking and Mojo wasn't talking, you were standing like right behind me, kind of next to DJ Witt. And I kept looking back at him because I could hear him giggling. And I would look back and it wasn't even his turn to talk. Kev, I think you were hosting the costume contest when this was happening. This is what Mojo sounded like, just like that. and so I could hear this and I kept turning around like what the hell is so funny and he would take his microphone up to his mouth and just go woo and then I would go back to watching Kev host the costume contest and then I would hear the giggling again in my ear behind me and I would turn around and look at Mojo and he would put the microphone up to his mouth and go woo and finally I was like what is going on

00:35:52 - 00:35:53 | Speaker 3:

everybody say woo

00:35:54 - 00:35:58 | Speaker 4:

And you told me you're like, I had one drink. I am so drunk.

00:35:58 - 00:36:40 | Speaker 1:

I have no idea what happened. First off, shout out to everybody there. They had a special bourbon that was there. They specifically got just for me because they knew how much I love bourbon. I had one shot of it with Joe Maroon. And Joe can attest to this because then we got a second drink. And I said, Joe, I can't drink this because I'm like, I think, you know what it is? I think it's the Monjourno shot that I do. I don't think I can drink with the thing I think I'm like, I get wasted I'm like, what do they call it, white girl wasted When did you take the shot of Madrena? Was it like that day? No, well I took the, I take it once a week, so I do my shot to make sure I look like a pretty little thing

00:36:40 - 00:36:42 | Speaker 2:

you know? Wait, I'm sorry, what?

00:36:42 - 00:36:50 | Speaker 1:

I want to look like a pretty little thing so, but it is crazy, it's crazy Shannon, you're right

00:36:50 - 00:36:58 | Speaker 4:

It was, and then I just, we, we both started dying laughing because that's all like, you weren't even talking. You were just wooing at one point.

00:36:58 - 00:37:08 | Speaker 1:

I did put a couple sentences together. It was like, and then handed the mic over to Kevin to let him go. The funniest part also with the microphones was Shannon said that one of the microphones smelled like butt.

00:37:09 - 00:37:09 | Speaker 4:

No, it smelled like vomit.

00:37:10 - 00:37:11 | Speaker 1:

It smelled like, was it vomit?

00:37:11 - 00:37:26 | Speaker 4:

It smelled so much like, and that's why people were like, oh, you weren't talking. I'm like, you don't understand the microphone. I put it up to my face and I said one thing and then I was like oh my god someone threw up all over this microphone it was awful it was so bad and then so I made you smell it

00:37:26 - 00:37:31 | Speaker 1:

and my reaction to when I was smelling it was

00:37:31 - 00:37:39 | Speaker 2:

you are so funny this smells like vomit smell it all right all right I'm gonna I'm gonna throw

00:37:39 - 00:38:38 | Speaker 1:

00:38:53 - 00:38:58 | Speaker 4:

Well, but a martini will get you. Yeah, those are big. Even one will get you. Because it's pure vodka or pure gin.

00:38:59 - 00:38:59 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

00:38:59 - 00:39:02 | Speaker 3:

No, it was vodka. I had a Cosmo.

00:39:02 - 00:39:17 | Speaker 1:

I love it, man. How much are you down?

00:39:22 - 00:39:23 | Speaker 3:

I'm down about 15, 16 miles.

00:39:24 - 00:39:31 | Speaker 1:

Nice. And that's just from throwing up that night from the martinis or Cosmos. What's up? How you doing, Christy?

00:39:32 - 00:40:00 | Speaker 2:

Hey, I am also on Monjaro. Okay. Yeah. About a year now, about a year, and cannot hold any liquor down. Like, I literally, one glass of wine, and I'm white girl drunk. Wow. Now, again, I'm curious, is this because of the medication, or is this because you just weigh a lot less, so it affects you quicker? It might be a combination of both, maybe. I don't know, but yeah, I think because you're not holding a...

00:40:00 - 00:40:06 | Speaker 1:

wow so so you woke up with your teeth all knocked back now did you get sucker budged or did you say

00:42:02 - 00:42:20 | Speaker 3:

something did you say no no it was literally everyone was too drunk so no one was coming to a conclusion or like what the argument was about so they were just like hey it's time to go and But, yeah, we just never hung out at the house again. Yeah.

00:42:22 - 00:42:23 | Speaker 6:

What was the alcohol you were drinking?

00:42:25 - 00:42:33 | Speaker 3:

Oh, see, now this alcohol, it really messed with your memories, so I'll never touch it. I'll never touch it. It's 1800 tequila.

00:42:33 - 00:42:51 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my God. Yeah. I can't even look at a bottle of that stuff. It's that and Jägermeister are the two. And Casamigos. Casamigos. What is the, uh, the other one is Shannon, uh, do you ever have, you were, you and I always talked about the, the licorice-y, uh, Sambuca.

00:42:52 - 00:42:52 | Speaker 1:

Love that.

00:42:52 - 00:43:01 | Speaker 6:

I had one bad night with Sambuca and I can taste it both ways. Oh, yeah. It was like cough medicine both ways. What's up, Emily? How you doing?

00:43:02 - 00:43:03 | Speaker 5:

Good morning. How are you guys?

00:43:04 - 00:43:07 | Speaker 6:

Fantastic. Uh, what was it that made you say I'll never drink again?

00:43:08 - 00:43:13 | Speaker 5:

Um, well, first I wanted to say first time long time. Hey, hi, Emily's on the phone.

00:43:13 - 00:43:17 | Speaker 6:

I love when people's first time long time is on a topic like this.

00:43:18 - 00:43:20 | Speaker 5:

It fits the subject.

00:43:20 - 00:43:20 | Speaker 6:

Yeah.

00:43:22 - 00:43:51 | Speaker 5:

But a friend of mine and I, we found a fifth of crown apples. I know, I know. Basically on empty stomachs. We were just at home relaxing, didn't realize how much we drank. We ended up blacking out. And I remember bits and pieces of the night, But I don't think I drank after that for about a year. And I will never touch crown apple again. And I will never drink anything that smells like apple.

00:43:52 - 00:44:04 | Speaker 1:

That's the thing. Once you have one of those nights, it's off your list forever. That's Captain Morgan for me or raspberry vodka. Bad nights with Bo, never again. Yeah, those caramel apple suckers used to be my favorite. Can't touch them.

00:44:05 - 00:44:10 | Speaker 6:

Oh, gosh. By the way, can you walk through the produce section at Kroger and look at apples anymore?

00:44:12 - 00:44:13 | Speaker 5:

I have to because of my kids.

00:44:14 - 00:44:17 | Speaker 6:

Oh, we got to keep them healthy. What's up, Colby?

00:44:18 - 00:44:19 | Speaker 2:

How you doing?

00:44:19 - 00:44:21 | Speaker 6:

Good, buddy. What's going on, man?

00:44:21 - 00:44:27 | Speaker 2:

I'm good. I'm glad I'm in here. First time calling, first time calling. Yeah, Colby's on the phone.

00:44:27 - 00:44:30 | Speaker 6:

Colby, what was it that made you say, I'll never drink again?

00:44:30 - 00:44:53 | Speaker 2:

So this was about two years ago. I went to this college, Central Michigan University, and we got my friend's house. I ended up making some chili earlier in the day. So later, we had Casamigos, had a Red Bull, and I had this drink called a Four Loko. I quit a five, six times in an hour, and I blacked out drunk for the next 12, I promise you.

00:44:53 - 00:44:59 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my God. That's a lot. First off, how do you think that you can even hold that in your system?

00:45:00 - 00:45:12 | Speaker 8:

Okay, so I was already, I've been, that was the time that I was like, I got humbled, okay? Because I was able to withstand a lot of drinks, but that time, it was real bad.

00:45:13 - 00:45:19 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God. Oh, man. It sounded like you were screeching his brakes there for a second, didn't it? You okay? Christian, what's going on?

00:45:20 - 00:45:21 | Speaker 8:

Hey, what's going on, you guys?

00:45:22 - 00:45:23 | Speaker 4:

What's happening, Christian?

00:45:24 - 00:45:37 | Speaker 8:

All right, so there was this one time I had a mix of too much, just liquor and beer. I passed out on the couch, and I threw up all over myself on the couch and just slept in it. The next day, my mom had to clean it up.

00:45:37 - 00:45:51 | Speaker 4:

Oh, gosh. By the way, you know you got a good mama when she'll do that for you. Dusty's the crazy one. Dusty, I'll never drink again. What was it that happened that made you say that?

00:45:51 - 00:46:06 | Speaker 1:

uh i slept with my dad's best friend what oh no there we go oh my god uh we met trail riding and i got really drunk and messaged him and then it just kind of happened

00:46:06 - 00:46:13 | Speaker 4:

does dad know yes oh my god was he pissed did he want to kill

00:46:13 - 00:46:29 | Speaker 1:

because we continued to do it a couple months after wait wait so it was not just like one and done no uh and then i cut it off because it just seemed awkward oh my god wait a second so what's

00:46:29 - 00:46:57 | Speaker 4:

the age difference how old were you and how old was your dad's best friend he was almost 40 and you were 27 okay so not crazy but it's who it was yeah yeah it just felt awkward to me That felt awkward to us, and you just said it. It's Mojo in the morning show. Megan says somebody from the show saw her naked.

00:46:58 - 00:47:30 | Speaker 6:

I don't even know how naked at this point, and I'm a little too scared to ask, but I could not drive in my costume, so I decided the best option was to get dressed at Eloise Asylum. The problem is we didn't have access to any place for me to change, So I had to just do it in the car, and I didn't realize that a member of our show was parked real close to me. Really? Pretty sure they saw me naked in my car.

00:47:31 - 00:47:32 | Speaker 4:

Who was it?

00:47:32 - 00:47:39 | Speaker 6:

It was Zach. Let's go! Big Zach. Oh, poor Zach. I'm surprised you still have sight this morning.

00:47:40 - 00:47:44 | Speaker 4:

Zach, you were sitting in the car right next to her?

00:47:44 - 00:48:20 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. So like two cars down and I'm like, I tell her we didn't park at the same place, like where the employee parking lot is. And we parked where the listeners are. So I was like, oh, we should walk together. I'll protect you. So no one, you know, what do you think was going to happen? Well, I just know that, you know, people will distract us and then we won't be at the party at the right time. OK, OK. So I pull up to her car without telling her. and she's just fully like pretty much naked no for real what did you see what didn't i see my

00:48:20 - 00:48:31 | Speaker 7:

guy like naked boobs or bra boobs i don't not that any is they're both bad no i'm saying bad for him to see not your boobs are bad bad for no worker to see zach is like

00:48:31 - 00:48:37 | Speaker 6:

my brother like i love you to death we're very close shut up zach we're very close and i was

00:48:37 - 00:48:47 | Speaker 4:

Zach, did it feel like stepbrother, stepsister, though? Did it feel like that when you saw her? I've watched a video like that before.

00:48:47 - 00:48:48 | Speaker 7:

Oh, my God.

00:48:50 - 00:48:55 | Speaker 4:

Be honest. How long did you look, or did you turn away right away?

00:48:55 - 00:49:00 | Speaker 3:

Okay, for real, though, I turned away right away, but it was pretty awesome. I'm not going to lie.

00:49:01 - 00:49:16 | Speaker 4:

I want to throw this out there. This is just a thought. I want to know who saw one of their co-workers naked, 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548, and how did you see them naked? That's one. And then who saw their sister naked? I don't know. Zach?

00:49:16 - 00:49:20 | Speaker 5:

No, no, no, no, no. Please, no.

00:49:21 - 00:49:22 | Speaker 4:

Zach, what do you remember?

00:49:22 - 00:49:28 | Speaker 2:

Like, if I had a sketch artist come in here? Oh, dude, I could probably give you, like, the tan and everything. Really?

00:49:28 - 00:49:29 | Speaker 4:

Stop it.

00:49:29 - 00:49:35 | Speaker 5:

The only thing that's worked in my favor is how far my boobs have dropped since this weight loss. so I'm hoping they were below the window.

00:49:35 - 00:49:36 | Unknown:

Oh, no.

00:49:36 - 00:49:49 | Speaker 4:

That is, by the way, out of all the people on the show, I think that Zach would be the one person I would want to see or have see me naked. Because Zach is like the nicest guy in the world, and he wouldn't tell everybody. The rest of us. We're telling everybody.

00:49:51 - 00:49:56 | Speaker 5:

But Zach would be the one that was like, you look great. You look great, kid. I was like, you're fine. Everything looks great.

00:49:57 - 00:49:59 | Speaker 4:

Everything looks great. Kev would be

00:50:00 - 00:50:22 | Speaker 2:

Screaming out the window, Megan naked in the car. I'm going to shout you out. Text here right now goes, oh, my God, I saw my boss naked a year ago. I've never been able to look at him ever again. I want to know what the circumstances are with that. 95500 is our text line, but please call us up. I want to know what your story is. Oh, here you go. Keith, you there?

00:50:23 - 00:50:24 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, I'm here.

00:50:24 - 00:50:26 | Speaker 2:

Hi, Keith. You saw your boss butt naked?

00:50:26 - 00:50:46 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, yeah. We had a party at my house, and she just had a little too much of everything. And for some reason, she went in the bathroom and stripped all her clothes off, threw up in the tub, and just sat on the toilet, wasted. And I walked in, and I kept her knocked, and I walked in. I was like, oh, oh. And I walked back out, and I sent one to her.

00:50:47 - 00:50:52 | Speaker 2:

Oh, no. Oh, man. Is it awkward at work right now?

00:50:52 - 00:51:01 | Speaker 6:

Oh, it's been awkward for years. I never told her, like, hey, you know, I see you butt naked on the toilet, but I think other people told her that she never makes a lot of eye contact.

00:51:02 - 00:51:07 | Speaker 2:

I think you need a 2% raise after that. 2%. I'd go higher. What's up? Hi, Blaine.

00:51:08 - 00:51:09 | Speaker 3:

Hi.

00:51:09 - 00:51:10 | Speaker 2:

Hi, Blaine. Who'd you see naked?

00:51:12 - 00:51:14 | Speaker 3:

My coworkers actually saw me naked.

00:51:14 - 00:51:15 | Speaker 2:

Oh, boy. How was that?

00:51:17 - 00:51:33 | Speaker 3:

I walked through a room that was under construction, and I slipped in glue strippers to remove tile, and I got it all over my body, so four of my co-workers had to scrub me down in the shower to remove the glue stripper. What do you guys do?

00:51:34 - 00:51:36 | Speaker 2:

What was that? What do you guys do for a living?

00:51:37 - 00:51:40 | Speaker 3:

I worked in a nursing home at the time, and they were renovating.

00:51:41 - 00:51:49 | Speaker 2:

Oh, okay. I thought you were in construction or something like that. That's crazy. Well, they were seeing you naked, because for good reason, because they didn't want you to get injured. What's up, Megan?

00:51:51 - 00:52:13 | Speaker 4:

Hi, guys. All right. So I was interviewing to work at a hospital laboratory, and the manager was like, do you want to see the lab? And she was walking me around, and I wore a skirt because I didn't have any pants, and I had tights. And the skirt, as I was walking, was slipping down because of the material on the tights, so everybody in the lab saw my ass.

00:52:13 - 00:52:14 | Unknown:

Oh, no.

00:52:15 - 00:52:17 | Speaker 4:

And she didn't tell me. She didn't tell me.

00:52:18 - 00:52:21 | Speaker 2:

That's awful. Those are not nice people.

00:52:21 - 00:52:26 | Speaker 4:

But I got the job, and I worked there for 10 years. Yeah. The ass got the job.

00:52:26 - 00:52:43 | Speaker 2:

That's the ass ass. Yeah. Ken is a Schwann's driver, delivery driver. Do you remember Schwann's? Oh, yeah. Are they still around? Yeah. What are Schwann's? Oh, yeah, they're still around. They deliver, like, dairy groceries and all kinds of stuff to you. Ken, who'd you see naked?

00:52:45 - 00:53:14 | Speaker 5:

I had went up to, you know, one of my customers, regular, I see every two weeks, and I walked into the house and she's got one of those recliners that go along like the hallway. And as soon as I got there, I'm taking her order. Her daughter walked out. I mean, all I could see her is from the waist up, but totally naked. And the girl just threw her hands over her, you know, her top and everything and ran back down the hallway. And she goes, Mom, why didn't you say somebody was here? And she goes, Well, why don't you put some clothes on, Vagilina? And I said,

00:53:14 - 00:53:18 | Unknown:

Oh, my God.

00:53:18 - 00:53:21 | Speaker 2:

Is it awkward every time you go back to that house?

00:53:23 - 00:53:31 | Speaker 5:

No, not too bad. But it brings back memories. And, I mean, the daughter won't even look at me. She loves anyone.

00:53:32 - 00:54:06 | Speaker 2:

Oh, geez. All right. Thank you for the call. We appreciate it. Zach, are you looking Megan in the eye right now or not in the eye? Where are you looking? Definitely in the eye. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. Right after Shannon gets done with this dirty, we'll grab a Jingle Ball winner, and then we'll do our Taylor Swift contest, the first of the morning. Will we get a winner this week? Do you know all 13 songs? I know. And you know what's funny? I think we're stuck on a couple of songs. Like, people are missing just a couple of different songs that are in this 13-song little mini-mix. What's going on, Shannon? Hello. What's happening in this Dirty? Hello.

