No I did not I'm sorry I did not I actually I will say this to you Because it was a Monday night I always end up getting so exhausted From the weekend And especially seeing that you woke up so early in the morning and didn't let me sleep on Sunday morning that I, like, passed out on my couch at, like, 2 in the afternoon yesterday.

Well, you'll love this. You know that Eminem and Rihanna song, The Monster? That's my brother's new theme song. Call me Frankenstein. I have created a monster with my brother. And it all really came to a head last night as we were watching the Met Gala. Now, I did this thing with my brother where I was like, I can watch it on my phone while you watch something else, but I really need to watch it tonight. You know, I really want to. And to be fair, during COVID, I really got my brother into RuPaul's Drag Race. So he is a major fan. And a part of that is us pretending like we know what we're doing when it comes to drag, even though clearly we don't. And telling the queens what they're doing right and wrong with zero perspective on how it actually works. Yeah, that's what makes it fun. It's like when you're watching a hockey game and you're making calls like you know how to coach the team better than the coach does. That's what we do from our own couch. So we are watching the Met Gala last night, and I'm posting up on Instagram stories, and I'm getting people to vote and tell me what they like and they don't like, and my brother just starts going off. this man deep dive Karl Lagerford so he knew the theme of the gala and the history of the gala and he started just lighting in to these celebrities and saying everything that they were doing wrong and most of my captions on the photos on my Instagram stories are just verbatim what my brother said to him. Oh really?

Oh he did most of my job for me. At Megan Mick I'm looking at here it says are you freaking kidding me Doja Cat let me look at these ones here Yeah.

So then I would do polls, right? And he loved Doja Cat's look last night. Oh, really? Me neither. That was scary. For a long time. And I was like, well, people on Instagram are not agreeing with you. They do not like Doja Cat. If you only knew the kind of time it took to make the prosthetics look that smooth. The artistry of it all, Megan. The artistry. And he was just going off. And I looked at him and I was like, this is my own doing. This is my own fault.

So this is your brother's new thing, huh? because he started watching RuPaul's Drag Race. He now knows fashion.

He thinks he's a fashionista. He feels like he grew up. What was that board game, The Pretty, Pretty Princess? Yes, I just played it last weekend. I feel like my brother needs to start playing these games. They'd be right up his alley. Or the one where the mall where you had the credit card. Mall Madness. Mall Madness. This is who my brother is slowly turning into. If you have any other recommendations of how I can get him to live his best fashionista life, I am all ears.

You know what this reminds me of? It's probably wiped from all the excitement. This reminds me of as a little boy growing up with sisters playing Barbies with them and then being more excited about playing Barbies. It was unbelievable. It was like, you're so excited about it. That's all you wanted to do is play. And you couldn't play it unless she was there because obviously she didn't want you to touch it, but you really wanted to.

Yes. My sister Pat and Pat would always yell at me that Barbie wasn't supposed to be in that room or Barbie wasn't supposed to be talking to Ken at that time. You know, stuff like that.

And Barbie and Ken and, you know, Chelsea, Skipper, they all had very specific voices

and you had to do the voices right. Well, question from- certain outfits question for megan on this one would uh your brother had watched the met gala if you weren't home watching it was he more into it because you were into it also or was he like if he came home after a tough day at work sat on the couch pulled up his what you guys watch it on your phones or ipads or what'd you watch on the television oh so it was on e okay

yeah we watched the full three and a half hour broadcast together we did not give up on this at all and at one point I even looked at my brother and I said you know if you don't want to if you want to turn something else on it's absolutely fine he's like no no I think I'm kind of into this I was like yeah yeah bitch yeah you are but it was it was truly so much fun to create the person I've always wanted him to be my older sister so it's funny because I've never been

in the Met Gala I mean don't be upset with me about that like I was never like excited about the Met Gala but I will tell you that for the sake of the show you just want to stay connected and see what people are doing and what's the craziest thing that they're doing and I turn on and I realize it just to me is like it's like the Hollywood you know Oscar pre-show that's all it is isn't it

yes and no I mean there is a lot of behind the scenes drama in terms of who gets an invite who doesn't

So I also love the other drama of the night, which is Karl Lagerfeld was the theme, which is interesting because it's not usually people. But he was the theme, but he's very controversial and a lot of people don't like him. So when Viola Davis hits the carpet, my brother and I were both like, oh, what is happening here? Was she in pink? She was in a pink, it almost looked like, and hate me if you want, I don't care. She looked like a 1970s backup singer to a Vegas show. Yeah, feathers. Feathers, hot pink, sequins on it. And it just didn't look right. And I realized it was a huge statement from her people because Karl Lagerfeld hated feathers. He hated pink. He hated natural hair. He hated curvy women. And it was a big middle finger to the theme of the whole show. And I loved it. I lived for the drama of the night.

By the way, if you're going, who can someone please explain to me who the hell Karl Lagerfeld is? Yeah, I was going to ask that question. I would say he is best known for taking over Chanel. And he.
