It's Mojo in the morning show. It's good to have Kevin back. I got Kevin's back from, he was filming a movie yesterday, which I'm excited to ask you about. I wanted to, you know, hear more. But I also.

00:02:07 - 00:02:08 | Speaker 6:

Here to field all your questions.

00:02:08 - 00:02:11 | Speaker 7:

I want to know what movie films in one day.

00:02:11 - 00:02:16 | Speaker 6:

So I got the schedule wrong. So I got scenes all week.

00:02:16 - 00:02:16 | Speaker 1:

Oh, no.

00:02:16 - 00:02:49 | Speaker 6:

Now, I set it up in a way after having a conversation with them that I'm not going to miss any more time on the air. But I got the schedule wrong. They sent out a schedule with like four different attachments. I was looking at a different production calendar than something that's called a dude. I don't remember what it is. Day on of film or something like that. That's what I was supposed to be looking at. But yeah, in a film, I play a guy. I get to be funny. I get to be angry. I get to rough up some people. I get to get in a physical altercation with a female. It's going to be good.

00:02:49 - 00:02:52 | Speaker 2:

Where can we see this movie once it's finally done?

00:02:52 - 00:02:54 | Speaker 6:

Tubi. I think Tubi is where it's going to be distributed.

00:02:54 - 00:02:54 | Speaker 2:

I can't wait.

00:02:54 - 00:02:58 | Speaker 7:

What is the plot? Can you talk about that?

00:03:00 - 00:03:14 | Speaker 6:

I think so. It's called The Delivery Girl Part 2. I really don't know how much I can or can't say. Be careful. It's a great film about love. It's a true coming of age. We saw the buzzwords. Coming of age tale. It's about a guy in a relationship.

00:03:14 - 00:03:17 | Speaker 7:

In a world where a girl delivers.

00:03:18 - 00:03:41 | Speaker 6:

Do you get a lot of screen time? I think a fair amount. I'm not the main guy, but actually Bianca helped me with this. So I got the audition stuff in an email. Didn't realize the deadline that I was supposed to submit it. And we had got done filming some stuff after the show. And I'm like, hey, Bianca, I need you to read off camera for this role. And I got the role that actually Bianca read for. I think it was more me. Yeah, it was.

00:03:41 - 00:03:45 | Speaker 7:

Wait, you read for this thing too? You want to do movies and things?

00:03:45 - 00:03:50 | Speaker 2:

No, no, no. I was helping Kevin. So usually when you do an acting audition, you need someone else off of camera to read

00:03:50 - 00:04:01 | Speaker 7:

other lines oh i thought you were i thought that you were auditioning also so you actually were like how i was with my kids i'd have to quiz them on stuff yeah she had to flash cars yeah we were

00:04:01 - 00:04:05 | Speaker 2:

like acting together in the back i want to see the tape real quick i'll see you the tape yeah

00:04:05 - 00:04:10 | Speaker 7:

all right so my phone so are you uh are you a good guy bad guy because you i'm a great guy and rough

00:04:10 - 00:04:19 | Speaker 6:

up no i'm a great guy i'm a i'm a good guy but i'm not a nice guy a good man is a dangerous man sometimes he has to protect and sometimes he has to correct is that part of the line that's literally

00:04:19 - 00:04:29 | Speaker 7:

one of my lines cut let's do it again all right so i i gotta ask you where do you film this x i

00:04:29 - 00:04:39 | Speaker 6:

saw you at uh the coney i saw you that's something different though that was every appeal hit me up to do something i'm like that's bro so i'm like for sure oh okay i saw in your story that you

00:04:39 - 00:04:44 | Speaker 7:

were like it looked like behind the yeah the grill there yeah please don't kill me grace but i was

00:04:44 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 6:

next door at lafayette doing something different see any rats at all or no no it actually was very clean in there the rats are they got a shinley and it looks like they've steamed they've steamed in the press fantastic but so we're shooting the film this is kind of interesting too we're shooting the film at a home because the majority of the film takes

00:05:00 - 00:05:18 | Speaker 5:

at the main character's home and it is an airbnb so it's not anybody's house that has any direct affiliation with the film and there are crazy things that are happening in this film that i don't know if the owners are really aware of how we're utilizing their home the owners of the home

00:05:18 - 00:05:27 | Speaker 1:

of the airbnb yeah of the actual home do they even know that their home's gonna be i don't know movie look i don't even know i'm that that's about to be on tubi all their business yeah well i mean

00:05:27 - 00:05:31 | Speaker 5:

Maybe we'll dress it up a little bit to where it doesn't look exactly like their home.

00:05:31 - 00:05:34 | Speaker 3:

Like what stuff is happening in the home?

00:05:34 - 00:06:07 | Speaker 5:

I mean, so I know for sure my guy's character, his little brother owns a lawn care service. So at least we're going to cut that grass. I know for sure they're going to get some fresh lines because I'm about my lines. I know Wes loves his lines too. Got to get the lines. Outside of the lines, there will be a few sex scenes in there. So their home will be christened by other people. There's some masturbation scenes in there. Oh, my gosh. There are some killing scenes in there. And I get shot in a scene. Oh, my God. So you got to spin the wheel, man. Wait, wait, wait. You don't get shot.

00:06:08 - 00:06:10 | Speaker 3:

You don't get shot masturbating, do you?

00:06:10 - 00:06:16 | Speaker 5:

No, no, no. And I may or may not be the one that's pleasuring themselves. Oh, my God. Oh, my God.

00:06:16 - 00:06:20 | Speaker 1:

But you're not actually, like, you're acting that out. You're not actually doing that. I don't know.

00:06:20 - 00:06:22 | Speaker 5:

I'm not the one hand-to-hand combat in that sense.

00:06:22 - 00:06:24 | Speaker 3:

Hold on. And Jason wants to ask a question. What's that, Jason?

00:06:24 - 00:06:30 | Speaker 5:

is this a porn I promise you it's not even though it's called the delivery girl

00:06:30 - 00:06:41 | Speaker 6:

I'll be sitting there in a hotel room and I'll be flipping through the channels and it'll be in the 500 delivery girl part 2

00:06:41 - 00:06:54 | Speaker 3:

by the way can I tell you something you know that that happens a lot you know that there's a lot of times where people will Airbnb a house not realizing that they're Airbnb-ing to an adult movie company

00:06:54 - 00:06:56 | Speaker 8:

That happened to my friend Jess.

00:06:56 - 00:06:57 | Speaker 3:

What did you happen?

00:06:57 - 00:07:29 | Speaker 8:

Well, she had a home that she would Airbnb on the west side of Michigan. And they had a camera outside of the home, obviously, to see what was happening in the driveway and such when they weren't there. And when they had some renters come, all of this movie equipment started coming in. Very specific things, very specific people, judging books by their covers, started walking into the house. And she's like, oh, my God, they're filming a porn in the house where my children are making their best childhood memories.

00:07:29 - 00:07:31 | Speaker 3:

By the way, you can't get that stank out.

00:07:32 - 00:07:37 | Speaker 8:

Well, it was more for her. It was more for her just knowing that that was going on in there.

00:07:37 - 00:08:01 | Speaker 3:

The thought is in your head the entire time. Has anybody ever Airbnb'd their home to somebody only to find out that they did something like this? Jason, what would you do if you found out that you were Airbnb-ing to what you thought was a nice family having a week's vacation in beautiful Michigan or Ohio only to find out that Cavs over there, you know, getting shot up inside the house?

00:08:03 - 00:08:08 | Speaker 7:

I don't want to know. I don't want to know. We're good.

00:08:08 - 00:08:14 | Speaker 2:

Because that just happened in Birmingham. With the pool party. Yes. And they had a whole block party. Yeah.

00:08:14 - 00:08:23 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, that is, can you imagine being, well, that guy knew that he was doing something. I think the person, remember they rented their pool out and they kind of rented it to an underage person?

00:08:23 - 00:08:25 | Speaker 5:

He didn't know it was going to be what it was, though.

00:08:25 - 00:08:26 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

00:08:26 - 00:08:33 | Speaker 5:

And that's my thing. How much do I have to disclose? I don't know. If I'm renting your property, I'm just renting your property. I've got to tell you everything I'm doing in there.

00:08:33 - 00:09:08 | Speaker 3:

I think, though, that there has to be a little bit of terms and agreements and, I don't know, something like that. But I don't know. I've never, you know, I've only Airbnb'd I think twice. And it was a bad experience because both times we had an overly nosy person that rented it to us. Like we had the guy that came in when we would leave. Like we rented a place in Charlevoix. We would all go up to town to go, you know, hang out and have coffee and breakfast and all that stuff. And we'd come home and things were rearranged in the house. Oh, he was coming back. He was coming back in the house. Like he, yeah. Oh, that's crazy. Yeah. What's up, Peyton? How you doing?

