oh i'm still salty by the way i really am i uh no no i'm not i'm not gonna lie to you i actually literally almost uh sent a uh an email to bob pitman yesterday i i and i i haven't talked to bob in forever but i just wanted to i just want to say that i was very very upset by that um what happened on friday and um then i saw jay's pictures which by the way this is no disrespect to jay i I think Jay has every right to cut that ribbon and I would have been gracious, but nobody said anything about it. That's the part that was so crazy was not knowing about it until I watched television and it was like, we're by the way, cutting the ribbon on our new broadcast facility. I'm like, are you effing kidding me? Like we're not even invited to be there and, and watch the whole thing. So I don't know.

Somebody moved into our brand new house that we built before we even got a chance to spend a night in it.

I gave all the analogies to our boss when he called up and he was trying to explain.

Somebody opened our Christmas gifts before we even saw them under the tree. I was thinking of every analogy possible this weekend.

You're killing me. My heart is hurting. Wes gave me those.

Got to give him credit. Oh, did he?

I love Wes. I have to tell you, I feel egotistical to be upset by it. But then every now and again, you got to be egotistical. You got to show some ego. Because here's the deal. People will step on you if you don't have ego. and I think you got to have and I think ego is healthy as long as it's healthy ego but I was upset I was really upset I talked to Woody from the Woody show so Woody's on in LA and I said to Woody let me ask you a question so let me run this by you

I sent him the audio of us he said by the way he goes by the podcast from Friday of when you found out about it which by the way you can go listen to the podcast if you want to it's on our Friday show he said that was hysterical he goes I'm listening to this I can hear your pain but then you guys were just throwing it out there. What did he say? He said, if that happened in LA and Ryan Seacrest wasn't there and he cut it, he says that he knows Ryan would be very upset by that. You know, he said that everybody, the whole, and this is not just me, honestly, Doug Podell should have been there. You know what I mean? I don't know any of the other people that work on the stations. Bushman should have been, you know, like we all should have been there. We all should have been part of this whole thing. And it's not against Jay. Jay was doing his Christmas stuff. It's against the idea that we should have not done that on Friday or we should have all been invited. And somebody had said something to me. They said, well, one of the people in the building here said that you were invited by an email. Are you effing kidding me? First off, that's how we get invited. And I got a show to do. What am I going to do? All right, we're going to give our listeners best of so I can go down and pomp in circumstance a building. I can guarantee you this, when we finally do cut a ribbon on that building, which we are going to cut a ribbon on that building. I'm going to say this to you guys. I don't give a rat's ass if they think we already cut a ribbon. We're cutting another ribbon, and when we cut it, everybody better be there, and I'm not going to be the person cutting the ribbon. All of us are going to be cutting a ribbon. Each person from each of the shows should be there cutting a ribbon. Actually, Colleen should be the one cutting the ribbon. And this is our building. I just want to tell you guys. So, my best friend, Caitlin. she's one of my best friends she talked to you guys on friday and i'm sure you guys remember her

yeah i remember is caitlin uh red the red lobster caitlin yes yeah so i know her for a long time i

worked with her so she's one of my best friends and she's one of the most genuine people i know and i just want to let you guys know like you guys made her day her weekend like she's been in tears all weekend calling me and then like they didn't end up going out to dinner that day and she's like i need to send that money back and i said no you don't like it's a it's a blessing and they did it out of their heart and she just loves you guys we so first off we love her

we actually did facetime with her on on saturday night caitlin oh she called me in tears for those that you guys did that to her for those that didn't hear it on friday that's another thing to listen to the podcast of that was could I tell you something about Caitlin I needed that call at that time because I was so upset I was also kind of buzzed and she called up just to say I was so

upset for you too but you guys I call all the time too so okay how do you get through all the time

but she said she called up and she was talking about her birthday and all she wanted to do is just you know say hello and we wished her happy birthday and she started getting emotional about the fact that we were wishing her happy birthday and then we said to her what is it that you want to do she wants to get together for dinner blah blah blah the whole deal and said that she was looking for something to do for her dinner they were gonna or they were gonna stay at home or something and i'm like you're going out for your dinner so on friday after the show's over with i said to lydia i go lydia make sure that i get caitlin's number because i want to figure out a way to get her the money and i don't want it to be like us yeah just you know giving her a gift card to kroger or something like that so i said um so i said to her i go hey i'm gonna send you something the only thing i knew was i did a an apple pay and sent her an apple pay she starts crying when she saw the apple pay and yeah we i said to her i go take that money go buy yourself your red lobster but also buy yourself something she is probably one of the most genuine people she did not want that and honestly didn't feel like she deserved it and then when we got to

she does not yeah she's such a sweet lady her whole weekend the whole weekend she has always been the sweetest person i know she has never asked for help she's been through so much stuff and she has she has a hard time accepting help from people but she is so well she is the most genuine person like she was excited i brought her to the mojo podcast i'm bringing her to jingle ball oh nice my first single ball too you know because she's going to be moving to texas and stuff like that at the end of the year she didn't tell me that no yeah yeah yeah but she loves you

guys is it good things that she's moving for is she moving for better greener pastures or good

all right yeah just for just to move better but i just wanted to thank you guys because you don't know what you do for people and uh you know she loves you and we love you thank you thank you for being who you are and i know friday was a rough day but you guys are gonna have a great time when you get to your new studio and yeah it's going to be fun friday was a fun show the 20th yeah that

friday was so much fun we had such a good time uh the 20th of november we're moving so we're

moving to the new building on the 20th my 50th birthday is the 22nd so i will be in vegas on

Morning, Mark. What's that? Yeah, Mojo, I just texted in and told you guys, I thought the Friday show was great. I know you're upset about not moving into the new studios, but I think it made for pretty good radio. I laughed genuinely hard on Friday at the radio.

What was the part? Because I listened back. I couldn't listen to the Throwback Throwdown because we can't podcast that. and i want to go back and i want to go back and listen to that podcast uh which is such a bummer for the listeners because legally we can't do the music part of it but we when we were just sitting here and we were drinking i said to chelsea after the show because chelsea called me and she's like i was listening she goes i just want you to know that i was bummed out for you but i just tell you

you guys sounded so good together and it sounded so fun and and and fluid you know and There was a lot of fluid going all down Mojo's face.

Let me tell you, when he was chugging from that bottle, I'm like, you got more on your shirt than you did. Are you drunk? The video that KP put together was great. It's on our Instagram and Facebook and stuff. Seeing all of us. You guys crushed it. Seeing everybody drinking out of the same bottle, it's no doubt that we're all going to have the same diseases.
