I almost said, just drop me off at the station. It would have been easier than going home.

So what a night last night. First off, what a night last night. And Dan Campbell, you got some. What? As Jared Goff said in the postgame, you got some stones. I don't know if you guys heard this.

He obviously plays that line, you know, of what he wants to do. But certainly we're aggressive, and that's kind of been our thing for a couple of years. And I think it does change the way teams have to prepare. They have to prepare for, you know, fourth down and fourth and short. Dan Gamble. They have to have, you know, ideas of what they want to do. And I think he's done a really good job of deciding when to go and when not to go. And certainly because it worked, everyone's going to say, you guys are going to say, great call. And if it didn't work, you guys would be crushing them. And that's the game he plays. and that's why he's the guy with the big stones.

Bruh, nerves were at an all-time high. Because at that moment, of course, it's like it was such a back-and-forth game that you knew it was going to come down to the last possession. And the way that the offenses were clicking on both sides, it's like we can't give it back to Green Bay with enough time for them to do something. But that was a crazy call.

Well, and especially because the last fourth down that he went for, It was a gamble, and it was, you know, it ended up costing us some points.

That was so much fun to watch. I can't imagine what it was like to be there.

It was insane. Megan, it was crazy. It was so much. We have to thank our buddy George over at 6. Shout out to George. We love George. He's the best. This guy, let me give you, come on, give him a yes.

So George, he says he's going to wake up early because he's going to open up the downtown location off Woodward there, and he was going to go and get us breakfast. I'm like, George, I don't know what time you got home last night because the traffic getting out of there was insane.

It took an hour for us just to get out, to move off of our level of the lot. Forget about exiting the lot. Just to get off our level was an hour.

So I ended up getting a hotel room downtown. And I will say this to you guys. I have never in my life stayed at the Shinola Hotel until last night.

Which is crazy to me.

That place was unbelievable. It was the best. And I got to tell you, coming up this morning, maybe then 7 o'clock-ish or so, because I know we're going to do some stuff talking about the Lions game. I want to tell you the celebrity who was in the room right next to me, which was wild. And the only reason I knew it was, what do you do when you're on an elevator with somebody that you, you know, are like, oh, my God, that's a movie star. Like, that's a star. And you're on the elevator with him. And then you are walking down the hall and you're following him. and you're and you're thinking this guy thinks i'm creepy so the entire time as i'm walking i'm like uh 4 11 i'm in 4 11 i'm in you gotta announce it i kept saying my room number because i didn't want him to know but i'll talk about that megan how do you deal with when there's lions night games how do you deal with the crowd noise of living downtown in in this city yeah it's the

best is it i love it i truly do love it now okay i lived in downtown toledo for a while and i i can now say where i lived right yeah i lived at the commodore perry which if you're from toledo is like in between directly in between it's one street over from the huntington center where the wall i play and it shares this like it shares the street with both so one across don't people park for the games there yes and then fifth third field where the mud hens play is on the other side so you're square in between them i'm the only building in between them and so all year all you hear is and it's like okay i'm not gonna lie i love me some walleye i love me some mud hens i would get a little annoyed yeah i'm sure

Shannon is taking the morning off today. She's actually on her annual trip. She does a girl's trip with Lucy, her daughter, which is always a special moment for her, and we will do the Dirty on the 30 with my daughter, Megan. Hi, Megan. Hi, Dad. Where would you like to go on a trip? Would you like to go anywhere?

Ford Field, baby! Let's do it. We did it, you guys. We made the playoffs. I'm pretty sure. Now, if I have my facts straight here, this is the fastest the Lions have ever made the playoffs, right?

No, the first time back-to-back since I think it was like 93 or something like that. That long?

I had a whole bunch of stats pulled up, and it saved a different pile. I did not go through them, but I had a whole bunch. Because the Green Bay head coach, I didn't realize, is a very winning coach. He's only been in the league with Green Bay for about six years, and he has a ton of wins under his belt. So I think this year going against the Lions has been a little bit disappointing for him. In fact, before the game even started, he said he wanted the Lions to bring their best.

I want to see this team fight.

Turns out, though, that the only one fighting really was him against Lions fans before the game even started.

fans on the field trying to roll out a one pride flag and to be fair he was kind of taunting green players a little bit but matt lafleur the head coach green bay absolutely goes off on the guy he's being held back by other coaches he's screaming in his face he's putting his finger in his face getting real close um and like you just heard the commentators were all like you Gus, that's a fan. That's not how you treat fans. What are you doing?

Although that fan, I'm shocked, was doing that because usually you're going on this field, and they tell you, you better be in your best behavior.

Well, during the post-game interview, Matt LaFleur had this to say about the incident.

I've never been a part of something like that. He was talking junk to our players, giving them the throat slash sign. You're trying to de-escalate it, and then he gets in my face. I thought it was pretty unsportsmanlike. Like, I've never seen that. I've been on many fields, and usually they police that much better. I just thought it was an arrogant fan that, you know, wanted to get in part of the action. And just, I would like to see security or something step in there and get him out of there. Because it's, he shouldn't be doing that.

You're the guy on the field holding the flag for the national anthem, and I think you might have ruined it for people going out on the field doing stuff like that. But, I mean, it reminds me back to way back when the Pistons-Pacers stuff happened.

Matt LaFleur talking about security and really blaming that. Yeah. He really should have been thinking about the security as his defensive line. Oh, man. That should have been the focus. Oh, boy.

Kate Davidson did a video for New York Magazine. Did you guys see this? It was kind of all over the place yesterday. I did. It's funny, right? Well, I mean, I saw something money-related.

Okay, so I was shocked by that information, by the way. So in this interview, like it's a video and they're asking, you know, like, what did you do? What indulgence did you have your big purchase with that first paycheck from Saturday Night Live? Turns out, you guys, SNL cast members are not making what you think they're making. He joked around saying it was probably just dinner. Do you guys know what they pay us? It's like three grand an episode. which I know you're sitting here and you just heard like three grand for an hour a week. That's a pretty nice gig. It's not an hour a week. They work seven days a week. They work writing the sketches and rehearsing everything and meeting with the celebrities that are doing it every week. And that's seven days of work. There's about 20 episodes a season. That's 60 grand a year in New York City. That's shockingly low in my opinion.

I agree. I thought they were getting a lot more than that.

I think the whole thing is it jumpstarts their career. And that's kind of what SNL used to be. It was like, this is your outlet, you know, to be able to go and do bigger things. And then they all become rich later on if they're really, really talented. So, but it is interesting. They probably still make a lot of money doing that show. The NBC people.

Yeah. Did Shannon do this story about Lizzo yesterday? No, it came out after the show was over with. Okay. Yeah. I was in and out during our dirties yesterday, so I didn't know. So remember back in September 2023, Asha Daniels, who is a former stylist for Lizzo's Big Girl Big Tour company, filed a lawsuit alleging racial and sexual harassment by members of Lizzo's management team, a hostile work environment, and that unpaid overtime. We've been talking about this for a really long time.

Now, a California federal court judge threw out several claims, okay? Now, some of these were against Lizzo herself, saying there's insufficient evidence and yada, yada, yada. But some of the claims against the touring company are still going to stand. So this isn't over, but when you see the headline, like the case is dismissed, It's the cases against Lizzo personally and not the tour company facilitating all of their travel and all the, I don't know, what do you call them?

So does this mean that she was not a bad person? Because a lot of the people that worked for her said that she was really mean to them.

