Mojo in the morning. 844-665-6548. 844-MOJO-LIVE. Text is 95500. If you get a call after you send a text in to us, that's usually from us telling you that we want you to say your comment that you text in on the air. uh you guys ever house it for anybody you ever have that happen to you like when you either maybe you're younger or like your parents had friends or no like usually usually people that house it are people that either live with their families still or they live in like an apartment they want to like live in a house for like a weekend or something like that and do somebody a favor make some money so we had money doing this oh yeah i used to get paid to house it for uh friends all the time money doing it this uh weekend we had uh suzy whose uh family is friends with us house sit for us and she's like 24 or something like that 23 24 and when she was gonna house sit for us she was also gonna watch the dogs she had like asked the question she's like you know is there anywhere that i shouldn't go and we're like and i think that was kind of her way of saying do you guys have like a sex swing or something like that or whatever like no but she was like where do I where would I sleep and we're like oh you know you can sleep you know in any of the boys rooms or you know we got a room in our basement whichever which is kind of a cool room and so um so she's asking all these questions and we're telling her like where the dog's food is and how to feed the dog and it brought back a memory of I used to house sit for coach McIntyre my basketball coach and coach Mac uh he had a um he had an amazing house like he had a hot tub in his house that was freaking ridiculous it was so nice we had to in his house in his house didn't it smell no it was wild he so he had he had like one of those uh covered porches type things oh okay and it was like a covered outside porch but in the summertime you could open things up but otherwise you keep free of mosquitoes yeah and you'd go outside on this covered porch first off you open up the the sliding door and go out there and it was like crazy how just incredible it was like he also dated younger girls all the time and then he eventually got married and when he when he got married he married this beautiful younger you know woman and he was probably like 30s or something like that okay and um i knew that the hot tub was how he used to get girls all the time because he'd bring them over to his house he was a single guy had a hot tub and i remember i would bring buddies over and we would have like without him knowing because this pre like ring camera days we would come over to the house and i would go hey guys welcome to my house would you like to come to my hot tub and i would have like people like come over and we would have like guys and girls over and we'd all have like a hot tub party and then i'd have to clean it up by sunday night because he was coming home you know he was driving back home from wherever

00:04:30 - 00:04:56 | Speaker 7:

i think he had family that was in iowa or something so long long story short i was thinking about this when Susie was staying at the house like do you think like when you house it like would it would be cool like throw a party in the house or do you when you go to their person's house like do you go through their stuff because you're there alone the entire time and all you're doing is making sure that either nobody robs the house or if they get a package or something

00:04:56 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 3:

delivered it gets brought in like sometimes there's a pet

00:04:59 - 00:05:29 | Unknown:

Thank you.

00:05:00 - 00:05:06 | Speaker 2:

know as well yeah like if i was gonna house it i would go through everything that the people have

00:05:06 - 00:05:11 | Speaker 1:

see i would not because i would be so terrified that there are cameras everywhere exactly yeah

00:05:11 - 00:05:40 | Speaker 2:

yeah i guess i would think about that first i would ask that question too hey by the way i just want to make sure like do you have cameras like i don't want to like you know get in and i would ask them that question because i would ask that question now only for my hey i'm not trying to do anything weird but you know like occasionally if i go to the bathroom i might go to the bathroom and walk out with my pants off or something like that to go change my clothes. Do they have to tell you? I would think that people would be honest about it. We have cameras in the outside of our house. We don't have anything inside.

00:05:40 - 00:05:48 | Speaker 1:

But I'm saying I wouldn't want to rifle through somebody's stuff if I were house-sitting because even if I would think that there were secret cameras, I was being tested.

00:05:50 - 00:06:15 | Speaker 2:

844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. If you've ever house-sat for somebody, did you ever go through their stuff and did you find anything interesting at all? Or has there anybody that has ever house sat for somebody and had like something crazy happen? Because I used to think this with Coach McIntyre because he was such a smart guy. I used to think he has to know that we were having hot tub parties at his house.

00:06:15 - 00:06:16 | Speaker 4:

Oh, yeah.

00:06:16 - 00:06:55 | Speaker 2:

Like there was crazy things. I remember one time putting on his pajamas once too. Why? So now you're going too far. Because I thought it was funny. Like as a joke? That was funny. Like the guy had like these nice pajamas and I'm like walking around. And then when I looked at him... Did you talk like him, too, when he was in his clothes? I know you did. By the way, he was a really great basketball coach. And it was funny because I would have his pajamas on the whole time, and he was kind of like the guy that would yell at you all the time. He was like Tom... Picture I'm house-sitting for Tom Izzo, and picture I'm wearing Tom Izzo's pajamas. How funny is just the visual thought of that? What's going on? Mojo in the morning. Hello. Hi.

00:06:56 - 00:08:39 | Speaker 3:

Hi. Good morning. I have a house sitter story. Yeah, tell me. I had the house sitter. I wasn't the house sitter. I had a house sitter. Okay. So it was one of my best friend's daughters. She was 16 at the time. And my husband and I were going out of town, and we had exterior cameras, nothing interior, and she didn't know about it. I never thought to tell her. And at about 11 o'clock at night, she spent the night at her house. We had two dogs. about 11 o'clock at night. The exterior camera goes off and we're looking and some guy comes up to the door and she lets this boy in and it was like a bad movie. I couldn't stop watching. He's done it about 1230. They went out to my side porch and they're smoking marijuana. Okay. And she's 16 at the time and my husband and i are like we can't shut it off at this point right and then at like 3 a.m she takes off leaves my dogs in the house doesn't show up till like nine o'clock the next morning oh no yeah oh yeah and then when we get home i'm like hey how'd it go last night and she completely lied to our faces oh it was great well i just hung out with the dogs all night watching music. Busted. And I'm like, what time did the dogs get up to go out in the morning? She's like, oh, I let them out about eight. And to this day, she has no idea. Oh, my God. My husband and I sat there for two hours

00:08:39 - 00:08:47 | Speaker 2:

watching. Watching. That's crazy. And she lied the entire time to you. That's amazing. Initial A, your voice disguised. What's up?

00:08:48 - 00:08:52 | Speaker 5:

I housed back for a family member one time.

00:08:52 - 00:09:03 | Speaker 2:

And you said, Sarah, stop for one second. Are you on speaker or something or because or pull it off speaker? Because it's it's cutting in and out.

00:09:03 - 00:09:04 | Speaker 6:

Sorry. There you are.

00:09:04 - 00:09:06 | Speaker 2:

OK, yeah, go ahead. You what'd you do?

00:09:07 - 00:09:14 | Speaker 6:

OK, so I was house sitting for a family member one time and I found adult diapers and I put one on and locked around the house.

00:09:16 - 00:09:19 | Speaker 1:

Why did they have adult diapers? Were they older?

00:09:19 - 00:09:28 | Speaker 6:

I don't know. Really? I have no idea, but it was so funny. I have pictures of me wearing one. It's so funny.

00:09:28 - 00:09:40 | Speaker 2:

By the way, it's such a stupid kind of goofy thing that you did, but the idea that you're walking around trying on their stuff is kind of fun, isn't it? I know it sounds so weird. It sounds weird.

00:09:41 - 00:09:43 | Speaker 6:

It felt like I was invading their privacy.

00:09:44 - 00:09:50 | Speaker 2:

Would you ever, by the way, do it in an adult diaper? Because I always wondered that. Would you want to sit in your own duty?

00:09:51 - 00:09:51 | Speaker 1:

No.

00:09:52 - 00:09:53 | Speaker 2:

I don't know.

00:09:53 - 00:09:55 | Speaker 1:

You've thought about this. I have.

00:09:55 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 2:

I have. Road trips and stuff. What's up, Damien? How you doing?

00:10:00 - 00:10:42 | Speaker 5:

great how are you guys good what's up so we were supposed to water the plants for a bunch of snowbirds as they went down south for the winter and we basically made it our house we partied all the time in there but we ended up having a strobe light one night and the people behind us noticed that the strobe light was going on and they called the cops and they got busted But our friend's car was stuck in the garage when we got busted. So then she couldn't get it for, like, another month because the house ended up getting locked up, and it was horrible.

00:10:42 - 00:10:54 | Speaker 7:

Oh, my God, like impounded because of it. I love that you had strobe lights, and it set the neighbors like, why did the Johnsons have a strobe light going off in there? Ray, this is a great one. Ray, you housed that, and what did you find?

00:10:54 - 00:11:09 | Speaker 4:

yeah we uh house that for my friend's aunt and uh she was a single mom of one and uh she didn't have a boyfriend or husband or anything and we found a suitcase of just gags and ropes and all

00:11:09 - 00:11:18 | Speaker 7:

types of toys and lube and wow the aunt was was a kink huh she had some kinky stuff going on

00:11:18 - 00:11:25 | Speaker 4:

oh yeah she was a coach and everything it was it was pretty great i love it it's so great when you

00:11:25 - 00:11:41 | Speaker 7:

go and you house it for people that are like this is my aunt what's up mark how you doing hi mark what's up dog how you doing buddy i'm good man how are you guys good we're talking about house sitting and if you ever went through their stuff or did something crazy um never went

00:11:41 - 00:12:18 | Speaker 8:

through anybody's stuff but i was house sitting for an aunt and uncle and so i saw something so They had this garage that was not attached. What do you call that? Not attached garage. Yeah. And I saw a guy walking in and out of the garage. I couldn't figure out what was going on. So they'd been out of town for a week or two. So I called the police because they were freaking me out. Turns out there was a guy that had moved into the rafters above their garage. And he was like tapped into their electricity. And he had furniture up there. And he had a bed up there. Oh, so they didn't know. Like it wasn't somebody they were renting. It was a squatter or something.

00:12:18 - 00:12:18 | Speaker 7:

Yeah.

00:12:18 - 00:12:22 | Speaker 8:

No, no, no. They had no idea. Whoa. Shut up.

00:12:22 - 00:12:30 | Speaker 7:

And you were the one that noticed it when you were house-sitting? Say that again? You were the person that noticed it because you were house-sitting for them.

00:12:31 - 00:12:43 | Speaker 8:

I think that he saw them pack up and leave and assumed that they weren't there. That's what my guess was. Wow. I mean, he had a whole setup there. You know, pictures on the walls. It was freaky weird.

00:12:43 - 00:12:49 | Speaker 7:

Did they find out who the guy was? Like, was he just somebody that was driving down the street and saw it?

00:12:49 - 00:12:56 | Speaker 8:

It was just some guy. He had a car. He was parking the car on the street at night. I mean, he was living there.

00:12:56 - 00:13:02 | Speaker 7:

Unreal. You know what they should have done? They should have found out about him first and had him house-hit for him.

00:13:03 - 00:13:04 | Speaker 8:

Right? Absolutely.

00:13:04 - 00:13:06 | Speaker 7:

Or charged him rent or something.

00:13:06 - 00:13:36 | Speaker 6:
