the morning. Happy Friday. This would normally be the time that I would be with my faithful companion, Kev, doing the Friday remix, but we have no Kev. What? No Kev.

Oh, it needs to be, oh. Oh. Do we have that? There we go. That's better. Oh.

We don't know where he is. We actually have a missing persons report. This is like a, you know, I don't know, Amber Alert-ish type of a thing. I think I need to see if I can get one, you know, set up.

Those things scare the crap out of me when they go off in the middle of the night, though. They're so loud.

I know. I mean, this is kind of scary to think that we actually would know somebody on a missing persons report. Amber Alert. um we tried to call kevin to see where he was because he missed the pre-show meeting at 6 45 5 45 or 5 45 excuse me i was on uh i was on central standard time or no i was not no that would be the wrong time um i was on canadian time uh all right so we uh we tried to call him he went right to voicemail which made lydia then realize that last night when he facetimed her which was a butt FaceTime. Is that what it was?

No, he meant to FaceTime me.

So he was trying to talk to you last night while he was at a bar at what time?

It was about 10.05. What did he want to talk to you about? Nothing. He was like, Lydia, Lydia. And I'm like, you just woke me up from my sleep. And JG's like, she can't hear you and she's in the dark. He's like, why are you in the dark? I was like, I'm sleeping, Kev. And then he hung up on me and I texted him and I was like, it's bedtime. And he responded, okay.

Wow. All right. So he was with JG. and so hold on i'm trying to see i think i have his number somewhere do you have his number so we could try to call him because maybe they're together but uh bianca and zach are out right now in front of kev's apartment because kev's only invited these guys over to his place and lydia has never invited the rest of us over so i have no idea where he lives i wouldn't even there already

oh yeah we're here we've been here for like four or five minutes i'm just knocking uh you know He's just not answering. Wait, are you sure that is his car there?

Well, he has a parking garage and it's across the street. Oh, so you don't know. He actually doesn't even know if it's the right apartment. Oh, great. He has someone's random door. It's not the right apartment then.

I feel like we need to call JG and start to put together a timeline of the evening. They do this on Dateline.

That's true. That's actually not a bad idea.

What about neighbors? Any neighbors there that we could ask, hey, have you seen this man? Pull up a picture.

There is there's no one around right now, but Bianca is doing an investigation right now to see which apartment it is.

Yeah. How does she not remember which one? She's been there before.

Bianca, you know how she is. It doesn't surprise me that she she would go on. Oh, here you go. I've got. Well, no, I think I have Gerard's number. I'm calling him right now. OK, you're talking. OK, you're calling J.J. All right, we're trying to call the person that was last seen with him to ask him.

Um, missing because we're all on alert. Um, I'm not mad that he's not there today or that he's late. I don't know. I just woke up in a mood today where I'm just, I almost did the same thing in my job. Really?

So, uh, no call, no show. You were going to do that?

No, not no call, no show. I was going to just call off.

Oh, okay. Well, that, which is fine. And I mean, honestly, I think, you know, and Kev obviously could take a day off if he wanted to because he has plenty of days that he can he can burn or we would obviously, you know, give him a day if he wasn't feeling good. But we are worried about him because we can't get a hold of him.

Oh, that's fair. That's fair. That's fair. We got to find Kevin. Yeah. Got to put all Detroit on alert.

Now, this has happened once in show history before. and it got to the point in the middle of the show where we actually had to call the police and the police busted in through Megan's door if you remember

hey hold on a second Avery's on the phone say that Zach Zach's on the phone God it's Friday thank God alright so JG You want me to call JG from my cell phone, or what do you want me to call him?

Yeah, he's not answering me.

I can call him from my phone, too. You can call him from your phone? Do you think he would answer? Probably not. Let me text him. Hey, buddy. Hold on a second here. I'll do a voice text. Hey, buddy, exclamation point. It's Mojo, exclamation point, exclamation point. We are missing Kevin this morning. Do you know where he is? Question mark. Smiley face. There you go. I just sent it. Let's see what happens here.

You know what we need to do this morning? Because when Kev is here, he absolutely hates when we have his mom and or his father on the phone. So we need to call him. We'll call him next.

We'll call him next. Actually, here's the thing, though. I'm going to wake him right up.

Because I love talking to both of them.

I've been texting along with Kevin and our boss in a separate text that we have called Kev loves LeBron and hates MJ. and we've been going back and forth over the fact that our boss is coming in to play the throwback throwdown because he won last time and Kev was really upset. He was salty, Avery. Very mad that he hates when he loses. If Kev could lose to a bunch of Boy Scouts and he would want to have everybody wiped off the face of the earth because he's an extremely competitive guy. This morning our boss was going to do a rematch and him not showing up this morning makes me a little suspicious. So hold on a second. Kev's mom is on the phone with us right now. I don't want to worry you, mom, but we can't get a hold of Kevin, and his phone seems to be either full of battery or the service is off. We can't get a hold of him.

Yeah, we're trying to get in now. I've got somebody on the other line near his door.

Do we know, and this is me being my detective, do we trust J.G.? I know that he's been a long-time friend, family member, but do we do?

We do, yeah.

Do we know if, is JG a type of friend that would keep him out all night and get Kevin into any kind of trouble?

No.

How about is Kevin the type of friend that would get JG into any trouble?

No, not at all.

Okay, so they're both good boys. Good, good boys. Quick question for you. So when was it that these guys got together in their friendship?

They were in high school together.

And do you remember one moment in their lives where there was a little bit too much shenanigans going on?

They were mischievous at one period in time.

I love it. okay well i think they were doing that last night at a karaoke bar uh but hey can i ask you a question you know what you make your way to the studios here and we'll have you in on the show today mom we love you so much this is the sweetest lady in the world the best mother in the world kev's mom love you all all right we love you back we love you too and if you hear from your baby you call us okay i will thank you all right take care of yourself bye-bye that might have been the the the best option that we ever had of uh of a friday throwback uh remix when uh kevin is not here we call his mom up and have his mom fill in it's a good improvise there is something honestly uh about this particular moment of of our lives with kevin that i am actually a little worried because you mentioned this has happened before it's actually happened to two members of the show

in the past who uh it happened to megan first and then kp had him had that too and then we finally got a hold of her later but i uh both situations turned out to be fantastic everybody was just