I don't think it says she's not a bad person. I think it's not. She's legally responsible for any of these claims. And do I have time for one quick one? Sure. New Year's Rockin' Eve is going to be happening, obviously, in just a couple of weeks here. We finally found out who's going to headline Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest. And it's going to be Carrie Underwood this year, which makes a lot of sense. She's an American Idol girlie. He's going to be co-hosting with Rita Ora this year. Other people showing up. Dear Mojo in the morning, Emmanuel Natsu's story is one of incredible sacrifice and love in the face of immense tragedy. you. My name is Lisa, and I'm a family friend, and I want to tell you about 25-year-old Emmanuel. Emmanuel's life was completely altered by the sudden and heartbreaking loss of his sister Paige. Following her murder, he has taken on the responsibility of raising two children, Caprice and Tyrell, despite his own grief and the struggles of providing for them with limited resources. This young man is navigating an overwhelming new role as a parent, all while working two jobs at a tire repair shop at McDonald's to make ends meet. He is determined to provide for Caprice and Talio with the love and care they deserve, but that isn't easy. With the burden of repairing Paige's home and car, finding reliable child care, and lacking access to government assistance until he can formally adopt the children, Emmanuel is stretched to his limits. The smallest things for granted and for him to be 25 and sacrifice his young life and be that mature, it just ripped my heart out of my chest. If I had, I would give them my last $10. Yeah. The suspect who's accused of shooting and killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was or is still at large, but new details have come out that is showing the progress police are making in tracking this man down. So the bullets that were used to shoot Thompson had the words delay, deny, depose written on them. We talked about that yesterday in Sharpie. They are a play on the three D's of insurance, which are delay, deny, and defend. The NYPD released the first unmasked pictures of an individual wanted for questioning. The pictures were taken at a hostel in Manhattan Valley area in the Upper West Side. The man reportedly used a fake New Jersey ID with a fake name to check into that hostel. Then images were also taken of the suspect about 20 minutes before the shooting at a nearby Starbucks where he paid with cash. Investigators say that they found forensic evidence at the Starbucks. They recovered items being tested for possible DNA and fingerprints. Police also believe the person of interest took a bus from Atlanta to New York City. And while the CEO's wife, Paulette, told NBC News yesterday that her husband had received threats, the police chief in Maple Grove, Minnesota, where he lives, says his department had not received any reports of threats against the CEO. So we're still going to get a lot of information about this.

salons uh he invited kevin i to go to the game with him last night and his uh best buddy steve which by the way shout out to steve yes indeed steve i you know our steve is one of those guys it's like you have your kids go to school and you sometimes don't get to meet all the parents you know you know kids but you don't know all the parents uh steve son ben and uh luke went to high school together at notre dame prep and so we had a really great time just kind of talking about the experiences and stuff but we had such a fun time at the game last night and I got a couple of things I want to talk about but I want to talk real quick about I stayed downtown so that you know everybody by now knows that we moved our studios to downtown the hardest part of staying up late and staying at an entire game which by the way we stayed till the very end matter of fact and then some we watched the on field pre games you know conversations and stuff because of you can't get out and George has such amazing seats. He sits front row behind the Green Bay bench, which was unbelievable. We were right there with the Thursday Night Football crew doing their thing. And when you're down that low, the one thing that kind of stinks is it takes forever to get out of the stadium. Right? So, I know. Wah, wah, wah.

Some of us had to watch it on our couch that's near a kind of drafty window and it got a little cold last night.

Well, the smartest thing that I did, though, was that I ended up deciding that I was going to stay downtown.

Yeah.

And I think a lot of that was Chelsea. She did not want me driving home, you know, with the weather and stuff. So I stayed downtown, and I ended up staying at a hotel. And it was pretty cool because I walked back to the hotel, and I got the feel of living in a city and then working in a city by driving to work today. But I get back into the hotel, and there's a whole bunch of people that are there. And they're in the lobby all celebrating. and I recognize one of the people and it's a celebrity and it was uh Detroit's very own Keegan Michael Key who yes who by the way who by the way it's funny whenever I see him and I listen I know him more from the AA run thing yeah but I'm like is that uh is that Peele or is that like I'm trying to figure out like which one he is um and we get on the elevator together at the hotel and i i'm not one like you saw richard sherman yeah yeah um who played for the uh

people to come over to him take pictures and stuff like he took a picture with you a selfie with your school i'm on an elevator with you know uh keegan michael key and i'm in family and stuff and i'm like man do i ask the guy and then i'm like no i'm so tired and this guy doesn't want to do this and then i get off and i'm like realizing we're on the same floor and i'm going to my room and it's weird because you know when you get off an elevator some people go right some people go left you know because the room numbers go certain ways and i'm like oh crap he's going the same way that i'm going and staying staying at the hotel that i was staying at the um uh you know there's not a lot of rooms on the floors yeah and i'm thinking this guy has got to be thinking that I'm following him to his room. He's about to kill me. And I'm not joking when I say this. So I'm like, I'm in 411. I'm calling out my room. Like, is that an invitation?

That's so funny.

I'm not a murderer. So I let him kind of go his way, did not take a picture with him. But I was then thinking the entire night, do I sit there and turn the TV off and try to listen to see what's going on in the room?

That sounds crazy as hell.

No, I'm not sure. If it was Beyonce? Trying to hear what's going on in his room.

If Beyonce was in Jay-Z or in the room next to you, you would have your fat ear up to that.

Low-key, I probably would, though. I ain't gonna hold you.

I mean, wouldn't you? I mean, I was like the whole time.

I would have had to say something. He had to be excited because he was coming from the game. He had to have, you know, good vibes.

I heard him talking to the guys in the lobby about looking for a place to go for drinks and stuff like that. 4-11? Yeah, so he was like, I know. So he was like looking for places to go. But there was a ton of listeners of ours, which, by the way, did you ever, has anybody ever had that where they stayed in a hotel with a celebrity and you realize a celebrity is on your floor or next to you in the room? There was a couple of things that I wanted to bring up, including I want to talk about you and the fact that you ate, and I couldn't believe you did this. Kevin hasn't eaten meat in how long?

It's been like seven, eight years, but I'm back now, so it's been a few months I've had chicken.

Last night, we go to eat at the London Chophouse, and the guy ordered steak.

You guys had quite the night. It was amazing, Megan. Wow. It was epic. Well, we went out with George. I know, I know, I know. George did it up right. I'm jealous. I'm so jealous. This sounds like a really great time.

Would you, Megan, if you haven't eaten steak or eaten meat in six or seven years, would you eat it before you were going to a Lions game at Ford Field?

No, because I was vegan for a really long time, and I remember the times that I would eat anything that wasn't vegan, and it was a mistake is the nice way to say it this early in the morning.

Well, and even the waiter said to Kev, because Kev's like, you know, I haven't eaten meat in seven years. I'm going to order a steak tonight. And the guy's like trying to give him advice on, maybe you should get like a small cut of something wagyu-y or something, you know?

No, he was trying to direct me to fish. He's like, well, we actually have a great salmon or a great this or that. I'm like, nah, bro. I want the steak. It was one of those eff it type nights. You know what I'm saying? We going to the game. We eating food. I'm like, man, give me the best of the best.

Let's go. So it caused for his stomach to start rumbling. And we got to ask this question. Where is the craziest place that you've had to number two? Because I'm not going to lie to you. I don't think people go in number two in Ford Field.

I almost cussed. I did. I had to do it before the first quarter ending. Y'all talking about defending the den. Oh, my God. They talking about screaming as loud as you can. My first, ah, I was like, uh-oh, can't go that hard. And like you mentioned, we on the first row. That trek to go up those stairs, oh, my God, the troops was at the door.

I didn't even know they had toilet paper in those bathrooms. I thought it was just people standing and peeing the whole time.

So first off, I go in there, and I got to go. It's like the boo-boo playing peek-a-boo. It's like if I cough the wrong way or if I say excuse me or anything like that, it's coming out. It felt like I was squeezing an orange or something. It was wild. Oh, my God. So I get into the bathroom. First, you got to wait, obviously. Look, you got to wait because it's everybody in there. I'm like, oh, my God. You got to tell the people to urinal there. They're like, you going? I'm like, no, you go. This ain't a urinal situation. You can't do it. I got to do it. So I finally get a stall. I mean, yeah, I go in there. The damn door don't lock. And the toilet seat is, like, far back from the door, way far. I'm about to, like, hold one leg up the whole time. So I go in. I come out. I'm like, no, you go in there, bro. He's like, no, go ahead. I'm like, listen, I got a doodle. I can't go in there right now. You go in there. Go in my stall finally. I'm ripping up the toilet paper.

I'm damn sure not bare-assing it for a few. Real quick, can you ask a complete stranger, but you guys are Lions fans, if they'll watch the door for you? Like, could you get a door bodyguard or something?

