Good morning and welcome to the Mojo in the Morning show. It's good to have you guys here with us. War of the Roses coming up this morning. And he has cheated with a co-worker before. They went through a lot of therapy to get through that. Now she thinks that he's cheating again all because of a co-worker's very flirty text message that she sent to him. This morning, a wife will find out if her husband is cheating again. That's happening at 740 War of the Roses. Stick around. We also have a lot of prizes to give away. We're going to give away those Jim Gaffigan tickets coming up here in just a little bit. Jingle Ball tickets also on the way Your chance to go to our Jingle Ball And a trip to Florida We're sending you to Tampa this morning At 8 o'clock Visit Florida Thank you guys so much for that Good to have you guys here Shannon and Megan Kev, KP, Lydia, Zach This is the Mojo in the Morning Show I'm Mojo Nice to have you guys here with us It's Mojo in the Morning I do have to start and ask a quick question here And I want to ask if you can participate in this. And I'm talking to those that are maybe possibly at work right now. If you work in a factory, I'm really talking to you guys because I want to know what you guys do with this. Here's the reason. Yesterday, we got a chance to go and hang out in the new building that we're going to be working in. So the new iHeart Studios.

00:05:00 - 00:05:25 | Speaker 2:

at the Mojo in the Morning Show, will be calling its home base. And we did a little practice, try to see what the studio's like and learn what buttons do what and stuff. I had one big problem with everything that happened there, and it was a problem that wasn't with our control room. Our control room is spectacular. It's beautiful. It's state-of-the-art. It's gorgeous. The equipment's fantastic. Tony the Tiger's the best training us.

00:05:25 - 00:05:27 | Speaker 1:

He is the best. He's got the coolest in half.

00:05:27 - 00:07:22 | Speaker 2:

He's great. And by the reason we call him Tony the Tiger, his name is Tony, and he works for what's called the Tiger Team here. So we call him Tony the Tiger. I'm in his real name, Tony. Can I say, I can say his name. Tony Beers. Tony Beers. That's like a fantastic name. Yeah. Do you think he's related to Madison? You know what? Maybe. Maybe that's how we got her. Who knows? A little family reunion. So here's my issue, and I don't even know if you guys know this yet. So yesterday, I had to go to the bathroom a couple of times. You know, it happens to you when, you know, you're a 50-plus-year-old man. um and i went to the bathroom one time to pee or urinate the second time i thought i had a little bubble gut going on and i thought i was going to have to sit down on the stall well this new building which is a fantastic building and shout out to christos who's a fantastic landlord but i don't know if the planning was done right on this thing what do you mean the building in our facility only has one stall and one urinal okay so it in in the guy's bathroom and i don't know what the women's bathroom looks like because i am not that kind of a guy yet it's got two stalls that's it one sink two stalls one sink well the guy's room has one urinal one stall one sink i might be using that sink i don't know i and i i know that we have relatively a uh a small amount of people that work here now but we don't have that small amount of people we got a lot of guys i mean first off on this show alone we got three guys yeah and then the other shows that in the sales people in the building i have in this building that we have here we have a couple of bathrooms We've got an upstairs and a downstairs. We also have in the one big one bathroom up here, we have two stalls and a urinal and a sink.

00:07:23 - 00:07:23 | Speaker 1:

That's all you guys have in there?

00:07:24 - 00:07:34 | Speaker 2:

That's all we got, yeah. I'm actually shocked by that. Two stalls. One stall is a humongous handicap stall, but it's a big one. I mean, you literally could camp out in there if you want to. As a matter of fact, I think Kev has a couple of times.

00:07:34 - 00:07:36 | Speaker 1:

We have four stalls.

00:07:36 - 00:07:52 | Speaker 2:

So I'm in the bathroom and I'm going, I think I've got a little bathroom anxiety because my fear is that we only have short times to go to the bathroom. I only go to the bathroom usually when we're on a commercial break when I don't have to do a live endorsement, like a live commercial.

00:07:52 - 00:07:52 | Speaker 1:

Right.

00:07:53 - 00:08:28 | Speaker 2:

And so it's like, has to be quick. Like it has to be like, get in there and get out. There ain't no, you know, farting around or something in there. Well, there might be. And, um, and it got me, it got me thinking. I remember I saw something once where it said that one in three workers don't even go to the bathroom at their work because they have anxiety about the bathroom they found they found that this is actually pretty wild um they found that one in three will not go to the bathroom while they're at work one in 12 employees has never pooped at work which used to be you yeah

00:08:28 - 00:08:45 | Speaker 1:

channon now i poop here all the time isn't that funny i do i just have no shame and i tell people like i'll tell megan i have to poop so bad so watch out what was it back in that day you were Yeah, I was a little bit more modest, but y'all have ruined me.

00:08:45 - 00:09:03 | Speaker 2:

You're welcome. Thank you. This is kind of wild. 11% of Gen Z, they always got to do that. They always got to ask the generations. Employees claim that they have never pooped at work, while 36% are reportedly too scared to do so.

00:09:03 - 00:09:42 | Speaker 1:

Well, that's what gives me bathroom anxiety about the new bathrooms in the building, because here our stalls are actual rooms. They're little rooms, floor to ceiling, walls. You can shut the door. You can lock the door. And the new building is just stalls with no top and big gaps on the bottom. So that gives me anxiety. And also, I didn't go yesterday to the bathroom. And the first time that I was there, all of the doors, like all the way around the building were open. But somebody told me that you have to scan. We have to scan to get into the area. To get back in. So you have to remember to take your phone with you Because that's how we get around our building And I feel like a lot of times

00:09:42 - 00:09:44 | Speaker 2:

You're going to miss out, yeah I'm going to forget

00:09:44 - 00:09:56 | Speaker 1:

And then have to run all the way back into the studio And then run all the way back to the area where the bathrooms are And it's not close And you have to understand We really do run When it's bathroom time Because we don't have a lot of time

00:09:56 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 2:

It becomes a situation where it's all of a sudden Sam Bernstein's

00:10:00 - 00:10:11 | Speaker 3:

and all of us are running rushing out of here the area that i work and the bathrooms are on opposite sides of the building so it's literally i have to cross the entire building to go to go wow well

00:10:11 - 00:11:02 | Speaker 2:

i that's it's interesting so in it it's a it's a very nice facility i don't want anybody because it's beautiful amazing people think i'm not happy about this i'm extremely happy about this building working i'm a little worried about it so i want to ask this question if you work if you're working right now or you're on your way to work how many stalls how many bathrooms do you have and does anybody else have bathroom anxiety where there's not enough stalls or they feel like they can't go while they're at work like i've always wanted to know this is kenyatta uh can you call her and i want to know what at the ford plant what how what do they have like i would assume that if you work in a ford plant you got troughs like in the men's bathrooms like you do at the old joel lewis arena or something you know we've got it evolved i know we have had to eat michigan when i was at michigan stadium uh for the michigan state game they have uh they they did involve have i uh ever sang you

00:11:02 - 00:11:07 | Speaker 3:

my favorite song what's that which one uh boss makes a dollar i make a dime that's why i poop

00:11:07 - 00:11:13 | Speaker 2:

on company time i've never no i've never heard that one before that's actually pretty good that

00:11:13 - 00:11:18 | Speaker 3:

is my motto i will poop at work because you know what you're paying me to poop

00:11:18 - 00:11:26 | Speaker 5:

kenyatta what's up good morning good morning Good morning. Good morning. How beautiful.

00:11:26 - 00:11:35 | Speaker 2:

First, I need to know if you can also ask some guys at work what the guys' bathroom looks like. But what's the stall situation like at the Ford plant?

00:11:36 - 00:11:40 | Speaker 5:

Okay. By my job, it's two of them. Both of them have three stalls, three sinks.

00:11:41 - 00:11:41 | Speaker 2:

Okay.

00:11:41 - 00:11:46 | Speaker 5:

And I will hit the button in a minute for my team lead to come take over my job to go poop.

00:11:47 - 00:11:54 | Speaker 2:

Okay. And have you ever gone in and it's all been occupied? Have you ever had a full house in there?

00:11:55 - 00:12:00 | Speaker 5:

I have not. My plant ends it real, real big. Okay. But I have not.

00:12:01 - 00:12:01 | Speaker 2:

All right.

00:12:01 - 00:12:07 | Speaker 5:

And if I can't get him when I hit the button, I'll text him and send him a little emoji to let him know what's going on.

00:12:08 - 00:12:19 | Speaker 2:

It's that time. You got to come visit us and you got to see our new facilities. But I am warning you, don't eat Mexican before you come because I'm telling you.

00:12:22 - 00:12:23 | Speaker 3:

We love you, Kenyatta.

00:12:23 - 00:12:32 | Speaker 2:

And by the way, Jose's Tacos is right next door. I am not going to be eating Jose's Tacos unless I'm going straight home right afterwards. What's up, James? How you doing?

00:12:34 - 00:13:09 | Speaker 4:

What's up? How you guys doing? Good. First time, long time. Hey, James, on the phone. So I was going to talk about how we have straight bathrooms, one-door bathrooms in my work. I was going to talk more about how the people have a lot of anxiety. I noticed a lot of the people had anxiety there. One of my co-workers, he goes so far where he says he cannot poop at work at all. He's the kind of person, he's got to take off everything to be able to poop. Oh, he's one of those.

00:13:09 - 00:13:15 | Speaker 3:

Why do people do that? What part of your outfit are you going to ruin by pooping?

00:13:16 - 00:13:19 | Speaker 4:

It's a comfortability thing. I've got to get him a birthday suit, though.

00:13:19 - 00:13:23 | Speaker 2:

Do you know what? They don't like it touching the floor, though. They don't like their pants touching the floor or anything like that.

00:13:23 - 00:13:26 | Speaker 3:

But when you take them off, they are going to touch the floor.

00:13:26 - 00:13:29 | Speaker 2:

They hang them on a hook, I think. I think they hang them on a hook.

00:13:29 - 00:13:30 | Speaker 3:

Those gaps are too big to be naked.

00:13:31 - 00:13:36 | Speaker 2:

That's wild, though. I always wondered about those guys that do that. They get all naked in there. Like, are they really just pooping?

00:13:36 - 00:13:36 | Speaker 3:

It's so weird.

00:13:37 - 00:13:41 | Speaker 2:

It is wild. What's going on, Crystal? Hey, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning.

00:13:41 - 00:13:46 | Speaker 5:

Hey, good morning. I work at a daycare, and we have 24 women in there, and we only have two bathrooms.

00:13:46 - 00:13:49 | Speaker 2:

Oh, you guys are in trouble. You guys are in trouble.

00:13:49 - 00:13:57 | Speaker 5:

yeah there's times that there's lines like oh like i gotta i gotta go i gotta go i hate when

00:13:57 - 00:14:01 | Speaker 2:

i go to a restaurant and they just have the single stalls like steve's deli has that and

00:14:01 - 00:14:07 | Speaker 3:

i gotta wait there forever waiting and they know when you come out if it was you oh yeah that made

00:14:07 - 00:14:13 | Speaker 2:

that smell it's the worst yeah yeah yes well thank you for the call i appreciate it uh what's up jill

00:14:13 - 00:14:23 | Speaker 1:

how you doing good morning i worked from home for four years and now i work in person in a retail store and they could have a hundred stalls and i'm still gonna have anxiety because now other

00:14:23 - 00:14:33 | Speaker 2:

people can be in the bathroom with me i never thought about that anybody that was a remote worker for a while going back and working amongst all the crazy people you know yeah i didn't really

00:14:33 - 00:14:40 | Speaker 1:

think about it either until the first time i had to go in there and someone was in the bathroom like oh yeah i'm not just in the comfort of my own home anymore what do you think about this

00:14:40 - 00:14:44 | Speaker 2:

because our stalls don't go all the way down to the ground i'm thinking about bringing a change

00:14:44 - 00:14:53 | Speaker 1:

of shoes so that when people look under there you know yeah you just like little ones that you can put in your pocket or something and no one will even notice you i'm gonna pull a mr rogers right

00:14:53 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 2:

before i go to the back no one will know when you do to in public restrooms especially at work do you

00:15:00 - 00:15:25 | Speaker 6:

Do you do as comfortably as you do at home? No. Or do you kind of like... No. You know what I mean? No. I get my business done fast. Yeah. And when I'm at home, man, it just feels comfortable. It's like sitting on a couch, you know what I mean? Do you turn the volume down because there are other people there? Well, a lot of times I do because I'm afraid I'll be grunting when I'm in there, you know what I mean? Like I'll be... You know?

00:15:26 - 00:15:27 | Speaker 3:

I think you need some Metamucil.

00:15:30 - 00:15:40 | Speaker 7:

We all thought it was him going to heaven, you know.

00:17:44 - 00:17:47 | Speaker 6:

00:19:03 - 00:19:20 | Speaker 8:

Well, Oprah Winfrey saying she was never, ever paid by Kamala Harris' presidential campaign. There were rumors going around that she got a million dollars in her pocket. She says, not true.

00:19:21 - 00:19:26 | Speaker 1:

Oh, is it true that they paid you a million dollars for the endorsement for Kamala? Not true. Not true, okay.

00:19:27 - 00:19:43 | Speaker 8:

I was paid nothing ever. Not true. A spokesperson for her production company said the campaign paid for the production costs of Unite for America, that live streaming event that went down September 19th in Detroit. But that is all.

00:19:43 - 00:19:59 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, which, by the way, did you see that story of the campaign is raised over a billion dollars? They're $20 million in debt right now because of how much money they spent. And that was one of the things that tipped off. But did you hear the Call Her Daddy podcast?

00:20:00 - 00:20:02 | Speaker 4:

how much money that they had to spend for that?

00:20:02 - 00:20:02 | Speaker 1:

No.

00:20:03 - 00:20:23 | Speaker 4:

Because Vice President Harris did not want to fly to the Call Her Daddy studios, which were on the West Coast, they did a mock-up of the Call Her Daddy studios on the East Coast and set it up. And it cost, I think it was like $150,000 or $200,000 to redo a studio just to make it look like Call Her Daddy instead of just say it was in a hotel or something like that.

00:20:23 - 00:20:24 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, like why does it matter? That's crazy.

00:20:24 - 00:21:06 | Speaker 4:

I guess that they want it. And there was other ones too. It got to a point where they said that Alanis Morissette was supposed to do a concert, and they could not afford the, because it was like one of the last ones, that they couldn't afford to pay her because they simply ran out of money. Did they have to pay anything when she came here? They had to pay the, their whole list, it was a story that was in the Washington Examiner that went through the whole thing. They said that they paid, nobody knows yet if M&M's on this list because the production companies, people are still investigating on it. Harpo Studios obviously is on there but there are like Beyonce's name is on there too they paid a bunch of these celebrities I'll do that story for you next hour

00:21:06 - 00:21:07 | Speaker 1:

it's very interesting

00:21:07 - 00:21:20 | Speaker 4:

but here's the thing why are you, but if you're an artist and stuff, why can't you why can't you do it for free if that's the person that you are you know, supporting for president you know what I mean

00:21:20 - 00:21:24 | Speaker 2:

who's the guy who did I'm proud to be on the market that song

00:21:24 - 00:21:27 | Speaker 4:

that is, god I don't know what his name is

00:21:27 - 00:21:32 | Speaker 2:

He charges the U.S. government every year for that to play at the Citizenship Swearens.

00:21:33 - 00:21:34 | Speaker 4:

Lee Greenwood.

00:21:34 - 00:21:35 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, thank you.

00:21:35 - 00:21:39 | Speaker 4:

It's amazing, though. A billion dollars you raise, and you're still $20 million in debt.

00:21:40 - 00:22:24 | Speaker 1:

Blake Shelton is returning to reality TV. Six months after exiting The Voice, he announced he's debuting his very own singing competition series, tentatively titled The Road, for CBS next year. Okay, I love the concept of this. So he's teaming up with Yellowstone creator Tyler Sheridan to do it. Tyler's going to be producing this show. And this new docu-series will trail an established superstar. I don't know if it's Blake or if it's somebody else. But on their journey to discover the next big artist. So contestants will join this headliner on tour, performing as opening acts in venues across the country. So they're going to compete to win over local fan bases to secure a spot in the next city and remain on the tour as the opener.

00:22:24 - 00:22:32 | Speaker 4:

Speaking of Yellowstone, I finally watched the Yellowstone because I didn't watch it on Sunday night because of the game. Are you going to talk about it later this morning?

00:22:32 - 00:22:41 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, there's a huge spoiler alert, but Kevin Costner is commenting on how he feels they handled the situation of him no longer being on the show.

00:22:41 - 00:22:44 | Speaker 4:

Did you see what the ratings were for Yellowstone in Detroit?

00:22:44 - 00:22:44 | Speaker 1:

Was it crazy?

00:22:45 - 00:22:46 | Speaker 4:

No, it was next to nothing.

00:22:46 - 00:22:46 | Speaker 1:

Oh, really?

00:22:46 - 00:22:57 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, because everybody in Detroit was watching the game, watching the Lions game. and they said that the ratings in Detroit was like the worst city that they had out of all the cities. But it was good. It was a good episode.

00:22:58 - 00:23:10 | Speaker 1:

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger-Pratt are parents again. The Guardians of the Galaxy star and his author wife welcomed their third baby together. A little boy they named Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger-Pratt. That's a mouthful.

00:23:10 - 00:23:22 | Speaker 3:

How did he write that social post? What? Because he had the controversy with how he phrased the first one with Anna Faris's first social. Yeah, well, this is their third, his fourth, but yeah.

00:23:23 - 00:23:38 | Speaker 1:

And a Spirit Airlines plane flying from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to Haiti was diverted after it was hit by gunfire while attempting to land. The plane struck by gunfire four times while attempting to land in Haiti's capital city.

00:23:38 - 00:23:42 | Speaker 2:

I heard clock, clock, clock, you know, three times.

00:23:42 - 00:23:49 | Speaker 3:

And a couple of us in the plane, we recognized the noise, gunshot.

00:23:50 - 00:24:07 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, no passengers reported injuries, but one flight attendant on board the plane reported some minor injuries. She underwent medical evaluation. Crazy. And I think it was yesterday, there was a JetBlue flight from Haiti to New York City that was also hit by a bullet.

00:24:07 - 00:24:38 | Speaker 4:

And this is scary. Mitch Albom, who's a good friend of the show. Mitch Albom's a great guy. album mitch album has a orphanage in haiti that he goes to frequently to go visit the orphanage there and this it's kind of scary when you think about it people are still traveling back and forth to haiti and this is going on yeah yeah man for all of an orphanage in haiti yeah he and uh his wife uh they have never had children so they want to give back and they beautiful he is honest he's a mitch album's got some amazing stuff that he's done giving back uh all these years

00:29:23 - 00:29:28 | Speaker 2:

00:30:33 - 00:30:39 | Speaker 3:

00:30:39 - 00:31:06 | Speaker 2:

We'll accept it. Give it to him, yes. Two out of two. It is Shelton. You got to get, by the way, at least one of these next ones, right? In order to be our champion, at least to win with a tie, get a clean win if you get them both right. Oprah is denying the rumors that she was paid a million dollars by Kamala Harris' campaign for an endorsement. Who is Oprah's long-time CBS news anchor BFF? Oh, Gail King.

00:31:06 - 00:31:08 | Speaker 3:

00:31:12 - 00:31:14 | Speaker 3:

You love Gail. Appreciate you, Gail.

00:31:14 - 00:31:33 | Speaker 2:

And question number five for a clean win, Jessica Simpson announced that she is releasing new music, and many fans believe this is her way of announcing that she is separated from her husband. True or false? Jessica is currently married to Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson.

00:31:35 - 00:31:35 | Unknown:

False.

00:31:35 - 00:31:50 | Speaker 2:

That is false. We all know who's married. We know who's married to Russell Wilson, right? Absolutely. Yeah. It's, yeah. One two-step Sierra, exactly. One two-step. But this is wild. Jessica Simpson's husband is the former NFL tight end Eric Johnson. You're a winner.

00:31:51 - 00:31:51 | Unknown:

Yes.

00:31:53 - 00:32:33 | Speaker 2:

00:32:34 - 00:32:36 | Speaker 3:

It's Mojo in the mornings, 5 at 6.55.

00:32:40 - 00:33:08 | Speaker 2:

Mojo in the morning. Phone number 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Text is 95500. zero okay so kev's got a situation to uh talk about here this morning uh do you bring your fights and your disagreements between friends and involve your kids into them what's the story kev

00:33:08 - 00:34:20 | Speaker 1:

yeah man uh kind of tough situation i've known somebody for quite a long time uh not one of the core guys that um you all met at the birthday party none of my best friends but somebody i've known for quite a long time and um Josiah has developed a relationship with my friend's child and the latter part of the years of my relationship with the friend hasn't been the best and it came to a point where for peace for safety we no longer needed to be friends and I'm okay with separating that it was a tough decision but it was best for myself and that's what I'm prioritizing right now is my piece and the difficult part about that is not only am I separating myself from this friendship but because I'm choosing to separate myself I'm also choosing to separate my son from the friendship that he had with the other person's child and it doesn't come easy because obviously Josiah has developed a relationship with this person but i think there are times when you have to just cut ties with people really and hopefully you know josiah can understand that you know this is one of those lessons where you have to

00:34:20 - 00:34:31 | Speaker 2:

set healthy boundaries is it is it bad enough thing where if josiah were still friends with him like it would bring negative on josiah or are you just doing that because you're

00:34:31 - 00:34:59 | Speaker 1:

bitter towards him yeah i think um i mean there have been threats that have made you know from both sides it hasn't got physical but i could see it becoming physical um and then the thought of mine just came like you know what if it's those situations where y'all just meet at zap zone and go your separate ways and it's like i don't even i don't even think that's a possibility at this point and i think another thing is it just seems like it's a door needs to be closed it doesn't need to be cracked and i feel like if it's cracked it will

00:35:00 - 00:35:04 | Speaker 4:

allow things to take place that just don't need to take place is this something that has ever

00:35:04 - 00:36:00 | Speaker 5:

happened to anybody has anybody ever uh had a friendship blow up between uh you and somebody else uh and your parents wouldn't let you wouldn't let you hang out with their kids or you wouldn't let your kids hang out with their kids if uh if it's something that's involving you 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 is our telephone number i remember when i was a kid we had neighbors that lived down the street and my dad was not fans of them he did not like them he thought that they were pains in the asses like my dad actually used to call them pain you're they're pain in the ass and i would always go dad what are you saying that for and it was funny because i was friends with their kids and they would all go over there all the time and they would you know we would hang out and i would be like talking to them they'd be like how's your dad doing i'm like he's okay Like, I didn't want to say what's going on.

00:36:00 - 00:36:01 | Speaker 1:

Because you were aware.

00:36:01 - 00:36:16 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. But when the kids came over to our house, my dad was very friendly with them. He loved the kids, but he just didn't like the parents. It's a hard situation. But we still hung out with each other. So that was kind of, so that's where I'm like going, oh man, that's too bad. Yeah. Does Josiah ask for this kid? Does he say, hey?

00:36:16 - 00:36:21 | Speaker 4:

I mean, he has, but that's the tough part, bro. Yeah.

00:36:21 - 00:36:43 | Speaker 1:

I've never experienced it that way, but I've experienced it the other way where the kids have something going on like drama between them and it's like my really good friends kid does it bring any problems between you and the friend we always have said in our like friendship group that we're gonna try to let the kids figure it out as much as possible yeah so but but that is really

00:36:43 - 00:36:49 | Speaker 5:

really hard are you showing loyalty towards your kids if your kid you know i mean like if you're

00:36:49 - 00:37:01 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, but if it were Lucy, for example, and Lucy was being a jerk, I'm going to encourage Lucy to do the right thing and say, you're in the wrong here.

00:37:01 - 00:37:04 | Speaker 5:

What if their kid was a bully? Would you tell your friend that their kid's a freaking bully?

00:37:04 - 00:37:05 | Speaker 1:

So that has happened.

00:37:05 - 00:37:06 | Speaker 5:

Oh.

00:37:06 - 00:37:21 | Speaker 1:

That has happened. And it makes it very interesting. But I feel like, for the most part, my close friend group is very receptive to that. And then I have, you know, other moms that I'm friendly with because my kids are friends with their kids. And it's a little bit of a tougher situation. But, yeah.

00:37:21 - 00:37:22 | Speaker 5:

Medina.

00:37:23 - 00:37:24 | Unknown:

Yes.

00:37:24 - 00:37:25 | Speaker 5:

How you doing? What do you think?

00:37:27 - 00:38:37 | Speaker 2:

So, my daughter was about to be 15 now. And me and her godmother. So, imagine how close me and this person were. We had a very, very strong relationship. And we actually ended up cutting ties. We just were no longer on the same page anymore. And that's fine. but my daughter was texting her kids and she was telling i found out through the grapevine she told her kids to stop talking to my kids first of all i don't care what we go through as adults those kids have nothing to do with it i my kid is friends with cousins that i don't even talk to so kids have nothing to do with that as long as you know that your kid is in a safe environment at a birthday party or things of that nature then it's fine but i completely understand kevin like having to break that to your child like we are no longer friends and then your child questioning like well why can't i be their kid's friend you know and it's hard and nobody explains that part of adulthood to you and it sucks because it does affect your child but i'm praying for you kev i saw you at the pistons games on friday shout out so i had a ball so yes but it'll all work out kev

00:38:37 - 00:38:41 | Speaker 5:

I appreciate you, Medina. Thank you. Twyla?

00:38:42 - 00:38:43 | Speaker 3:

Twyla?

00:38:43 - 00:38:51 | Speaker 5:

What's up? Is that you? How you doing? I said your name like in a question because I know I've before screwed it up. What's going on?

00:38:53 - 00:39:19 | Speaker 3:

I just want to say, Kevin, it took a lot of maturity to decide. You can protect your piece, right? But I think that you need to use that same maturity to allow Josiah to be. If Josiah is not unsafe, then allow him to be the kid's friend if he chooses. Because it takes maturity to choose your piece. It takes maturity to exist with another parent without having that relationship and letting the kid choose. But again, that's me. I am a parent. I'm also a therapist.

00:39:20 - 00:39:37 | Speaker 4:

No, that's an incredible point, Twyla. I can only do so much, though. And in a situation where I can't control how the other person responds or how the other person acts, my full energy is to protect my child. And when I can't control the environment, I've got to control what I can control.

00:39:37 - 00:39:55 | Speaker 5:

Hey, Twyla, don't you think he should still let Josiah be friends so that he could find out if this guy's talking crap about him? Josiah could be the mole. Come on, Twyla. Twyla, I'm a therapist, too. I don't know if you know that. I play one on the radio.

00:39:55 - 00:39:59 | Speaker 3:

You are a mole-go radio therapist. That's right. Exactly.

00:40:00 - 00:40:31 | Speaker 4:

we love you take care of yourself you too it is funny though you know all the circumstances that we just brought up you know friends and you know when you're a kid and stuff like that the Shannon one is interesting where when your kids get into fights with kids that are your friends kids it really can put like a wrench in your friendships because your kids are like mom and dad you can't hang out with that you know you're not being loyal to me whatever the deal is I'm like, yeah, but the guy's got a great bourbon collection

00:40:31 - 00:40:57 | Speaker 3:

But I do like Twyla's perspective And I love the relationship I have with Josiah Where we can communicate And sometimes I think we can be stubborn And think that we know everything And our perspective is the perspective And our kids can really open up our iris And allow us to see things differently And question our own beliefs So we had that conversation And he challenged me on some things But we came to an understanding and an agreement At the end of it that this was what was best

00:40:57 - 00:41:13 | Speaker 4:

That's good It's Mojo in the morning show. When Megan just told us this, I was like, wait a second. Megan is fighting with somebody over a baby name because, Megan, you're claiming that that baby name is the name, your baby name?

00:41:13 - 00:42:03 | Speaker 2:

Let me tell you. I feel like it is my right as an American citizen. Hold on. Let me say this seriously. It is my right as an American citizen to call dibs on baby names, even though I have zero interest in currently having children. I know, I know, I know. But, like, I am dead set on the names I would like for my imaginary future children. Like, dead freaking set. And it is my right to pass on these generational family names. I am curious, though, on your thoughts on this. My grandfather had an amazing name. Now, somebody took his middle name and made it the name of her daughter, and somebody else took his first name and made it the middle name of their son, okay?

00:42:04 - 00:42:06 | Speaker 4:

And who are these people that are related to him?

00:42:06 - 00:42:07 | Speaker 2:

These are all my cousins.

00:42:07 - 00:42:07 | Speaker 4:

Okay, okay.

00:42:07 - 00:43:23 | Speaker 2:

We were all very close to my grandfather. He's the best human being on the planet. I mean, I'm Irish, so he was our pop, but our pop was the best guy in the entire world. and I um really really really I don't think this is going to be shocking to everybody have a weird obsession with Harry Styles my grandfather's name was Harold let me tell you this is perfect win-win for me I love the name Harry and my cousin who I hope she's listening right now I'm going to call her out her name is Tiffany they named their child with the middle name Harold they have started calling him by his middle name the majority of the time which again is harold and i think that is off limits you chose that as a middle name and that is my imaginary child's future name and i think it's absolutely ridiculous that you think it's okay to call him by his middle name even though he's alive why are they not calling him by his first name they do he responds to both he genuinely responds if you're like in a crowded room and you call out this kid's first name or his middle name he'll turn around and respond i do that with smith yeah yeah so like he responds to both and i think that's absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for but okay so but she she has this child already exists yes correct a living human being can you claim is that possible

00:43:23 - 00:43:32 | Speaker 4:

uh 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 is it possible to claim a baby name when there is no baby yeah

00:43:32 - 00:43:47 | Speaker 2:

yeah because i'm the youngest of 50 some cousins and i don't get what the irish catholics love to reproduce it's the only thing we're good at holy truly god above truly and i first cousins

00:43:47 - 00:44:23 | Speaker 3:

yeah so everybody looking at you crazy for not having kids you're the all liar yes this same thing happened to my mom though my mom uh obviously i'm the first child and i have a younger sister named melinda my mom wanted both of our names to start with k's she wanted me to be kevin for my younger sister to be Kiera, and she shared this with one of her friends. The friend got pregnant before my mom got pregnant with my sister and named her daughter Kiera. Bro, my mama was sick. Every time she would see her, I'd be like, she stole my... My mama was pissed, bro.

00:44:23 - 00:44:31 | Speaker 4:

We have somebody that wants to join the conversation here right now. Harold's mom is on the phone with us. Tiffany?

00:44:31 - 00:44:36 | Speaker 1:

That's me. I'm guilty. Hi, Harry's mom. Hi.

00:44:36 - 00:44:39 | Speaker 4:

Do you call him Harry or Harold or what do you call him?

00:44:40 - 00:44:55 | Speaker 1:

Harold. That is his great grandpa's first name. It's my husband's middle name. So I, and I love the man. He was the best. So that's Ashton's middle name. Okay.

00:44:55 - 00:45:00 | Speaker 2:

And Pop, just to be clear, loved Tiffany more than he loved any of his blood relatives.

00:45:00 - 00:45:08 | Speaker 8:

Tiffany are you aware that Megan has such disdain for you because you stole her invisible baby's

00:45:08 - 00:45:27 | Speaker 7:

name no I did not know imaginary baby but not invisible it's not a real existing child but I do think it's I I'm very bad at you Tiffany because that's his middle name and he should never go by it uh ever no matter the family connection and how important he was all of us

00:45:27 - 00:45:43 | Speaker 4:

that's mine well you know blame that on your aunt kathy okay because she gave mick that name as a middle name yeah so what was i to do you know that's nick's middle name and actually you have

00:45:43 - 00:45:49 | Speaker 2:

more claim to it because of that than megan does wait do you have a cousin named mick mick i'm

00:45:49 - 00:46:02 | Speaker 8:

confused is that really its name no no oh okay different last name correct okay that's how we kept the family name i love i love that i love that that would be actually funny name for first

00:46:02 - 00:46:07 | Speaker 2:

name i love well well tiffany she's filing a cease and desist yes right now she's already

00:46:07 - 00:46:39 | Speaker 4:

called the attorneys oh okay well what do you suggest we change his name to i think you just call him by his first name okay well the reason we start calling him harold is because he's the bad kid that's funny that is so funny like when he when he was little i always had to middle name him i always had to say like ashton harold ashton harold and so it got so annoying so i would just drop the ashton part and would just be like harold oh what a good story i love him so much

00:46:39 - 00:47:07 | Speaker 8:

tell him i said hi see you tiffany take care did you ever hear the story about lucy so lucy was a name that I wanted forever and ever and ever and I loved I Love Lucy and Lucille Ball and everybody in my family knew that. My half sister Bridget and I love her but got this cute little white dog and named it Lucy. Oh, that's even worse. And I was like, guess what? If I ever have a daughter, I'm still naming her Lucy and I did. So now we have dog Lucy and girl Lucy in our family.

00:47:08 - 00:47:10 | Speaker 2:

Stephanie, what's going on? Hi.

00:47:11 - 00:47:11 | Speaker 8:

Good morning.

00:47:12 - 00:47:21 | Speaker 6:

What's happening? First time, long time. Hey there. i was just calling to comment we were pregnant with our first

00:47:21 - 00:47:29 | Speaker 2:

we lost it you were pregnant with your first child yes we uh we're super excited about the

00:47:29 - 00:47:45 | Speaker 6:

name kate and jay for our boy and we found out that my brother-in-law was expecting they actually went into lit early and stole the name hayden so now we have cousins hayden and kayden oh no

00:47:45 - 00:48:00 | Speaker 2:

they just changed the letter that's interesting is that is that good though or is that is that okay is that more appropriate then a little salty about it but i like it now yeah that's wild chris actually you guys stopped talking to family members because of a name

00:48:00 - 00:48:27 | Speaker 3:

Well, my cousin stopped talking to me because when my daughter was born, I gave her the same name of the child she was going to name her child if she had one. So I haven't talked to her in well over 25 years. Oh, my God. At our grandmother's funeral, she refused to come to the grandmother's funeral. Our grandmother's funeral, I showed up.

00:48:28 - 00:48:31 | Speaker 2:

All because of the name. Names are serious.

00:48:31 - 00:48:36 | Speaker 3:

And to be honest, I don't remember her wanting this name. I was just reading a romance novel.

00:48:38 - 00:48:46 | Speaker 2:

Remember back in the day, that used to be the thing. People would name them after romance novels or soap opera stars. What's up, Initial A? Your voice disguised.

00:48:47 - 00:49:04 | Speaker 1:

Yes. So my brother just found out that they are expecting, and he texted me and asked if he could steal my boy name. But when I was pregnant with my daughter, they already had a boy named Picked Out. So why are you trying to steal mine? Use yours.

00:49:04 - 00:49:09 | Speaker 2:

Oh, no. I guess yours is better. What did you say to him? Did you say yes or no?

00:49:09 - 00:49:10 | Speaker 1:

No. Absolutely not.

00:49:11 - 00:49:11 | Speaker 2:

What do you think he'll do?

00:49:11 - 00:49:15 | Speaker 1:

If I have possibly another child, I need that one.

00:49:15 - 00:49:18 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, but what if you don't have a child and now that name goes unused?

00:49:19 - 00:49:20 | Speaker 1:

Too bad.

00:49:21 - 00:49:24 | Speaker 2:

All right. Whitney, what's happening? It's Mojo in the morning.

00:49:24 - 00:49:54 | Speaker 5:

Good morning. My cousins, this topic is hilarious because my cousins are currently, like, not talking to each other because we all had a discussion about dog names, and they both had the same dog name they wanted. And one cousin got the dog first, and so she named a dog that, and so now they're totally mad at each other. And it's a celebrity dog name. It's Sir Barks-a-Lot. It's not even either of your names. So it's crazy.

00:49:54 - 00:49:59 | Speaker 2:

It's all over a dog You're not going to talk to family members Because of babies and dog names

00:50:00 - 00:50:13 | Speaker 4:

the craziest who understands all right we'll talk to you later Whitney we'll see you soon all right she looks like a total I think Megan just needs to rush and have a baby and make it make it yours because I think that you have to have proof of ownership or something like that

00:50:13 - 00:50:23 | Speaker 5:

with the law proof of usage or something like that or if you don't want to have a baby because we know you're not that may not be your your path right get another dog and name it Harry

00:50:23 - 00:50:27 | Speaker 2:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

00:50:27 - 00:50:32 | Speaker 4:

Let's get you caught up on what's trending this morning. Shannon with the 7.30 Dirty.

00:50:33 - 00:52:01 | Speaker 5:

So Megan Fox is pregnant. Yesterday, she shared a photo of herself. Do you actually care? The girls in the studio when this came down yesterday. Oh my God. Yeah. Well, she looked so good. I mean, she looks, it's not fair. She shared this photo of herself. She's like covered in black body paint, cradling her belly in a puddle of it. And she wrote a simple caption alongside the image that said, nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back. And it was the baby with the angel wings and the halo and then a little heart. Now, she previously suffered a miscarriage, making this the couple's second shot at starting a family together. So it's a rainbow baby for them. She also shared an image of a pregnancy test showing positive results and tagged Machine Gun Kelly in it. So, yes, it is his baby. And, yes, this means they are officially back together. So sad. spoiler alert if you have not started watching the latest season season five part two of yellow stone so i'm going to give you a second turn it down okay the show wasted zero time by revealing in the opening moments that kevin costner's character john dutton had died by a gunshot wound to the head after he exited the show because of this big rumored feud all sorts of drama with the showrunner taylor sheridan so yesterday he sat down for an interview and talked about what he thought about how they essentially killed him off i guess there's no way to avoid a spoiler

00:52:01 - 00:52:07 | Speaker 2:

alert but are you cool with what aired last night i want to be perfectly honest i didn't know it was

00:52:07 - 00:52:40 | Speaker 1:

actually airing last night that's really that's a swear to god moment i swear to god i mean i've been seeing ads with my face all over the place and i'm thinking gee i'm not in that one i'm not in this season but i've been seeing but i didn't realize yesterday was the thing i had my i really my focus has been on what I was having to do. And I got a few calls to me. So you think sometimes I'm like just a passenger in my life. You know, there's a lot going on. And somebody said, you know, it played last night. And I said, OK, so no, I found out about it this morning, actually.

00:52:41 - 00:52:57 | Speaker 5:

So again, spoiler alert, if you haven't started watching the latest season of Yellowstone, but he was then asked how he felt about it being a suicide. And he's like, no, that doesn't want to make me rush to go see it and if you actually watched the episode you know that that's not actually what happened

00:52:57 - 00:53:12 | Speaker 4:

but still. And they caught a lot of crap by the way because a lot of people thought you know that that was if it was a suicide that was a real kind of like low below distasteful thing to do to a guy that you're all mad at because the creator hates him

00:53:12 - 00:53:14 | Speaker 3:

Why does the creator hate him?

00:53:14 - 00:53:20 | Speaker 5:

Sorry to side you. There's just all sorts of drama about so many different things yeah specifically contracts

00:53:20 - 00:53:25 | Speaker 4:

I'll be honest with you I don't think this show Is going to be the same Without him I don't know Yeah I feel you

00:53:25 - 00:53:33 | Speaker 3:

That's how a lot of people Felt when they killed Omari Harwick off power When he died It was Everybody kind of Went their separate ways

00:53:33 - 00:53:37 | Speaker 5:

Sex in the City Is not Sex in the City Without Samantha Yes Okay

00:53:37 - 00:53:38 | Speaker 4:

There you go

00:53:38 - 00:53:45 | Speaker 5:

Kev you know How excited I am For this next story Jessica Simpson Is back in the music game

00:53:45 - 00:53:49 | Speaker 4:

Oh come on Are you serious Alright She wrote on Instagram

00:53:49 - 00:54:18 | Speaker 5:

yesterday. Interviews in my Nashville music room where I unearthed my singular magic. This comeback is personal. It's an apology to myself for putting up with everything I did not deserve. That was the caption alongside some amazing photos of her. She looks phenomenal. Photos in which, I might add, she was not wearing her wedding ring, which caused a whole bunch of speculation that her marriage to former NFL star Eric Johnson is on the rocks. By the way, the last time she gave us an album was in 2010. It was Happy Christmas. It was a Christmas album.

00:54:19 - 00:54:23 | Speaker 3:

Do y'all remember when she had that show with her and Nicholas Shea? It was the best. Heck yeah. I remember that.

00:54:24 - 00:54:28 | Speaker 4:

Don't you think that that show was the start of kind of like good reality television?

00:54:29 - 00:54:31 | Speaker 3:

It birthed a lot of people.

00:54:31 - 00:54:31 | Speaker 4:

I loved it.