00:54:06 - 00:54:59 | Speaker 1:

Well, we briefly talked about this in last hour's Dirty Diddy's freak-offs often coincided with some of his biggest star-studded parties, Super Bowl, MTV, VMAs, for example, in the early morning hours of August 29th, 2005, the Diddy after party for the MTV VMAs was still going strong. Actress Eva Longoria was chatting with Fergie in one corner. Ice-T, Quincy Jones, Jeff Gordon of NASCAR fame and Paris Hilton were walking around chatting with guests. But one by one, most of the celebrities left the party and there's no indication that they knew about or were involved in what happened next. And this is the case with many parties. Celebrities were there but often left before the after party started soon this particular event moved from the inside of space nightclub to diddy's miami mansion and from there it turned into a sex party with people taking turns

00:55:00 - 00:56:05 | Speaker 3:

having sex with underage men and women. Diddy seen in the background of this particular party in one video wearing a white t-shirt with the words God is the greatest written in black, the same shirt he was photographed wearing at the VMAs. The videos and the photos for that matter of these parties are part of the same archive that includes footage that appears to show Diddy having sex with a much younger male A-list star. And here's the thing, and here's why we're talking about this. A lot of these photos and videos have dates that can be corroborated with star-studded events like the 2004 and 2005 VMAs in Miami and the 2005 Super Bowl in Jacksonville, Florida. But as federal officials are going through all of this stuff, they're identifying who was at those after parties by the outfits that they wore either to the events or to the actual just like party and then the after party that oftentimes turned into like you know a freak off or an ority or what have you can you imagine this guy's doing what he's doing he's

00:56:05 - 00:56:11 | Speaker 5:

wearing a shirt that said what did he say god is the greatest yes that's how they're corroborating

00:56:11 - 00:56:37 | Speaker 3:

a lot of the accusations and stories that they're hearing is by what people were wearing wow yeah uh in other diddy related dirty and on a little bit of a lighter note taylor swift once listed Diddy as one of her dream prom dates in a resurfaced interview from The Rachel Ray Show in 2011 when she was only 21 years old. So if you see this going around the internet today, this is why. The question was, which stars would you want to go to prom in a group with?

00:56:38 - 00:57:02 | Speaker 6:

Now, why that spectacular array of people? Because all these different reasons. Well, Katie would just be so much fun. Absolutely. It's Katy Perry. Because she's like crazy fun, like spontaneous. Diddy's really always been very nice to me. He's a gentleman, isn't he? A lovely gentleman. He would be fun to be in the prom group. Justin's the same way, and he's really funny.

00:57:02 - 00:57:05 | Speaker 3:

I love that she was naive to what was going on.

00:57:05 - 00:57:07 | Speaker 6:

And why was he so nice to you?

00:57:07 - 00:57:09 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's the scary part.

00:57:09 - 00:57:10 | Unknown:

Oh, God.

00:57:11 - 00:57:16 | Speaker 4:

In other non-Diddy related duties. No, any time he's been nice to somebody, there's an ick to it.

00:57:17 - 00:57:23 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Well, it's, of course, the clips, they're pulling clips of anybody and everybody talking about dating.

00:57:23 - 00:57:29 | Speaker 4:

Bro can't even say hi to the doorman without just, like, questioning his intentions. Well, if you're a bad guy, if you're a bad guy, we all know. I'm just saying.

00:57:29 - 00:57:45 | Speaker 2:

You have a hundred accusers. You are probably behaving in a certain way to recruit and to victimize more and more people. And if that started out by being kind and giving opportunities in the industry, every time it's brought up, you're going to think, what was the intention?

00:57:46 - 00:57:47 | Speaker 4:

All right, whatever. Yeah.

00:57:47 - 00:58:03 | Speaker 3:

Okay, let's talk about the Lions. It was an insane game. Yes! They just embarrassed the heck out of the Tennessee Titans yesterday. David Montgomery was the first of five Lions to score in the first half of the game. That ended with a score of 52-14, and then he helped LaPorta get a touchdown, which was incredible.

00:58:03 - 00:58:10 | Speaker 5:

He was the QB. Yeah. LaPorta in motion. Toss play. Montgomery wants to throw to the end zone.

00:58:11 - 00:58:15 | Speaker 3:

There's the touchdown! God, it was so good. Raymond. I believe Raymond, also incredible.

00:58:15 - 00:58:22 | Speaker 5:

Real quick before you play that, the next clip, did you see that David Montgomery was a high school quarterback? He said that, yeah.

00:58:22 - 00:58:23 | Speaker 4:

That spiral was tight.

00:58:23 - 00:58:46 | Speaker 5:

If it wasn't his size, his height, he always said that he wanted to play quarterback. This is Kalief Raymond. Raymond has one terrific return already today. Looking for a second. Raymond up to the sideline, across the 30. Kalief Raymond, goodbye. He was 19 yards, I think, away from setting an NFL record for the most returns in a game.

00:58:46 - 00:58:54 | Speaker 4:

It looked very Jevin Hester-esque. If you're familiar with the legend of the Chicago Bears, every time he caught it, it was like, what's he going to do now?

00:58:54 - 00:58:57 | Speaker 3:

Wow, Coach Dan Campbell in the locker room after the game.

00:58:57 - 00:59:08 | Speaker 1:

That's a huge win. The return units, outstanding. Leaf, holy crap. And then you get four takeaways on defense, and then red zone, five for five in the red zone. Men, holy crap.

00:59:08 - 00:59:09 | Speaker 5:

Holy crap.

00:59:09 - 00:59:23 | Speaker 4:

Ben Johnson needs a raise. National tight end day was yesterday. He schemed up touchdowns we just saw. Had the clip for Sam LaPorta. Brock Wright got in the end zone. It was crazy. Man!

00:59:23 - 00:59:48 | Speaker 3:

Holy crap. In other sports dirty today, Freddie Freeman blasted his second home run of the World Series as the Dodgers beat the Yankees 4-2 to take a 2-0 stranglehold on the best of seven so down. There was an injury scare to Shohei Ohtani, but I did see that yesterday, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts telling ESPN that Ohtani had been cleared to play in Game 3, which is happening tonight.

00:59:49 - 00:59:59 | Speaker 5:

Shannon, the first two of these World Series games have been averaging 4.7 million viewers just in the U.S. alone for these games. And they say that internationally.

01:00:00 - 01:00:03 | Speaker 2:

even bigger. It's been the biggest World Series of course, LA, New York.

01:00:04 - 01:00:48 | Speaker 1:

And it is the sweetest clip to see Adele getting so emotional when Celine Dion surprised her by showing up at one of her Vegas residency shows. And Celine couldn't really hold back her tears either. So it was the middle of Adele's performance. She walks over to Celine C at the Coliseum at Caesars Palace and just burst into tears as they started hugging. The audience is going wild. Celine was like kissing Adele's hands. It was just so sweet. A very rare public appearance for Celine Dion in the wake of her illness. And I thought it was sweet because the Coliseum is where her residency was for such a long time. But for all of today's dirty catch up on the podcast on the free iHeartRadio app or MojoInTheMorning.com.

01:00:49 - 01:01:00 | Speaker 2:

Oh, hold on. I just pushed two buttons at the same time. And that's what happens. Not a very good sign of how things are going to be this morning as far as things moving very smoothly on this show. Holy crap.

01:01:00 - 01:01:01 | Unknown:

Get more dirt.

01:01:01 - 01:01:07 | Speaker 3:

At Mojo in the Morning on social media. The latest craze. It's Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

01:01:07 - 01:01:12 | Speaker 2:

Jonathan was at our party. You guys might remember Jonathan. Jonathan, explain who you were again.

01:01:14 - 01:01:17 | Speaker 3:

I brought my grandmother. Oh, Jonathan.

01:01:17 - 01:01:21 | Speaker 1:

Wait, your grandma when we had her on stage was so cute.

01:01:21 - 01:01:34 | Speaker 2:

she really enjoyed herself she had a lot of fun in Jonathan the best is the story as to why you going to a Halloween party in a haunted house like Eloise Asylum why did you want to bring

01:01:34 - 01:01:54 | Speaker 3:

grandma so I it's uh it's not a it's not the best story um my uncle was taken from us a few years ago and uh since I've moved in with her uh it's a tradition that he used to have that I've since chose to carry on for him because he can't.

01:01:54 - 01:02:08 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. See, I love this story. I think it's a beautiful story. I think it's... How old are you? I'm 26. So he's a 26-year-old guy who's got a grandma that no joke should be in a movie playing a grandma.

01:02:08 - 01:02:10 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. What a great personality.

01:02:11 - 01:02:22 | Speaker 2:

She's like the grandma from The Wedding Singer. You know what I mean? Like, she's got that much character. Hibby to hippy to hippy. Or grandma's boy, yes. Yeah. Who is it, David Spade in that movie?

01:02:23 - 01:02:27 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, he is in that movie. And your grandma was trying to hook you up with everybody.

01:02:28 - 01:02:30 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, yeah, she was. It was so cute.

01:02:30 - 01:02:40 | Speaker 2:

Quick question for you, and children, turn away for a second. Can grandma be a wingman or wingwoman, wing grandma, to get this guy laid? How does that work?

01:02:41 - 01:02:45 | Speaker 3:

She is the better wingman than anybody could ask for.

01:02:45 - 01:03:03 | Speaker 2:

We should have you guys back on the air with us, and we should do a topic coming up after this contest and we should have the topic be my grandma got me some, you know, some booty and ask people who has been hooked up by grandma. Will you hang on the phone for a second so we can talk to you?

01:03:05 - 01:03:05 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I'll stay.

01:03:06 - 01:03:07 | Speaker 2:

Is grandma...

01:03:07 - 01:03:09 | Speaker 3:

She hasn't succeeded yet, but she's been trying.

01:03:09 - 01:03:12 | Speaker 2:

Is she free? Is she available to call by phone?

01:03:13 - 01:03:14 | Speaker 3:

I can try and wake her up.

01:03:15 - 01:03:32 | Speaker 2:

All right, hold on one second. Hold on. We're going to have Lydia and you talk here. One second. Don't go anywhere, okay? Lydia, I want to put Jonathan on. I want to get his grandma on the phone, and I want to do the topic of my grandma got me laid. Okay? We'll keep it as clean as possible for the children. What's going on? Jonathan, are you there?

01:03:33 - 01:03:33 | Speaker 3:

Yes, sir.

01:03:34 - 01:03:34 | Speaker 2:

Is grandma around?

01:03:36 - 01:03:38 | Speaker 3:

She's awake. If you guys want to give her a call, I can give you her number.

01:03:38 - 01:04:37 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, hold on. Lydia's going to grab that number. Grab the number, Lydia. Here's the topic. 844-MOJO-LIVE. has anybody's grandparent ever been the person that introduced them to their significant other or to somebody to date has grandma ever been that person i remember when shanny's granny was around i remember shanny's granny was always kind of like the one that she always would you know that's my granddaughter shannon or she call you shan hey shan it's grand um it would be i think By the way, I think Jonathan's He is like a legend You're a legend in my eyes Incredible guy Because anybody could be really good to their grandma You should be But bringing her to a party full of a bunch of hot girls Might be the most legendary thing that I've ever seen in my life I think that was wonderful What a great thing Hold on, your grandma's on the phone with us right now How you doing? Hi, Grandma

01:04:37 - 01:04:39 | Speaker 3:

Hi, how you doing?

01:04:40 - 01:04:51 | Speaker 2:

How are you? Did you have fun at the party? Oh, I had a great time. Wasn't that so much fun seeing everybody dancing and doing crazy stuff, including you? You were crazy on the dance floor, weren't you?

01:04:51 - 01:04:54 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I had a great time. I loved all the costumes.

01:04:55 - 01:04:56 | Speaker 2:

They were great. Which one was your favorite?

01:04:58 - 01:05:00 | Speaker 3:

Let's see. Say Lord Farmer.

01:05:00 - 01:05:00 | Speaker 1:

Farquaad.

01:05:01 - 01:05:11 | Speaker 3:

Well, Lord Farquaad was good. Lord Farquaad was good. The tall guy with the six eyes.

01:05:11 - 01:05:13 | Speaker 1:

Oh, that was crazy.

01:05:13 - 01:05:16 | Speaker 3:

Oh, he was on stilts. Yeah. Yeah, he was. He was.

01:05:17 - 01:05:21 | Speaker 1:

That costume seemed like it'd be annoying trying to get in and out of the tent.

01:05:21 - 01:05:24 | Speaker 2:

I actually thought he was part of the Eloise crew.

01:05:24 - 01:05:24 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

01:05:24 - 01:05:28 | Speaker 2:

He was? He was. No. I thought he was a listener.

01:05:29 - 01:05:29 | Speaker 1:

I think he was.

01:05:29 - 01:05:32 | Speaker 2:

No, the clown was not the Eloise crew.

01:05:33 - 01:05:34 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, the clown was.

01:05:34 - 01:05:35 | Speaker 2:

But he's a listener, too.

01:05:35 - 01:05:35 | Speaker 1:

He's both.

01:05:36 - 01:05:37 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, he was there for the party.

01:05:37 - 01:05:42 | Speaker 1:

How about the lady who was petting her doll the entire time, too? Okay. That was a little scary.

01:05:42 - 01:05:50 | Speaker 3:

Every time she came, did you see her? She had the stuffed animal in her mouth. Oh, yes. Oh, my God, she freaked me out. She was crazy. Whoa.

01:05:51 - 01:06:08 | Speaker 1:

Hold on. We got some people here that we're talking right now, Granny, about how you're perfect for setting Jonathan up with somebody. Like, Jonathan's going to find his true love because of you as your wing woman, the wing granny. Liz, are you there? Hi, Liz. What's going on?

01:06:09 - 01:06:10 | Speaker 3:

Good morning. How are you?

01:06:11 - 01:06:13 | Speaker 1:

01:06:15 - 01:06:22 | Speaker 3:

01:06:22 - 01:06:57 | Speaker 1:

01:06:57 - 01:07:06 | Speaker 3:

Hallelujah! It is, it is, because grandma wants to make sure the babies are happy. That's it, right?

01:07:07 - 01:07:15 | Speaker 1:

You want to make sure it's a nice person that's getting set up. What are you looking for? What do you want Jonathan to be with? Granny?

01:07:17 - 01:07:17 | Speaker 2:

Grandma. Grandma.

01:07:17 - 01:07:19 | Speaker 1:

Oh no, something didn't happen.

01:07:19 - 01:07:23 | Speaker 2:

We have bad service at home.

01:07:25 - 01:07:26 | Speaker 1:

Grandma, are you there?

01:07:27 - 01:07:28 | Speaker 3:

Yes, Grandma's here.

01:07:28 - 01:07:37 | Speaker 1:

Okay, Grandma, there's certain rooms you can't walk into. One of them is the front room there in the house. You can't walk in. You've got bad cell service in that room.

01:07:37 - 01:07:40 | Speaker 2:

No, you're not wrong about that one. You can't walk in towards the front.

01:07:41 - 01:07:55 | Speaker 1:

Hey, Grandma, out of all the ladies of the show, we've got Megan and Shannon and KP, Lydia. Yeah, obviously, Shannon's taken. You cannot take Shannon unless Wes is okay with that. Would Wes be okay with Grandma doing it?

01:07:55 - 01:07:57 | Speaker 3:

He's not going to be happy with that.

01:07:57 - 01:08:04 | Speaker 1:

Although for Granny, maybe Granny can talk to him. Which one of the girls on the show would you like to see Jonathan with?

01:08:07 - 01:08:07 | Speaker 3:

Let's see.

01:08:08 - 01:08:10 | Speaker 2:

Megan's taken, so let's see.

01:08:10 - 01:08:11 | Speaker 1:

No, Shannon is. Megan's free.

01:08:11 - 01:08:12 | Speaker 2:

Shannon is.

01:08:13 - 01:08:13 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

01:08:13 - 01:08:17 | Speaker 2:

Megan was the Red Devil. Lydia was the Sexy Son.

01:08:17 - 01:08:22 | Speaker 1:

And KP was Dan Campbell. Yeah.

01:08:22 - 01:08:23 | Speaker 2:

That's so good.

01:08:24 - 01:08:26 | Speaker 1:

KP. KP. I love this, KP.

01:08:27 - 01:08:28 | Speaker 3:

I was just like a guy.

01:08:28 - 01:08:29 | Speaker 1:

No, that was good.

01:08:30 - 01:08:33 | Speaker 3:

That's good. That's good. That's good. Okay, all right. I like it.

01:08:34 - 01:08:40 | Speaker 1:

She needs some extra help around us. Hold on. David, what's going on, David? How are you? It's Mojo in the morning.

01:08:42 - 01:08:42 | Speaker 2:

Hi, how are you?

01:08:43 - 01:08:45 | Speaker 1:

Good, David. David, your grandma hooked you up?

01:08:45 - 01:09:27 | Speaker 2:

pretty much um i grew up in kenya since i was five and then i moved here when i was 19 and i grew up with my grandmother and um i think i was 18 and i met my first girlfriend through my my grandmother it was funny because i think it felt like i was getting arranged like a like a like an arranged thing, and I got confused, but after a while back, after a while, I ended up finding out that she was just setting me up. She was not arranging anything. God rest her soul, she passed two years ago, but it's one of the few things I remember about her.

01:09:27 - 01:09:34 | Speaker 1:

I think that's awesome, though, that she did that. She was trying to hook you up, but it does feel like it's almost a little bit of an arranged marriage.

01:09:34 - 01:09:57 | Speaker 2:

uh this time especially growing up in the culture that i grew up with a lot of that happens but i'm glad that that wasn't the case but i'm also happy that she thought that you know like she would find someone good for me um but yeah it's one of the few things i remember about her uh one of the many things sorry not the few one of the many things that i remember about her uh but that's

01:09:57 - 01:10:03 | Speaker 1:

one of the big ones thank you for the call buddy appreciate it Chloe, hi. Grandma got me the goods.

01:10:04 - 01:10:05 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, Grandma got me the goods.

01:10:06 - 01:10:06 | Speaker 1:

What happened?

01:10:08 - 01:10:22 | Speaker 3:

Well, I was young, and I didn't have a driver's license, and Grandma said she'd take me, so she took me, and it wasn't an hour later, and I called her and wanted to go home. Wait, took you where? To his house.

