Mojo in the morning, Chow. So, I was having issues pulling out of the parking garage that I was in this weekend.

00:02:06 - 00:02:08 | Speaker 5:

Wait, so your card wouldn't go in?

00:02:08 - 00:02:10 | Speaker 4:

My card would not fit in the thing, yeah.

00:02:10 - 00:02:12 | Speaker 5:

Card would not go in. We had to call. Same.

00:02:12 - 00:02:42 | Speaker 4:

Yeah, so I had issues with it to the point that the guy ended up that I talked to on the phone coming by to say, okay, let me help you. And the guy ended up helping me figure out exactly how to do it while there was probably a thousand cars, it seemed like, that were behind me trying to get out. Long story short, I don't really want to get into the whole parking issue. And boy, it is expensive to park in downtown Grand Rapids.

00:02:42 - 00:02:44 | Speaker 1:

Yes, it is.

00:02:44 - 00:03:24 | Speaker 4:

But I think this guy might have been hitting on me, and I'm going to explain why. Because he called me something three times, not once, not twice, but three times. And at first I thought he was calling me it because it was like a reference to me being like a big guy. Like, you know, I usually get people that will call me, hey, big guy, or I've had one guy call me slim. Hey, slim. And I'm like, hey, you're calling me fat. How dare you? but the guy was calling me something that I eventually went and looked up on urban dictionary and he did it three times. I counted the guy was calling me peanut and I didn't understand what the hell

00:03:24 - 00:03:25 | Speaker 5:

it was. Yes.

00:03:25 - 00:03:41 | Speaker 4:

I call my kids that at first I thought when he did it and he was, he was, you know, he was a good looking handsome man. All right. Okay. And at first I sat there and I thought to myself, I'm like, he's calling me peanut because I'm not a peanut. I don't look like a peanut. Right. I'm a big, I'm a big guy.

00:03:41 - 00:03:43 | Speaker 3:

No, you look so cute.

00:03:43 - 00:03:49 | Speaker 4:

I'm not a peanut. I'm kind of like a, I don't know, I would say I'm a watermelon. You know, hey, watermelon, what's going on?

00:03:49 - 00:03:50 | Speaker 3:

I'm more of like a walnut.

00:03:50 - 00:03:53 | Speaker 4:

A walnut, yes, a walnut. Is that the biggest nut?

00:03:53 - 00:03:55 | Speaker 3:

A little gross, still delicious. Are there any?

00:03:56 - 00:04:01 | Speaker 4:

I have no idea why it is. I actually do like walnuts. So do I. Yeah, but you're right.

00:04:02 - 00:04:05 | Speaker 3:

My friend said that you look like the big pink teddy bear from Toy Story.

00:04:05 - 00:04:12 | Speaker 4:

Oh, that's so nice. I appreciate that. That's sweet. I can't remember his name. Well, oh, I thought it was that cute girl that was with you this weekend. I was like, oh.

00:04:12 - 00:04:14 | Speaker 5:

Oh, yes. She said she can't remember the pink teddy bear.

00:04:14 - 00:04:45 | Speaker 4:

Oh, I thought you can't remember the guy's name that said that. I was going to say, wait a second. No, it was a girl. Sam was very sweet. But here's the thing that was funny. I went to Urban Dictionary because I was like, I think this guy was making fun of me. And here's what I got in Urban Dictionary. A cute person usually used as a nickname between two best friends. Gosh, Sam, you're such a peanut. Exclamation point, exclamation point. And I thought to myself, I'm like, I think he likes me. I think that was kind of a... Was that a flirty thing? He was calling me Peanut.

00:04:46 - 00:04:53 | Speaker 5:

That's 10,000% a flirty thing. Don't you think? There's no other reason to call you Peanut. Yeah. I think that that was it.

00:04:53 - 00:04:57 | Speaker 4:

That's an affectionate or cutie nickname. You know what?

00:04:57 - 00:04:58 | Speaker 5:

I don't know how I feel about that.

00:04:58 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 4:

It was kind of... I don't know. It was like, wait.

00:05:00 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 1:

Wait, wait.

00:05:00 - 00:05:01 | Speaker 3:

It's like a pumpkin.

00:05:01 - 00:05:04 | Speaker 2:

It's like a pumpkin. Also, that would be weird.