00:54:31 - 00:55:00 | Speaker 5:

And I teased this, this butter controversy that's happening at Costco. This is a big story right now. Costco was forced to recall almost 80,000 pounds of butter because the label failed to mention that the butter contains milk. What? what doesn't all butter contain milk yeah it contains great yeah the fda sent out the initial recall for the kirkland signature butter due to this undeclared allergen back in october so packages for both the

00:55:00 - 00:55:32 | Speaker 2:

salted and unsalted Kirkland signature sweet cream butter list cream as an ingredient if you look at it. But it doesn't include an allergy warning on the front that the butter contains milk. The internet is now upset that so much butter, 80,000 pounds, is going to waste. Like they are just tossing it. News articles are telling people how they can return or safely dispose of the butter. One person wrote, it's butter. Another person said, can you please all safely dispose of it at my house i have a lot of holiday baking to do i understand the allergy

00:55:32 - 00:55:44 | Speaker 3:

thing what makes me mad is specifically the waste i just wish there was a way for costco to like put up signs like that follow some sort of ada regulation or fda regulation is what i meant to

00:55:44 - 00:55:55 | Speaker 1:

say and um slap a sticker and be done with it yeah or donate it to gleaners forgotten harvest Yeah, Forgotten Harvest, exactly.

00:55:55 - 00:56:00 | Speaker 2:

00:59:15 - 00:59:21 | Speaker 6:

ow i'm sorry it's your home for war of the roses on mojo in the morning ashley why do you think

00:59:21 - 00:59:33 | Speaker 4:

that your husband is cheating well he is really close with his assistant at work and he cheated on me before.

00:59:34 - 00:59:40 | Speaker 1:

And you believe that he's cheating with her, the assistant? Yeah.

00:59:40 - 00:59:42 | Speaker 2:

Is that who he cheated with before?

00:59:42 - 00:59:43 | Speaker 1:

No.

00:59:44 - 00:59:44 | Unknown:

Okay.

00:59:44 - 00:59:45 | Speaker 1:

Who did he cheat with before?

00:59:47 - 00:59:48 | Speaker 4:

Another assistant.

00:59:49 - 00:59:51 | Speaker 3:

So there's a pattern we've established.

00:59:52 - 00:59:56 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. Well, how did you find out the first time?

00:59:56 - 00:59:58 | Speaker 3:

well

01:00:00 - 01:00:31 | Speaker 6:

just through emails and like the phone his work phone I saw and we worked it out he you know I forgave him we did a lot of work like building trust back but I just I just have a feeling it's a new assistant he's and he's I don't know just like that work longer and she sent him a care package when he was sick and out that's unusual behavior for a work

01:00:31 - 01:00:47 | Speaker 3:

relationship unless she's trying to kiss ass is it a care package that was hey i hope you get better soon or is it a care package like i want to take care of you because your wife's not taking care of you like what is what kind of a package because that just seems like a nice thing to do

01:00:47 - 01:01:11 | Speaker 6:

no it was i mean it was a nice thing to do but it crossed the line like i think that's appropriate if you have a professional working relationship but it was a really flirty note and what did the notes say i want to take care of you and like oh yeah wow like i know that i can all right

01:01:11 - 01:01:36 | Speaker 3:

it upsets me to even think about it yeah no there's that that is crossed the line uh we're gonna do war of the roses we're gonna call him up to see where he's gonna send a dozen free roses i want you to do us a favor and stay on the phone but mute your phone so hit the mute button on your your cell phone okay okay we're hoping that the flowers go to ashley it's the mojo in the morning War of the Roses.

01:01:42 - 01:01:43 | Speaker 5:

Hello?

01:01:44 - 01:01:44 | Speaker 1:

Hi, is this Matthew?

01:01:46 - 01:01:47 | Speaker 5:

Yes, who's speaking, please?

01:01:48 - 01:01:58 | Speaker 1:

Hi, Matthew. My name is Nicole, and I'm calling you from an online floral company called rosesbloom.com with an offer for some free flowers. If you have 30 seconds or so to answer two survey questions for us.

01:01:59 - 01:02:00 | Speaker 4:

I'm sorry, I'm not interested.

01:02:01 - 01:02:12 | Speaker 1:

It's totally free of charge. I'm not going to ask you for any sort of financial information. It's literally two survey questions, and then we're going to send a dozen red roses at some point in the day today to the person that you're using.

01:02:12 - 01:02:17 | Speaker 5:

I'm really, really busy. I don't want to do any kind of subscription. I don't want to- It's not. It's not.

01:02:18 - 01:02:30 | Speaker 1:

No subscription. This is just, we're just trying to, it's a marketing campaign to get our name out there. Like I said, we're a newer company. We'd actually be done right now if I would have asked you the two questions already. That's how quick it is.

01:02:32 - 01:02:33 | Speaker 3:

You just hang out the phone?

01:02:33 - 01:02:36 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Call him back.

01:02:38 - 01:02:46 | Speaker 3:

Ashley, you can unmute for one second. Ashley, we're going to call him right back, okay?

01:02:47 - 01:02:47 | Speaker 6:

Okay.

01:02:48 - 01:02:49 | Speaker 3:

All right, mute it back again.

01:03:02 - 01:03:11 | Speaker 1:

Hello? Hi, Matthew. This is Nicole from rosesbloom.com. I'm so sorry. I think we got disconnected. I was right about to ask you that first question of have you purchased-

01:03:11 - 01:03:16 | Speaker 5:

No, I'm not. I hung up. I'm not interested. I really am very busy. Please ask the next person. Thank you.

01:03:16 - 01:03:22 | Speaker 1:

Okay. Hey, Matthew. This will totally help me out if you just answered the survey questions. And it is free flowers.

01:03:24 - 01:03:28 | Speaker 5:

I don't like that you called me back. Really, really, really, really quick.

01:03:28 - 01:03:33 | Speaker 1:

Okay. Okay, the first question, have you purchased flowers in the last six months?

01:03:34 - 01:03:35 | Speaker 5:

Yes.

01:03:35 - 01:03:37 | Speaker 1:

Do you plan on purchasing flowers in the next six months?

01:03:38 - 01:03:38 | Speaker 5:

Yes.

01:03:39 - 01:03:55 | Speaker 1:

Okay, that's all I'm going to ask you as a quick, or as a thank you for participating in that rosesbloom.com survey. Like I said, I'm now authorized to provide you with a dozen long-stemmed red roses. So I'm going to go ahead, and do you have somebody in mind that you want to send them to? Just a first and a last name?

01:03:55 - 01:04:03 | Speaker 4:

honestly i can i just send it to all the girls in my office i don't want to pick one person

01:04:03 - 01:04:15 | Speaker 2:

01:04:15 - 01:04:28 | Speaker 1:

01:04:28 - 01:05:00 | Speaker 3:

01:05:36 - 01:05:41 | Speaker 2:

Ashley does he send you flowers every single month

01:05:41 - 01:05:50 | Speaker 5:

no I don't know why Matthew you're saying that you do I don't even remember the last time you got me flowers

01:05:50 - 01:06:02 | Speaker 4:

if it's not every month it's every other month okay i send flowers all the time including this month i don't know what you're talking about are you saying that because you

01:06:02 - 01:06:05 | Speaker 2:

have sent her flowers every single month are you saying that she's a liar and she's

01:06:06 - 01:06:16 | Speaker 4:

yes i send her flowers every single month are you getting flowers ashley no i'm not i don't

01:06:16 - 01:06:49 | Speaker 2:

know why you're saying this right now are you saying this is he saying this matthew are you saying this because you're just trying to make yourself look good because you know that there's people that are listening is that is that a guy that just didn't get caught but got caught i don't because i don't i don't know i don't know how incriminating it is that he sends the flowers to a bunch of people in his office unless he's specifically giving it to one person. Are there a lot of women in his office?

01:06:52 - 01:07:01 | Speaker 1:

But I still think he sounds like a huge jerk to say nobody that I would want to send flowers to when I asked if he had like a significant other or, you know.

01:07:01 - 01:07:06 | Speaker 4:

Maybe. Ashley, have you been fighting? No.

01:07:07 - 01:07:23 | Speaker 2:

What do you I don't get, like I'm like kind of kind of surprised by that. I mean, you got to talk to him. Ashley, why don't you just hang on the phone for one second, Ashley, okay?

01:07:24 - 01:07:24 | Unknown:

Okay.

01:07:25 - 01:08:21 | Speaker 2:

This is the home of War of the Roses. We love Mojo in the Morning. Mojo in the Morning. Mojo in the Morning. the War of the Roses. And do we have a repeat offender? Do we have a repeat chronic work cheater? 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. I just asked that question because I know that we really didn't get a clear cut. He's cheating with somebody specifically. He obviously didn't send the flowers to his wife, but he lied or she lied. who knows on whether she gets flowers. I don't believe that she's lying. She sounds pretty honest about it, but it's an interesting situation. I don't know your thoughts on this. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548.

01:08:21 - 01:08:26 | Speaker 3:

Even if he does send her flowers, it's still weird to not send her flowers. Right.

01:08:26 - 01:08:33 | Speaker 2:

You know what I mean? Yeah. If somebody offers you that, you're going to send it to a family member. You're not going to say, let me send it to the girls in the office.

01:08:33 - 01:08:36 | Speaker 3:

All the girls, too. Also, he's just rude.

01:08:37 - 01:09:32 | Speaker 2:

He was, yeah, he was not a very friendly guy. Okay, so this is something that I've wondered before. If somebody cheats with somebody in the office, okay, you're married, you cheat, you go to counseling, which these guys did. They went to some pretty extensive therapy from what Ashley was telling us. And they go back to working in the office. Are there certain people that that's their pattern? Like they end up getting involved with people in the office? Like, has anybody ever been with somebody like that, that cheated with somebody they worked with, and then cheated with another person that they worked with? I would love to know if that's a thing, because I think, you know, they always say once a cheater, always a cheater, which sometimes you hear that and you go, oh, okay, I can see that. But how about once a work cheater, always a work cheater, because you're hanging out in the office all the time. Exactly. Or in the plant or wherever. Sydney would like to comment on this. Sydney, I have thoughts on this. I know you do. What are your thoughts?

01:09:34 - 01:09:38 | Speaker 6:

I think he is definitely cheating. He's gross. I don't like him.

01:09:38 - 01:09:40 | Speaker 2:

And what makes you think that?

01:09:42 - 01:09:58 | Speaker 6:

So, first of all, you should send flowers to your wife, of all people, not your employees or coworkers. And he didn't want to single her out. So he's like, oh, just send them to everybody because I don't want everyone to know we have a thing.

01:10:00 - 01:10:05 | Speaker 1:

That's an interesting thought. Maybe they're all there together, and he doesn't want the other people to know, you know?

01:10:05 - 01:10:06 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

01:10:06 - 01:10:10 | Speaker 4:

Is there any way that... Yeah, but if you wanted to avoid that, send them home.

01:10:10 - 01:10:13 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, or just be the right person. What do you say, Matt?

01:10:13 - 01:10:31 | Speaker 7:

Is there any way that, like, they're just not getting along right now? You got an offer for something free. Do something nice for the office. You don't have to pay for it. And maybe if you and your wife or your girlfriend or whatever the situation is aren't getting along, like, not send it home. Like, I'm not really in the mood to do this for you. Things aren't going well.

01:10:32 - 01:10:36 | Speaker 1:

Although he says in claims that he sends flowers to her all the time.

01:10:36 - 01:10:41 | Speaker 7:

But she didn't seem to think that. Or is his all the time, not her all the time?

01:10:41 - 01:10:43 | Speaker 1:

Well, he said once a month. Yeah.

01:10:44 - 01:10:44 | Speaker 7:

Yeah.

01:10:45 - 01:10:48 | Speaker 1:

I don't know. You would notice if you got flowers once a month. What's up, Stacey? Hi.

01:10:50 - 01:10:58 | Speaker 4:

Hi. So my theory on why he said that, the first question that Shannon asked him is, have you sent flowers in the last 30 days? And he said, yes.

01:10:58 - 01:11:00 | Speaker 1:

So do you think he was lying?

01:11:01 - 01:11:13 | Speaker 4:

I think he sent flowers to somebody in the last 30 days. It wasn't her. But when he found out she was on the phone, he had to say he sent flowers to her in the past 30 days because he knew he answered yes to that question.

01:11:13 - 01:11:24 | Speaker 1:

That's a good point. Because we've had that before, where the person says yes to that, and then we find out that they never sent him to their spouse. This guy just wants to keep on with the charade. What's up, Stephanie?

01:11:25 - 01:11:34 | Speaker 3:

Hey, I think he actually might be sleeping with multiple people in the office. and didn't want to single the one out because he said, I can't think of just one to send them to. Damn.

01:11:35 - 01:11:35 | Unknown:

Yeah.

01:11:35 - 01:11:36 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

01:11:36 - 01:11:38 | Speaker 1:

That would be interesting, wouldn't it?

01:11:38 - 01:11:50 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. And I mean, if he's already sending his wife free flowers every month, like she claims, why wouldn't he take an opportunity to get a free bouquet to send her for, you know, for nothing? So I don't know. I think it might be more than one.

01:11:50 - 01:11:58 | Speaker 6:

What he did do, like KP and Megan are in the studio right now. Do you kind of roll your eyes at the send it to all the ladies in the office?

01:11:58 - 01:12:12 | Speaker 7:

No, I know this sounds weird, but I think he has a history of this. So, like, we're jumping to conclusions. I don't think him sending them to the office is a clear-cut, like, oh, he's cheating.

01:12:12 - 01:12:15 | Speaker 6:

No, I don't mean it that way. I mean, roll your eyes, like.

01:12:15 - 01:12:16 | Speaker 1:

All the ladies.

01:12:16 - 01:12:26 | Speaker 7:

No, because I think sometimes our bosses have gotten things for free in the past, and they're like, they're for everybody. You know what I mean? It's just like, I brought it in to get rid of it.

01:12:26 - 01:12:29 | Speaker 6:

I kind of got a bad taste in my mouth when he did that.

01:12:29 - 01:12:59 | Speaker 1:

You know what I would love also? And I'm throwing this out there because I really want to talk to people that are chronic work cheaters. But I want to know, are there any people that are listening, anyone listening who has a guy in their office or a girl in their office that has slept with multiple people in the office and cheated with multiple people and the other people didn't know that they were cheating? Like that comment that was just made just a second ago was, maybe he's cheating with more. This guy's a freaking nutcase. I mean, he's doing it all under one roof, and he's the boss. What's up, Kristen?

01:13:01 - 01:13:06 | Speaker 2:

Hi, Christine. Christine. One time for fun? Yeah. Christine's on the phone.

01:13:07 - 01:13:08 | Speaker 1:

We've got to get it right. What's up, Christine?

01:13:09 - 01:13:20 | Speaker 2:

So I was dating a medic for about eight years, and come to find out every female he trained, he was shooting with on me in the back of his EMS truck.

01:13:20 - 01:13:21 | Speaker 1:

Oh, jeez.

01:13:21 - 01:13:24 | Speaker 2:

I can talk about 10 of the girls.

01:13:24 - 01:13:27 | Speaker 6:

How did you find out that that's where he was doing it?

01:13:29 - 01:13:54 | Speaker 2:

So eventually I found out because the girl had a left child with him that the husband takes care of. Oh, wow. My sister's no longer, he just said take his life last year. Oh, goodness. But through a lot of trauma and a lot of checking and phone calls, he would send me pictures when he'd get mad at me.

01:13:54 - 01:14:28 | Speaker 1:

oh my god that's awful was he doing was he doing it on the bed that patients would lay on that he would go save people with i'm sorry he would do it in the bed that that they they would bring into like people's homes huh the girls were um giving him favors they were oh okay in there okay wow That's crazy. Got the sirens on. Wow. Well, we're sorry that that happened to you. I'm sorry about that. Thank you for calling, though. Bianca, what's going on?

01:14:29 - 01:14:48 | Speaker 5:

Hi. I was in the car dropping my kids off this morning, and I heard you guys talking about cheaters and whether or not you were wondering when they cheat in the workplace. Is it usually like a pattern? Typically, it is. I was raised by a plant worker. And let's just say he found all of his partners inside of the same plant.

01:14:48 - 01:14:51 | Speaker 1:

Really? Wait, what kind of cars was he making?

01:14:52 - 01:14:53 | Speaker 5:

A Chrysler.

01:14:53 - 01:14:55 | Speaker 1:

A Chrysler cheater, of course.

01:14:57 - 01:15:00 | Speaker 5:

I think that's what they say anyway, but it's usually the Chrysler.

01:15:00 - 01:15:06 | Speaker 2:

your dad was your dad was uh was chronic at this how many people do you think that your dad had

01:15:06 - 01:15:10 | Speaker 3:

relationships with i honestly couldn't tell you but i just know that they love him like

01:15:10 - 01:15:17 | Speaker 2:

they love him dad was man oh boy well thank you for the call i'm sorry that you as a daughter

01:15:17 - 01:15:21 | Speaker 3:

that's got to be tough for you to deal with i'm the only daughter that's what's crazy and they

01:15:21 - 01:15:33 | Speaker 2:

always say that we're gonna dump it but that no that's okay you you said that your karma has been been spit because of your dad. I never heard that before. You get your dad's karma. They say

01:15:33 - 01:15:37 | Speaker 3:

that usually daughters get their dad's dating karma. Yeah.

01:15:37 - 01:15:46 | Speaker 2:

I'm sorry about that. It's true. Well, we are touching you through the radio right now. In a good way. In a good way, Sam. We're hoping that that karma goes away.

01:15:47 - 01:15:54 | Speaker 3:

Okay? Thank you. I've been listening to you guys since I was in high school. We used to listen to War of the Roses on a school bus. Wait, was in your

01:15:54 - 01:15:57 | Speaker 2:

dad? No way. Was your dad in the car driving

01:15:57 - 01:16:03 | Speaker 3:

you ever no i um he usually was at work um and so we took the school bus i grew up in chesterfield

01:16:03 - 01:16:09 | Speaker 2:

area i wonder and wonder if your dad ever has heard war of the roses before i i have made him

01:16:09 - 01:16:26 | Speaker 3:

listen he used to talk about me all the time because i was obsessed with like 955 98 7 um i was into those things versus he listened to like 97 9 and jazz i get it he's like i don't want to hear this and i'd always make him listen because he didn't like the war of the roses because guess I am uncomfortable.

01:16:26 - 01:16:30 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I can see that. Well, thank you for listening. We appreciate you. What's up, Melissa?

01:16:32 - 01:16:57 | Speaker 4:

Hi, I'm a dissenter on this. I believe that she is, that they are on their way out, on the way, on the outside, I'm sorry, and that she is just doing some digging. When you were asking her questions from the get-go, she was not sure of any of the answers. She was very passive. And I've worked for plenty of bosses who are male who bought flowers for the entire office. So, I mean, that's not surprising to me at all.

01:16:59 - 01:17:04 | Speaker 2:

Oh, wow. So you think that she's actually the innocent or not the innocent one in this?

01:17:05 - 01:17:27 | Speaker 4:

No, I think that they're both. I mean, if you listen to how I interview people for a living and if you listen to how she was responding and how passive she was and she wasn't real forthcoming with the answers, I'm thinking that they're already on the outs. And she just wanted like something for the lawyer. or just wanted something some kind of uh reinforcement for herself but there's something

01:17:27 - 01:17:48 | Speaker 2:

else going on interesting that this is a professional interviewer i like that all right well thank you for that perspective i'll have to go back and listen to the podcast of that and hear her pauses and how she she was uh initial s voice disguised what's up where are the roses we caught a cheater or didn't catch a cheater what do you think uh good morning everybody

01:17:48 - 01:17:52 | Speaker 1:

This is actually the first time in a long time. Hey there. Initial ass on the phone.

01:17:52 - 01:17:56 | Speaker 2:

I don't think we've ever done that, have we? Initial ass. Go ahead.

01:17:57 - 01:18:33 | Speaker 1:

Basically, I've had suspicions, and it's not just me. At work, some of my bosses were cheating on their significant others with two employees at the office. Two other people have these suspicions that I do. I basically followed my gut the other day when they said they were all going to separate places. and I basically caught them all together and these are people that I've known since for a long time. Wow. Caught them all together like having a No, they were it was just, they were next door at a place that we were close to

01:18:33 - 01:18:35 | Speaker 2:

and they were fooling around?

01:18:36 - 01:18:43 | Speaker 1:

Something like that and they saw me and they kind of clammed up and tried to change the tried to change the subject basically.

01:18:44 - 01:18:49 | Speaker 2:

How many people? Four. So the four of them were having like a big foursome

01:18:49 - 01:18:51 | Speaker 1:

together? Something like that,

01:18:51 - 01:18:57 | Speaker 2:

yeah. Were you involved with anybody? Like, why were you so invested to go on this manhunt? That's a good question.

01:18:57 - 01:19:04 | Speaker 1:

I mean, these people knew that I liked one of these girls, and they basically did all this stuff behind my back. I just, no.

01:19:05 - 01:19:07 | Speaker 2:

Wait, hold on. What are you ordering? What's that?

01:19:08 - 01:19:11 | Speaker 1:

Dunkin' Donuts. Oh, okay. Hey, quick question

01:19:11 - 01:19:23 | Speaker 2:

for you while you're getting your morning coffee. do you uh what do you guys do for a living i want to know when i want to know what kind of work this

01:19:23 - 01:19:29 | Speaker 1:

is i'm not comfortable saying that on the radio you don't work at chrysler do you no definitely

01:19:29 - 01:19:39 | Speaker 2:

not okay all right that's kind of wild what do you do how do you look at your co-workers when you know that the four of them are banging each other at work or it's very hard because it's you

01:19:39 - 01:19:57 | Speaker 1:

know it's been personal and like they've basically taken care of my family most of my life so i'm trying to i'm very i'm looking at them very differently now and it's not just a pattern it's it's happened before and now other people are catching on so it's not the first time this has happened either and i'm not the only one that's noticed you don't work at the country

01:19:57 - 01:19:58 | Speaker 2:

station do you i was wondering about that

01:20:00 - 01:20:06 | Speaker 3:

It sounds like a country station drama right there. Oh, my gosh. All right. Well, thank you for the call, man. I appreciate it.

01:20:06 - 01:20:07 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, have a good day.

01:20:07 - 01:20:08 | Speaker 3:

Good luck, man.

01:20:08 - 01:20:10 | Speaker 1:

I'm going to say this to you Honestly I feel And I'm not just saying this I'm being serious I feel blessed that every day I get to go and do something that doesn't require me having to lift heavy machinery or sweat profusely in a plant or do anything. I love what I do, and I don't tell them, but I would do it for free. That's how much I love this thing.

01:26:13 - 01:26:22 | Speaker 3:

I love this job. I don't know that I would do it for free. I'm going to be very transparent with that. But I love this job so much.

01:26:22 - 01:26:23 | Speaker 1:

But let me say this.

01:26:23 - 01:26:24 | Speaker 3:

But I do need a paycheck.

01:26:25 - 01:26:37 | Speaker 1:

You know what the reward is, honestly? And you guys will, I know you will agree with me because you feel this every single day. The reward is when you hear somebody that will say to you that you got them through something tough or you celebrated with them something great.

01:26:37 - 01:26:37 | Speaker 2:

For sure.

01:26:37 - 01:26:57 | Speaker 1:

And we get a chance to do that. And we've had an opportunity over the last week to kind of reflect a little bit on that. You know, because we're moving into a new building. And we're letting go a lot of memories of this place that we're in right now that we've been in for a while. And I will say this to you. yesterday when i walked into that building oh my god i was never happier than i when i saw that

01:26:57 - 01:27:19 | Speaker 3:

studio that studio is going to be the amazing most amazing just the entrance to the building and i i posted it on my instagram yesterday but maybe i'll do like a little walk through today like you have to walk through the this like red tunnel of lights and these like cool door like you just feel like it's awesome man the best part to me was just the ability to breathe fresh

01:27:19 - 01:27:30 | Speaker 2:

air yeah like the ability to breathe i know is something i take for granted when i walk in here every morning i know well the air was so fresh in that new studio and here i'm like

01:27:30 - 01:27:37 | Speaker 3:

all right and we didn't have to wear winter coats yeah right but also the other thing too

01:27:37 - 01:28:15 | Speaker 1:

and you guys may may agree or disagree with me on this one the studio is going to be smaller than this studio the idea that we're all a little closer together makes me feel good from this aspect i think that this is one of those things you'll hear on the radio yeah i really do think you'll hear that the listeners i think will feel that you know um i worried about that i worry whenever we change things up because i'm very superstitious and so i worry how the change will be in the presentation to the listener and will the listener hear something different and i think you're going to hear as much fun as we have even more fun yeah i'm very superstitious about that

01:28:15 - 01:28:34 | Speaker 3:

as well excuse me and if you notice yesterday we are all going to be seated in the same exact order there as we are here and someone i can't remember who proposed me sitting on the other side with this kp and i was like uh-uh we we can't do that like it has to stay this way we all have to

01:28:34 - 01:30:01 | Speaker 1:

stay this way yeah i don't know it's weird about that so we're going again today so let you guys in on this we're going again today which maybe we should facebook live and show people a little like we'll do like a like a cribs like a fake we're doing like a fake show we're gonna for a little bit we're just gonna kind of talk just to kind of see if we know where the buttons are and everything like that um it's kind of like a fake test drive of a car like you know how you go and you go to a gordon chevrolet and you get behind the wheel and you're like what will i do like will i what presets will i put on here like it's kind of like one of those things and um maybe facebook live that so you guys get a chance to uh to see it so it'll be pretty cool um and for those that are wondering like why we're moving we got evicted from this building i heard hasn't paid the bills here in about 30 no it is time can i tell you something in in our big boss that we have that oversees us is nick na and i think he was the last boss that did the re-upping of the lease in this building here because i if i'm not mistaken and i remember when he re-upped i was kind of disappointed i was kind of hoping we'd get out of this building a while back and i know for financial reasons it was probably a good move to do that because it financially you know was smart we were trying to move downtown years ago and i remember when tom mcconnell nick gnaw myself tony travato we all went downtown and we sat down with dan gilbert and the idea was we wanted to move downtown because we saw the really

01:30:00 - 01:30:36 | Speaker 2:

revitalization of what's going on in detroit and it just makes no sense that stations that are from detroit are not in detroit and we sat across from dan and we couldn't put everything together and obviously we were going to try to move in the hudson's building which that wasn't even not even done yet so we still wouldn't have been moving down move down there it got me so geeked up and then when it didn't happen it disappointed me this is finally happening and i think it's honestly such a great thing and with the lions and the tigers and the red wings and the pistons uh all kind of getting their their acts together i mean this is just going to be awesome what's up

01:30:36 - 01:31:04 | Speaker 5:

sarah how you doing hey how are you guys good morning good morning what's happening um i was i listened every day like with my dad driving to elementary school all the way through high school and then I carried on like when I had my own car listening to you guys driving to college classes and then now I'm a night shift nurse so I listen on my way home to work and then like if I don't work I'll listen to you guys through the day on the podcast can I can I ask you so much an honest

01:31:04 - 01:31:15 | Speaker 2:

question I want you to be really honest with me yeah when you hear certain things on the show does it bring back memories for you of when you were that young girl listening with your your dad

01:31:15 - 01:31:18 | Speaker 5:

100% my dad turning it off

01:31:18 - 01:31:39 | Speaker 2:

01:32:30 - 01:32:30 | Speaker 2:

Hold on.

01:32:30 - 01:32:33 | Speaker 3:

Talk to Lydia. Okay, cool.

01:32:33 - 01:32:46 | Speaker 2:

Backstage pass. One of the things that we've always prided ourselves on on this show is we always prided ourselves on wanting to know you and not just be somebody that you hear or see on social media. What's up, Jordan?

01:32:47 - 01:33:05 | Speaker 4:

Hi. I wanted to call and say I grew up in California, and I listened to you guys growing up on iHeartRadio. And then when I moved to Detroit, I was going through the stations here when I moved and freaked out when I found that you guys were here. And, yeah, that was a full circle.

01:33:05 - 01:33:17 | Speaker 2:

That's cool. That's awesome. So you found us on iHeart, and now you actually live in Detroit, and you can hang out. Yeah, right, exactly. Wait a second. Can I call the police on this woman? Is she, like, stalking us?

01:33:18 - 01:33:22 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, it's just crazy. I remember tuning through and going, hey, I recognize those voices.

01:33:22 - 01:33:47 | Speaker 2:

I'm always, I'm amazed when I hear people that find us on iHeart, which is such an amazing way to listen. You know, and that's why the app is number one. But it's wild. Then you'll hear stories of people that they're like, yeah, I drive, you know, wherever. Modesto, California every morning. And I'm driving around listening to you guys talking about goofy crap in Detroit or Toledo or Grand Rapids.

01:33:47 - 01:33:51 | Speaker 1:

It's almost like those internet rabbit holes. And I'm like, where did you start to get to us? Right.

01:33:52 - 01:33:55 | Speaker 2:

It's crazy. All right. We could go on forever.

01:33:55 - 01:34:11 | Speaker 1:

Are we having like a farewell party on Tuesday or something? Because a week from today is our last show in this studio. Is it? Stay loose. I will pee myself. Can I please, please, please just smash the computer in that room over there? Rage room? That it caused me so much stress. Oh my God, let's do it. Let's do it. Please.

01:34:11 - 01:34:16 | Speaker 2:

Let's do it. Should we plan something like that? We definitely should.

01:34:16 - 01:34:17 | Speaker 1:

I'm not getting involved.

01:34:18 - 01:34:31 | Speaker 2:

Why do you say that? I don't want to get in trouble. I am. I want something like really planned. Let's do this. Nothing, because we don't have budget for anything, obviously. But let's just do like, we'll all like do like a little potluck.

01:34:31 - 01:34:32 | Unknown:

Okay. All right.

01:34:33 - 01:34:39 | Speaker 2:

I'll bring the baseball bat. I'll bring my crew. Why do you hate potlucks? Because people don't know how to cook. No, I don't. No.

01:34:39 - 01:34:42 | Speaker 1:

You know I'm not cooking anything anyway. I'm going to the store and get it.

01:34:42 - 01:34:47 | Speaker 2:

So I'm safe. I've been to your house before. Y'all good. Melissa? Yeah.

01:34:47 - 01:34:49 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. What are you saying about us? If we're dirty?

01:34:50 - 01:34:54 | Speaker 2:

Megan's got the bacon. You never know. Megan's got the baked goods. What's going on, Melissa? I'll eat her cookies.

01:34:54 - 01:35:28 | Speaker 3:

So if you think that other girl was creepy, this is even creepier. Because I grew up in Tucson. where chelsea's from yeah and i listened to i listened to mojo when i was in elementary school christ yeah for no i listened to war of the roses so when i moved to detroit i was like mojo this that's weird like there's another mojo and then you mentioned you're from tucson or your wife's from tucson and i grew up in rita ranch oh my god that's where i that's where chelsea and i lived our first house yes i know we could have been neighbors i literally went to cianniga high

01:35:28 - 01:35:35 | Speaker 1:

school like it was crazy wait so are you are you in uh in detroit now or toledo or grand rapids

01:35:35 - 01:35:41 | Speaker 3:

i um detroit my husband's from dearborn heights so i moved out oh my god this is so crazy

01:35:41 - 01:36:43 | Speaker 1:

listen this is like the bill collector coming back after me they they find you they find you so oh i appreciate you so much i'm happy that you're listening and i love that you're I love that you're checking in, and go cats, okay? Yeah, bear down. Bear down, exactly, the Arizona Wildcats. Y'all say, y'all Wildcats, but y'all say bear down? Bear down, yeah, bear down, Arizona. All right, it's Mojo in the Morning Show. We are, without an interruption, we are broadcast right now to more people are listening to this radio show on the iHeartRadio app, Facebook, and YouTube than are listening to any other iHeartRadio show right now at this moment. Let's go. By the way, that's fake news, but go ahead with it. That just looks so good, and it just sounds so good. Bear down. Edit it out. Edit out the fake news part. Okay, next topic up here on the Mojo in the Morning Show, Shannon with found out after they died.

01:36:43 - 01:38:06 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. So this topic is dedicated to a friend of a friend of mine who was a huge, huge fan of our show. She was just a light and I loved her in the very brief amount of time that I knew her and she passed away very suddenly a couple of weeks ago. And it was crushing to anybody who knew her because she was just she was awesome. She was one of a kind. But in the wake of her death, her husband found out something about his wife that he did not know when she was alive. And that was she had been selling his stuff for money to buy herself nice things. Hell yeah. Like purses and jewelry and shoes. Hell yeah. So he, like stuff would go missing of his, like a nice belt, a nice pair of shoes, a really great jacket. And he was just thinking over the years that he was forgetful, that he had left it somewhere, like didn't know what had happened to these things. He found out after she passed away a few weeks ago that she had been selling all of his like designer stuff, especially to Poshmark, The Real Real, all of those websites and getting the money for it so that she could buy like a great purse or something for herself. He had no idea about this.

01:38:06 - 01:38:10 | Speaker 1:

So wait, so how did he start finding this out? Like when his closet was getting less empty?

01:38:11 - 01:38:57 | Speaker 4:

Well, he knew that his stuff was disappearing. And he just thought he's a busy guy. He has a career. They have a family. And so he's like, I don't know. I mean, don't you have stuff that goes missing? Where the heck did I leave that? He had no idea. And it wasn't until she passed that you start going through somebody's computer. Or in the case of the RealReal, I love the RealReal. you can buy or sell things it's kind of like a step up from Poshmark but a lot of times there are like representatives in the area and they'll come to your house wow so like if she had an appointment scheduled and he's like who the heck are you I've come to get you know x y and z items and he was like okay all of the puzzle pieces now are fitting together that's hysterical this is what

01:38:57 - 01:39:38 | Speaker 1:

she was doing is there anyone listening I want to know is there anyone listening who is doing this to their significant other or friend or whoever, family member. You're selling their stuff secretly or you're doing... I want to know if there's anybody that's doing that. And then also the other one is, what did you find out after somebody died? Yes. Like, what was the crazy story that you found out? But I swear to you, those stories will be a plentiful. I'm sure we'll get it. But I would love to know. This is like a great thing. I feel like I should do this with Chelsea. I'm telling you, man. Sell Chelsea stuff? I'm going to sell a purse or two you know what I mean although she'll know exactly this would explain a lot for me I've I've throughout

01:39:38 - 01:39:59 | Speaker 2:

my life and my mom will tell you I know where things are I'm not a forgetful person I take pride in my possessions I don't just leave things around I definitely damn sure don't just lose things yeah all of a sudden within the past three years shoes just seem to go missing Jordans I've only wore once Jordans I've never worn yeah all of a sudden things

01:40:00 - 01:40:04 | Speaker 5:

are no longer where they once were and nobody knows what's going on.

01:40:04 - 01:40:06 | Speaker 3:

But somebody got a really great deal on StockX.

01:40:08 - 01:40:13 | Speaker 6:

844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Tanisha, what's up?

01:40:13 - 01:40:33 | Speaker 2:

Okay, so it was my parents. I'm now 35 years old, but my mom and my dad both passed away. And my problem was I was going through their stuff because, you know, their house, we had to give it up in. I was on text. I found out I was adopted the whole time. Oh, my God. We're starting big. Why y'all didn't give me no money?

01:40:34 - 01:40:36 | Speaker 6:

They gave you all. Lydia.

01:40:37 - 01:40:37 | Speaker 2:

That is huge.

01:40:37 - 01:40:44 | Speaker 6:

We're starting huge. Like the first call I pick up is like monstrous. So you didn't find out any of this stuff until.

01:40:44 - 01:40:46 | Speaker 2:

Until after they were gone.

01:40:46 - 01:40:53 | Speaker 6:

That's bogus that they would do that. They would hold that. You know what? Thank you. And by the way, did they have money to steal or to get?

01:40:54 - 01:41:04 | Speaker 2:

To steal. They did. They had money. Like my parents were like well off. Like we lived. I went to West Boonville High School. Both of my parents were pastors, but why didn't I get some? That's all I'm saying.

01:41:04 - 01:41:08 | Speaker 6:

Those bastards. You can't say that.

01:41:08 - 01:41:11 | Speaker 4:

They were pastors. That's okay. It's okay.

01:41:11 - 01:41:17 | Speaker 6:

May God be talking to them right now. That part. Yeah. What's up, Olivia? How you doing?

01:41:18 - 01:41:18 | Speaker 3:

Hello.

01:41:19 - 01:41:23 | Speaker 6:

Hey, what's up? Now, are you calling up about found out after somebody died?

01:41:24 - 01:41:35 | Speaker 3:

Yes, sir. We found out that my grandfather, years after he passed away, that he had another child that nobody knew about. He didn't even know about. Oh, my God.

01:41:35 - 01:41:37 | Speaker 4:

How did you guys find that out?

01:41:38 - 01:41:38 | Speaker 3:

Ancestry.

01:41:39 - 01:41:44 | Speaker 6:

Oh, that's the worst. Oh, yeah. I'm telling you, that's why I will never do 28 and Me or whatever. Why?

01:41:45 - 01:41:45 | Speaker 3:

What would we find out?

01:41:46 - 01:41:58 | Speaker 6:

That's the thing. I don't want to find out that my dad was out banging. Oh, you don't want to find out. Yeah. I know that. Listen, that's the part that would be. I don't, I don't, I know of all of my seedlings, but I don't know of my dad's.

01:41:58 - 01:42:01 | Speaker 5:

Good guy. I know I got brothers in Jamaica.

01:42:01 - 01:42:10 | Speaker 6:

Do you remember that? Do you remember the whole story that we found out about my dad when my brother went to Cuba? We found out my dad was married before my mom, but they kept it from us because they were very Catholic.

01:42:10 - 01:42:10 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

01:42:10 - 01:42:12 | Speaker 6:

Now let's go back to Kevin's family in Jamaica.

01:42:12 - 01:42:34 | Speaker 5:

That's a fact. You, look, you've heard my daddy talk before. He was talking about doing a show trip to Jamaica when we had him on air yesterday. My dad goes to Jamaica like twice a year. He's been doing that since like the eighties. Your dad's down there Because he loves it I bet he do Look, sand ain't the only thing He dipping toes in Oh my god

01:42:34 - 01:42:35 | Speaker 3:

By the way

01:42:35 - 01:42:38 | Speaker 5:

And kinky, and very kinky

01:42:38 - 01:42:39 | Speaker 6:

His toes?

01:42:39 - 01:42:43 | Speaker 5:

I'm telling you bro, I got a family in Jamaica What's up Brett, how you doing?

01:42:44 - 01:42:54 | Speaker 3:

Good What's going on? About two years ago when my grandfather had passed My mom was cleaning out his house and she found a penis pump.

01:42:55 - 01:43:02 | Speaker 6:

Good job. After he died. Yes. Wow. Oh, my God. Conveniently under his bed.

01:43:03 - 01:43:07 | Speaker 5:

Oh. Where else would you keep it? That doesn't really go in the kitchen.

01:43:07 - 01:43:09 | Speaker 6:

You never know.

01:43:09 - 01:43:11 | Speaker 5:

Did she actually, if you wanted...

01:43:11 - 01:43:14 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, I'd like to inherit his penis pump.

01:43:14 - 01:43:14 | Speaker 5:

The heirloom.

01:43:16 - 01:43:21 | Speaker 6:

He would have wanted you to have it. It's been in the family for generations.

01:43:22 - 01:43:28 | Speaker 4:

Stephanie, what's going on? Hi, good morning.

01:43:28 - 01:43:29 | Speaker 6:

Hey, what's happening?

01:43:31 - 01:43:44 | Speaker 4:

So when my grandma passed away, not even like five, ten minutes after she took her last breath, my grandpa looked at my uncle and said, I was supposed to wait until she died to tell you this, but I'm not your dad, and my uncle was 50 years old.

01:43:44 - 01:43:53 | Speaker 6:

Oh, no. Oh, what? And they said they wanted to wait until that he completely died.

01:43:53 - 01:44:03 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, they had made the promise. Grandma made my grandpa promise that he would not tell him that until she passed away. And he waited five minutes after she died to tell him.

01:44:04 - 01:44:05 | Speaker 5:

He couldn't wait.

01:44:07 - 01:44:22 | Speaker 6:

That's horrible. That is pretty bad. I guess. Yeah, that would be horrible. Okay, we did get one call on the person selling. things. The whole reason why this got brought up. Initial T wants to be voices, guys. What's up, T?

01:44:24 - 01:44:45 | Speaker 1:

Hi. So, my sister and I, we were packing. She was getting ready to move, and we're packing up her kitchen, and we found a bag of her underwear under the kitchen sink, and long story short, she found out her husband was, like, secretly selling her underwear to, like, strangers on the internet.

01:44:46 - 01:44:47 | Speaker 2:

Shut up.

01:44:48 - 01:44:51 | Speaker 6:

And making money. Her used underwear.

01:44:51 - 01:44:53 | Speaker 3:

No, no, no. Consensually, it's my dream.

01:44:53 - 01:44:54 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, yeah.

01:44:54 - 01:45:07 | Speaker 3:

Secretly, that's a nightmare. His business model is fantastic. The profits are... He was so distraught over it. It's still a techie subject to even talk about. Yeah, that's an insane invasion of privacy.

01:45:08 - 01:45:11 | Speaker 4:

This is his own life. That's crazy. That's wild.

01:45:11 - 01:45:15 | Speaker 3:

Can you imagine strangers having your underwear? Your jeans underwear? What you don't know can't hurt you.

01:45:15 - 01:45:17 | Speaker 4:

Y'all always say what's mine is yours.

01:45:17 - 01:45:23 | Speaker 3:

If Wes was making tons of money doing that, I mean, I don't know. Okay, I don't think that's all of this intended.

01:45:23 - 01:45:25 | Speaker 4:

Hey, listen, they're open-ended.

01:45:25 - 01:45:46 | Speaker 3:

With all of the backlash I get for saying wild things on this show, It's about time the rest of you get this Alright and I would love all of you With your opinions to text us right now At 95500 Because that was wild coming out of all of your mouths What did we say? Unconsensually selling my partner's underwear online Is fine if it's a lot of money Came out of all of your mouths

01:45:46 - 01:45:49 | Speaker 1:

I bet she loved her vacation to the Bahamas Yeah

01:45:49 - 01:45:51 | Speaker 4:

Hold on hold on

01:45:51 - 01:45:52 | Speaker 1:

Or to Jamaica to visit Kevin

01:45:52 - 01:45:58 | Speaker 4:

Last one real quick Last one hold on

01:45:58 - 01:46:13 | Speaker 2:

Tiffany. Hi, so me and my ex, when we were together, his dad passed away, and we were cleaning out his house. We found Viagra throughout his whole entire house, like probably four or five hundred pills. I was like the most quiet man you've ever

01:46:13 - 01:46:14 | Speaker 4:

met. Really? So was he

01:46:14 - 01:46:20 | Speaker 1:

selling it, or taking it, or what was he doing? Oh, he's selling it. No, no. No, for real. Five hundred pills. What are you going to do with five hundred pills?

01:46:20 - 01:46:27 | Speaker 4:

He's donging. Five hundred pills. Was his mom still alive, or did he have a girlfriend?

01:46:27 - 01:46:35 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, they were divorced, but he was married again and passed away. But, yeah, we found out and we were all really shocked because it was everywhere.

01:46:36 - 01:46:52 | Speaker 4:

It was there. He had them everywhere. I like that he put them around the house because you never know when you're going to need them. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. Shannon, with big news that we were all, like, groaning about just a little bit ago. What's going on?

01:46:52 - 01:47:24 | Speaker 1:

Well, okay, I love his personality. Love. But Benny Blanco and People's Sexiest Man Alive issue. How do we feel about this? He is not the Sexiest Man Alive. Well, we'll find out tonight. We'll find out tonight on Stephen Colbert's show. Because he's revealing again who it is. All the girls came in this morning. Because we thought he was named Sexiest Man Alive. Because he's doing a bunch of the promo for it today. So he has not been yet. If it is him.

01:47:24 - 01:47:30 | Speaker 3:

Do you think the fact that his girlfriend is the most followed person on Instagram has anything to do with this?

01:47:31 - 01:47:34 | Speaker 4:

That's a bad, that's called a vote for him, right?

01:47:34 - 01:49:33 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. So we'll find out tonight. I'll fill you in tomorrow on the first 30. Britney Spears has reunited with her son, Jaden James, after a couple of years, a few years of being estranged. They've been spending a lot of time together, according to one of my really good sources. He is back in California where Brittany lives after moving to Hawaii with his brother Sean Preston and their dad, Kevin Federline, and his stepmom last year. I don't know if he's staying with her at her mansion in Thousand Oaks or if he's just visiting for an extended period of time or if he moved there. But regardless, they have been seeing each other and spending some time together. That's good. Oprah Winfrey says, despite all of the rumors, she was not at all paid by Kamala Harris's presidential campaign for an endorsement. There were rumors that she got a million dollars for that. Oh, is it true that they paid you a million dollars for the endorsement for Kamala? Not true. Not true? Okay. I was paid nothing. Not true. A spokesperson for Oprah's production company said the campaign paid for the production costs of Unite for America, that live streaming event that went down in Detroit back in September, but that is it. And by the way, Kamala Harris raised and spent, are you ready for this number, a billion dollars for her presidential campaign and is still $20 million in debt. So there was this fundraising email that was sent to donors this week and in it, Kamala HQ wrote, is there anything we can say to convince you to make a contribution to support the Harris Fight Fund program today that memo from the harris victory fund a joint fundraising committee authorized by harris for president the dnc and several state democratic parties said the money will help fund races that have yet to be decided but a lot of people are saying well yeah maybe that but also to cover this 20 million dollars in the hole that the campaign is in as well man that's a lot of

01:49:33 - 01:49:39 | Speaker 4:

money like what um the 20 million or no a bill over a billion dollars a billion dollars spent

01:49:39 - 01:49:40 | Speaker 1:

on her campaign.

01:49:40 - 01:49:48 | Speaker 4:

But it doesn't surprise me. We ran two commercials or three commercials a break. But why would people donate to a campaign that's already lost? Why would you send that out?

01:49:48 - 01:49:54 | Speaker 1:

Because of that last piece. Because they're saying the money is going to help fund races that have yet to be decided that will help the Democratic Party.

01:49:56 - 01:50:00 | Speaker 4:

There's a lot of commercials that we played on this radio station. Hopefully we got a...

01:50:00 - 01:50:02 | Speaker 1:

bunch of that. Are you surprised it costs that much to run a campaign?

01:50:03 - 01:50:10 | Speaker 5:

I know. I'm just surprised that you get a billion dollars and you spent a billion and 20 million. That seems like a lot of money.

01:50:11 - 01:50:19 | Speaker 4:

It's a lot of money, but it's also the presidential campaign and you gotta pay to play. I don't think raising money and spending money is new to politics.

01:50:19 - 01:51:04 | Speaker 6:

Ben Stiller. Oh, sorry. Go ahead, Megan. I was just wondering if it's normal for every election for this to happen. Google it. Let's figure that out. While you guys are Googling, I'll tell you this, Ben Stiller confirmed he is returning for Happy Gilmore 2, the follow-up to Adam Sandler's, that movie was made in 1996. That makes me feel super old. Yeah. In the first film, he played Hal, that nursing home employee who remember was not happy about the way his grandma was treated in the retirement home. Anyway, he is back for the second movie. And remember, Travis Kelsey part of it this time around. Is that the Mista Misa lady? What? The Mista Misa lady? Mista! Mista! Get me out of here! Oh, yeah!

01:51:05 - 01:51:05 | Unknown:

Yes!

01:51:06 - 01:51:56 | Speaker 6:

01:52:47 - 01:52:48 | Unknown:

Yes, sir.

01:52:48 - 01:52:49 | Speaker 5:

Come on, Kevin. You don't know that.

01:52:49 - 01:52:50 | Speaker 4:

Educate me. What's it from?

01:52:50 - 01:52:52 | Speaker 5:

It's Phil Collins.

01:52:53 - 01:52:54 | Speaker 4:

Is it Phil Collins? Yeah.

01:52:55 - 01:53:00 | Speaker 5:

Give me a little bit. Play a little bit. Hold on, hold on. I got it for you right here. Hold on. Here we go.

01:53:01 - 01:53:06 | Speaker 4:

Hold on a second. I got to cue it up. This is a good cocaine in the disco song.

01:53:06 - 01:53:11 | Speaker 1:

A lot of people would say that about every Phil Collins song. Especially the Tarzan album.

01:53:11 - 01:53:18 | Speaker 5:

I have never in my life thought of doing cocaine to a Phil Collins song. Are you kidding me? I've never thought about doing cocaine, but I've never thought about doing it.

01:53:18 - 01:53:24 | Speaker 1:

Have you seen Phil Collins? There's no way he wasn't on the slopes every day. Really? The slopes. Oh, for sure.

01:53:25 - 01:53:32 | Speaker 5:

Billy, you got tickets. Congratulations. Here you go. Billy, don't you lose my number? Yeah.

01:53:32 - 01:53:37 | Speaker 3:

Because you're not anywhere. Right. And I can't find you.

01:53:38 - 01:53:52 | Speaker 5:

Okay, now, Billy. Billy, hang on the phone. We'll get you set up with that. And special huge thank yous to our friends at Planet Fitness. Yes, Kroger, Family Heating, Cooling, and Electrical for sponsoring this. We'll be right back.

01:55:00 - 01:56:34 | Speaker 1:

Here on the Mojo in the Morning Show. Am I the A-hole is coming up. I was trying to think of what we got coming up. Am I the A-hole coming up. Kevin injured myself. And we will talk about Megan and the best voice for radio. All coming up here in a little bit. We're broadcasting on great radio stations on the iHeartRadio app. And, of course, on Channel 955 Detroit, 104.5 SNX Grand Rapids, and 92.5 KISS FM in Toledo, we were all together and we're hanging out. And we were having a discussion about food because that's pretty much what we do. We talk food, sex, and pooping. Those are the trifectas of the Mojo in the Morning show, the big three, so to speak. and we were discussing, you know, like what our favorites have been and what our favorite food adventures have been. And I brought this up and I thought, why am I talking about this? Why did I bring it up? And then everybody joined in and I thought, this would be a great topic for the radio. Everybody's got a fat food moment. We all know that. Everybody has had that moment in their life where they went fat crazy. Fat boy. Fat crazy. and it could be a moment where you know you were either going through some kind of an emotional time because i'm an emotional eater like that or it could be a moment where maybe you were high

01:56:34 - 01:56:41 | Speaker 2:

you don't have any idea how heavy you are but it's one of those moments that happened to me

01:56:41 - 01:56:49 | Speaker 1:

where both happened at the same time. I was emotional and I was high. And I remember when Domino's, what?

01:56:50 - 01:56:52 | Speaker 2:

And my drinks are like combination.

01:56:52 - 01:57:15 | Speaker 1:

Combination. Sorry. I thought you were telling me a fat moment for you. I was going to get excited because I know everybody's got one. It was a moment where I was home alone and I saw on television that Domino's Pizza had the two for $20 special. And it was two large pizzas with any toppings on it. And it was $20.

01:57:15 - 01:57:16 | Speaker 2:

Any toppings?

01:57:16 - 01:59:05 | Speaker 1:

Any toppings. Wow. Voidware prohibited. You know how they do those things? And the pizzas look so good. And by the way, Domino's. Shout out to Domino's. Domino's has gotten better with time, I think. It's unbelievable. You guys are fantastic. So Domino's had this special going. and I was smoking the reefer and got a little too crazy and I ordered and the person goes how many would you like and I'm thinking well how many can I get and the guy goes well it's limited to two orders and I go two orders and he goes yeah so I go okay I'll take two orders the guy came delivered to my door four pizzas all right and by the way I'm gonna say this to you i was home by myself it was just me it was nobody else just me okay and i was stoned and four domino's pizza came and guess how much it cost forty dollars it was forty it was it was i had i had enough pizza for a party what a time of one a whole pizza just for me but here's the thing no i said to myself though i go you know what i'm only gonna eat one pizza and i'm only half of a pizza and then the problem was it just kept going and going and going to a point where i ate four pizzas no yes see that you count it two three four four pizzas large pizzas for for large any toppings even the guy let me do this he let me separate the toppings so i did one sausage i did one pepperoni i did one with mushrooms and then i because i wanted to be healthy and and i did one with cheese because i didn't know if the kids would want it i don't

01:59:05 - 01:59:11 | Speaker 2:

even want to know what your bathroom smelled like after that i honestly don't even know if i i on

01:59:11 - 01:59:43 | Speaker 1:

i'm not kidding you i say this i think i got constipated was this pre-gluten allergy like finding out that you had celiac this was honestly uh yes pre-gluten allergy so this was this was some time ago because i've had a gluten allergy now for more than definitely more than a decade almost almost two so it was such a glorious moment for me and i want you to know that i hold my domino's pizza medal proud and i would like to say to everybody in ann arbor this morning at domino's world headquarters why am i not the spokesperson for you look at me would that not

01:59:43 - 01:59:59 | Speaker 2:

be a spokesperson moment that's a spokesperson moment my my only issue is not the fact that you had four large any topping pizzas it was the fact that after the guy told you the deal you had double

02:00:00 - 02:00:03 | Speaker 7:

it up. You had the thought to ask, well, how many can I do?

02:00:03 - 02:00:09 | Speaker 3:

Who asked that question? People who have a lot on their mind. Two for 20, well, how many can I do?

02:00:09 - 02:00:12 | Speaker 6:

You know who asked that question? Typical fat guy.

02:00:14 - 02:00:15 | Speaker 7:

Curiosity killed a kid.

02:00:15 - 02:00:39 | Speaker 6:

Yeah. Alright, so I would like to, with the help of you, this is one of those moments where we all do therapy together. I would like our listeners to call up and I would like all of you to share what's the most food you ate at one time and what was it that you ate because everybody's at this i don't care if you're as skinny as can be you have had a fat moment where you've eaten the entire bag of doritos

02:00:39 - 02:01:12 | Speaker 7:

and gone in for more and group experiences are allowed in this conversation group experiences sure so if it wasn't just a solo fat moment it was a shared experience those are a lot shared experiences are so experiences me and the homies used to uh we used to smoke a lot of weed and we came up with this thing called Session Sundays where everybody would pool their money together and we would all smoke a bunch of weed on Sunday. So it was about five of us at my boy Sheaf Crib. High as hell. Hungry as hell. Like, how much money everybody got. Let's go to White Castle.

02:01:12 - 02:01:12 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

02:01:12 - 02:01:15 | Speaker 7:

When I say we bought a hundred burgers.

02:01:15 - 02:01:15 | Speaker 1:

Crab cases.

02:01:16 - 02:01:31 | Speaker 7:

Pork. Oh, crab cases. Pork them bitches in the middle of the floor and we sat around like crackheads at a fire. You know what I mean? Like a fire story. like a campfire and said, on your mark, you said, go. I thought I got it. He was animals in the face.

02:01:31 - 02:01:34 | Speaker 2:

You are high as a high cut. Best high ever.

02:01:35 - 02:01:44 | Speaker 6:

That was a stellar one. That was a stellar. High five him. High five him for me. I can't reach over there. Yeah. All right, who wants to go next?

02:01:45 - 02:01:48 | Speaker 3:

I can't compete with that. Are you kidding me? That's nothing.

02:01:49 - 02:01:52 | Speaker 4:

Let's go. Bring on the challenge. Please.

02:01:53 - 02:02:28 | Speaker 3:

We used to do these things. We called them fat trips. And you would go to like, we would go to Sonic and we would get cherry limeades. You start with the drinks because no ice. That's an important part of this. We don't want the ice to melt during the trip. We can add ice at home. Then you got to do Taco Bell last because weirdly that stuff has a shelf life of about six and a half seconds before it gets weird. You would go to Wendy's and get a hundred chicken nuggets, minimum. And every time they won't start making the order until you give them the money. because they think you're going to drive off. We had to tell him a million times at the drive-thru, 100 nuggets. We mean 100 nuggets.

02:02:28 - 02:02:30 | Speaker 6:

Wait, how long does it take to make 100 nuggets?

02:02:30 - 02:02:43 | Speaker 3:

About 20 minutes. When you would time this out, we would take two cars. So he would be, he would be, or if it was just cursed at Wendy's, I would be at McDonald's and I would be getting four large fries. Like, that was the plan.

02:02:44 - 02:02:47 | Speaker 7:

How many of you all were in this experience? Two.

02:02:48 - 02:02:49 | Unknown:

Oh, my God.

02:02:49 - 02:03:01 | Speaker 4:

I'm going away with some girlfriends this weekend, and if you're listening right now,

02:03:01 - 02:03:07 | Speaker 2:

we need to step it up. By the way, when I would go to Sonic and I would get the drinks, I would also get a

02:03:07 - 02:03:13 | Speaker 4:

corndog. That was for the road corndog. That was a snack while we were getting the food.

02:03:14 - 02:03:18 | Speaker 6:

Give it up for Megan. That was excellent. Oh, that was excellent.

02:03:18 - 02:03:21 | Speaker 4:

Nobody does a fat day like I do. I miss those.

02:03:21 - 02:03:26 | Speaker 6:

Come on. Zach, you've had to have some moments like this. Come on. Definitely not like that. No?

02:03:26 - 02:03:26 | Speaker 5:

No.

02:03:27 - 02:03:30 | Speaker 2:

Mine's a solo moment. Is yours a solo or a groove moment? I feel left out.

02:03:30 - 02:03:38 | Speaker 5:

I'll pay like $50 on DoorDash for me alone, but like I'm not going to five different places for $100. You're missing out, Zach.

02:03:38 - 02:03:49 | Speaker 6:

You're missing out. All right. Hold on. Let's do it. Let's try it. Let's see what we got here. Hold on. Let's bring on our fat moments here. Lena, welcome to the Fat Olympics. What's going on?

02:03:49 - 02:03:50 | Speaker 1:

How are you guys?

02:03:50 - 02:03:51 | Speaker 6:

How are you doing?

02:03:52 - 02:04:23 | Speaker 1:

So, we used to live in Alabama, and we went to, me and my husband, we went to a restaurant. It was Cheddar's. And I love ribs, but I'm scared to eat them from different restaurants. And so, my husband ordered the ribs, and I ordered the catfish. And I ate all of my food, my catfish, dinner. and then he ate like maybe one rib and i tried to taste his rib and i ate the rest of it i ate

02:04:23 - 02:04:33 | Speaker 6:

this whole rib you ate the entire slab of ribs yourself other than other than one rib that he that he tried by the way you're turning me on right now

02:04:33 - 02:04:40 | Speaker 7:

i love you lena say nothing like a lady that can finish her by the way let me ask you a quick

02:04:40 - 02:04:46 | Speaker 6:

02:04:46 - 02:04:52 | Speaker 1:

02:04:52 - 02:04:59 | Speaker 3:

good thank you i got a 12 pack of those one time you can get those to go by the way 12 pack

02:05:00 - 02:05:04 | Speaker 1:

The cornbread muffins? The cornbread muffins from Ferris Nips? I've added those into a meal before.

02:05:04 - 02:05:09 | Speaker 2:

Hold on. Nick is on. Nick, tell everybody your fat order.

02:05:10 - 02:05:55 | Speaker 4:

All right. Well, first time, first time, long time. Yes! Nick's on the phone! But this is actually my coworker. So we were working late. I actually work at a dealership, so it was a late night. And he said, hey, do you want to go grab some food? I said, yeah. I said, I'm kind of hungry. He said, yeah, he goes, I'm not too hungry. I said, all right. I said, you fly, I buy. He's like, all right. So he goes to Wendy's, which is right down the road. He comes back. I got two things off the value menu, like a chicken sandwich and a small fry. This guy comes back. I'm making two Baconators, a large fry, a large chocolate shake, and a 20-piece nugget. Oh, my God. All my credit cards.

02:05:55 - 02:06:24 | Speaker 2:

Buddy, that is unbelievable. by the Baconator. Give it up for the Baconator, guys. When nose dropped. Yeah, that's those are epic. That changed the game. Hold on a second. Go ahead. Yes. I had breaking news in here right now. I had breaking news. Do you want to interrupt breaking news right now? Or what do you got? Let's hear it. I one time ate four Whoppers in one sitting too.

02:06:24 - 02:06:27 | Speaker 5:

The clappers are underrated

02:06:27 - 02:06:46 | Speaker 2:

The last two I did not eat the bun though I apologize I let you know Hold on Cav somebody wants to up you on the crape case Uh oh bring it What's up Robert

02:06:46 - 02:07:10 | Speaker 3:

First time in a long time Yeah Robert's on the phone All right, so a few years back, me and my buddy were celebrating before he went to the U.P. for school, and we both went to White Castle, got a Crave Case each, and then we went to McDonald's after that, picked up two large fries each and two large Cokes.

02:07:10 - 02:07:45 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my Lord. Last news. By the way, how heavy is a Crave Case? Like, how many Crave Cases would it take to, like, weigh down the back of a vehicle? I wish I had the answer to that one. I don't know. That should be our last meal in the studio. How many crave cases can we destroy? Let's do it. And then blow the bathroom up. No cheese. No cheese. Hold on, Jenny. Jenny, are you there? Yes. Jenny, you had such a great moment at CeCe's Pizza. You guys remember CeCe's? Oh, my God, the buffet.

02:07:45 - 02:07:59 | Speaker 1:

Yes. Yeah, we would smoke. No, we would have a rotation, and then we would end up going to CeCe's, and we ended up, like, clearing the buffet, and it was, like, maybe three, maybe four of us.

02:07:59 - 02:08:02 | Speaker 2:

Oh, no, wait, clearing the buffet, what does that mean, clearing the buffet?

02:08:04 - 02:08:09 | Speaker 1:

Like, there was maybe, like, two or three pieces of stuff left there.

02:08:09 - 02:08:12 | Speaker 2:

You ate the entire buffet at CeCe's?

02:08:14 - 02:08:19 | Speaker 1:

We legitimately brought a whole thing of, like, the brownies back to the table.

02:08:19 - 02:08:38 | Speaker 2:

oh my god did you ever hear the story i told back in the day when the mojo in the morning show got kicked out of the chinese buffet in novi we got kicked out because we were there for so long they told us that we could never come back there ever again did cc's let you come back yeah we ended up

02:09:35 - 02:09:41 | Speaker 2:

yeah it's my great uncle and not well in hospice from what i understand so we're sorry to hear

02:09:41 - 02:09:48 | Speaker 5:

about that yeah thank you yeah his help took a turn and um yeah he went into hostages about two

02:09:48 - 02:10:27 | Speaker 2:

weeks ago um so dave is dave an a-hole for this dave your uncle lives in florida and what did you guys do? well that's um we don't we don't live near florida so we have to take some time off to uh to travel down there i got the kids out of school and i took some time off work and so yeah we we kind of decided since we don't really have money for this we would sort of make it kind of vacation as well so we were able to have some family time while we were down there visiting John.

02:10:28 - 02:10:43 | Speaker 3:

So you went to go visit your Uncle John. The point was going to Florida to go see him in hospice and pay maybe last respects to him. But while you were there, you decided to do a twofer and you decided to take the family where? Did you guys go to a theme park or anything?

02:10:44 - 02:10:48 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, actually. One day we went to, took the kids to Disney.

02:10:48 - 02:10:50 | Speaker 3:

Okay. Alright.

02:10:51 - 02:11:05 | Speaker 2:

So my aunt is upset with me, yeah, because she's saying that we weren't there for uncle john which i disagree with but uh she's just saying we didn't spend

02:11:05 - 02:11:10 | Speaker 3:

enough time with him while we were down there because you were going to disney instead

02:11:10 - 02:11:32 | Speaker 5:

yeah so that's my question um because right off the bat without getting any more detail i don't think you're an a-hole but did you spend enough time with uncle john or what or did you just like stop by say hello and goodbye and then go to magic kingdom no we we were down there for several days

02:11:32 - 02:11:43 | Speaker 2:

and um i mean we we have a we have a big family so there's a lot of family in there we definitely got time with john we got time with everybody okay how much i want to i want to weigh it how

02:11:43 - 02:11:56 | Speaker 3:

much time were you on a vacation and how much time were you hospicing it was probably like 40 60 okay 40 60 40 being how much time you're spending

02:11:56 - 02:12:03 | Speaker 2:

with yeah we we did a little more family time yeah because we never get to we don't get to

02:12:03 - 02:12:22 | Speaker 3:

vacation yeah all right i still don't think you're an a-hole so is dave an a-hole is dave an a-hole i want to know if he waited in line longer to ride tron than he's I want to know the full story of this because I think he's painting a better picture than probably what it is.

02:12:22 - 02:12:45 | Speaker 5:

But also, if there's a ton of family there, you're going to pay your last respects, but that doesn't mean that you have to sit there from 8 a.m. until midnight every single day with little kids. No, it does not. I would never want that. Ever. Especially with the kids, bro. I'm saying if I was the one dying, I would want you to create some family memories. Just come say goodbye, but do your thing as well.

02:12:45 - 02:12:58 | Speaker 4:

You better sit there and cry and tell me every good memory we had and all of the nice things about me. And I swear to God, if you think it's more fun to go to an amusement park than spend my last moments with me.

02:12:58 - 02:12:58 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

02:12:58 - 02:13:09 | Speaker 4:

I also know you're full of spit right now. Sam. No. Yes, you are. I've got rules for my funeral. Open casket. Everybody better cry. You better look at me and realize what you're missing. Are you kidding me?

02:13:09 - 02:13:26 | Speaker 3:

Have you guys had family in hospice at all? like have you ever had that yeah yeah i had my dad in hospice in chicago and i felt guilty when we left the hospice to go get something to eat like i felt weird leaving like i was like can we bring food in because if he would have died when we were gone i would have never forgiven myself

02:13:26 - 02:13:40 | Speaker 5:

if i didn't get to see that that's that's your dad i understand that one this is uncle john who didn't even live in the same state anyway it doesn't sound like they're very close and you know to dave's point they never ever ever get to take time off or do anything as a family I say fair.

02:13:40 - 02:13:43 | Speaker 4:

Okay, can you imagine you're riding the rock and roller coaster and you find out that your uncle passed away?

02:13:43 - 02:13:46 | Speaker 5:

You know what? You got to say goodbye. You got to say goodbye.

02:13:47 - 02:13:48 | Speaker 3:

Tess, what do you think?

02:13:48 - 02:13:57 | Speaker 5:

I don't want to be there for Uncle John as he's taking his last breath. If it's my mom or dad or sister or my husband, you know, my children, God forbid,

02:13:57 - 02:13:59 | Speaker 3:

yeah, Uncle John's fine. Yeah, what do you think, Tess?

02:14:01 - 02:14:31 | Speaker 1:

I agree with you. You are not an a-hole. My first thought, too, was Ant is also probably grieving and going through a really difficult time, so she's trying to find a way to express that. You know, when people aren't around 24-7, she's going to get frustrated thinking that time shouldn't be all about him, which I do understand that as well. But, again, like Shannon said, if he's an out-of-state uncle that you're probably not that close with, it's hard on your kids to see that as it is.

02:14:31 - 02:14:50 | Speaker 5:

Not even that, too. and yes I agree with you it's also hard for everybody else who is in that room or in that space to have little kids there for an extended period of time because they're trying to pay their respects as well I'm saying these kids running around there Dave how old little are

02:14:50 - 02:14:58 | Speaker 3:

the kids how old are they I've got uh four and seven man let them kids see goofy what's up what's What's up, Tom? What do you think, Tom?

02:15:00 - 02:15:03 | Speaker 1:

Great question. Did Uncle John invite him down there every year when he was doing well?

02:15:04 - 02:15:05 | Speaker 5:

Great question.

02:15:06 - 02:15:12 | Speaker 1:

Did he? No, no. We hadn't seen John probably five years. See?

02:15:12 - 02:15:14 | Speaker 4:

Okay. So he didn't call Uncle John.

02:15:14 - 02:15:15 | Speaker 2:

I mean, there you go.

02:15:16 - 02:15:41 | Speaker 3:

Is it that or what was that? Is it that or is it you've got to spend time with your loved ones who are grieving this process and who need support and help? So instead of being there to cook and clean and give a shoulder to cry on for Aunt John, whatever his name is, now you're off at Magic Kingdom having a good time and she's got nobody to grieve with. He said there were a million people there.

02:15:42 - 02:15:45 | Speaker 4:

Tom also has no family that he cares about, so that's why he's saying this too, right, Tom?

02:15:46 - 02:15:48 | Speaker 2:

Well, I'm Tom the funeral guy.

02:15:48 - 02:15:53 | Speaker 4:

I know, this is Tom the funeral home guy. He's around death all the time. Jamie, what's up? What do you think?

02:15:54 - 02:16:11 | Speaker 2:

So, definitely not. My dad just passed away, and we weren't close, so we didn't stay at the hospital for hours. We stayed there probably two hours, and then we went to the all-you-can-eat buffet. Oh, that's even worse. That's even worse. That's bad. That's bad.

02:16:11 - 02:16:14 | Speaker 4:

You guys are the A-holes. That's horrible.

02:16:14 - 02:16:17 | Speaker 2:

We spent more time at the buffet, but I don't think so.

02:16:17 - 02:16:22 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. By the way, if you left and went to the all-you-can-eat buffet while dad's dying, that's awful. That's horrible.

02:16:23 - 02:16:28 | Speaker 2:

And I'm a seven-year-old. I'm not trying to sit in there with my daughter. Oh, my gosh. Does she drive everybody crazy?

02:16:28 - 02:16:38 | Speaker 4:

That's crazy. Hey, hold on a second. Dave, Uncle John is dying. Oh, no. You got the four-year-old and the other kid hanging out. Where are you going to go?

02:16:41 - 02:16:43 | Speaker 1:

Oh, you mean, like, where am I going to go?

02:16:44 - 02:16:44 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, where are you going to go?

02:16:45 - 02:16:46 | Speaker 5:

He doesn't get it.

02:16:46 - 02:16:49 | Speaker 1:

What, I can go anywhere? Yeah. No, I'm going to Hawaii.

02:16:49 - 02:17:00 | Speaker 5:

Oh, my God. To the two, to the three, to the four. Tell them bring another hour, we need plenty more.

02:17:00 - 02:17:48 | Speaker 4:

Wow, that's kind of crazy. This song right now holds the record on the Billboard charts as the longest-running solo number one song in the Hot 100 history. Yeah, Shaboozy! 17 weeks. Is that unbelievable? Well, here in live, Thanksgiving game, halftime show here in Detroit. That's right. I am trying to, yes. The tickets are very expensive, so I have to buy tickets on the aftermarket. They're very, very expensive, but my family wants to go. Everybody but Chelsea. And Jacob. But they don't want to go. But Joe's coming in. Okay. And the whole family's here. Luke, they want to go.

02:17:48 - 02:18:00 | Speaker 5:

I will be, if you go to the game, I'm not going to the game. Are you going? I'll be at the parade, and then I'm hanging out at the tailgate. Am I allowed to say why I'm going to be at the tailgate? I'm going to say it. If you see me, I'm going to have jingle ball tickets on me, lots of them.

02:18:00 - 02:18:23 | Speaker 4:

Oh, jingle ball tickets at the – Oh, my God. That's cool. Oh, my God. I'm excited. I got family coming in, too, from Chicago. So they're playing the Chicago Bears. They're very depressed that the Bears are sucking so bad. They just fired their offensive coordinator. That just happened. They need to fire the coach, and they shouldn't have drafted that horrible quarterback. They should have drafted the guy that Washington drafted. Jaden Daniels. Yeah, guys.

02:18:24 - 02:18:27 | Speaker 3:

The Jets do after Aaron Rodgers had his coach fired.

02:18:28 - 02:18:29 | Speaker 4:

They just got blew out on Sunday.

02:18:29 - 02:18:32 | Speaker 3:

Wow, weird. Weird.

02:18:32 - 02:18:34 | Speaker 4:

You hate that guy, don't you, huh?

02:18:34 - 02:18:36 | Speaker 3:

You like Aaron Rodgers?

02:18:36 - 02:18:42 | Speaker 4:

What do you hate more about him, that he was a Green Bay Packer or that Aaron Rodgers likes to speak his mind?

02:18:42 - 02:18:46 | Speaker 3:

I think it's the booger eating that's probably the worst. Then I will put...

02:18:46 - 02:18:47 | Speaker 5:

He said there was no booger.

02:18:48 - 02:19:01 | Speaker 3:

Sure. and we take his word at truth on everything and then probably the whole Green Bay thing because man has one Super Bowl win and we're gonna talk like he's the best quarterback of all time okay sure

02:19:01 - 02:19:03 | Speaker 4:

the guy's a really good quarterback

02:19:03 - 02:19:05 | Speaker 3:

is he though yes he is look at his record

02:19:05 - 02:19:30 | Speaker 4:

the guy's a great by the way when you say when you say Megan let's talk sports now because it always makes people happy when we talk sports Megan when you say the guy's got one Super Bowl win and not a lot of people have one Super Bowl win. Like, one Super Bowl win is pretty much, that's pretty good. You've got like four MVPs, too? I'll take a Super Bowl win. I will take one. I'm hoping Jared Goff's got one this year.

02:19:30 - 02:19:38 | Speaker 3:

I agree, but would you say that they're the best quarterback of all time? I don't think anybody would say that. No. You don't think people say that?

02:19:38 - 02:19:40 | Speaker 4:

No. There's a guy named Tom Brady that's a lot.

02:19:40 - 02:19:44 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I think Tom Brady's the guy. I agree with you that he's a much better quarterback. People fight for Aaron Rodgers.

02:19:44 - 02:19:58 | Speaker 4:

Tom Brady is the best of all time, and I don't think Aaron Rodgers is even number two or number three. I'd say Peyton before him. Or four or five, yeah. But I will say this. I will say this.

02:19:58 - 02:19:59 | Speaker 3:

Put him through.

02:20:00 - 02:20:19 | Speaker 4:

Let's talk more sports. Let's talk more. No, no, we're going to talk more sports. More sports is the yesterday they announced who are the finalists for some of the baseball awards. And the Tigers manager. All of a sudden I brain farted there for a second. AJ Hinge. AJ Hinge.

02:20:19 - 02:20:23 | Speaker 3:

Okay, Sandy. I'm kind of listening as I shot, but honestly.

02:20:23 - 02:20:39 | Speaker 4:

AJ Hinge is a finalist for this. The guy's got to win. The guy won, what was it, 24 of the last 30-some games or something like that? I mean, the guy has got to win the manager of the year because that's pretty damn good for a team that was 10 games under .500 halfway through the season's concern.

02:20:39 - 02:20:43 | Speaker 3:

The only thing I want the Tigers to do right now is pay Tarek Skubal.

02:20:43 - 02:21:08 | Speaker 4:

Well, that's the other one, too. Tarek Skubal is a finalist for the Cy Young Award, the best pitcher in baseball award. Do they pay the guy? Because we've done this before. we've been to this little playground before we've paid these guys and then all of a sudden you know Miguel Cabrera we got one guy what do we do? do you pay him? I think so

02:21:08 - 02:21:09 | Speaker 3:

I think you gotta pay him

02:21:09 - 02:21:19 | Speaker 4:

it's 97.1 the ticket how you doing? I'm Mojo and Wojo I don't know Michelle what do you want to talk about? you want to talk sports because Shannon's bored

02:21:19 - 02:21:45 | Speaker 1:

I am and have been an Aaron Ryder's fan for nine years solid. Okay. And I am sorry. And yes, Ryan's great. I love him dearly, but Green Bay has always been in my backfield. Aaron, I hated that he left and went to Jets because he's really just flustered there. But AR is the best. I'm sorry. That's just hands down.

02:21:46 - 02:21:46 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

02:21:46 - 02:21:48 | Speaker 1:

Trash me if you want, but that is...

02:21:48 - 02:21:55 | Speaker 4:

Are you from here? Where are you calling us from Green Bay? Because I would understand that. You guys got nothing else going on up there.

02:21:55 - 02:21:56 | Speaker 1:

Appleton, Wisconsin.

02:21:56 - 02:21:57 | Speaker 4:

Where are you from?

02:21:57 - 02:22:00 | Speaker 1:

I live in Westland. I'm a Michigander my whole life. Okay.

02:22:00 - 02:22:04 | Speaker 4:

And do you wear one of those cheese heads on your head? Do you ever wear one of those?

02:22:04 - 02:22:14 | Speaker 1:

I'll do not put that on there. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Okay. Who hurt you to make you a Green Bay fan? Why? I got a question for you guys. Why do we have Zaria Smith and you're not using them?

02:22:15 - 02:22:20 | Speaker 4:

Because Dan Campbell, he didn't know the play. He doesn't know the defense and all that stuff. We got to get the guy ready.

02:22:20 - 02:22:42 | Speaker 3:

And the thing that he said, if you didn't watch the post-game interview, he did a real big shout-out to our coaching staff. He hasn't had a bye week yet. So if he played, then he would have played all 18 games and hopefully more games going to the Super Bowl. And he's had a home in Florida. That's where he lives at. And because he hasn't had a bye week with all the hurricanes and things happening, he hasn't had a chance to go home and check on his house. So he was able to take the time to do that.

02:22:42 - 02:22:50 | Speaker 4:

I actually saw that. He was being interviewed by Tony Dungy and those guys. I thought that was the classiest move on Dan Campbell's part.

02:22:50 - 02:22:52 | Speaker 3:

The whole organization, man.

02:22:52 - 02:22:55 | Speaker 1:

I appreciate that because I didn't hear it, and I watched the game. I'm like, where's Darius?

02:22:55 - 02:23:05 | Speaker 3:

Kev hung out with him on Friday. He ate my – that was about to sound so crazy. He ate a chicken wing that I had. He ate his chicken. That was about to sound so crazy.

02:23:05 - 02:23:10 | Speaker 4:

That was actually pretty cool, man. He seemed like a really good guy. He seems like he's excited about coming here.

02:23:10 - 02:23:11 | Speaker 3:

He took pictures with all the kids.

02:23:11 - 02:23:13 | Speaker 4:

He was great. What's going on, Audrey?

02:23:15 - 02:23:51 | Speaker 2:

No, just calling to let you know I 100% agree with Megan. Aaron Rodgers is the biggest diva in the NFL. I mean, like, come on. He played for Green Bay and then moved to the Jets and then ended up getting, like, half his old players to come play with him and then fired the coach. They're still losing. They're the problem. They're still losing. What does that have to do with his stats? Because his stats are overrated. I mean, he had Devontae Adams in great coaching, and then he still – like, come on, to be a GOAT like Patrick Mahomes or Tom Brady, you elevate the players around him. And he, like, threw Williams.

02:23:51 - 02:24:01 | Speaker 4:

This all started with me talking shaboozy. How does this go this way? Seriously. I talked about shaboozy. It's like, geez. Hold on. Julie, are you there, Julie?

02:24:02 - 02:24:05 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I'm just wondering what Shannon's shopping for. Exactly.

02:24:06 - 02:24:07 | Speaker 4:

I'm shopping now, too.

02:24:07 - 02:24:08 | Speaker 3:

Her jingle ball outfit.

02:24:08 - 02:24:10 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God. I already got you. Yeah.

02:24:11 - 02:24:13 | Speaker 2:

If you remember, he said, Megan, I want to talk sports with you.

02:24:14 - 02:24:17 | Speaker 3:

And I very politely said, can y'all just do it after the show?

02:24:18 - 02:24:22 | Speaker 4:

Ah, come on. All right. All right. We're done. We're done. We're done.

02:24:22 - 02:24:30 | Speaker 3:

I be needing that sometimes, bro. Sometimes. I handle so many Jessica Simpson takes. I have a Jessica Simpson story. I'm sure you do. Again.

02:24:31 - 02:24:42 | Speaker 4:

You knew she was going to do that one again. I love her. So can I tell you, when we were broadcasting at Ford Field the other day, and I was walking out, I got a chance to walk by 97.1 was broadcasting there.

02:24:42 - 02:24:42 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I saw them.

02:24:42 - 02:24:59 | Speaker 4:

Uh, and, uh, and I, you saw Gator and Anderson and those guys, uh, Gator Karsh and, and, and, uh, Gator. And honestly, I got geeked out. Like I get excited about seeing, you know, the people that I listened to on the radio, like, cause I listened to those guys a lot and it was kind of cool to see them doing it.

02:25:00 - 02:25:19 | Speaker 3:

Dan Miller was there. Did you see Dan? Bro, he is incredible. By the way, if you don't follow the Detroit Lions on Instagram, go to the Detroit Lions Instagram and watch when they post the Dan Miller making the call in the – have you ever seen this before, Shannon?

02:25:20 - 02:25:20 | Speaker 1:

What?

02:25:23 - 02:25:23 | Speaker 3:

Dan Miller.

02:25:24 - 02:25:24 | Speaker 1:

No.

02:25:25 - 02:25:34 | Speaker 3:

Watch this. This is Dan Miller making the call of the last play of the game on this thing. Watch the call I don't even know If I can play this Because it's not our audio But courtesy of 97.1

02:25:34 - 02:25:46 | Speaker 2:

Good He got it We're gonna fly home On the wings of Jake Banks Oh baby Good for 58 Good for 58 It's the coolest thing That they do Isn't that cool Yeah

02:25:46 - 02:25:58 | Speaker 4:

I love Dan Miller Honestly that's great Whoever runs The Lions TikTok Account deserves a race Yeah Their recap videos On Monday or Tuesday If they have Monday Night Football Are hysterical

02:25:58 - 02:26:34 | Speaker 3:

I met them. I actually, so when I did that interview with Danny Rogers, they have like a whole department, like their social department. It's amazing. Love you, Danny. What's going on, Shannon?

02:26:35 - 02:27:50 | Speaker 1:

Well, have you guys heard any of the conspiracy theories going around about Kate Middleton's cancer diagnosis? No. Megan, I feel like you would know a lot of this. Princess Kate? Yes, Princess Kate, a royal reporter, questioned the Princess of Wales cancer diagnosis back in September. And her doubt has resurfaced following Kate's Festival of Remembrance appearance from a couple of days ago. Sky News correspondent Rhiannon Mills is behind this. And she reported that pre-cancerous cells had been found in Kate as opposed to her actually battling cancer. This is months and months ago when this news first broke. And her take, Kate thought it appropriate to play the sympathy card when the popularity of the royal family was at an all-time low. And so that's why this came out and it was embellished. Again, this is her words, absolutely not mine. But a second conspiracy theorist pointed out, precancerous cells are absolutely not cancer. Kate has milked this beyond all realms of acceptability. Now, remember, though, Kate in the video that she released to the public a few months ago said she was undergoing preventative chemotherapy. She said in September she had completed that chemo and that she was indeed cancer free.

02:27:50 - 02:27:54 | Speaker 3:

Why do they hate the Royals so much? Why do we hate the Royals so much?

02:27:54 - 02:28:17 | Speaker 4:

Here's the thing. I don't think it's hating her so much. And I don't like the way that this journalist has phrased it because pre-cancer stuff is scary, too. You still need to address it. Yes. Yes, absolutely. You have to be preventative about it. It's still a health care, whatever. I just think what's interesting is that if Meghan Markle did this, it would be a much bigger deal that she lied than Kate Middleton doing that.

02:28:17 - 02:28:17 | Speaker 2:

Get into it.

02:28:18 - 02:28:42 | Speaker 4:

And I think part of the phrasing of this article is to reflect that if this was a different wife of the same family, we would not be having this discussion. It would be, she's a liar, this is all she does, she craves attention, yada, yada, yada. that royal veil down more of attention on that aspect of the family did you see i don't know if

02:28:42 - 02:28:59 | Speaker 3:

you listened shannon to the end of the clip of that paparazzi asking oprah about her making money off of uh the election did you see what the guy said at the very end of that clip no at the end of the clip the guy goes um do you think that uh donald trump's gonna kick harry and megan out of

02:28:59 - 02:30:00 | Speaker 1:

country oh my god we'll get to we'll get to that though um in just a second or no i did that story okay so megan fox is pregnant that was other big dirty that the girls of the show were very excited to find out about last night but yesterday she shared a photograph of herself covered in like i think it was black body paint she's cradling her belly very simple caption alongside that photo it just said nothing is ever really lost welcome back and then she had an angel baby and a heart She did suffer a miscarriage. So this makes this MGK and Megan Fox's second shot at starting a family together. She also did share an image of a pregnancy test showing positive results and tagged Machine Gun Kelly in there. Jessica Simpson is back in the music game. It has been a minute. She last released an album in 2010. That's when we got Happy Christmas. But she wrote on Instagram yesterday, Interviews in my Nashville music room Where I unearthed my singular magic This comeback is perfect

02:30:00 - 02:30:15 | Speaker 2:

So that caption, combined with the fact that she wasn't wearing her wedding ring in any of the stunning photos that she had posted of herself, is making people speculate that maybe she is separated or getting separated from her husband, Eric Johnson.

02:30:16 - 02:30:19 | Speaker 5:

Do you think anybody's going to be playing her music? Honestly.

02:30:20 - 02:30:23 | Speaker 2:

Well, you're the one complaining that we need some new music.

02:30:23 - 02:30:27 | Speaker 5:

We do, but honestly, I think she's like Katy Perry, though. Like, we don't get excited over it.

02:30:27 - 02:30:31 | Speaker 2:

I think Katy Perry's a better singer

02:30:31 - 02:30:38 | Speaker 5:

than Jessica Simpson. Oh, yeah. Have you ever seen Katy Perry live? Katy Perry live, I've never known.

02:30:38 - 02:30:39 | Speaker 2:

Okay.

02:30:39 - 02:30:59 | Speaker 5:

At a festival. At the festival. I didn't sit there. We having a mid-off right now. I think Jessica Simpson is more of like, I don't know, it's kind of like Christina Aguilera. You know what I mean? Christina Aguilera has an amazing voice, though. You lost me there, bro. Or no, Mandy Moore. It's like Mandy Moore.

02:30:59 - 02:31:01 | Speaker 2:

Mandy Moore has a great voice. She was Rapunzel.

02:31:01 - 02:31:03 | Speaker 5:

Mandy Moore is stinky. She's an actress now.

02:31:03 - 02:31:29 | Speaker 4:

I know that you love her. Mandy Moore is pretty great. How dare you? Okay, thank you. How dare you? I know you were busy, but thank you. First of all, she's a great actress. Second of all, that voice, immaculate. Third of all, we really want to talk about the most iconic movie of all time. Tangled. No. Oh, I thought you meant Tangled. The one where she hit, and I lift my hands. Oh, Jesus, what's the name of it?

02:31:29 - 02:31:30 | Speaker 5:

I can't tell by you singing.

02:31:31 - 02:31:32 | Speaker 4:

No. Why is my brain...

02:31:32 - 02:31:37 | Speaker 5:

Megan is the most amazing singer of all time. She is. Who's a better singer, Megan or Katy Perry?

02:31:38 - 02:31:46 | Speaker 4:

I just want to be in two places at once. He takes her to the state line and then straight on the ground. She wants a tattoo, but she doesn't want to get a tattoo. He gives her the fake tattoo.

02:31:46 - 02:31:48 | Speaker 5:

Last story. I got to get to War of the Roses.

02:31:48 - 02:32:07 | Speaker 2:

All right, Nicki Minaj confirming the release date of the final deluxe version of Pink Friday to the hiatus. if you've been waiting for it, is now officially set for release on December 13th, a year after the release of the original album. For all of today's Dirty, catch up on the podcast on the free iHeartRadio app or mojointhemorning.com.

02:32:07 - 02:32:10 | Speaker 5:

I would go watch Jessica Simpson sing before I do Nicki Minaj.

02:32:11 - 02:32:11 | Speaker 2:

What?

02:32:12 - 02:32:18 | Speaker 5:

I would. I'm sorry. Jessica Simpson would show up on stage faster than her. I'd be waiting for her.

02:32:18 - 02:32:19 | Speaker 3:

She'd be leading faster, too.

02:32:19 - 02:32:21 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. All right, what year? There you go.

02:32:22 - 02:32:33 | Speaker 3:

Celebrity Dirt. Directly from the source. This is Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. Catching cheaters and proud of it. Ow, I'm sorry. It's your home for War of the Roses on Mojo in the Morning.

02:32:34 - 02:32:36 | Speaker 5:

Ashley, why do you think that your husband is cheating?

02:32:38 - 02:32:47 | Speaker 1:

Well, he is really close with his assistant at work. And he's cheated on me before.

02:32:48 - 02:32:54 | Speaker 5:

And you believe that he's cheating with her, the assistant? Yes.

02:32:54 - 02:32:56 | Speaker 2:

Is that who he cheated with before?

02:32:56 - 02:32:57 | Speaker 5:

No.

02:32:58 - 02:32:58 | Speaker 2:

Okay.

02:32:58 - 02:32:59 | Speaker 5:

Who did he cheat with before?

02:33:01 - 02:33:02 | Speaker 1:

Another assistant.

02:33:04 - 02:33:05 | Speaker 4:

So there's a pattern we've established.

02:33:06 - 02:33:10 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Well, how did you find out the first time?

02:33:12 - 02:33:44 | Speaker 1:

Well, just through emails and, like, his work phone, I saw. And we worked it out. he you know i forgave him we did a lot of work like building trust back but i just i just have a feeling it's a new assistant he's and he's i don't know just like that work longer and she sent him a care package when he was sick and al that's unusual behavior

02:33:44 - 02:34:01 | Speaker 5:

for a work relationship unless she's trying to kiss ass is it a care package that was hey i hope you get better soon or is it a care package like i want to take care of you because your wife's not taking care of you like what is what kind of a package because that just seems like a nice thing

02:34:01 - 02:34:24 | Speaker 1:

to do no it was i mean it was a nice thing to do but it crossed the line like i think that's appropriate if you have a professional working relationship but it was a really flirty note and what did the nose say i want to take care of you and like oh yeah wow i know that i can

02:34:24 - 02:34:50 | Speaker 5:

all right it upsets me to even think about it yeah no there's that that is crossed the line uh we're gonna do war of the roses we're gonna call him up to see where he's gonna send a dozen free roses i want you to do us a favor and stay on the phone but mute your phone so hit the mute button on your your cell phone okay okay we're hoping that the flowers go to Ashley it's the mojo in the morning war of the roses

02:34:50 - 02:34:58 | Speaker 2:

hello hi is this Matthew

02:35:01 - 02:35:02 | Speaker 5:

Yes, who's speaking, please?

02:35:02 - 02:35:12 | Speaker 2:

Hi, Matthew. My name is Nicole, and I'm calling you from an online floral company called rosesbloom.com with an offer for some free flowers. If you have 30 seconds or so to answer two survey questions for us.

02:35:13 - 02:35:14 | Speaker 5:

I'm sorry. I'm not interested.

02:35:16 - 02:35:26 | Speaker 2:

It's totally free of charge. I'm not going to ask you for any sort of financial information. It's literally two survey questions, and then we're going to send a dozen red roses at some point in the day today.

02:35:26 - 02:35:31 | Speaker 5:

I'm really, really busy. I don't want to do any kind of subscription. I don't want to. It's not. It's not.

02:35:32 - 02:35:44 | Speaker 2:

No subscription. This is just, we're just trying to, it's a marketing campaign to get our name out there. Like I said, we're a newer company. We'd actually be done right now if I would have asked you the two questions already. That's how quick it is.

02:35:46 - 02:35:47 | Speaker 3:

You just hang out the phone?

02:35:47 - 02:35:50 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. Call him back.

02:35:52 - 02:36:00 | Speaker 3:

Ashley, you can unmute for one second. Ashley, we're going to call him right back, okay?

02:36:01 - 02:36:01 | Speaker 4:

Okay.

02:36:02 - 02:36:04 | Speaker 3:

All right, mute it back again.

02:36:16 - 02:36:16 | Speaker 1:

Hello?

02:36:17 - 02:36:25 | Speaker 2:

Hi, Matthew. This is Nicole from rosesbloom.com. I'm so sorry. I think we got disconnected. I was right about to ask you that first question of have you purchased?

02:36:25 - 02:36:30 | Speaker 5:

I hung up. I'm not interested. I really am very busy. Please ask the next person. Thank you.

02:36:30 - 02:36:36 | Speaker 2:

Okay. Hey, Matthew, this will totally help me out if you just answered the survey questions. And it is free flowers.

02:36:38 - 02:36:42 | Speaker 5:

I don't like that you called me back really, really, really, really quick.

02:36:43 - 02:36:47 | Speaker 2:

Okay. Okay. The first question, have you purchased flowers in the last six months?

02:36:48 - 02:36:49 | Speaker 5:

Yes.

02:36:49 - 02:36:52 | Speaker 2:

Do you plan on purchasing flowers in the next six months?

02:36:52 - 02:36:53 | Speaker 5:

Yes.

02:36:53 - 02:37:09 | Speaker 2:

Okay. That's all I'm going to ask you as a quick or as a thank you for participating in that rosesbloom.com survey. Like I said, I'm now authorized to provide you with a dozen long-stemmed red roses. So I'm going to go ahead and do you have somebody in mind that you want to send them to? Just a first and a last name?

02:37:12 - 02:37:17 | Speaker 5:

Honestly, can I just send it to all the girls in my office? I don't want to pick one person.

02:37:19 - 02:37:29 | Speaker 1:

Okay. Sure. Can you, so just say like the, the ladies, uh, what's the name of your office?

02:37:36 - 02:37:42 | Speaker 2:

Okay. And Matthew, I also have to let you know that this call is being recorded for quality and training purposes. Are you okay with that?

02:37:47 - 02:37:47 | Speaker 1:

Matthew?

02:37:49 - 02:37:50 | Unknown:

Yeah.

02:37:50 - 02:37:51 | Speaker 1:

Is that okay?

02:37:52 - 02:37:53 | Unknown:

Sure. Okay.

02:37:53 - 02:38:18 | Speaker 3:

Matthew, I'm going to jump on real quick before we send off a text to you so that you get these flowers. I'm going to let you know one last thing, too, and that is that while we've been talking to you and you've been sending flowers to the ladies in your office, your wife, Ashley, has been on the phone and was hoping that you were going to send those flowers to her.

02:38:20 - 02:38:21 | Speaker 5:

Ashley's on the phone right now.

02:38:21 - 02:38:35 | Speaker 3:

she is this is the mojo in the morning show Matthew and we do a thing called the war of the roses and Ashley contacted us because she wanted to know who you would send flowers to

02:38:35 - 02:38:42 | Speaker 5:

why would I send flowers to her when I send her flowers every month

02:38:42 - 02:38:46 | Speaker 3:

Ashley

02:38:46 - 02:38:50 | Speaker 4:

yeah I'm here

02:38:51 - 02:38:55 | Speaker 3:

Ashley, does he send you flowers every single month?

02:38:57 - 02:39:04 | Speaker 4:

No. I don't know why, Matthew, you're saying that you do. I don't even remember the last time you got me flowers.

02:39:06 - 02:39:13 | Speaker 5:

If it's not every month, it's every other month, okay? I send you flowers all the time, including this month. I don't know what you're talking about.

02:39:14 - 02:39:21 | Speaker 3:

Are you saying that because you have sent her flowers every single month? or are you saying that she's a liar and she's...

02:39:21 - 02:39:24 | Speaker 5:

Yes, I send her flowers every single month.

02:39:25 - 02:39:28 | Speaker 3:

Are you getting flowers, Ashley?

02:39:29 - 02:39:32 | Speaker 4:

No, I'm not. I don't know why you're saying this right now.

02:39:32 - 02:40:00 | Speaker 3:

Are you saying this? Is he saying this, Matthew? Are you saying this because you're just trying to make yourself look good because you know that there's people that are listening? is that is that a guy that just didn't get caught but got caught i get i know because i don't i don't know i don't know how incriminating it is that he sends the flowers to a bunch of people in the his office unless he's specifically click the link.

02:40:00 - 02:40:03 | Speaker 8:

giving it to one person. Are there a lot of women in his office?

02:40:04 - 02:40:04 | Unknown:

I don't like it.

02:40:06 - 02:40:14 | Speaker 1:

But I still think he sounds like a huge jerk to say nobody that I would want to send flowers to when I asked if he had a significant other.

02:40:15 - 02:40:20 | Speaker 3:

A wife, maybe? Ashley, have you been fighting? No.

02:40:21 - 02:40:32 | Speaker 7:

What? I don't get it. I'm kind of surprised by that. I mean, you've got to talk to him.

02:40:33 - 02:40:37 | Speaker 8:

Ashley, why don't you just hang on the phone for one second, Ashley, okay?

02:40:38 - 02:40:38 | Unknown:

Okay.

02:40:39 - 02:40:41 | Speaker 7:

This is the home of War of the Roses.

02:40:41 - 02:40:43 | Speaker 6:

We love Mojo in the Morning.

02:40:43 - 02:40:44 | Speaker 7:

Mojo in the Morning.

02:40:51 - 02:41:33 | Speaker 8:

Mojo in the Morning. The War of the Roses. And do we have a repeat offender? Do we have a repeat chronic work cheater? 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. I just asked that question because I know that we really didn't get a clear cut. He's cheating with somebody specifically. He obviously didn't send the flowers to his wife, but he lied or she lied. Who knows on whether she gets flowers. I don't believe that she's lying. She sounds pretty honest about it. But it's an interesting situation. I don't know. Your thoughts on this. 844 Mojo Live, 844-665-6548.

02:41:34 - 02:41:40 | Speaker 2:

Even if he does send her flowers, it's still weird to not send her flowers. Right. You know what I mean? Yeah.

02:41:41 - 02:41:46 | Speaker 8:

If somebody offers you that, you're going to send it to a family member. You're not going to say, let me send it to the girls in the office.

02:41:46 - 02:41:49 | Speaker 2:

All the girls, too. Yeah. He's just rude.

02:41:49 - 02:42:45 | Speaker 8:

He was, yeah, he was not a very friendly guy. Okay, so this is something that I've wondered before. if somebody cheats with somebody in the office okay you're married you cheat you go to counseling which these guys did they went to some pretty extensive therapy from what Ashley was telling us and they go back to working in the office are there certain people that that's their pattern like they end up getting involved with people in the office like has anybody ever been with somebody like that that cheated with somebody they worked with and then cheated with another person that they worked with I would love to know if that's a thing because I think they always say once a cheater or always a cheater which sometimes you hear that and you go oh okay I can see that but how about once a work cheater or always a work cheater because you're hanging out in the office all the time or in the plant or wherever Sydney would like to comment on this Sydney I have thoughts on this I know you do what are your thoughts

02:42:45 - 02:42:51 | Speaker 4:

I think he is definitely cheating he's gross I don't like him

02:42:51 - 02:42:53 | Speaker 8:

and what makes you think that

02:42:53 - 02:43:14 | Speaker 4:

um so first of all you should send flowers to your wife of all people not your employees or co-workers and he didn't want to single her out so he's like oh just send them to everybody because i don't want everyone to know we have a thing that's an interesting thought maybe they're

02:43:14 - 02:43:20 | Speaker 8:

all there together and he doesn't want the other people to know you know yeah is there any way

02:43:20 - 02:43:23 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, but if you wanted to avoid that, send them home.

02:43:23 - 02:43:26 | Speaker 8:

Yeah, or just be the right person. What do you say, Matt?

02:43:26 - 02:43:44 | Speaker 3:

Is there any way that they're just not getting along right now? You got an offer for something free. Do something nice for the office. You don't have to pay for it. And maybe if you and your wife or your girlfriend or whatever the situation is aren't getting along, not send it home. I'm not really in the mood to do this for you. Things aren't going well.

02:43:44 - 02:43:49 | Speaker 8:

Although, he says and claims that he sends flowers to her all the time.

02:43:49 - 02:43:54 | Speaker 3:

But she didn't seem to think that. Or is his all the time, not her all the time?

02:43:54 - 02:43:56 | Speaker 8:

He said once a month.

02:43:57 - 02:43:57 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

02:43:57 - 02:44:01 | Speaker 8:

I don't know. You would notice if you got flowers once a month. What's up, Stacey? Hi.

02:44:03 - 02:44:10 | Speaker 5:

Hi. So my theory on why he said that, the first question that Shannon asked him is, have you sent flowers in the last 30 days? And he said yes.

02:44:11 - 02:44:13 | Speaker 2:

So do you think he was lying?

02:44:14 - 02:44:26 | Speaker 5:

I think he sent flowers to somebody in the last 30 days. It wasn't her. but when he found out she was on the phone he had to say he sent flowers to her in the past 30 days because he knew he answered yes to that question

02:44:26 - 02:44:36 | Speaker 8:

that's a good point because we've had that before where the person says yes to that and then we find out that they never sent him to their spouse this guy just wants to keep on with the charade what's up

02:44:36 - 02:45:00 | Speaker 6:

Stephanie hey I think he actually might be sleeping with multiple people in the office and didn't want to single the one out because he said I can't think of just one kiss on them to damn yeah yeah that would be interesting wouldn't it yeah and i mean if he's already sending his wife three flowers every month like he claims why wouldn't he take an opportunity to get a free bouquet to send her from you know

02:45:00 - 02:45:10 | Speaker 3:

for nothing so i don't know i think it might be more than one what he did do like kp and megan are in the studio right now do you kind of roll your eyes that the send send it to all the ladies

02:45:10 - 02:45:24 | Speaker 2:

in the office definitely no no i know this sounds weird but i think he has a history of this so like we're jumping to conclusions i don't think him sending them to the office is a clear cut like

02:45:24 - 02:45:29 | Speaker 3:

oh he's cheating no i don't mean it that way i mean roll your eyes like all the ladies no

02:45:29 - 02:45:39 | Speaker 2:

because I think sometimes our bosses have gotten things for free in the past and they're like, they're for everybody. You know what I mean? It's just like, I brought it in to get rid of it.

02:45:39 - 02:45:42 | Speaker 3:

I kind of got a bad taste in my mouth when he did that.

02:45:42 - 02:46:12 | Speaker 1:

You know what I would love also? I'm throwing this out there because I really want to talk to people that are chronic work cheaters. But I want to know, are there any people that are listening, anyone listening who has a guy in their office or a girl in their office that has slept with multiple people in the office and cheated with multiple people and the other people didn't know that they were cheating? Like, that comment that was just made just a second ago was, maybe he's cheating with more. This guy's a frickin' nutcase. I mean, he's doing it all under one roof. And he's the boss. What's up, Kristen?

02:46:14 - 02:46:19 | Speaker 5:

Hi, Christine. Christine. Yeah. Christine's on the phone.

02:46:20 - 02:46:21 | Speaker 1:

We've got to get it right. What's up, Christine?

02:46:21 - 02:46:33 | Speaker 5:

So I was dating a medic for about eight years and come to find out every female he trained, he was shooting with on me in the back of his EMS truck.

02:46:33 - 02:46:34 | Speaker 1:

Oh, jeez.

02:46:34 - 02:46:37 | Speaker 5:

Ever since I can make up about 10 of the girls.

02:46:38 - 02:46:40 | Speaker 3:

How did you find out that that's where he was doing it?

02:46:42 - 02:47:07 | Speaker 5:

So eventually I found out because the girl had a left child with him that the husband and takes care of. Oh, wow. My sister's no longer. He just said take his life last year. Oh, goodness. But through a lot of trauma and a lot of getting phone calls, he would send me pictures when he'd get mad at me.

02:47:07 - 02:47:10 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my gosh. He's rubbing it in the face. That's awful.

02:47:11 - 02:47:16 | Speaker 1:

Was he doing it on the bed that patients would lay on that he would go save people with?

02:47:17 - 02:47:18 | Unknown:

That's my question.

02:47:18 - 02:47:24 | Speaker 1:

I'm sorry? He would do it in the bed that they would bring into people's homes? Huh?

02:47:24 - 02:47:28 | Speaker 5:

The girls were giving him favors.

02:47:29 - 02:47:41 | Speaker 1:

Oh, okay. They were giving favors in there. Okay. Wow. That's crazy. Got the sirens on. Wow. Well, we're sorry that that happened to you. I'm sorry about that. Thank you for calling, though. Bianca, what's going on?

02:47:41 - 02:47:59 | Speaker 4:

Hi. I was in the car dropping my kids off this morning, and I heard you guys talking about cheaters and whether or not you were wondering when they cheat in the workplace is usually like a pattern typically it is um i was raised by a plant worker and let's just say uh he found all

02:47:59 - 02:48:08 | Speaker 1:

of his partners inside of the same plant really what what kind of cars was he making uh chrysler a chrysler cheater of course

02:48:08 - 02:48:13 | Speaker 4:

I think that's what they say anyway but it's usually the tax worker

02:48:13 - 02:48:20 | Speaker 1:

your dad was chronic at this time how many people do you think that your dad had relationships with?

02:48:20 - 02:48:26 | Speaker 4:

I honestly couldn't tell you but I just know that they love him like they love him dad was man

02:48:26 - 02:48:31 | Speaker 1:

oh boy well thank you for the call I'm sorry that you as a daughter that's gotta be tough for you to deal with

02:48:31 - 02:48:43 | Speaker 4:

I'm the only daughter that's what's crazy I have six brothers Oh my goodness They always say that the daughters usually get their dad's karma My dating life since I started Has been shit

02:48:43 - 02:48:54 | Speaker 1:

Oh jeez hold on we gotta dump that No that's okay You said that your karma has been spit Because of your dad I never heard that before You get your dad's karma

02:48:54 - 02:48:59 | Speaker 4:

They say that usually daughters get their dad's dating karma Yeah

02:48:59 - 02:49:10 | Speaker 1:

I'm sorry about that It's true We are touching you through the radio right now In a good way in a good way saying we're hoping that that karma goes away okay thank you i've been listening to

02:49:10 - 02:49:42 | Speaker 4:

you guys since i was in high school um we used to listen to war of the roses on the wait was in your no way was your dad in the car driving you ever no i um he usually was at work um and so we took the school bus i grew up in chesterfield area i wonder and wonder if your dad ever has heard war of the roses before i i have made him listen he used to talk about me all the time because I was obsessed with, like, 955, 98.7. I was into those things versus he listened to, like, 97.9 and jazz. Sure, I get it. He's like, I don't want to hear this, and I'd always make him listen.

02:49:42 - 02:49:44 | Speaker 1:

He didn't like The War of the Roses because guess what?

02:49:44 - 02:49:45 | Speaker 4:

I am uncomfortable.

02:49:45 - 02:49:48 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I could see that. Well, thank you for listening. We appreciate you. What's up, Melissa?

02:49:50 - 02:49:56 | Speaker 5:

Hi, I'm a dissenter on this. I believe that she is, that they are on their way out,

02:49:56 - 02:49:57 | Speaker 4:

on the way, on the outs, I'm sorry,

02:49:58 - 02:49:59 | Speaker 5:

and that she is just doing some digging.

02:50:00 - 02:50:12 | Speaker 1:

When you were asking her questions from the get-go, she was not sure of any of the answers. She was very passive. And I've worked for plenty of bosses who are male who bought flowers for the entire office. So, I mean, that's not surprising to me at all.

02:50:13 - 02:50:18 | Speaker 3:

Oh, wow. So you think that she's actually the innocent or not the innocent one in this?

02:50:19 - 02:50:41 | Speaker 1:

No, I think that they're both. I mean, if you listen to how I interview people for a living, and if you listen to how she was responding and how passive she was, and she wasn't real forthcoming with the answers, I'm thinking that they're already on the outs. Interesting. And she just wanted, like, something for the lawyer? Or just wanted something, some kind of reinforcement for herself, that there's something else going on.

02:50:41 - 02:51:01 | Speaker 3:

Interesting that this is a professional interviewer. I like that. All right. Well, thank you for that perspective. I'll have to go back and listen to the podcast of that and hear her pauses and how she was. Initial S, voice disguise. What's up? Where are the roses? we caught a cheater or didn't catch a cheater what do you think uh good morning everybody this

02:51:01 - 02:51:06 | Speaker 2:

is actually first time long time good morning initial ass on the phone i don't think we've

02:51:06 - 02:51:12 | Speaker 3:

ever done that have we initially go ahead oh uh basically um i've had suspicions and it's not

02:51:12 - 02:51:46 | Speaker 2:

just me that at work some of my bosses were you know cheating on their significant others with two employees at the office and i two other people have these suspicions that i do i basically followed my gut the other day when they said they were all going to separate places and I basically caught them all together and these are people that I've known since for a long time. Wow. Caught them all together like having a No they were it was just they were next door at a place that we were close to

02:51:46 - 02:51:48 | Speaker 3:

so. And they were fooling around?

02:51:48 - 02:51:56 | Speaker 2:

Something like that and then they saw me and they kind of clammed up and tried to change the I tried to change the subject, basically.

02:51:57 - 02:52:02 | Speaker 3:

How many people? Four. So the four of them were having like a big foursome together?

02:52:03 - 02:52:04 | Speaker 2:

Something like that, yeah.

02:52:04 - 02:52:10 | Speaker 3:

Were you involved with anybody? Like, why were you so invested to go on this manhunt? That's a good question.

02:52:10 - 02:52:17 | Speaker 2:

I mean, these people knew that I liked one of these girls, and they basically did all this stuff behind my back. I just, no.

02:52:18 - 02:52:19 | Speaker 3:

Wait, wait, hold on. What are you ordering? What's that?

02:52:21 - 02:52:21 | Speaker 2:

Dunkin' Donuts.

02:52:21 - 02:52:36 | Speaker 3:

Oh, okay. Hey, quick question for you while you're getting your morning coffee. What do you guys do for a living? I want to know what kind of work this is.

02:52:37 - 02:52:39 | Speaker 2:

I'm not comfortable saying that on the radio.

02:52:39 - 02:52:41 | Speaker 3:

You don't work at Chrysler, do you?

02:52:41 - 02:52:42 | Speaker 2:

No, definitely not.

02:52:43 - 02:52:50 | Speaker 3:

Okay, all right. That's kind of wild. What do you do? How do you look at your coworkers when you know that the four of them are banging each other at work?

02:52:51 - 02:53:08 | Speaker 2:

It's very hard because it's been personal, and they've basically taken care of my family most of my life, so I'm looking at them very differently now in the things. It's not just a pattern. It's happened before, and now other people are catching on, so it's not the first time this has happened either, and I'm not the only one that's noticed.

02:53:08 - 02:53:19 | Speaker 3:

You don't work at the country station, do you? I was wondering about that. No. It sounds like a country station drama right there. Oh, my gosh. All right, well, thank you for the call, man. I appreciate it.

02:53:19 - 02:53:20 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, have a good day.

02:53:20 - 02:53:20 | Speaker 3:

Good luck, Tom.

02:53:21 - 02:53:35 | Speaker 4:

02:54:03 - 02:54:59 | Speaker 3:

MojoInTheMorning.com. Mojo in the Morning. I want to call Kevin out on something here if I can. Yeah, you've done it all morning. I have not. I've been so good to you. seriously believe me i need to want to know why i gotta be there for you i gotta make sure that you don't stray okay okay so let me tell you this so yesterday we were all hanging out in the studios doing some uh training and after we got done hanging out with each other i was walking out of the studio and uh the little guy that the the the tiny so mean the tiny engineer the little guy He goes, hey, you left your wallet here. And I said, thank you, little man. You patted him. So nice. You're a kind elf. Thank you, little man. Thank you. No.

02:55:00 - 02:55:02 | Speaker 1:

He makes fun of himself for being shorter.

02:55:02 - 02:55:03 | Speaker 2:

We're going to see him again today. He's a good guy.

02:55:04 - 02:56:01 | Speaker 1:

So I said, oh, well, it's not mine. And he goes, well, I don't know whose it is. So I'm like looking around. It's none of the other engineers. And I'm thinking, well, it can only be either mine, Zach's, or Kev's. So I'm like, well, let's look in it. So I get done writing down all the credit cards in there. And I noticed it's Kevin Irwin, whose wallet it is. And so Kevin left his wallet. He had to leave because he went to go pick up Josiah from school. So I called Kevin up and I said, hey, man, you left your wallet here. So Kev's like, oh, man, I'm picking up Josiah. He's getting out of school here in like 15, 20 minutes. And so I drove him the wallet, which was not that far from the studios. It's like right on the way home for me. So I drove him the wallet at Josiah's school. I want to call this guy out for something. Do you have your wallet in your pocket? I do. Megan just, here. Megan's holding it right now.

02:56:01 - 02:56:08 | Speaker 2:

You got a fat-ass wallet. That is the biggest. How rich are you? That's like a sandwich. It's not fat. It's money in there.

02:56:08 - 02:56:10 | Speaker 1:

By the way, that is not only a sandwich. That is a foot long.

02:56:12 - 02:56:47 | Speaker 2:

That is the biggest sandwich. That's like double meat in that. I don't think that's that big. What do you have in that thing that's so big? Let's see. Do you get to claim you're an inch taller because when you sit on it? That is very full. Well, I think, um, listen, it's not much money. My favorite, my favorite thing in here is the prayer card that, uh, Lydia's mom gave me, but now I can't make fun of you. I got imagine. I got an imagine reviewer pass. I got a couple Chipotle gift cards. Cause you never know. You know, I got an old mega millions car. You've got to, I go through mine like once a week and clear it out.

02:56:47 - 02:56:52 | Speaker 1:

He's got more in his wallet than you ladies do in your purses.

02:56:52 - 02:57:35 | Speaker 2:

That is a big freaking wallet. I got a credit card. I got a business card for saying 24. Then I got a personal debit card. Then I got these Universal Studio Passes because it helps me remember the trip I had with Josiah. I got my ID, a couple business cards. No, what else is in that thing? Let me see your ID. I got an old ID. I don't know why I got that. Okay, so you can send that. Dude, you're annoying. You take good ID photos. You think so? Yeah, you do. You want to see mine? I got my heiress. For some reason, I got my Taylor Swift era tickets. You still keep that? That's right. Honestly, there are physical tickets. And I feel like this is such a big tour that who knows? Some crazy Swiftie would pay $100 for him in 20 years. Is that your name? I didn't know that was your middle name. Yeah. Yep, Gene.

02:57:35 - 02:58:03 | Speaker 1:

He's got more in this wallet. I'm not kidding you when I say to every guy that's out there, we have never had that much to fill in a wallet, let alone this guy have it in a wallet. It looked like, you know what it reminded me of? My dad had a wallet like that. So my dad had a wallet that was so big, it was like the biggest thing ever and it was again like that where he kept prayer cards in there he kept you know how you would go to a funeral and when somebody dies they give you a card for their funeral

02:58:03 - 02:58:04 | Speaker 2:

do you really?

02:58:05 - 02:58:08 | Speaker 1:

he had those things I mean it was crazy the stuff that was in there

02:58:08 - 02:58:20 | Speaker 2:

well look it's the holiday season I know you're a guy that likes to give I would love one of those like little sleek card holders that's what I want from a go yard

02:58:20 - 02:58:23 | Speaker 1:

I want Wait Goyard Goyard

02:58:23 - 02:58:25 | Speaker 2:

I want to be specific By the way

02:58:25 - 02:58:34 | Speaker 1:

You can't get it If you can't spell it G-O-Y-A-R-D Oh you got it Alright say it How about say it Alright you can get it You got it How about Pronounce it again

02:58:34 - 02:58:45 | Speaker 2:

Isn't it Goyard Yeah I think it is too Or is it Goyard I don't know I only know this From like rappers I don't D-H-K dot com No You know what you need

02:58:45 - 02:59:01 | Speaker 1:

What you need is I see these things On Instagram ads Somebody needs to tell me if these things are good. The steel case ones where it's like- The wallet? You put it in there, and it's also supposed to be that nobody can steal your number on your wallet or something.

02:59:01 - 02:59:02 | Speaker 2:

I got to Google that.

02:59:02 - 02:59:13 | Speaker 1:

Do you know what I'm talking about? No. They're like, I don't know if they're titanium or what the story is. It's like a car holder? And it's like really thin. I see it on Instagram ads. Do I get the same Instagram ads?

02:59:13 - 02:59:14 | Speaker 2:

No, I got those.

02:59:14 - 02:59:32 | Speaker 1:

I get them on Instagram ads and on my porn hubs and stuff like that. But it's like, it's like basically, and you can put, it says that you can put like a bunch of cards in there and your IDs and things and it flips out. It goes like almost like a, like a switchblade or something. I don't know. James Bond.

02:59:32 - 02:59:33 | Speaker 2:

What do you have right now?

02:59:34 - 02:59:37 | Speaker 1:

I have, so I have, I have this, I have a.

02:59:37 - 02:59:38 | Speaker 2:

Oh, so that's.

02:59:38 - 02:59:39 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. I got a wallet.

02:59:39 - 02:59:40 | Speaker 2:

Oh, Wes has the exact same one.

02:59:40 - 02:59:50 | Speaker 1:

So I have a wallet and then I have my cards right here in one spot and then I have my driver's license. and then I also keep I also keep money with a rubber band so I have money in a rubber band

02:59:50 - 02:59:59 | Speaker 2:

see that's a different level can I tell you look this is Kev's wallet this is my post look at Kev you got a baby

03:00:00 - 03:00:04 | Speaker 3:

Come on, she's got a baby purse. Honestly.

03:00:04 - 03:00:10 | Speaker 6:

You want to pull out everything that's in my purse and compare sizes to your wallet? Because it's pretty close. We got AirPods.

03:00:10 - 03:00:26 | Speaker 3:

Your Altoids are as big as my wallet. Look at that. Quick question. Do you think that I could pull off a fanny pack? Because I'm seeing more and more guys with fanny packs and also satchel things that they wear, like man purses. I could see you with a satchel. You think so?

03:00:26 - 03:00:36 | Speaker 6:

Would you be surprised? What do you think? I could see you with a satchel, not a fanny pack. Kev, I feel like you could pull off either. Zach, no. Zach, just a fanny pack.

03:00:36 - 03:01:17 | Speaker 3:

Zach, if I bought you a man purse, if I got you a man purse, would you wear it? Every day. Every damn day. Come on. I'm sick of sitting on this. She is better than mine. She's a fanny. What do you got in that thing? I do a lot of public service announcements, so I have cards. I have all of my Christmas bonus gift cards. You haven't expelled them yet? Or saved them yet? Or spent them? I don't even know what the word is. Is that a $2 bill? Yeah, look at all this. A $2 bill is a lucky bill you should always have. I use them for gas.

03:01:17 - 03:01:18 | Speaker 6:

Oh, do you? Yeah, do that.

03:01:19 - 03:01:32 | Speaker 3:

Hold on. We got to put all the wallets together and purses together. Everybody put them together, and then let's see who's got the fattest. Alan, are you there, Alan? Yeah, I'm here. What's going on? First time, long time. Hey, there. Hey, Alan's on the phone.

03:01:33 - 03:01:46 | Speaker 4:

What's going on, buddy? Not too much, man. Headed to the airport, going to Miami for work. Oh, you lucky bastard. Will you have any fun there? I hope so. Good for you. Just a couple days, so who knows.

03:01:46 - 03:01:50 | Speaker 3:

That's a job. You're calling up about, you know the name of that wallet that we're talking about?

03:01:50 - 03:01:55 | Speaker 4:

I got the Ridge wallet. It's got the RFID protector. That's the one. Okay, so. Google it.

03:01:55 - 03:02:05 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, so that is, I'm telling you, people have to do it. told me that this is like the wallet can you fit a lot in there um like 17 cards you can fit in

03:02:05 - 03:02:39 | Speaker 4:

there or you can get a cash strap option to our um there you go did you see that thing kev how cool it looks by the way you got a promo code for this yeah i do i'll send you one don't get the cheap one what do you mean yeah there's like a metal one that's the first one i got it kind of bent a little bit but the titanium one's the one to go titanium or carbon fiber it could be carbon fiber could be better i ain't got that rich one yet it's a hundred and fifty bucks for this one it says yeah titanium works great though that one's awesome all right have fun in miami let

03:02:39 - 03:02:50 | Speaker 3:

us know if you uh meet any cute girls down there yeah all right we'll see you dylan what's going on hey how's it going good well how much is a purse though hold on there depends on where you

03:02:50 - 03:02:59 | Speaker 6:

03:02:59 - 03:03:20 | Speaker 5:

how you doing good what's going on oh i was calling about the uh the rfid blocker i listen does it work time this is so yeah uh so what it does is it blocks people from scanning your credit cards if you have like the tap to pay it blocks that from uh from using it using

03:03:20 - 03:03:34 | Speaker 3:

electromagnetic signals can you do that like if somebody wanted to do tap they just have to put the machine up to my my pant pocket they can get my my my codes theoretically uh you could come on

03:03:34 - 03:03:45 | Speaker 5:

you have to i don't believe that put it really close to it it has to be pretty much like against your wallet yeah but if you have to have to pay you can easily do that only problem is you would

03:03:45 - 03:04:08 | Speaker 6:

have to know the person's uh uh pen y'all are spending a lot of money on nothing really you don't think that that happens no i can barely get my dang thing to tap on the actual machine the guy's like nope do it here nope do it here i'm like i yeah you ever put your card on the wrong side of the thing and they're like other side dumbass yeah every machine is a different

03:04:08 - 03:04:16 | Speaker 3:

side apparently why do i feel though that i'm going to be the guy that's going to go to the gas station and get scammed by that swiping thing where you put it in there.

03:04:16 - 03:04:17 | Speaker 6:

You can tap your phone now, too.

03:04:18 - 03:04:38 | Speaker 3:

I always feel like there's scammers out there, and I'm going to be the guy that's going to get scammed. Ben wants to talk to Kev with his ... He's got the George Costanza wallet. Have you ever seen that Seinfeld episode? Google it. George, Google Seinfeld George Costanza wallet, and you'll see this guy has one that looks just like yours. That's a big...

03:04:38 - 03:04:39 | Speaker 1:

I'm not that bad.

03:04:40 - 03:04:41 | Speaker 3:

What's up, Ben?

03:04:41 - 03:04:55 | Speaker 1:

what's up guys so yeah the ridge wall it's actually great i have one and i'm like kevin i i always misplaced my wallet somehow so they actually have trackers you can actually get one with the airpod tracker so you can see where your wallet's at at all times what that i feel

03:04:55 - 03:04:59 | Speaker 6:

will lead to more theft than the rfid trackers that's

03:05:00 - 03:06:22 | Speaker 4:

That's wild. By the way, can I tell you something? This is a commercial for Rich Wallet. I didn't even realize it was going to be. I was just going to talk about the fact that he left it in the studio. Kim, are you listening? Yes. And are they partnered with Scoyard? Sponsored. By the way, can I tell you the other thing that was pretty cool was Kevin gets to Josiah's school so early so that he can be there and greet him. Like he's the first parent in line basically to go and pick him up. and uh and he just sits there and waits and uh and picks him up it's like honestly the coolest thing ever because as a dad when i was picking the boys up i was always the late one i would get a call from the school and they would say uh hello mr someone are you gonna pick up luke i love joe yeah that's awesome well all right we got another uh training to do at that studio thanks for bringing my wallet though i don't want to leave without saying that i appreciate you Buddy, thank you for the lunch that you bought me. It was really good. Matter of fact, I got some leftovers today that I'm going to eat out of it. Have a great day. We will see you tomorrow for more Mojo in the Morning.
