Mojo in the Morning show. Megan has a beef, and it's not with me, so I love it. Go ahead, Megan. What's going on?

It's not with you, but it is with somebody on this show that I would actually like to fight with this morning because I no longer trust said person. um there is let me give you the backstory as to what happened there's a person in this building who we work with and i truly and i honestly mean this do no do not know why this person hates me i uh am very friendly i'm always engaging i'm trying to say good morning and how are you doing and yada yada yada they'll stare at me ignore me and then give me like a death look because i f***ing hate you. I've talked about this person before because they were on their phone in the hallway looking at their phone and I was walking down my side of the hallway. They looked up at me and got very angry that I was standing in their way as they were walking towards me with their phone in their face. Like I just can't do anything right and I truly don't like never engaged in a conversation. We don't work for the same station. Never been to an event together. Like don't know what I did. I get here hours before this person. I don't think I've ever parked in their parking space. Don't know why they hate me. So yesterday I'm in the bathroom and as I'm walking in, she's in there and I say truly like this, good morning. And she stares at me, doesn't say anything and waits for me to walk into a stall. So I go into the stall, I hear another person walk into the bathroom, one of our other coworkers. They have the most pleasant conversation together i'm like what so she likes some people and just he's it's not like it's universally hatred towards everybody it's just me kev knows that i've been having issues with this person i run into kevin the hallway and i go you will not believe what just happened i tell him about the bathroom story and he goes i think we should go talk to her right now and ask why she has a problem with you and i go absolutely no and he goes okay i'm just gonna go ask her then kev i will not trust you with any information if you start conflicts he's a peacemaker listen some 95%

of that story is true okay everything that had nothing to do with me is true now when Megan came in we were in the uh Lydia's producer suite so I was sitting in the chair reclining enjoying my time having a conversation I believe with Lydia Megan came in extremely frustrated because of the ordeal that she just experienced rightfully so and i said well let's just go find out why asking her permission not going behind her back and she said no now the reason why i think that this is a situation where we can ask the individual why there is excommunicado with megan is because this person is extremely friendly to me. We have conversations every day. So I don't know this side of the person that ignores you.

So there's something about Megan that sets her off.

But I don't, like, I've literally only ever said hello to her.

Maybe it was a bad hello.

We've never had a conversation that was more than two words. Good morning. Or three words. How are you?

See, I know who you're talking about, and I think that that person doesn't...

I think, Shannon, you're probably right. So I think it's guilt by association for Megan.

It's very odd that the same thing will be like, hi, and nine times out of ten, no response. I'm a death scare.

But she likes Kev, and I don't know what it is about Kev that she likes.

Because I'm friendly, and I engage in conversations. Shannon, does she like you? I don't know.

Does she like you? I've only yelled at her one time, but she said hi to me the other day.

It was because we were recording War of the Roses and you could hear the sound from her studio. So I walked in and played the asteroid turn around

and she said, my board is broken. Oh, okay.

I mean, I say hi to her and she says hi back, but it's not like a, hello, it's a, hi. So it's kind of like an under the breath. She's in a hurry and so like, I don't mind. But why does she talk to some people and not to others?

I don't know.

It would be one thing if I think I may have said something to upset her, but I don't know what it was. Like, maybe I unintentionally offended her. I haven't said anything to offend her with.

Did you have a hard time going to the bathroom because of it? Because sometimes if I'm in a mood where I feel uncomfortable, I can't, it won't come out. Did it not come out?

No, but what it truly was was I was trying to sit there and hold it so I could hear their conversation. I really had to pee.

I love it. By the way, there's nothing better in, you know, if you don't work in an office where you get a chance to see people, I feel sorry for you. I know that people love working from home, but there is nothing better than office drama. It brings back so much more fun things, because otherwise, who do you yell at? Your Amazon driver? well do you think maybe she's just jealous of the show in general because your guys the show is probably better than hers and you're one of the top shows in the morning wow this guy's unbelievable

about that we actually don't compete with each other we don't actually i think that she doesn't

people or beautiful people people hate beautiful people i think that's the hardest part like we're all we're all told you know not everybody is gonna like you and i get that but it's so hard when it's somebody that you see almost every single day and you don't know why they don't

like you here's what we do this morning on the show kev has to go and he has to make peace

Literally, the whole point of this story was I think that Kev is crossing a line here by going behind my back or even trying to pursue stuff. Sometimes you just need, like, somebody to be like, oh, terrible, that's awful, and not somebody to go, you know what I would like to do? Intervene and cause more conflict in the whole situation.

Hey, okay, here's the thing with that.

Here's the thing with what Megan just said and often times I think I can have more of a solution mindset, try to fix the problem instead of just allowing you to vent Did I hear that correctly? Correct So this isn't the first time this has been brought up So I've listened to you vent time and time again and now it's at a point where it's like bro, let's just go figure it out

No, that's just causing more You did, you did, you did That's the whole reason why I brought this up is because you're not actually in the wrong hair. But I thought it was weird for you to. Morning. So, I don't normally agree with everything Megan says, but Megan, I still love you. But in this case, I 100% agree with Megan. I stopped telling my husband about my work problems because he constantly just wants to fix it and figure out what the issue is when really I just wanted to vent out my frustration and then we can just move on.

That's a majority of women. Women don't want the guy to fix their problems. They want the guy to just listen, Kevin.

I get that. Just be quiet and listen.

But at a certain point, we got to stop just talking and do something.

Then you don't want to listen.

I would say Bishop State is like a home for people. It may not be like a four-year where you have a dorm, you have a roommate, you have a rec center, but it's still a place you can go meet new people, classmates, people in the hallway, make friends with advisors on all these teachers and everything like that. It's just a place you can feel like yourself and not try to be there you don't want to be. With this program, I learned networking a lot. We've had two dinners with heads of different companies dealing with shipping or even game design builds, dealing with AutoCAD or any 3D modeling. So really being able to meet new people or meet heads of new people has been really helpful. I don't come from a wealthy family, so four years were kind of not out the picture, but less probable for me to go to.
