This is the Bishop Statement at Bishop State Community College. We want you to hear what our students, educators, and business leaders have to say.

00:01:36 - 00:02:21 | Speaker 3:

My name is Patrick Pettway, and I am getting my Associates of Science and General Education with an emphasis in business administration. To me, it was a no-brainer. When you go out here and you're looking for funding to go back to college as a 40-year-old man, I got six people in my household. The extra money just doesn't just grow out of trees. for me to be able to be accepted through FAFSA and to have Bishop State pay for all of my tuition. Not only that, but the curriculums, you know, they make it so easy to understand on their website. Like I said, I'm a 40-year-old man, so I don't use technology too much, but it was very understandable where I needed to go. It was extremely fast. These past two years, things have just moved in a total different type of way. It's like its own moving entity to see things manifest the way that they do.

I am not going to lie, but Kev, Zach, and I all felt really, really sad on Saturday night knowing that the girls all got together for a party over at KP's house. You guys, you had a housewarming party at your new apartment.

00:02:44 - 00:03:02 | Speaker 8:

I did. And her apartment, I told her, I was like, I would move right in. It is gorgeous. Yeah. The apartment building's gorgeous. You decorated your apartment. It looks like it's something out of a magazine. It is so nice.

00:03:02 - 00:03:03 | Speaker 7:

Aw, thanks, guys.

00:03:03 - 00:03:12 | Speaker 8:

It was really fun. Really, really super fun. We got to meet a ton of KP's friends. Everybody brought food. There was wine and a specialty cocktail, and it was really fun.

00:03:12 - 00:03:22 | Speaker 6:

I actually screenshotted the picture of the food because I thought it was just you guys there now that I know that her friends were there, too. Look at the amount. It was like a Thanksgiving feast.

00:03:22 - 00:03:24 | Speaker 8:

Well, everybody brought something.

00:03:24 - 00:03:34 | Speaker 6:

It was, look at this thing. Hold on. What is that? The whole kitchen island is covered in food. There's a big old Caesar salad. Yeah. What are these right here? What are those?

00:03:34 - 00:03:37 | Speaker 7:

Lydia made those chai cookies, gluten-free chai cookies.

00:03:37 - 00:03:38 | Speaker 6:

Oh, man.

00:03:38 - 00:03:39 | Speaker 7:

So yummy. What are these ones right there?

00:03:39 - 00:03:40 | Speaker 6:

What's that one?

00:03:40 - 00:03:42 | Speaker 7:

Gluten-free chocolate chip.

00:03:42 - 00:03:44 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my God. You had all the gluten. What kind of dips we got here?

00:03:44 - 00:03:49 | Speaker 7:

Oh, my God. What dip was that? Gluten-free onion dip and artichoke dip.

00:03:49 - 00:03:54 | Speaker 6:

Everything was gluten-free? Hell yeah. This is so nice. Hold on. What is that on your, is it flowers?

00:03:54 - 00:03:58 | Speaker 8:

back there you are the you are the person that zooms in all the stuff in the background you

00:03:58 - 00:04:09 | Speaker 6:

creep oh my gosh i did i zoomed and then wait till you see the bed picture you guys are in bed i was like trying to see what kp's room looked like uh real cute room kp not by the way nice

00:04:09 - 00:04:24 | Speaker 7:

apartment huh it's gorgeous yeah i love it i'm still looking for a roommate so you do want a roommate i do yeah um i've had a couple people do like some interviews but i'm i'm still waiting on the right person, so we'll see what happens. So this is a

00:04:24 - 00:04:29 | Speaker 6:

did people bring just more than food? Like did anybody bring you like decorative things or

00:04:29 - 00:04:38 | Speaker 7:

an Ikea gift card? I told them no gifts at all. I do not need anything. I want their presents, not presents. And yeah. Although you

00:04:38 - 00:04:41 | Speaker 6:

got the biggest gift of them all from Shannon I understand when you were there. Oh my god.

00:04:42 - 00:04:47 | Speaker 8:

I honestly am still feeling the effects of the embarrassment this morning from this. I cannot

00:04:47 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 7:

stop laughing. Even now So I, one of my really good friends actually is getting married and she asked me to shoot her boudoir photos, which I thought was so special.

00:05:00 - 00:05:32 | Speaker 1:

special and that you know she feels comfortable enough to ask me to take such intimate photos and it's kind of funny because i know her her hub or future hubby is a friend of mine to think that i'm shooting photos that he may be looking at an ad in the future is kind of funny but so she asked me and i'm like what what did the what is it supposed to look like is it supposed to be like really really sexy like like almost like uh inappropriate nudes like are you going to be doing stuff and and i'm like shannon you've done this before so what do you what should i do how

00:05:32 - 00:06:09 | Speaker 2:

should i pose her yeah and i was like oh like i mean all of us girls on this show are very close i'm like i will just show you so you can get an idea because the ones that i took for wes as a wedding gift they're not i mean you both have seen them they're not like raunchy i think they're very classy and very pretty and i'm like if that's the avenue you're going let me show you mine well i have them on a link in my email but i couldn't find that email so i was like oh i have a few in my hidden folder on my um phone so i'm holding my phone and i'm scrolling really fast and just showing kp like i took a bunch in my kitchen here's some right here i scrolled a little bit

00:06:09 - 00:06:42 | Speaker 3:

too far to the right and there was a naked photo that wes had sent me and i just started screaming how naked of a photo 100 naked not even sex you must have very big penis i'm not a part of that conversation and i just hear a screech and i thought you had been stabbed i thought there was a murderer hiding in kp's closet like i did not know what was going on because you screamed Wow, penis so big. I was like, I am so sorry.

00:06:42 - 00:06:48 | Speaker 4:

Wait, so KP, you saw Wes's penis.

00:06:48 - 00:06:53 | Speaker 1:

I did not see his penis. He was covering it with his hand. But I saw everything else.

00:06:53 - 00:06:59 | Speaker 4:

You did not see the... Yes, but he did not see the... What did you see? What exactly did you see?

00:06:59 - 00:07:03 | Speaker 1:

Can I describe? No, I'm not going to describe it. It was just a mirror selfie. Yeah.

00:07:03 - 00:07:04 | Speaker 4:

Really?

00:07:04 - 00:07:05 | Speaker 1:

Yes, yeah.

00:07:05 - 00:07:06 | Speaker 4:

Tell us more.

00:07:06 - 00:07:08 | Speaker 1:

No, I'm not doing this. Come on.

00:07:08 - 00:07:20 | Speaker 2:

No, that is weird. So big penis. These men have a very big penis. Because I very quickly yanked my phone away from her and was like, oh, my God.

00:07:20 - 00:07:34 | Speaker 4:

What do you do in a case of this? What do you do if somebody is showing you a picture and you see their significant other's privates, whether it be their penis or the vagina? Does it become?

00:07:34 - 00:07:35 | Speaker 3:

I'm taking those pics.

00:07:35 - 00:07:51 | Speaker 4:

Does it, well, there's women that send mirror selfies of themselves. Shannon, look at Shannon over there. She just nodded her head and said yes. Hold on. What do you do if you see this? Do you say something to them? Do you tell your spouse this? Like, did you immediately tell Wes?

00:07:52 - 00:08:05 | Speaker 2:

I told Wes, I can't remember if I told him that night or if I told him yesterday. I did tell him, though, because I'm like, Houston, we have a, no, I think I did tell him Saturday night. I'm like, I just want to tell you something that happened because I'm sure you're going to hear about it at some point. and I explained.

00:08:05 - 00:08:10 | Speaker 4:

What did he say? Was he embarrassed or did he kind of like say, oh, this is kind of nice?

00:08:10 - 00:08:13 | Speaker 2:

I can't even remember how he reacted.

00:08:13 - 00:08:15 | Speaker 4:

Wes is on. Lydia called Wes. Wes, are you there?

00:08:16 - 00:08:17 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I'm here. How are you guys doing?

00:08:17 - 00:08:21 | Speaker 4:

Hold on. Wes, you're just going to talk to KP right now. All the rest of us are going to shut our microphones off.

00:08:22 - 00:08:27 | Speaker 1:

Hey, Wes. Hey, KP. You're a very good poser.

00:08:28 - 00:08:33 | Speaker 2:

KP. Thank God that, like, it was, that, yeah.

00:08:33 - 00:08:39 | Speaker 4:

KP, Hey, I pulled out my pen and my pad. I'm going to sketch him. Describe this man that you saw.

00:08:39 - 00:08:41 | Unknown:

Describe him. No.

00:08:42 - 00:08:44 | Speaker 1:

I'm not doing this. Show us with your hands.

00:08:45 - 00:08:48 | Speaker 4:

I think, hold on. Do I have it right here? Does that look like him right there?

00:08:49 - 00:08:50 | Speaker 3:

Tell me when to stop.

00:08:50 - 00:08:53 | Speaker 2:

Were you the kid in second grade that drew penises all over his folders?

00:08:53 - 00:08:56 | Speaker 4:

I think I have him right now. Is this the man that you saw?

00:08:56 - 00:08:58 | Speaker 1:

Yes. It's actually identical.

00:08:58 - 00:08:59 | Speaker 4:

That is the man?

00:08:59 - 00:09:02 | Speaker 2:

Wes, in this photo, your penis is as big as your head.

00:09:02 - 00:09:26 | Speaker 4:

great i didn't cover myself with one hand i covered myself with a shoe box yeah yeah how big are your hands i want to know if you can completely cover yourself up is it both hands and so uh so wes how do you feel do you feel violated right now knowing that shannon accidentally did this yeah well and i accidentally sent hers to my friends i don't

00:09:26 - 00:09:31 | Speaker 2:

know how that happened oh my god yeah actually i don't know i kind of like those photos

00:09:31 - 00:09:34 | Speaker 1:

It doesn't really, really hide.

00:09:34 - 00:09:58 | Speaker 4:

I have to be honest that this would be very embarrassing if I was the person that saw my friend's significant other. And I don't know if I would be able to look them in the eye the next time that I saw them, you know? Well done, well done. It would be tough. Like, I would be, like, looking right over their head or looking at their shoes and then looking up and seeing their jeans. I don't know.

00:09:58 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 1:

I feel like I have a special place in this.

00:10:00 - 00:10:05 | Speaker 5:

relationship now i feel like i may look you both in the eyes yes welcome your new sister wife

00:10:05 - 00:10:09 | Speaker 4:

we're having a great one-on-one chat at the godfrey and i don't think that's going to happen

00:10:09 - 00:10:22 | Speaker 1:

next time wes uh kp looks up to shannon in more ways than one i think that shannon is kind of you know maybe goals for her are they still goals for you uh kp after you saw this man's privates

00:10:23 - 00:10:24 | Speaker 4:

Well, she looked down to me.

00:10:26 - 00:10:27 | Speaker 1:

That is true.

00:10:28 - 00:10:33 | Speaker 4:

I mean, I still admire Shannon. Nothing about my opinion of Shannon has changed.

00:10:33 - 00:10:36 | Speaker 1:

Do you admire her man, too, like after you see something like that?

00:10:38 - 00:10:38 | Speaker 5:

Sure.

00:10:38 - 00:10:39 | Speaker 1:

Okay.

00:10:39 - 00:10:41 | Speaker 5:

What would you like me to say?

00:10:41 - 00:10:42 | Speaker 1:

No, I don't know what you want to say.

00:10:42 - 00:10:47 | Speaker 5:

Mr. West is very hot because I feel like that is what I should be referring to him as. Question for you.

00:10:48 - 00:10:55 | Speaker 1:

Quick question for you. He does have prematurely gray hair on his head. Does he also have it on his private parts, too?

00:10:55 - 00:10:57 | Speaker 5:

I don't know. I didn't look at it that long.

00:10:57 - 00:11:10 | Speaker 3:

It literally happened so fast. It was a licker. Dude, my brain would scan that and keep that in a bag for forever. Are you kidding? I would know every detail. I couldn't tell you what I did yesterday, but I would be able to tell you every mole, every freckle.

00:11:10 - 00:11:22 | Speaker 1:

Would you send it to yourself? Would you say, hold on, Shannon. I'm going to text this to myself. That's what I would do. So I would get Wes's picture and I would say, we need this one. This one's going on our website somewhere.

00:11:22 - 00:11:38 | Speaker 2:

But you know what it reminded me of is there are so many times when we take pictures with people and they're going to show us a photo from like, hey, I was at your rooftop party at the Madison in 2016 and they are scrolling back and all I see is boobs. And I'm like, oh my God.

00:11:38 - 00:11:40 | Speaker 4:

I don't even realize that we can see.

00:11:40 - 00:11:59 | Speaker 1:

Can I tell you something? I had a woman that came up to me at one of our events that was like years ago. It was one of the CD signings that we did or, you know, back in the day, like the phone scan things. And this woman was scrolling through pictures to show me a picture of her child and how the child had grown up over the last five years.

00:11:59 - 00:11:59 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

00:11:59 - 00:12:05 | Speaker 1:

And all I see is literally the biggest boil on this woman's butthole.

00:12:05 - 00:12:07 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God.

00:12:07 - 00:12:25 | Speaker 1:

She was taking a picture, she says, to show her doctor. and I'm thinking that poor doctor doesn't see that Boyle the same way at all. I wonder how many times this happens. It was, oh, God, it was, I don't know who was better looking, the kid or the Boyle, but to be honest with you.

00:12:25 - 00:12:30 | Speaker 5:

Let me just say my opinion of short men has changed. Maybe I should try to be short men.