01:10:23 - 01:10:27 | Speaker 1:

Wait, did she wait for you guys, or did she drop you off and then come back and pick you up later?

01:10:28 - 01:10:32 | Speaker 3:

She dropped me off and came back, picked me up later when I called her.

01:10:32 - 01:10:33 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my God.

01:10:33 - 01:10:44 | Speaker 3:

Did she know what was going on, or did she think you were just going over there for dinner? Oh, no. She definitely knew. It was during the day. It was just, she picked me up, and she said, what are you doing?

01:10:46 - 01:11:01 | Speaker 1:

Usually, Grandma's the one baking cookies. There you go. I know. And when she said, when she dropped you off and you left the car, did she scream out, like, words of encouragement? did she say you as protection

01:11:01 - 01:11:06 | Speaker 3:

she was pretty quiet until she picked me up

01:11:06 - 01:11:08 | Speaker 1:

and then what did she say to you when you were in the car driving home

01:11:08 - 01:11:15 | Speaker 3:

she was not impressed that she had to come right back oh my gosh

01:11:15 - 01:11:24 | Speaker 1:

he wasn't very long she wanted to finish her story could you imagine if grandma had like packed her a little bag with like rubbers

01:11:24 - 01:11:25 | Speaker 3:

in it

01:11:25 - 01:11:32 | Speaker 1:

Robert, I love it. Janelle, what's going on? Grandma got me the goodies.

01:11:34 - 01:11:40 | Speaker 2:

First off, I was at the Halloween party, and I was the giant inflatable owl. Yeah, I love that.

01:11:40 - 01:11:41 | Speaker 1:

That was a great costume.

01:11:42 - 01:11:43 | Speaker 2:

Yes.

01:11:43 - 01:11:44 | Speaker 1:

That's awesome.

01:11:44 - 01:11:53 | Speaker 2:

Thanks. But my grandma, she got me the goodies. She is trying to pay my boyfriend to tell her when he's going to propose to me.

01:11:54 - 01:12:03 | Speaker 1:

Oh, really? So she's trying to get the info, the, I don't know, she wants the dirty on the 30 from him, huh?

01:12:04 - 01:12:23 | Speaker 2:

Pretty much. Because he is my longest boyfriend, he's the most amazing person, but she wants to know when he's going to propose. And she's like, I'll pay him like hundreds of dollars, just tell me when, and the ring, and all of this, and I want to know when, and I'll pay for the ring, just tell me when she's getting married.

01:12:24 - 01:12:24 | Speaker 1:

That's awesome.

01:12:24 - 01:12:26 | Speaker 2:

that's great

01:12:26 - 01:12:30 | Speaker 1:

by the way did you meet the granny that's on the phone with us right now Jonathan's grandma

01:12:30 - 01:12:35 | Speaker 2:

01:12:35 - 01:12:51 | Speaker 1:

01:12:51 - 01:12:53 | Speaker 2:

let's go

01:12:53 - 01:13:49 | Speaker 1:

All right, Mojo on The Morning Show. I feel like we are kind of on one of those Mercury retrograde moments today. It seems like every bit of the show has had some kind of a weirdness to it. I don't know what it is. Sometime this morning, we may get a Taylor Swift winner. Let's see if that will cure us of it all. And we'll have a chance for you coming up within the next hour. So before 9 o'clock, be listening. We got 11 out of 13 just a few moments ago. plus Jingle Ball tickets, second date update, all happening this hour on the Mojo in the Morning Show. Good to have you listening to us on Channel 955 in Detroit, 104.5 SNX in Grand Rapids, Muskegon, and 92.5 KISS FM, Toledo's most listened to radio station. What's up, Toledo? What's up? Ashton, too. Hi, Ashton. Are you there? Hey. Hey. Ashton.

01:13:50 - 01:13:51 | Speaker 3:

Yeah?

01:13:51 - 01:14:37 | Speaker 1:

You're a winner. Congratulations. I want you to hang on the phone for just one second because you know what we're going to do. We're going to get you qualified with a $50 cash card, and you are now qualified for a trip to Orlando, Florida. It is you and a friend, if you win this on Friday morning before we do the throwback throwdown, flying to Orlando, staying at the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa, just minutes from Orlando's renowned theme parks. We'll send you to the Central Florida Everglades on an airboat at Bogey Creek Adventures. You can hang out with the crocodiles. Plus, we'll set you up with iFly Orlando, the closest thing to skydiving, without having to leap out of an airplane, courtesy of Visit Florida. Congratulations to you.

01:14:38 - 01:14:39 | Speaker 3:

Thank you so much.

01:14:39 - 01:14:59 | Speaker 1:

You're so welcome. Hang on the phone, and let's get some information. We got Ashton from Ferndale as our first qualifier this week. Listen tomorrow again for another opportunity. All right, it is Mojo in the morning. We got Kev, who this topic is actually, I think this topic is going to get a lot of good calls.

01:15:00 - 01:15:15 | Speaker 6:

Because today the calls have been kind of, okay, hit or miss, smatterings. Smatterings. We're going to have a plethora. Okay, we're going from a smattering to a plethora on this one here. Kevin with how do women do it?

01:15:16 - 01:16:31 | Speaker 5:

Man, I don't know how women have hair because I'm just like straight up, like not talking to the short hair queens out there with the fades. Y'all look good too. But this is for the girls who got hairs down to their shoulders and then beyond. Friday when I dressed up as Laura Farquaad and I had my black wig that was the first time I've ever like had hair that long and the amount of stress that it caused me and not only like the mental stress but the physical pain now the hair didn't weigh that much it wasn't like it was like a five pound wig or anything like that but however much it did weigh did something to my neck because when i woke up that morning i had no pain when i walked into the office that day i had no pain but at some point during the show all of a sudden i start having neck pain it could only come from the hair that's point number one okay point number two as a woman or a person with long hair you have to be mindful of how you lay back in your chair because all of a sudden you'll try to like turn your head and you can't because your head is stuck on your neck or your back is stuck on your chair. Not your head stuck on your neck, but like, you know what I'm saying? Like your back is stuck in that position.

01:16:31 - 01:16:41 | Speaker 4:

Yes. Do you understand now why when we yell at you guys, when we're in bed and you're holding our hair back or like on the couch and you have your arm around us and we're like, get off of it hurts. You're pulling our head.

01:16:41 - 01:16:47 | Speaker 5:

Usually when we in bed and I'm holding your hair, you like it. Okay. That was a bad example. Here's another thing.

01:16:47 - 01:16:56 | Speaker 6:

But if it is a wig, you cannot be doing that with that. You pull it right off her head. I'm trying to drink like coffee.

01:16:57 - 01:17:31 | Speaker 7:

All of a sudden, I'm going, I'm going to like move the hair out of my mouth. Mojo, you were out of the studio. And at first, I thought Kev was joking. Like he, no exaggeration, complained all the time throughout the morning about how bad his neck hurt. And he kept going, when I get home, I'm going to have to slap some Icy Hat at my neck. I was at the gym later that day and I texted him. I go, I am still dying laughing thinking about you saying you have to put Icy Hat. He sent me a photo of him with Icy Hat. He goes, this is my second application.

01:17:32 - 01:17:51 | Speaker 6:

Can I ask you women of the show? What is worse? Is it the top or the bottom? Because I always heard that the shoes are worse for women than the hair. is it more stressful and painful the top bottom or middle which part of being a woman is the most painful

01:17:51 - 01:18:05 | Speaker 7:

I wouldn't say hair is painful but I would say it's the most annoying oh I disagree shoes like I can do whatever with period I took care of that so for me now it's hair

01:18:05 - 01:18:11 | Speaker 4:

shoes and then any steel boned like undergarments so any sort of like steel boned corset

01:18:11 - 01:18:13 | Speaker 7:

I was thinking period for the middle

01:18:13 - 01:18:23 | Speaker 1:

It's hair for me because if you put your ponytail up the wrong way, like it looks cute, but if it stays in that stiff position for too long, your head starts to hurt so bad in that one ponytail spot.

01:18:24 - 01:18:26 | Speaker 4:

Or a metal headband. Yes.

01:18:26 - 01:18:27 | Speaker 1:

And behind your ears. Behind your ears.

01:18:27 - 01:18:28 | Speaker 4:

You're getting like a headache.

01:18:30 - 01:18:33 | Speaker 6:

Mojo in the morning. Hi, Sierra. How are you?

01:18:34 - 01:18:38 | Speaker 2:

Hello. First time. Long time. Hey, Sierra's on the phone.

01:18:40 - 01:18:40 | Speaker 6:

Sierra.

01:18:40 - 01:18:41 | Speaker 2:

What's up? Okay.

01:18:41 - 01:18:47 | Speaker 6:

Yeah. you're you're a woman that uh you get you get it uh the pain too huh like kev got the pain

01:18:47 - 01:19:30 | Speaker 2:

absolutely but i'm a i'm a natural girly you know growing up as a black girl we learned to sleep pretty when we got our hair done um there have been times where i just slept with my chin on my hands my hair and also i worked in a chiropractic clinic and uh one of the doctors he really made to point to ask a lot of the ladies especially you know the black girls about how they wear their hair because she noticed that if you wear your hair in braids a lot or you know depending on how you wear your hair it does cause neck problems interesting wow yeah is that the weight yeah because of the weight because of how we have to adjust how we sleep all of those things

01:19:30 - 01:19:36 | Speaker 6:

interesting so it you get uh the pain the neck pains pretty pain yes is that is that what it is

01:19:36 - 01:19:38 | Speaker 3:

And I definitely did some neck pain myself.

01:19:39 - 01:19:52 | Speaker 6:

I'm not going to lie to you, though. When Kev met me at my house to go to the party, he seemed like he was way into it. Like, he was, like, playing with his wig the entire time. I actually thought he was flirting with me. There was times where I thought he was.

01:19:52 - 01:20:05 | Speaker 4:

No, I think he was too. But, Sierra, question. Chin-length bob wig, would that cause neck pain? A bob? wig yeah chin link i don't know i think kev might be a little dramatic thank you listen dog

01:20:05 - 01:20:31 | Speaker 2:

sierra i'm telling you if you go from a taper to a chin lift bob wig it's a world of difference i think you was just whipping it a little bit too much you gotta calm it down a little bit i had to calm it down and look not to mention this i don't know if i don't know if it's like the word is synthetic or what kind of hair I had I couldn't even wear the headphones they were

01:20:31 - 01:20:46 | Speaker 1:

sliding off my head you gotta you gotta have in-ears like Megan has you gotta have the uh the in-ears all right mojo in the morning KP met a boy and the boy wants to go out with KP

01:20:46 - 01:21:27 | Speaker 5:

but listen to what the date is that he wants to do yeah he texted me and he said would you like to stain my deck today hey for a first date is this a first yes like we never even met before and i'm like i mean i i like doing that type of stuff so that could be fun oh he's legitimately wanting you to stain his deck i thought that was he was staining his deck and he wanted some assistance and i'm like okay and but i do feel like if it wasn't me that he was asking that he would not have gotten a date so we'd actually didn't end up going out but like hold on one

01:21:27 - 01:21:40 | Speaker 1:

second the guy asked you out on a date and the date that he wants to take you to or take you on is he wants you to come over to his house to stain his deck of his house i need a different type i

01:21:40 - 01:21:50 | Speaker 5:

like blue collar men i don't know what it is okay and that's the problem with the country boys you like they like to do you know housework as dates which is there something on your dating profile

01:21:50 - 01:21:54 | Speaker 4:

that says you like to DIY and do home projects because you do. I do. You do have that on there?

01:21:54 - 01:22:01 | Speaker 5:

But I don't think he recalled that. I think he literally just wanted me to help him stay. Oh, okay. I don't think he was trying to be cute or, you know, look at my interests.

01:22:01 - 01:22:33 | Speaker 1:

Okay, that's a good question. And we should ask this question because this is not just for guys asking women. I bet you there's some women that have asked guys, you know, hey, will you help me do this? Have you ever had a date that asked you to do, like, labor for them for a date? 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548 is our telephone number. And what was it that they asked you to do on the date? Was he going to take you out on a date prior to that? No. This was the actual first date that he was going to do?

01:22:33 - 01:22:49 | Speaker 5:

There was no talk about what we were actually going to do as the date, just texting, and then randomly he goes, come over and help me stay in my deck. I don't know if he was trying to be funny or maybe that was like a euphemism for something else. What a terrible idea. Chad, what's up?

01:22:50 - 01:22:55 | Speaker 4:

How you guys doing? I don't know if you sent any deck picks at all. Oh, Jesus. Come on now.

01:22:55 - 01:23:13 | Speaker 1:

Come on. There you go. Hey, what would you do, Chad, if you were meeting some girl and you were going to take her out and asked her, and she asked you, like, to move? Like, if she said, hey, I can't go out on Saturdays, I'm moving. Will you help me? Would you help her?

01:23:15 - 01:23:19 | Speaker 2:

Brand new, just meeting her? Yes. Zero? No, no way.

01:23:19 - 01:23:23 | Speaker 1:

How about if she was super hot? What if she was like total smoke show?

01:23:25 - 01:23:28 | Speaker 2:

Well, we'd all work it out then, yeah. What time I got to be there?

01:23:28 - 01:23:39 | Speaker 1:

I wonder how many guys with pickup trucks get asked all the time to do physical labor for people, including the girls that they're going to go out on dates with. What's up, Brittany? Hi.

01:23:40 - 01:23:47 | Speaker 3:

Hi. I think that KP's potential candidate actually just really wants free assistance or he's on house arrest.

01:23:47 - 01:23:50 | Speaker 1:

That's a great point

01:23:50 - 01:23:55 | Speaker 3:

He either wanted He wanted an easy date or he can't leave

01:23:55 - 01:24:00 | Speaker 1:

Would that not be amazing Rachel what's going on It's Mojo in the morning hi

01:24:00 - 01:24:30 | Speaker 4:

Well I'm kind of embarrassed about this But I am a single woman And I've been alone So I was putting together A big coffee table bench thing And I Couldn't do it So I went on Tinder And I found a guy And he thought he was going to get some But really he just came over And put my coffee table together That is so mean Terrible Did you give him anything

01:24:30 - 01:24:32 | Speaker 1:

Other than just something out of the refrigerator

01:24:32 - 01:24:39 | Speaker 4:

Um No really Yeah I gave him a beer and we chatted But yeah

01:24:39 - 01:24:40 | Speaker 1:

No kisses nothing

01:24:40 - 01:24:46 | Speaker 4:

No no And he never called me back. We never went out again.

01:24:46 - 01:24:49 | Speaker 1:

What's the app that you go on to to find somebody to do work for you?

01:24:49 - 01:24:52 | Speaker 4:

Fiverr or some kind of list. Well, no, Tinder.

01:24:52 - 01:25:00 | Speaker 1:

Tinder, she goes. Hey, Mike, what's happening? It's Mojo in the Morning. How are you? Hey, pretty good. How's it going, guys?

01:25:00 - 01:25:01 | Speaker 5:

First time long time. Hey there.

01:25:01 - 01:25:02 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, Mike's on the phone.

01:25:03 - 01:25:04 | Speaker 1:

What's going on, buddy?

01:25:05 - 01:25:17 | Speaker 4:

Oh, not too much. You know, I met this chick a few years back, and instead of going on a first date, you know, we got on the talk, and I mentioned to her that I did some plumbing work, and so she asked me if I'd come over and snake her pipes, and that's how we ended up getting together.

01:25:18 - 01:25:19 | Speaker 1:

Snake her pipes.

01:25:20 - 01:25:21 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

01:25:21 - 01:25:23 | Speaker 1:

By the way, all of these-

01:25:23 - 01:25:25 | Speaker 3:

That's such a gross job, too.

01:25:26 - 01:25:36 | Speaker 1:

Every one of these things is like the funniest euphemism ever. Did you get anything out of it other than just snaking her pipes?

01:25:37 - 01:25:49 | Speaker 4:

Oh, yeah. Well, that's where the first day began is we kind of, you know, after I helped her out with the plumbing work, she had some bedroom work that needed to be done. Ah, there you go. She's got more.

01:25:51 - 01:25:59 | Speaker 1:

Thank you for the call, buddy. I appreciate it. What's going on? Who is this? Hold on. I put two lines together. Jackie, are you there?

01:26:00 - 01:26:01 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah, I'm still here.

01:26:01 - 01:26:04 | Speaker 1:

Jackie has an explanation for this. What's the explanation?

01:26:05 - 01:26:20 | Speaker 2:

Well, you know how they talk about, there's that book, like, what's your love language when you do the test and everything? Yes. I think as a service, it's his love language. And he thought, like, he's just speaking his love language to her. He's like, come on over. Let's just hang out and do stuff together. And quality time, too, together.

01:26:20 - 01:26:29 | Speaker 1:

If you were KP, wouldn't you take that off of your dating profile immediately after having guys ask you for things like that? Bailey, what's up?

01:26:30 - 01:27:28 | Speaker 3:

hey so i'm just calling about the uh like the date yeah where someone made you do work so i um went on a date with this guy i didn't say what we were doing but he just said he'll pick me up and we'll find something to do so i dressed all cute and then he brings me to his farm and he's like oh i just have some stuff to do around the farm you can help me out so we were like feeding the cows and like shoveling all this hay and i had worn these cute white boots and they got completely destroyed with like are you kidding me so i was just like okay well definitely not uh because i'm like kp where i like the blue collar guys but i was like all right farm life is uh is not for me oh my god you know him for new boots yes i didn't know what we were doing and then we were just walking around the farm tarping things down and he had like chickens that had hatched so there was chicken poo everywhere and it was just like it was a matchup i would have so mad boots

01:27:28 - 01:27:56 | Speaker 1:

are more important yeah i i think that these guys but in these girls that are doing this stuff like that is genius though if they could get somebody that would be interested in it now you found yourself a keeper uh what's up charlie hi hey how's it going mojo i'm sorry that last caller's farm is still going what say that what's that what'd you say i said how's it going good morning good morning it's going good buddy hey charlie you had a girl that she asked you to do

01:27:56 - 01:28:22 | Speaker 5:

what for a first date uh to paint her room uh she actually picked me up at a bar um and then i went back to her house and we just kind of hung out and she fell she ended up passing out and i just hung out and stayed with her you know through the night and in the morning she asked me if i wanted to paint her room and what did you say to her uh well her room's painted

01:28:22 - 01:28:34 | Speaker 1:

did you get it did you get anything other than paint on your clothes um yeah a little later on

01:28:34 - 01:28:41 | Speaker 5:

down the road but uh it that that's done broke off now and i'm gonna tell you something if you're

01:28:41 - 01:28:51 | Speaker 1:

if you're a guy or a girl and somebody you know is nice enough to help you do some kind of a service like that that's a keeper that's somebody that you got to at least have around for

01:28:51 - 01:28:53 | Speaker 4:

a little bit yeah not

01:28:53 - 01:28:58 | Speaker 1:

that not that just doing that should get you anything but it probably should get you something right no no I

01:28:58 - 01:29:04 | Speaker 5:

wasn't expecting anything from it anybody can buy a person a meal

01:29:04 - 01:29:59 | Speaker 1:

not everybody can paint a room right Charlie right exactly All right. Thank you. Call Charlie. Appreciate you so much. All right. It is Mojo in the morning. Our second date update this morning is a little complicated because the people for second date update don't want to go on the air with us right now. By the way, that was a loud knock. That was her saying, nope, they're not going. That was the most vicious pounding I've ever seen in my life from the other room. I guess we're going to have to try to convince them for a second. So can I should i get into another topic then or something what's going on what's happening i thought that we had people for second date update uh that were ready to go on the air and then uh lydia said that the one person said that they did not want to go on the air unless their voice was disguised so i said okay it will voice disguise their uh their voice and then all of a sudden now the other

01:30:00 - 01:30:07 | Speaker 2:

person's kind of getting flaky all right that's how i go sometimes man well you know let's figure

01:30:07 - 01:30:57 | Speaker 1:

it out let's go come on let's make uh some stuff happen i'll do another topic i want to bring this up uh mojo in the morning show we had our halloween party on friday and everybody looked great i mean seriously i thought you guys all looked amazing i thought our listeners were spectacular i think out of any halloween party that we've ever had i think this one might have been one of the best ones we've ever done we did it at a place called eloise asylum which is literally one of the scariest haunts around but it's also an old mental hospital that is in the area here and the setting was perfectly done because we had a tent set up with the backdrop of this scary place in the background i'm not gonna lie to you driving through wayne was kind of scary for me at night i don't know i was a little scared weren't you guys i was like hold on a second i told mike the

01:30:57 - 01:31:23 | Speaker 2:

driver i said red lights are optional and wayne can i give a suggestion to eloise yeah instead of selling elephant ears they should sell zombie ears no really yeah i think that'd be fire that does not sound appetizing but it's like an elephant it would look good it looks zombie zombies who was the dude from walking dead that was there i don't know because can i tell you the greatest thing ever he looked i mean i know i know who he is but for the life of me why can't

01:31:23 - 01:32:56 | Speaker 1:

No, let me show you, I'm going to show you my, my text with Jacob, who Jacob and I watched the walking dead together as us of, you know, father, son. That was our, that was our bonding time. I sent him the picture from the, the walking dead. He goes, I said, remember this guy from the walking dead? And he goes, Nope. Cause I don't remember. I watched the walking dead all the way through and I don't remember that guy at all from the walking dead but um i uh they did have a bunch of people that were there they had like stars and stuff from different haunts and things there was something that happened though that i thought was pretty interesting and i wanted to bring this up as a uh a topic and i'm going to topic this halloween hell i witnessed a couple get into a fight because the guy was showing too much attention to a girl that was in another costume so he was showing too much attention to a girl to another girl and it ended up causing some issues so the the husband or the boyfriend or the husband was showing so much attention to a girl that was dressed up in this black uh witch costume with like these black tights she's in our pictures she's very sexy i actually danced with her on the dance floor did you notice that at all some of the people i was dancing with The husband or the boyfriend of the girl or the girl that was upset was dressed up as one of the convicts because there was a couple of convicts there.

01:32:56 - 01:32:58 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah. Yeah.

01:32:58 - 01:33:02 | Speaker 1:

Did you see when the Wayne County police came and arrested the convicts, which I thought was pretty funny?

01:33:02 - 01:33:03 | Speaker 2:

What? Where was I?

01:33:03 - 01:33:07 | Speaker 1:

It was it was you were I think you were back towards DJ whip.

01:33:08 - 01:33:08 | Speaker 2:

OK.

01:33:08 - 01:33:41 | Speaker 1:

And I think that it happened at the front of the stage. Here's the topic. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. One in three couples get into a big blowout fight on Halloween. What's the biggest fight that you ever got into on Halloween? And was it over flirting with somebody in another costume? Because people dress sexy on Halloween. Guys always look good. Girls always look good. I mean, it's pretty amazing.

01:33:41 - 01:33:43 | Speaker 2:

And there was a lot of good-looking people at that party, too.

01:33:43 - 01:33:43 | Speaker 1:

There were.

01:33:44 - 01:33:55 | Speaker 2:

A lot of sexy people at the party. The drinks are flowing. Let's be honest. It's dark in there, too. So people look better. There was a lot of body. There was a lot of body in there. A lot of body.

01:33:55 - 01:34:45 | Speaker 1:

Here's what I want to do. Lydia, don't call us. We'll call you. Here's the thing. No, because let me explain this. Let me explain this. Don't call us. We'll call you because I'm going to juggle a couple of topics. We've done this before, and it worked. I'm going to get to Second Date Update because I think we got these guys. Text us the fight that you got into on Halloween and what the fight was over. And then after we get done with Second Date Update, we'll come back to this. Okay? So think about this for a second. Text and just say Halloween fight and what the fight was over. Text 95500. And then Lydia will call you up after we get done with Second Date Update. Make sure you answer your phone. Don't call us. We'll call you and look for a call from Lydia then after we get done with second date update. Because this is just a cluster F this morning, okay? I told you, Mercury's in retrograde. Somebody needs to explain this.

01:34:46 - 01:34:47 | Speaker 2:

It's about to be daylight savings.

01:34:47 - 01:34:59 | Speaker 1:

If it's not Mercury in retrograde, it's called Mojo in the Morning Show is about to blow up. Here we go. It's the second date update on Mojo in the Morning. All right, second date update here on the Mojo in the Morning Show.

01:35:00 - 01:35:28 | Speaker 2:

so taylor is getting ghosted and the person that's ghosting them is too fearful to come onto the radio with us unless there's a voice disguise so we're going to agree to that just because otherwise we would have no second date up this morning but also i understand i get it you don't want to ruin your chances possibly forever dating ever again or possible work problems if you're not voices guys taylor hi how are you hi how first off how did you guys meet

01:35:28 - 01:35:37 | Speaker 5:

taylor um so we met on instagram we had some mutuals and uh yeah he split into my dms and we

01:35:37 - 01:35:44 | Speaker 2:

talked and yeah i thought we had good chemistry okay so you guys went out then what did you guys

01:35:44 - 01:35:54 | Speaker 5:

do yeah so we went to this bar and uh we ran into some of his friends we had a great time we played drinking games

01:35:54 - 01:35:57 | Speaker 2:

did you do flip cup? I love flip cup

01:35:57 - 01:35:59 | Speaker 5:

oh my gosh I rule at flip cup

01:35:59 - 01:36:02 | Speaker 2:

are you good? alright I'm not very good

01:36:02 - 01:36:14 | Speaker 5:

but yeah we had a great night and we even hooked up at the end of the night I stayed over all of these things sound good and I don't know why he ghosted me

01:36:14 - 01:36:24 | Speaker 2:

explain this to me when a guy hooks up with you and then doesn't call you back is it as brutal for you as a woman than it is as a guy?

01:36:24 - 01:36:25 | Unknown:

Yeah.

01:36:25 - 01:36:27 | Speaker 5:

Oh, yeah. Oh, my God, yes.

01:36:27 - 01:36:37 | Speaker 2:

So it's devastating. And honestly, I would rather them just say, you know what, I'm not as much interested anymore. Like, I'd rather them just verbally tell me that but then tell me that at least the sex was good. You know what I mean?

01:36:37 - 01:36:56 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. But my question is always, and if that's the case, like, how does it end in the morning? Do you say, hey, let's text and, like, figure out when we're going to hang out again or... Because he has to know at that point right that you're not it for him yeah what did he say unfortunately what did he say when he left

01:36:56 - 01:37:13 | Speaker 5:

nothing like it felt good he was really nice and we had coffee and then he left and i figured we were gonna talk again and hang out again and he never said anything okay all right i want to keep

01:37:13 - 01:37:46 | Speaker 2:

you right there because we're gonna talk to him we told him that we wouldn't use his name so please don't say his name we'll just call him initial p and we're going to voice disguise him p are you there yeah i'm here all right you're being voice disguised okay so i'm gonna i'm gonna change my music here and i'm gonna get you voice disguised p will you do me a favor will you say hello to taylor yeah hello taylor hey hi so um p first off why do you want to be voice disguised can you

01:37:46 - 01:37:53 | Speaker 1:

explain that or is it too incriminating i i mean i just i don't want to really be on the radio so

01:37:53 - 01:38:05 | Speaker 2:

this is the only way i would do it okay all right so you don't want to be on the radio but you are because we voice disguised you why are you why are you not getting back to taylor

01:38:05 - 01:38:40 | Speaker 1:

uh well you know she like she said she asked me for a second date over instagram i did see it But honestly, I'm just not a fan. You know, I'm not a fan. I just thought, we did go out, we played drinking games, but it wasn't just playing drinking games. It was more like she's challenging me to play a drinking game. It's just too much. Isn't that the point of a game? No, no, no, no. You don't understand. It was like a legit competitive challenge. Like, she straight up called me a pussy when I lost.

01:38:40 - 01:38:43 | Speaker 2:

wait is that why we're calling him pink

01:38:43 - 01:38:45 | Speaker 1:

keep listening to the story

01:38:45 - 01:38:48 | Speaker 2:

he lost and now he's upset

01:38:48 - 01:38:51 | Speaker 4:

I get where he's coming from

01:38:51 - 01:38:54 | Speaker 2:

stay right there Taylor what is going on Taylor

01:38:54 - 01:39:04 | Speaker 5:

I mean I'm competitive god and like he could have told me to tone it down if he wasn't happy but like we were just having fun

01:39:04 - 01:39:10 | Speaker 4:

were you though I mean we were there with all his

01:39:10 - 01:39:22 | Speaker 1:

Who acts like that on the first date? I just, like she said, we met on Instagram. We were talking. This is our first date. And literally, we chug a beer. I lose it. She goes, pussy.

01:39:25 - 01:39:30 | Speaker 2:

Taylor, Taylor, were you drunk, Taylor, or were you sober?

01:39:31 - 01:39:38 | Speaker 5:

I mean, I guess I, yeah, I had, like, at least three beers at that point. And so, yeah, I was drunk.

01:39:38 - 01:39:42 | Speaker 2:

Okay. All right. Hold on one second. Michelle wants to make a comment. What do you want to say, Michelle?

01:39:44 - 01:39:57 | Speaker 4:

I'm not buying that he was nervous and didn't want his voice on. I think that he's married and he doesn't want anyone that could recognize his voice to get back to his wife.

01:39:57 - 01:40:00 | Speaker 2:

I don't know about that. Well, I actually.

01:40:00 - 01:40:07 | Speaker 8:

had that same thought, Michelle. I don't know if he's married, but maybe in a relationship. The fact that he's not even using a name and he's using voice disguise is super shady to me.

01:40:07 - 01:40:13 | Speaker 2:

Hey, P, question for you, P. Michelle thinks that you got a relationship going on there and possibly married.

01:40:14 - 01:40:27 | Speaker 7:

Yeah, no, definitely not. I wish. But no, I just don't want my voice on the radio. I don't want people to hear me on the radio at work, ask what happened, ask what's going on, just ask me questions. I'm all set. Is it also... People ask to be

01:40:27 - 01:40:35 | Speaker 4:

voice disguised on the show all the time for reasons and we go, why were you voiceless guys for that? What's the big deal? That's pretty normal for us. He doesn't have a good reason.

01:40:35 - 01:40:43 | Speaker 2:

Could it also, though, be that he just got made fun of by this girl, by her doing that? Brett, what's your comment? What do you think, Brett? Second date update.

01:40:45 - 01:40:53 | Speaker 3:

To me, honestly, it sounds like a frat girl met someone that was rejected from a fraternity. It's kind of childish the way things are active.

01:40:54 - 01:40:57 | Speaker 2:

So do you think he should just put up with it and he should have just had fun with it?

01:40:58 - 01:41:01 | Speaker 3:

No, I think She should have just toned it down and read the room.

01:41:01 - 01:41:05 | Speaker 2:

Oh, really? Hold on. Tell her that. Taylor, did you hear what Brett just said?

01:41:06 - 01:41:16 | Speaker 4:

I don't agree. We were at a bar. Everybody was being loud. And, like, all of his guy friends were totally saying the same stuff I was.

01:41:16 - 01:41:20 | Speaker 3:

But you're there with him. You should have read the room with how he's reacting to how you are.

01:41:21 - 01:41:24 | Speaker 4:

It was the first night I met him. How am I supposed to read him?

01:41:25 - 01:41:26 | Speaker 2:

You heard his feelings.

01:41:26 - 01:41:28 | Speaker 3:

Facial reaction. Body language.

01:41:28 - 01:41:31 | Speaker 2:

Courtney what did you want to say Second date update

01:41:31 - 01:41:46 | Speaker 6:

Oh me Well I think Taylor sounds like She's way more fun I also think Whatever this guy's name is He sounds like he got his feelings hurt But not hurt so much that he couldn't

01:41:46 - 01:42:10 | Speaker 2:

He couldn't what's that Say that your phone That he couldn't have sex with her You're right Hey that's actually a really good point Well, I mean, he was already called, so we might as well. I mean, you really weren't that hurt that you would take her back and have sex with her. Are you there, P?

01:42:11 - 01:42:21 | Speaker 7:

Yeah, yeah, I'm here. I mean, yeah, like they said, we're already together. We're already there. He didn't already put the work in. Yeah, exactly. He already lost at the other games.

01:42:22 - 01:42:23 | Speaker 6:

You wanted to win.

01:42:23 - 01:42:30 | Speaker 7:

And my friends were already staring at me. you know like so it's just like all right i gotta make up for this somehow and you know

01:42:30 - 01:42:35 | Speaker 2:

i think the friends gave him too much crap afterwards and that's what probably bothered

01:42:35 - 01:42:53 | Speaker 5:

them tasia what's up hey uh i mean i'm competitive when it comes to games and stuff like so i totally get that part but i wouldn't have called him that particular name i might have been like oh you stuff we got to do better or something playfully but not as far as to say that particular word

01:42:53 - 01:42:57 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, Taylor, you might need to just pull it back just a little bit.

01:42:58 - 01:43:01 | Speaker 4:

I mean, he could have said, like, ew, don't call me that.

01:43:02 - 01:43:03 | Speaker 1:

Ew, don't call me that?

01:43:05 - 01:43:09 | Speaker 2:

01:44:43 - 01:45:00 | Speaker 8:

Well, Timothy Salome totally surprised fans by appearing at his own lookalike contest in New York City. Yesterday afternoon, he was surrounded by bodyguards as he took photos with his lookalikes, some of whom were dressed like in everyday attire, but others dressed as characters from his movies.

01:45:00 - 01:45:52 | Speaker 4:

like Wonka and Dune, some of these guys, I mean, really looked just like him. It was nuts. But the organizers ended up being given a $500 fine for holding an unpermitted costume contest in Washington Park. I think the prize was only like 50 bucks or something, but there were so many people there. Somebody got arrested, I saw, for getting unruly over this costume contest or over this lookalike contest. My favorite was that they had one of those giant checks for $50. Yeah. It was so dumb. Hulk Hogan, Dr. Phil, UFC CEO Dana White and Elon Musk speaking in support of Donald Trump at a rally yesterday at New York's Madison Square Garden in front of about 20,000 attendees. The former president also appearing over the weekend as a guest on a three hour Joe Rogan podcast.

01:45:53 - 01:46:05 | Speaker 1:

So I always got more publicity than other people. And I didn't. It wasn't like I was trying. In fact, I don't know exactly why. Maybe you can tell me why. Oh, I can definitely tell you. You said a lot of wild s**t.

01:46:05 - 01:46:14 | Speaker 4:

In the meantime, Vice President Kamala Harris had Beyonce speaking on her behalf and endorsing her in Houston.

01:46:15 - 01:46:29 | Speaker 2:

I'm not here as a celebrity. I'm not here as a politician. I'm here as a mother. A mother who cares deeply about the world My children and all of our children

01:46:29 - 01:46:34 | Speaker 4:

She did not perform In case you were wondering A lot of people were thinking she was going to

01:46:34 - 01:46:42 | Speaker 3:

I thought she was And then I saw that people were upset Thinking that she was going to perform Some of the people that were there That were upset that she didn't perform And just came up on stage

01:46:42 - 01:46:44 | Speaker 4:

There was never any announcement That she was going to

01:46:44 - 01:47:09 | Speaker 3:

I think sometimes when you see This celebrity is going to be there And they said it so far ahead of time And Beyonce is going to be you're thinking to yourself that you're going to at least get something out of it. Because remember, that happened the last time, too. Did that happen? Was it with her or was it with Biden back in 2020? Same thing where Beyonce was there and people, they did not perform. And people got all upset, got upset about that.

