00:02:45 - 00:03:20 | Speaker 6:

Is it cold? It's freezing today. Well, it's cold outside, but it's also... You know what? It's cold outside and it's cold inside, too. It's so cold in the D, how the hell do we supposed to keep peace? What's all on somebody's mind, working and doing time? It's so cold in the D, how the hell do we supposed to keep peace? What's all on somebody's mind, working and doing time? It's cold outside, but I was doing it.

00:03:47 - 00:03:48 | Speaker 6:

How did she not have a career?

00:03:48 - 00:03:50 | Speaker 3:

A home never gets cold.

00:03:50 - 00:04:12 | Speaker 6:

That was live in the Mojo in the Morning studio, too. That's exclusive. We should have more music from T-Baby. Is that what her name was? All right, Mojo in the Morning show. So Lydia, one of our executive producers here, is in studio with us this morning. And Lydia, sometimes people aren't really good at giving you personal space, are they?

00:04:13 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 1:

Absolutely not. Lately, it's been pretty abnormal. So this past weekend, I went out with my best friend, Nora. We went to get some drinks at Bar Louie and just had kind of a good time. And we were finishing up and this guy sat down next to us. And keep in mind, the table next to us was really close. All there was was a little bar between us. And it's a table for four, but he was sitting there just by himself. And he chose to sit at the chair that was directly next to mine. So he's just hanging out there. He's putting his arm on the ledge and it starts touching my arm. and I look at him and he's like am I making you a little bit uncomfortable and I was like yeah kind of you know but I brush it off I'm talking to my friend Nora and he's looking over and he's watching us have like a conversation and I'm like this is getting a little bit weird he's pulling out his

00:05:00 - 00:05:10 | Speaker 4:

keys and stuff, and he sets his ID on my side of the table, and the waitress comes over and she's looking at him and looking at the ID, and I was like, he's making me a little bit uncomfortable.

00:05:10 - 00:05:16 | Speaker 3:

Is that his way of trying to meet you? He's trying to have you look at his ID so you see his name and his age and all that stuff?

00:05:16 - 00:05:18 | Speaker 4:

He had it looked over, so it was like the backside to it.

00:05:19 - 00:05:21 | Speaker 3:

So was he a good-looking guy?

00:05:21 - 00:05:21 | Speaker 4:

No.

00:05:22 - 00:05:30 | Speaker 3:

Because that's the thing. If he was good-looking, if he was good-looking, the guy could sit on your lap on that stool and you probably would have been fine with it.

00:05:30 - 00:05:33 | Speaker 4:

Fair enough. Yeah, that would probably be true.

00:05:33 - 00:05:55 | Speaker 3:

Is that a move? Is that a move that guys do? First off, I agree with you on people don't have personal space these days. When you are sitting at a bar or if you're at the counter at a Coney or whatever, you got to leave at least a chair in between. You can't just all of a sudden. I know that space is tough, but if there's openings, you got to go somewhere where there was an opening.

00:05:55 - 00:06:15 | Speaker 4:

I thought it was a joke because he just sat down at that table. He has backside and his arm touching mine. And I'm like, oh, yeah, this has to be a joke. Like, I think he might be drunk or he just wants to, like, hang out, play a prank. No, he was fully serious. Like, ordered a coffee and sat there. I'm like, yeah, we're ready to go. Wow. Next time, start rubbing his back. And when he turns around and goes, what are you doing? Go, oh, I thought we were comfortable touching each other.

00:06:16 - 00:06:32 | Speaker 3:

I'm a little skeptical, too, of a guy that goes into Bar Louie and orders a coffee. Oh, yeah. Fair point. Fair point. First off, the people at Bar Louie probably didn't even have coffee brewing. Nope. So they've got to go and brew a coffee, especially the bartender doing that thing. What time of day was this?

00:06:32 - 00:06:36 | Speaker 4:

This was probably about at 10 o'clock at night. Oh, my God. He was wearing sunglasses inside.

00:06:36 - 00:06:37 | Speaker 3:

Oh, God.

00:06:37 - 00:06:40 | Speaker 2:

You should have started with that. That's another one.

00:06:40 - 00:06:48 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, Mike's right. There's a million red flags on this guy. That's crazy. So what did you guys end up doing? Did you guys end up trying to move yourselves?

00:06:48 - 00:06:52 | Speaker 2:

They went home together. That's indeed him. Really nice guy. It's a twist.