00:12:32 - 00:12:35 | Speaker 1:

He's not short in every place, huh? Is that what we're saying?

00:12:36 - 00:12:40 | Speaker 2:

Poor Wes. He's like, why did I sign up? I love my life. You should be so scary. Why? Yeah.

00:12:40 - 00:12:49 | Speaker 1:

By the way, there have been moments where your kids get embarrassed. We talked at our podcast about this. This won't be one of those moments. This is a proud moment with their dad having a large penis.

00:12:50 - 00:13:00 | Speaker 4:

You're darn right. Do you miss your privacy, Wes? I do. But Megan, check your phone. I'm just kidding. Oh, my God.

00:13:02 - 00:13:06 | Speaker 3:

Hey, that's not fair. No, I just want Shannon's pick.

00:13:07 - 00:13:08 | Speaker 1:

Lydia, would you want to see it, honestly?

00:13:09 - 00:13:10 | Speaker 3:

No, no, please.

00:13:10 - 00:13:32 | Speaker 1:

I like what we got. By the way, when I get a text message now from Wes, I'm going to have to sit there and hold it. You know how you always see the first couple words on the text message? If it's got an image, I'm going to go, oh, he's messing with me. Alright, well, we'll talk to you later, okay? My favorite. I love you.

00:13:33 - 00:13:35 | Speaker 4:

You're outnumbered, bud. I know.

00:13:35 - 00:13:51 | Speaker 1:

Where's Kevin at? Where would Kevin... Let me ask a question from Kevin. Does he got a big old giant schnauzer. What does he say? What does Kevin say? Somebody just goes, Mojo makes everything so awkward. And Shannon showing the picture by accident doesn't make it awkward?

00:13:51 - 00:13:53 | Speaker 4:

It was. Yeah, there you go, Mojo.

00:13:53 - 00:13:59 | Speaker 1:

You tell her. Yeah, I know. By the way, I think it was pre-planned. I think she was showing off. You know what's kind of like when

00:13:59 - 00:14:02 | Speaker 2:

you get a new outfit? I promise you, it was not.

00:14:02 - 00:14:32 | Speaker 1:

You get a new outfit and you want to show it off to everybody? This is kind of her way of showing off a new outfit. um has has anybody ever this is a good question has anybody ever mistakenly sent theirs to somebody because we've had the mistaken text message stories before but has it ever been mistakenly sent the the d pic or the t pics or the v pics somebody accidentally sent me a snapchat

00:14:32 - 00:14:50 | Speaker 5:

of them doing something and i didn't even know that person but they i had them on snapchat i think it was like a friend's brother's friend. They sent them masturbating? Yes and I was like oh and I literally just I didn't reply and he messaged back sorry. But even if I love you more than

00:14:50 - 00:14:55 | Speaker 3:

anybody else on the planet I don't want that video either. Why are you videotaping yourself

00:14:55 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 5:

masturbating? He probably meant to send it to somebody else and then he sent it to me.

00:15:00 - 00:15:16 | Speaker 8:

To me, that just seems very, I don't know, bad. That's a bad thing waiting to happen if you're somebody that videotapes. I picture me doing that, and I honestly don't want to ever picture it.

00:15:16 - 00:15:17 | Speaker 6:

I don't want to picture you doing that.

00:15:17 - 00:15:24 | Speaker 8:

I don't know. I don't want to picture me doing it either. I think that it's probably an awkward situation. It's a very bad situation.

00:15:24 - 00:15:30 | Speaker 2:

Maybe he was sending it to me because he thought that maybe it would start something. Oh, God. But that's such a weird thing. That is weird.

00:15:31 - 00:15:37 | Speaker 8:

That actually is probably more of the case. When guys do that and then they go, oh, sorry, I did this. How close of a person was this to you?

00:15:37 - 00:15:45 | Speaker 2:

Not close at all. Like I'm saying, it was my friend's brother's friend. So I knew him because he played hockey with my friend's brother.

00:15:45 - 00:15:49 | Speaker 8:

Oh, this guy was definitely, that was a pickup line, wasn't it?

00:15:49 - 00:15:53 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, well, don't send me your junk, please. That's not a way to pick me up.

00:15:54 - 00:16:04 | Speaker 6:

Let me rank it. It goes, I don't want any D-picks, is top. Then I guess if you're going to send something, a D-pick. And then a video. Nobody wants the video. Nobody.

00:16:05 - 00:16:11 | Speaker 8:

No, that's awful. All right. That picture of the food, though. I'm going back to the food.

00:16:13 - 00:16:39 | Speaker 5:
