All right, it is Mojo in the morning. Oh, real quick, Mike's going to join us for a topic. I like when Mike comes on with us because we get to know a little bit about what is Mike's latest issue that Allie is upset with him about.

00:02:54 - 00:02:54 | Speaker 7:

Hi, Mike.

00:02:55 - 00:03:01 | Speaker 6:

This is almost kind of marital therapy, isn't it? Whenever, Mike, you join us and tell us a story or two?

00:03:02 - 00:03:08 | Speaker 7:

Absolutely. Mostly because when people can relate to it, I feel like I'm not the worst person in the entire world.

00:03:08 - 00:03:36 | Speaker 6:

Real quick, I want to ask you real quick before you say your comment, then I'll ask the question. No, it makes me feel better when people have done it, too. Allie, your show partner, of course, you listen to Mike and Allie in the morning on B93 in Grand Rapids. You want good country, you listen to B93 on the iHeartRadio app. Allie is not married, right? But she is in a relationship, right? She dates? Yeah. She's very close to being engaged.

00:03:37 - 00:03:37 | Speaker 2:

Oh, wow.

00:03:38 - 00:03:43 | Speaker 1:

Like, does she know that he has a ring kind of close or what? Is it a he?

00:03:43 - 00:04:09 | Speaker 7:

Yeah. so it is there was a lot of questions there I think she know or I don't know that he has a ring yet I know it is a I know it's going to happen and she knows it's going to happen because they've talked about it multiple times but like her parents will come in town for the weekend and I'm like oh this is it it's going to happen now and then it just doesn't and she doesn't know when it's going to happen and her parents don't know when it's going to or maybe they do

00:04:09 - 00:04:11 | Speaker 2:

know but soon

00:04:12 - 00:04:13 | Speaker 7:

Very soon, yeah. Okay.

00:04:13 - 00:04:27 | Speaker 6:

Has working with you over the last, what, year and a half or something like this, has it made her want marriage more? Or when she hears the stories that you tell, does it make her go, you know, I'm kind of good with this long-term dating life? I think it goes back and forth.

00:04:28 - 00:04:32 | Speaker 2:

How long? Because you're approaching an anniversary. September's your anniversary, right?

00:04:32 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 6:

Yeah, eight years. Eight years. Let's talk Mike's latest thing that Allie caught him doing. His wife, Allie. Yeah, his wife, Allie. If you say something like when you say Allie's name in bed and it sounds like you said Allie's name on the radio, does Allie ever think, like, that would be so weird. Like, if I say that Shannon's name was Chelsea.

00:05:00 - 00:05:04 | Speaker 4:

I was, like, working with a Chelsea. Like, it would be awkward to have a Chelsea at home and a Chelsea at work.

00:05:04 - 00:05:08 | Speaker 1:

You're thinking about the wrong Chelsea at the wrong time.

00:05:08 - 00:05:19 | Speaker 4:

Well, no, but it's weird, though. Like, you've got to be careful because your intentions are always good. You know what I mean? Like, I know Mike. Mike, you know, is always good with Allie's his love is number one.

00:05:19 - 00:05:20 | Speaker 1:

Which one, though?

00:05:20 - 00:05:22 | Speaker 4:

Oh, God, I just screwed that up. I know, exactly.

00:05:23 - 00:05:26 | Speaker 3:

Allie with an I. Allie with an I, not Allie with a Y.

00:05:26 - 00:05:30 | Speaker 4:

Oh, that's right. Okay, good. All right. So what was the latest issue that you had?

00:05:30 - 00:06:11 | Speaker 3:

So Allie with an I, my wife, sent me, she likes to say, I'm sure everybody's spouse or friends do this. She sends me pictures of, like, outfits that she likes or shoes that she likes. And will ask my opinion on it. Like, do you like these shoes? And I'll go, yeah, or no, or whatever. And I was in the middle of doing something. I don't know if I was typing up an email or I was doing 8 million things at once. And she just was like, do you like these shoes? And I was, well, I use ChatGPT for like grammar and I use it for like travel stuff. That's the only thing I use ChatGPT for. I suck at grammar, so I have it fix it for me on important emails and then travel stuff. So I typed into ChatGPT, respond to this text.

