Mojo, Spike, Shannon out sick today. Hopefully back tomorrow. We'll see. She actually got sick, started feeling sick over the weekend, started taking some meds and is doing much better. I talked to her yesterday. She still answered the phone, and when she answered the phone, it was like, hello. And I'm like, yes, is the lady about it? I did exactly that. We were thinking the same thing. So, yeah, so she'll hopefully be back tomorrow. And in the meantime, and when I say that, I don't mean that we don't enjoy Megan. Yeah. But it is.

00:02:42 - 00:02:44 | Speaker 4:

It's a little loud at 5 o'clock in the morning.

00:02:45 - 00:02:48 | Speaker 6:

I came in this morning, and she was just bitching already.

00:02:49 - 00:02:49 | Speaker 7:

Oh, my God.

00:02:49 - 00:02:58 | Speaker 3:

It's so nice to come in. And really spend all of my free time to make sure that everything is covered for you guys. Yeah. To only be bitched about constantly.

00:02:58 - 00:03:39 | Speaker 7:

Well, let me say this. And you know what? Hold on. Let me get rid of this music here for one second. When Megan does have the opportunity to, you know, come in the studio, it is always nice. Because what it does is it makes her more active, not just during the show, but after the show. because i noticed yesterday that for it seems like the first time in eternity megan was active in the group chat and i don't know if it's because she's more active like you know participatory during the radio program but um but it is it has caused for a fight to go on between members of

00:03:39 - 00:05:17 | Speaker 3:

the show. Yeah, my nemini. My nemesis. You're with an arm's reach. Watch out, girl. He just walked into the room and I am ready to fight because I learned the hard lesson yesterday of why I don't participate in the group chat. Every once in a while, I like to dabble. I like to go, maybe today is the day that I will be a happy camper and participate in the group chat, which, by the way, is all of us here on the morning show and our boss, Tony Travato, who's on the chat. And I sent a TikTok that is a funny news story about something happening in Michigan, and nobody responds, right? So I sent that, and I'm just going to send some receipts here. So I sent that at 11.35 in the morning. Then literally two hours later, Mojo sends the exact same news story, and everybody responds to Mojo's story. So I was like, oh, that's cool. Also, nobody wanted to watch my news story, but when the Mighty Mojo sends it, everybody participates, which is fine. And I jokingly said, literally, like, nobody watches it, but at least I have a topic for tomorrow. And then KP out of left field. Whoa, where'd she come through here? She just decides to go, wow, Megan, that was set at 1135 during our podcast. Lie number one. Lie number one right there. I just want to specify, our podcast had not started, and KP would know that because during the podcast, we were sitting directly next to each other, locked eyes almost the entire time, because you and I were conversating the entire time together.

00:05:18 - 00:05:20 | Speaker 2:

I'm painting my ass.

00:05:20 - 00:05:56 | Speaker 3:

No, I know what you're thinking, Becca. How do you know the podcast hadn't started? Well, funny you ask that, listener, because at 11.38, three minutes after I sent the news story, KP asked Mike if he was ready to start the podcast. So her own text messages and timestamps prove that we had not started yet. So I called her out for that. And instead of saying in front of her boss, oh, you're right, my bad. what does she do instead sends a crying gift emoji like i could care less that i had called you out for being wrong in front of our boss and instead of saying my bad i'm just gonna mock you

00:05:56 - 00:06:11 | Speaker 2:

a little bit more in front of everybody i i am living out my dream of wanting an older sister to absolutely irritate my nightmare is to have a little sister well congratulations

00:06:11 - 00:06:31 | Speaker 3:

four more lies and you get a prize so i would just like to know you're going down why why did you call me out in front of the boss strike one two why were you lying about it strike two and three why didn't you apologize in the group chat in front of everybody so i have to admit i actually

00:06:31 - 00:06:37 | Speaker 2:

didn't realize mojo sent the exact same article i only read actually one message actually i go

00:06:37 - 00:06:44 | Speaker 1:

ahead finish your comment because i'm going to tell you that megan's wrong go ahead i i um i only

00:06:44 - 00:07:05 | Speaker 2:

read one message and it was only megan so feel honored that i only read one message it was not literally no one watches my tiktoks at least i have a topic for tomorrow and then i looked at the time stamp of when you sent the podcast and my brain is in podcast mode when we're from like 11 a.m she's focused 40 i'm like oh we typically do podcasts at that time so i was probably focused

00:07:05 - 00:07:17 | Speaker 4:

on something else and i and i don't want to dogpile on megan but when you're done mojo saying why megan's wrong i'm gonna add why megan's also wrong okay megan so so i truly hate today

00:07:17 - 00:07:43 | Speaker 1:

megan sent a tiktok of some guy explaining the story that was horribly boring yes i was sending so boring that you said the same story okay i was sending the same story but with actualities and actually exciting stuff to it about the story. So where you were sending some boner sitting there talking about it, I was actually sending the actual audio. But that's okay. Go ahead, Spon.

00:07:43 - 00:08:05 | Speaker 4:

We're on the same wavelength. Thank you. Because, see, I've already said my disdain for the oversensitivity of some of the younger people on this show, that they feel that you need to pat them on the back for every meme. You mean the youths? Every GIF, every TikTok they share, I look at them all. I don't necessarily react to them all.

00:08:05 - 00:08:07 | Speaker 3:

That is such BS because, oh, okay. It sucks.

00:08:08 - 00:08:50 | Speaker 4:

I, like Mojo, looked at yours when you sent it, and I agree. It was the most boring. This guy was the worst TikTok. You follow that guy? He should be removed from TikTok because he didn't put any effort into this TikTok. All he was doing was reading a story off the screen, boringly, I might add. But you sent it, and I thought, well, maybe she's not sending it because she thinks it's hilarious. Maybe she's sending it because she thinks it would be good for the show, for KP. So I figured Mojo probably did the same thing. He watched it and said, well, let me look for the story because it could be good to talk about on the show. And that's why Mojo replied with more info about the actual story. Yes, I was trying to expand on the story. Which should make you feel better that he actually watched your story.

00:08:50 - 00:09:12 | Speaker 3:

He didn't, because if he did, he wouldn't have said the same news story. Y'all, it's very clear he didn't watch it. And it was also Marcus DePolla, who has 4 million followers on TikTok because he reads interesting news stories. Oh, my God. I'm going to start doing that. That's literally all his content is. I'm trying too hard. And he seems to be pretty successful at it if you look at the numbers, which is crazy.

00:09:12 - 00:09:29 | Speaker 4:

I was in here for an hour yesterday trying to create a TikTok because our boss is always complaining we need to put more TikToks on the Channel 955 TikTok. talk so maybe all i need to do is just sit there and boringly with no facial expression read off the screen you know you have any idea how i don't give a it's not working for his four million

00:09:29 - 00:09:35 | Speaker 3:

followers you are you guys are so right i i'm so glad that we're taking your perspective on all

00:09:35 - 00:09:41 | Speaker 1:

all right okay let's did you guys feel better now no i feel like everybody just dogged on me

00:09:41 - 00:09:45 | Speaker 3:

at the end again and now i'm just mad all right hey did you guys hear the story about the kid

00:09:45 - 00:09:58 | Speaker 1:

with the grub hub yeah literally okay yeah that's genuinely mad and that's what it's about into this morning we will actually talk to the people that the story that megan boringly sent and we don't

00:09:58 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 4:

need to some boring guy

00:10:00 - 00:10:31 | Speaker 6:

credit to us we will uh we're gonna talk to him again the story we haven't even told you what the story is but there's a local kid in our listening area his parents actually listen to the show who got a hold of his dad's credit card and ordered a thousand dollars on grubhub and this dad only found out when the ring cam just kept showing people like one by one coming to to deliver things to the house. And the kid was how old, Megan? You know, because you listened to the story, right?

00:10:34 - 00:10:43 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God. It's going to be a day, you guys. I really, truly. Is he six? No, you know what? It's 6'22".

00:10:43 - 00:10:45 | Speaker 6:

He is six years old, yes.

00:10:45 - 00:10:49 | Speaker 4:

Who would you like me to mail this dirty that I've prepped for today? Because I'm going to send it to one of you.

00:10:50 - 00:10:51 | Speaker 6:

I'm so happy.

00:10:51 - 00:10:54 | Speaker 4:

I'm going to actually get in my car and just go home.

00:10:54 - 00:10:55 | Speaker 6:

No, no, we love you.

00:10:55 - 00:11:00 | Speaker 1:

The girl who never replies or jumps in the group chat is now complaining that she finally did and nobody actually.

00:11:00 - 00:11:50 | Speaker 6:

One day I'm going to call Megan out on when she does that whole thing, when she goes, I quit. I'm leaving. I'm doing this. And I'm going to go, all right, great. Thanks a lot. I appreciate it. And she's going to go, crap. All right. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. By the way, this is proof that I just wanted everybody to know this because look at this. People text in and call in. If you want to call and tell us what your thoughts are on this. Proof that listeners, for some reason, don't just love when the show is happy and, you know, copacetic. They want some fire going on. Just like they have arguments with family and coworkers and friends of theirs, we go through those moments. I always think it's a good therapy session whenever we can do this.

00:11:50 - 00:11:57 | Speaker 4:

i actually feel quite angrier than i did about 10 minutes ago to be saying you're not wrong

00:11:57 - 00:12:23 | Speaker 5:

like nobody responds to anything in the group chat and it's like you get to a point where you're like ah why am i even saying i think i hurt you mike all the time though you do but like i do because i i i do because i want to make sure that mike knows that i love him well no it's not even that it's just why why send anything if nobody is going to respond like even a funny thing or i don't need a a pat on the back i like but why are we sending stuff to each other well if nobody's

00:12:23 - 00:12:39 | Speaker 6:

going to respond well the one thing that i i realize is that there's a time for response so that you can't send it at certain times because there's certain times where everybody kind of unplugs from the show and i've realized that that there have been moments where i've sent like something i could it'd be like the biggest news ever and nobody ever says anything or does

00:12:39 - 00:12:47 | Speaker 1:

anything but i realize nobody sees it well that was also the side conversation i didn't want to get into with megan but the after the show is when we're at our busiest we're all running around

00:12:47 - 00:12:55 | Speaker 6:

doing stuff after the show except and we and we just saw it we're actually with each other at that moment too like why don't you say hey there's a guy on tiktok that just said this thing because

00:12:55 - 00:13:24 | Speaker 4:

here's the crazy thing you would think that as somebody who doesn't part i rarely rarely rarely participate in our group chat right because it is a little bit disheartening i feel like at the beginning i was trying to be the comedic relief in the group and then nobody cared and that's that's kind of hurtful when you only participate when it's something that you feel like the group should know and then you're still ignored it's like what the hell am i like but then if i don't participate in the group chat it's why don't you this is a team effort megan where are you but this

00:13:24 - 00:13:38 | Speaker 6:

is proof though that this is proof though that technology has ruined us that we're all sitting in the same room and we don't communicate with each other we actually send a text uh to uh to tell everybody what's going on by the way i just sent a text in the group chat well i'm literally

00:13:38 - 00:13:47 | Speaker 4:

i'm gonna leave the group chat y'all can text me if there's something important oh i think you'll like this one i'm actually going to exit it i think you'll like this one it's the middle finger so
