The little girl with the big story to tell. Every dating app swap is another loss. Gym bros, big CEOs, straight up losers. So now the only app I open is Moto Casino. Because at least there, I'm surrounded by winners. Real winners, thousands of them. While everyone else is in the single swamp, I'm at home relaxing while stacking bonuses, hitting wins, and playing all my favorite Vegas-style games. Moto Casino, the only app worth your time.

Moto Casino, American Social Casino. Megan went out on a date last night and went for a fancy meal, too. I actually went to, like, one of those high-class places that have white napkins. And if you drop it on the floor, guess what they do? Bring you a new one. What's going on? Who did you go out on a fancy date with last night?

00:02:09 - 00:02:12 | Speaker 7:

My future ex-husband, Steve Kubar. Did you really? I did.

00:02:13 - 00:02:13 | Speaker 3:

That's nice.

00:02:14 - 00:02:18 | Speaker 7:

Did you come here, or did he go down to Toledo? No, I came to him because he's rude.

00:02:19 - 00:02:26 | Speaker 6:

Really? Wait, he wouldn't let you come? Oh, my God. Hold on, I'm sorry

00:02:26 - 00:02:27 | Speaker 4:

Hey, it's Steve Gabar

00:02:27 - 00:02:32 | Speaker 7:

Oh my god Every time we talk about him, can you just play that, please?

00:02:33 - 00:02:36 | Speaker 6:

That's it, we should actually have that I'll put it in the box

00:02:36 - 00:02:37 | Speaker 7:

Please

00:02:37 - 00:02:38 | Speaker 6:

Hey, it's Steve Gabar

00:02:38 - 00:02:39 | Speaker 4:

It's Zodford and Holly

00:02:39 - 00:02:43 | Speaker 6:

I love him, though

00:02:43 - 00:02:44 | Speaker 7:

He's the best

00:02:44 - 00:02:47 | Speaker 6:

He took you to a fancy restaurant What restaurant did you guys go to?

00:02:48 - 00:04:37 | Speaker 7:

Is it Joe Muir? Oh, that's a real nice restaurant Yeah, too nice for me I don't know what he was thinking. That was way too nice because I, first he was, I need to preface this before I start digging into all of my problems with it. We had a great time. Loved spending time with him. It was so nice that he took me somewhere nice. It was nice to get out of the house. I had a very busy week with like a bunch of kind of like stressful, heavy things. It was nice to just go do something fun. So thank you, Steve. Comma, butt, dot, dot, dot. um we get there and I realize how um unprepared I am for fancy living so if my father Scott Mick is listening thanks for really letting me down here because I never know how to act in proper settings to the point where anytime something came out I didn't know how to eat it so I waited for Steve to start and then I would start eating because I didn't know which silverware to use or what plates to use or how to eat the bread or like anything and then this is one of those places where when the food comes out apparently the server puts the napkin in your lap for you i didn't know that yeah i didn't know that and so um i like grabbed it i almost tucked it into my shirt because you know i spill everything on my boobs and as he was reaching he realized it wasn't there and it was very awkward because he was like a robot and he didn't know what to do and he just kind of walked away and then later on somebody held a door for me but i didn't notice that anybody would hold the door for me so i literally ran into the man holding the door and they brought hot towels out during the meal forgot how to act with those and i didn't know what to do so i just held his i held the towel until steve got his and i just looked at him and he started wiping his hands i was like oh yeah that's what we do question okay i was just

00:04:37 - 00:04:42 | Speaker 4:

about to ask you what do you do with those hot towels i literally just stared at him until he

00:04:42 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 7:

grabbed his uh there was a palate cleanser in the middle of the meal i didn't know that's what it was a palate cleanser yeah i didn't know what it was and so i just i just kept staring at the man i'm too old to be walked through how to eat at a dinner with a person you're supposed to be going

00:05:00 - 00:05:14 | Speaker 5:

dinner with the entire time i was just replaying in my head like why didn't they cover this in princess diaries what did she say like what am i supposed to do now and i was just dropping the ball left and right it felt so out of place but it was so fun so every time that they would do

00:05:14 - 00:05:26 | Speaker 1:

something that was kind of fancy you would have to look at steve to see what he would do or did you ever look at other tables to see what other tables were up to so i was staring at other tables

00:05:26 - 00:05:50 | Speaker 5:

But I kept my favorite pastime is to create backstories for strangers. So I would look over at another table to see what they were doing, but then get so interested in being like, is this a first date? Is that their sugar daddy? Did a family member just die? Is somebody trying to get a promotion? Like, I forgot to pay attention to literally anything else that was going on. And eventually I looked at Steve and I was like, you just have to explain all of this to me. I have no idea what's going on.

00:05:50 - 00:06:16 | Speaker 1:

You know, you know what I think we need to do? We need to do a good old-fashioned etiquette class for Megan. Aren't there, like, classes like that? Yes, there sure are. I've seen it in movies before where they send the daughter off to etiquette class. I had to go to etiquette class. You went to etiquette class? Yeah, I didn't know. Oh, no wonder why. Look where I am now. Look where I am now. You guys couldn't tell. Oh. What did you learn at etiquette class?

00:06:16 - 00:06:21 | Speaker 4:

How to walk, proper hygiene, manners at the table.

00:06:21 - 00:06:26 | Speaker 1:

Wow. Yeah. That's wild. For a long time. What was the reasoning behind this?

00:06:26 - 00:06:49 | Speaker 4:

Because it was part of like a modeling program that my mom had my sisters and I in. You guys, I had a bowl haircut and eczema. I was not a model. But, I mean, you know, for a young girl to learn, you know, about hygiene and whatever, I don't know. I still can't believe I had to do it.

00:06:49 - 00:07:23 | Speaker 1:

Have any of our listeners ever been in a setting like this where all of a sudden you found yourself like in a fancy setting and you didn't know how to react? And what did you do? 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548 is the telephone number. I still don't understand. Why do they need multiple forks? And what is the deal with keeping your utensils? Like why do they have to take your utensils? I was a dishwasher as a teenager, and I didn't want to have to sit there and wash all kinds of little stuff, right? Yeah. It's crazy.

00:07:23 - 00:07:28 | Speaker 5:

I had multiple forks, multiple knives, multiple glasses, plates. I was so confused.

00:07:28 - 00:07:31 | Speaker 1:

Yeah. By the way, did you put your pinky out when you were eating?

00:07:31 - 00:07:40 | Speaker 5:

No, but the whole time I just kept telling myself, don't burp. And if you have to have that mantra playing in your head, you don't deserve to be at a restaurant like that.

00:07:40 - 00:07:41 | Speaker 1:

How do you think?

00:07:41 - 00:07:44 | Speaker 2:

Hey, it's Steve Gabara, it's that Ford, and it's that extreme.

00:07:44 - 00:07:48 | Speaker 1:

How would he have reacted to you letting out a little belch?

00:07:48 - 00:08:02 | Speaker 5:

Honestly, he knows me at this point. I would look at him and be like, you know who you invited. This is your own fault. I'm not a Joe Muir person. I'm a Five Guys person. That's what I deserve.

00:08:02 - 00:08:07 | Speaker 1:

And honestly, Steve is, too. That's the funny thing about it. So he must really like you if he's taking you to somewhere nice like that.

00:08:07 - 00:08:11 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, what's wrong with him? I have no idea. Is he okay? Somebody should check up on him.

00:08:11 - 00:08:21 | Speaker 1:

Somebody help us with this one here, too. Hold on. I was actually going to try to... I wonder if I can call him up and get him this early in the morning. Was it a late night last night? What time did you get to bed at last night?

00:08:21 - 00:08:24 | Speaker 5:

I got home around 1130.

00:08:24 - 00:08:26 | Speaker 1:

Uh-oh. Wait a second. Did we get ourselves some?

00:08:27 - 00:08:28 | Speaker 5:

No. Oh, my God. No.

00:08:29 - 00:08:34 | Speaker 1:

No, I'm talking about dessert. Yes. I don't know what you're thinking about here.

00:08:34 - 00:08:34 | Speaker 5:

Uh-huh.

00:08:36 - 00:08:41 | Speaker 1:

By the way, you think that I want to hear about you and Steve Gabara being romantic together this early in the morning.

00:08:42 - 00:08:43 | Speaker 5:

Are you kidding me? You want to know everything.

00:08:44 - 00:08:46 | Speaker 1:

No, not this early in the morning. I don't want to hear about that.

00:08:47 - 00:08:47 | Speaker 5:

Lies.

00:08:49 - 00:08:54 | Speaker 1:

Be like, ooh, come on. Stop that. Hold on. I don't know if he's.

00:08:56 - 00:08:56 | Speaker 3:

Hello, this is Steve.

00:08:57 - 00:08:59 | Speaker 1:

Oh, come on. What's the last name?

00:08:59 - 00:09:03 | Speaker 4:

I need that. Wait, hold on a second. Hi, this is Nicole.

00:09:03 - 00:09:14 | Speaker 2:

I'm calling from a company called rosesbloom.com. Can I get some flowers, please? Is this? Hey, it's Steve Gabara. It's Zodford and Holly. Yeah, it is. But don't ask. I know it's you guys.

00:09:14 - 00:09:16 | Speaker 3:

Your number's like top secret block or something.

00:09:16 - 00:09:26 | Speaker 1:

Oh, okay. Okay. That's why. Yeah, it's calling from that secret line. The line that we use for War of the Roses. Steve, did Megan behave herself at the fancy restaurant last night?

00:09:27 - 00:09:29 | Speaker 3:

I mean, she gave it her best shot. Yeah, for sure.

00:09:30 - 00:09:31 | Speaker 1:

Her best shot?

00:09:31 - 00:09:32 | Speaker 3:

But.

00:09:32 - 00:09:33 | Speaker 4:

I feel like there's a but. College try.

00:09:34 - 00:09:56 | Speaker 3:

But what? No. Megan was very well behaved. Um, she, I think, struggled with, uh, you know, maybe exactly how many forks and knives were on the table, but we pushed through and, um, it was really good. I mean, yeah, I like it. Now, is this the type of place with pictures on the menu or no?

00:09:56 - 00:09:57 | Speaker 5:

Absolutely not.

00:09:57 - 00:09:57 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

00:09:58 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 1:

No, this is the place they bring.

00:10:00 - 00:10:06 | Speaker 5:

They bring you out the raw food and say, look at this. This is the fish we'll cook for you. Sarah, what's going on?

00:10:07 - 00:10:41 | Speaker 7:

Hi, good morning. So whenever my boyfriend and I go out to Gandy Dancer in Ann Arbor, they give you about four, I would say about like four forks and like three spoons, which I don't understand why you need that many spoons in the first place. But I always wait for my boyfriend to choose his fork that he's going to use because his family's normally fancy like that. But, like, the first time that I ate with them, I, like, looked around. I was like, okay, how do you guys eat? Yes.

00:10:42 - 00:10:43 | Speaker 5:

That is so awesome.

00:10:44 - 00:10:55 | Speaker 7:

I completely agree with Megan that, like, it does get overwhelming. So, like, I'm a people watcher, so I will, of course, watch which ones people are gravitating towards.

00:10:55 - 00:10:57 | Speaker 5:

That's great. Thank you for the call. What's up, Tony?

00:10:58 - 00:11:00 | Speaker 4:

Hey, Mojo. How are you guys doing?

00:11:00 - 00:11:06 | Speaker 5:

Good. Say hello, Tony. We've got a celebrity on the phone with us right now. I don't know if you know that, but...

00:11:06 - 00:11:10 | Speaker 1:

Hey, it's Steve Gabar. It's Zodford and Holly. Hey, Steve Gabar.

00:11:11 - 00:11:53 | Speaker 4:

What's up? I just wanted to tell you, when I was in high school, I had never been to a fancy restaurant before. So it was a prom, and we went to Ricardo's in downtown Toledo. And so I ordered a filet mignon. I had never ordered a filet mignon before in my life. And when the waiter walked up to me, he's like, how would you like that, medium? And, you know, I didn't want to seem like a, you know, in front of the girl, I didn't want to seem like an in-off fat butt. So I said, could I have a small? That sounds like sizes.

00:11:54 - 00:11:55 | Speaker 2:

Tony, that is so good.

00:11:55 - 00:12:01 | Speaker 4:

That is the greatest. You know, and on top of that, she kept yelling at me for putting my elbows on the table.

00:12:02 - 00:12:08 | Speaker 5:

Oh, my God. Steve, did Megan have her elbows on the table? No, but you know what? I thought about it because I did.

00:12:08 - 00:12:15 | Speaker 1:

I was sitting there. I was like, we're chatting. I've got my elbows on the table. I'm going to say, this is terrible, but I figured I was with Megan, so it was okay.

00:12:16 - 00:12:20 | Speaker 5:

What a wonderful night. All right. Well, take care of yourselves, guys.

00:12:21 - 00:12:26 | Speaker 2:
