This is the Bishop Statement at Bishop State Community College. We want you to hear what our students, educators, and business leaders have to say.

00:00:53 - 00:01:38 | Speaker 4:

I would say Bishop State's like a home for people. It may not be like a four-year where you have a dorm, you have a roommate, We have a rec center, but it's still a place you can go meet new people, classmates, put in the hallway, make friends with advisors on all these teachers and everything like that. It's just a place you can feel like yourself and not try to be that you don't want to be. With this program, I learned networking a lot. We've had two dinners with heads of different companies dealing with shipping or even game design builds, dealing with AutoCAD or 3D modeling. So really being able to meet new people or meet heads of new people has been really helpful. I don't come from a wealthy family, so four years were kind of not out the picture, but less probable for me to go to. Bishop State, with my scholarship, it cut my price in half and made it way easier for me to go to school for the same 12 credits I would go for a four-year.

00:01:38 - 00:01:45 | Speaker 3:

Mojo in the morning. You can't do that, Kevin. Hold on a second. We're going to see if the listeners think that what Kevin did was wrong. So you're on the phone with Melinda?

00:02:10 - 00:02:12 | Speaker 9:

Yes, my sister. What up, Lynn? Linda LeBeau.

00:02:13 - 00:02:21 | Speaker 8:

So you're on the phone with your sister. And while you're on the phone with your sister, you're sitting on, as my aunt used to call it, the toilet.

00:02:22 - 00:02:54 | Speaker 9:

I'm taking a dump. A fire one, too. Okay, you don't have to get the scripted. After I eat salad, it's going on. That doesn't happen. FaceTime, yeah. You're on FaceTime on the toilet. But look, that's not why she mad, though, because Lynn knows that this is how I get down. Everybody knows. My grandma even knows how I get down. By the way, you're no different than that War of the Roses where the guy's FaceTiming his sister. You're FaceTiming duty-ing. And I'm not sleeping with her. Okay. So I'm FaceTiming her. Why did you just show me? Did you just spill something? I think I got it all over mine.

00:02:54 - 00:02:56 | Speaker 8:

I got dog. That's crazy.

00:02:56 - 00:02:58 | Speaker 7:

That's the reason why we're not allowed to have liquids in the studio.

00:02:59 - 00:03:38 | Speaker 9:

So I'm on the toilet, the turlet, like your aunt says, and FaceTime with Melinda. And again, she knows this is where I'm at. She can tell by, you know, the background and the position of the phone. She's not mad at that. She gets mad when I reach over with my right hand on my little counter by the sink, and I bring over a tall glass of ice cold cranberry juice mixed with my favorite vodka. No. And she's like, are you drinking right now? I'm like, yeah. She's like, on the toilet? I'm like, yeah. She's like, that is disgusting. Do you know about the poop particles that she started Googling? That's cat, bro. I can drink while I'm taking a doo-doo?

00:03:39 - 00:03:43 | Speaker 7:

No. It's so gross. First of all, were you on the toilet when she called?

00:03:44 - 00:03:49 | Speaker 9:

Yeah, no. I think I was in the kitchen And I'm like, you know, by the time we got to that point, I had to boo-boo.

00:03:50 - 00:03:54 | Speaker 7:

The fact that you didn't even turn the camera off is so freaking rude.

00:03:54 - 00:03:56 | Speaker 9:

Why would I stop the conversation?

00:03:56 - 00:03:59 | Speaker 7:

Because you don't have to. You can just turn the camera off.

00:04:00 - 00:04:00 | Speaker 9:

No, no.

00:04:00 - 00:04:32 | Speaker 6:

I'd answer my FaceTime if you FaceTimed me and I was pooping. You would actually? First, there are so many issues I have with this topic. Should we start from the top? Let's go. Stop pooping on FaceTime. Very few people would I do that for. You. Thank you. I love you, Joe and Kev. I wouldn't do it for you. That's different with boys. I love you. Don't ever pick up a FaceTime. My dad answered a FaceTime for me the other day. I go, Dad, are you in the bathroom? And I go, he goes, yeah. I go, are you pooping? And he's like, yeah, I thought it was an emergency. Did you see? I actually took a screenshot. It was so funny.

00:04:33 - 00:04:39 | Speaker 7:

Stop going to the bathroom on FaceTime. Stop doing it. Turn the camera off. Stack the ball. Stop eating in the bathroom. That's so disgusting.

