Mojo in the morning show. Dirty in just a little bit here. Shannon, it's the little things.

00:01:36 - 00:03:23 | Speaker 5:

It is. Every once in a while, you guys, do you feel like life is so busy and you're so go, go, go. And something makes you like stop in your tracks and pause and be grateful for everything that you have. Right. And yesterday I had one of those moments when my sister Jacqueline has two little girls, Stella and Navy. And if you follow me on Instagram, you know I love my nieces so much. They are so dang cute. But Navy, who is two, has a lot of health issues. She has something called MCOPS-12, which is an ultra rare disease that about 40 people in the world, they think, have. It's so crazy to me. but she is blind she can't walk she drinks well she gets all of her liquids through a tube so she man is like the the little thing that could um with all of her you know when with all of her milestones like we celebrate them big and so yesterday my sister jacqueline facetimes me And Navy had and was holding by herself her very first little ice cream cone, you guys. And it was one of these little Trader Joe's ice cream cones. And the joy on this baby's face, eating her first ice cream cone by herself, was absolutely breathtaking. And it just made me stop in all of the busyness and craziness of my day yesterday. and it put the biggest smile on my face. I was in my car in my driveway and I sat there and just watched her eat this thing and enjoy it. And like, it was one of those moments that just made me so grateful.

00:03:23 - 00:03:23 | Speaker 3:

Wow.

00:03:23 - 00:03:34 | Speaker 5:

To not only have her, but to sit back and say, like you said, Mojo, it is the little things that we all take for granted and overlook. Yeah. But I just loved it.

00:03:35 - 00:03:37 | Speaker 3:

Navy brings a lot of joy to your family, doesn't she?

00:03:37 - 00:03:44 | Speaker 5:

Oh my God. she is she is such a gift to us i love her so much yeah your sister and brother-in-law are

00:03:44 - 00:04:10 | Speaker 3:

special people too man yes they are heroes for sure she is such a hero yeah yeah and your first ice cream you know what i mean yep and there's something it's funny because i you know you think about it the the joy of that taste of the first ice cream but the joy also when you said that you know Navy's kind of like trying to learn some things holding it yeah yeah and not giving it

00:04:10 - 00:04:24 | Speaker 5:

back so that's just your daily reminder this doesn't need to be a big topic but this is your daily reminder to maybe just pause at some point today and have gratitude for something that you normally take for granted and it's just a part of your day that's normally rushed or somebody that

00:04:24 - 00:05:17 | Speaker 3:

you see in Pat you know whatever this is interesting because I know we do tell me something good but maybe we do something like uh the little things like sometimes you can have the worst things just happening to you the the world just seems like it's just bad around you and then all of a sudden you have a moment like that happen to you or you see something like i always i fall victim to sitting and watching tiktoks and reels and all that stuff and i'll just watch something if i saw that for the first time i just sit there and cry and then you put a billy eilish song behind it and for some reason it just makes it yeah But it is really, it's, it's so cool. And I think that there's a lot of times we just don't, we don't talk about that enough. You know, you hear, we hear just the complaining and the, the, the, you know, the, the craziness. We don't hear that. We don't hear the Navy stories.

00:05:17 - 00:05:19 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. That's awesome.

00:05:20 - 00:05:38 | Speaker 3:

844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. You put, you actually shared this with us. and i was looking at the uh i was looking at this little picture of her and this this picture right here i don't know the joy i don't know if you can see that if you mind showing that but that
