So I'm torn about this study you're talking about because there's two angles. Obviously, it all depends on the offense. Because I've seen people, you get ripped off. You deserve to get taken care of, and sometimes you don't. So I understand the frustration and anger that it turns to when you, someone, you know, if, say, for instance, like you said, the airline ruins your whole vacation and they don't give you a refund and this and that. But I also see a lot of customers in today's world feel so empowered, especially by social media, to go after businesses or even workers because they were slightly inconvenienced. And you see someone had bad service. So instead of saying, you know what, I'm never going to go to that restaurant again. They had bad service. They go, I'm going to ruin that business. I'm going to close them. Like even with listeners upset about something we say on the air, it used to be, well, I'll change the channel. I'm not going to listen to them anymore. Now it's I am going to get them canceled and I am going to ruin their lives and I'm going to make sure they're out of work and homeless. You know, it's like, yeah, dude's chill. You had a bad day.
