It's a mojo in the morning show. So what's this Botox?

So I was getting a little Botox yesterday. I just got the crew's feet done. And I want to give a shout out to the place that I go to because they are amazing. The girls at U's Med Spa in Detroit. And so they were telling me how funny it is that so many women pop in there secretly because their boyfriends or husbands or whomever don't approve of them getting Botox. And one of the girls was telling me, she said that even her own husband, and she works at a med spa, said no way to Botox when she first told him that she wanted it. And so they made a deal. The deal was that she could get it done, and if he noticed and hated it, she would not do it anymore. Well, he never noticed. It wasn't until like three months later, and they were at like a work event, and he was like, wait, did you ever get that Botox that you said you were going to get? And she's like, yep, three months ago, boom, you never noticed it. And so now she gets it all the time. But it made me think.

Well, if you go to somebody good like Muse, you don't notice it. You're not going to notice. Yeah.

I mean, it'll be good. But I want to know how many women have had a little something, something done and are trying to hide it from her guys. Like, they have no idea.

know i don't think she'd care honestly i just don't tell her i don't think so i think that's like getting a haircut or something you know what i mean like i think that that's actually a good thing like if you all of a sudden were going and getting you know uh i don't know cool sculpting on your belly or something like that then i would probably say okay well you know maybe you should probably tell your spouse or or injecting anything inside of you telling your spouse i think getting rid of your unwanted hair is probably a good thing for her. it doesn't, but the first time I did it, it felt like it was taking away a masculinity thing, you know what I mean? Yeah. And I don't think it does now that I've done it a few times, but that's how I felt. 734 says

Really? Now, how big are we doing our lips? First off, what are you injecting into?

It was just like lip filler. I barely got anything to even, almost to where you can't even notice it. It was not even a full syringe. Okay. um so i went to get him done on my birthday and i told him i was just getting like a facial laser done so he didn't know anything was going to happen and my lips ended up bruising to where it looked like um i ate like a cupcake with black frosting it was all over so how did you explain that um well i told him it was a lip laser and i was never allowed to go back again wow yeah so He still, to this day, thinks it's like a laser that I got done on my lips, but I got filler.

Yeah. I'm shocked at how many, there's a lot of text messages here from different people that have, a lot of things with the face. A lot of people doing things with the face, just like you're doing with the lips. Person said that their eyebrows is one of those things that they do all the time. That's a big one. Eyelashes is another one. Do that. My husband has no idea that I do that. I don't know why you don't just tell these guys. Like you have every right to do whatever you're doing yourself.

I think some guys say no and like poo-poo on the idea because they're so scared that you're going to look like crazy and frozen. You know what I mean? They don't understand that if it's done right, it does look very, very good. Right. So that's why so many women have to keep it a secret because their guys are frowning upon it.

Somebody asked me one time because I had mentioned that I had gone and gotten Botox.

And somebody asked me and they said they made, you know, they came up and they're like, can you do me a favor? Can you tell me where you gone to get Botox? Like it was this woman that walked up to me and I'm like, yeah, I get Botox. Like we talk about it all the time, but no, no hiding the deal.