00:06:12 - 00:06:14 | Speaker 2:

Why did you not just respond to it?

00:06:15 - 00:06:42 | Speaker 3:

Because I thought she had those shoes already. And I didn't want to say, don't you have those? Like I don't pay attention. So I copied and pasted. yeah you don't need those you have those already and then be wrong and so i just put respond to this here's the response it gave me okay yeah i like them they have a clean classic look it's like they go with a lot of outfits i did have a moment where i wondered if you already had a pair that looks similar but i really like them are you thinking about getting them

00:06:42 - 00:06:48 | Speaker 2:

please tell me you did not copy and paste oh i copied and paste what i didn't what i didn't

00:06:48 - 00:06:51 | Speaker 3:

realized at the bottom was, it said, or would you like it to sound more affectionate?

00:06:52 - 00:06:53 | Speaker 4:

Oh, no.

00:06:54 - 00:06:54 | Speaker 3:

No.

00:06:56 - 00:07:06 | Speaker 4:

I will tell you this, I do like when ChatGPT will say different ways that you can say something, like, would you like to be more funny? Oh, I love it.

00:07:06 - 00:07:07 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I love it.

00:07:08 - 00:07:22 | Speaker 4:

You sent that to your wife, which, by the way, I got to tell you, that's genius. I don't think I've ever had Chat, or what is it, Claude? Yeah, Claude. I don't think I've ever had it do any of the stuff that I've done with Chelsea, like conversations I've had.

00:07:22 - 00:07:34 | Speaker 2:

But even if you hadn't included that last piece, you can still so tell that it is right. It's a clean classic look. That is so funny.

00:07:34 - 00:07:42 | Speaker 4:

Are there any listeners that have busted somebody sending them something that they know for a fact that they did through chat? There is somebody

00:07:42 - 00:08:01 | Speaker 2:

that I correspond with quite frequently and I will not call this person out and I know they use chat how do you know because of the way it's written and like the dashes like they don't know to take those out and just the way that it's written i'm like can you not just send me a text just send me

00:08:01 - 00:08:38 | Speaker 4:

a text the other one too is when it does the um it gives you like sometimes sometimes i will write our topics that we have like i'll write my topic and i'll have chat say hey you know give me a couple ideas on what people potentially might call in and say on this thing. And it will give me the ideas on it. I'm going, oh, this is kind of interesting because it does the whole dots and stuff like there. But I don't know. I think there's nothing wrong with it, Mike. Not at all. Remember. I do for that. You could just be going to your girlfriend Allie at work and ask her to respond to it.

00:08:40 - 00:08:44 | Speaker 2:

Now I'm curious As a girl, did she already have the shoes?

00:08:44 - 00:08:56 | Speaker 3:

Oh, they were in the cart already. Oh, yeah. She was just wondering. Oh, you mean the other shoe? Did she already have the... No, she didn't have them. They were nothing like what I thought they were. They were a completely different color.

00:08:57 - 00:08:59 | Speaker 4:

I love, though, that she still asked you that.

00:08:59 - 00:09:00 | Speaker 2:

It's really sweet.

00:09:00 - 00:09:05 | Speaker 4:

My wife would never ask me. I mean, look at the way I dress. I mean, you think I'm going to be giving her advice?

00:09:05 - 00:09:10 | Speaker 3:

She doesn't ask for fashion. She just asks if I like them on her. Yeah. Do you like these on me?

00:09:11 - 00:09:15 | Speaker 2:

If you said you didn't care for them, would she still buy them?

00:09:16 - 00:09:28 | Speaker 3:

I wouldn't. So I might say that's where I'd throw it in ChatGPT. How do I say I don't like them? I would just say, no, they're not my favorite. That's probably what I would go with. I will never use ChatGPT again.