00:09:10 - 00:09:31 | Speaker 5:

I just want to know if Kev's allowed to be sharing all this. I don't think so, to be honest with you. We might just have to dump the whole segment. I understand it's not a Marvel movie, but, like, you're giving a lot of details away. I don't feel like I've shared enough. I think I've just given, like, puzzle pieces, and then, like, if you put it all together, you'll be able to see what's going on, but hopefully I'm being a little obtuse.

00:09:31 - 00:09:33 | Speaker 2:

This is free promo for them.

00:09:33 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 3:

Peyton, what are your hopes for this one? do you want kevin to be in that scene where you know he gets shot and uh you know like you what do you think what if you could like cast kevin you know him from listening to the show as a type of an actor what what would he be acting in that sounds a little scary you know his face no like

00:10:00 - 00:10:05 | Speaker 7:

Like, to see his guy or, like, go to a hospital or something because he's been shot, that sounds terrifying. Yeah.

00:10:06 - 00:10:11 | Speaker 3:

I mean, that's what acting is all about. You know what I mean? You got to stretch yourself. Pause.

00:10:13 - 00:10:34 | Speaker 4:

Did you take, I know you went to an acting high school, right? Yeah, I did say it. Quick question. If you could pick anything at all, like, so you could be right now, boom, this is what you are. You could be the biggest actor in the world, the biggest athlete in the world or the biggest like radio host. Well, that could be. Yes. Which one would you choose?

00:10:34 - 00:10:53 | Speaker 3:

Radio host would definitely be last. I'd probably be probably be athlete. I think athletes have an amazing way of inspiring generations after generations after generations. I think that particular industry has more impact in that regard than maybe most. Okay.

00:10:53 - 00:10:57 | Speaker 1:

Are we getting like a couple million bucks for this movie roll?

00:10:57 - 00:11:10 | Speaker 3:

Oh, I'm going to quit. I'm just going to let you guys know right now, as soon as this starts rolling. So it's not much. If the movie, if it's on Tubi, are you really getting it? I mean, Shannon read it. Yeah. Okay. Take it a little serious.

00:11:11 - 00:11:26 | Speaker 4:

Jay Towers has been in a bunch of things, but he will play like the TV or the radio guy in some of the stuff. And I think that he was telling me that the one Superman versus Batman, he gets a decent check that comes to him every now and again.

00:11:26 - 00:11:27 | Speaker 3:

That's pretty cool.

00:11:27 - 00:11:30 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. So that's kind of cool when that does happen.

00:11:30 - 00:11:40 | Speaker 3:

But it's fun. I'm excited to get back into something that I had a passion for when I was younger. Very cool. I've always had that itch. I've always had that fire that's burning inside. And now's the time to just do things you love.

00:11:40 - 00:11:45 | Speaker 4:

I heard it's a lot of sitting or a lot of hurry up and waiting. Is that true?

00:11:45 - 00:11:55 | Speaker 3:

I think especially if you're a good actor. Because you knock yourself out and they switch camera angles, knock yourself out. And then it's like, all right, well, no, guys.

00:11:55 - 00:12:01 | Speaker 4:

Kind of like whenever we do photo shoots as a show and I get my photos done really fast.

00:12:01 - 00:12:04 | Speaker 1:

But I mean, you know, that's not true. Really?

00:12:04 - 00:12:06 | Speaker 4:

And then the rest of us are waiting, waiting around.

00:12:06 - 00:12:08 | Speaker 3:

Let's do another one. That's because Katrina got to do all your makeup.

00:12:09 - 00:12:29 | Speaker 4:

I don't need it. There's not a lot of makeup needed for this thing. It's au naturel. We do. We need to get a new one done. Time is like flying. I said to Shannon on my way in this morning, I said to her, I go, do you realize it's already the almost, almost, it's the, it's, this is middle of July, but we're going to be at the end of July before we know it.

00:12:29 - 00:12:35 | Speaker 1:

It's insane. I had to remind Lucy last night. I was like, girlfriend, probably time to get on your summer reading.

00:12:35 - 00:12:41 | Speaker 3:

Like at this point, you know, like a month and a half out. I know. Are we on the second half of the year? Yeah.

00:12:41 - 00:12:50 | Speaker 4:

It's all, it's already, yeah. Closer to January than it is. Jingle ball. Well, I guess it's closer to January than it is to January, the last January. Yeah, Jingle Ball coming soon.

00:12:51 - 00:13:08 | Speaker 7:

He's dribbling the ball with everything on the line. He's driving down the pitch. He's facing price hikes and cuts past him. Carrier Contracts tries to block him. Oh, he leaves him in the dust.
