All right, it is the Mojo in the Morning Show. I'd like to take a moment here to talk about how you can truly tell if somebody loves you. And that true test of knowing whether or not somebody loves you is if they will help you move. Because I'm going to say this right now. I've had people that will ask me to help them move, and I've said so many times, I'm sorry, I think I'm busy this weekend.

00:02:26 - 00:02:28 | Speaker 6:

Have you ever said yes to anybody else to you? Yes.

00:02:28 - 00:02:32 | Speaker 4:

I've done it like five times, Shannon, and I'll never do it. No, I've done it.

00:02:32 - 00:02:32 | Speaker 6:

I was going to say that's a lot.

00:02:33 - 00:02:38 | Speaker 4:

I've done it like five times. The worst was, did I ever tell you the story about Sean and Courtney? Do you know who Sean and Courtney are? No.

00:02:38 - 00:02:39 | Speaker 5:

I don't know them people.

00:02:39 - 00:03:34 | Speaker 4:

Sean and Courtney are friends of Chelsea's. Actually, Chelsea worked for Courtney. She was Chelsea's boss. Chelsea came home from working a job at the Hyatt for about a week, okay? And she says, hey, my friends Sean and Courtney need some help. Do you think you can help them? I'm thinking, good. Okay, they maybe need me to do a shout-out on the radio or something. I'm very good at shout-outs on the radio. It was, they need your help moving. Can you help them move? I don't even know Sean and Courtney. This is craziness. I walked to their apartment, or went to their apartment. and I not walked, I drove, because I had a big car. I had an SUV. I drove to their apartment not knowing what they looked like or who Sean and Courtney were. That shows you how good of a friend or good of a husband I am to Chelsea. Do you know what else I did at that move? I moved a waterbed. How did you do that? Do you remember people had waterbeds back in the day? I used to want one so bad.

00:03:35 - 00:03:38 | Speaker 5:

How do you move one, though? You've got to drain it.

00:03:38 - 00:04:17 | Speaker 4:

No, they were tubes full of water. We actually didn't even drain it, Megan. It was crazy. we carried tubes of water out that's insane it was nuts you yeah me that was this is back in my healthier days my actually i wasn't healthier younger days i'm not even saying that that's just like that's a lot it was crazy i know so we so i helped them move and i know that this is the case too if you're somebody that owns like one of those kp pickup trucks that she has she's got like what a silverado pickup if you own a pickup truck guess what you're a moving friend or at least lending your car to it i bet you you get asked a lot don't you with uh um yeah i've been

00:04:17 - 00:04:30 | Speaker 5:

asked before people know not to ask me though i'm not the mover guy i'm the fun guy i think you have to know your role in life and when you try to blur the lines that's when things go crazy yeah i i'm

00:04:30 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 4:

not i'm gonna say this to you i am not a guy that likes to help people move but you'll know exactly how good of a person is when a person will say do you need help this weekend and actually mean it like when somebody says they're moving. How many moves have we done on this show? I mean, KP alone's done like 20. She's only, she goes, she moves like every six months, it seems like. We run it for a girl. It's amazing. How many times have you, in the short time since you came here and moved here, moved back home from Traverse?

00:05:00 - 00:05:04 | Speaker 3:

city how many places have you had to move in and out this will be my fourth time in your mood wait

00:05:04 - 00:05:10 | Speaker 6:

this will be what do you mean i'm actually i couldn't find a roommate so i'm switching to a

00:05:10 - 00:05:26 | Speaker 3:

one-bedroom apartment oh my god you're moving again your fourth time in how long have you been you only been here for what two years right less two years and five months oh my gosh that's crazy that's a lot of moving are you running from somebody are you taking what do you guys actually

00:05:26 - 00:05:32 | Speaker 6:

the law the law i think i've moved six times since i've been on the show you have i remember that

00:05:32 - 00:05:36 | Speaker 3:

you were remember how nice it was when you were just living with dad you didn't have i was gonna

00:05:36 - 00:05:48 | Speaker 6:

say dad's house to apartment apartment to dad's house dad's house to my house my house to apartment this apartment yeah so four four times no that's crazy uh and i know kev's about to move too so

00:05:48 - 00:06:31 | Speaker 3:

you you're looking at uh at places you talked about that on the air so we're moving our studio is moving and while the company did take you know actually they didn't take anything they just said we're getting rid of everything like they've got all new stuff for us we have personal belongings that are from here and i don't know what how much is in there i've not can we do a facebook live on what our oh my god oh here it is wait i want to see look at all this stuff look at this we could go so we have we have an area where we have like all kinds of t-shirts and things and what we're thinking is if we could find like two men in a truck or something or two guys in a or two chicks

00:06:31 - 00:06:33 | Speaker 2:

in a... Yeah, do they got any hot lady

00:06:33 - 00:06:35 | Speaker 3:

movers? Do we have two chicks in a...

00:06:35 - 00:06:38 | Speaker 2:

Baddies with boxes? Oh my God, wait, that's a lot of stuff. In a Kia?