00:05:04 - 00:05:08 | Speaker 3:

But did he give you free parking? He did not. Oh, no. Well, then he didn't think you were that cute. I ended up having to pay.

00:05:09 - 00:05:10 | Speaker 2:

$46 later.

00:05:10 - 00:05:15 | Speaker 3:

But he told me that if I get double charged to call him, maybe that was, I don't know.

00:05:15 - 00:05:17 | Speaker 2:

Did you say peanut back to him? Because that would be very you.

00:05:17 - 00:05:56 | Speaker 3:

No, I didn't. But I actually was joking with him when he called me peanut. And I said to him, I go, I kind of like the peanut thing when he got to the third time. and he started giggling and like laughing you know oh yeah yeah it's kind of a word that i use and then i said to him i go i like it better than when when people will use other references like when like you know you'll get people that will use bud or people that will will you know say uh hey uh or what was it what was the one that the guy told me the other day oh my god pal no pal's okay i'm okay with pal i actually find myself palin every now and again i call people

00:05:56 - 00:05:57 | Speaker 2:

You don't like bud.

00:05:57 - 00:06:31 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. What was the one that he used the other day that somebody used the other day when I was at a store and the guy said to me, I don't know. Oh, it was kind of like, I think it was like husky hand. He said husky something. He said, hey, husky hand. I don't know what the heck it was. I can't remember what it was. But I got caught back by the thing. I'm not one for people. Like, what do you guys use if you don't know somebody? Do you use like a certain term? And I don't like to be called sir. Don't call me sir because that makes me feel like I'm like 8,000.

00:06:31 - 00:06:44 | Speaker 2:

And I do that. If I don't know, I say ma'am and sir. I think it's just habit, even though I hate being called ma'am. So I need to stop doing that. But I don't know. I just was raised to say that, so I think I still do it.

00:06:44 - 00:06:48 | Speaker 4:

You know what it was last week, Mojo? You told us the guy at Topgolf was calling you babe.

00:06:48 - 00:06:49 | Speaker 3:

That was a friend, though.

00:06:49 - 00:06:49 | Speaker 2:

Babe.

00:06:50 - 00:07:09 | Speaker 3:

No, that was a friend. So that was a friend of mine that actually said, yeah, no problem, babe. I'm like, wait a second. He called me Babe. That was an interesting one. But, which I actually, to be honest with you, I kind of like Peanut better than Babe, too. I want to be going as Peanut now. That's what I want my name.

00:07:09 - 00:07:14 | Speaker 1:

That is what my great aunt called my newborn brother. Peanut. Peanut, yeah. Peanut. Yeah.

00:07:14 - 00:07:16 | Speaker 3:

This was a grown man.

00:07:16 - 00:07:27 | Speaker 2:

Peanut sounds like you've got a group of friends, like, in the sandlot. And that's your nickname in that group of friends. Do you know what I mean? that you've had since you were little and you've grown up and your friends still call you that.

00:07:27 - 00:07:50 | Speaker 3:

Back in my club days, I would call people nuggets. Oh, you little nugget. Really? Wait, to women, right? You wouldn't say it to a guy. I'd say it to whoever. You would call a guy nugget and you didn't get your ass kicked? I'm a little guy, so I'm like, I'm a little nugget too. It's a term of endearment. Wait, you couldn't call a big guy a nugget? I mean, it depends on how well I knew them. If it was a big, big guy, I probably wouldn't.

00:07:50 - 00:08:02 | Speaker 2:

I had somebody call me Polly Pocket one time Because I'm so short And I'm like, but I don't know you It's one thing if my friend said that to me But I'm like, you know, I don't know It was kind of funny though, I used to love Polly Pocket

00:08:02 - 00:08:06 | Speaker 4:

Moving forward from today on, I'm going to be calling KP Spicy Butthole

00:08:06 - 00:08:12 | Speaker 1:

That's fine with me People normally call me Kid, I hate it I know I act like a kid, I'm sorry

00:08:12 - 00:08:36 | Speaker 3:

That's the other one too I got to be careful of I say Kid every now and again Hey Kid, what's going on? Like I do that to Jed as a joke And when I do it to Jed, because he is kind of, you know, he's kind of, I feel like he's like my kid, but I, when I do it to him, Joe told me that he gets, he feels like it's degrading to him. Like I'm, like I'm talking down to him. Cause you know, we're, we're, you know, equals we're, you know, radio, uh, coworkers.

00:08:36 - 00:08:40 | Speaker 1:

I called him sir. Once never again, I called him pal. He hated that too. Really?

00:08:40 - 00:08:43 | Speaker 3:

Well, when a girl calls you that, you don't want a girl calling you that.

00:08:43 - 00:08:44 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. That means they don't like you like a guy.

00:08:44 - 00:09:32 | Speaker 3:

Yeah. Like your friend zone in there right there. Chief is another one. It's a texter hair for one nine says chief. I hate chief. There's there's like maybe one person that can that can call me chief. And that was what was the overnight guy's name that used to work here at the radio station? No, after Cliff. God, what am I? Why am I? Duncan, Steve, big Steve. Yeah, big Steve was what he went by on the air. He would call it chief. Hey, chief, what's going on? But he would say it. He would not say it like chief. He would go. He'd go. Hey, chief, what's happening? And I was like, and he had like the, it was kind of like, yo, hey, park's closed, you know, type thing. He had that kind of a voice that he would set up. Oh, man. Yeah, I'm glad that you guys had problems with that parking garage, too, because that was the weirdest thing ever.

00:09:33 - 00:09:40 | Speaker 2:

And then the guy, so we called the guy, and he was like, you have to push down on your card and just kind of shove it in. And I'm like, but I don't want my card to break.

00:09:40 - 00:09:43 | Speaker 3:

What parking garage did you park in? The one that you parked in for work.

00:09:43 - 00:09:46 | Speaker 2:

Right attached to the hotel. Yeah, but I was at a different one that was just as expensive.

00:09:46 - 00:09:56 | Speaker 4:

No, but the card reader wasn't working. And what's funny to me is a day later after Mojo had problems, they still didn't fix anything. They just let everybody else have problems, too.

00:09:56 - 00:09:58 | Speaker 3:

Wait, did you have issues getting out of your parking garage, Megan?

00:09:59 - 00:10:09 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. thing was broken did you notice kp that one of them was like normal and one of them was like all bent so even when it opened up you'd still have to you went out you went into the bent one

00:10:09 - 00:10:23 | Speaker 6:

didn't you there were a lot of drunk people let's just put it that way and maybe they did it maybe they broke it and i'm always now freaked out because everybody tells you that at gas stations the scam is these card reader things where they're putting the fake ones i said i wonder if there's a

00:10:23 - 00:10:28 | Speaker 5:

skimmer in there and i just got hacked you know yeah probably not a good time to tell you guys

00:10:28 - 00:10:30 | Speaker 7:

We probably could have worked out some free parking at the S&X.

00:10:31 - 00:10:33 | Speaker 1:

Mike, I asked you before the event.

00:10:33 - 00:10:38 | Speaker 7:

I know. We only have a couple spots. So if you guys like carpool, we could have done it. But otherwise, it wouldn't have worked.

00:10:39 - 00:10:48 | Speaker 6:

Max, what's going on? Hey, how are you guys? We're good, Max. What's up, Chief? Or what's up, Peanut? Which one? What do you like to be called?

00:10:49 - 00:11:09 | Speaker 3:

Well, I was just texting in that I was called big guy by this guy next to me on St. Patrick's Day about a zillion times, and that I was the, quote, same size as his son about a zillion times as well. So it's hard being a big guy. Yeah. I'm telling you.

00:11:09 - 00:11:11 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, there's honestly, you know what?

00:11:12 - 00:11:21 | Speaker 8:

It's not hard being a big guy at a bar. The bartender sees you, and you can get drinks. Imagine being five feet tall. I basically have to jump up and down.

00:11:22 - 00:11:29 | Speaker 3:

That's true. But everyone comes up to you and has to mention that you're a big guy all the time

00:11:29 - 00:11:36 | Speaker 6:

I always have, as a big guy, do you ever have people that try to sleep on your fat rolls? Because I've had people that have done that before

00:11:36 - 00:11:38 | Speaker 3:

I don't, but that sounds fun

00:11:38 - 00:11:48 | Speaker 5:

Did you see the guy in the bar we were at Saturday who was like 9 feet tall? He was just a beast, just a monster In Grand Rapids Brewing Company

00:11:48 - 00:11:48 | Speaker 1:

Did he get his number for me?

00:11:48 - 00:12:09 | Speaker 5:

No, he kept walking by, and I kept joking with my girlfriend's boyfriend, who's even shorter than me, and I said, let's start a fight with that guy, you know? You're joking with your girlfriend? Your girlfriend. I'm sorry. That's a whole different story. Tell us about this. I think I'm still drunk. I meant my daughter's boyfriend. Do you guys swing? My daughter's boyfriend, who's the same.

00:12:09 - 00:12:09 | Speaker 7:

Who's this little peanut?

00:12:10 - 00:12:26 | Speaker 5:

So then we're in the men's room, and he comes out of the stall, and there's a bunch of dudes at the urinals, And there's two drunk girls trying to force their way in the bathroom And he comes out and the dog goes Hello tiny humans It was so awesome

00:12:26 - 00:12:29 | Speaker 6:

What's up Ashley?

00:12:30 - 00:12:31 | Speaker 2:

Good morning

00:12:31 - 00:12:33 | Speaker 6:

What's going on?

00:12:34 - 00:13:08 | Speaker 2:

I work with So I'm a nurse And I work with another nurse I travel And one of the newer travelers To the site would always call me boss I'm like, what the heck? Why is he calling me boss? Did I come off too much on him one day? Well, come to find out, I'm picking up that he's calling everyone boss. It's just, okay, boss, no problem, boss. So eventually I confronted him, and I asked him, I said, what do you call your wife? And he said, oh, she's boss lady. That's funny.

00:13:08 - 00:13:12 | Speaker 5:

I think when everybody says boss, that means they don't remember any names. What's up, boss?

00:13:13 - 00:13:18 | Speaker 6:

That's a downriver thing. People down river always call boss What's up Derek

00:13:18 - 00:13:25 | Speaker 4:

Hey Mojo I was with you guys at Kegs and Eggs I was the Biden shirt

00:13:25 - 00:13:30 | Speaker 6:

Derek one of the double D's You're the guy that got Mike's computer for him

00:13:30 - 00:13:37 | Speaker 4:

Yes So I learned not to call Megan Meg and I got the bird from her

00:13:37 - 00:13:40 | Speaker 5:

She flipped you off That's a sign of affection for Megan

00:13:40 - 00:13:44 | Speaker 4:

Hey guys I appreciate the zipper check

00:13:44 - 00:13:50 | Speaker 5:

real i just saw that yeah yeah i we noticed you had your zipper down for the whole party wait did

00:13:50 - 00:14:00 | Speaker 4:

you just see that on that on our instagram yeah i've been i've been a little kind of delayed because you know i'm still trying to recover let me so funny too because when you try to help

00:14:00 - 00:14:11 | Speaker 7:

somebody with that you try to be discreet about it but once somebody notices that their zippers down they over the top try to correct it and zip up their zipper so they go like oh oh geez Didn't Wes have that issue?

00:14:12 - 00:14:12 | Speaker 1:

Sure did.

00:14:13 - 00:14:15 | Speaker 4:

I had fun with you guys. It was nice meeting you all.

00:14:15 - 00:14:24 | Speaker 6:

I always leave my zipper down on accident. I have no idea, but I'm convinced that my pants might be too small for me and it just goes down randomly.

00:14:24 - 00:14:27 | Speaker 5:

KB, didn't you get a finger from Megan for Conor?

00:14:28 - 00:14:32 | Speaker 1:

What did you call her? Not a finger, but a stern talking to.

00:14:32 - 00:14:33 | Speaker 6:

What happened?

00:14:34 - 00:14:53 | Speaker 1:

Megan was leaving and we were in the same parking garage and i i shout from across the parking garage i'm like bye miss megan and she thought i said something else she thought i said bye not nice megan oh i mean both fit really

00:14:53 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 6:

did you really think that she said that or

00:15:00 - 00:15:31 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, no, I totally did. I didn't know why I came out of left field. And I remember just looking at you so confused, and you were like, what? I was like, what did you just say to me? Like, what? Why? This is a weird, confrontational place. We're all very hungover right now. And you were like, what did I say? And I said, what did you say? He said, bye, Miss Megan. And I was like, oh, I thought you were being so mean to me. So I gave you the weirdest look. Like, that was really rude. and then it turns out all made up in my head.

00:15:31 - 00:15:46 | Speaker 3:
