budget in the morning you know who is uh back at the wings game over the weekend uh against the uh boston bruins but little george sweet little george the uh the kid who gained fame nationally when the four-year-old was spotted at the game not really making a lot of facial expressions or doing anything. He was kind of like just sitting there.

00:02:27 - 00:02:29 | Speaker 3:

Honestly, I don't know.

00:02:29 - 00:03:55 | Speaker 2:

Where's George from? Do we know what city he's from? Because George looks like a friend of mine that lives in Trenton. He just kind of looks like a buddy of mine whose name is Bob. It's Bob from Trenton, and Bob from Trenton is one of those guys. He goes to a game, and you don't know if you just looked at his facial expression whether the Wings, or in the case with Bob, we go to Pistons games together, if the Pistons are winning or losing because his facial expression is always the same. But they put George up on the screen, up on their scoreboard, and the fans go crazy. They get nuts over him. He got an autographed jersey, too. This is great. Oh, this is awesome. So they put George up on, what do the Wings call their scoreboard? Oh, I don't know. That big jumbotron, they have a name for it. So they put George up, and then they put Bruins fans wearing Bruins jerseys. And then they go back and forth. And every time that George is up there, the crowd goes crazy for him. This is a Bruins fan. This is George. This is a Bruins fan. This is George.

00:03:55 - 00:03:58 | Speaker 5:

Texters are saying he's from Marysville

00:03:58 - 00:05:38 | Speaker 2:

He's from Marysville He by the way George Is the cutest little kid ever And has No facial expression at all Although he was very excited when he ended up Getting a jersey yesterday So that was pretty cool George Power they're calling it Jumbotron The Red Wings Jumbotron I got a bone to pick by the way with fans i'm going to talk about this so i was at a game and the the concessions take so long to get you know food or drink that you miss so much of the game when you're out there you know on the concourse getting concessions yeah and i'm standing in line and i want to get if i can you know pizza for luke and hot dog for me and you know coke and stuff like that and the line must have been 30 minutes plus long. I mean, it was really, really long. long and here's my bone to pick and if you're one of these people i apologize for calling you out but i'm calling you out when you're standing in that line by the time that it comes for you to go put your order up there you can't do what the two girls that were in front of me did where they sat there going i don't know what i want now what are you gonna get i don't know what i want we've been in line for 30 effing minutes yeah by the time that you're in line you gotta know what the heck you're going to order because you've just been standing there forever waiting. And at that point, were you going to joke and say that you're do that?

00:05:39 - 00:05:51 | Speaker 3:

No, no. I'm not going to joke. I'm being very serious. Okay, but have you ever gotten to the counter and then all of a sudden something that wasn't on the menu that's hidden behind pretzels or something is there and you're like, oh,

00:05:51 - 00:05:56 | Speaker 2:

you see the menu. You can see the menu. What do you got, bad vision?

00:05:56 - 00:06:02 | Speaker 3:

No, the big stuff you can see. Mike. If there's, like, a hidden candy that you didn't know was there and you're like, oh, my God, look at that.

00:06:02 - 00:06:08 | Speaker 2:

Well, then just say I'm going to get the Nerds on the Rope, too, to add to my other stuff that I'm going to order that I already thought I was going to order.

00:06:09 - 00:06:12 | Speaker 3:

Well, what if I don't know what I want because they just switched the whole game up on me?

00:06:12 - 00:06:27 | Speaker 2:

Mike. I don't know. Do I want pretzels? You're the reason why I've missed half of the next period because you're up there trying to figure out what the hell you want. Mike, a question for you with going to a game and stuff like that.

00:06:28 - 00:06:28 | Speaker 3:

Sure.

00:06:28 - 00:06:32 | Speaker 2:

You don't already know what you're going to order by the time that you walk into the stadium?

00:06:33 - 00:06:50 | Speaker 3:

Okay, so what will usually happen is the kids will change their mind 800 times. But I will say that I like to pick one of three things. Like, I either want nachos, pretzels, or maybe pizza, maybe. But it depends. Sometimes I have new things, too, and I want to try the new things.

00:06:50 - 00:06:58 | Speaker 2:

Am I crazy and to think this, Mike, that I go into restaurants knowing what I'm going to order before I even walk into the restaurant?

00:06:58 - 00:06:59 | Speaker 3:

Why? You don't want to try something new?

00:07:00 - 00:07:15 | Speaker 4:

That always cracks me up because most people in my life, all the women in my life, look at the menu first before we leave the house, decide exactly what they're going to get. Like you, Mojo, and I don't get that because you don't know. There's going to be specials. There's going to be something you might not see is on the chalkboard.

00:07:15 - 00:07:17 | Speaker 2:

I'm efficient with my food.

00:07:17 - 00:07:21 | Speaker 4:

And I don't know what I'm going to be in the mood for six hours from now.