00:04:39 - 00:04:40 | Speaker 6:

What is wrong with that?

00:04:41 - 00:04:43 | Speaker 7:

Poop is in that room everywhere.

00:04:43 - 00:04:55 | Speaker 6:

So, Kev, I have done it many, many times as well. So I would be a hypocrite if I said, ew. But I have tried to not do it anymore because I feel like it is kind of nasty. But I mean, like, where is this? But I've done it many times.

00:04:56 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 9:

I'm not, like, doodling and then getting off the toilet and letting the fumes.

00:05:00 - 00:05:07 | Speaker 4:

spill out but they do even if i if i'm sitting on the toilet like actively the more i think about

00:05:07 - 00:05:19 | Speaker 1:

it as that as i just said that i when i'm getting ready in the morning before i come in here i make i the first thing i do i get up i let the dogs out downstairs i make a coffee and i bring the coffee back upstairs into the bathroom with me to have when i'm getting ready so what's the

00:05:19 - 00:05:26 | Speaker 2:

difference that's gross too when you flush that toilet it just flings your poop everywhere you

00:05:26 - 00:05:28 | Speaker 4:

No, shut the toilet seat before you flush.

00:05:28 - 00:05:46 | Speaker 2:

It still gets places. How? If the toilet seat is closed. What is it called? Helmetically sealed? It's not like sealed off completely. There are poop particles getting out. Guess what? There are poop particles in this studio right now. I know there are. It grosses me out, but like that, it's got to be more highly concentrated in the poop place.

00:05:46 - 00:06:05 | Speaker 3:

I think we have to pull this together because there's two things that he did wrong. Number one is he FaceTimes with his sister and has to pull his pants down when his sister's on the phone. She doesn't see that. And he's on the toilet doing it. Number two is him drinking on the toilet. So I think both of those are things to discuss here right now.

00:06:05 - 00:06:07 | Speaker 4:

You think I'm wrong for drinking while I'm doodling?

00:06:08 - 00:06:35 | Speaker 3:

First off, I don't understand why you're putting stuff in while you're pushing stuff out. Why can't you just get them both done? I thought you would be on my side. Listen, I one time got called out for eating when I was on, finishing eating. And they said that's a sign of being a fat guy. I've done that too. Maybe you're now. Maybe this is you. I'm not judging, but what's the size waist right now? What do I say? About 36. Is it really? Okay. Yeah, for sure. Rachel, what's going on? How you doing?

00:06:37 - 00:06:37 | Speaker 2:

Hi.

00:06:37 - 00:06:39 | Speaker 3:

Rachel, what do you think of this?

00:06:40 - 00:06:47 | Speaker 2:

I texted in. I'm like, so Kevin will do all these things in the bathroom, but he still won't eat from Megan's house?

00:06:48 - 00:06:50 | Speaker 4:

Listen, I've tried.

00:06:50 - 00:06:52 | Speaker 1:

Oh, she brought in cookies today, too. I'm trying to.

00:06:52 - 00:06:59 | Speaker 4:

Listen, I've tried to taste Megan cookies. She's like, she's so mad for some reason that she won't allow me to anymore.

00:06:59 - 00:07:05 | Speaker 2:

For some reason, like you didn't on multiple occasions say, you're dirty. I'm not going to eat from your kitchen.

00:07:05 - 00:07:06 | Speaker 4:

I never said you were dirty.

00:07:06 - 00:07:14 | Speaker 2:

Yes, you did. You said, I don't eat from people's kitchens because they're dirty. And then you said, when I brought up cookies multiple times, no thanks.

00:07:15 - 00:07:24 | Speaker 3:

Thank you, Rachel, for reminding us of that. That is true, by the way. You got to be more softer, Megan. No. Anthony. What's up, Anthony? What do you think?

00:07:24 - 00:07:26 | Speaker 5:

F them cookies then.

00:07:26 - 00:07:27 | Speaker 3:

You're on with Kevin here. What's up?

00:07:28 - 00:07:51 | Speaker 5:

Hey, Kevin. No, no, no. All up, all up. But I wanted to say, I'm pretty sure you were on the toilet when that phone call came through because you were pretty quick from yes to no there. But at the same time, the same time, the same time, like in the bathroom with the drink is different than taking a number two drink. That's crazy, dude. Like, that's crazy. Bruh, so if I'm sitting on it.