00:06:53 - 00:07:08 | Speaker 4:

My boyfriend now. the waitress offered us to move but we were like yeah it's okay like she felt kind of uncomfortable for us but she was like you know what you know if you guys want to leave that's okay and it wasn't because of him that we were leaving we were just ready to go at that point but i kind of felt bad

00:07:08 - 00:07:35 | Speaker 3:

i like i see sometimes guys make moves like that and it works and i wonder who are these guys that are able to pull those moves off like putting his id down and you know trying to get your attention by putting his car keys up there. Did you notice what kind of car he was driving? No. From his car keys? Because the guy doesn't put his car keys down on the bar unless he's got something that he's trying. Like, he must have been driving like a Beamer or something like that. That seems like a Beamer type of a guy. Erica, what's going on?

00:07:36 - 00:07:43 | Speaker 1:

Good morning, everyone. I'm just thinking, you know, having a driver's license doesn't impress me. Maybe a black Amex or something, but.

00:07:44 - 00:07:46 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. You know what? That's actually.

00:07:46 - 00:07:49 | Speaker 1:

That's still a little more than the car. Right.

00:07:49 - 00:08:01 | Speaker 3:

What would it be that he has to put down on that bar that would actually impress you? I'm asking Lydia that question. You stay on the phone, though, with us. Lydia, what would it have been?

00:08:01 - 00:08:08 | Speaker 4:

I don't think it could have been anything for this guy, but if it was another guy, I guess a black Amex would work. That's a good one.

00:08:08 - 00:08:14 | Speaker 3:

Does that work, though? Or don't you look at the guy and say, why are you spending that much money for a black Amex?

00:08:14 - 00:08:25 | Speaker 4:

Like those credit cards that make a sound when they hit the table. Yeah, the metal. Oh, luxury. If you have a frequent flyer miles card, that'll get me. Are you diving?

00:08:25 - 00:08:26 | Speaker 1:

Are you platinum?

00:08:27 - 00:08:27 | Unknown:

What's going on?

00:08:28 - 00:08:30 | Speaker 1:

Take me to the Sky Club. So you're a rocket scientist.

00:08:32 - 00:08:47 | Speaker 2:

Even seeing the guy get the black MX card out, I would think, no, too cocky, too showy. Like, if you just see him paying with it and you catch it, then you're like, oh, that's a catch. If they're waving it around and flaunting it, they got it just to impress you? I'm like, nah.

00:08:47 - 00:09:22 | Speaker 3:

So I have a single friend of mine, and he's actually one of Chelsea's cousins. He has pictures. He strategically puts pictures on his phone screen that will impress girls when he puts it down, the phone screen down on the table. What would that be? What would the picture be? He's got dog. Other ones, too, is he'll put places that he's visited, like pictures and stuff, to bring up conversation. Because he's trying to get their attention on it, too. So Lydia had the guy that was invading her space, Tyler. That wouldn't be you, would it be?

00:09:24 - 00:09:26 | Speaker 1:

What, the BMW cheese?

00:09:26 - 00:09:30 | Speaker 3:

No, that's not you, though, the guy that was at Bar Louie doing this to Lydia.

00:09:31 - 00:09:32 | Speaker 1:

No, it was not me.

00:09:33 - 00:09:35 | Speaker 3:

What's going on? Have you ever done something like this?

00:09:37 - 00:09:45 | Speaker 1:

No, not really. I always like to show off sometimes. So what's your show off? What do I show off?

00:09:46 - 00:09:46 | Speaker 2:

Yeah.

00:09:46 - 00:09:47 | Speaker 1:

Vehicles.

00:09:47 - 00:09:50 | Speaker 3:

So you do the car keys. What kind of car do you drive?

00:09:52 - 00:09:58 | Speaker 1:

I've had lots of them. I've had BMW M Sports with high horsepower to drive these cars.

00:09:59 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 3:

Your car must be.

00:10:00 - 00:10:03 | Speaker 6:

That would be amazing because your conversation is awful.

00:10:04 - 00:10:06 | Speaker 5:

That's it. Oh, my God.

00:10:06 - 00:10:09 | Speaker 6:

It worked one time, and that's why he continues to do it. Oh, my God.

00:10:09 - 00:10:10 | Speaker 5:

Just don't talk.

00:10:10 - 00:10:14 | Speaker 6:

That BMW better be the nicest BMW they make. What's up, Laura?

00:10:15 - 00:10:20 | Speaker 8:

I'm just saying, we don't need a BMW. Just throw down some Corvette keys, and I'll leave.

00:10:20 - 00:10:23 | Speaker 6:

Really? You'll leave with the guy if he has a Corvette keys?

00:10:24 - 00:10:25 | Speaker 8:

Oh, yeah. Why?

00:10:25 - 00:10:27 | Speaker 6:

Because you know he's near death. He's an old.

00:10:30 - 00:10:37 | Speaker 8:

you're open to take all his money oh yeah the new corvette absolutely i'll take i do love that

00:10:37 - 00:10:59 | Speaker 6:

new corvette honestly i want i would love to drive i go to gordon chevrolet i'm like i don't think i can drive this thing first off i can't fit into it but secondly it it's kind of like the sign that you're an old person if you start driving the corvette how do you know they're corvette keys does it say corvette on the keys doesn't just show them now all the key fobs have the logos on them yeah i think it just says chevrolet does it i don't know so you'd have

00:10:59 - 00:11:01 | Speaker 8:

Yeah, it's got the logo.

00:11:01 - 00:11:02 | Speaker 6:

Oh, it does say Corvette on it?

00:11:03 - 00:11:13 | Speaker 5:

You know people are paying for a Corvette on that key file. Laura, what about if he's got the Corvette keys, but like Lydia's neighbor here on the bar, he also has his sunglasses on indoors.

00:11:15 - 00:11:21 | Speaker 8:

Well, how nice are the sunglasses? Oh, he was wearing Prada sunglasses. So, I don't know.

00:11:21 - 00:11:23 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, that was pretty expensive. Indoors.

00:11:24 - 00:11:25 | Speaker 8:

Yep, potential contender.

00:11:25 - 00:11:32 | Speaker 6:

Oh, God. See, he just went up to the wrong woman. Right? He needed to be next to you. What's up, Alicia?

00:11:34 - 00:11:35 | Speaker 8:

Hi, guys. Good morning.

00:11:35 - 00:11:35 | Speaker 6:

Good morning.

00:11:37 - 00:11:45 | Speaker 8:

I just think it's really weird that he would come in and automatically offer up his ID and then not even order alcohol. Yeah, it was very strange.

00:11:45 - 00:11:46 | Speaker 5:

I didn't even think about it.

00:11:46 - 00:12:02 | Speaker 8:

I bartend. I bartend. I live in Florida, and I bartend in Florida, and I still listen to you guys every morning. Thank you. But, I mean, he kind of reminds me of the weird guy that came into my bar one time with sunglasses on, all creepy. I end up having to pull my knife out on this guy. Oh, really? Oh, wow.

00:12:03 - 00:12:06 | Speaker 5:

What did he do? How did it accelerate to that?

00:12:06 - 00:12:22 | Speaker 8:

He was sitting at the bar with his head down and his sunglasses on, ordered a drink, and then got up, left his drink, and went and stood between the end of the bar and the wall. And then I'm walking him And he creepily, slyly turned around And locked the door Like locked everyone in the bar

00:12:22 - 00:12:24 | Speaker 6:

Oh my gosh That's weird

00:12:24 - 00:12:40 | Speaker 8:

I instantly like just pulled my knife out And like was like I pushed him I was like Get the F out of my bar And then my bar The owner came And this guy lunged at the owner And had him up by the wall by his neck And my owner just started beating the crap out of him

00:12:40 - 00:12:42 | Speaker 5:

Wow Did he drive a Corvette?

00:12:43 - 00:12:46 | Speaker 8:

I'm telling you though She had a bicycle outside.

00:12:49 - 00:12:56 | Speaker 6:

Could you imagine, by the way, though, that here you are, a guy, you're just trying to be flirty and all this stuff, and then the girl pulls out a knife on you.

00:12:57 - 00:12:58 | Speaker 5:

Doesn't sound like he was being flirty. Yeah.

00:12:59 - 00:13:01 | Speaker 7:

They don't let me carry my gun behind the bar, so I got to have something.

00:13:02 - 00:13:02 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Wow.

00:13:02 - 00:13:15 | Speaker 6:

You're getting your ass beat, too, by the – you have to leave on a bike. Hey, Alicia, it's negative 13-degree wind chill right now here. Where in Florida are you, and what's the temperature?

00:13:16 - 00:13:20 | Speaker 7:

I am in Cape Coral. Right now it's about 78 with a high of 85.

00:13:20 - 00:13:27 | Speaker 5:

Oh, you suck. You suck. I hope everybody orders espresso martinis today.

00:13:28 - 00:13:31 | Speaker 7:

I got smart and left in Michigan a long time ago.

00:13:31 - 00:13:41 | Speaker 6:

Is it weird that I actually ordered a cold brew today? It's like not the proper drink probably for a day like today. Thank you for the call.

We've all seen the headlines. Florida man wrestles alligator in a tuxedo or Florida man sues after finding toenails in his ice cream.

00:15:43 - 00:15:47 | Speaker 3:

It's easy to laugh at the meme, but have you ever wondered about the human behind the headline?

Hey, I'm Frankie P.

00:15:49 - 00:15:54 | Speaker 3:
