All right, it's Mojo in the morning show. Yesterday was Mother's Day, and Kevin proves again he is the worst son ever. That's not true. Where is Kev's mom at this morning? Do you know that this guy chose to not be with his mom? That's not true. To go to a concert.

00:01:33 - 00:01:35 | Speaker 1:

You didn't see your mom at all yesterday?

00:01:35 - 00:02:23 | Speaker 5:

Shannon, let's have a conversation. Okay. Let's leave him out of this conversation. We provide honesty in our conversations. Mojo's not the most honest guy, but he's on Painkiller, so I'm not going to judge him. So my mom spent the night Saturday. So it started Saturday evening. She came over, got some great rest, watched a great movie, woke up in the morning. I provided breakfast, a little wheat toast, a little scrambled eggs, a little bacon. Took her home to get ready for church. Took her to church. This is sounding great. Yeah, it is. My mom loves the water. Took her to Belle Isle. Not before we stopped at Sweetwater. Got some chicken and some wings. Grabbed a little Arizona to wash it down. Watched the water. Came home. She was asleep. She was tired. And then I decided to go see Big Sean.

00:02:24 - 00:02:31 | Speaker 4:

At what point did you leave your mom to go see Big Sean? It was 8 p.m. at that point.

00:02:31 - 00:02:43 | Speaker 5:

Oh, you're fine. You feel me? I felt like I did my due diligence as an amazing child celebrating his amazing mom. At that point, you can leave, right, at 8 p.m.? The night's over. That's acceptable.

00:02:44 - 00:02:46 | Speaker 1:

Because it was 24 hours at that point.

00:02:46 - 00:02:47 | Speaker 4:

I don't know. That's a lot of time.

00:02:48 - 00:02:50 | Speaker 1:

I did a lot. Your mom was probably sick of you.

00:02:51 - 00:02:55 | Speaker 5:

You couldn't even spend dinner with her? You couldn't even? I made her a chicken salad before I left.

00:02:55 - 00:02:58 | Speaker 4:

And then did you quickly say, Mom, take that home with you?

00:02:58 - 00:03:00 | Speaker 5:

No, she stayed again. She's right there right now. Really?

00:03:01 - 00:03:09 | Speaker 3:

What's up, players? This is Big Sean, and Mojo in the Morning is right here on Channel 955. So wake your ass up with my dog, Mojo.

00:03:09 - 00:03:15 | Speaker 4:

I bet you Sean wouldn't do a concert, although he did do a concert on Mother's Day. On Mother's Day. I bet his mom was there with him. Why didn't you take your mom with?

00:03:15 - 00:03:17 | Speaker 5:

Nah, I'm not trying to live that type of life.

00:03:17 - 00:03:41 | Speaker 4:

All right, quick question for you. Who did less for their mom than Kev did? I want to know if there's any bad kids out there right now. Is it bad, though, that you plan something on Mother's Day or Mother's Day weekend? Like, I think that's the one weekend, you know, it's your mom. She gave you birth. Father's Day is one thing. Like, your dad, obviously, he gave up his sperm. That's all he did. He didn't carry you.

00:03:41 - 00:03:41 | Speaker 5:

What do you mean that's all he did?

00:03:42 - 00:03:54 | Speaker 4:

Dads are great. I'm a dad. But I ain't a mom. I didn't give you life, you know? you should not you should not be not there with your mom the entire day can i tell you what is

00:03:54 - 00:04:24 | Speaker 1:

so tough about mother's day though for moms of i would say maybe younger kids is the sports schedule doesn't stop so all of my friends yesterday we were all and we skipped a few things just because my sister hosted myself and my mom and our mom for a brunch so we skipped a few games in the morning but all of my mom friends were all on the lacrosse field the football field the baseball field in hockey arenas all day yesterday i will tell you i saw you that you

00:04:24 - 00:04:36 | Speaker 4:

had a picture of you sitting out there i'm thinking to myself that coach is an a-hole because luke played for coaches that would cancel mother's day games we would for we forfeited mother's day games because he wouldn't do mother's day well like i said the first part of the day i

00:04:36 - 00:04:46 | Speaker 1:

was like we are not doing any sports i love watching smith play football yeah and he's actually really super good at it so that i wanted to go to that but i mean some moms were out all

00:04:46 - 00:04:53 | Speaker 4:

day outside jessica could you imagine having kevin as your child oh this guy chose big sean over his

00:04:53 - 00:05:29 | Speaker 2:

mom okay so i'm gonna tell you i have five children i gave birth to and i've been married for Thank you.

00:05:00 - 00:05:14 | Speaker 9:

21 years, and I got nothing. What? No card, no happy Mother's Day, no dinner cooked. They don't give a F about you. Stop it. I told them this morning if I had a stick and a handkerchief, I'd be gone.

00:05:16 - 00:05:23 | Speaker 6:

Unreal. I can't believe that they did that to you. You're their mother, for gosh sake. That's awful.

00:05:23 - 00:05:28 | Speaker 9:

Well, that's how they did me. So Kev is looking pretty good right now, guys. I know, yeah. That's what I'm talking about.

00:05:28 - 00:05:29 | Speaker 6:

Happy Mother's Day to you.

00:05:30 - 00:05:32 | Speaker 9:

Thank you so much. You guys have a great day. I love you guys.

00:05:33 - 00:05:43 | Speaker 6:

We love you too. By the way, this is nuts. You had a five, one in five chance of having something happen on Mother's Day. They did nothing for you. They were zero for zero. What's going on? How are you doing, Stephanie?

00:05:45 - 00:06:08 | Speaker 8:

Hey, good morning. Shannon, happy Mother's Day. Happy Mother's Day. Thank you. By the way, don't let, Kevin, this is for you. Do not let that make you feel bad. I think what you did for your mom was awesome. And I'm a first-time mom. This is my first Mother's Day. And I got a card and some flowers for my four-month-old, which was awesome. But I think what you did for your mom was awesome. Thank you. I bet she loved you for it.

00:06:08 - 00:06:12 | Speaker 6:

Thank you. Don't you think he should have at least taken his mom for the sound check or something?

00:06:14 - 00:06:24 | Speaker 8:

I mean, okay, sure. Maybe if you would have asked her. But shoulda, coulda, woulda. He did what he did for her. And I don't think he should feel bad for that at all.

00:06:24 - 00:06:50 | Speaker 5:

At all. And my mom is a quality time person. So the fact that I took her to Belle Isle, which is something that we used to do a lot when I was younger. I mean, when my dad was incarcerated, I felt like my mom went through like a serious like depression. And watching water is extremely therapeutic for her. So going to Belle Isle was like some of that. Do you think she dreamed of throwing you into the water when you said we were leaving to go to the concert? I think you probably dreamed of throwing me into the water and then you realized you only had one arm.

00:06:51 - 00:06:53 | Speaker 8:

Was your sister around yesterday?

00:06:53 - 00:06:56 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, my sister came to Belle Isle with us as well. Hunter, what's up?

00:06:57 - 00:07:09 | Speaker 7:

Hi, how's it going? I'm calling to say, Kev, you did a great job. My man. I didn't call my mom until about 8 o'clock last night. I totally forgot that I have my own mother.

00:07:09 - 00:07:10 | Speaker 2:

Wow. Hunter.

00:07:11 - 00:07:18 | Speaker 7:

What were you doing all day? I was taking care of my wife and taking care of her needs. Hunter.

00:07:20 - 00:07:21 | Speaker 6:

But you know what, though?

00:07:21 - 00:07:23 | Speaker 7:

Shoot, I have my own mother.

00:07:23 - 00:07:33 | Speaker 6:

I can't believe you forgot about your own mom until 8 o'clock. you should never live that down that's awful uh jennifer what's up good morning guys morning

00:07:33 - 00:07:54 | Speaker 3:

so i i did end my mother's day on the soccer field yesterday um so i can relate but i keep living and trying to remember that it won't always be like this and someday they'll be gone yes so i i tried to revel in it and we were victorious so it all worked out i'm gonna tell

00:07:54 - 00:08:31 | Speaker 6:

you this we did many a games and now looking back with all the kids pretty much out of the house growing up you know i i will we chelsea and i will drive by sometimes little league parks and stay you know it wasn't so bad like we hated it when we were in it i used to pray for rain i did rain dances all the time and now it's like i would go back to those days but it's always what you don't have right like kevin's mom didn't have a child steven hi good morning somebody worse than kevin's on the phone with us right now go ahead steven what did you do yesterday i told my mom

00:08:31 - 00:08:42 | Speaker 4:

happy mother's day i'm moving out oh wait that's actually was that a good thing or a sad thing for her uh she was a little sad but i also my birthday was on the 6th and i didn't get anything for my

00:08:42 - 00:08:49 | Speaker 8:

birthday so you're a jerk it's not eye for an eye on mother's day you know what the story is though

00:08:49 - 00:08:53 | Speaker 6:

i bet you she's happy as hell because she's going to turn that room that you were living into like

00:08:53 - 00:09:07 | Speaker 4:

a tv room or something oh i'm sure she also has another kid so she'll be fine okay which one does she love more the other one i was about to say definitely 100 yeah it's a sister a little brother

00:09:07 - 00:09:10 | Speaker 6:

Oh, little brother. That's worse when you lose out.

00:09:11 - 00:09:11 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

00:09:11 - 00:09:16 | Speaker 6:

Be nice to him, man. Yeah. Bye, because he's the only guy that made you look good.