00:06:39 - 00:06:40 | Unknown:

College hunks?

00:06:40 - 00:06:41 | Speaker 3:

Moving junk? College hunks.

00:06:42 - 00:06:49 | Speaker 5:

I'm going to shout out veteran junk removal because that is my cousin's business. Shout out to all the veterans that work for him.

00:06:49 - 00:07:12 | Speaker 3:

Could you call him and see if he'll do it mentions on the radio we we we need somebody that is willing to help us and what we will do is we will pay you with our undying love and we got a bunch of free liquor that's in the back of this room that we have from like a mojo in the morning party that we just recently did that we had to keep you struck you think we could get it all in you really want to move you really want to

00:07:12 - 00:07:17 | Speaker 5:

actually lift these things we're looking for somebody to help me i said wes question that

00:07:17 - 00:07:31 | Speaker 3:

That guy, by the way, is too nice. No wonder why the guy doesn't want to listen to Christmas music anymore. He's got you volunteering him for all this stuff. Look, though, do we need all of this stuff?

00:07:32 - 00:07:46 | Speaker 2:

Or are we just hoarding? Because if that's the case, let's have a garage sale in the back and sell it for the low and put the money towards breaking enter and call it our going away party. Well, what's in the district boxes?

00:07:47 - 00:07:48 | Speaker 4:

They're all T-shirts.

00:07:48 - 00:07:49 | Speaker 3:

Is it Mojo in the Morning shirts?

00:07:50 - 00:07:51 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, it's all show brand.

00:07:51 - 00:07:55 | Speaker 3:

Oh, good. That's good, though. That's stuff we need to take with us, right?

00:07:55 - 00:07:58 | Speaker 6:

Tony messaged me saying promotions can move them.

00:07:58 - 00:07:58 | Speaker 3:

Oh.

00:07:58 - 00:07:59 | Speaker 6:

Okay.

00:07:59 - 00:08:05 | Speaker 3:

Well, now you just ruined my bit. You know what? I got a bit going on here right now.

00:08:05 - 00:08:08 | Speaker 5:

Can they do it? Because I feel like that won't happen until a long time.

00:08:08 - 00:08:25 | Speaker 3:

I'm trying to look for somebody that... The problem is where we move them to. What's going on, Tanisha? how you doing? Hi, how are you? Good. Tanisha, do you have an extra spare room or do you have a basement that's empty? We're looking for a place. I do have a basement. I would definitely

00:08:25 - 00:08:42 | Speaker 4:

take the t-shirts and the free liquor. Tanisha, where are you? How close are you to us? I'm actually in Wayne, but Farmington isn't too far. My husband is Corey, the one that's doing you guys new office. Oh, yes. You're at our Halloween party. Yeah. And we got you

00:08:42 - 00:08:48 | Speaker 3:

00:09:10 - 00:09:16 | Speaker 3:

the fact that it doesn't have enough bathroom stalls that that is going to be the best radio

00:09:16 - 00:09:29 | Speaker 1:

broadcast facility in the history of radio it is it's a beautiful space uh yeah they did a great job designing it uh the furniture is top notch you guys are really lucky but you guys you guys uh

00:09:29 - 00:09:38 | Speaker 3:

00:09:52 - 00:09:55 | Speaker 3:

she's like Shannon Shannon's volunteering West without even asking him yet.

00:09:56 - 00:09:58 | Speaker 1:

That's what happens when you get married, I guess.

00:09:58 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 3:

The guy, literally,

00:10:00 - 00:10:09 | Speaker 2:

The guy coaches, like, three or four of his kids' teams, and, you know, he's got a job that requires him to travel in and out of town, and Shannon's like, yeah, Wes will do it.

00:10:10 - 00:10:15 | Speaker 4:

Listen, I know. As soon as I get off work, I got to go hang something. I got to go put something together. That's crazy.

00:10:16 - 00:10:27 | Speaker 2:

What is the deal? Like, this goes back even to Chelsea, like when she involuntared me for Sean and Courtney. Like, is it just the power of the vagina that we as guys are dumb enough to do all this stuff?

00:10:27 - 00:10:34 | Speaker 4:

Oh, definitely. Definitely. definitely it's insane you know what i call it what being voluntold voluntold not volunteer

00:10:34 - 00:10:47 | Speaker 2:

00:11:05 - 00:11:10 | Speaker 2:

I may need that for my house. What does he do? Does he get rid of, like, squirrels in the attic or bats in the attic?

00:11:10 - 00:11:26 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, squirrels, bats, raccoons, you name it. Actually, they have a couple people that they rehab, and any damage that they've done to the home, They repair it and fix it so that they cannot re-enter.

00:11:27 - 00:11:30 | Speaker 2:

That's amazing. Wow. What's the name of the company, and how do you get a hold of them?

00:11:31 - 00:11:39 | Speaker 1:

Okay. So it's Advanced Wildlife, and I actually have to look at my phone. I can definitely get an information to KP.

00:11:40 - 00:11:47 | Speaker 2:

Okay. Yeah. Well, I was going to say, I'd let you plug it on the radio for everybody. Advanced Wildlife. You want to look in your phone? Go ahead.

00:11:47 - 00:11:50 | Speaker 1:

Yes. Oh, hold on. Oh, my God. He's going to kill me now.

00:11:50 - 00:11:58 | Speaker 2:

Why is he going to kill you? This is like a free advertising. Starting Monday, we got to pay rent on this new building. We're going to be jacking up the prices here.

00:12:00 - 00:12:06 | Speaker 1:

You guys just got me off track here right now. No more moving. I bet you that there's somebody that has been in Michigan somewhere or Ohio and got a bear.

00:13:24 - 00:13:28 | Speaker 3:

Okay, maybe way, way, way up north, but we're talking south, metro Detroit area.

00:13:28 - 00:13:32 | Speaker 2:

You don't think that they can walk? Seriously.

00:13:32 - 00:13:35 | Speaker 3:

You see a bear just marching into Detroit?

00:13:35 - 00:13:36 | Speaker 2:

You guys act as if these-

00:13:36 - 00:13:37 | Speaker 3:

The zoos aside.

00:13:38 - 00:13:46 | Speaker 2:

I mean, it's not like you're ever planning for the bears to come. They always end up coming just out of nowhere. I'd choose the bear. I'm telling you

00:13:46 - 00:13:49 | Speaker 3:

I wish we had that mystical rap

00:13:49 - 00:13:50 | Speaker 2:

What is the mystical rap?

00:13:50 - 00:13:53 | Speaker 3:

You ever see me find the bad? You're having the bad?

00:13:54 - 00:14:02 | Speaker 2:

All I know All I know is that You guys act as if wildlife can't be crazy around here I got deer literally

00:14:02 - 00:14:10 | Speaker 3:

Sitting on my front desk That's why I'm quiet right now After people started to tell me that Now there are deer in Detroit I don't know what animals are out here

00:14:10 - 00:14:12 | Speaker 1:

But deer makes sense

00:14:12 - 00:14:18 | Speaker 2:

Bear Necessities of Mother Nature's Recipes. Mojo in the Morning, hello. Have you seen a bear?

00:14:20 - 00:14:30 | Speaker 1:

Pardon me? Yes, I'm talking about Grand Haven. On the other side of the state of you guys, there have been bears going into houses in Muskegon, Michigan.

00:14:30 - 00:14:33 | Speaker 3:

See? That's great. We said Metro Detroit.

00:14:33 - 00:14:42 | Speaker 2:

No, but that's, I'm telling you, there's bears. She doesn't think that bears will walk down 96. They'll walk down 96. I will not.

00:14:42 - 00:14:46 | Speaker 1:

Lockdown 96. They're over there, too. If they're here, they're over there.

00:14:46 - 00:14:51 | Speaker 2:

I'm telling you, it's some kind of weird thing that's going on nowadays. Demetrius, what's up?

00:14:52 - 00:14:55 | Speaker 3:

It was a black bear in Muskegon last spring.

00:14:55 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 2:

I remember that story. I'm telling you. And you know where that bear is now? In South.

00:15:00 - 00:15:13 | Speaker 5:

That bear's eating right now at fish bones. I don't know. Thank you for the call, buddy. I appreciate you, Demetrius. Want to help us move?

00:15:18 - 00:15:26 | Speaker 2:

By the way, you watch.

00:15:26 - 00:15:33 | Speaker 5:

We just put it out there in the atmosphere. Yes, I know. We're going to be walking into our new building in Eastern Market. A frigging bear is going to be jumping out at us.

00:15:33 - 00:15:41 | Speaker 9:

Just remember, if it's black, fight back. If it's brown, lay down. If it's white, say goodnight. Wow, I didn't know that. Or see the white.

00:15:42 - 00:15:45 | Speaker 5:

Where's all that from? Where did you learn that? It's a quote for those who hike.

00:15:45 - 00:15:50 | Speaker 9:

You won't survive a black bear. You won't survive a brown bear or a white bear either. A white bear.

00:15:50 - 00:16:18 | Speaker 6:

Hey, everyone. It's the Jonas Brothers. This week on the podcast, hey, Jonas, we're hanging out with Michael Buble. After Kevin's recent interesting confession about Michael,

00:16:28 - 00:16:34 | Speaker 8:

We figured there's only one thing to do. We must invite Michael Bublé on the podcast, and we want to know what's on his Sexy Time playlist.

00:16:34 - 00:16:50 | Speaker 7:

We talk about Kevin's confession, Michael's reaction, and a whole lot more. Our conversation with Michael Bublé is out now. Listen to Hey Jonas on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

And I get into a bit of trouble along the way.

00:17:09 - 00:17:15 | Speaker 1:

I'd say probably start bone smashing. That doesn't work. Make it look more defined. They say it works. I don't know.

00:17:15 - 00:17:21 | Speaker 3:

Listen to Skyline Drive, How to Live Forever on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
