this guy is a man of his word he is a man of his word last night we were all hanging out at fort field till what was it one o'clock in the morning it seems like right and he told us he said you know what i'm gonna do something for you guys i'm gonna take care of you guys and i said okay he goes i'm gonna bring in breakfast because you have not tried this place and I'm going to bring it in to you guys early in the morning. I'm like, there's no way you're waking up that early in the morning. And he did. George from Six is in here with us right now.

Say it, George. Listen, I told you, have you guys had Iggy's? And you guys both said no. So I had to make sure I stopped off, picked you guys up, some awesome breakfast sandwiches. This place is amazing.

It's the best. I'm learning so much. You're like my, I don't know, my tour guide, I guess, so to speak, into Detroit because obviously Six Salon is right there off Woodward, which is beautiful. And you're working out of there today, right? I'm working Fridays, yep.

Do you work every Friday there?

Every other Friday. Okay. Yeah. Can I ask you a question? Absolutely. Do you feel bad for the people that you're going to have to be seeing today that they're going to get a very tired-eyed Lions guy? You know what?

I don't feel that tired. Really? As I was pulling in, I was talking to my brother. He's like, you must be so tired. I said, I'm not tired at all. You're just kind of on adrenaline right now. Total rush. I mean, yesterday's game was unbelievable.

Sheesh. So good. I'm so jealous.

Oh, it was unreal. That, by the way, to win the way that they won yesterday, which I thought you couldn't get any more scripted. It was like something out of Hollywood. And then to see everybody in Detroit on the streets. So you guys all walked in and did the parking garage thing, which I did not realize how long it was going to take you guys to get out of there.

We said that Mojo's definitely asleep by the time we got out of there.

I stayed at the hotel, and so I walked there. We all were walking along. I'm not going to lie to you. There was nothing but happiness and cheerfulness and screaming and loving.

It's unbelievable. The vibe down there is unreal. The restaurants, the bars, just the people walking around, everybody's so happy.

Thursday night, I've never seen in Detroit looking like that Thursday night. The bars were crazy. And you know what's funny is I think that we all have wondered what would this town be like if we won a Super Bowl? And we're not counting our chickens, but I'm going to say this. The chickens were balking last night.

They're crazy, crazy. I mean, if you recall last year during playoffs, downtown was on fire. And there was so much going on. People were coming down.

And they didn't even have tickets. Just to be a part of the atmosphere. Just to be a part of it. Absolutely. Yeah, there was something really special about last night. One of my favorite clips post-game, so Rhonda from the iHeart Sports Department goes on to do all the press conferences and hangs out with the players afterwards. She got Jared Goff to talk a little bit about Damblin Gan, Dan Gamble, right? What do they say? They say that there's no coach in the history of football that has ever gone for it on fourth down more than this guy has, and he's only been a head coach for just a few years. But you've got to love it. Here's what Goff said about him going for it on fourth down, where Goff almost tripped and fell, and they could have just kicked a field goal right then, but they would give a lot of time to the Green Bay Packers.

He obviously plays that line, you know, of what he wants to do. But certainly we're aggressive, and that's kind of been our thing for a couple of years. And I think it does change the way teams have to prepare. They have to prepare for, you know, fourth down and fourth and short and have, you know, ideas of what they want to do. And I think he's done a really good job of deciding when to go and when not to go. And certainly because it worked, everyone's going to say, you guys are going to say, great call. And if it didn't work, you guys would be crushing him. And that's the game he plays. And that's why he's the guy with the big stones.

Stones and steel. Stones and steel. Who said it last night on the radio? Was it Hammer? She said, stones and steel.

I love that. So you got to, you know, to get to see the vibe of Kevin, which I, what did I say to you when we were sitting in the restaurant? You're going to love Kevin. You're going to love Kevin. You will never see the energy of this guy.

And Kevin has energy, like, he brings us all up, like, with energy. Like, this morning, obviously, we're all faking our energy. This guy, like, is legit. and the listeners that we ran into last night, it was almost like I was setting it up for George, like, George, this is what it's like. That's what it's like being around Kev. No, around Moncho. It was insane. Can I tell a story that I don't even think that you guys even know from last night? So we ran into a lot of people. First off, what did we think of the guys from Gross Seal that were sitting behind us, those 20-year-old dudes?

As the game went on and their elbows tipped up higher and higher, It got a little crazy

At the beginning I was kind of like I really like these guys By the end I was like I want to beat the crap out of him

When he turned to the Packers fan And was going off on him And was like You a blank blank blank Virgin with a bowl cut I'm talking to you You almost died

It was bad Yeah but then we were also We didn't have the lead at that point And I was thinking This guy's going to jinx us And we're going to end up Yes I even made us switch our seats As soon as we got back down from him

Lifetime, yes, exactly. No, you did not. No, because we changed up how we were sitting. How dare you guys. And then Mojo then scored. Then they scored. And Mojo's like, all right, we got to switch back. Got to switch back.

And I got to put my underwear on inside out. And look, and it worked. I don't know.

We got to shout out also the Chaldean Eastside girls that we met. Yes. We were standing in line for drinks. Those girls were great. It was fun. And then I got to tell you guys this story. So you guys ran up to go stand in line. i ended up running into a former client of the radio station and tell me if this is weird because you george at six you see a lot of people all the time right husbands wives married divorced single whatever um former client of this radio station it's there hangs and i've known the guy for a while see him there with a girl that was not his wife ouch and i say hey to him and talk to him and he's kind of pushing her to the back like he didn't want me to know that they were together but she was a huge war of the roses fan and so the entire time she's like oh my god i just love it tell shannon that you know and all this stuff and i'm doing and i'm going have you ever have you guys ever is or is anybody ever and you can call us at 844 mojo live have you ever been out in public and witnessed somebody that you knew that was in a relationship with somebody but was with somebody else like have you ever witnessed yes yeah have you what do you do do you say

anything because i didn't know what to say it's really hard because a long time ago someone said the gentleman who trained me said you know time will come where you're gonna work on a husband and wife and maybe her boyfriend or his his girlfriend or maybe his boyfriend and i thought to myself this guy watches way too much soap opera yeah and lo and behold happens all the time

do you keep it do you keep it quiet like do you not say anything because you know it's your money yeah well i because i i'm there the whole time going all right you know have i heard his commercials on the radio maybe maybe he's on with jay or something you know what i mean sometimes like i'm going whatever and i'm not obviously i'm not going to say who it is but i'll tell you guys off here it was just so weird to see yeah somebody out with somebody that was not you know what i mean two things man first thing

i don't know if taking someone to a professional game is the right way to do it because there are cameras everywhere and what happens when you get put on a jumbotron with somebody you're not

supposed to be with i'm telling you guys we've so in this the other way this by the way this by the way was we did this as a topic and you can call us up and tell us with this too we did a topic of how did you catch them cheating and one of my favorite things ever was the person that was watching channel four in detroit wdiv local four with devin skillion whatever you know and the person was on the tv in the background of a news story holding hands with a girl that was not his wife what yes and that was how somebody called us up and told us that's how they caught them But I think you're right. If you are cheating, don't bring the person you're cheating to a place where there's 55,000, how many, 65,000 people at that game last night? Was it there? Something like that. Is it that? It was sold out. Whatever their matches, that was.

We were all screaming the entire time because, and I, listen, I know that they probably make up the fanometer or whatever it is, but it was so loud in there that Jordan Love was having some issues. Right, he couldn't hear. Yeah, and it caused a couple of penalties. Wasn't that fun last night?

Oh, it was crazy.

Yeah, that was honestly one of my favorite things that I've ever done, and I wouldn't be able to do it if it wasn't for this good-looking man that's sitting right here, George, so we appreciate it. Thanks, Jordan. I'll talk to you. Get some rest, okay?

By the way, first off, you'd never cheat on your wife because she's too hot and she's successful and awesome and she gave you great kids and girls and stuff. But listen, I will say this though. And I have like physical proof. When I went to see Ed Sheeran, I knew these two girls that were dating and I saw one of them like from the back walking down and she was with another girl and they were kind of hugged up, but I couldn't see the other girl's face. So I took a picture and was like, I see you and sent it to her. The girl responded, laugh aloud, that's not me. Oh.

Okay. That's somebody else with him. Exactly. Oh, wow.

All right. So I worked at a restaurant in Detroit for a long time and waited on people at lunchtime. And after lunch, my guy walks up to me, hands me a $100 bill and says, hey, I'm coming in for dinner with my wife. You didn't see me for lunch. Wow. Wow.

And wait, question. This is the question that first popped into my head. Who is better looking, the girl he brought for lunch or the girl he brought for dinner?

Honestly, the girl he brought in for lunch. Wow.

I had a story for someone cheating on their wife.

Yeah. Well, I went to a Red Wing game on New Year's Eve with my wife, and we were staying at the Renaissance Center. And so we're standing in the lobby to get into the elevator, and there's the president of my company standing there with this young girl. Oh, geez. and it was so awkward and um i'm just like going oh my god and uh so the the elevator opens and he goes hey uh your elevator's there so i wasn't even thinking and me and my wife's getting the elevator

And then I go, did he just say your elevator?

He wanted you the hell out of there, didn't he?

Yeah, he did.

He didn't want to recognize me at all.

Did you go and ask for a raise? Because I would have asked for a raise on Monday. First day.

I was kind of worried, though, when I went back to work, but never said anything about it.

Yeah, you had too much on him. There is no way you're getting fired after a situation like that, Tony. What's up, Kelly?

Hi, Mojo. I just want to say it was so nice to see you yesterday. I was at the game last night. You are just awesome. You went out of your way and you came up and you took pictures with my husband and I. I know you guys. Yes, and I tagged you on my Facebook page and everybody just loves you and you're just the sweetest guy. It's very genuine. You're a very genuine person. So it's not just on the radio, it's, like, real.

By the way, will you do me a favor? That money I gave you to make sure that Chelsea doesn't know the girl that I was sitting next to at the game last night. She was a very good-looking black girl with a big blue outfit. Kev was wearing this. I've seen it. I've seen it. What did you think of Kev's blue coat that he had on?

I loved it. I was actually, like, he was walking up the stairs, and I was looking at him, and I was like, I love that coat.

Do you know what's funny? That's my big blue. He had every boy blue. Everybody was coming up to him, and he even had the guys, the TV broadcasters from Prime that were coming up. Richard Sherman complimented. It was cool.

It's so funny, though, Mojo, I just want to say, I have so many of my friends that tell me that my husband looks so much like you. And by the way, I take offense to that.

I take offense to that. That guy is way better looking than me.