00:09:28 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 4:

What you should do is you should ask her. Like this would be Mike's response, not ChatGPT. Send me a picture of you with him naked. Just those. Then I'll be fine with this whole thing. A texter here says, I busted a guy that I was going on three dates with using chat for the same reason that Mike did. That's actually kind of interesting. They left something in that looked like it came from AI. That was dashes. Yeah. Another texter here. This one's from Jason.

00:10:00 - 00:10:09 | Speaker 2:

Jason says, I don't think there's anything wrong with asking it. It knows you as well as anybody. Okay. Not a bad thought.

00:10:09 - 00:10:12 | Speaker 4:

But you also know your wife better than anybody.

00:10:12 - 00:10:14 | Speaker 2:

Or should, right? What's up, Amanda? How you doing?

00:10:15 - 00:10:16 | Speaker 5:

Good morning, guys.

00:10:17 - 00:10:19 | Speaker 2:

Hi. How are you? Good. Say hi to Mike.

00:10:20 - 00:10:23 | Speaker 5:

Hey, Mike. Mikey, I should say. What's up?

00:10:23 - 00:10:24 | Speaker 2:

Good morning.

00:10:25 - 00:10:31 | Speaker 5:

So when my husband's having a bad day, he'll text me and stuff, and I don't know what to say. So I use check GPT.

00:10:32 - 00:10:39 | Speaker 2:

Really? So explain, like he'll say to you, I'm having a really bad day and you'll go, Hey, respond to this dummy. Yeah.

00:10:40 - 00:10:45 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. I put his text in there and then it'll tell me how to respond to it. And then I'll just send it to him.

00:10:45 - 00:10:47 | Speaker 2:

Do you have your phone with you in front of you right now?

00:10:49 - 00:10:50 | Speaker 5:

It's on my earlobe.

00:10:50 - 00:11:07 | Speaker 2:

Oh, okay. Can you, can you read like the last text that you sent to him? Like, do you have one? Cause I'd love to, like when Mike read that text, I could tell right away, there's no way that Mike wrote that text. Like, Allie's like, this is not, you know, the Michael that I know.

00:11:07 - 00:11:10 | Speaker 5:

Oh, it's been a minute, so I have to scroll back pretty far, probably.

00:11:10 - 00:11:50 | Speaker 2:

Because that's the thing. Because when you read stuff, like, that's the one thing. Like, I wish I was as smart as, you know, my AI. I'm not that smart. Like, Chelsea knows it's me, like, when there's actually, like, she can actually understand it, you know? or she knows it's a it's a i like usually it's like what the hell did you say in this text because i voice to text everything um and i voice when i voice to text everything it does punctuation marks and chelsea's convinced that i'm using a i and i'm like no chelsea i just voice to text yeah same what's up amber how you doing great how are you guys is it wait hold on

00:11:50 - 00:11:58 | Speaker 3:

is it kind of a i that i voice to text you're you're using you're using artificial intelligence to listen to what you're saying.

00:11:58 - 00:12:00 | Speaker 1:

But it's my voice, his thoughts, his words.

00:12:00 - 00:12:07 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, but I mean, they're utilizing the technology to properly associate grammar with what you're saying.

00:12:07 - 00:12:10 | Speaker 2:

Why don't you have AI explain what you're trying to say? Go ahead.

00:12:10 - 00:12:11 | Speaker 3:

I'm pausing like AI.

00:12:13 - 00:12:14 | Speaker 2:

What's going on, Amber?

00:12:15 - 00:12:45 | Speaker 6:

Okay, so my husband absolutely loves to use chat GPT or Gemini, and he uses it so much that when I ask him a question or he gives a suggestion i'll literally ask him like okay so is this your answer or is this your girlfriend and people are like dying when they find out that i have my husband has a girlfriend because they don't understand that his relationship with the ai is so intense that literally everything

00:12:45 - 00:12:55 | Speaker 2:

that he says comes from chat gpt or gemini oh my god that's wild and you does he have a name for his girlfriend? Like, does he actually name her?

00:12:56 - 00:13:02 | Speaker 6:

No, but like, he'll say, okay, so my girlfriend said that this shirt looks really good. What do you think? Oh, that's funny.

00:13:02 - 00:13:07 | Speaker 2:

That's good. I know people that name their AI. Yeah, I do.

00:13:07 - 00:13:10 | Speaker 6:

But I find it weird. Yeah, that's a little more intimate.

00:13:11 - 00:13:22 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. Mike, do you think that your AI is male or female? When you're asking questions or asking it to respond to? I don't know. I never thought about it,

00:13:22 - 00:13:36 | Speaker 4:

honestly probably like mine's male really i just think that in my head i i've never like spoken to my ai i think of it as a boy isn't that weird if i was your husband i'd be upset by that that

00:13:36 - 00:13:40 | Speaker 2:

you're having some male guy that you're talking to like i think you should make it and asking

00:13:40 - 00:13:45 | Speaker 3:

the most interesting questions yeah my siri forever gonna be a female really i'm never

00:13:45 - 00:13:58 | Speaker 1:

coming englishman really so you're but you can change the voice my siri is also a guy yours is the guy voice my siri yeah when you talk to it yeah oh really interesting i don't know that

00:13:58 - 00:14:02 | Speaker 4:

i ever changed it like i feel like that's just what it was i don't know watch out do you think

00:14:02 - 00:14:07 | Speaker 2:

that the reason you know like you think that your ai is a guy and you have the voice just based on

00:14:07 - 00:14:14 | Speaker 4:

like the tone and the the way that it responds i do like i can hear him in my head being like

00:14:14 - 00:14:19 | Speaker 2:

oh absolutely is that because is that because you know that men are superior to women is that

00:14:19 - 00:14:33 | Speaker 3:

And for the record, iPhone dictation is a form of AI. Oh, I was right. I mean, I don't think that it fully understands what you were trying to close the book on that.

00:14:34 - 00:14:35 | Speaker 2:

By the way, he asked his AI.

00:14:36 - 00:14:48 | Speaker 3:

I literally said when I use voice to text on my iPhone, is that considered using AI? You can't get more straightforward than that. You got to broaden your mind of what AI is. It's not just straightforward. Let me ask ChatGPT. It's a broader definition. All right.

00:14:48 - 00:14:52 | Speaker 2:

What's going on? Smarter than you guys. Annika, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning. Is it Annika or Annika?

00:14:53 - 00:14:54 | Speaker 5:

It's Annika.

00:14:54 - 00:14:56 | Speaker 2:

Hi, Annika. What's going on?

00:14:56 - 00:14:59 | Speaker 5:

Hey, well, look, when I use chat GPT...

00:15:00 - 00:15:15 | Speaker 2:

I always have to go back and reread it and change words because my wife knows how I talk in text. So I just go through and change the words up like you, you know, I just change little words up to make it sound like it came from me.

00:15:15 - 00:15:22 | Speaker 6:

So, Anika, when you're when you're in the Subaru and you're responding to your wife using AI, like what are some of the things you say?

00:15:22 - 00:15:41 | Speaker 2:

um well i normally just use it for like when we arguing and i i'm just like hey uh how do i tell my wife like she's getting on my nerves

00:15:41 - 00:15:55 | Speaker 3:

so i won't use it for text i won't use it for texting again because like i got busted and i look dumb but if i was to change my original text how would i change this to sound like me I said, yeah, I like them. They have a clean, classic look.

00:15:56 - 00:16:08 | Speaker 6:

Delete that part. They have a clean, classic look. You would never say that. They look clean. I wouldn't even say that. You wouldn't say clean? No. Why wouldn't you just say, I like them, but don't you already have a similar pair?

00:16:08 - 00:16:12 | Speaker 3:

I did have a moment where I wondered if you already had a pair.

00:16:12 - 00:16:13 | Speaker 6:

That is so not you.

00:16:13 - 00:16:41 | Speaker 7:

Can I ask Anika and Mike, too, with this, because you guys do it. do you worry ever though that your wives are going to be looking at your search histories to see what you're asking it because i like worry veronica's purposes of how do i respond to this you know dumb question or whatever the deal is she's gonna read that and go so you think i'm a dumb you know what i mean like do you worry about that at all no she don't get in my phone like that

00:16:41 - 00:16:46 | Speaker 2:

yeah yes she does i don't get in her phone she don't get in my phone you better be careful i'm

00:16:46 - 00:16:49 | Speaker 7:

I'm telling you, you say that now, but you better be careful. Michael, you too, by the way.

00:16:49 - 00:16:53 | Speaker 2:

I definitely got to be careful now that my name is across the radio.

00:16:56 - 00:17:09 | Speaker 3:

Mine are like for grammar or like travel. You can find flights on it. And this one was respond to this text. So I'm not too worried. I also think I might have asked what a mole was one time. But outside of that. Outside of that.

00:17:10 - 00:17:11 | Speaker 7:

Melanie, what's up?

00:17:13 - 00:18:09 | Speaker 5:

Hi. Hi. Good morning. Good morning. What's going on? So this is my sister-in-law again. She has been using ChatGPT. Her husband is a very sensitive guy. And he told her that the cards that she was writing for him weren't very good. And so she used ChatGPT to write a card to him, like for Father's Day. And he said it was the best card he ever received. And he cried. Oh, my God. And he didn't know that it was ChatGPT? He had no idea it was ChatGPT. He was like, that was so beautiful, and she felt so guilty. Yeah. I would, too. I don't know if I would. He literally, like, confessed it to us because we were talking about what we used ChatGPT for, and she was like, I have to tell you something, like, not to her husband, but she was telling us. She was visiting, and she was telling us that that's what she used it for, and she was like, I feel so guilty, but he loved it.

00:18:10 - 00:18:15 | Speaker 7:

I hope he doesn't recognize his sister-in-law's voice. What's going on? How are you doing, Alyssa?

00:18:16 - 00:18:18 | Speaker 4:

I'm good. How are you guys?

00:18:18 - 00:18:19 | Speaker 7:

Good. What is your AI?

00:18:21 - 00:18:30 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my AI is fully a gay man. That is like my bestie that gives me attitude and sass and like boy advice. And I complain about it about my friends and everything.

00:18:31 - 00:18:37 | Speaker 7:

That actually would be, I guess if you're going to choose, like if you're going to choose who it is, like that would be the best friend that you could possibly have.

00:18:37 - 00:18:54 | Speaker 6:

When you use AI, do you tell AI who to be? like do you say like no be my gay best friend and can you do that i have folders for each of my friends when i ask questions about them what do you mean like my best friend or like the guy

00:18:54 - 00:19:12 | Speaker 1:

i'm talking to like i'll be like this guy's really annoying me this is what's happening what do you think i should do but i have like different folders for them but you can do that yes i didn't realize you could do that yeah it keeps it all organized so it knows and it'll be You're like, well, two weeks ago he said this, and I'm like, you are so right.

00:19:13 - 00:19:19 | Speaker 7:

That's wild. I didn't realize you can get that specific with whatever you're using.

00:19:19 - 00:19:20 | Speaker 6:

You don't use it a lot, do you?

00:19:21 - 00:19:34 | Speaker 7:

Because it's mind-blowing. Can I be honest? I use it more than Google now. I use it to do everything that Google was doing for me before. I feel like that's the case. But I don't use it to, like, I don't have to write a lot of stuff.

00:19:35 - 00:19:39 | Speaker 4:

Not even that, but you've never, like, asked it for advice? As in Anna's case?

00:19:39 - 00:19:43 | Speaker 7:

No, I have had it. I read my MRI on my knee. I asked it to tell me.