00:07:51 - 00:08:14 | Speaker 4:

So look, I'm in the kitchen. I don't know. I probably was air frying some chicken breast that I just seasoned to perfection. I pour me a little drink because I'm vibing. Me and my sister, we talk on the phone for hours. In two hours span, I might have to boo-boo. So I take my drink. I go upstairs. I sit on the toilet, spread the legs, do my little one, twos, and threes, and I get thirsty. I take a sip. What's wrong with that?

00:08:14 - 00:08:24 | Speaker 3:

He's hydrating himself. You know what he needs, by the way, Anthony? He needs that kid that's on the sideline or that person that's on the sideline that hands the Gatorade bottle to the player. squirts it in their mouth coming out during time

00:08:24 - 00:08:58 | Speaker 5:

you guys are fooled squirt it right in the mouth I love that this is my first time calling you guys Anthony I don't know if you guys remember though real quick my mom called me one time I was in college you guys woke me up and she wanted to know what that Drake song what that phrase was and Shannon told her on the sax I was like, what are you guys talking about? I forgot the word now. I don't know if you remember that. Her name is Lisa.

00:08:58 - 00:09:07 | Speaker 3:

Well, hello to your mother. Tell your mom that we say hello to her, okay? I appreciate that you're listening to the show. What's up, Jason? How you doing? Pretty good.

00:09:08 - 00:09:08 | Speaker 5:

How are you?

00:09:08 - 00:09:09 | Speaker 3:

Good. What's up?

00:09:10 - 00:09:15 | Speaker 5:

Hey, Megan, you're mad at him about drinking on the toilet. Where do you keep your toothbrush at?

00:09:15 - 00:09:32 | Speaker 2:

So I'm very, this is funny, all puns intended, ain't all about this. When I brush my teeth, I grab it out of a cabinet. So it's like inside of a cabinet that closes to try to protect it as much as possible. Because it's so gross to me.

00:09:32 - 00:09:36 | Speaker 3:

How about everybody else on the show that's saying it's nasty? Mine's on the counter, Todd.

00:09:36 - 00:09:39 | Speaker 4:

Oh, no. And what about y'all washcloths?

00:09:40 - 00:09:43 | Speaker 3:

Well, I have a washcloth that's hanging from a towel thing.

00:09:43 - 00:09:45 | Speaker 4:

Every morning, you go in the closet and get in the washcloth?

00:09:46 - 00:09:50 | Speaker 1:

I don't use a washcloth every time I shower. I have a loofah. I have a barso.

00:09:50 - 00:09:53 | Speaker 3:

There's a difference, Jason and Kevin.

00:09:53 - 00:09:54 | Speaker 5:

Man, it sounds like you're all a little bit nasty.

00:09:54 - 00:10:03 | Speaker 3:

Jason and Kevin, there's a difference between having a toothbrush that is right there. and sitting there and blatantly eating and drinking on the thing.

00:10:03 - 00:10:05 | Speaker 2:

Yes. Y'all are crazy.

00:10:05 - 00:10:06 | Speaker 3:

I mean, that's craziness.

00:10:06 - 00:10:12 | Speaker 2:

I can't sit while I'm on the toilet. How long do these doodles be? You're really getting out of the way. I don't push.

00:10:12 - 00:10:14 | Speaker 3:

Hey, wait a minute. Hold on. Listen to this.

00:10:14 - 00:10:14 | Speaker 4:

It's a suction.

00:10:15 - 00:10:16 | Speaker 3:

Jodi.

00:10:16 - 00:10:17 | Speaker 4:

Your blood pool's in your butt.

00:10:18 - 00:10:18 | Speaker 3:

Jodi, are you there?

00:10:19 - 00:10:21 | Speaker 4:

We got to discuss this. Good morning. First time, long time.

00:10:21 - 00:10:22 | Speaker 6:

Hey, Jodi.

00:10:24 - 00:10:26 | Speaker 3:

Jodi wants to call out her sister.

00:10:26 - 00:10:34 | Speaker 6:

I have been a listener since I was, shit, 21. Hold on, hold on, hold on.

00:10:35 - 00:10:35 | Speaker 3:

We're talking about happening.

00:10:35 - 00:10:39 | Speaker 7:

Okay, if you've been a listener that long, you know you can't say that word.

00:10:39 - 00:10:47 | Speaker 3:

You can't swear. But real quick, that's wonderful that you've been listening for as long as you've been listening. We appreciate it. I'm at poop. Now, thank you.

00:10:47 - 00:10:47 | Speaker 6:

I'm at poop.

00:10:47 - 00:10:50 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, she's, okay. All right, so call out your sister.

00:10:50 - 00:11:03 | Speaker 6:

Okay, my sister will call me, and she will have her laptop tray, like a tray tray, with her food from dinner and her laptop.

00:11:05 - 00:11:08 | Speaker 3:

And what's her laptop tray there for?

00:11:09 - 00:11:10 | Speaker 6:

She's working.

00:11:10 - 00:11:15 | Speaker 3:

She's got her food from dinner on the laptop tray while she's sitting on the toilet eating?

00:11:16 - 00:11:18 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, it's like a food tray.

00:11:18 - 00:11:25 | Speaker 3:

Oh, my God. She's got a TV tray. or whatever sitting there yes yes like a like what kind of food are we talking about like what's

00:11:25 - 00:11:31 | Speaker 6:

she eating like uh like dinner dinner oh my god whatever it doesn't matter that now i'm like now

00:11:31 - 00:11:45 | Speaker 3:

that's wrong that's blatantly wrong you'll admit to right everywhere what you'll admit that you shouldn't be eating a full dinner on the toilet listen man oh no but she's got to go and she's got things to do what's your sister's uh first name and what city is she from um

00:11:45 - 00:11:53 | Speaker 6:

well they both do it and i am not calling them out because they will they'll kill you exactly

00:11:53 - 00:12:00 | Speaker 3:

i get it all right uh what's up jennifer how you doing hey good morning guys good morning what's

00:12:00 - 00:12:31 | Speaker 5:

going on so uh we were in middle school at the time but we had just got home from school and my brother ran to the bathroom to take a dump and he while he was in there he was like Jen, Jen, and I thought he needed like toilet paper or something, but he was like, can you hand me this Snickers that's on the kitchen table? And I handed it to him and he ate it while he was taking a dump.

00:12:32 - 00:12:49 | Speaker 3:

Isn't that crazy though that you and your brother and then Kev and his sister had your pants down around ankles and you guys are so easy to be around your siblings. I don't do this in front of my my sisters have never seen me with my pants down yeah she's not she doesn't see

00:12:49 - 00:12:55 | Speaker 2:

below the face it's so weird the face is still anything to see your face while knowing that

00:12:55 - 00:13:00 | Speaker 4:

poop is coming out of you is so weird you're holding it in while you're actually on the phone

00:13:00 - 00:13:04 | Speaker 2:

hell no and i want you to know let it flush you can hear it in everything the one time i was on

00:13:04 - 00:13:09 | Speaker 4:

the phone with my brother on facetime he went to the bathroom i hung up call me back when you're

00:13:09 - 00:13:17 | Speaker 3:

Nope. DJ, you there, DJ? You don't get off. Yeah, I'm here. What up, guys? What's going on, DJ? What do you eat on the toilet?

00:13:18 - 00:13:38 | Speaker 1:

So in the morning, if I'm, like, running late, if I hit the snooze button too many times or whatever, you know, now I'm, you know, short on time, I'll have my breakfast or whatever, you know, while I'm having my morning ritual. It's party time. Oh, my God. Two bars, one toast. It's usually only, like, a bowl of cereal or something or, like, I don't know, like a breakfast sandwich or something.

00:13:38 - 00:13:39 | Speaker 4:

Can I ask you a question?

00:13:40 - 00:13:42 | Speaker 1:

I'll make sure it's gone before I flush, too.

00:13:42 - 00:13:44 | Speaker 4:

Would you eat in a port-a-potty?

00:13:46 - 00:13:52 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, that's other people's poop, though. That's not different. No, that's not different at all.

00:13:53 - 00:13:54 | Speaker 4:

It's still poop in a bowl, guys.

00:13:55 - 00:14:00 | Speaker 1:

I won't even poop in a port-a-potty. I hate touching port-a-potties. And I need to say this, please.

00:14:01 - 00:14:06 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, when's the last time you cleaned your toilet, though? I guarantee you, you haven't cleaned your toilet.

00:14:06 - 00:14:10 | Speaker 1:

I cleaned my toilet two days ago. Every Sunday, I clean up my place. You're so full of it.

00:14:11 - 00:14:14 | Speaker 4:

But on Friday, when you're eating on the toilet, it's been five days.

00:14:14 - 00:14:14 | Speaker 1:

Yeah.

00:14:20 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 7:
