00:05:13 - 00:05:18 | Speaker 2:

i looked right at you at one point

00:05:18 - 00:05:25 | Speaker 5:

look at your face i'm very tired you guys i brought in mimosa stuff this morning i'm really

00:05:25 - 00:05:36 | Speaker 2:

You did? Guys, did you see over there? So I was hanging out last night at a party that Brian Reif put together of a bunch of guys that like to drink.

00:05:37 - 00:05:38 | Speaker 1:

That's not surprising.

00:05:38 - 00:05:46 | Speaker 2:

I brought in some really cool stuff. And this morning, one of the guys that was there, he owns his own tequila, is bringing his own tequila in.

00:05:46 - 00:05:46 | Speaker 4:

Oh.

00:05:47 - 00:06:07 | Speaker 2:

So we got old fat. We already have pre-mixed old fashions ready to go for Friday. This morning, George and everybody from Six Salon are coming in because they're great friends with our landlord, Christos, and I think we should convince them to put a Six Salon in this building. Would that not be amazing?

00:06:07 - 00:06:09 | Speaker 3:

Can I ask one question, though?

00:06:09 - 00:06:10 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

00:06:10 - 00:06:11 | Speaker 3:

Who's got it better than us?

00:06:12 - 00:06:12 | Speaker 2:

Nobody!

00:06:15 - 00:06:17 | Speaker 5:

But we do need some coffee right now.

00:06:17 - 00:06:32 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, you know what? We need somebody to please, please, please convince a Starbucks to open up their chain somewhere either off of the Lodge, off of 75. Is that what you could take in, 75?

00:06:32 - 00:06:33 | Speaker 5:

I take 75 the whole way.

00:06:33 - 00:06:40 | Speaker 2:

All right, something off of Megan lives downtown somewhere like on the vicinity of Gratiot.

00:06:40 - 00:06:44 | Speaker 4:

But I don't need that. I just need an actual convenience store downtown.

00:06:45 - 00:06:49 | Speaker 2:

Oh, you want that? Yes. Give me convenience. Yeah. Did you see that? Do you see what they're opening by us?

00:06:49 - 00:06:49 | Speaker 4:

No.

00:06:50 - 00:06:56 | Speaker 2:

Where the old radio stations are? They're putting in a, literally, a mile down the street, one of those sheets.

00:06:57 - 00:06:58 | Speaker 4:

Have you ever been?

00:06:58 - 00:06:58 | Speaker 2:

No.

00:06:59 - 00:06:59 | Speaker 4:

They're great.

00:06:59 - 00:07:14 | Speaker 2:

They had a, last night in Farmington Hills, Michigan, they had a meeting and there were people opposing sheets because they did not like 24 hours in their town. I'm thinking, Farmington Hills? It's 24 hours. Who doesn't like 24 hours?

00:07:14 - 00:07:23 | Speaker 1:

Listen, the world has changed. Grocery stores close at 10, nothing's 24 hours, I hate it. It kills me. Is 7-Eleven a convenience store or no? Yes.

00:07:23 - 00:07:26 | Speaker 3:

Okay, there's one downtown. Terrible hours.

00:07:26 - 00:07:33 | Speaker 4:

Same with the CVS. Yeah, so I, maybe this is TMI, but there's like a CVS near my apartment, closes at 6 p.m.

00:07:33 - 00:07:34 | Speaker 1:

That's crazy.

00:07:34 - 00:07:35 | Speaker 4:

It's 6 p.m.

00:07:35 - 00:07:43 | Speaker 2:

Listen, the world needs to get back to, you know, us being 24 hours, like, you know, look what happened to Rite Aid and Walgreens are closing.

00:07:43 - 00:07:53 | Speaker 1:

I know you said Mayor Duggan is bowing out gracefully as his time here as our mayor. Maybe that's his last thing. Make the CVS great again. At least 10 p.m. Make CVS great again.

00:07:53 - 00:07:56 | Speaker 3:

I just need one place to buy Red Bulls, please.

00:07:58 - 00:08:15 | Speaker 2:

Otherwise, I'm stopping at your house if you live anywhere in these areas that we just talked about. I'm thinking to myself, this is craziness. All right. By the way, we are a week away from something big going on. I just saw this trending this morning. We are a week away from Brown Friday.

00:08:15 - 00:08:18 | Speaker 5:

Okay, what is that? I heard people talking about it this morning.

00:08:18 - 00:08:25 | Speaker 2:

So Brown Friday is the day that they say the U.S. cities have the most clogs.

00:08:25 - 00:08:29 | Speaker 1:

Ew. What? The day after Thanksgiving? That's a crazy day.

00:08:29 - 00:08:49 | Speaker 2:

Plumbers in the United States are preparing for Brown Friday, the busiest day of the year for their profession. And they actually listed what cities are the brownest of cities. Which cities clog the most? So these are the cities that duty the most out of any cities. Duty! Can you guess which one was number one? New York.

00:08:49 - 00:08:50 | Speaker 3:

It's got to be.

00:08:50 - 00:08:53 | Speaker 2:

New York is not even in the top five, I can't believe her.

00:08:53 - 00:08:57 | Speaker 3:

Austin, Texas. No, no, no. It's got to be an old city with bad plumbing, so like Boston.

00:08:57 - 00:09:34 | Speaker 2:

Oh. No. Actually, this is going to surprise you on the top five. Los Angeles is number one. Okay. Miami. I thought people in Miami don't eat. I don't know what's going on. That's number two. Nashville, Sacramento, Baltimore, Las Vegas, Minneapolis, Providence, Rhode Island, San Francisco, and San Diego round out the top 10. And as far as us, let's see where we are. I want to know where Detroit and Grand Rapids and Toledo are on this list. I don't know. It didn't go that far, I guess. I guess we're not browning that stuff.

00:09:34 - 00:09:40 | Speaker 4:

Well, if you live in the South End, you know all of the streets back up all the time when it rains. And so you've got to be somewhere on that list.

00:09:40 - 00:09:58 | Speaker 2:

Somebody explain this to me. And by the way, the company Roto-Rooter says that they get more calls on Thursday night Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving than any other time of the year. You know what's interesting? I always feel like anything in my house breaks over a holiday or a weekend.

00:09:59 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 5:

It's true.

00:10:00 - 00:10:06 | Speaker 3:

just how it works yeah by the way i would like to take this moment to shout out joe and adam from

00:10:06 - 00:10:15 | Speaker 5:

capital plumbing oh good the best team ever yes otherwise known as those guys is that wait so

00:10:15 - 00:10:19 | Speaker 3:

that's never been able to give them a shout out before and this just seemed very appropriate by

00:10:19 - 00:11:09 | Speaker 5:

the way hold on the official ding for those guys uh yes so uh guys get ready get ready to uh to make some money i i would assume that their rates probably are holiday rates too it's probably expensive to go get one of those guys there i remember we had to call a plumber one time chris our really good buddy uh chelsea and i uh always call our friend chris because he knows how to fix anything and i remember we had to call him because we needed an emergency plumber because we had family at our house and my nephew used an entire thing of toilet paper when i say thing i'm not saying one roll i'm talking you know how they come in six rolls and a thing over the course of a day he had to duty a lot and when i said to him i go why are you wiping so much and he's he said that uh he didn't feel like he was clean he didn't feel like it was uh it was working that would be

00:11:09 - 00:11:14 | Speaker 3:

the most mortifying question why are you wiping so much there's no right answer yeah uh you know

00:11:14 - 00:12:01 | Speaker 5:

and then i then that's where the whole idea that we we need to get like washlets or bidets or something in the house um phone number 844 mojo live text 95500 real quick charlie will you do us a favor charlie uh in grand rapids we haven't had mike on with us in the new studio i just want to make sure that the mic works for mike will you talk in the microphone just to say hello and make sure that that works over there oh there we go can you hear us charlie i can hear you guys yep loud and clear oh my god we work we work we work everything works yesterday i had to test the voice this guy's machine, so we had to do that on the air. Today, Mike's got a new microphone over here. Which, by the way, I do feel sad that we need to see if Mike will make a trip out this way so that he can inaugurate our toilets here. Maybe for Brown Friday. What do you think? Can we do that?

00:12:01 - 00:12:06 | Speaker 6:

This mojo in the morning is back in the day. Let's go! Back in the day. What year did this stuff happen?

00:16:20 - 00:16:21 | Speaker 3:

Wow.

00:16:21 - 00:16:26 | Speaker 2:

Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. I saw Wiki yesterday, so I'm in my singing vibes.

00:16:26 - 00:16:31 | Speaker 3:

Are you? We should do a whole show one morning like a musical. Yeah.

00:16:32 - 00:16:36 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, that would be my dream. I was going to say it. That would be you and Megan. Here's the Dirty on the 30.

00:16:38 - 00:16:41 | Speaker 3:

Do it. That sounded like Oprah, didn't it?

00:16:41 - 00:16:42 | Speaker 2:

A little bit, yeah.

00:16:42 - 00:17:38 | Speaker 4:

Bryce Underwood, the top-rated football recruit in the country, changed his mind and will now be a Michigan Wolverine. Thank you, Dave. What's wrong? He took to Michigan after pledging to play at LSU. That decision came down late last night, or at least word of that decision came down late last night. So he pinned a post on his Instagram account showing a post that reported he had committed to Michigan. He tagged it with, or hashtagged it with, hometown hero. The 6'3", 205-pound quarterback played at Belleville High School. He told LSU like a year ago that he was going to play there. But Michigan coach Sharon Moore, whose debut season had been stunted by the lack of a halfway decent quarterback, continued to recruit Bryce with the help of the name, image, and likeness collective. It paid off. Did I hear right that he's getting like...

00:17:39 - 00:17:44 | Speaker 2:

Six, seven million, something like that. Is Dave Portnoy part of that? I'm sure he is. He's been very vocal about paying.

00:17:44 - 00:17:47 | Speaker 4:

He said he would give $3 million to U of M.

00:17:47 - 00:18:02 | Speaker 3:

So, question for you on this. LSU's struggling, and they don't look good. They used to be a good program. Michigan's struggling just as much. Is it just staying in hometown? Like, is that what he's thinking, or what is the deal?

00:18:02 - 00:18:29 | Speaker 2:

I think there are dual factors taking place. I think the hometown factor is definitely appeasing. I think the fact that Michigan won a championship and now they're nowhere in the conversation and kind of being the guy to help that program and be the missing piece is a part of the conversation. But I think the money is a big deal also. I think he always wanted to go to Michigan, to be honest with you. And then once that price got higher and higher and higher, once it looked like he was going to go down south to LSU, he cashed in on his negotiation.

00:18:29 - 00:18:34 | Speaker 3:

I hate this stuff, by the way. I used to like it when players wanted to go because they had a love of the school.

00:18:34 - 00:18:34 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

00:18:34 - 00:18:36 | Speaker 3:

And I get they should get paid.

00:18:36 - 00:18:36 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

00:18:36 - 00:18:44 | Speaker 3:

Don't get me wrong. There should be some way they get paid, but I think right now it's dirty. It just feels so dirty to me.

00:18:44 - 00:18:50 | Speaker 2:

You know what I hate? I hate players who are on the cover of college sports and their jerseys are sold all over the place and they can't feed their families.

00:18:51 - 00:19:00 | Speaker 3:

But you know what I hate, though? I hate the fact that the guys that are on there are in a different jersey the next year and they have no loyalty to the school ever. And it's all about dollars.

00:19:00 - 00:19:09 | Speaker 2:

I think the conversation only gets loud when players start to do these things because when the system was the other way around, everybody was okay.

00:19:09 - 00:19:22 | Speaker 3:

It just, to me, is, I don't know. I don't feel like I get as excited about college football as I used to get excited about it, or even college basketball. I feel like I like pro football way more than I like it.

00:19:22 - 00:19:23 | Speaker 2:

Last night was a good game.

00:19:23 - 00:19:31 | Speaker 4:

Kansas City Chiefs President Mark Donovan set down speculation that Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift's relationship is totally manufactured.

00:19:32 - 00:19:52 | Speaker 1:

I'd love to say that it was a marketing strategy, but it is an authentic relationship and we're happy to have it. And it's been nothing but good for us. I think the best thing I can say about the whole relationship and what it's had, the impact it's had on us is Taylor Swift is an authentic member of the Kansas City Chiefs kingdom. She's an authentic fan. Authentic member of the California Chiefs kingdom.

00:19:52 - 00:19:59 | Speaker 4:

That matters to our fans and our fan base. And he said it matters to us as well. He said it's really cool for fans to see her genuine.

00:20:00 - 00:20:04 | Speaker 3:

love for football. Yeah. You still don't believe it, I know.

00:20:04 - 00:20:10 | Speaker 2:

I still think that there's some... Listen, I don't want to sound like this entire dirty that I'm, you know, a curmudgeon.

00:20:10 - 00:20:12 | Speaker 3:

Who put one on everything. But, no, but

00:20:12 - 00:20:25 | Speaker 2:

I just, I don't know. I just, something just doesn't feel authentic to me. I don't know. How much money is she getting paid? Is she getting paid more than $9 million? Did that movie already come out? That Hallmark movie about the cheese?

00:20:25 - 00:22:19 | Speaker 3:

Not yet. I think it comes out on the 30th. I'm so excited to see what's wrong with me. Okay, Will and Grace star Sean Hayes, Sean Hayes, excuse me, I love him, was hospitalized twice in the same night due to a recurring heart issue. So actor Will Arnett, who if you listen to the SmartList podcast, is one of his co-hosts, broke that news during an interview with Hugh Grant. Hugh Grant was talking about his own health issues. And so Will explained that Sean suffers from AFib, which I didn't know. And he told this story about how Sean woke up in the middle of the night with a heart issue, drove himself to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., didn't wake up his husband, drove by himself, knowing that something was off. They brought the paddles out. They put him under. They paddled him. He drove himself back home. An hour later, he woke up to use the bathroom, drove himself back to Cedars-Sinai because he thought something was wrong, got paddled again. drove himself home and then sean hayes goes and later that night we all went out to dinner wow jesus isn't that insanity why was he allowed to drive himself i don't know and lastly american airlines is rolling out a new system that calls out boarding line crashers just in time for the thanksgiving travel craziness so be prepared to hear beeps if you're one of those people that tries to get on the plane before your boarding group is called so in order to protect frequent flyers and other paying customers american airlines has already piloted this technology that alerts personnel to travelers who have approached the boarding gate we call these people gate lice before their group is called and it will it will ding you it will beep and you you will be told to go back sit down and wait they should get shocked i would like it better if

00:22:19 - 00:22:21 | Speaker 2:

Those people get shocked, you know?

00:22:21 - 00:22:23 | Speaker 1:

I hate those people, I know.

00:22:23 - 00:22:29 | Speaker 3:

Celebrity Dirt, directly from the source. It's Bojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. The security guard said that we had a Mexican guy at the front desk. I was like, wait a second. Hold on. There's a Mexican guy at the front desk?

00:23:15 - 00:23:17 | Speaker 3:

Why does it have to be Mexican guy? Why can't it just be guy?

00:23:18 - 00:23:39 | Speaker 2:

Well, it's a Mexican guy, because he's a Mexican guy. And I know only one Mexican guy, and that is Jimmy, who's got a new restaurant in beautiful Detroit. Jimmy just brought in, he just officially brought in the Thanksgiving tamales for us. This is the best. What's up, Jimmy? How you doing, buddy? Great, great. Thank you.

00:23:40 - 00:23:40 | Speaker 1:

Thank you. Thank you, Mojo.

00:23:41 - 00:23:43 | Speaker 2:

Buddy, the restaurant's been open now for how long?

00:23:44 - 00:23:45 | Speaker 1:

Since November the 1st.

00:23:45 - 00:23:47 | Speaker 2:

And you guys are killing it, aren't you?

00:23:47 - 00:23:48 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, we try.

00:23:49 - 00:24:14 | Speaker 2:

You look so tired. Are you tired? You seem like this is what are you doing to yourself? You're going to be working yourself to the bone, my friend. Well, you know, you have to work hard for what you want in life. I love this guy. This guy, by the way, greatest human being in the world. The best tamales ever. You guys keep talking about him. I can't wait. I see a cooler over there. You see that? Is that literally like loaded with? Yeah. That makes me think of like soccer.

00:24:15 - 00:24:17 | Speaker 3:

This is how Jimmy started, with a cooler.

00:24:17 - 00:24:18 | Speaker 2:

Come on, man.

00:24:18 - 00:24:20 | Speaker 3:

And then he got a food truck, and now he has a restaurant.

00:24:21 - 00:24:28 | Speaker 2:

It's the best story. How many hands made those tamales? A lot. A lot? Eight people at least.

00:24:29 - 00:24:35 | Speaker 3:

But I gotta tell you something. I walked through the kitchen of his new restaurant. You could lick the dang floor. I'm not joking. Everyone's FoodSafe certified then.

00:24:36 - 00:24:40 | Speaker 2:

Check out that podcast from yesterday. You're real funny. Tell everybody the name of the restaurant, where it's at.

00:24:41 - 00:24:52 | Speaker 1:

We are on 3400 Bagley Street. Mexican town, so it was Detroit. It's still the same, the old building, the Socalo, but it's Taqueria del Rey and Treslitz and Snacks.

00:24:52 - 00:24:54 | Speaker 2:

I didn't understand a word you just said. Taqueria del Rey.

00:24:55 - 00:24:59 | Speaker 1:

Speak my English, carnal.

00:25:00 - 00:26:15 | Speaker 2:

Hey, I understood cabrón. I understood that. No, I said cabrón. We make chicken on the cabrón. It's cabrón. Oh, I thought you called me a cabrón. No, it's cabrón. Cabrón. Yeah, yeah. Hey, all right, so here's the deal. We love you to death. You always have a home here, and any time, we're going to get you a key card to the front desk, as long as the tamales come in here, okay? Yes, thank you so much for everything. How many corn husks are wrapped around those? You probably, seriously, the entire state of Iowa probably has provided corn for some of those tamales, right? Right, yeah. It's 10,000, so. Oh, my God. Is that unbelievable? Wow. This guy's unreal. All right, well. It's going to be good. It's Mojo in the mornings, 5 at 6.55. Tequila. 5 at 6.55. Yo, 5 at 6.55. This will last an hour. No. All right, you can do the 5 at 6.55. Have a new world debut, too, coming up here in a second of a Jack Harlow song. reigning champ going for three in a row. We hung up the phone with you yesterday. She was like, I like him. I do. No.

00:26:15 - 00:26:17 | Speaker 1:

No. Oh, okay. No. I hate him.

00:26:17 - 00:26:30 | Speaker 2:

Wait. Aaron, last time this happened, the guy was gay. Are you gay? Are you straight? What are you? No, I am very straight. I am in a loving relationship. Would you like her to be the homewrecker in there? She can do that.

00:26:31 - 00:26:36 | Speaker 1:

Good for you. Are you looking for a platonic third, looking for financial support with no sexual responsibilities?

00:26:38 - 00:26:42 | Speaker 2:

No. He's thinking about it. Actually, I heard about those cookies,

00:26:43 - 00:26:44 | Speaker 1:

00:29:15 - 00:29:18 | Speaker 1:

00:29:18 - 00:29:45 | Speaker 2:

00:29:47 - 00:29:54 | Speaker 2:

00:29:54 - 00:29:58 | Speaker 1:

False Correct

00:29:58 - 00:30:29 | Speaker 2:

00:30:00 - 00:32:59 | Speaker 1:

question number three in the holiday classic home alone name one of the two robbers that plot to take over kevin mccallister's home lloyd lloyd yeah no no it's marv or harry one to two and by the way that movie is as crazy as it sounds is celebrating uh what am i not supposed to say but it's celebrating she's going to do it in the dirty wait till you hear how many years that movie is old it's crazy he needs to get these next two you need to get these next two or we have a new champion Aaron and no longer will Megan love you I already gave that up when he found out he was married question number four Jesse Smoulette's hate crime verdict was overturned by the Illinois Supreme Court so his case has been dismissed What was the name of the show he starred on before Scandal? Before this Scandal? Empire. I almost said before Scandal, which is my... Empire is correct, yes. Two to three. He did not star on Scandal, by the way. And it comes down to this last question. Here we go. You must get it right in order to stay our champion. If you don't, I won't even give you a tamale. Question number five in the five at 655. Will we have a new champion? Angelina Jolie says that none of her kids are interested in acting, adding that all of them are very private. How many children does Angelina have? Five. We got a new champion. The answer is six. And Dallas, you're back with us on Monday. Wow. Dallas, that was actually down to the wire there in the five at 6.55. You know what? You did great. Three out of five to two out of five. And we have a parting gift for you, Aaron. It was fun while it lasted. I actually kind of enjoyed you, too. Yeah, I'm bummed. I like calling in in the morning. Well, you call us at any time, okay? All right. And tell the wife we were not trying to mess with the relationship. We just thought you were a lot of fun to hang out with, okay? Yeah, I will. What's her name? Her name is Jen. Hey, how are you, Mrs.? Yes, what were you going to say? Were you going to say something fun? Oh, I was going to say, how long can I call back and play again? Oh, well, not next week, but I don't know. No, I think it's like a month. I don't even know. I'll be quite honest with you. That's up to Lydia. She'll be back Monday. Why don't you do this? Why don't you just call up and say hi anytime?

00:32:59 - 00:35:53 | Speaker 1:

Comment on stuff that we do, okay? All right, we'll do. All right, see you on Monday, Dallas. All right, see you guys. Have a good weekend. You too. Take care of yourself. It's 5 at 6.55. 5. mojo the morning show home of the war of the roses the second date update in the dirty on the 30 good to have you guys here with us i'm mojo with shannon megan kevin we've got kp uh lydia zach all here with us um i i want to bring up something that i i just want to get to just a quick little discussion on and i i think that uh you guys could add to this some people may think i'm a disgusting human being afterwards and then there are others that may find themselves equally as disgusting uh first off we went over to our friend's house uh and should i say their name yes maybe i will uh ryan and samantha lash love them love those guys big contributors to our breaking entering christmas wish uh they are on our board for breaking entering christmas wish they care more about the community than 99.9 percent of people they're awesome they're the reason why family too incredible and by the way that we grant wishes go to mojos wish.org if you have a wish that you would like granted and this year we'll grant more wishes than ever so go over to their house and they have a cute dog and as i come into their house they're a take your shoes off family i knew that okay they carry around like the disinfectants with them all the time like they're constantly disinfecting themselves well they have a beautiful dog I go to pet the dog and Samantha goes and I go what she goes you have to wash your hands before you pet my dog no and I thought to myself I'm like Samantha how do you know how dirty first off I think my hands have got to be cleaner than your dog. But then I found out that their dog is an inside dog not an outside dog yeah i got one of those so they don't they don't take their dog out you know outside and have the dog still licks its butt well they they claim that their dog must have a clean butt or something like that so then it got into a discussion which i think that in itself was odd okay all right i had to wash my hands i washed my hands then it got into a discussion when we were having conversations with each other about, well, when you come home, do you go right away and change your clothes the moment that you come home? And I'm like, no. And they're like, what? And both of them thought it was equally weird. Because I thought at first it was just a Samantha thing. But no, it's also Ryan. He thinks that there's not cleanliness in this. So they think it's weird. And tell me if you think this is weird.

00:35:53 - 00:36:20 | Speaker 1:

that when I come home from work, Chelsea does not make me take my clothes off before I lay on the couch. If I lay on the couch, Chelsea is fine with me. Hey, hon, how you doing? I take my shoes off, you know, in the mudroom and then I, the mudroom and then, and then I, uh, and then I go into the kitchen and I grab a water or something or maybe something to eat quick.

00:36:20 - 00:36:21 | Speaker 3:

Is that next to the foyer?

00:36:21 - 00:36:27 | Speaker 1:

It's right there, yes. Right by the foyer and next to the butler's closet.

00:36:27 - 00:36:33 | Speaker 3:

My family called that the foyer. For the record, he doesn't have a lot of stuff. I just want to clear that up for you.

00:36:34 - 00:36:44 | Speaker 1:

So then I lay on the couch, and Samantha and Ryan think that Chelsea should make me, what, hose off or something before I get into my own house?

00:36:44 - 00:37:06 | Speaker 4:

I don't think it's weird for you to not change your clothes before you lay on the couch. i would think it was a little strange if you laid in your bed yep oh really um and honestly 50 of my reasoning is because it's just not comfortable that you would wear like what you're wearing right now into your bed but also like i try to keep my bed like free of uh like all the crap that i've

00:37:06 - 00:37:27 | Speaker 1:

been around all day but but then you go change into whatever the comfort things is that you're going to go lay on your couch with or i'm sorry uh um that you're you change you you lay on the couch you change into your comfortable clothes that you're going to lay in your bed with and then you lay on the couch where your clothes were on there yeah which is why i change when i

00:37:27 - 00:37:35 | Speaker 3:

get home you do immediately these are outdoor clothes baby i have no idea what's on them you are not getting on my couch you are not getting in my bed i guess not that i think about it i mean

00:37:35 - 00:37:44 | Speaker 4:

everybody knows i change my underwear soon as i get home i guess maybe i should i i also usually If I have time, we'll take a nap. So I change my pants into sweatpants anyway.

00:37:44 - 00:37:51 | Speaker 3:

Right, right. And then I have another rule, which is no sitting on public transportation. I love taking public transportation. Do not sit down.

00:37:51 - 00:37:53 | Speaker 1:

Wait, what do you do? You stand the whole time?

00:37:53 - 00:37:55 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. People mover, stand. Q, stand.

00:37:55 - 00:37:57 | Speaker 1:

Do you hold the rail there?

00:37:57 - 00:38:01 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, and I carry hand sanitizer with me. As soon as I get out, I sanitize my hands.

00:38:01 - 00:38:03 | Speaker 1:

I feel that. You buy boxes of it like they do?

00:38:04 - 00:38:12 | Speaker 3:

You can buy, here's a little fun fact for you. So Bath and Body Works will sell their individual hand sanitizers and packs of 30.

00:38:12 - 00:38:13 | Speaker 1:

Oh, my gosh.

00:38:13 - 00:38:15 | Speaker 3:

You have a pack of 30?

00:38:15 - 00:38:15 | Speaker 1:

Yes.

00:38:16 - 00:38:18 | Speaker 3:

They're just in my bathroom storage closet.

00:38:18 - 00:38:33 | Speaker 1:

This all just seems to me so weird. I feel like you guys have, you know, that's the reason why we had COVID, because none of you guys had immune systems that could last. Guess who, by the way, is the last to get sick in this radio station here? Me. Oh, no. Me. Me.

00:38:34 - 00:38:35 | Speaker 3:

I never get sick.

00:38:35 - 00:38:43 | Speaker 1:

The guy that touches everything. I touch dogs, I touch cats, I touch you. Are we addressing the fact that you had to wash your hands

00:38:43 - 00:38:47 | Speaker 4:

before touching a dog, or are we skipping that and going to it? No, no. That's part of the story we need to focus on.

00:38:48 - 00:38:51 | Speaker 1:

Hold on a second. Hold on. Crystal is on with us right now. Crystal, who are you?

00:38:51 - 00:39:06 | Speaker 2:

Hey, Mojo. I am Samantha's dog groomer. I groom Chloe for them. Okay. And I can attest to the fact how clean these people are. She never touches the ground. We're not allowed to put her on the floor at work. She does not go outside at all. Wait a second. She's always in somebody's arms. Wait. That's why.

00:39:06 - 00:39:11 | Speaker 1:

So that's the reason why I can't touch Chloe. I can't touch Chloe without washing my hands.

00:39:12 - 00:39:29 | Speaker 2:

Yes, they are. They're very particular about how clean she is. And she's probably the cleanest dog you will ever meet. Are you serious? I used to groom Shannon's dog back in the day also. You were Aussie Pet Mobile. I miss you. What the heck happened to you? Send me your info. I can do that. I actually work right out of Royal Oak now.

00:39:30 - 00:39:39 | Speaker 1:

Shannon, I'll let you do whatever you want it to her dog, though. Question for you, though. Question. Do you have to hand sanitize yourself before you groom, Chloe? Oh, yes.

00:39:40 - 00:39:48 | Speaker 2:

You do? Oh, yes. We wash everything in between. We keep, if she's in a crate at all, we have to clean it before and after and make sure if anybody is sick.

00:39:50 - 00:39:55 | Speaker 1:

Hold on. I want to call Samantha. I want to find out. I wonder if Samantha would answer my phone if I dialed.

00:39:55 - 00:39:57 | Speaker 4:

Does she know what you're talking about now?

00:39:58 - 00:39:59 | Speaker 1:

Probably not, but she's going to.

00:40:00 - 00:40:09 | Speaker 2:

gonna assume no because she's gonna get she's gonna get the phone calls is there anyone else that operates in this way that you have to work with or is this just completely um there's a few

00:40:09 - 00:40:17 | Speaker 3:

there's a few people you know for health reasons and stuff we you know make sure that everything is clean and you know the dogs aren't contacting with each other and stuff so just because you

00:40:17 - 00:40:28 | Speaker 2:

know for health purposes it's safer that way all right i want i want you to do me a favor okay i want you to hang here for one second um by the way do you think that chloe is cleaner than me

00:40:29 - 00:40:30 | Speaker 3:

Probably.

00:40:31 - 00:40:34 | Speaker 2:

That's rude. You didn't even pause for a second and say.

00:40:35 - 00:40:37 | Speaker 3:

Nope, she's the most wonderful little dog.

00:40:37 - 00:41:00 | Speaker 2:

You didn't even pause for one second and say to yourself, I don't know, maybe not. Oh, jeez, what happened? How do I do this? How do I dial? Here, hold on. I think I got it right here. Hold on. I'm never watching. My God. It might be too early for her. What do I dial? Do I dial one?

00:41:00 - 00:41:03 | Speaker 1:

Nine. Nine? One, but don't put another one.

00:41:03 - 00:41:39 | Speaker 2:

Oh, okay. That's what it is. I screwed up. He just forgot to dial nine. Yeah, I did it. I screwed up. Do I have to hit this right here, Tony the Tiger? I do? Yes. All right, okay. I was dialing it. Hey, Samantha, are you there? No. No. She's not there? Oh, put it right here? Put it on hold?

00:41:39 - 00:41:39 | Unknown:

Yeah.

00:41:40 - 00:41:40 | Speaker 2:

Samantha.

00:41:42 - 00:41:42 | Speaker 5:

Yes?

00:41:44 - 00:41:46 | Speaker 2:

Can you hear me? It's Mojo.

00:41:47 - 00:41:47 | Speaker 5:

Oh, what's up?

00:41:48 - 00:41:54 | Speaker 2:

Hey, I've got somebody on the phone here right now that knows you. Crystal, your dog groomer, is on the phone with us right now.

00:41:55 - 00:41:55 | Unknown:

Crystal.

00:41:56 - 00:41:57 | Speaker 3:

Hi, Sam.

00:41:57 - 00:42:05 | Speaker 2:

And I was talking about how offended I am that you make me wash my hands before I touch Chloe.

00:42:06 - 00:42:07 | Speaker 3:

Is that a surprise?

00:42:08 - 00:42:13 | Speaker 2:

Well, no. Crystal actually says that my hands are dirty and I should be washing my hands before I touch anything.

00:42:14 - 00:42:24 | Speaker 3:

Exactly. That's good. I'm so happy to hear that. He was curious if you were really that clean about your dog. And I said she very much is.

00:42:24 - 00:42:42 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, and she said that Chloe is the cleanest dog that she's ever washed. But here's the story, Samantha. I want you to know this. Crystal is now going to groom me. You. And if you don't get a referral for that, then I'm going to be very upset, Crystal. Do you give referrals for people?

00:42:43 - 00:42:43 | Speaker 3:

Sure.

00:42:44 - 00:42:45 | Speaker 2:

Do you ever groom humans at all?

00:42:46 - 00:42:47 | Speaker 3:

No.

00:42:47 - 00:42:48 | Speaker 2:

No?

00:42:48 - 00:42:49 | Speaker 3:

Just dogs.

00:42:49 - 00:42:52 | Speaker 2:

Okay. All right. Well, listen, I was...

00:42:52 - 00:42:56 | Speaker 3:

Probably the cutest puppy you've ever seen. Chloe is the most perfect, cutest puppy in the world.

00:42:56 - 00:43:03 | Speaker 2:

Oh, Christ. Wait, and you know what? Crystal has groomed Charlie, so that is over Charlie. Charlie just got beat out by Chloe.

00:43:03 - 00:43:08 | Speaker 3:

That's okay. She's a sweet little doll.

00:43:09 - 00:43:13 | Speaker 2:

Samantha, get ready to get a lot of phone calls today because I was talking about how offended I was about this.

00:43:14 - 00:43:15 | Speaker 3:

Perfect.

00:43:15 - 00:43:15 | Speaker 2:

All right.

00:43:15 - 00:43:18 | Speaker 3:

No offense at all, Samantha. We love you to death.

00:43:19 - 00:43:19 | Unknown:

All right.

00:43:19 - 00:43:20 | Speaker 2:

Keep that busy.

00:43:20 - 00:43:20 | Speaker 3:

That's why we love you.

00:43:21 - 00:43:28 | Speaker 2:

All right. I'll talk to you later, Samantha. I'll see you. Tell everybody I said hi. All right. What's going on, AP? Hi, it's Mojo.

00:43:30 - 00:43:31 | Speaker 6:

Hey, good morning, Mojo.

00:43:32 - 00:43:32 | Speaker 2:

What's happening?

00:43:34 - 00:43:39 | Speaker 6:

How about that much? Headed home from work, TGIF. Yes, yes.

00:43:40 - 00:44:21 | Speaker 5:

Yes. I am the same exact way. Even my kids know when they come home, take off your school clothes or outside clothes and change before you sit on my sofa, getting your beds etc it's so bad that my kids will not go to certain people houses in the family because they will literally be outside all day sit on the sofa and like lay in their beds and my kids is like absolutely not it's not tolerated in mom's house but don't you understand that germs are good you're supposed to have germs yeah but you don't want to sleep or sit in your germs like That's just nasty.

00:44:21 - 00:44:26 | Speaker 2:

Oh, I sit in my germs all the time. You've got to see me right now. I just germed it up a little bit ago.

00:44:27 - 00:44:32 | Speaker 5:

Oh, well, go ahead, Mojo. You got the money to do it, man. You got the money to do it.

00:44:34 - 00:44:35 | Speaker 2:

What's up, Naz? How you doing?

00:44:36 - 00:44:43 | Speaker 4:

Happy Friday, y'all. Yes. What's up? Happy Friday in the new studio. I'm so excited for you guys.

00:44:43 - 00:44:43 | Speaker 2:

Yes.

00:44:43 - 00:44:49 | Speaker 4:

Okay, quick question, and this is no offense to anyone, because I'm a shoes-off-in-the-house kind of girl.

00:44:49 - 00:44:49 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

00:44:50 - 00:45:00 | Speaker 4:

But how do these people have, like, parties or, like, holidays? Are they giving people, like, pajamas at the door? No. When they come over? Like, how do they come over?

00:45:00 - 00:45:01 | Speaker 5:

All my friends do this.

00:45:01 - 00:45:08 | Speaker 1:

All my friends make me take my shoes off at their front door, and I find it weird that I have to walk around with my dirty socks on, you know?

00:45:09 - 00:45:28 | Speaker 6:

It's because we're Arabs. Get over it. So for me personally, I don't, like, if I'm having a party, like, for Thanksgiving, I won't make anybody take off their shoes. Nobody's changing their clothes. Everybody's allowed to sit on my couch. But when you leave, I'm going to do a really big deep clean. I'm going to, like, scrub my floors and clean my couch.

00:45:28 - 00:45:30 | Speaker 1:

That makes me feel a lot. But I also live downtown.

00:45:31 - 00:45:37 | Speaker 6:

Like, this is gross, but, like, people pee in the streets. I don't want that all over my stuff.

00:45:38 - 00:45:39 | Speaker 1:

Now you're making me gross.

00:45:39 - 00:45:40 | Speaker 6:

It's okay to have people take their shoes off.

00:45:41 - 00:45:50 | Speaker 5:

No, it's okay to have people take their shoes off, Megan. Get some, like, cheap slippers. You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Or those little booties. For the shoes? Little booties. Yeah.

00:45:51 - 00:46:04 | Speaker 2:

If you're a visitor and you're going to somebody's house, my expectation is that they're going to want me to take my shoes off. So I try to consciously make sure I'm not wearing dirty socks, but a simple fact that I'm probably going to have to take my shoes off.

00:46:04 - 00:46:10 | Speaker 3:

I always take my shoes off too, but I get so happy when someone's like, no, no, no, don't worry about it. My shoes were... We took a couple of this outfit.

00:46:12 - 00:46:18 | Speaker 1:

Thanks for the call. I appreciate it. Hold on. I'm going to voice disguise you. I want to make sure this thing works though. Are you there, Ashley?

00:46:19 - 00:46:20 | Unknown:

I'm there.

00:46:20 - 00:46:24 | Speaker 1:

Good morning. Good morning. Ashley, good morning. You want to be voice disguised?

00:46:26 - 00:46:26 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

00:46:27 - 00:46:45 | Speaker 1:

What's the story? It's really, it's almost two voices, guys, where I can't understand what you're saying. What did you say? You know what? Hold on a second.

00:46:45 - 00:46:48 | Speaker 6:

Can you bring the voices, guys, are, like, down a little bit?

00:46:48 - 00:46:56 | Speaker 1:

I don't have control over that, I don't think. You there? Oh, that's a regular voice. No.

00:46:57 - 00:46:58 | Speaker 3:

I think we're going to have to work on that.

00:46:58 - 00:47:00 | Speaker 1:

I think we have to pull back on the voice disguiser.

00:47:00 - 00:47:01 | Speaker 3:

How bad is he?

00:47:01 - 00:47:05 | Speaker 1:

Tell him. Can you just tell us a story in your real voice? Yeah. Can you do it in a regular voice or no?

00:47:07 - 00:47:08 | Unknown:

Okay.

00:47:08 - 00:47:13 | Speaker 1:

All right. In regular voice, not voice disguised because our voice disguiser is too hard. What's up, Ashley?

00:47:14 - 00:47:26 | Speaker 5:

Okay. So the city of Detroit buses are Bed Bug 3. I am an exterminator. I work for a company that takes care of them. I wouldn't trust any other city.

00:47:27 - 00:47:27 | Speaker 1:

Oh, really?

00:47:27 - 00:47:29 | Speaker 5:

That was quick.

00:47:29 - 00:47:38 | Speaker 1:

You're saying, so the whole idea that Megan, when she goes on those buses, does not touch anything is probably a smart thing. But can't you get them even just being on them?

00:47:40 - 00:47:44 | Speaker 5:

You would have to come in contact with the seat that the bug is on.

00:47:44 - 00:47:53 | Speaker 1:

Wow. So you're saying that there are certain buses outside of the city of Detroit, you're saying, that we could potentially be taking that have bed bugs on them.

00:47:54 - 00:48:02 | Speaker 6:

yeah why am i itching crazy and then somebody from like an extermination company calls in and

00:48:02 - 00:48:11 | Speaker 1:

they're like oh well uh christine what's up it's mojo in the morning i um i was just gonna share

00:48:11 - 00:48:24 | Speaker 4:

that i work for the university of michigan and we have these therapy dogs that we bring to some of our groups and as part of like infection control protocol you have to sanitize

00:48:24 - 00:48:33 | Speaker 1:

your hand before petting the dog okay so and sanitize at the end so my friends are not crazy

00:48:33 - 00:48:50 | Speaker 4:

in the fact that they do that i mean i think it's a little bit extreme personally like i don't sanitize my hand before petting my dog but i guess to be i don't know infection control protocol

00:48:50 - 00:49:01 | Speaker 1:

that's what you're supposed to do that's u of m certified all right well listen i just want you to know that during this entire conversation i literally had my hands in my nose my pants

00:49:01 - 00:49:05 | Speaker 6:

it's all over the place that's every conversation that's right

00:49:05 - 00:49:36 | Speaker 1:

mojo in the mornings dirty on the 30 all right we'll get you caught up on what is trending in the dirty on the 30 megan's got my phone so i don't know exactly what uh your uh plans were oh no you know what hold on i like shannon for this is like a little known fact shannon will send me actually i got it right here on my computer shannon sends me like which drops that she would like for the show for her dirties on a text message which to me is very like

00:49:36 - 00:49:47 | Speaker 3:

innovative yet not innovative you know i could just play them all from my computer too now in the new studio we have that it's cool luxury but but shannon uh my phone i had to give to

00:49:47 - 00:49:53 | Speaker 1:

megan for a quick phone call uh what do you got in this hour's dirty well jason kelsey making an

00:49:53 - 00:50:00 | Speaker 3:

appearance on jimmy kimmel live last night and i loved this he was talking about how tough it is going to be today.

00:50:00 - 00:50:06 | Speaker 1:

shop for travis and taylor for christmas this year like what do you get them yeah there it's

00:50:06 - 00:50:23 | Speaker 2:

it's tough to shop for uh you know people that can have anything that they want um so you know what do you do you gotta go to you know handmade gifts something sentimental maybe that is near and dear to them could you imagine having taylor swift on your holiday shopping list like anything you

00:50:23 - 00:51:01 | Speaker 1:

get her is small god uh but after his appearance on kimmel something kind of crazy happened this dude wanting jason's autograph went ballistic on him so this happens a lot at like these late night talk shows it happens a lot at like hotels around town where these groups of autograph seekers will sit there and wait for you to come out because they want your autograph either for a collector's item or they're gonna you know make some money so these people had camped outside of the studio waiting for jason as he departed but when jason bypassed them and headed straight for his car one of these signature hunters snapped and literally went cray cray on him you ain't nobody

00:51:01 - 00:51:39 | Speaker 4:

special don't be a i don't care the autograph it's the attitude i have a habit i'm not signing for people that follow where i'm going we're here and we're not following you we get every guest that comes with a busted hand that's a hundred times bigger than your sorry ass You're nothing. I'll take you out any time. F*** you. Next question, bitch. Yeah! Save that. Next question, bitch. Come on. Grab this shit. I'm going to sign. Grab it. Grab it now. He's got a sign. No, I don't want it. I don't want it.

00:51:39 - 00:51:53 | Speaker 1:

The shouting was so relentless that Jason actually got out of his car, tried to explain himself. He did manage to calm this man down by heading over to the group. And he said, okay, I will sign all of your things. And as Jason did, the man apologized to him.

00:51:53 - 00:52:15 | Speaker 3:

Did you ever see those guys that they stand out in front of the Townsend? I've never seen that. Birmingham? Yeah. Or downtown, they'll do it a lot at the book Cadillac where players will say. Or Shinola now. Or Shinola. And they stand out there and they have them like behind their own ropes, their security ropes there. And they're waiting to get autographs. And they've got like baseball cards or basketball cards, you know.

00:52:15 - 00:52:16 | Speaker 1:

They literally have binders.

00:52:17 - 00:52:34 | Speaker 3:

And the players love to sign for fans, but it's the autograph seekers, kind of this guy sounds like one of those ones. And it's interesting that you never really see what looks like little kids that are there looking to get autographs. You see a bunch of kind of nerdy dudes that are looking to get autographs.

00:52:34 - 00:53:01 | Speaker 1:

Jason Kelsey and any of these guys would probably stop for a little kid because they know it's genuine. They're not trying to make money off of it. Okay. Okay, the Illinois Supreme Court overturned Disgraced Empire actor Jesse Smollett's hate crime hoax yesterday, dropping all of the charges against him, and they basically ruled that he cannot be tried again. So he is free and clear, case dismissed. And I was listening to our friend Charlie Langton talk about this case yesterday, and if you remember, you guys all remember the story about what happened with him.

00:53:01 - 00:53:02 | Speaker 4:

Can you catch me up?

00:53:02 - 00:53:25 | Speaker 1:

Just a quick refresh. So he basically created a story, or it could have possibly been true, but everybody thinks he created a story about this being the victim of a homophobic, racist attack while he was getting a Subway sandwich at two in the morning at a Subway in Chicago, and this was back in, I think, 2019.

00:53:25 - 00:53:33 | Speaker 3:

The guys who he hired to be his actors came out and did full-on interviews with everybody and said that they were paid. They were his workout buddies.

00:53:33 - 00:54:51 | Speaker 1:

I mean, it was a really horrible story, but then you find out that it was all manufactured. So Cook County State's attorney, Kim Fox, had initially struck a plea deal with Jesse. It was like a bond in some community service. But then there was controversy there. They brought in a new prosecutor, and the new prosecutor was like, whoa, wait, no, and hit him with jail time, a massive fine, restitution, all sorts of felony charges. and the judge basically said you can't do that you can't you can't have a decision that the prosecution made and then go back and flip it so he's now juicy smouye he's very french he's good very famous french actor you guys this ruined me by the way because i can never figure out how to actually say his name now i think about this y'all never heard of juicy smouye mac miller's lost project balloonerism is officially coming out a two and a half minute trailer has teased that release featuring the song the song that changed everything allegedly excuse me featuring sizza um and another song called five dollar pony rides which many fans expect on the album here's a clip of that song lots of people not not cool with this by the way I can show you the world, girl.

00:54:51 - 00:54:58 | Speaker 4:

What can you do for me? We can take a vacation, go somewhere in the country.

00:54:58 - 00:55:04 | Speaker 3:

What are people upset about? But wouldn't you want your art in the world, even if you pass?

00:55:05 - 00:55:39 | Speaker 2:

And lastly, just because I want to make you feel old on this Friday morning. The day that you realize that Home Alone came out 34 years ago this week, that is essentially the same as watching a movie from 1956 in 1990 when this movie was released. Wow. Gross. Isn't that... I read that and I was like, ooh, that makes me feel yuck.

00:55:40 - 00:55:40 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

00:55:41 - 00:55:48 | Speaker 2:

00:57:16 - 00:57:18 | Speaker 1:

Thank you so much. Where are you from?

00:57:19 - 00:57:21 | Speaker 3:

Michigan, like Garden City area.

00:57:21 - 00:57:24 | Speaker 1:

Okay, I like it. I'm from Michigan, too.

00:57:25 - 00:57:27 | Speaker 3:

I love it.

00:57:27 - 00:57:29 | Speaker 1:

Hold on one second, okay? Hold on one second.

00:57:30 - 00:57:30 | Speaker 3:

Thank you.

00:57:31 - 00:57:33 | Speaker 1:

Who do the Lions got this week? Is it the Colts?

00:57:33 - 00:57:33 | Speaker 3:

Colts, baby.

00:57:34 - 00:58:19 | Speaker 1:

Are they good or no? They're kind of crappy, aren't they? They have some quarterback issues, for sure. They haven't had a quarterback since Peyton. Peyton Manning should come back. I don't think so. Do another round of this thing. All right, so we got the Lions on the road in Indianapolis versus Colts. Which means next week at home, and we've got some special guests that are going to be joining us next week, too. The CBS broadcast team. For real? Stop playing with me. So, remember I got a chance to work with Tracy. And so she's working right now on trying to get Jim Nance and Tony Romo and Tracy to join our show. Come through. We're going to try to get them on the air with us. That's going to be kind of cool. Because they're here for Thanksgiving. And in our halftime show, we're going to have Shaboozy on the show with us. So get ready for that.

00:58:19 - 00:58:24 | Speaker 3:

And he is close, too. Oh, how much Honolulu blue are we going to see? Oh, it's going to be crazy.

00:58:25 - 00:58:37 | Speaker 1:

Wait, what are they wearing on Thanksgiving? Do we know? Are they going to wear the black? I hope they wear all blacks. I've seen black. I don't know if it's for Indiana or if it's for that one. Yeah, it's so good. But their uniforms right now are the best.

00:58:37 - 00:58:38 | Speaker 3:

I like the blueberries, too.

00:58:38 - 00:58:45 | Speaker 1:

Their merch got so much better this year, too. All right, it is mojo in the morning. Megan says that I might be a little psychic.

00:58:46 - 00:59:19 | Speaker 3:

It's actually uncanny how crazy good you are at predicting what's going on in my life. Because no crap. I edited myself there. You're welcome. You made a comment yesterday that was so out of the blue that it almost feels like you were in on the secret. Because you don't bring this stuff up often, but you said something along the lines of, why do I feel like you're dating somebody? Why do I feel like you've got something going on and you're just not telling us? Because you were right. And I did have a date last night.

00:59:19 - 00:59:25 | Speaker 1:

What? You are dating somebody? Look at Shannon Rose.

00:59:26 - 00:59:31 | Speaker 3:

I kept that secret. You did? I believe in you. I believe you.

00:59:31 - 00:59:44 | Speaker 1:

You know why I knew that there was something going on? Because the way that you and Shannon, now that we're all closer together in our little intimate, nice studio here, the way that you guys look at each other, it's like you're passing notes back and forth in class.

00:59:44 - 00:59:46 | Speaker 3:

I think we can actually say a lot with a look

00:59:46 - 00:59:51 | Speaker 1:

Okay Tell us about this date then I want to know what's going on

00:59:51 - 00:59:57 | Speaker 3:

Well it was really funny because you said dating Not dating, date Because it was the first one last night

00:59:57 - 01:00:00 | Speaker 1:

Was it somebody you met on one of the

01:00:00 - 01:01:16 | Speaker 3:

app thing don't worry about it don't worry you'll get information when you get information okay okay for legal reasons um shut up shut up or turn around or leave the studio shannon or i will not have this conversation with you around thank you so last night we go out to a bar out in cork town which i love this place but i had no idea that this bar had uh trivia so about an hour or after we um started the date this trivia sets up and it might be louder than any club that i have ever been to in my entire life and you're thinking well it's trivia it's just asking questions right no no he's playing mini dj in between each of the questions but the music in this venue was so incredibly loud that for the rest of the day we just kept going huh what what did you say Write it down, because we had the tribute paper. I was just taking notes on the back of a piece of paper. I'd be so annoyed. I can't believe you stayed. Well, we were playing tribute to you because it was kind of a fun way to keep things going and, I don't know, just have a little bit of extra fun while we were talking to each other. But at a certain point, it was just like, now we can't even hold a conversation.

01:01:16 - 01:01:18 | Speaker 4:

What did you say his name was?

01:01:18 - 01:01:18 | Speaker 3:

Who?

01:01:19 - 01:01:25 | Speaker 4:

She didn't say. You tried to sound good. That was good. Whose idea was it to go to this place? It's like, did you know it was going to be trivia?

01:01:26 - 01:01:28 | Speaker 3:

No, that's what he said. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

01:01:28 - 01:01:47 | Speaker 4:

That sucks when you go on a date, and I can only imagine that that's got to be tough. And I would love to know if our listeners can tell us the worst first date because it was a bad place to go to for a first date. But when you can't even talk to each other, and you're just sitting there, and you're looking at each other, then it's all based on appearance.

01:01:47 - 01:01:59 | Speaker 3:

Right, and it wasn't a bad date. I want to make that really clear. It was not a bad date. It was just like, I felt like I was 80 years old and needed hearing aids. You know what I mean? So will there be a second date? Maybe.

01:02:01 - 01:02:02 | Speaker 4:

Would you like one?

01:02:03 - 01:02:04 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Okay.

01:02:05 - 01:02:06 | Speaker 4:

Well, I got some good news for you.

01:02:06 - 01:02:09 | Speaker 3:

It's like a kindergartner being as simple, yes or no questions.

01:02:09 - 01:02:10 | Speaker 4:

Look who's on the phone with us right now.

01:02:10 - 01:02:11 | Speaker 1:

Shut up.

01:02:11 - 01:02:41 | Speaker 4:

I remember when Chelsea and I went out on a date once and it was our first date and we thought bowling would be a good one and bowling was not a good one because guess what when you're a very bad bowler and not athletic and that's me not her it's bad because you can only so many times throw the ball down the aisle like you're freaking Fred Flintstone and you're joking and then after that you're kind of like, eh, this guy ain't cute anymore.

01:02:41 - 01:02:42 | Speaker 2:

Oh, see, I think that'd be such a cute person.

01:02:42 - 01:02:57 | Speaker 4:

And the guys in the lane next to us, it was a group of guys that were all bowling, were all kind of flirty with Chelsea. And they're kind of like, first off, one guy goes, hey, is that your sister? Like, literally says that to me because he's probably thinking there's no way you're dating somebody. It's like, that's not a good date.

01:02:57 - 01:03:02 | Speaker 2:

That's like movies. I don't know why people choose to go to a movie on a first date. Because you're not, what are you going to do?

01:03:02 - 01:03:03 | Speaker 4:

It's awkward.

01:03:03 - 01:03:04 | Speaker 2:

How do you get to know somebody?

01:03:04 - 01:03:05 | Speaker 4:

Seth, what's up?

01:03:06 - 01:03:12 | Speaker 1:

Hey, Mojo. So, Megan, I want to preface this with I love you. You're amazing.

01:03:12 - 01:03:13 | Speaker 3:

Comma, but, dot, dot, dot.

01:03:15 - 01:03:28 | Speaker 1:

But, Mojo, are you actually psychic, or did you just notice that Megan shaved her legs? There you go. I did, in fact, shave my legs. Hi, Megan.

01:03:28 - 01:03:29 | Speaker 2:

I love you.

01:03:30 - 01:03:30 | Speaker 1:

How are you?

01:03:30 - 01:03:32 | Speaker 2:

That's a great one. Happy that you shaved your legs.

01:03:32 - 01:03:38 | Speaker 3:

Shut up, Shannon Murphy. I swear to God. I swear to God. Leave me alone. Get out of here.

01:03:38 - 01:03:49 | Speaker 2:

Was it a waste of time or was it a good investment? I don't know. I don't know. Can I just... Okay, this is why I don't share anything with you guys. I don't have said anything. I asked a question that people are texting in. I hate the secrecy.

01:03:50 - 01:04:00 | Speaker 3:

You hate the secrecy. Tell us all of your business. Like, I don't talk about my butthole on this radio station. Can I have a few pieces of information that are private? I didn't even wait a lot of time. The date was last night.

01:04:00 - 01:04:08 | Speaker 4:

I mean, it's good to know what you hold sacred. You'll talk buttholes, but you won't talk dates. Joe, what's up? That is crazy. Hi, buddy. Joe.

01:04:09 - 01:04:13 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, hey, guys. Don't hide it. You're dating Steve Gavara now, aren't you?

01:04:14 - 01:04:16 | Speaker 3:

CBG. That's what's going on.

01:04:16 - 01:04:18 | Speaker 1:

No, not CBG.

01:04:18 - 01:04:24 | Speaker 3:

He's my marriage pact. I'll marry him one day, but I'm not dating him correctly.

01:04:25 - 01:04:44 | Speaker 4:

Hold on a second here. This is unbelievable. Let me get the music all set up for you here. We do have a second date update here right now. This is legit. I've got to actually do some production elements on this one. All right. Second date update right now here on the Mojo in the Morning show. Hello. Mojo in the Morning driven by me.

01:04:44 - 01:04:46 | Speaker 1:

Steve Gabara. Is that for a group?

01:04:46 - 01:04:59 | Speaker 4:

By the way, can we ask Steve Gabara instead of saying Mojo in the Morning driven by me? It could be Megan driven by me. Steve Gabara. What's up, Jill? Hi.

01:05:00 - 01:05:11 | Speaker 2:

hi there how you doing what we're talking about how megan went on a date last night and it was a bad option because it was trivia night with a dj yeah those djs get way too loud

01:05:11 - 01:05:37 | Speaker 3:

sometimes i have i this is like something from the past that happened to me i'm like very happily married now and this just helped the date fizzle out a little sooner than it probably would have but i didn't know the premise of the movie gone girl oh that was your date fun girls yeah i don't yeah i don't think it's like a spoiler alert because that movie came out like years ago but i mean i'm in the middle of the book don't you dare i still haven't seen it

01:05:37 - 01:05:42 | Speaker 2:

no i still know i'm in the middle of the book it's definitely not a dating movie what's but

01:05:42 - 01:06:02 | Speaker 3:

also like what's what's the time frame like if it's like more than five years in the past like do you get to like be protected from spoiler alerts yeah when you politely ask don't spoil it please no i wouldn't do that to you i got you girl but like let's just i mean you can already get the gist that it's like not a romantic movie it's not romantic and it's it's bad for a relationship

01:06:02 - 01:06:07 | Speaker 2:

movie and by the way yes you're right if it's not in the same decade you can not have to do a spoiler

01:06:07 - 01:06:16 | Speaker 3:

alert on right like you like lost like we don't have to like worry about but she asked nicely and i guess my girl i got her i'm not gonna spoil that for her but thanks joe yeah no that's just

01:06:16 - 01:06:34 | Speaker 2:

you should know the premise of the movie take care of yourself yeah no that's probably a good idea the plot line needs to know like honestly there are certain things that you go see you do not go see a movie that's based on bad relationships um well when will there be a second date Megan do

01:06:34 - 01:06:52 | Speaker 4:

we know well this is also kind of like an awkward time to start dating of the year yes because the holidays get busy it's I think sometimes not for me personally but like sometimes uncomfortable to be like do you want to come over for the holidays and meet my whole family even though we went on two dates like yeah so it's a little bit awkward i think it's going to be a little bit more spaced

01:06:52 - 01:07:20 | Speaker 2:

out okay yeah all right well we're very happy for you uh sounds like it i am i swear to god we just want megan happy that's all i care about is megan happy uh it's mojo in the morning show phone number 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 shannon had a blonde moment happened yesterday although i don't i i don't call this a blonde moment because it's just a shannon moment well this this is one where i seems like it could be an honest mistake but what happened it was absolutely an honest mistake so

01:07:20 - 01:09:18 | Speaker 1:

my sister emily um we were celebrating her birthday last night and one of the things that she really wanted to do for her birthday like she didn't want to do gifts or anything she wanted all of us to do an experience and so we went to one of those uh candlelight concerts i don't know like i always see the ads on instagram and facebook and i think to myself are these things real or is this a scam they're very real and we went to the taylor swift by candlelight last night which was so much fun um and so my my other sister Jacqueline had ordered a cake for her and she's vegan so she got a cake from a place here in Eastern Market and she had texted me and said can you pick it up on your way home from work because this this bakery is literally right or right around the corner from your new studio I said yep no problem so yesterday after the after the show, I rolled up to this place. The owner brought it out to my car. I put it on my front seat, went home, put it on my kitchen counter. I had a couple of meetings in the afternoon. We had to host the Wicked premiere. I mean, by the time I picked up the kids from school and got back home, it was like 530. And my mom came over to my house because we were all going to go out to dinner together. And I was driving with my mom. And she looked at the cake sitting on my counter which mind you i had not even opened or anything so i didn't even know what it looked like i just knew it was a vegan cake from this bakery that i picked it up for from an easter market and my mom goes how long have you had the cake out i go i don't know i got it at like noon did anybody tell you it was an ice cream cake come on oh my god no everybody failed to tell me that the damn cake was an ice cream cake so i just sent a picture to the group chat this thing was so melted. I mean, it was no longer an ice cream cake. It was a milkshake. That we stuck some candles in.

01:09:18 - 01:09:25 | Speaker 2:

So the person put it in your car, but when you picked it up out of the car and put it on the counter, it didn't feel like it was cold or anything like that?

01:09:25 - 01:09:38 | Speaker 1:

It did feel chilly. But when I pick up a cake from Christine's, they make sure that they're a little chilled and they tell you, put it on the counter and let it get to room temperature. I literally thought that it was that.

01:09:38 - 01:09:42 | Speaker 2:

And it wasn't, you were picking this up at Dairy Queen and it wasn't like an Oreo cake or something.

01:09:42 - 01:09:47 | Speaker 1:

I couldn't even tell you the name of the place that I picked it up from because my sister said, call this number. He's going to run it out to your car.

01:09:48 - 01:09:50 | Speaker 2:

That's it. Honestly, I would have made that mistake too.

01:09:50 - 01:09:59 | Speaker 1:

That's a drug deal. You guys, I felt so bad. And my sister who bought the cake was not super thrilled with me.

01:10:00 - 01:10:02 | Speaker 5:

was like, how are you this big of an idiot?

01:10:02 - 01:10:08 | Speaker 2:

What did it look like at the end of the night? I sent you a picture. I didn't see it. Where's it at? Is it in the...

01:10:08 - 01:10:09 | Speaker 5:

Here, I'll send it to the group text. I put it in my prep.

01:10:10 - 01:10:12 | Speaker 2:

Oh, it's in the... Oh, here, no, I'll find it.

01:10:13 - 01:10:26 | Speaker 5:

You guys, I felt so bad because I'm sure a vegan ice cream cake is not cheating. Oh, my God. And it looked like it had been beautiful at one point. Like, I didn't even untape the lid to look at it because...

01:10:26 - 01:10:33 | Speaker 2:

You guys still put the candles in. That's great. By the way, I can only imagine what a vegan ice cream birthday cake tastes like.

01:10:33 - 01:10:37 | Speaker 5:

It tasted delicious. Come on. It melted. It did.

01:10:38 - 01:10:38 | Speaker 4:

Really?

01:10:38 - 01:10:48 | Speaker 5:

Well, once my mom said that to me, because we still had to go out to dinner at that point. Yeah. So I put it in the freezer for a little bit. And that froze it up a little bit? That's still what it was like.

01:10:48 - 01:10:53 | Speaker 2:

I just saw something the other day that if you're trying to save money, they said that going vegan will save you money.

01:10:53 - 01:10:57 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, meat's super expensive. Yeah. Super expensive.

01:10:57 - 01:11:04 | Speaker 2:

But I didn't realize that I would think that all the other stuff, the trying to find things would be expensive.

01:11:04 - 01:11:12 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, but think about the stuff that's like truly super expensive at the grocery store. It's like milk and cheese and meat.

01:11:12 - 01:11:23 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Yeah. Although I would think that the fake stuff would be bad. So that's funny. Oh my God, Shannon. That is an honest mistake that I think anybody would have made. Yeah. Like not knowing.

01:11:24 - 01:11:24 | Speaker 5:

I love ice cream cakes.

01:11:24 - 01:11:25 | Speaker 2:

You ruined everything.

01:11:26 - 01:11:33 | Speaker 5:

You ruined everything. i absolutely did my poor sister's like she didn't ask for one single gift nothing and like i effed

01:11:33 - 01:11:41 | Speaker 4:

up the cake it's kind of a bummer that she's not here today but lydia did the same thing for my birthday when you're here where she got me an ice cream cake and just throughout the show it just

01:11:41 - 01:11:56 | Speaker 5:

melted oh really i can't be trusted with cakes because i don't know if you remember maybe it was two years ago now i my girlfriends all like venmoed me to pick up a birthday cake for one of our other friends who was celebrating a birthday and i put it outside to keep it cold and the squirrels ate

01:11:56 - 01:12:52 | Speaker 2:

the whole thing oh geez i remember that why do i have such bad luck i have to tell you that um i don't know if i'm gonna like the idea that we're now working in the city because of what happened to you i feel like i've had to run more errands now like people asking you for like people saying hey can you go pick this up or can you do that like randomly this last week everybody's like hey so where's your radio studios at and i'll tell them and they'll be like oh that's cool could you ride by and like people have asked me to go pick up things at the ford field uh gift shop could they want something that's there people have asked me like hey is there any way that you could like run and go get something at quicken like a buddy of mine that like forgot something yeah i'm like i don't want to be that i'm not doordash by the way doordashing here at the station is kind of getting weird too that the fact that the doordash guys don't know how to get to us we got to have some signs put out in front what's up bethany how you doing oh

01:12:52 - 01:12:55 | Speaker 1:

I'm doing all just getting ready to work.

01:12:55 - 01:12:56 | Speaker 2:

Oh, thanks for listening.

01:12:56 - 01:13:08 | Speaker 1:

I wanted to let Shannon know that this was not her fault. No. She didn't have all the pieces of the puzzle. If someone told me to pick up a cake, I would have done the exact same thing that Shannon did unless they gave me the information that it was an ice cream cake.

01:13:08 - 01:13:12 | Speaker 2:

Well, the people at the bakery should have said, by the way, it's ice cream cake, get it in a freezer or something.

01:13:12 - 01:13:12 | Speaker 1:

Anybody.

01:13:13 - 01:13:18 | Speaker 5:

Anybody who is involved. The only thing he said to me was, make sure you use a really big knife to cut it.

01:13:18 - 01:13:21 | Speaker 2:

And I thought, well, okay. It's a big cake.

01:13:21 - 01:13:26 | Speaker 5:

Duh. but i think he meant that because it was going to be rock hard right thanks bethany what's up

01:13:26 - 01:13:57 | Speaker 3:

aaron how you doing good i did the exact same thing as shannon it's the honest mistake i was actually it wasn't my family member though i was working and i was serving at a local restaurant and um they asked me to put the cake in the back by the time it was time for cake i went in the back and the whole uh cake was melted all over the oh no that's at a restaurant too Yeah, we fixed it up with some whipped cream and some sprinkles that we had, so I just took it out like that, and I was like, I am so sorry.

01:13:57 - 01:14:09 | Speaker 2:

It's not the same. Has anybody ever done this? Have you guys ever, because I think I talked about this on the air years ago, went to the Kroger, and you know how they give you the little plastic bags, and you put them in the back of your car, and when you move around, things get out of it?

01:14:09 - 01:14:10 | Speaker 1:

Yes, yes.

01:14:10 - 01:14:31 | Speaker 2:

A half a thing of ice cream, whatever, I don't even know how big they are, those little cardboard Breyers ice creams or whatever, fell out of my bag, melted, and I had no clue that it was in my car for as long as it was. My car smelled like rotten feet. It was so bad for the longest time. Thank you for the call. Take care of yourself.

01:14:32 - 01:14:32 | Speaker 3:

You guys too. Thanks a lot.

01:14:32 - 01:14:44 | Speaker 2:

Although the weather's getting warmer, now you can use your car as your icebox if you want. Mojo in the morning. So, listen, people I would like to call controversy to everything. Zach, get me the audio. Get me the freaking audio right now.

01:14:44 - 01:14:45 | Speaker 5:

I didn't, I've said.

01:14:45 - 01:15:00 | Speaker 2:

No, it's not you. It's listeners on text. I get, you know, you get to text people there that are all, you know, crazy over what's going on and wanting to make sure, you know, this all started, it, this all started with elections and people.

01:15:00 - 01:17:50 | Speaker 1:

People not believe in elections and stuff like that. Now they don't believe throwback, throwdown. What happened? Some people are saying Mike did not say a moment like this. But Mike said a moment like this, but he said it, I think, the way that Megan said it. Give me the audio, Zach, can you? Let's see. This is 2004 Florida. We need a recount. Uh-oh. Uh-oh. Hanging Chad? Do we have a hanging Chad here? Yeah, I don't like that. George, come on up here for a second. And George from Sixth Alon, while I'm pausing and waiting for Zach to see if Zach can get the audio, you said you brought gifts in for us? I brought some fun stuff. What do we got? We did some fun swag. Do you have Lions tickets for Thanksgiving if you got them? Actually, I just got rid of my Lions tickets. Did you? I just got rid of them. Why did you get? Oh, because your family's got a big Thanksgiving. Yeah, we always have everybody. We host at our house. Why didn't you call me? I would have been your friend, and I would have used them for you. I gave them to a really good client of mine, so I had to. Wait, I bet I'm a really good client of yours. I know. Wait, Jay Towers. You gave him the J, didn't you? No, I didn't give him the J. Again, they chose J to cut the ribbon. You chose him to go to Thanksgiving. I get second fiddle to J all the time. Next game, we'll go. All right, I like it. That's a pretty full seat, so. Wait, hold on, next game. George, you do have those games. First off, I've seen you on TV before. I've seen them during touchdowns and stuff like that on TV. I got really lucky. I have a 25-yard line row one, so I got my kids love them. Put it that way. This guy, by the way, how many years has Six Salon been around? 21 years. We're going on 22. This guy, first off, I'm going to say this to you. I walk by George's chair on my way to go to Katrina, who has cut my hair for years and is like Chelsea and I are like family with. He's got celebrities in his chair at all times. Literally, I walk by, there's like Red Wings players, there's Pistons players, there's, you know, So, God, Lions players, they're all in his chair. We are very blessed. How about that? There's radio news anchors from Fox 2 and WNIC in the morning. Which, by the way, I know he colors his hair, and you're not telling me the truth when you tell me he doesn't. I would tell you. I don't hold secrets. He colors his hair. I know Jay does that. You know what? Give us the dirty in this dirty on the third year on Jay. There's no dirty on him. I want to tell you. He's as easygoing as he looks. I love Jay. I do. Back in the day when it was DRQ versus Channel 955 with Jay, I would have had paparazzi taking pictures of him with the dye on his hair, and I would have posted it. Now I'm friends with him, so now I actually am good. So now you can't do that. All right, what'd you bring? What'd you got? So we did a compilation with Detroit vs. Everybody. Oh, that's awesome. So we got some fun swag. Buddy, I have such a cat. These are incredible. With the six on the back. All right. Oh, my God. Here, pass me one of the bucket ads. Top to bottom swag. These are great. Holy cow. You just sounded like Mariah Carey there. With a bucket mojo. What do you think? Do I look all right with this? Am I not? I'm going to be honest with you. Do not care of that.

01:17:50 - 01:17:51 | Unknown:

No.

01:17:51 - 01:19:59 | Speaker 1:

You about to go fishing? Don't tell him he was going to bat. Do I look like the neighbor from Home Alone? Gilligan's Island. Can you imagine him fishing? All right, this is more of my style. Yeah, yeah. I see. Oh, I got to open it up a little bit. This is awesome. And you got some for my friends here, too? Absolutely. I got some for everybody. Well, you literally just grabbed the whole box. Well, here. Here. There's more stuff. No, I'm not a bucket. Come on, try it. Let me see what you look like with it. Are you kidding me? I look like I'm 10. I look like Blossom. 15. 15, not 10, not 10. Right, exactly. No, I like you, Shannon. Yeah. These are great. All right, hold on. I'm putting them in my bag, so I'm taking those home. Zach, do you have it? He said it takes 15. What is it? What is it? Oh, you guys, I want to play this. So nowadays, we can't get the audio that quick. What do we do after the dirty? Guess what? I can get it right now. How? I will get it. The song? No. Oh, no, he's talking about listening to Throwback Go Down. I'm talking about did Mike say the right thing? Oh, okay, I'm sorry. There's still some people that are throwback throwdown deniers that are there. Six Salon, downtown Detroit. We've come to visit you now. Also great other locations. Royal Oak. Royal Oak. Our Detroit location is just five years old. So love it. Birmingham also. Birmingham 15 years and then Royal Oak 22 years. Almost. Love this guy. Love him so much. Are you guys family? We're not family. Is it like Caldeans? Exactly. Very close. Is it like Chaldeans at all, where everybody's related and stuff? We got the Greeks and the Albanians, right? Yes, exactly, exactly. We're all from the same island. We're from some islands, right? Same area. All right, I love you guys so much, man. Appreciate you. All right, we're going to give you a chance to win Jingle Ball tickets. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. 95th Caller wins tickets. 844-MOJO-LIVE. Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30. All right, Shannon, what do you got in this hour's Dirty on the 30? Dirty. So this is a big story locally and also nationally, but Bryce Underwood is the top-rated football recruit in the country.

01:20:00 - 01:20:34 | Speaker 3:

Belleville High School's very own. He pledged to play at LSU about a year ago and yesterday changed his mind. He is going to be a Michigan Wolverine. He pinned a post on his Instagram account showing a post that reported that he had changed his mind and committed to Michigan. And he hashtagged it hometown hero. So played at Belleville High School, told LSU that he was going to be heading there. but Michigan head coach Sharon Moore just didn't give up and continued to recruit him and threw an NIL.

01:20:35 - 01:20:55 | Speaker 5:

You got it, NIL. Thank you. Did you say image likeness? Did you say the money thing? So what I'm reading right now, this is coming from Sports Illustrated College. The LSU offer, which Shannon said was his original commitment, was $1.5 million per year. So we killed that. And over four years, he's going to get $12 million.

01:20:55 - 01:20:55 | Speaker 4:

Wow.

01:20:56 - 01:20:57 | Speaker 3:

That's insane.

01:20:57 - 01:21:06 | Speaker 4:

Question for you. If you go to Belleville High School, will you call up and tell me what kind of car he drives to school? Because I've heard rumors that he's driving a half a million dollar car right now.

01:21:07 - 01:21:08 | Speaker 3:

What's a half a million dollar car?

01:21:09 - 01:21:33 | Speaker 4:

Like a, I don't know, a Rolls Royce or Lamborghini or something like that. Somebody told me that they've seen him get in and out of like a car, like he's in high school, which when I hear these stories all the time, listen, I get it. These guys are getting paid now. these NIL deals, but are they paying them when they're in high school? Because how do you afford one of those cars? That's a nice car. That's none of my business.

01:21:33 - 01:21:35 | Speaker 5:

I'm happy for the guy. You'd be happier

01:21:35 - 01:21:37 | Speaker 4:

though if he was going to state, wouldn't you?

01:21:37 - 01:21:44 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, but I mean, I'm going to see our state win. You know what I mean? Like last year, I was rooting for the Wolverine, so I'm happy he's home.

01:21:45 - 01:22:12 | Speaker 3:

Angelina Jolie says her kids want to live their lives 100% away from the camera. She sat down and did a big, long interview, actually, with Michael Strahan on Good Morning America. And she talked about how her eldest two sons worked with her behind the scenes on Maria, the movie that she's currently promoting, which she said was an amazing experience. She also recently collaborated with her daughter Vivian on The Outsiders Broadway show.

01:22:13 - 01:22:24 | Speaker 2:

None of my children want to be in front of the camera. It's time. Interesting. They're quite private. Shiloh's extremely private. They weren't born with privacy, right? So I hope they can have that.

01:22:24 - 01:22:57 | Speaker 3:

She said Shiloh, the most private. She shares all six of her kids with her ex-husband, Brad Pitt. And who is excited for Wicked this weekend? I cannot wait. I'm going to see it with the kids. I'm taking the kids. I told the kids I'm going to pick them up from school early and to tell their teachers they're just not feeling well and feeling a little green and they got to go to the doctor. So I don't have to say I'm taking them out to watch a movie. But Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande doing an interview. and Cynthia talking about how long it took for the makeup people to turn her green.

01:22:58 - 01:23:13 | Speaker 6:

It would take anything from two hours and 45 minutes to four hours, depending on how much green we needed. So like if I was just doing head, neck, hands, it would take two hours and 45. If it was head, chest, arms, it would take three hours. Whole body was four. Every day.

01:23:13 - 01:23:23 | Speaker 1:

Every day. And we did all this. Well, you would think because they do it eight times a week on Broadway, that like, oh, they've got it down to like 45 minutes. That's probably pretty easy. It's not the same stage makeup as it is movie makeup.

01:23:24 - 01:23:30 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, that's crazy. And Ariana and Cynthia's reaction to actually seeing the movie for the very first time.

01:23:30 - 01:23:49 | Speaker 6:

It was very, very overwhelming to see it. We've had to see it a couple of times. I don't think we've gotten through a single watch of it without crying. Oh, no. And it's never at the same time. It's always different. And also experiencing it with an audience now kind of informs new mental breakdowns to occur.

01:23:49 - 01:24:11 | Speaker 3:

That's the right word. I want to say a great big thank you, by the way, to Paul Glantz and everybody at Imagine who allowed us to hold that premiere yesterday for our listeners. And a shout out also to the mom and the daughter who drove here from Grand Rapids because they won tickets. Yeah, unbelievable. And they were so cute. She was dressed as Elphaba and her daughter was dressed as Belinda. So cute.

01:24:11 - 01:24:16 | Speaker 4:

Hold on. Hold on. Breaking news. Breaking news. We now have the audio.

01:24:18 - 01:24:19 | Speaker 5:

Man, let him have it.

01:24:19 - 01:24:20 | Speaker 4:

We have the audio.

01:24:20 - 01:24:23 | Speaker 5:

It don't even matter. But let's hear it, though.

01:24:23 - 01:25:00 | Speaker 4:

Let's hear the audio. Did he or didn't he? Did he or didn't he? Mike. Mike for the win. Kelly Clarkson, moment like this. Correct answer, Mike. Oh, no. It's not even close. It's not even close. Oh, no. Oh, no. We got an issue here. It's all good. We got an issue. You know what that means? That means we may have to have a recount on the votes, and we may have to have...

01:25:00 - 01:25:11 | Speaker 3:

a busted throwback throwdown. I don't know. We've never had this before because we've never had to wait this long for our audio to come in. We already gave away the $500. Well, we might.

01:25:11 - 01:25:14 | Speaker 1:

We only have one $500 prize to give away.

01:25:14 - 01:25:14 | Speaker 3:

I know.

01:25:14 - 01:25:16 | Speaker 1:

But for the title.

01:25:16 - 01:26:00 | Speaker 3:

But for the title, maybe that's, yeah, I don't know. So here's the story. I think if we give him the, we do it and say that $500, we got to figure out, Zach, what do you need to be able to get the audio faster? Because whatever that is, we got to buy it or we got to steal it. I don't know what we do. What does it take? Do we know? Okay. You have it on the wall. I just played it. All right. Well, we got to figure this out, and we will figure out how to rectify this. But we have the very first controversy of our new studio. Hey! And that, wait, no, I'm sorry. Second, first controversy is Shannon says I can't wear bucket hats. I think I can wear a bucket ass. Go ahead, Shannon. Finish this off.

I wouldn't wear these hats because I get such a great haircut at 6th Salon. And I'm afraid I'm losing my hair right now. I don't want to lose my hair. so I try not to wear hats.

01:26:28 - 01:26:30 | Speaker 1:

You have a great, very thick, full head of hair.

01:26:30 - 01:27:34 | Speaker 3:

I try not to. All it took was Katrina one time telling me that since I've been on that diet, my hair started thinning a little bit. It ruined me. But she was looking out for me. What's going on, Melissa? Are you there? Yes. Melissa's a winner. You're going to Jingle Ball. Congratulations. Thank you so much. Hey, you got tickets. We're going to set you up. You got to hear this guy boasting about a bunch of bull crap. What did he say? What did he say? Isn't that the case? I think you need to get that replay back and listen to how you phrased that.

01:27:34 - 01:27:36 | Speaker 2:

Coming up next. All right, don't go anywhere.

01:27:39 - 01:27:43 | Speaker 1:

Being a Detroit Lions fan has literally never been this fun.

01:27:43 - 01:27:45 | Speaker 3:

This is Mojo in the Morning.

01:27:45 - 01:28:07 | Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah, with the blue hats. We have a Lions tickets for Thanksgiving.

01:28:16 - 01:29:04 | Speaker 3:

But we have a problem. That song is so bad. We have a problem. And I want to get into it, if I can, after this next topic. Okay, so I'll explain to you what the problem is about giving away Lions Thanksgiving tickets courtesy of Zot Ford and Papa Romanos. So right after this next topic, we will talk about that. All right, it is Mojo in the Morning. Kevin is one that has always been so humble. Matter of fact, whenever I have heard the song Humble, I felt like that song was written for one Kevin Irwin, otherwise known as Kev, or Kev knows if you follow him on social media. Kevin, what's the next topic that we're going to be talking about?

01:29:04 - 01:29:12 | Speaker 2:

Listen, I don't know why it was tasked or titled rather as this, but I'll give you the situation. How about that?

01:29:12 - 01:29:12 | Speaker 3:

Okay.

01:29:14 - 01:29:48 | Speaker 2:

I go out to a nice little bar, and the only reason I went there is because I knew the DJ. and he sent me a flyer like hey bro i'm spinning here tonight i was gonna go home i said nah let me go here so i go he had the dj booth doing this thing i pull up to him like what's good man i didn't even notice the girl that was next to him so he was like hey you know and when i seen her i'm like yeah because we used to smash like we used to you know smash so you were thinking of

01:29:48 - 01:29:55 | Speaker 3:

another word like what is the other word a little bit of that so immediately when i see i'm like oh

01:29:55 - 01:30:00 | Speaker 2:

what's good and it was love it wasn't like an awkward moment it wasn't a weird interaction

01:30:00 - 01:30:12 | Speaker 4:

interaction we greeted each other we hugged each other he's like where y'all know each other from i'm like oh yeah and we both said at the same time like we used to work together you know because that's what needed to be said did you also work together oh you did we didn't lie

01:30:12 - 01:30:29 | Speaker 2:

so wasn't that you're that's not a euphemism for what you exactly is this the parking lot girl never mind i don't think so okay um the story about that yeah you told the story about the girl that you uh yes in the parking lot at uh yes everybody's favorite home loan company no

01:30:29 - 01:30:30 | Speaker 4:

No, no, no, no, no.

01:30:30 - 01:30:32 | Speaker 3:

Okay, you looked at me like, why did you say that? I'm like, you've talked about this all year.

01:30:32 - 01:31:11 | Speaker 4:

No, no, no, no, you're good, you're good, you're good. This is a different girl. But same situations too, though. But this is not the person I was talking about. Okay. But ironically enough, I guess she was bartending at this particular place. So to me, she's like, hey, what can I do? She wanted a drink. I'm like, yeah, let me get a Henny and Coke. Long story short, end of the night, I done had about three, four Henny and Cokes. I come up to her at the end. I'm like, man, it's so good to see you. How much I owe you? she's like it's free really i swear whoa so in my mind i'm like well there's only one reason it can be free it's either because of our smash sessions or my lovely personality so in my mind i'm like what did you get for free i know you don't probably got something for free wait a

01:31:11 - 01:31:27 | Speaker 3:

second okay so because you were good in bed is that like the it can only be one or two things it can either be that i'm saying is that the question you're asking people to call in i think that's a better question yeah that's a good one free because you were so good in bed i like that

01:31:27 - 01:31:36 | Speaker 2:

but that's also kev's claim is kev's claim is he was getting free henny and cokes because he was

01:31:36 - 01:31:40 | Speaker 4:

good in bed i'm not saying that she enjoys something about me i don't know what it was

01:31:40 - 01:31:45 | Speaker 2:

but it was how much conversation did you have with her that's it from the moment that was it

01:31:45 - 01:31:50 | Speaker 4:

from the moment i recognized it has to be or it was my glowing personality then it has then it

01:31:50 - 01:32:06 | Speaker 2:

has to be then then that that's what it must be you must be amazing in bed i'm not out here talking like that i would i i would love to know uh what this girl's motive was or maybe this girl uh gives a lot of free drinks who knows did anybody else did your friend get a free drink

01:32:06 - 01:32:11 | Speaker 4:

i typically the dj always gets a free drink but i'm not sure so i don't know so we don't know if

01:32:11 - 01:32:51 | Speaker 2:

we don't know if the dj was also giving it to her or no that's none of my business um that okay what So what did you get for free because you gave some good lovin'? 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548 is our telephone number. And that is the reason why this particular topic has been appropriately titled, I don't know if it's by Kevin or somebody else, How Good Was Your Sex? And Kevin's was so very good. Hi, Stevie, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning. I'd like to introduce you to everybody here. shannon megan mojo and the best love making guy in in the world kevin over

01:32:51 - 01:33:33 | Speaker 5:

buckle up please kev you're the truth i love your story man what's up daddy yes i think i can relate uh me and my new fiance we went out about a couple weeks ago and we went out downtown into uh eastern market area went to a bar and the bartender used to be a girl i never like officially dated but we used to hook up all the time and uh they were pretty busy all night so she would just tell me i'm good whenever she gave me the drink never charge us once the whole night each guy like maybe two or three rounds of drinks so so because i can relate to that i don't know if it's because the smash sessions in the day or because the charming personality that i still carry or what

01:33:33 - 01:34:01 | Speaker 2:

but so you got free stuff also because it was somebody that you had one time had a relationship with yeah yeah and this is it the same girl maybe maybe this girl's bad for business at that bar she's got a lot of guys that are out there uh what's up emily hi it's mojo in the morning good morning guys how y'all doing fantastic we're we're asking the question what did you get because

01:34:01 - 01:34:43 | Speaker 1:

you're good in bed well i'm gonna have to go with option b on this one it wasn't the good in bed because it was from total strangers, but 100% the charm through and through. I was down in Cadillac Square a couple years ago with my husband, my best friend, and his wife, and I said I was going to go get the snacks for everybody, you know, down in the tents where they have all the, like, hot drinks and snacks and things. Oh, my God, such a vibe. But I got up to the counter. I was like, let me get that, that, this, that. Came up to, like, almost $50 worth of stuff for all four of us to eat. And I said, but how much is it for me? And, of course, I batted the eyelashes. I was looking good. He was like, don't worry about it. We got you. Wow.

01:34:44 - 01:34:50 | Speaker 2:

That pretty girl privilege. It pays to be a girl, and it pays to be a girl that's pretty. Man.

01:34:50 - 01:34:52 | Speaker 1:

And I didn't have my boobs out. Hey.

01:34:53 - 01:34:57 | Speaker 2:

Wait, you didn't even have to show off anything. You probably all bundled up because it was cold.

01:34:57 - 01:34:59 | Speaker 1:

I had no tears showing up my face, my God. That was it.

01:35:00 - 01:35:04 | Speaker 3:

With big boobs, I don't have to put on makeup to get that privilege. You know what I mean? Yeah, face card.

01:35:06 - 01:35:16 | Speaker 4:

Face card never declined. What's up, Stevie? How you doing, buddy? Doing good, doing good. What's going on, bud? Is the same Stevie I just talked to?

01:35:17 - 01:35:18 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, same Stevie.

01:35:18 - 01:35:22 | Speaker 4:

Oh, why are you still on the phone line here? I thought I hung up on you.

01:35:22 - 01:35:24 | Speaker 5:

I thought they kept me on to give me Lions tickets. That's what I thought.

01:35:24 - 01:35:38 | Speaker 4:

No, no, wait. Wait, have you had sex with anybody here that we work with? I want to make sure that it's a no to that. Not yet. Desiree, what's going on? It's Mojo in the Morning. Hi.

01:35:39 - 01:35:40 | Speaker 1:

Hi, how are you?

01:35:40 - 01:35:43 | Speaker 4:

Good. What did you get because you gave some good loving?

01:35:45 - 01:35:55 | Speaker 1:

Well, I didn't personally ever hook up with this person, but I got a free oil change because the guy wanted my number.

01:35:55 - 01:36:09 | Speaker 4:

He wanted your oil. Where was this at? was this at uh one of those like chain places no at a dealership oh so you went in to go get an oil change and the guy was flirting so much with you that when you went to go pay he just said

01:36:09 - 01:36:45 | Speaker 1:

no you don't have to well i got a car at a dealership and the first two were like free um and i had said to him and this was my third one but they hadn't they didn't tell me that they said for the first year your oil changes are free i went in for my third one and the deal was only two and when i went in he was like oh no like i don't know it was like 120 bucks or something like that and he and then he came back he was like don't worry about it i got it you hear her

01:36:45 - 01:36:50 | Speaker 4:

voice though yeah she sounds hot and you know when she put it on did you also pretend when they show

01:36:50 - 01:36:54 | Speaker 5:

you the stick and ask you for your approval that you knew what you

01:36:54 - 01:36:56 | Speaker 2:

were talking about and nodded.

01:36:59 - 01:37:02 | Speaker 3:

I'm always like, yeah, it looks great. When a guy

01:37:02 - 01:37:07 | Speaker 4:

shows you his stick, never ever insult his stick. By the way,

01:37:08 - 01:37:10 | Speaker 3:

Desiree,

01:37:10 - 01:37:13 | Speaker 4:

was it a Ford and did you buy it in Holly, Michigan?

01:37:15 - 01:37:16 | Speaker 1:

No. Okay, I was making sure.

01:37:17 - 01:37:20 | Speaker 4:

I was wondering how that one. Marcos, what's happening?

01:37:21 - 01:37:24 | Speaker 2:

Hey, what's up, guys? First time long time. Hey!

01:37:27 - 01:37:28 | Speaker 4:

What's going on, buddy?

01:37:30 - 01:37:44 | Speaker 2:

No, so I just heard this topic and I was laughing because I didn't get nothing for free, but this girl I used to hook up with, not every time, but she would randomly send me text messages afterwards and an Apple Pay for like $20, $25.

01:37:45 - 01:37:49 | Speaker 4:

After you guys would have sacks, baked cookies,

01:37:49 - 01:38:03 | Speaker 2:

she would send you apple pays yeah so she would like give a little detail on what she liked yeah and she would be like oh go buy like a starbucks or something not every time but yeah so i was just

01:38:03 - 01:38:15 | Speaker 4:

not really free but i got money out of it love it that that by the way is unbelievable um that you would get that you must be good what does your stick look like no i'm just kidding what's

01:38:15 - 01:38:35 | Speaker 5:

maybe avery what's going on it's doing good um so this one time i was i was hooking up with these um two girls you know uh at the same time oh um and the next and then the next morning

01:38:35 - 01:39:01 | Speaker 4:

they both brought me uh breakfast to my job oh wait they they to get to get they brought him breakfast i think he said he sounds like he has breakfast in his mouth still um did wait did you question did you guys did they come together to bring you breakfast or each brought you separate breakfast uh they both brought it together that's like the best threesome you could ever get you got

01:39:01 - 01:39:09 | Speaker 5:

sex from two women and they fed you yeah it was one of the greatest 24 hours of my life

01:39:09 - 01:39:22 | Speaker 4:

honestly what what was better the sacks or the breakfast the breakfast okay who brought the better breakfast it's honest right there thank you for the call man i appreciate you avery

01:39:22 - 01:39:39 | Speaker 3:

01:40:00 - 01:40:50 | Speaker 2:

01:40:50 - 01:40:58 | Speaker 1:

turkey it's tradition and it's also the inaugural turkey shoot in our new studio yes and it's and

01:40:58 - 01:41:45 | Speaker 2:

it's kind of scaring me because i love victor so much and i don't ever want to have him not be our turkey but i also know that he's got a job and i don't want him to like lose his job and i'll be honest with you i don't like this job that victor has because it has cut into my friendship with him before i could call him at all times now i get these messages from him can't talk i'm at work you know uh i'll call you when i'm on my break you know stuff like that and it it's not been fun to have victor as a friend anymore like i i i miss the old victor and i want him back victor oh hold on did he hang see this is what happens now when i try to call him this is what ends up happening just hanging up on you what's that he's just hanging up on you no it's uh there's some

01:41:45 - 01:41:47 | Speaker 1:

kind of a... I think something happened. There's something

01:41:47 - 01:42:13 | Speaker 2:

where he might be at work and he might actually be doing his thing. Huh. Your phone is configured. Oh, it says I can't make a call on this thing. Hold on. I'll call him on the station line here. So, hey, Zach, will you go... I've got a bunch of friends coming here. Will you go grab my buddy at the front desk? Zach just brought in a crazy... We got all those, like, baskets?

01:45:03 - 01:45:05 | Speaker 2:

Can you play in the arms of an angel?

01:45:09 - 01:45:13 | Speaker 3:

Victor, you told me, he texted me last night.

01:45:13 - 01:45:18 | Speaker 2:

I came up on my Alexa, my Amazon show yesterday.

01:45:19 - 01:45:19 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

01:45:19 - 01:45:25 | Speaker 2:

And my son was like, oh, let's watch it again. Let's watch it again. I'm like, no, let's not watch it again.

01:45:26 - 01:46:00 | Speaker 3:

You're the best turkey, man. So, let me say, it's been the year anniversary of you as the turkey, and you were so great at this. You were such a sport on the deal. I actually have memes of you that are so great. And then yesterday, I texted you about the turkey thing, and you said, if there's any way that we could convince your boss to let you have a moment, maybe you could do this. Give me your boss's number, and I'll have Dr. Warner, who just sent us this nice gift, get you off. Like, what kind of work? Of work. We know that. What?

01:46:01 - 01:46:02 | Speaker 1:

No, no, no. It's been a day.

01:46:03 - 01:46:06 | Speaker 3:

Kevin has rubbed off on all of us. Question.

01:46:07 - 01:46:14 | Speaker 1:

Like his personality. Yeah. Shannon! What? I need to be very clear with you.

01:46:15 - 01:46:29 | Speaker 3:

Victor. Yeah. Victor. What if we were to call your boss? Like, you said your boss, you don't even know what he listens to. Maybe he listens to us, and he just doesn't know that you're Misfit Victor working for him.

01:46:30 - 01:46:35 | Speaker 2:

Well, I asked. His name is Casey. I asked him today, and our phone lines are down.

01:46:36 - 01:46:36 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

01:46:36 - 01:46:40 | Speaker 2:

And they probably won't be fixed until Wednesday afternoon.

01:46:41 - 01:46:43 | Speaker 3:

So this is actually.

01:46:43 - 01:46:45 | Speaker 1:

You are such a treasure, and you're just walking away from this.

01:46:45 - 01:46:46 | Speaker 3:

You don't want to do this.

01:46:46 - 01:46:49 | Speaker 2:

We were hacked by Russians.

01:46:50 - 01:47:07 | Speaker 3:

You're saying. Hold on a second. Nobody gobble gobbles like Victor. bro. Trent, what's going on, Trent? What's going on? Hey, what's up, buddy? I've just seen if you guys are looking to trade tickets for a turkey. Oh, wait, so you would let us shoot you if we gave you tickets? For sure.

01:47:07 - 01:47:11 | Speaker 1:

Okay, and a question. Wait, stop. This is interesting. We need to hear your best gobble-gobble.

01:47:13 - 01:47:15 | Speaker 3:

My best gobble-gobble. Because that's part of it.

01:47:15 - 01:47:18 | Speaker 1:

Gobble-gobble-gobble-gobble. There you go. That's pretty good.

01:47:18 - 01:47:21 | Speaker 3:

That's actually not bad at all. Victor, you may have lost your job.

01:47:21 - 01:47:23 | Speaker 2:

I think he's got it. I think that's perfect.

01:47:23 - 01:47:28 | Speaker 3:

No, Victor, but the reason we like that you are the one getting shot.

01:47:28 - 01:47:32 | Speaker 2:

That's more than I got last year. What did I win last year? I forgot. Hold on. Let me check.

01:47:32 - 01:47:33 | Unknown:

Nothing.

01:47:34 - 01:47:47 | Speaker 3:

Victor, but you understand, though, that it was something that could be a tradition that we could carry on forever and have moments where we all look back on the pictures from year number one, two, three, four, five, six.

01:47:48 - 01:48:00 | Speaker 2:

Or as Mike would say, moment like this. Ah. see this is why last year though reliving the videos was uh when bianca was following me with

01:48:00 - 01:48:17 | Speaker 3:

a camera going hey misfit steve what do you think about that is so true uh uh what's what's going on how you doing uh live what's happening i live uh you're on with uh misfit victor

01:48:18 - 01:48:19 | Speaker 2:

I'm on the phone.

01:48:19 - 01:48:30 | Speaker 3:

Hold on. Trent, who did you just say shut up to? What's that? Who did you just tell to shut up?

01:48:32 - 01:48:33 | Speaker 2:

I didn't say shut up to anybody.

01:48:33 - 01:48:35 | Speaker 3:

Who was it that said shut up? Was that Victor?

01:48:36 - 01:48:40 | Speaker 2:

No. Yes. Just go ahead with the caller.

01:48:41 - 01:48:45 | Speaker 3:

Who did you say shut up to? Was that Trent or Victor?

01:48:46 - 01:48:47 | Speaker 2:

One of the voices in my head.

01:48:47 - 01:49:43 | Speaker 3:

okay all right all right so so uh live are you there elizabeth elizabeth hi what's going on i said i would be your turkey if i can go to the lions game okay so there are people here's the problem with this legally we thought the first year that we do this thing that we would do we'll shoot you for the tickets but the the the uh legal department here said no they would not allowed to have him so the only way that we could get somebody to do this is if it's either a hired person of the show or somebody that we know wouldn't sue us which i'll be honest with you i don't even know if victor is somebody i wouldn't know would sue me i would think he would no no i will draft an ironclad waiver of liability listen i i would love i would love for you to be

01:49:43 - 01:49:54 | Speaker 1:

able to do it but i unfortunately can't okay well wait then can i ask questions follow-up questions here sure so what what's in it for the person if they're an employee if they agree to do

01:49:54 - 01:49:59 | Speaker 3:

it well it's that just that they do it to make good radio to make it i already asked if i could

01:49:59 - 01:50:00 | Speaker 1:

do it years ago

01:50:00 - 01:50:07 | Speaker 5:

and they said no to the ladies. It would be, first off, it is 2024, and we all want women to.

01:50:07 - 01:50:09 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, take it back. That was a couple years ago.

01:50:09 - 01:50:17 | Speaker 5:

Now you wouldn't do it. Okay. But, no, they thought that was a bad idea, too. So, I don't know. Jason, what are your thoughts on this?

01:50:17 - 01:50:27 | Speaker 6:

You know who would be perfect? Wes would be perfect. Because he'd be doing, like, the Matrix bending over backwards, flipping upside down. He's like a ninja warrior. Wes? Wes would be perfect.

01:50:27 - 01:50:37 | Speaker 5:

Okay, yeah. I don't, Shannon maybe will be the person that has to do the shooting though. And we got to give them a couple of years and then we'll see how that goes. Lauren, are you there?

01:50:38 - 01:50:39 | Speaker 2:

Thank you.

01:50:39 - 01:50:43 | Speaker 5:

Lauren. I'm not Lauren. I'm sorry. Jason, Jason, Jason.

01:50:44 - 01:51:15 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. Cav needs to be the turkey. Cav. Yes. Jason, listen, I volunteer, but, and it's going to sound like an excuse, but it is my reality. I have asthma. And the best thing about being in Turkey, they don't even let you finish. They don't even let you finish. The crazy, the thing is, what made Victor special is he could run around. I'm not going to be able to do that. But I did say, if we can get a little moped, or if I could get on one of those birds, then I would do it.

01:51:16 - 01:51:19 | Speaker 5:

Give me a little moped. Give me a little trampoline you can pick on. Honestly, it would be funny.

01:51:19 - 01:51:31 | Speaker 4:

Get one of those small trampolines and you can jump on that. No, give me one of those little, Give me one of those little baby motorcycles and give me the turkey suit and let's go. If I can source a Barbie Jeep.

01:51:34 - 01:51:43 | Speaker 3:

Low key? Yeah. Wait, what? What about a one wheel? Look, give me one of them little motorized Barbie Jeeps and let's get it. Or a Razor scooter.

01:51:43 - 01:51:43 | Speaker 5:

All right.

01:51:44 - 01:51:44 | Speaker 3:

I have them.

01:51:45 - 01:51:45 | Speaker 6:

I have two of them.

01:51:45 - 01:51:53 | Speaker 5:

Why don't we do this? Why don't we try to figure out if we can get Victor to be part of this? And if we can't.

01:51:53 - 01:51:58 | Speaker 6:

Hold on one second. Let me ask Casey real quick. Hey, Casey, can I absolutely not get back to work?

01:52:00 - 01:52:01 | Speaker 4:

Casey sounds a lot like Victor.

01:52:02 - 01:52:05 | Speaker 6:

They're rough here. They don't mess around here at all.

01:52:06 - 01:52:12 | Speaker 5:

Oh, my God. I'm calling. Is it really Casey? I'm going to find out.

01:52:12 - 01:52:19 | Speaker 6:

It's funny that Kev doesn't have asthma when he's rubbing up and down the stadium at Little Caesars games. That is true.

01:52:20 - 01:52:24 | Speaker 4:

That is true. Victor, we're friends. Let's stay that way.

01:52:25 - 01:52:26 | Speaker 6:

Okay, brother.

01:52:29 - 01:52:36 | Speaker 5:

All right. Victor, we're going to figure this thing out, and we've got to figure out how to do this. But next week is supposed to be our turkey shoot. It's supposed to be on Tuesday of next week.

01:52:37 - 01:52:40 | Speaker 6:

I'll work on it. I'll see what I can do here.

01:52:40 - 01:52:58 | Speaker 5:

And, again, this is not just for the turkey shoot. I don't like the idea that I call you up randomly and you have to say, I'll call you on my next break. You never did that at Lulu's. I should have bought Lulu's. It never worked. If I would have bought Lulu's, you'd still be there right now, and it would be you working for me, you know?

01:52:58 - 01:53:00 | Speaker 6:

No, I'd be in bed right now still.

01:53:00 - 01:53:54 | Speaker 5:

That is true. We wouldn't be open but an hour a day when I wanted to go eat. All right. I'll talk to you later, buddy. All right. Bye. All right. It's Mojo in the morning. I have to ask the women of the show, and KP, you participate in this too from the other room if you can. I want to know what your guys' thoughts are on this. I found out last night that a friend of mine who just celebrated their anniversary, they just celebrated their 10-year wedding anniversary, which congratulations to them on their 10 years, Heidi and Steve. Heidi, very sweetheart. Steve, not so much. But so here is my question. How would you feel if your guys, ladies, wrote you an anniversary card with some nice words in there and you found out later that they didn't write it, AI wrote it for them?

01:53:54 - 01:53:55 | Unknown:

Oh, no.

01:53:55 - 01:54:11 | Speaker 5:

Because Steve told all of us that he wrote the anniversary card and had AI write it for him. And when I heard that, I'm thinking, there is not a woman in this world that would find that to be a romantic moment to know that AI wrote your anniversary card.

01:54:11 - 01:54:34 | Speaker 2:

I don't mind it. Because you're putting in the effort. No, you're putting in any effort. And so many people don't even put in the effort at all. You mean they got a card? Yes. And they know that they wanted it to sound good, and maybe that's just not in their skill set. And they want to do something nice and make you feel special, so they went out of their way to ensure that it was written well or conveyed what they were trying to convey, even if they couldn't come up with it. So I'm not mad at it.

01:54:35 - 01:54:45 | Speaker 1:

I don't need it to be a Pulitzer Prize winning essay that you're writing in a card, but I want it to be like what you actually have to say.

01:54:45 - 01:54:51 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, but some people just aren't good at expressing that. But I don't care. It's going to be perfect. I agree with Shannon.

01:54:51 - 01:55:24 | Speaker 3:

I feel like if I'm with you, I already know that you can't talk. So if AI is doing it, it's probably going to not sound like you. So what's the difference from going to Target and buying a... a hallmark card well this is the writing in the card he did buy a card so he bought a card and then wrote like i always will write chelsea i usually will write you know something about hey you gave me the greatest gifts of life you know my my kids blah blah blah and i'll always write about you know she makes me better blah blah the whole deal actually in a second here i want to read for you what ai wrote as what i should give chelsea and tell me if you think

01:55:24 - 01:55:34 | Speaker 5:

that this is actually a good one but to kp's point you know when it's not in somebody's voice like it doesn't sound like them and then i'm like well you should have just went and bought a card and

01:55:34 - 01:55:58 | Speaker 4:

signed your name because it's essentially the same thing what if okay so now imagine somebody knows they lack a skill they still are trying to give you a great experience and go out of their way to do extra steps to do that and you say i'd rather just not have a card or have a hallmark card with your signature neither i'd rather have you write like what you feel like you want to say but you still have to tell ai what you want to say in order for it to like write it for you

01:55:58 - 01:56:49 | Speaker 3:

here's the thing he asked me four questions and it was questions like chelsea's favorite you know color it was chelsea these are all things that he put into ai um what our favorite song is um stuff about us personally and here's what it came back with okay my dearest chelsea you would never say that right happy anniversary we've overcome so much together and stayed so strong through it all you're my life my love my everything which they stole from my favorite song which is the michael buble song everything here's to many more years of love and laughter i cherish every moment with you i love you endlessly if i sent that to chelsea she would right away go who just kidnapped my husband right right she would know right away that it wasn't me it's offensive to do that yeah

01:56:50 - 01:56:51 | Speaker 5:

I really do. Yeah.

01:56:51 - 01:56:52 | Speaker 3:

I think so, too.

01:56:52 - 01:57:02 | Speaker 5:

Wes joked about, and he's like a decent writer, but he joked about doing that for our wedding vows. And I was like, that would, it would actually hurt my feelings.

01:57:02 - 01:57:13 | Speaker 2:

So what if you write, not that it will be the entire portion, but what if you do put song lyrics in there? Is that still cheating? That's the same thing as AI. It's not your words.

01:57:13 - 01:57:15 | Speaker 5:

No, because you know it's song lyrics and you know it's not your words.

01:57:15 - 01:57:26 | Speaker 2:

So you think AI is them trying to pawn off their feelings? You have to footnote it, though. Like Megan said, if he can't really figure out the right words to say it and he's not confident in what he's saying, it's crazy around you.

01:57:26 - 01:57:31 | Speaker 5:

I know that about you. If I'm dating you, I know that you're just saying it. So you just love you.

01:57:31 - 01:57:32 | Speaker 3:

Hey, Cooper.

01:57:32 - 01:57:32 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

01:57:33 - 01:57:34 | Speaker 1:

Well, you know. Yeah.

01:57:34 - 01:57:37 | Speaker 3:

What do you think about AI writing your anniversary card?

01:57:39 - 01:57:39 | Speaker 1:

I'm for it.

01:57:41 - 01:57:43 | Speaker 3:

Are you also just lazy, is it?

01:57:45 - 01:57:46 | Speaker 2:

Partly, yeah.

01:57:46 - 01:57:51 | Speaker 3:

What do you think your girl would think if you gave her an anniversary card and wrote the personal note in AI?

01:57:53 - 01:57:55 | Speaker 1:

Well, she found out about it. Probably not too good.

01:57:55 - 01:57:59 | Speaker 3:

No. Yeah. See, but you're for it because it saves you time, right?

01:58:01 - 01:58:01 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

01:58:01 - 01:58:02 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, I get it.

01:58:02 - 01:58:03 | Speaker 2:

He's not one for words.

01:58:03 - 01:58:05 | Speaker 3:

He doesn't seem like a romantic kind of guy. Yes.

01:58:05 - 01:58:39 | Speaker 4:

Can I read you the one that I had it right? Because I think this is, it sounds like Mojo and is pretty cute and shows you that it can be good. Dear Chelsea, happy 30th anniversary. It's hard to believe that you've put up with me for three decades. Truly a feat that deserves its own award. Your humor, patience, and unshakable compassion have not only kept me in line, but have also been the glue holding everything together. We've shared a lifetime of laughter, love, and probably more eye rolls than you can count. Thank you for being the calm to my chaos, the grace to my goofy, and the love that keeps me striving to be better every day. Wow, that's much better.

01:58:40 - 01:58:41 | Speaker 2:

What AI is that?

01:58:41 - 01:58:42 | Speaker 4:

It's like truly feat and compassion.

01:58:42 - 01:58:43 | Speaker 3:

I know. Okay.

01:58:43 - 01:58:47 | Speaker 5:

Okay, so you have it, write it, and you change three words. You change a few things.

01:58:47 - 01:58:48 | Speaker 3:

Hey, Sydney, what do you think?

01:58:49 - 01:59:16 | Speaker 1:

Hey, I've used AI to write several cards to my parents, even my fiance. We just got engaged last weekend, and I was writing him, like, a card that, like, saying thank you, and I'm looking forward to our future. But what I do is I use AI to just use it as a base, and then I'll change words that are too big for my, that I would use, and use it for a word that I would use. So I custom make it so that way it's just kind of a rubric.

01:59:16 - 01:59:17 | Speaker 3:

That's smart.

01:59:17 - 01:59:20 | Speaker 1:

Just because I'm not great at writing down my emotions.

01:59:20 - 01:59:35 | Speaker 3:

Not many guys, though, are that smart. You know, that's the thing. And my buddy is not smart because what he wrote to his wife was not something that, you know, a guy that sells, you know, cell phones does.

01:59:37 - 01:59:50 | Speaker 1:

That's fair. Yeah, I mean, I'm even, I'm honest with my fiance, though. I've told him in the past, like, I'll use AI for things, and it doesn't bother him. But I've also, he knows that I custom it to make it, but it just helps me.

01:59:50 - 01:59:59 | Speaker 3:

Pretty soon you're going to have AI sex. You got to watch out. It's going to happen. Kim Kardashian already there. What's up, Eric? Hi. Good morning, guys. Morning. Good morning.

02:00:00 - 02:00:33 | Speaker 1:

I just turned 30 last Friday, and my brother sent me a three-paragraph text. And in the beginning of the first paragraph, it said, as you enter this new chapter of life. And right there, I was like, yeah, what do you say? Yeah, so Sidney had it right. If you're going to use AI, use it as a base, and then change it to dumb it down a little bit so they think it. because right away, I was texting and said, Kyle, I love you, but just say happy birthday. Thank you, right.

02:00:33 - 02:00:44 | Speaker 3:

That's funny. By the way, you also got to make sure you pay for your AI so that it doesn't have the little tag at the bottom that says that this was written by AI, whatever. Hey, Shelby, what's up?

02:00:45 - 02:00:49 | Speaker 4:

Hi. Yeah, my ex used to text me using AI, and it was very obvious.

02:00:50 - 02:00:55 | Speaker 3:

Oh, geez. He sent you text with AI. Like, what was the most interesting text he sent you?

02:00:56 - 02:01:07 | Speaker 4:

Well, so she was dyslexic and would always mix up her words in our text, but then randomly would send me these long messages with big words I knew she didn't know.

02:01:07 - 02:01:27 | Speaker 3:

Oh, jeez. Yeah. Oh, my God. By the way, I love it that people are willing to admit that they've done this before and also willing to admit that they caught their people doing it. What's up, Baby Leg Jay? Hey, hey, hey. What's going on? Are you sure you're not AI and we just don't know it?

02:01:28 - 02:01:31 | Speaker 5:

Nah, I'm original, not crazy. I love it.

02:01:33 - 02:01:34 | Speaker 4:

Oh my God.

02:01:35 - 02:01:46 | Speaker 5:

I don't care too much for AI because, you know, that's like using the word love. You can tell me you love me all you want to but you have to show me in order for me to feel it more.

02:01:46 - 02:01:50 | Speaker 3:

Whoa. Wait, you got that off AI, didn't you? Nah.

02:01:51 - 02:01:52 | Speaker 5:

I got a heart.

02:01:52 - 02:03:13 | Speaker 3:

where is it is it underneath all that leg of yours you know it where it stay warm all the time oh my god all right now the party truly begins are you guys ready for this one no do you guys you guys remember i've i've talked about the brass mug in livonia and how brian reef from Planet Fitness turned me on to Louie Yeldo and how Louie was like the guy that his store has everything. Like no joke. If he doesn't have it, he'll get it in five minutes. That's like the guy's business. I don't know how he does it, but they know everybody. Okay. So we went on a bourbon tour and one of the guys that was on our bourbon tour was this guy, Keith. And Keith is a, this is actually kind of cool he's an he's a liquor broker he is literally i've never heard of that it's kind of like the guy that's my weed broker i go to my weed broker and i've got my liquor broker and he's making us cocktails on a friday here so we're all hanging out first off who is the this you brought a like a beautiful lady in with you guys and i and i know both you guys are married and your wives will kill you but what is the story what's going on here don is a realtor in Northville. Oh, okay. Shout out to

02:03:13 - 02:03:22 | Speaker 2:

Dawn. Thank you. Sold me my house. Thank you, Dawn. Yeah, she's a realtor in Northville. She sold me my house when we moved here in 2012 and has become an absolute dear friend of the family.

02:03:22 - 02:03:55 | Speaker 3:

Okay, all right. Okay, so Dawn, Dawn, nice to see you. She came in with these guys and I thought, okay, we got something here. I thought maybe that Dawn was some lady that these guys met when they went out last night without me. Dawn has shot glasses in her pocket. I love her already. Do you just carry those with you all the time? Or what's the story? You never know when you're going to need them? Oh, my God. I was going to share last night. Oh, my God. All right. So Shannon's going to do the dirty, and I'm going to do – but while we're doing the dirty, can I have you explain your beverages that you're making and stuff?

02:03:56 - 02:04:09 | Speaker 2:

Well, we brought some Mezcal, Zicaru Mezcal. We have a Blanco, a Reposado, and an Añejo. So, wait, the brand is called? Zicaru. Zicaru. X-I-C-A-R-U.

02:04:09 - 02:04:09 | Speaker 3:

Okay.

02:04:10 - 02:04:28 | Speaker 2:

So Mezcal is, the plant is different. We made cocktails this morning instead of just shots. So it's got a little bit of smoke with it based on how they cook the plant and how they make the product. So it's got a great smoky, earthy flavor. Tons of tradition, old school, small batch, artisanal made.

02:04:28 - 02:04:36 | Speaker 3:

It's a great product. Talk that talk, broker. Chelsea, hold on a second. What's going on? We're on the air right now, but what's going on?

02:04:37 - 02:04:39 | Unknown:

No, I don't want to be in there. I've got to go.

02:04:39 - 02:04:49 | Speaker 3:

Okay, well, here, I'm going to call you. I'll call you in another room. Hold on a second. Here. Will you run this board? Do you know how to run this board? I don't know. Zach, come in and run the board. Something's going on. Is everything okay? I don't know. We're going to find out.

02:04:49 - 02:04:49 | Speaker 2:

All right.

02:04:49 - 02:04:53 | Speaker 3:

She never calls during the show. Zach, come in here. Zach, come in studio.

02:04:53 - 02:04:54 | Speaker 2:

Put up my button right there.

02:04:54 - 02:05:00 | Speaker 3:

All right, I got your button up. I'll be right back. We got 844-MOJO.

02:05:00 - 02:05:08 | Speaker 5:

Live, 844-665-6548. Jingle Ball tickets. I will be right back. Give me one second. Go ahead, Zach. This is weird. Round the board for a second.

02:05:10 - 02:05:12 | Speaker 6:

Dirty. You gotta push that one. You gotta push that one.

02:05:16 - 02:05:20 | Speaker 4:

Let's get this guy some, what is it, Mezcal? Yes.

02:05:21 - 02:06:15 | Speaker 6:

Let's get this guy some Zikaru. Let's go. Okay, so it could just turn it down just a teeny, teeny tiny. Thank you, Zach. Okay, so the Illinois Supreme Court overturned disgraced Empire actor Jesse Smollett's hate crime hoax yesterday. So essentially this means he's like done, case dismissed. They dropped all charges against him and they ruled that he cannot be tried again. And essentially what happened here is the first prosecutor created a deal and then another prosecutor was brought in and flipped that. And all of a sudden he was hit with like jail time. He had to pay restitution. He had to pay some fines. It was like a totally different story. And so a judge this week was like, you can't you can't do that. There was already a ruling. You can't overturn that ruling. So the Illinois Supreme Court made a new decision. This is attorney Nenye Uche on his conviction being overturned.

02:06:16 - 02:06:53 | Speaker 3:

He was very pleasantly surprised. You remember that Jussie has been through a lot. each turn we've received bad news whether it was at the lower court in the trial court with the jury's verdict whether it was the fact that the trial court even allowed this case to go forward whether it was the appellate decision and so I think from a human perspective I'm not a psychologist but I'm going to wager I think there was a feeling of you know here we go again and he was pleasantly surprise to put it mildly he's very ecstatic and i would say the the biggest feeling i got from him

02:06:53 - 02:07:21 | Speaker 6:

was a feeling of relief unfortunately to me and i think dave the dave chappelle thing kind of plays into this it's like i hear the name jesse smollett now and i'm like yeah like this really just changed the trajectory of his career because he did this whether he's going to jail or paying restitution or not you know what i mean i hear i hear that name and i go who until you say juicy small i know that's the other thing i'm like am i saying it right because i feel like it's juicy

02:07:21 - 02:07:27 | Speaker 4:

small to eat i still don't understand how he got off that's the part that kills me i well i think

02:07:27 - 02:08:06 | Speaker 5:

that they say that you can't double prosecute yeah and that's the the lawyers the prosecutor screwed up you basically can't change your mind so he got he got off not because he didn't do it He got off because you can't have double jeopardy and double jeopardy came into play in this. And it was that the bad prosecutor in Chicago that the that was the person that did the committed the error judicial. I don't know. I don't. Do I sound like I'm pretty good at this? Now back to you. I haven't even had one drink yet. And I'm sounding like this, but I actually sound smarter when I've got beverages right next to me.

02:08:06 - 02:08:22 | Speaker 6:

Go ahead. Will and Grace star Sean Haynes. we love him, was hospitalized twice in the same night because of a recurring heart issue. Actor Will Arnett, who's Sean's co-host on the Smart List podcast, broke the news on an episode this week while doing an interview with Hugh Grant.

02:08:23 - 02:08:56 | Speaker 1:

I've got something upstairs. Hugh, you should know this, that Sean, two, three nights ago, woke up in the middle of the night with a heart issue, drove himself to Cedars-Sinai, didn't wake up his husband, drove himself to Cedars-Sinai. They brought the paddles out. They put them under. They paddled them. he drove home an hour later he woke up to use the bathroom again and drove himself back to cedars and got paddled again yeah and then we're at dinner dinner that night so you're jet lagged by comparison and and i'm not saying this to to make you feel bad well no you are and i that's

02:08:56 - 02:09:26 | Speaker 6:

working that crazy you get paddled and you drive yourself back and forth to the hospital but don't they have to knock you out to get paddled yeah they did so are you not allowed to drive after Are you getting knocked out? I don't understand. Weird. I know. Mojo, do we have the Kelsey autograph audio? Yes. I kind of want to do that story again because that's kind of crazy. If you're seeing Jason Kelsey's name trending in. So he made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night. And I love that he was talking about how tough it's going to be. Like, what the heck do you buy Travis, Kelsey, and Taylor Swift for Christmas?

02:09:26 - 02:09:39 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's tough to shop for, you know, people that can have anything that they want. So, you know. What do you do? You got to go to, you know, handmade gifts, something sentimental, maybe that is near and dear to them.

02:09:40 - 02:09:59 | Speaker 6:

Etsy is where you go. Well, after the show, something kind of crazy happened. This guy wanting Jason's autograph went ballistic on him. And if you if you've seen these autograph seekers outside of like a hotel, if a sports team is staying there or whatever. In this case, a lot of the late night shows have these autograph seekers that camp outside.

02:10:00 - 02:10:10 | Speaker 5:

There was a group of them. Jason bypassed them after doing Kimmel, headed for his car. One of the autograph hunters snapped and literally went ballistic on Jason Kelsey.

02:10:10 - 02:10:35 | Speaker 1:

You ain't nobody special. Don't be a f***. I don't care. F*** the autograph. It's the attitude. I have a habit. I'm not signing for people that follow where I'm going. We're here and we're not following you. We get every guest that comes here. Morgan f***ing Freeman did it with a busted hand. That's a hundred times bigger than your sorry ass. You're nothing. I'll take you out any time. F*** you. Next question, bitch.

02:10:36 - 02:10:36 | Unknown:

Wow.

02:10:36 - 02:10:37 | Speaker 1:

Yeah! Yeah!

02:10:38 - 02:10:49 | Speaker 5:

That's a rumble. I'll put the glove down right now. Out of his mind. But then you hear this and you go, I wonder who had the attitude. Yeah, I mean, so this was so relentless.

02:10:49 - 02:10:55 | Speaker 2:

He did bring up a good point. Morgan Freeman did it with a busted hand. Hey, man. And Morgan Freeman's amazing.

02:10:55 - 02:11:08 | Speaker 5:

Jason Kelsey made good, got out of his car, went back to this group, managed to calm this man down. by promising to sign everything they had with them. And as Jason did so, this man's attitude changed, and he apologized.

02:11:09 - 02:11:12 | Speaker 3:

Is that rewarding bad behavior, or is that just him being a good guy?

02:11:12 - 02:11:19 | Speaker 5:

I think it's de-escalating the situation so you're not trending the next morning. The guy sounds entitled.

02:11:19 - 02:11:24 | Speaker 2:

That was one that I would have been okay with Jason grabbing his phone and spiking it like he did that college kid.

02:11:24 - 02:11:30 | Speaker 5:

Hey, for all of this week's Dirty, you can catch up by checking out the podcast on the free iHeartRadio app or MojoInTheMorning.com.

02:11:30 - 02:11:34 | Speaker 2:

New feature on the show. We're going to be back with this in a second. It's Open Bar Friday.

02:11:34 - 02:11:40 | Speaker 1:

It continues. It's open and dirt directly from the source. It's Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the 30.

02:11:43 - 02:12:27 | Speaker 2:

All right, it is Mojo in the Morning. We have had so much action in our studio these last few days, not just with the guests that have come, But literally there's, what, a group of five to six engineers from out of town that are here working. Which is funny because I have not heard from the girls on the show, meaning the single girls like Megan and KP and Lydia. But a couple of these guys are good looking guys. And I know the last time that we had a couple of really good looking guys come in studio, they were clients. and I was told that I C-blocked Megan or P-blocked Megan. You did.

02:12:28 - 02:12:30 | Speaker 4:

You did. You absolutely did.

02:12:30 - 02:12:49 | Speaker 2:

And I don't know if you've noticed this, but any time that the younger engineers, the guys from Montana are around, I don't even talk because I don't even want it to be – I don't even ask them if there's something wrong with equipment or not. But the reason I don't is because I'm worried that something is going on, that something is – you guys are flirting or something.

02:12:49 - 02:13:59 | Speaker 4:

is it true are you flirting with these guys oh i absolutely am with one in particular and i okay i think i may have offended him i feel really bad i thought i was being very demure very cutesy and i said to one of the engineers while he was working he was in the middle of a big project i was like oh my god because i've never been dramatic in my whole life it was kind quiet in here I was like oh my god I know exactly who you look like what celebrity do people tell you you look like he's like I don't I don't know nobody tells me I look like anybody you look exactly like Taron Egerton now if that name does not ring a bell you know him from the Kingsman he played Elton John in Rocketman like he looks Shannon he was in the Kingsman just like him yeah And he was like, who's that? And I flip my phone around and I show him and he goes, okay. And I immediately went, oh no, oh no. I think I've offended him because I don't know if he finds this guy attractive and I might've just accidentally insulted him. But it truly, it was meant to be like, ow. Yeah.

02:13:59 - 02:14:07 | Speaker 2:

I don't think he knew who the guy was. He's not a name that just pops up in your head. I think he had to go to like the Googles, as Kevin was saying, and go figure it out.

02:14:07 - 02:14:20 | Speaker 5:

Right. And I also think that he was trying to decide if you meant it as a compliment, like you were being flirty, or if you meant it as just like, oh, has anybody ever told you you look like this random actor?

02:14:20 - 02:14:22 | Speaker 4:

Right. I think he was just like, I'm working.

02:14:23 - 02:14:44 | Speaker 3:

I've had to get to a point where I need to detach what I think the person looks like and their attractive level and not put that on what you may think that person looks like. Because you may think this Taron guy is amazing, and he may think he's ugly. So when you say I look like the ugly guy, I think you think I'm ugly, but you may think the guy's ugly. No, I think he's very hot.

02:14:44 - 02:14:46 | Speaker 4:

It was meant as a huge compliment.

02:14:46 - 02:14:59 | Speaker 3:

I remember the first time somebody told me I look like Anthony Anderson, I was like, bitch. You don't think Anthony Anderson's cute? I mean, it wouldn't be the person that I'm like, okay, thank you. I think he's really hot.

02:15:00 - 02:15:02 | Speaker 4:

I said disrespect. Come on, bro.

02:15:03 - 02:15:16 | Speaker 3:

I have been told from time to time that I am a dead ringer for Rosie O'Donnell. And I don't know what she looks like. It's the eyebrows. If you guys could tell me, is that a compliment or not a compliment? I don't know.

02:15:18 - 02:15:21 | Speaker 4:

Powerful. Yeah. Yes. Yes. Very funny.

02:15:22 - 02:15:35 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Great personality. Oh, really? A great head of hair. Yeah. I don't like when people go, you know who you look like? And then they tell me, and I'm like, I have no idea who you're talking about. Because then right away, I instantly think the worst before I think the best.

02:15:35 - 02:15:41 | Speaker 2:

I have to brace myself when somebody says that to me. Because I'm like, it's either going to be really good, I'm going to be excited, or it's going to be really, really bad.

02:15:41 - 02:15:47 | Speaker 3:

That moment between the, you know who you look like? And when he actually says it? You take a deep breath. Oh my God. It's like when you're going on a roller coaster before you drop.

02:15:47 - 02:15:56 | Speaker 4:

But then how do you clarify that without coming off like more of a creep? Because what I could have said in that situation is, no, no, no, I think you're really hot. And now he's already uncomfortable and I'm making it worse.

02:15:56 - 02:16:44 | Speaker 3:

All right, here's my question I want to ask. um give me a where's the engineer at is he here or did he go back to montana he's in the back all right get me the picture of him and then get me the picture of the others and i want to know if there is a close resemblance to first off that's a is that our engineer or is that the guy because i can't even pick out which our engineer is from my craft is that a good look that's a good looking guy in that picture is this the right picture did you choose this picture that's a that's a good looking guy so when i look at when i look at that i don't know like i i look at uh that guy and i'm going okay if i went to imdb or whatever that's what i would normally go to or you know some somewhere google uh you know pictures or whatever i would sit there and i'd go oh okay

02:16:44 - 02:16:49 | Speaker 4:

all right i like this so you want me to try to get him i'll send a team's message yeah you're

02:16:49 - 02:16:53 | Speaker 3:

saying is that what is that how you're trying to get him you haven't gotten his personal phone

02:16:53 - 02:16:59 | Speaker 4:

number yet i don't know if he's into me or not i just texted him hey kp he got his number question

02:16:59 - 02:17:17 | Speaker 3:

are you guys uh friends on on instagram right now you and the engineer nope we just have each other's phone number because honestly kp i thought that these guys these two dudes from montana that are engineers here i thought for sure they were your type yeah i already have one guy in montana

02:17:17 - 02:17:22 | Speaker 1:

that doesn't want to date me so i will pass on this oh wait a second so you've kind of ruled the

02:17:22 - 02:17:40 | Speaker 3:

entire state of montana out yeah i kind of yeah the state of the state of montana you no longer have a chance with kp kp is looking for somebody else all of you suck we're moving let's go across the mississippi anybody in iowa i'm trying to get a kp a guy up north here in michigan so she

02:17:40 - 02:17:45 | Speaker 1:

doesn't have to travel yeah kev did me so well oh my god how's that going i'm still chatting you

02:17:45 - 02:18:16 | Speaker 3:

talked about that this was where again uh some guy from tiktok oh okay so you actually randomly hit up on him on tiktok yeah okay all right um this is uh this is interesting because whenever anybody ever does tell you that you look like somebody you cannot say you know who you look like and then you cannot say somebody that's that's not good looking like if you see somebody that looks like uh rob schneider you know keep it or steve buscemi keep it to yourself yeah don't

02:18:16 - 02:18:18 | Speaker 4:

say anything to anybody. Do you want me to try to go grab him?

02:18:19 - 02:18:37 | Speaker 3:

I don't know if it adds to the conversation because I don't know anybody who's going to see him, right? You can't see the guy. Who have you got? Shannon one time made me feel really good when she said I looked like Ryan Reynolds at one point. You do. I can see him. I can see him. That made me feel great. Who else have I gotten besides that? There's that coach.

02:18:37 - 02:18:41 | Speaker 4:

There's that football coach. Oh, yes. Who used to say you look like that? Mike Rabel.

02:18:42 - 02:19:24 | Speaker 3:

The guy who coached the Tennessee Titans for a while and now I think is an assistant somewhere. That actually wasn't so bad I actually saw a guy the other day that I thought was Dan Campbell and he wasn't Dan Campbell and I'll say this, Dan Campbell's made Dan Campbell guys look good. Like Dan Campbell is to me an okay looking guy but his attitude and everything the whole picture together makes him look like a guy that every girl wants to have sex with. Speaking of a guy that every girl wants to have sex with, a guy who came in studio with a bunch of booze. I want to have sex with them now because of it. Who are you? Everybody keeps coming in here with something, and this is the problem with the windows. We don't even have any, there's no filter to tell us who these people are that are coming in, but what is your name, sir?

02:19:24 - 02:19:25 | Speaker 4:

The Detroit Stealing Co., right?

02:19:25 - 02:19:30 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, so I'm JP. JP. Hi, JP. JP, nice to meet you.

02:19:30 - 02:19:34 | Speaker 3:

JP, has anybody ever told you you're kind of a skinnier Zach Galifianakis?

02:19:34 - 02:19:45 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I've gotten that. Have you? Okay. I had gotten, yeah, a really, a smaller version of the Kelsey brother. I was going to say just Kelsey.

02:19:45 - 02:20:10 | Speaker 3:

As soon as you are, I thought that. Actually, it's nice to be called the skinnier version of everybody, but if you're the skinnier version of these big guys. You're right. So you are from Detroit Distilling Company, which by the way, Detroit City Distilling, I actually have your bourbon at my house. Oh, yeah. probably have this one you're in my oh is this a new one is this a special blend that's a new one but the one with that guy on there that's that's my grandfather that's your grandfather in the

02:20:10 - 02:20:14 | Speaker 5:

picture that's awesome so he was a butcher where are you guys located so we're right around the

02:20:14 - 02:20:19 | Speaker 8:

corner on raya pal street okay but you can buy all of this stuff in like a whole bunch of local

02:20:19 - 02:20:38 | Speaker 5:

stores yeah all over okay chain stores can i tell you i just got into bourbon during covid like everybody right that's that became a thing i went on a bourbon tour and now i'm really into bourbon. Where do you guys do it right there? So all of it's made right around the corner at the old Stroh's ice cream factory. So we can make bourbon here. This is not illegal. Like this is

02:20:38 - 02:20:44 | Speaker 3:

not. Yep. You can make bourbon in any state in the U.S. has to be in the U.S. And is this the I

02:20:44 - 02:20:55 | Speaker 5:

learned a lot about, you know, when I went to do the distillate or what all the stuff like the tastings and stuff, I learned a lot has to do with what you are. You are keeping it and storing

02:20:55 - 02:21:04 | Speaker 3:

it in yeah what are you guys storing it in so it's all new charred oak barrels and a lot of our barrels actually are made in michigan wow i love that that's cool all our grain comes from

02:21:04 - 02:21:48 | Speaker 5:

michigan um everything everything's local i gotta i gotta be honest with you you guys are actually one of my favorite choices uh for bourbon which is awesome because thank you a lot of the other choices honestly are some brands that are a hell of a lot more expensive than yours which makes yours better for me because of it's it's more cost effective yeah you can walk right around the corner and pick it up that that's incredible how can you get a mojo blend yeah would you think about did you see this i just saw that guys put me on a on a blend these guys over here when i went down to yeah we could do it we've done it before i don't want to take your grandfather off though because he's no no yeah that's nice hold on one second stay with us alissa what's happening it's mojo in the morning hi good morning hi what's happening alissa i had somebody recently

02:21:48 - 02:21:59 | Speaker 1:

on TikTok the other day say that I look like Margot Robbie, which she's gorgeous, but I can only picture Harley Quinn and I'm wondering if I just look deranged.

02:22:00 - 02:22:10 | Speaker 8:

You know what? That is so funny that you bring that up because you could say that you looked like Ryan Reynolds, but is it the fat Ryan Reynolds in Just Friends? Right.

02:22:13 - 02:22:17 | Speaker 5:

Alyssa, you see what she just did to me? I get it.

02:22:17 - 02:22:25 | Speaker 7:

If somebody says you look like somebody, you're like, but what? Which version? Right, right. The young version or the current day version?

02:22:25 - 02:22:27 | Speaker 5:

Abby, what's up?

02:22:28 - 02:22:43 | Speaker 6:

Hi. Okay, so I had this customer come in to the restaurant that I work at, and I took a spot with you, like to the T. And I even thought he was lying to me when I asked him. He looked like who? You.

02:22:44 - 02:22:45 | Speaker 5:

What restaurant? Maybe it is me.

02:22:46 - 02:22:56 | Speaker 6:

It's not you. Is he good looking?

02:22:56 - 02:22:57 | Speaker 5:

That's all I ask.

02:22:58 - 02:22:58 | Speaker 6:

You know it.

02:22:59 - 02:23:03 | Speaker 5:

Does he have a small penis? Do we know? That's the indicator.

02:23:03 - 02:23:05 | Speaker 6:

You don't know that one. Okay, all right.

02:23:05 - 02:23:10 | Speaker 5:

Ask him. Ask him if he does. He'll admit it. What's up, Edward? Hi.

02:23:11 - 02:23:17 | Speaker 2:

Hey, hey. I want to say, Kev, he looks just like Jared Mayo, the Patriots coach.

02:23:17 - 02:23:29 | Speaker 5:

That is a new one. That's good. I've never gotten that one before. That is actually a good one. Look up Jared Mayo if you guys haven't seen him. That is kind of an interesting one for you. Do you know what he looks like? Yeah. But that's like saying all black guys look alike, though. Let me ask ladies.

02:23:30 - 02:23:36 | Speaker 2:

Isn't that bad? I'm black, so I'm not going to have that issue. Okay. Yeah, I think he looks just alike.

02:23:36 - 02:23:39 | Speaker 7:

No! Yeah, I'm not.

02:23:39 - 02:23:39 | Speaker 8:

Uh-uh.

02:23:40 - 02:23:40 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

02:23:40 - 02:23:45 | Speaker 7:

No. Not even like a breeze in the wind. Really? Not even like a.

02:23:46 - 02:23:47 | Speaker 4:

A breeze in the wind.

02:23:48 - 02:23:51 | Speaker 7:

What a descriptive way of just going. That's not like a fart.

02:23:53 - 02:23:59 | Speaker 5:

Do you take that as a compliment though, Kev? Because he's a sports guy? I don't. No? Who do you want to look like?

02:23:59 - 02:24:04 | Speaker 4:

I want to look like this guy named Kevin Irwin II. That's who I want to look like.

02:24:04 - 02:24:07 | Speaker 5:

Is that Kevin Irwin? Wait, is that you or your dad? That's my government. Oh, okay.

02:24:07 - 02:24:17 | Speaker 4:

Do you think you look like The Weeknd? I've heard The Weeknd. I've heard Chowdhury Gambino. I've heard Chance the Rapper. I've heard when I was younger, I used to get 50 cent a lot.

02:24:17 - 02:24:18 | Unknown:

No.

02:24:18 - 02:24:19 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.