00:07:21 - 00:07:49 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. See, I want, listen, I already kind of have an idea. Like, if we know, if we're going to go somewhere, you name a place, I know what I'm going to have. We go to Red Coat, I'm either getting the Rustique salad or I'm getting a burger. We go to Red Robin, I'm either getting the grilled chicken sandwich, the California chicken burger, or I'm going to get a Red Robin burger, possibly a double. We go to, let's see here, we go to the Lodge. I know I'm going to do nachos and a bowl of chili. Bingo.

00:07:49 - 00:07:51 | Speaker 3:

Thank you. You never want to try anything different?

00:07:52 - 00:08:43 | Speaker 2:

No. And if I'm going to a Red Wings game, I'm always going to get, I would like to get popcorn. If I can get popcorn, because I love popcorn at a game, or peanuts in that case. And I always try to see if, you know, Luke always gets a Little Caesars pizza, and I usually try to get a hot dog or something. There's nothing better than a hot dog that I know was cooked on a Monday game that they're selling on a Saturday game because it was left over. I can always tell, by the way, that that's the case. Mike, I don't need to. Like these girls that were in front, 30 minutes. I'm not kidding you. That's insane. It was a long time. I looked down at my watch, and I'm sitting there watching the tick, tick, tick, tick, and I'm getting frustrated how slow the line's going. And then I get up to the front. I'm realizing it's not the people that work behind the counter's fault It's the people in line Who don't have their orders ready

00:08:43 - 00:08:49 | Speaker 4:

When you knew there's a long line behind you So you could have easily Assembled what you wanted to get

00:08:49 - 00:08:52 | Speaker 2:

What's up Mojo in the morning What's going on Misfit Victor How are you

00:08:52 - 00:08:57 | Speaker 1:

Hey good morning long time list our first time caller Hey congratulations to Wolverines

00:08:57 - 00:08:59 | Speaker 2:

On making it to the NIT against Toledo

00:08:59 - 00:09:11 | Speaker 1:

Oh good for you And Michigan State who got spanked by them Two weeks ago Oh give me a break Tom Izzo sucks anyways. But anyway, you might have just invented – imagine DoorDash for stadiums.

00:09:11 - 00:09:11 | Speaker 2:

Yes.

00:09:11 - 00:09:17 | Speaker 1:

Where you sit in your seat and you put in your order, and some guy brings it to you, and it's already paid for it.

00:09:17 - 00:09:20 | Speaker 2:

Well, they do kind of have that if you sit in the really good seats.

00:09:21 - 00:09:23 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, but we don't all have mojo money.

00:09:23 - 00:09:32 | Speaker 2:

Or if you sit in those club levels at Little Caesars Arena, they do have those little clubs where you can go up there and order or get the food with your tickets.

00:09:32 - 00:09:52 | Speaker 4:

I went to a theater show a couple weeks ago, and I saw a sticker, a QR code on the chair. Yeah, they do that now. Was it the Fisher or the Opera House? And they said they'll bring their order to you, and I thought— To your seat, yeah. Does that seem maybe like you're going to interrupt the play for people? Well, they'll do it during intermission. Oh. They'll do it during intermission. Yeah.

00:09:52 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 1:

You know, a lot of times, people at Little Caesars take forever to order because their prices are so high, they have to apply for a mortgage.

00:10:00 - 00:10:26 | Speaker 9:

It is true It is so expensive Being in the business My favorite thing is when people call for a carry out order And you say okay what can I get for you And they do this Oh god what am I going to have Hang up Let me think Oh god And I'm like Did I call you By the way

00:10:26 - 00:10:29 | Speaker 6:

We called out Lulu's this morning I don't know if you heard it

00:10:29 - 00:10:30 | Speaker 9:

We did.

00:10:30 - 00:10:36 | Speaker 6:

No. I was listening to the 89X. Oh, yeah. 89X. What show is on there nowadays?

00:10:36 - 00:10:40 | Speaker 9:

I don't know. I don't know. Was it Frank and the Freak on there or whatever?

00:10:41 - 00:10:53 | Speaker 6:

Question for you. Shannon said that she thinks that if somebody brings a Saganaki to your table and doesn't scream Opa out, like, really energetically, she asks them to redo it.

00:10:53 - 00:10:58 | Speaker 9:

No, I said it ruins the experience. Yeah. I want someone who's like, Opa, who gets really excited.

00:10:58 - 00:11:09 | Speaker 6:

I said at Lulu's, it drives me crazy, you guys don't light the Saganaki at the table. I want to make sure that that waitress has the fear of God in her face.

00:11:09 - 00:11:19 | Speaker 9:

We stopped doing it because there were a couple near misses on injuries and lighting people on fire. Really? I think I sent you a couple of the videos before.

00:11:19 - 00:11:21 | Speaker 5:

Oh, God. Yeah.

00:11:21 - 00:11:28 | Speaker 9:

Yeah, but that's why. It was a safety hazard thing. You had to be careful.

00:11:28 - 00:11:34 | Speaker 6:

whatever yeah but all right misfit victor we'll talk to you later uh go go blue then you gotta

00:11:34 - 00:11:39 | Speaker 2:

00:11:39 - 00:11:48 | Speaker 1:
