And so my sisters and I found out through a text message that my dad and stepmom were getting married.

Kelly, can I tell you something? That exact same thing happened to me. so my my mom passed when i was 14 my dad started dating a little over a year later and within like a year of dating my dad ended up up getting married to the woman that he was dating who happened to be somebody he worked

with and yeah they worked together oh my gosh no way do you want to hear the craziest part

of the whole thing my sisters and i went to mass we went to like noon mass and the mass ended at one there was a wedding on a sunday and we were like oh wow this is wild there's a wedding on a sunday in catholic faith you know there was really never weddings on sundays right yeah it was my dad's wedding that's and you were there we just left went in our car left my dad and his new wife ended up showing up later got married my friend actually one of my buddies was one of uh his little brother was one of the altar servers at my dad's wedding i found i found out from i found out from the priest that did not marry him because he refused to marry him one of the priests at our parish would not marry my dad unless he invited us he did not invite us to the wedding so why um because my dad did not uh like the reaction that my sisters gave to my dad dating so he kind of took it out on everybody and honestly it was a little immature on the whole deal but if scott mick is listening i got a perfect wedding planner for you well month of breaks what do you what do you want megan what do you want your dad to do like what's your hope with this i know that you actually joke about the whole idea that you don't want your dad dating

Hey, I found out that my dad was married by a picture hanging on a wall at his house. Really? I lived in Michigan. I was living in Michigan and he lived in Florida and I came down to visit and he was working. So I got kind of there early. I didn't know that he had somebody significant. Didn't know he was seeing anybody, nothing. And so I'm there. He's still at work. I'm unpacking. I look on the wall and I see a picture of him and his tux, woman in a wedding gown. and I'm like, hmm, I didn't get invited to that party for some reason.