01:47:10 - 01:47:18 | Speaker 4:

Taylor Swift performed in New Orleans Saturday night and brought Sabrina Carpenter out on stage. They did a mashup of three of their songs for the crowd.

01:47:19 - 01:47:30 | Speaker 3:

All right. Hold on. You got me thrown off here. You gave me two separate things here. Where am I playing here? What am I playing? Taylor and Sabrina. Taylor and Sabrina. Oh, my God.

01:47:31 - 01:47:34 | Speaker 2:

That is thinking about me and I know it.

01:47:34 - 01:47:35 | Speaker 3:

Look at that.

01:47:36 - 01:47:40 | Speaker 4:

So you can't see me, I know it's not easy.

01:47:40 - 01:47:42 | Speaker 3:

It sounds terrible. You know why?

01:47:42 - 01:48:07 | Speaker 4:

Taylor's mic was so much louder than Sabrina's. Like, they did not level it out well at all. So, like, Sabrina at one point is screaming into the microphone. It was weird. Yeah. And lastly, any guesses on what the most popular song to be played at a wedding is? Not necessarily first dance, just most popular song to appear on a wedding playlist for DJs. I've got the answer.

01:48:07 - 01:48:14 | Speaker 3:

Because I knew the answer right away, and then I just looked at the cheat sheet. Yeah. I'm not going to guess. Go ahead. I'm going to go Jagged Edge, Let's Get Married. Remake.

01:48:14 - 01:48:19 | Speaker 4:

No, but good guess. I was going to say that Bruno Mars. Is it a beautiful night? No, no.

01:48:20 - 01:48:22 | Speaker 3:

Can I give the answer? I knew it right away.

01:48:22 - 01:48:24 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, it's one that I usually...

01:48:24 - 01:48:27 | Speaker 3:

It's Whitney Houston. I want to dance with somebody.

01:48:29 - 01:49:01 | Speaker 4:

Yep. So basically, the company behind this survey went through a bunch of Spotify, iHeartRadio, all of the different music app playlists that had keyword wedding in them. And this came up in like... 90% of them are something crazy. This song, Dancing Queen from ABBA, was ranked in second. Coming in at number three. A shirt.

01:49:04 - 01:49:08 | Speaker 2:

This is shocking. Yeah. This one is the shocking one.

01:49:09 - 01:49:12 | Speaker 3:

Oh, that's a good party song. It gets everybody on the dance floor. Yeah.

01:49:12 - 01:49:12 | Speaker 4:

Look at Lydia.

01:49:13 - 01:49:13 | Speaker 3:

By the way.

01:49:14 - 01:49:15 | Speaker 4:

We need a song Lydia request.

01:49:15 - 01:49:17 | Speaker 3:

Could we get DJ Whip to do more of our parties?

01:49:17 - 01:49:18 | Speaker 4:

Yo, he was fired.

01:49:18 - 01:49:32 | Speaker 3:

DJ Whip was so good. Yeah, he killed you. On Saturday night or Friday night at the party that we had. And I have not seen Whip in forever. And I think that was a hire by Amy Spencer and those guys. They hired Whip.

01:49:32 - 01:49:48 | Speaker 4:

By the way, he was wearing those creepy contacts. Yeah. Oh, my God. Every time I looked at him. And I love him because it did not fit the vibe. And he still played Chapel Road for me. And he made it work. And I love him. Hey, for all of today's dirty, catch up on the podcast. by checking out the free iHeartRadio app or MojoInTheMorning.com.

Represent, right there. Thank you for listening to the show. Appreciate you.

01:50:52 - 01:50:53 | Unknown:

We appreciate you.

01:50:53 - 01:51:13 | Speaker 1:

All right, hold on one second. It's a wild statistic. one in three people one in three people have gotten into a fight a big blowout fight at a Halloween party and one of the biggest reasons giving too much attention to another costume I got some good calls here

01:51:13 - 01:51:18 | Speaker 4:

Mojo in the morning

01:51:18 - 01:51:23 | Speaker 1:

Deanna did you get into a big blowout fight at a Halloween party

01:51:23 - 01:51:31 | Speaker 4:

Dina And I want to say, first time caller, long time. Hey there. Yeah, Dina's on a phone.

01:51:32 - 01:51:33 | Speaker 1:

What's going on?

01:51:34 - 01:51:55 | Speaker 4:

Last year, this is crazy. I was with my four sisters, and we were all dressed up in princess costumes. And there was alcohol involved and a little misunderstanding. standing and my wig got ripped off and all of our sisters got in a huge fight in front of the

01:51:55 - 01:52:09 | Speaker 1:

masonic temple it sounds to me like uh you guys it's like a movie scene made it a miserable evening though did you guys did you guys pull off costumes and everything was it that bad of a fight

01:52:09 - 01:52:29 | Speaker 4:

yeah it was bad i left with no wig another sister left with some of her extensions ripped out I got your ass beat. Ripped chin open and had to go to the hospital. Who the hell was your fight, Avengers? What's going on? I would be so mad if my extensions were ripped out. She ain't got split.

01:52:29 - 01:52:33 | Speaker 1:

Why did we not hear from you before our Halloween party? We should have invited you guys back for a redo.

01:52:35 - 01:52:38 | Speaker 4:

We would have had a blast. We would have just came in matching costumes.

01:52:39 - 01:52:42 | Speaker 1:

Did you guys make up by Thanksgiving or Christmas?

01:52:43 - 01:52:47 | Speaker 4:

We kind of did, and we kind of didn't. but we're all good now.

01:52:47 - 01:53:00 | Speaker 1:

I love it. You and your sisters, of all people. Usually it's complete strangers you get into trouble with or your relationship. Mike, yours was a girl. Did you get in trouble by a girl that you were dating?

01:53:01 - 01:53:49 | Speaker 2:

No. So I was in college, and I was dressed in a bunny costume, you know, just trying to be fun, having fun with my friends. And, you know, there's a Playboy. There's Playboy bunnies everywhere. and I talked to this girl and I was hitting on her and all of a sudden about six, seven guys didn't really like that I was hitting on this girl and there's a big commotion right on the main street and I was just like, oh no, I'm dressed in a bunny costume. I'm going to get my ears snatched off. Wait. It's not going to be good. I'm going to lose my cotton tail. Was there a boyfriend involved or who was behind the people walking towards you? I'm guessing. It was right in front of a frat So I'm guessing it's probably just the boyfriend and all their friends. Oh, God. And that first time, long time. Hey, buddy. You poor little bunny.

01:53:50 - 01:53:54 | Speaker 1:

I think that the problems with these fights on Halloween is alcohol. Don't you think?

01:53:54 - 01:53:55 | Speaker 4:

Oh, absolutely.

01:53:56 - 01:54:09 | Speaker 1:

Alcohol makes everybody go crazy. Avery, you there? Yeah, I'm here. Hi, Avery. We're talking about the big blowout fight on Halloween. I witnessed a couple get into a fight at our party on Friday. What's up?

01:54:09 - 01:54:36 | Speaker 3:

yeah so i was i had to call um call in so my ex told me that i i was not allowed to go out with some of my friends even though she was like she was working um she works at a she's a stripper so she wore her costume to her job and was showing off her costume to everybody but told me i was like yeah i had to stay in because she couldn't go out with me you're kidding me so you guys got

01:54:36 - 01:54:37 | Speaker 1:

into a fight over that.

01:54:37 - 01:54:39 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, we got in a fight over that.

01:54:39 - 01:54:43 | Speaker 1:

She made you stay in while she was going to the strip club dressed. What kind of costume was she wearing?

01:54:45 - 01:54:46 | Speaker 3:

I think she was a construction worker.

01:54:48 - 01:54:58 | Speaker 1:

I don't know if any guys at a strip club want to see a stripper dressed up as a construction worker. You don't think so? I don't know. It doesn't seem sexy to me. They can make any costume sexy.

01:55:00 - 01:55:05 | Speaker 2:

A little denim shorts on. Probably had the construction hat with the little vest. She was probably cold. What's her stripper name?

01:55:09 - 01:55:12 | Speaker 1:

I can't say. I can't say because she'll probably get mad. Come on.

01:55:12 - 01:55:21 | Speaker 2:

It can't be that unique. Come on. No, is it? Let's just say it was Brit. Brit. All right. Yeah. And we can't say what strip club, right?

01:55:23 - 01:55:26 | Speaker 1:

Local one in Detroit. I can just say that.

01:55:26 - 01:55:36 | Speaker 2:

Okay. All right. Well, shout out to Brit then. Britt, shout out to you from Avery. Would you like a request and dedication to her, T-Pain, in love with a stripper?

01:55:38 - 01:55:42 | Speaker 1:

No. No. I get so much crap for it already.

01:55:42 - 01:55:45 | Speaker 2:

Do you really? Is it tough dating a stripper? I would have a hard time dating a stripper.

01:55:46 - 01:55:54 | Speaker 1:

It wasn't too bad. It was just like I felt like I was dating the only insecure one ever. Oh, wow. Yeah.

01:55:55 - 01:56:35 | Speaker 2:

I'd be the insecure one. Knowing my girls going out every single night and getting money from dudes for being naked? Yeah. I don't mind. I didn't mind. It didn't bother you at all. Would she dance for you at home? No. She's probably tired. She was tired. Feet probably terrible. But I would be like dating a chef. Like if you're dating a chef and you come home and she doesn't cook for you? Or he doesn't cook for you? What's the point? Right? Or a stripper? Thanks. Okay. Chelsea, I go home and Chelsea wants me to play music all day. She goes, hey, will you announce me walking into the room? I'm like, oh, God, I was talking all morning. Why do I got to talk now? Real quick, I got to...

01:56:35 - 01:56:36 | Speaker 1:

One second, Mojo, please.

01:56:37 - 01:56:37 | Speaker 2:

Say that again?

01:56:38 - 01:56:39 | Speaker 1:

Can you pick up line one, please?

01:56:39 - 01:56:45 | Speaker 2:

Pick up line one. Okay, hold on. I was going to try to take a break. I have got to go to the bathroom so bad.

01:56:45 - 01:56:50 | Speaker 1:

Dave, Dave, I mean, it's so old. I'm sweating. I know. Alicia, you there?

01:56:51 - 01:56:56 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I'm here, Mojo. Hey, Alicia, what's up? We're talking about having a big blowout fight at a Halloween party.

01:56:57 - 01:57:03 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. Was it the bee with the stinger and the bear fighting in the parking lot? I don't want to talk about it.

01:57:03 - 01:57:07 | Speaker 2:

You saw that one, too. That one was a bad one. I promised them I wouldn't talk about it, but you can. Go ahead.

01:57:08 - 01:57:25 | Speaker 1:

Oh, that was me and my old man. Alicia, what were you guys fighting over? Well, because I brought some singles with us, and I wanted to go. I was getting other girls' attention for these singles, so my man would come hang out with me, and he was too interested looking at what was going on.

01:57:25 - 01:57:29 | Speaker 2:

I promised I wasn't going to mention him on the radio here. You're doing it.

01:57:30 - 01:57:32 | Speaker 1:

It's all good. He don't even care.

01:57:33 - 01:57:46 | Speaker 2:

By the way, you are beautiful, but any time that you bring money to get other girls' attention in your relationship, that's like asking for a third to come in your relationship. You're bound to screw it up.

01:57:47 - 01:57:52 | Speaker 1:

Well, no, I was getting their attention, so he would hang out with me and his single buddies would go hang out with them.

01:57:52 - 01:57:57 | Speaker 2:

Okay. But then the problem was he was hanging out with them.

01:57:57 - 01:57:58 | Speaker 1:

Where was my money?

01:57:59 - 01:58:00 | Speaker 2:

A stinger came up.

01:58:00 - 01:58:00 | Speaker 3:

A stinger was out.

01:58:00 - 01:58:01 | Speaker 2:

That was for him.

01:58:01 - 01:58:01 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

01:58:02 - 01:58:06 | Speaker 3:

Did you have fun? Megan wants to fight you, by the way, because she said she didn't get any money. Oh.

01:58:07 - 01:58:07 | Unknown:

Help me.

01:58:08 - 01:58:28 | Speaker 2:

We love you. Take care of yourself. Thanks for coming to our party. All right. It's Mojo in the morning show. Wes, by the way, was at the Halloween party this weekend. and I looked up at this part, this next topic, he's not getting kicked out of bed because of something he did at the Halloween party, is he? No. Doesn't deal with that last topic that we just had?

01:58:28 - 01:58:31 | Speaker 3:

I know. To make sure. Although I hated his costume.

01:58:31 - 01:58:32 | Speaker 2:

Why?

01:58:32 - 01:58:53 | Speaker 3:

Because he was Michael Myers and he, like it was a last minute costume, but he had that mask to terrify me all flipping weekend and he already scares the heck out of me. Like he likes scaring me because I'm such a jumpy person and that just makes it 10 times worse. I just, I need to get it and hide it.

01:58:53 - 01:59:03 | Speaker 2:

All right, Mojo in the Morning show. Mojo in the Morning, 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Wes was kicked out of the bed by Shannon this weekend and what was the reason why?

01:59:03 - 02:00:00 | Speaker 3:

Okay, so let me explain this first. Before Wes moved in after we got married and he moved in like in the middle of the summer, I probably had my little ones, Lucy and Smith, sleep in my bed, I would say like half the week that they're with me. they're with me one week then their dad then me then their dad that's how we do our our time our parenting time okay it was a bad habit I started a few years ago and we all just loved snuggling together even though I get zero sleep when they're in bed with me because they sleep crisscrossed so they make like a big x in the bed and I have to find my find my way of like where to sleep well fast forward to present day and the kids are constantly asking me is Mr. West spending the night tonight mom and i'm like you guys he lives here now this is his house this is his bed like they they think that they're gonna get an answer that's different one time right um but the other night we went to greenfield village we did the whole halloween at greenfield village thing which

02:00:00 - 02:00:32 | Speaker 1:

which is so spectacular if you've ever been. Great pictures, by the way. Thank you. But the whole night, they begged and begged and begged to sleep in my bed. And I'll be honest, I kind of wanted them. I wanted to snuggle with them as well. And so we booted Wes to his daughter's room. She was not with us that particular night. And we were like, yeah, we're going to stay up and watch YouTube. You have to go sleep across the hall. And the funny part is he woke up in the morning. He's like, that was the best sleep I've gotten since I've done that.

02:00:32 - 02:00:35 | Speaker 2:

Great. Does he not like your mattress, or what's the story?

02:00:35 - 02:00:42 | Speaker 1:

No, because I sweat through my clothes, and it's 65 degrees in our room.

02:00:42 - 02:00:43 | Speaker 2:

He thinks it's too cold?

02:00:43 - 02:00:54 | Speaker 1:

It's too cold. I am a furnace to sleep next to, and he's like, I just don't sleep well next to you, so he slept great, but he's like, we are not making a habit of this, obviously.

02:00:55 - 02:01:12 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, the kid's coming back into the bedroom, which is funny, because I used to love when the kids would come into the bedroom with us. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Can we say, aside from snoring, why did you get kicked out of the bedroom? Because everybody's going to say snoring. I know that's going to be the thing.

02:01:12 - 02:01:14 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, like why are you not sleeping in your own bed?

02:01:14 - 02:01:49 | Speaker 2:

Quick question for you, because I've often wondered this. When you are in a blended family, as you like to call it, which I think is at the modern day term of the Brady Bunch or whatever it is. heard right um when you're in a blended family and i see first off i see how great wes is with the kids i the guy is spectacular like he is i have i have never in actually you're very very good uh you're a spectacular stepmother too to to his kids um but i'm assuming his kids aren't

02:01:49 - 02:01:53 | Speaker 1:

sleeping in bed with him probably right no they're they don't yeah they don't want to sleep

02:01:53 - 02:02:04 | Speaker 2:

is it weird has it ever been that all of like uh the littles have ever uh um sometimes sometimes

02:02:04 - 02:02:09 | Speaker 1:

samantha who's a sophomore she'll pile into bed with lucy and smith if they're in lucy's bed no i

02:02:09 - 02:02:15 | Speaker 2:

mean in your bed with you guys is it just because it's is still so fresh and so new and stuff like

02:02:15 - 02:02:19 | Speaker 1:

that or what no i just think they're like teenagers no no i'm not talking about them i'm talking about

02:02:19 - 02:02:41 | Speaker 2:

your kids so your kids with wes and you in the bed like why could they not like you know i mean like like i like i feel dumb who are you talking about so luke used to luke and jacob and joe all of them used to crawl in bed with chelsea and i yeah and i'm sure that when you were married to your your first husband i'm sure that the kids would crawl in bed with you guys too but does

02:02:41 - 02:03:06 | Speaker 1:

do the kids ever crawl in bed with you and wes at all oh yeah oh they do okay yeah uh smith is he will still wake up sometimes in the middle of the night and if I'm not there he'll crawl in bed with Wes if I'm already here at work. Yeah, they'll do that sometimes. Sometimes we'll wake up and it's me and Wes and Smith because he came in in the middle of the night and he doesn't even ask. He just plops in.

02:03:06 - 02:03:10 | Speaker 2:

And just goes in the bed. I loved when the kids would crawl in bed with us.

02:03:10 - 02:03:30 | Speaker 1:

I love it so much and I know that it's, especially I look at with Lucy, she's 10 and a half going on 18 and I'm like, I am, I am soaking in every moment that she wants to lay in bed with me and snuggle with me because it's not going to happen. I mean, I told her, I'm like, when you're, when you come home from college, you're going to be sleeping with me. Like, I love it.

02:03:30 - 02:05:15 | Speaker 2:

You know, it breaks my heart and I get it at a certain age. It breaks my heart. Like Luke, our youngest is in college. It breaks my heart that he turns away from my kisses now. Like he doesn't. Yeah. He's not a, like, I, like, I love, like I kissed my dad till the day that my dad you know died at 60 years old but he doesn't uh uh he when i go to kiss him like he'll he'll turn his head he wants me to kiss him you know uh you know basically on his neck or something like that or whatever it is like he kind of turns that feels more where are you trying to kiss him i'm trying to give him a kiss on his cheek or or honestly uh i kiss him on his lips you kiss him on his lips i kiss my kids on the lips why what's wrong i mean your kid's still a little younger luke grown his heel he got a mustache you trying to bump lips i love i love kissing my kids i love that's cool not on the lips though you gotta stop what tom brady does it what's wrong with it i'll make it okay yes it does tom brady tom brady's the goat he can get away with anything he wants to don't do that no more i love my kids i love you can still love them without kissing them i used to kiss my dad like i said till the day he died and i will tell you this if my dad was here right now i'd kiss him and how old were you when your father passed uh i was uh i don't know he was 60 years old and i think i died he died like 14 15 years ago i was probably uh 40s and you still kiss him on his lips i kissed my dad yes i think it's a cultural thing my dad was cuban my dad seriously my dad would always my dad would always you know he'd say he never called me tom he called me tom Tom and he would say Tom come on here and I would I would give him kisses and stuff and my kids would give him kisses he would give birdie kisses he would do this thing where he'd go like that and we'd like it would like do it forever I love you dad we can make fun of my dead dad for thanks

02:05:15 - 02:05:23 | Speaker 4:

I hope you feel bad don't do it you are crazy you are a terrible party I'm calling your mom wow

02:05:23 - 02:05:28 | Speaker 2:

you don't love your parents huh hey Kirsten what's going on

02:05:28 - 02:05:29 | Speaker 5:

hey guys

02:05:29 - 02:05:34 | Speaker 2:

hi why why did uh why did they get kicked out of bed or why are you not sleeping in the bed

02:05:34 - 02:06:10 | Speaker 5:

um i kicked my friend out of bed whenever my daughter's home when she's not at her dad who'd you kick out of bed my my boyfriend oh why is that um when my daughter stays with me which is part of where we share i share part-time like shannon does they're with me half the time and with their dad half the time when they're with me my daughter sleeps in bed with me and i kick my boyfriend to the couch poor guy huh does he does he mind uh no he does not mind no we have a pretty big comfy couch so it's not much of a deal i i hope that it doesn't cause resentment though

02:06:10 - 02:06:15 | Speaker 2:

sometimes that could cause resentment like hey put the kid in their own bed but no he's happy

02:06:15 - 02:06:21 | Speaker 5:

to let her be happy with mom so it's really not a big deal he sometimes he feels a type of way but

02:06:21 - 02:06:28 | Speaker 2:

not usually yeah thank you for the call appreciate it what's up autumn hi hey what's up so we were

02:06:28 - 02:06:35 | Speaker 5:

actually at the halloween party you might recognize uh asuna and kakashi i remember you yes

02:06:35 - 02:06:50 | Speaker 3:

hey kev what was the costumes bro costume from a new anime called naruto oh were you in the blow up? No, no, no. No. What's Garuda? It's like anime. It's a pretty popular. Manga. Oh, really? I don't

02:06:50 - 02:06:54 | Speaker 2:

know what it is. Were you sexy or not sexy? Because if you were sexy, I noticed

02:06:54 - 02:06:56 | Speaker 3:

you. Nah.

02:06:56 - 02:06:58 | Speaker 5:

Nah. You can say it. You were

02:06:58 - 02:07:00 | Speaker 2:

sexy. What's going on? Oh, thanks,

02:07:00 - 02:07:14 | Speaker 5:

Kevin. So, my partner rolls around a lot in bed, and when he rolls, he takes his pillow with him, and one night, he rolled over on top of my face with his pillow

02:07:14 - 02:07:25 | Speaker 4:

and almost smothered me. Oh, my God. I would not want him to sleep with me ever after that. He got kicked out after that. I was trying to sleep.

02:07:25 - 02:07:38 | Speaker 2:

That's crazy. I often wondered if I rolled over on Chelsea, would I kill her? That would be amazing. Jen wants to make a comment. What's up, Jen?

02:07:40 - 02:07:45 | Speaker 5:

First of all, Kev, why are you being so weird about kissing your parents on the lip? Get him.

02:07:45 - 02:07:47 | Speaker 3:

I think it's, are you a lip kisser?

02:07:47 - 02:08:02 | Speaker 5:

I'm a parent and I'm 40 and I kiss my children on their lips and I kiss my mother on her lips. And if my father was still alive, I would kiss him too. Like, yeah. I'm on a hurt dead dad too.

02:08:02 - 02:08:05 | Speaker 3:

Let's address you. How old are your children?

02:08:07 - 02:08:08 | Speaker 5:

Six and 12.

02:08:08 - 02:08:14 | Speaker 3:

Okay. I feel like that's okay. Once they reach a certain point in life, you need to stop kissing them on their lips. What is that point?

02:08:14 - 02:08:20 | Speaker 5:

If they want me to, I will, obviously, because I will respect them. But I still kiss my mother on her lips.

02:08:21 - 02:08:29 | Speaker 3:

I mean, I'm not trying to talk about the OGs. Your dad passed away. I'm not trying to be insensitive. But I'm just not about to be out here doing that. And I think Mojo should stop.

02:08:29 - 02:08:32 | Speaker 4:

I don't want to, but I don't think it's weird.

02:08:32 - 02:08:37 | Speaker 2:

It's Parents Weekend this weekend. I'm going to be kissing his ass nonstop.

02:08:38 - 02:08:38 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God.

02:08:39 - 02:08:41 | Speaker 2:

What's going on, Candy? Hi.

02:08:42 - 02:09:05 | Speaker 5:

I say keep kissing your kids. Mine are 26 and 28. I kiss them. Sometimes I get a cheek. If it's the lips, it's the lips. I kiss my parents on the lips. My son slept in our bed, and he'd sneak in in the middle of the night, like, up until he was 10. And the relationship with our kids keeps growing. Poor Josiah.

02:09:05 - 02:09:10 | Speaker 2:

His dad's going to disown him at a certain age. No, don't do that.

02:09:10 - 02:09:13 | Speaker 4:

Love your kids. Listen. Kiss them all over the place.

02:09:13 - 02:09:18 | Speaker 3:

Look, I love Joe. I kiss him on the forehead, kiss him on the cheek, but I'm not going to his lips.

02:09:20 - 02:09:28 | Speaker 4:

I just, wherever I hit, I hit. But I just want you guys to know, I love you guys. We love you. We love you, too.

02:09:28 - 02:09:31 | Speaker 2:

Thank you. I love you. What's up, Mitchell?

02:09:32 - 02:10:15 | Speaker 1:

Good morning, Mojo. Hi, CNN. Hi, Mitchell. I love you. Hi. I love you, too. How are you? I'm good. Mojo, I'm going to tell you something. Unfortunately, my dad passed away 10 years ago. And as your son gets older, he'll realize how close your relationship is. And he will go back to giving you kisses. I remember going through a phase with my parents as I was growing up. And before I came out of the closet and all that stuff, oh, no, I don't want to be seen with my parents. And as I got older, the relationship I created with my parents, they're my best friends. There's nobody I would rather be with than having them in my life and giving them kisses. I'm 48 now. I still give my mother a kiss on the lips. And if my dad was still here, he'd get the same.

02:10:16 - 02:10:20 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I love that. First off, you're an awesome son. That's incredible.

02:10:21 - 02:10:29 | Speaker 1:

Thank you very much. Kevin thinks you're weird, but that's okay. It'll go back. Yeah, Kev, that's okay. Kev's a good guy. He'll learn

02:10:30 - 02:10:34 | Speaker 3:

I'm going to kiss him on the lips just right now just so he can see how great it is to kiss me on the lips.

02:10:34 - 02:10:35 | Speaker 1:

I'm the weird one.

02:10:35 - 02:10:39 | Speaker 3:

Okay. Hold on. Donya agrees with you. Donya?

02:10:40 - 02:10:40 | Unknown:

Yeah.

02:10:41 - 02:10:58 | Speaker 2:

I'm still with Kevin right now because when I was younger, my parents told me to never kiss anyone unless it's like the south, on the lips at least. Like, I'll kiss them now on the cheeks, on the forehead. In my culture, we kiss them on their hands, like my parents, as out of sign of respect, but never the lips.

02:10:58 - 02:11:02 | Speaker 3:

Come on now. Preach. look at these lips why would you

02:11:02 - 02:11:07 | Speaker 2:

you can kiss all my ass okay

02:11:07 - 02:11:11 | Speaker 3:

kissing on the lips is crazy for your family

02:11:11 - 02:11:19 | Speaker 5:

by the way some of you need to watch what you type

02:11:19 - 02:11:22 | Speaker 3:

with some craziest texts no we can't

02:11:22 - 02:11:41 | Speaker 5:

I'll paraphrase I don't kiss my children on the lips due to the fact that my husband's goes in my on a regular basis and I think that's weird but maybe that's just me but I edited the you need to not type there's a lot of texts like that

02:11:41 - 02:11:55 | Speaker 3:

you're a dirty girl don't y'all brush your teeth it's mojo in the morning Megan met somebody but then missed out an opportunity this is like one of those missed connections

02:11:55 - 02:12:55 | Speaker 5:

I know I need a what was it craigslist that used to do that is that still a thing i think so i think there's still misconnections there uh are you looking oh no um i met somebody at our party and i'm so upset because it was obviously a halloween party i wasn't i never learned his name i was only calling him by his costumes name and at the end of the evening we were talking for quite a while and he took a picture of me because he is like a street photographer and he was telling me about it which by the way took a photo of me after I poked myself in the eye with my own wings so I'm like wincing at this I know it's not cute can't wait to see it if I could ever find it because before he left he handed me his card and he said follow me on Instagram I'll post that photo and I lost the card I do not have his business card I do not know his name I don't know anything and I cannot find him because how am I supposed to googling his Halloween costume?

02:12:55 - 02:13:24 | Speaker 4:

No, but can we say what he was? Absolutely. I talked to him for a long time at the end of the night and he has the best personality. The best! He was the only person at the party dressed like that. Yes. So he knows who he is and he has to be a listener because he won his way into the party. I think his friend won his way into the party. Okay, well his friend knows who he is. Right. So text us or call us immediately. Please. Which guy is this? Who was this? He was Steve Aoki at the party. Oh my god, that guy was Steve He looked just like Steve Aoki. He had the cupcakes.

02:13:24 - 02:13:27 | Speaker 3:

And I ate one. I asked him if there was drugs in it. He said it wasn't.

02:13:27 - 02:13:34 | Speaker 4:

No, he talked to me about how he 3D printed all of those little things on top of the cupcakes. Yes.

02:13:34 - 02:13:38 | Speaker 3:

So you want Steve Aoki? Yes. Okay. Is that your type of a guy?

02:13:40 - 02:13:43 | Speaker 5:

Well, you know, the guy I have a marriage contract with.

02:13:43 - 02:14:00 | Speaker 4:

I would say no looks-wise, but personality-wise, 100%. Let me tell you. Yes, looks, and yes, personality. Well, no, I'm saying he was good looking. I'm just saying, like, you have always talked about how you like lumberjack looking guys and that wasn't him. For sure, for sure, for sure. But his personality was spot on.

02:14:00 - 02:14:01 | Speaker 5:

Your homegirl has more than one type.

02:14:02 - 02:14:02 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

02:14:02 - 02:14:30 | Speaker 3:

So Steve Aoki, are you there, Steve Aoki, or the guy that was dressed as Steve Aoki? That's the problem with Halloween. Has anybody ever had this happen to them, like it happened to Megan, where you guys meet each other and you only know them? Let's do this. Who did you meet at the party? Like, did you hook up with Batman? Did you hook up with Lord Farquaad? And do you make them keep the costume on? It's not like you have to.

02:14:30 - 02:14:38 | Speaker 5:

But then how do you figure out their name? Because maybe you wake up the next morning next to that person. You don't know their name. You don't have them on social media. What do you do?

02:14:39 - 02:14:57 | Speaker 3:

We need Steve Aoki to call in. But we also need you to call us up at 844-MOJO-LIVE. and tell us 844-665-6548 who was it that you met at the party and did you have an issue with the fact that the next morning you didn't know

02:14:57 - 02:14:59 | Speaker 4:

you don't want to do the topic

02:15:00 - 02:15:11 | Speaker 1:

No, because I want to leave the phone lines open for Steve Aoki to call us. I want this so bad for her. Okay, call us for the topic. Steve Aoki, text us. 9-5-5-0-0, please.

02:15:11 - 02:15:16 | Speaker 3:

I'm Steve Aoki, and I listen to Mojo in the Morning because of Megan.

02:15:17 - 02:15:26 | Speaker 1:

I knew I should have followed him right away, and I threw it in my bag, and I was like, I'll follow him later, or I'll follow him tomorrow, and I cannot find it anywhere.

02:15:26 - 02:15:42 | Speaker 3:

Have you searched the hashtag, like Mojo in the Morning Party or Halloween Party? Maybe that's the way you could do it. Do you think the guy, how about look at his picture, put his picture in Google. Maybe it will come up. Do we post the Have You Seen This Man on our profile?

02:15:43 - 02:15:43 | Unknown:

Yes.

02:15:43 - 02:15:46 | Speaker 1:

Yes. With a missing post or wanted. Wanted.

02:15:47 - 02:16:00 | Speaker 3:

Do you know what's, wouldn't it be funny if the real Steve Aoki calls us because he thinks it's him? do you know what's weird is people that give out business cards when they're trying to date like if they're out like at a happy hour and they'll say well here call me it's my business card

02:16:00 - 02:16:07 | Speaker 1:

business card seems so old school i'm 95 percent sure it went to his instagram it did hey what's

02:16:07 - 02:16:12 | Speaker 2:

up uh jason how you doing good good how's it going mojo it's going good and you're not steve

02:16:12 - 02:16:26 | Speaker 3:

aoki are you no i'm not i'm not okay all right we're talking about when you when you meet somebody on halloween and you all you know them by is their costume well i mean it was me uh so i was dressed

02:16:26 - 02:16:48 | Speaker 2:

as lil wayne and i had marker tattoos all over my face and my body and ended up staying the night somewhere and uh i was up at michigan state for halloween and my car got towed so i had to go the next morning to the tow lot with tattoos and all over my face that's great that would be

02:16:48 - 02:17:11 | Speaker 3:

embarrassing i wonder if that's ever happened like you're dressed in a costume like charlie who looked great charlie runs our grand rapids uh snx morning show and uh it works for snx he was dressed as post malone and what happens if the next day charlie takes the post malone off and the girl's like i kind of liked you as post yeah like this i thought i looked a lot better

02:17:11 - 02:17:16 | Speaker 2:

with all the tattoos on and stuff so i kept it on for a couple of days while i was still up there

02:17:16 - 02:17:22 | Speaker 3:

Like if they're painted on tattoos, it's not even – then would you get real tattoos for a girl if she was hot?

02:17:24 - 02:17:26 | Speaker 2:

Well, if it's my wife.

02:17:27 - 02:17:33 | Speaker 3:

Currently, right. Exactly. All right, well, thank you for the call, man. I appreciate it.

02:17:33 - 02:17:34 | Speaker 2:

Thanks, guys.

02:17:34 - 02:20:00 | Speaker 3:

Happy Halloween. Happy Halloween. Hey, by the way, we're still looking for Stevie Aoki, and then we're also looking in this topic too. So if you met somebody on Halloween and you only knew them by their costume, we want you to call us up. I got to take a quick commercial break. I know we got to, you know, get that, get into it. But if we do get a call from him, you'll find out first when we come right back. All right. We're going to give you a shot at Jingle Ball tickets. 844 Mojo Live. 844-665-6548. 844 Mojo Live. I don't know why I'm talking like that. I'm faking my energy today. I'm so tired. I don't know what it is. I had such a good weekend. Started off on Friday. And I think, honestly, I was thinking to myself, is there a way that we can just have a floater day? Where it's like, all right, guys, we're not coming in tomorrow. You know what I mean? Like one of those. You know who can make that happen? Who? You. I don't. My problem is I feel guilty. Like, I missed Friday's show because I hosted a big event, which I did not want to do during the show, but it was actually pretty cool. I got to become friends with somebody. Who? Tracy Wolfson from CBS Sports. So she does the games with Tony Romo and what's his name? Jim Nance. so can I stop for one second before I get into like all the stuff that we got going on our contest and you're dirty and stuff to tell you this do you guys know how we do first off Tracy Wilson she's a Michigan grad I was hosting an event for University of Michigan she graduated from Michigan and and her husband also graduated from Michigan but they never knew each other at Michigan They were not boyfriend and girlfriend at Michigan. They met each other later when they moved back to New York. And her son, I think, is a freshman at University of Michigan. So we're sitting there. We did this event together. We hosted this event together. It was pretty cool. It was really, really well put on. And, man, Amira Bellamy put it on. Ron Bellamy, the coach of the team, one of the assistant coaches.

02:20:00 - 02:21:14 | Speaker 1:

coaches of the team his beautiful wife I've known the Bellamy's for a while since Ron was the coach over at West Bloomfield High School she did such a fabulous job so Tracy and I are with scripts and we're kind of going through it and I can't read teleprompters you know that right I'm I have like a form of dyslexia it's called dumbness I'm dumb I can't read and I don't know what it is but Tracy was like hey you know don't worry about it I'll just go with the flow and she was really cool because I told her I memorize everything. For those that don't know that, I memorize things to the best I can and then not read because when I read, I sound like Donald Trump on a teleprompter. You know, it's horrible. So long story short, I did this event with her and she's texting away and I go, what are you doing? She goes, oh, it's our group text. And I started laughing. I go, your group text? And she goes, yeah, it's the group text that they have with Jim Nance, Tony Romo and the producers about the game that they do on Sunday. Like we do. Is that crazy? No. I mean, we're professionals. I don't know if you know that. I don't know. But it was like, what did Jim Nance do? And she goes, oh, he just liked my comment or he loved my comment. I'm like, oh, that sounds like me.

02:21:14 - 02:21:16 | Speaker 2:

Will you take a picture with me?

02:21:16 - 02:22:23 | Speaker 1:

I go, can I ask you a question? I go, who's the person in the group text that doesn't answer back right away? Because that would be your Megan. Who's your Megan? can I tell you what I wanted to have happen, they're doing the Thanksgiving game here so they're going to do, and she invited us if we wanted to, we'd go on the field do not say that, she's where to you she said that, do not say that I want her to, I want her to come on the show but I want her also to talk because I think it would be good for all of us she speaks before the communications department at University of Michigan and she talks specifically to women about, you know she works in a in a male dominated field you know and what it was like she was she was like one of the first big sideline reporters you know doing the sideline stuff and so i want to have her come on and talk about you know that and talk about like she actually has a great stories about taylor swift so she started talking about how the when taylor started coming to games she'd be the person that would have to like be on taylor lookout looking for taylor yeah that was pretty i would

02:22:23 - 02:22:24 | Speaker 2:

I'd love to have her on.

02:22:24 - 02:23:12 | Speaker 1:

She was awesome. She was a lot of fun to work with. The people from the University of Michigan were a lot of fun to work with. I love what they've done for me. They saved my ass. They've got the best cardiovascular hospital, by or none, in the country, definitely in the state of Michigan. So if you are somebody, and they also are going to West Michigan, too, which is really cool. So if you're somebody that's not wanting to drive all the way to Ann Arbor, and be there, as they call it, on the hill. I go, that's interesting. That's a cool name. Are we really up on a hill? I guess we are kind of on a hill up here. But yeah, so they're going all over the place. And I loved being able to get a chance to see some of the celebrities that were in town. Oh my God, everybody was in town for that Michigan-Michigan State game.

02:23:12 - 02:23:13 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Yeah.

02:23:13 - 02:23:33 | Speaker 1:

That game was a horrible game to watch, wasn't it? Shout out to Colston Love, Linda. He a dog. That was like boring football. Until the end. when there was a fight. I know. All right, Shannon with the dirty on the 30. Can we talk about Lions football? Absolutely. Let's do it.

02:23:33 - 02:23:54 | Speaker 2:

What do you got? It was like an embarrassment, wasn't it? If you're a Titans fan, man, you are walking away with your head in between your legs. David Montgomery with the first of five Lions to score in the first half of the game. The game ended with a score of 52-14. and Montgomery also helping Sam LaPorta get a touchdown.

02:23:56 - 02:24:04 | Speaker 1:

LaPorta in motion. Toss play. Montgomery wants to throw to the end zone. There's the touchdown for Sam LaPorta.

02:24:04 - 02:24:08 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, Khalif Raymond also absolutely incredible.

02:24:09 - 02:24:49 | Speaker 1:

Raymond from the 10-yard line. Raymond has one terrific return already today. Looking for a second. Raymond up the sideline. Across the 30. Khalif Raymond, goodbye! You know what it reminded me of? And I know you said, what's his name, Devin Hester? Yeah. It reminded me of, who was it that we had back in the day that was our return guy? Was it Howard, who was also Desmond Howard when he played for us back in the day? Yeah, it kind of reminded me of little Desmond Howard, like, you know, ish, I guess. But it was nice having a return man like that.

02:24:49 - 02:25:03 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, Coach Dan Campbell in the locker room talking to the guys after the game. It's a huge win. The return units, outstanding. Leaf, holy crap. And then you get four takeaways on defense, and then red zone, five. five in the red zone. Man, holy crap.

02:25:03 - 02:25:27 | Speaker 3:

Bro, any time Jared Goff can pass for less than 100 yards and we score 52 points, you know our team is clicking. Crazy. If any sports pundits, Stephen A's, whoever's on FS1, anybody that's on television that's talking sports and they're ranking the best teams in the NFL, if we're not number one, turn the channel. Because obviously they don't know

02:25:27 - 02:25:34 | Speaker 4:

what the hell they're talking about. They said back in the studio they went back to the studio and they said that the Lions are the best team in the

02:25:34 - 02:25:56 | Speaker 3:

NFC. The league it's gotta be the league. Well them and the Chiefs I mean the Chiefs are undefeated and they all and that's the game is to be won right that's why he played a game is to be undefeated and to hopefully win the Super Bowl. They are undefeated so you have to give them their respect but the way that we're winning we're blowing people out. We got Green

02:25:56 - 02:26:00 | Speaker 4:

Bay next week and they might be quarterback-less. What is growing?

02:26:01 - 02:26:26 | Speaker 1:

I love to see it. Game three tonight, by the way, of the World Series. The Dodgers taking on the Yankees yet again. The Dodgers ahead by two. And Dodgers manager Dave Roberts telling ESPN last night that Sohei Otani has been cleared to play in tonight's game, in case you were wondering. Kid Rock said that while he doesn't agree with Eminem or Taylor Swift's politics, he does have a lot of respect for them. Check this out.

02:26:26 - 02:27:01 | Speaker 2:

Now that I have your attention, I love Eminem. We've been friends for many years. I don't agree with his politics, but I do give credit to him and people like Taylor Swift for standing up and not being afraid to be vocal for that in which they believe. Thinking differently and having the freedom to do so is what makes this country great. My stance is unequivocally bagger.

02:27:01 - 02:27:04 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, he has continued to endorse Donald Trump.

02:27:04 - 02:27:12 | Speaker 4:

Did you see Eminem's tweet then back to him? His tweet was, there's one thing we definitely both can agree on. The Detroit Lions. That's right.

02:27:13 - 02:28:53 | Speaker 1:

I do have some updates for you this morning on the tragic death of former One Direction star Liam Payne. And I have not heard this bit of information yet. But apparently he was passed out in the lobby of his Buenos Aires hotel shortly before he died. And one guest said that he had multiple encounters with Liam. He was constantly coming down to the lobby yelling, causing a disturbance. Then we heard that story about him smashing his laptop. So they would they would usher him back upstairs, back upstairs to his room. He would come downstairs and display this erratic behavior. They would usher him back up to his room. He would come downstairs. Then at one point, he actually passed out and had to be carried back up to his room. And I also just learned that he checked into the Casa Sur Hotel after allegedly being kicked out of another nearby Buenos Aires hotel because he was doing the same thing, being drunk or high, I don't know which, and disturbing other guests to the point where they finally said, please find elsewhere to stay. um and again around five o'clock on the day that he died a manager at the hotel called emergency services requested some assistance to deal with a guest that they said appeared to be drunk or on drugs breaking items in his room and when first responders arrived he had already fallen from his third floor balcony and lastly lizzo spoofing her own south park parody for halloween over the weekend she dressed up as the fictional weight loss drug lizzo which was referenced on that south park special i mean so essentially she dressed up as like ozempic because that's what

02:28:53 - 02:29:00 | Speaker 4:

they were insinuating there but i like it i like it anytime you can laugh at yourself you gotta

02:29:00 - 02:29:06 | Speaker 1:

love it yeah she was laughing at herself i think she was it was a middle middle finger yeah but i

02:29:06 - 02:29:10 | Speaker 4:

I think she's also kind of having fun with it, right? Don't you think?

02:29:10 - 02:29:12 | Speaker 1:

No, I think she was super upset by it. Really?

02:29:13 - 02:29:21 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. I'm going to think that she's making fun of it and having fun with it. I would think that she would ignore it if that would be the case. I don't know. Don't you think? No?

02:29:22 - 02:29:25 | Speaker 1:

I don't know. I think it's very Lizzo to do what she did.

02:29:25 - 02:29:26 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

02:29:26 - 02:29:26 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

02:29:26 - 02:29:39 | Speaker 4:

Real quick before you grab your last words here, CeCe's the winner for the tickets because I don't want to move on hold for too long. Hello? Cece, you're going to Jingle Ball. Congratulations. Oh, my gosh.

02:29:39 - 02:29:40 | Speaker 1:

02:29:41 - 02:29:43 | Speaker 4:

Is there still Cece's Pizza? I don't even know. Is that place around?

02:29:43 - 02:29:45 | Speaker 1:

Oh, there used to be one down the street from the radio station.

02:29:46 - 02:30:00 | Speaker 4:

Did that get closed down? Yeah. My name's actually Colleen, but they wanted me to pick a different name so I didn't confuse you guys. What's that? Why? Your name is what? She said her nickname was Cece, so we called her Cece. Your name is... Why are you going hard on me like that? Wait, your name...

02:30:00 - 02:30:02 | Speaker 2:

Your name is Colleen, but we called you Cece?

02:30:03 - 02:30:07 | Speaker 3:

Yes, they didn't want to confuse you with your boss. Confuse me with your boss.

02:30:07 - 02:30:07 | Speaker 2:

What?

02:30:08 - 02:30:09 | Speaker 3:

I don't know.

02:30:09 - 02:30:19 | Speaker 2:

Lydia, that's deep. That is deep, Lydia. What if her name was Mojo? We wouldn't call her Mojo. I would be able to say, hey, my name is too.

02:30:19 - 02:30:23 | Speaker 4:

You know what? Sometimes when you tell listeners things, they just can't roll the punches.

02:30:23 - 02:30:32 | Speaker 2:

Oh, come on. You can't blame Cece. All right. Well, congratulations, Lydia. We got some tickets for you. Hang on the phone for just one second.

02:30:32 - 02:30:33 | Speaker 1:

02:31:00 - 02:31:12 | Speaker 4:

02:31:44 - 02:31:49 | Speaker 3:

Oh, I'm so excited. Well, when I used to waitress with another Colleen, they called me Cece so they wouldn't confuse us.

02:31:49 - 02:31:52 | Speaker 2:

Oh, so there you go. There's the tie-in.

02:31:52 - 02:31:52 | Unknown:

See?

02:31:52 - 02:31:56 | Speaker 2:

I told you that. Wow. I got it now. All right, hold on one second.

02:31:56 - 02:32:01 | Speaker 5:

Tap that app. Mojo in the morning on the iHeartRadio app. Tap that app.

02:32:03 - 02:32:16 | Speaker 4:

Well, I saw the thing coming out of the sky. It had one long horn and one big eye. Like a Mr. Shakin' in the sederine. It looked like a purple people eater to me.

02:32:16 - 02:32:36 | Speaker 2:

It was a one-eyed, one-eyed, one-horned, one-eyed, one-horned, one-eyed, one-eyed, one-eyed, one-eyed, one-eyed, one-eyed. Any people that came to our party on Friday that we haven't talked to yet? 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Have we found that Steve Aoki guy? Do we have anything on him?

02:32:37 - 02:32:38 | Speaker 3:

Nothing. No text, no call.

02:32:38 - 02:33:02 | Speaker 2:

How is it that the guy was one of the most recognizable costumes that were there and not even the person that he came with? And for those that have missed that Megan shouted out that She met this guy at our party And she was kind of into him But never wrote down The number of the card that he gave you Right? You lost the card?

02:33:02 - 02:33:04 | Speaker 3:

No, I had a QR code on it

02:33:04 - 02:33:08 | Speaker 2:

You had his QR code Did you go to the QR?

02:33:08 - 02:33:09 | Speaker 3:

To his Instagram

02:33:09 - 02:33:19 | Speaker 2:

So you didn't go to the QR code Did anybody else get the QR code? Maybe he was passing out to others It was on the thing It was on the cupcake?

02:33:19 - 02:33:23 | Speaker 1:

No, the business card. Okay. Would you go out on a date with this guy if we find him?

02:33:24 - 02:33:24 | Unknown:

Yeah.

02:33:24 - 02:33:26 | Speaker 1:

All right, we got to find him just for that alone.

02:33:26 - 02:33:57 | Speaker 2:

What if this, let me ask this. What if somebody else got his number because they were also interested in him? Would you share with Megan in a way of saying, hey, you know what? I'm going to help a girl out even though I'm interested. I doubt that. No? Has that ever happened? Has anybody ever done that before? Has anybody ever, like, gone out to a bar, did not get a date of somebody or a number of somebody, but saw somebody else there talking to them and then went up to them and said, hey, I'm kind of interested. Can you give me something?

02:33:57 - 02:33:58 | Speaker 4:

That would be so creepy.

02:33:59 - 02:33:59 | Speaker 2:

I think it'd be great.

02:34:00 - 02:34:10 | Speaker 1:

If you got called up by somebody who you didn't give your number to them? Yes. No, I don't know. I'm so mad. I thought this was going to be a lot easier. Same. We got to post this picture, bro.

02:34:11 - 02:34:13 | Speaker 3:

I bet by tomorrow morning we will know who he is.

02:34:13 - 02:34:23 | Speaker 1:

I thought we were going to post this picture. KP just posted a video to Instagram. At what point in the night did a guy lay on the ground and let somebody pour alcohol in his mouth?

02:34:23 - 02:34:24 | Speaker 3:

Oh, I saw that.

02:34:24 - 02:34:30 | Speaker 2:

I don't know. KP, where's KP at? Can we get KP to do a wanted photo like an old-time Western wanted?

02:34:31 - 02:34:31 | Speaker 4:

Yes.

02:34:31 - 02:34:49 | Speaker 2:

Like a wanted of this guy where we go, he is wanted. And hold on, I'm going to try to find the good. seen this man. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Isn't that the name of the thing? Hold on. Hold on. Here we go. Hold on.

02:34:51 - 02:34:56 | Speaker 1:

We want you to do a wanted poster for Steve Aoki. She just walked into the studio. Sorry, I'm dazed.

02:34:57 - 02:34:59 | Speaker 2:

The Steve Aoki guy. Do we have a picture of him?

02:35:00 - 02:35:07 | Speaker 1:

good picture that joe maroon took uh you have to point him out to me because i don't have every listener memorized but if you said it to me i could probably make something do you remember

02:35:07 - 02:35:12 | Speaker 2:

what he looked like no he was the guy that looked just like steve aoki was the asian guy that had

02:35:12 - 02:35:18 | Speaker 1:

the cupcakes oh yes yeah yes i can find that for you uh you want to want it like a wild wild west

02:35:18 - 02:35:46 | Speaker 2:

so like a wild wild west wanted dead or alive reward mega reward the reward we'll offer up the reward, and the reward will be tickets to our jingle ball for whoever gets us this thing. Because we want to try to find this guy for Megan. Joe, were you there that night? Mojo, good morning. How are you doing tonight? We're fantastic. This morning's tonight? Honestly, I'm like you. I'm so messed up today, buddy.

02:35:46 - 02:35:54 | Speaker 6:

Me too, I promise. You guys look amazing, by the way. It was my first time meeting you guys, and I didn't even know you were that tall.

02:35:54 - 02:36:00 | Speaker 2:

Oh, man, that was very nice of you. Standing next to Shannon, though, I look a lot taller, don't I?

02:36:00 - 02:36:00 | Speaker 6:

And I was wearing heels.

02:36:02 - 02:36:03 | Speaker 2:

Did you have fun?

02:36:04 - 02:36:12 | Speaker 6:

I had a blast. You guys did a good party. I had a good time. And I feel you. I feel like the drinks, somebody spiked them on me, too.

02:36:13 - 02:36:18 | Speaker 2:

You know what it was? They were doing heavy pours. They were giving you lots of alcohol for your money.

02:36:18 - 02:36:22 | Speaker 6:

That's the kind of party you want to be at. Three shots of tequila, and that was it.

02:36:22 - 02:36:32 | Speaker 2:

I don't think that they have a bar set up normally, and I think they didn't want to take any booze home with them. So they were like, we're getting rid of it all tonight, which is my kind of party. Did you see Steve Aoki at the party?

02:36:33 - 02:36:43 | Speaker 6:

I don't think I did, but I met some guy in a wolf costume and he looked professional. I swear, I thought he was your guys' boss. I don't know who he was.

02:36:43 - 02:37:11 | Speaker 2:

It might have been. By the way, did you hear the story about it? I don't know who it was, but he was the cool guy. Tony came up and he kind of was tapping at me and tapping at me And I'm like, oh, hey, buddy, how you doing? Not knowing who it is. I'm like, hey, what's going on? And then finally, Zach almost stepped in like my secret service. And he almost was about ready to take one down for me. Like he was protecting me. And then it was Tony Trevato. Can you imagine if he punches our boss? Hilarious. What's up, Jonathan? How you doing?

02:37:12 - 02:37:13 | Speaker 3:

I'm doing all right.

02:37:13 - 02:37:21 | Speaker 2:

We're talking about has anybody ever gotten a person's phone number that another person had because they were interested?

02:37:22 - 02:37:34 | Speaker 3:

Uh, I didn't get that part. I, uh, I ended up meeting this really attractive Kim Possible at the party, uh, Friday. Oh. She ended up, she ended up going through the haunt with my grandma and I again.

02:37:34 - 02:37:41 | Speaker 2:

Oh, wait, Jonathan. This is you. This is Jonathan, who we talked to earlier this morning. So, okay. So, so you, did you get her phone number?

02:37:42 - 02:37:48 | Speaker 3:

I got her number and all that and, uh, whatnot. I tried to ask her out, uh, but she never responded, so.

02:37:48 - 02:37:50 | Speaker 6:

Oh, we should have done you for Second Date Update today.

02:37:50 - 02:37:57 | Speaker 2:

Man, we need you. How about you and Megan will put a wanted out there for Kim Possible and Steve Aoki?

02:37:59 - 02:38:08 | Speaker 3:

Oh, I got another comment. I happened to dodge 160 different photos. You got me in one photo with Kevin.

02:38:09 - 02:38:13 | Speaker 2:

Come on. You were in 160 photos, you said, that Steve Martin.

02:38:13 - 02:38:16 | Speaker 3:

No, I dodged. I dodged 160 different photos.

02:38:16 - 02:38:18 | Speaker 2:

Why? Because they were taking a lot of photos around you?

02:38:19 - 02:38:22 | Speaker 3:

Oh, yeah. Yeah, I was near almost all of the photos taken.

02:38:23 - 02:38:40 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Joe was amazing. Joe said, I talked to Joe Saturday morning. He was up late because he didn't get home until really late. Then he had to get the, he was the Oompa Loompa taking the picture. By the way, I hate saying that. He literally was dressed as a woman.

02:38:40 - 02:38:42 | Speaker 3:

I was supposed to do him all night and I dodged 150-something photos.

02:38:42 - 02:38:57 | Speaker 2:

Joe's like a world, I mean seriously, world famous photographer. photographer. He got up at 6 a.m. and for three and a half hours was editing photos and he said, he goes Mojo, you're not going to believe this. I think I took a thousand photos from that

02:38:57 - 02:38:59 | Speaker 6:

night. There were so many good costumes.

02:39:00 - 02:39:17 | Speaker 2:

It was insane. Hold on. The condom box guy is on the phone with us right now. Is this you, Avery? Yeah, that's me. What's happening? How did you bring condoms? I love it. Yours was a great costume Especially taking that picture next to the Pope.

02:39:18 - 02:39:22 | Speaker 5:

Oh, yeah. You know, like I said, all sins were forgiven that night.

02:39:23 - 02:39:31 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Question for you. This is a big one here. Did the condom guy use a condom that night? Did you have to use one?

02:39:32 - 02:39:38 | Speaker 4:

I did not have to use one that night, no. I had to go back down to Toledo.

02:39:38 - 02:39:40 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Did you get any phone numbers?

02:39:41 - 02:39:43 | Speaker 5:

Oh, I got a couple phone numbers, yeah. Yeah.

02:39:44 - 02:39:59 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, that was great. Great night of people. I didn't do this as a topic earlier this morning, but I wanted to do it. Has anybody ever been pulled over in their costume? Because somebody got pulled over beforehand, and I want to know if there's anybody that went out.

02:40:00 - 02:40:12 | Speaker 5:

and this is not just our party I'm talking about anything in general you're out and this doesn't have to be Halloween related either it could be maybe your Uncle Sam that stands in front of the tax place you know

02:40:12 - 02:40:15 | Speaker 3:

may the Statue of Liberty

02:40:15 - 02:40:16 | Speaker 5:

right

02:40:16 - 02:40:19 | Speaker 3:

they're always in front there

02:40:19 - 02:40:23 | Speaker 5:

or maybe you are Hooper from the Detroit Pistons

02:40:23 - 02:40:25 | Speaker 3:

Santa Claus

02:40:25 - 02:40:45 | Speaker 5:

has anybody ever been pulled over in their costume and what do you do when you're pulled over because I met a group of people that came and they got pulled over by the police and the only reason that they got off without a ticket was the fact that they told them they were coming to the Mojo in the morning party the big party that we had. I want to hear

02:40:45 - 02:40:55 | Speaker 4:

from some officers as well though. Yeah. Like what if they, if I'm an officer and I pull over a costume no matter what it is, I'm letting you go. Really? Obviously you're having a good time. I'm not

02:40:55 - 02:40:59 | Speaker 3:

going to be the one to ruin it. What if it was another cop and you're like, it's not a costume. It's a profession.

02:41:00 - 02:41:02 | Speaker 4:

Oh, well, no. You for sure get to go.

02:41:03 - 02:41:11 | Speaker 5:

You want to be me? What if you're... The people, by the way, the guy that got pulled over was in a pimp costume, which was great. It was perfect.

02:41:12 - 02:41:19 | Speaker 4:

I'd say talk to me and try to get me... Convince me in your costume voice why I should let you go. I'll try to make it like a game or something.

02:41:19 - 02:41:25 | Speaker 5:

What if you're dressed up in the cop costume? Maybe you're a cop dressed up.

02:41:25 - 02:41:29 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, that's what I'm making sense. Yeah. Did you just say that? Yeah. I feel so hurt

02:41:29 - 02:41:52 | Speaker 5:

I was looking for something at that time I'm sorry Actually to be honest with you I'm going to pull myself over I think if I Blew it blue right now I would probably blow over the limit What if you pulled Them over Sarah what's going on Hi

02:41:52 - 02:42:17 | Speaker 2:

Hi Mojo First time long time What's going on, Sarah? Well, so I was getting picked up with my husband from a Pistons game, and we ordered an Uber to go home. And we get in the car, and I didn't notice until we were actually sitting in the car, but our Uber driver was in a full-on, legit Batman costume. And he was ripped.

02:42:18 - 02:42:19 | Speaker 5:

He was ripped.

02:42:19 - 02:42:43 | Speaker 2:

He probably was in bodybuilding competitions or whatever. And I didn't know what to say because I was completely freaked out. I thought literally my husband and I were texting back and forth and we thought we were going to get murdered. I was sending people my location. And then the funny thing was, too, he didn't say anything the entire ride home. Did not say a word to us. So I legit thought that we were going to die.

02:42:43 - 02:42:48 | Speaker 5:

He's dressed up in a Batman costume and he's not talking at all the whole time. He truly was Batman.

02:42:49 - 02:43:13 | Speaker 2:

I think I'm so creeped out. all the time and then when we get home he says in the most high-pitched voice not a voice you think batman would say thank you i'm like who is this guy most terrifying thing ever that's great i met you at the detroit pistons event a couple weeks ago hey yeah what's up sarah oh what's up I finally made it on the air.

02:43:15 - 02:43:17 | Speaker 5:

How great is Kevin to meet in person?

02:43:18 - 02:43:38 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my gosh. I think he probably knew that I was staring at him the entire time because I was trying to get the courage to go up to him and talk to him and be like, hey. And I just really applauded him for his work ethic because of how many jobs he worked. And I know you guys work really hard, too. So kudos to all of you. But, yeah, no, Kevin and I, we were having a great time with my husband. My husband was there.

02:43:38 - 02:43:45 | Speaker 5:

Yes, yes, of course. We love you. Thank you for calling. What's up, Rhonda? How are you doing? It's Mojo in the morning.

02:43:46 - 02:43:47 | Speaker 3:

I'm doing good.

02:43:48 - 02:43:51 | Speaker 5:

What's happening? We're talking about getting pulled over in your Halloween costume.

02:43:52 - 02:44:24 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I was following my parents. We were going to my brother's costume party, and I was dressed up as Loma Flintstone, but my parents were dressed up as that couple from that famous portrait, you know, the farmer and his wife. American Gotham. And so when the cop pulled him over, I kind of pulled off to the side, too, and he thought we were all hilarious. He had my parents get out and recreate the picture. See? This is so funny. He took a photo of us all. That's awesome. He let us go, but we just thought it was hilarious.

02:44:25 - 02:44:30 | Speaker 5:

God, a cop with a sense of humor is awesome. What's up, Initial J? You're voice disguised.

02:44:31 - 02:44:33 | Speaker 1:

Hi, good morning. How are you?

02:44:33 - 02:44:35 | Speaker 5:

Good morning. What's going on?

02:44:36 - 02:45:00 | Speaker 1:

I work for the federal government, which is why I'm voice disguised. and we were following an individual for a long time to bust on drug charges. And he had been hiding for a long, long time, and we knew where he was, and we were following him, and he decided on Halloween that he was smarter than me.

02:45:00 - 02:45:12 | Speaker 6:

we were, and thought that he could dress up as Glenda the Good Witch in full drag and transport his drugs where he wanted to. And we saw him as Glenda the Good Witch.

02:45:13 - 02:45:19 | Speaker 4:

Thank you. And so you guys made the bust on Halloween and arrested Glenda the Good Witch.

02:45:21 - 02:45:25 | Speaker 6:

Correct. Correct, we did. Oh, that's great.

02:45:26 - 02:45:29 | Speaker 4:

Did he have to go to jail as Glenda the Good Witch?

02:45:30 - 02:45:59 | Speaker 6:

well his we so we had to take pictures of him in his drag makeup like he had a chest plate on for cleavage and things like this so we had to get him in like pictures of him in his costume but then obviously we had to scrub his face and get the makeup off and do all this so we could actually get his proper mug shot taken he needed a getaway bubble yeah exactly oh my gosh oh my

02:45:59 - 02:46:19 | Speaker 4:

And I'm seeing, by the way, all the promos for that movie right now are all over the place. How about this one? The monkey got arrested. It's a terrible story. Can't go on the radio. I was wearing a full-body monkey costume, and it was years ago, but I ended up getting pulled over by the cops, got arrested, and had to go to jail with a monkey costume.

02:46:19 - 02:46:20 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my gosh.

02:46:21 - 02:46:30 | Speaker 4:

That would be wonderful. Just how would you like to be in a prison cell with a bunch of hardened criminals and you're the monkey?

02:46:30 - 02:46:39 | Speaker 1:

I would pay so much for a television show and booking centers on Halloween with so much money. It's time for more Mojo. Mojo in the Morning.

02:46:40 - 02:47:14 | Speaker 4:

It's the second date update on Mojo in the Morning. All right, second date update here on the Mojo in the Morning show. so taylor is getting ghosted and the person that's ghosting them is too fearful to come onto the radio with us unless there's a voice disguise so we're going to agree to that just because otherwise we would have no second date up this morning but also i understand i get it you don't want to ruin your chances possibly forever dating ever again or possible work problems if you're not voices guys taylor hi how are you hi how first off how did you guys meet

02:47:14 - 02:47:23 | Speaker 3:

taylor um so we met on instagram we had some mutuals and uh yeah he put into my dms and we

02:47:23 - 02:47:30 | Speaker 4:

talked and yeah i thought we had good chemistry okay so you guys went out then what did you guys

02:47:30 - 02:47:59 | Speaker 3:

do yeah so we went to this bar and uh we ran into some of his friends we had a great time uh we played drinking games and did you flip cup i love flip cup oh my gosh i rule at flip class are you good all right yeah i'm not very good um but yeah we had a great night and um and we even like hooked up at the end of the night i stayed over like all of these things sound good and i

02:47:59 - 02:48:22 | Speaker 4:

don't know why he ghosted me would explain this to me when a guy hooks up with you and then doesn't call you back is it as brutal for you as a woman than it is as a guy yeah oh my god yeah so it's devastating and honestly i would rather them just say you know what i'm not as much interested anymore like i'd rather them just verbally tell me that but then tell me that at least the sex

02:48:22 - 02:48:42 | Speaker 2:

was good you know what i mean yeah yeah that's exactly but my question is always and if that's the case like how does it end in the morning do you say hey let's text and like figure out when we're going to hang out again or because he has to know at that point right that you're not it for him yeah what did he say unfortunately what did he say when he left

02:48:42 - 02:48:58 | Speaker 3:

nothing like it felt good he was really nice and we had coffee and then he left and i figured we were going to talk again and hang out again and he never said anything okay all right i want to

02:48:58 - 02:49:09 | Speaker 4:

We keep you right there because we're going to talk to him. We told him that we wouldn't use his name, so please don't say his name. We'll just call him Initial P, and we're going to voice disguise him. P, are you there?

02:49:10 - 02:49:11 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, I'm here.

02:49:11 - 02:49:21 | Speaker 4:

All right, you're being voice disguised, okay? So I'm going to change my music here, and I'm going to get you voice disguised. P, will you do me a favor? Will you say hello to Taylor?

02:49:22 - 02:49:26 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, hello, Taylor. Hey. Hi.

02:49:26 - 02:49:33 | Speaker 4:

so um p first off why do you want to be voice disguised can you explain that or is it too

02:49:33 - 02:49:41 | Speaker 5:

incriminating i i mean i just i don't want to really be on the radio so this is the only way

02:49:41 - 02:49:56 | Speaker 4:

i would do it okay all right so you don't want to be on the radio but you are because we voice disguised you why are you why are you not getting back to taylor uh well you know she like she said

02:49:56 - 02:50:00 | Speaker 5:

She asked me for a second date over Instagram. I did see it, but...

02:50:00 - 02:50:31 | Speaker 8:

Honestly, I'm just not a fan. Wait, is that why we're calling him pink? Keep the answer to the story.

02:50:31 - 02:50:33 | Speaker 3:

He lost. Hold on.

02:50:33 - 02:50:37 | Speaker 5:

And now he's upset. Hold on one second. I get where he's coming from.

02:50:37 - 02:50:40 | Speaker 3:

Stay right there. Taylor, Taylor, what is going on, Taylor?

02:50:41 - 02:50:50 | Speaker 4:

I mean, I'm competitive, God. And, like, he could have told me to tone it down if he wasn't happy. But, like, we were just having fun.

02:50:51 - 02:50:52 | Speaker 5:

Were you, though?

02:50:54 - 02:50:56 | Speaker 4:

I mean, we were there with all his brothers.

02:50:56 - 02:51:08 | Speaker 8:

Who acts like that on the first date? i just i like like she said we met on instagram we were talking this is our first date and literally we chug a beer i lose and she goes pussy

02:51:08 - 02:51:20 | Speaker 3:

taylor taylor taylor were you drunk taylor or were you sober um i mean i guess i yeah i had

02:51:20 - 02:51:26 | Speaker 4:

um like at least three beers at that point and so yeah i was drunk okay all right hold on one

02:51:26 - 02:51:46 | Speaker 5:

second michelle wants to make a comment what do you want to say michelle um i'm not buying that he was nervous and didn't want his voice on i think that he's married and he doesn't want anyone that could recognize his voice to get back to his wife i don't know about well i actually had that same

02:51:46 - 02:51:55 | Speaker 1:

thought michelle i don't know if he's married but maybe in a relationship the fact that he's not even using a name and he's using price disguise is super shady to me hey p question for question

02:51:55 - 02:51:59 | Speaker 3:

for you, P. Michelle thinks that you got a relationship going on there, and possibly married.

02:52:00 - 02:52:12 | Speaker 8:

Yeah, no, definitely not. I wish. But no, I just don't want my voice on the radio. I don't want people to hear me on the radio at work, ask what happened, ask what's going on, just ask me questions. I'm all set.

02:52:12 - 02:52:21 | Speaker 5:

We have people asked to be voice disguised on the show all the time for reasons, and we go, why were you voice disguised for that? What's the big deal? That's pretty normal for us. He doesn't have a good reason.

02:52:21 - 02:52:30 | Speaker 3:

Could it also, though, be that he just got made fun of by this girl, by her doing that? Brett, what's your comment? What do you think, Brett? Second date update.

02:52:31 - 02:52:39 | Speaker 2:

To me, honestly, it sounds like a frat girl met someone that was rejected from a fraternity. It's kind of childish the way things are active.

02:52:40 - 02:52:43 | Speaker 3:

So do you think he should just put up with it and he should have just had fun with it?

02:52:44 - 02:52:47 | Speaker 2:

No, I think she should have just toned it down and read the room.

02:52:47 - 02:52:51 | Speaker 3:

Oh, really? Hold on. Tell her that. Taylor, did you hear what Brett just said?

02:52:51 - 02:53:02 | Speaker 4:

I don't agree. We were at a bar. Everybody was being loud. And all of his guy friends were totally saying the same stuff I was.

02:53:02 - 02:53:06 | Speaker 2:

But you're there with him. You should have read the room with how he's reacting to how you are.

02:53:07 - 02:53:10 | Speaker 4:

It was the first night I met him. How am I supposed to read him?

02:53:11 - 02:53:12 | Speaker 3:

You heard his feelings.

02:53:12 - 02:53:14 | Speaker 2:

Facial reaction. Body language.

02:53:15 - 02:53:18 | Speaker 3:

Courtney, what did you want to say? Second date update.

02:53:19 - 02:53:19 | Speaker 7:

Oh, me?

02:53:20 - 02:53:20 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

02:53:20 - 02:53:32 | Speaker 7:

Well, I think Taylor sounds like she's way more fun. I also think, whatever this guy's name is, he sounds like he got his feelings hurt, but not hurt so much that he couldn't.

02:53:34 - 02:53:36 | Speaker 3:

He couldn't, what's that? Say that, your phone. Didn't he? Yeah.

02:53:37 - 02:53:37 | Speaker 7:

Oh, sorry.

02:53:37 - 02:53:39 | Speaker 3:

That he couldn't have sex with her. You're right. Yeah.

02:53:40 - 02:53:41 | Speaker 7:

He wasn't that hurt.

02:53:41 - 02:53:56 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Hey, that's actually a really good point. I mean, he was already called, so we might as well. I mean, you really weren't that hurt that you would take her back and have sex with her. Are you there, P?

02:53:57 - 02:54:07 | Speaker 8:

Yeah, I'm here. I mean, yeah, like they said, we're already together. We're already there. You didn't already put the work in. Yeah, exactly. He already lost at the other games.

02:54:08 - 02:54:09 | Speaker 7:

You wanted to win.

02:54:09 - 02:54:16 | Speaker 8:

And my friends were already staring at me. So it's just like, all right, I got to make up for this somehow.

02:54:16 - 02:54:22 | Speaker 3:

I think the friends gave him too much crap afterwards and that's what bothered him. Tasia, what's up?

02:54:23 - 02:54:39 | Speaker 6:

Hey, I mean, I'm competitive when it comes to games and stuff. So I totally get that part. But I wouldn't have called him that particular name. I might have been like, oh, you suck. We got to do better or something playfully. But not as far as to say that particular word.

02:54:39 - 02:54:43 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Taylor, you might need to just pull it back just a little bit.

02:54:44 - 02:54:47 | Speaker 4:

I mean, he could have said, like, ew, don't call me that.

02:54:48 - 02:54:58 | Speaker 3:

Ew, don't call me that? No. All right, second date update on Mojo in the Morning. This is the home of the dirty on the 30. Throwback, throwdown.

02:54:58 - 02:54:59 | Speaker 2:

Second date update.
