My name is Natarika, Terry LaMille, and my major is general education. Some of the obstacles I have overcame at Bishop State is proving that I can show up consistently, even when my life was heavy. There are moments where I still feel overwhelmed by balancing work, leadership, parenting, and school, but Bishop reminded me that I'm capable of growth and not perfection, that I'm supported as long as I'm committed to being a better person than I was yesterday. My peers can depend on me. I'm there being poured into, but some of those students don't know that the faculty and staff are really there for them. Kissing. Do you keep eyes open or eyes closed?

Yeah. Is it weird if I'm kissing somebody and I have my eyes open? No, I'm not saying I'm not staring at you. But I will say, I'm not going to sit up here and lie and say that I'm always eyes closed when I'm kissing. Now, I don't want to sound, you know, I do want to be humble, but I'm a very good kisser, guys. And there are moments where the kissing becomes extremely passionate. And there have been times where the eyelids have opened, they've unlocked, and you kind of just want to see maybe if the other person is as passionate or involved as you are.

But what happens if you open your eyes to go look and see that, and she's looking right at you, too, and you go, oh, Jesus.

I play that game with, like, have you ever played one, two, three, ow, ow, and you open your eyes really big. That's what that reminds me of. I don't know. It's just, like, a dumb game. But I would feel super creeped out if I just happened to, like, open my eyes for two seconds and Wes was just wide-eyed staring back at me.

Now, that did happen, I think, last week. this is the first time I've ever been kissing a woman and when I opened my eyes, she was looking at me and it did feel a bit weird. But at the same time, I'm like, it can't be that weird because my eyes had to be open in order to see her eyes was open. For sure.

Yeah. Okay. Is it, is it creepy if the person that you're kissing opens their eyes and who kisses with their eyes open?

You know what I feel? And now that I'm thinking about this, I, if, if we're just kissing, I will kiss with my eyes closed, but I feel like during sex, sometimes I keep my eyes open.
