Spike, you went to the movies yesterday. You actually went and saw that movie Megan. How was it, by the way?

It was good. Yeah, I thought it was just fun and kind of good escape. Not really, because it's low on the horror and scary factors because you can predict and see everything that's coming from a mile away. You know everybody that is going to die, and they deserve to die.

See, I still watch movies like that that are predictable, and I watch them through my hands. I put my fingers up.

I did hear there was one part that's very awkward and funny, and it has to do with this. I don't want to say it on the end, but is that true? Yes.

Yeah, there's a couple spots that it made it fun because these little moments that you're like, they took the rules of a horror film away and made it silly and it made it kind of fun. And it was 90 minutes in and out, Mojo. You would have loved it. That's good. I love that. Oh, my gosh. Because every other movie in theaters right now is three and a half hours long.

So Spike went to the movies yesterday.

Imagine theaters, by the way, and bought my beer at the concession stand. You didn't sneak it in? I did not sneak it in. It's only water you sneak in. Yes, exactly.

But you went and saw a movie, and then you witnessed something that happened during the movie.

Yeah, so we just sat down in the movie theater, and we were watching the trailers, and the guy in front of us stood up and started searching under his seat. Not sure what he was digging for, but he and his date were using the iPhone light, searching, and I was like, oh, you know, I offered to help. Uh-oh, did you drop something? You know, you want us to look for something? He asked us to look for his wedding ring. And honestly, I watched him. he came in he honestly just pulled his hand out of his gloves really fast and the ring came off and bounced on the ground somewhere well this guy looked desperate and nervous to find it and when we were looking around that's when i looked up and realized that his date didn't have a ring on and i don't know what the relationship was but if he had a wife at home there was no way in hell she was going to buy that story about the gloves and the ring just flew off and i don't he seemed really nervous but he stuck around until after the movie because then the trailer stopped and the movie started so he just sat down and then after the movie the lights came up they started searching again i was like good luck my dude and i realized like this guy's panicking and i don't think that was his wife with him but i couldn't tell so you so you

think that the only reason his true panic was not that he lost his ring but that he was gonna have

to explain it to somebody later maybe where he lost his ring you know it just looks suspicious because you can't say yeah i went to the movies by myself and lost a ring and it just looks we and oh it just fell off when i was taking my gloves off i'm like huh so i thought this could be interesting because it reminded me of a time i went on a guy's weekend and we went to like this music festival and my friend came out of the bathroom and he was shaking his hand because he wet it washed his hands but they had no dry towel or dryers or anything so he's shaking his hands like crazy to dry his hands and his ring went flying off in the music tent and we're laughing because we're all there's like six guys looking for this dude's wedding ring on the ground as this horrible jimmy buffett cover band is playing and i'm like we gotta find this because no wife is gonna want to hear you when you came home from a guy's weekend and you lost your ring Like, why'd you take it off? I didn't take it off. It fell off. No, rings don't fall off. No, it's shaking my hand really hard. Like, no, it's just suspicious, you know?

Yes So, I don't wear my ring to work because I work with food and the gloves always cut it. So, I do the dishes at home and I put it in my pant pocket, not realizing. And I've dried it, not once, not twice, but three times. And I was afraid to tell my fiancé about it. So, when I finally did, we're freaking out searching for it. So, we finally found it in the dryer and there was a diamond missing. Thank God the jewelers covered it because, oh, I would have been in big trouble. He tells me all the time. He's like, can you not put it in the dryer anymore?

You need to put an old sign on your dryer that says ring check. Remind yourself.