Uh-uh, we not doing that.

A complete stranger wouldn't do that for you?

I don't trust nobody when it comes to dogs.

So I get in there, lay my toilet paper down the right way, you know, one to the top, One to the side, one to the other side. Another layer, in case the top corner's poking out. Can't have that. And then another layer on the bottom for the thighs. And then I handle my business, and we wash our hands, and we come back, and we win the game.

Man. And that's how you do it. He was gone for such a long time. It sounded like he was leaving to go and say hi to somebody. And so we thought, Steve and George and myself, we thought, oh, he's got it. Because Kev knew a whole bunch of people. You know, there's a ton of people that were recognized when we were walking around there. We had no clue that, man, you dutied longer than golf took time off the clock in that first quarter.

You know what's crazy? I'm saying all of this now. I made it look like I had something to do. Like I took a phone call. I called Josiah and I was going to realize that is my excuse. But no, I had to do that.

He had this big hoodie on and they had announced for, you know how they do like the handicapped people to come on first or they have a wheelchair or whatever.

Yeah. So he had his people walk up. He was on the other end of where we were supposed to be, where nobody was. He had his security team walk up to have him walked on before the handicapped people. Okay. And he got on the plane, and I remember getting on the plane and looking at him, and he was all cooped up in a corner with his hood over him trying to hide, and nobody knew who he was. And I just looked at him, and I'm like, dude, no one knows who you are. And he just wouldn't look at anybody, nothing. It was hilarious.

Oh, my God. I was wondering where you were going with this because I know you brought it up because I talked about Keegan-Michael Key, you know, and following him in the room. But I was wondering, because we've got two things going, that and then also duty. And I was like, did Nick Cannon have to get up and go duty on a plane? Because, like, cab dutying at a Ford Field, I could not do it. I couldn't do it on a plane either. I would try to go to sleep. What's up, Heidi Larry?

So I had Arby's there before, which is never a good choice. And somebody kicked open the door, and about 50 people are looking down on me sitting on the toilet in the middle of the bar. Oh, no. You can imagine that. And Tony's like, you're taking a trap in the middle of a bar? Who does that? I'm like, I don't know what you want me to say, man. I had a peep and cheddar. I can't really do anything.

The Lions won yesterday against Green Bay, our divisional rivals. I was very excited to watch that game. That was a great game to watch. Just so much fun. But I think my favorite part was, one, we have more injured players than any other team in the league, correct?

Our defense, like double.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's insane. And all of them, you said, Mojo, last night, were at the game in Hutchinson's suite.

Yeah, they kept showing the pictures. And I know on Hutch's social media, too, I saw him and Alex Anzalone kind of hanging with each other. But I guess the other guys were also hanging out in the suite, too.

It's so cool. I love that he's been there.

What do you think kind of food he serves in his suite? Do you think Hutch, like, goes full on? Like, he does, like, really big, you know, like little mini burgers, like sliders or something?

Like Wagyu ones.

Yeah.

I wish all of us would have done that a little bit earlier because today's been a little rough. I am feeling it right now. I am hitting that wall. Just 12 hours after UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was murdered in New York City, there was a bomb threat made on his Minnesota home.

According to the Maple Grove Police Department, a city attorney actually received an email that claimed there was a pipe bomb at his home. Bomb squad was dispatched. They didn't find any explosive devices. They then, the bomb squad, went to his estranged wife's house a few blocks away because they're neighbors. And they went to check everything out. Now, they've been separated for years. Like I said, they're neighbors. They share two children together. and she has security at her home that told the police that a woman in a jeep put something in the mailbox 15 minutes before officers had arrived security said that the jeep had an illinois license plate and that the object in the mailbox appeared to be an envelope the size of a cell phone but police did not find anything in that mailbox don't you guys think that when you

hear these stories of people that are like protesting against these big health care places taking our money and not paying the bills it takes a guy that does this to make everything like oh these people are wackos now where i think that the people that were protesting and they showed protests that have been out in front of the guy's house and out in front of the united health care building in minnesota and i'm like yeah these people have valid points you know it's ridiculous that you pay money for health care insurance and they'll deny you still yeah and then this guy goes and kills them now and now the focus is all these people are radicals You know what I mean?

Well, there was a response to this by another company that we'll get into next Dirty. So there are more people getting a little bit scared.

Honestly, I think if you're an executive of any company, I would be scared nowadays just because people, you know, people are struggling to pay their bills and these executives are doing well, you know?

Did you see they already posted his job on LinkedIn?

No, they did not. That had to be fake.

I saw it on TikTok. Really? Like, he makes between $300,000 and $400,000. Is that accurate? He's got to make more. $10 million. No, yeah, that was a fake one. The comments, though, oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. We'll look into that and see if it was valid or not.

Ariana Grande fought back tears as she discussed the topic of body shaming, saying that it's a really difficult conversation. Even if you're not in the public eye, even though she is, she said, I've been in front of the public and kind of been a specimen in like a Petri dish since I was 16 or 17. So I've heard it all. I've heard every version of it, of what's wrong with me. And then once you fix it, then it's, you know, going the opposite direction and you went too far and it's just never ending. And she said, you don't have to be famous in front of the public eye for this to affect you, saying even if you go to Thanksgiving dinner and someone's granny says, oh, my God, you look skinny or what happened or you look heavier, what happened? It just seems like we're always facing these scenarios and that people are really just getting too comfortable commenting on the way that people look. She thinks that it's getting really dangerous. It's going to have big repercussions in the future. It's going to get super out of hand. She also kind of wrapped everything up by saying at this point in her life, she's focusing on protecting herself, which she's urging others to do as well. Billie Eilish, this is so cool. Had one of the cool, like Rihanna did this interview, right recently and she said she really wants to work with Billie Eilish and now Billie Eilish is doing a spread for Complex and is responding to that also kind of side note here if you did not see the photos that are coming out for Complex of Billie Eilish they are amazing but like I said Rihanna said she wanted to work with Billie that it would be her dream and Billie is now responding saying I literally thought that was an AI response and not real first of all I've never met Rihanna She's literally my idol. Isn't she all of our idols? The greatest of all time. She's my complete dream collab. And then she said, I would do it in a heartbeat. And I think that's so cool because we know Rihanna's not coming out with new music. So maybe Billy can pull her back into the studio.

You know what I saw yesterday when I was staying downtown? That Fenty Savage store. What do they sell with those things? See, that's where you should get Chelsea something from. Yes, yes. What is it? Because I don't, I don't know that.

Underwear, lingerie. Really? Like comfy casual pajama sets, like jogger sets. It's all like super comfy and like super sexy and really like fashion forward moving. It feels more.

That bitch is where it feels.

Yeah. It feels very cool versus a lot of like other places either being kind of skimpy and just like.

Can I tell you why I worry about that though? I worry buying Chelsea like Fenty by Savage stuff. And then she's going to say, was this meant for me or my or your mistress or something? Like, I worry that she'll like look at me like in a weird way. Like if I all of a sudden like the Santa lingerie, I think, oh, OK, it's cute. You know what I mean?

Well, I don't know what I have no idea what kind of underwear Chelsea wears. I don't know the brands.

It was like something out of Hollywood. and then to see everybody in detroit on the streets like so you guys all walked into the you know did the you know the parking garage thing which i did not realize how long it was

going to take you guys to get out of there we said that mojo's definitely asleep by the time

we got out of there i was i stayed at the hotel and so i walked there we all were walking along i'm not going to lie to you there was nothing but happiness and cheerfulness and screaming

It's unbelievable. The vibe down there is unreal. The restaurants, the bars, just the people walking around.

Everybody's so happy. Thursday night I've never seen in Detroit looking like that Thursday night. The bars were crazy. And you know what's funny is I think that we all have wondered what would this town be like if we won a Super Bowl? And we're not counting our chickens, but I'm going to say this. The chickens were balking last night.

They're crazy, crazy. I mean, if you recall last year during playoffs, downtown was on fire, and there was so much going on. People were coming down, and they didn't even have tickets. Just to be a part of the atmosphere. Just to be a part of it, yeah.

Absolutely. Yeah, there was something really special about last night. One of my favorite clips post-game, so Rhonda from the iHeart Sports Department goes on to do all the press conferences and hangs out with the players afterwards. She got Jared Goff to talk a little bit about Damblin' Gan, Dan Gamble, right? What do they say? Did the guy who killed UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson arrive in New York City by taking a bus from Atlanta? Law enforcement says that the suspected shooter took a Greyhound to New York 10 days before the shooting where he checked into the hostel. We've been giving you updates on that all morning. If you've missed all of the info, because there is a lot in that case already and we don't have all of the information, make sure you check out our podcast. But speaking of these insurance companies, Blue Cross Blue Shield is walking back a controversial policy decision regarding anesthesia coverage. It had people wondering if this was, you know, a response to the murder of the UnitedHealthcare CEO that we just talked about. And the company said that they reversed the policy as a response to significant widespread misinformation. To that, I say, sure, Jan. Blue Cross Blue Shield is now saying that it was really never meant to pay for medically in this never meant to not pay. Sorry, I think I wrote that wrong. not pay for medically necessary anesthesia services. Rather, this updated policy was designed to clarify the appropriateness of anesthesia consistent with well-established clinical guidelines. And to that, I also say, sure, Jan.

A lot of these companies, though, have been removing the leadership, like photographs of their leadership from their career pages.

They're company pages. So you can't actually see who the leaders are.

I'll be telling you this from day one. I think if you're an executive and it's out how much money you're making, I would take my name off of it or at least have like all kinds of security. Otherwise, how would some guy from Atlanta know that he was going to be in New York City on this day and show up in the city as early as he did, getting ready for an opportunity to take a shot at him?

I still don't believe it was random. Really? I just don't believe it was random, bro.

It was a brief flirtatious moment, but it could help catch an accused killer. Police say these images show the face of the man accused of gunning down United Health Insurance CEO Brian Thompson. They say a woman checking in the suspect at a New York City hostel asked to see his smile. The suspected shooter then pulled down his mask just long enough for the surveillance camera to capture his face. Police now receiving a flood of tips as their manhunt enters a third day.

They're being inundated, especially now they have a picture of the suspect with his mask down. They are confident they're going to identify the guy and catch him just a matter of when.

Chipotle in recent reports is saying that their cost of items like beef, dairy, fresh produce, all went up about 1.5% over the last year. And although Chipotle raised their prices nationwide in October of 2023, August of 2022, and June of 2021, and it raised entrees by close to a dollar in some places, looks like it's going to be happening again.

You're, what, 25 years old, and you are not letting anything stop you in life. And I want you to hear this letter that was written about you, okay, for our breaking and entering Christmas wish. I want all the listeners to listen up. This is a tearjerker.

Dear Mojo in the morning, Emmanuel Natsu's story is one of incredible sacrifice and love in the face of immense tragedy. My name is Lisa, and I'm a family friend. and I want to tell you about 25-year-old Emanuel. Emanuel's life was completely altered by the sudden and heartbreaking loss of his sister, Paige. Following her murder, he has taken on the responsibility of raising two children, Caprice and Tyreel, despite his own grief and the struggles of providing for them with limited resources. This young man is navigating an overwhelming new role as a parent, all while working two jobs at a tire repair shop at McDonald's to make ends meet. He is determined to provide for Caprice and Talio with the love and care they deserve, but that isn't easy. With the burden of repairing Paige's home and car, finding reliable child care, and lacking access to government assistance until he can formally adopt the children, Emmanuel is stretched to his limits. Every dollar he earned goes toward their necessities, leaving little room for his own needs, let alone any moments of relief or joy for the family. This will be the first Christmas without Paige. So all of their bed is in the living room. Kids are asleep. so we're going to stay on the porch while they load, but we're getting them a new couch.

We're also getting them a stove. They don't have a working stove. They're taking it in the microwave to the house right now.

They're so excited about this microwave.

Isn't that funny? The simplest things. I always love that. I always love that. We get all these toys, all these gifts, furniture and everything, and it's like one thing like that. Emmanuel. I want to tell you something. I'm making sure that we write you a big check so that you have money that you don't have to go to work when you're dehydrated, okay?
