Yeah, I got a high school reunion coming up in July. I think the end of July. And I'm like half in, half out. I want to go because I haven't seen 97% of the people I went to high school. Shout out to Belding High School In years I just haven't gone back to my hometown If I run into them in a mall Sweet but I just haven't gone back So I want to go kind of to see everybody But I'm not like over the top Like wearing Belding gear And I'm getting excited So there's these two girls who are organizing it And they were always the girls in high school too That did that kind of stuff That would organize it and get things together They were in the yearbook Yes yeah yeah they were in the yearbook pages and they were, like, captains of all these different clubs. And that's awesome. That's great for them. So they made this Facebook group, and they tagged a bunch of people in it to start it off. So you had to click like if you were going to RSVP. So I clicked like I'm going to go. And then you have to pay, like, $20 if it's just you and then $20 for another person. So you have to RSVP by, I think, the end of this week. And I've already clicked like. Like, I'm going. And you can pay all the way up to the event. But if you pay early, you get five bucks off and they are adamant that people pay early so much to the point that they started tagging me in Facebook posts, like publicly going, hey, where's our money? We need our money. Give us our money.

Oh, that's annoying.

Oh, very. It's incredibly annoying. And I have it's on my like personal Facebook that I really only use for my aunts to see pictures of the kids. That's the only reason I have that Facebook. And so if I didn't have, like, a setting on it where I have to approve the tags on it, then I would have 8 million of these building high school, did you pay your money yet? Did you pay your money yet? Have you paid your money yet? So I wonder, like, do people get called out like this all the time on Facebook or Instagram or Twitter or whatever you're on?

That's more of a they should have DM'd you that, you know, if they didn't have your number or if they have your number, then they should just text you and say, hey, by the way. But for them to actually make a post about it, I always think that that's funny, too. Like, these are the people, that's what they're saying, that haven't paid yet. Exactly. This is high school all over again.

Like, I know I haven't paid it yet. I'm going to pay it. Like, my lunch money will come. I promise.

It's public shame. It's like when we have those tests to take for iHeartMedia that are all about, like, the FCC compliance or whatever. and Tony will send an email to everybody going, KP and Shannon and Mojo, you still have yet to complete your test. I'm like, couldn't you have just sent it to the three of us? Or is this public humiliation at its finest? It lights a fire under your butt. It does.

He also sends it out like two weeks before it's actually due to.

Hey, good morning. I love listening to you guys, by the way. Thank you. I'm a longtime listener, and I really enjoy you guys, so thank you so much. My sister called me out on Facebook and actually used the word shame on me because I had open-heart surgery, and 14 days later I couldn't make it to my daughter's open house because, well, I had open-heart surgery. So I wasn't able to get out.

You're like 90 days of recovery doing that, right?

Yeah. So she actually used the word shame on you for being a bad mother.

Did she not know you had open heart surgery?

Oh, she knew. She knew.

But that was her way of making you look bad? She looked horrible for doing that, I'm sure. Yeah.

Unfortunately, that ended our relationship. Oh, that's too bad.

Did anybody like or comment on that post? Like, did anybody like it?

My daughter actually said How dare you shame my mother Shame on you for talking to her About like that When I understand And it's my open house And so it was just sad That someone had to say that

So everybody else that was tagged in it was like Oh I'll get to it I'll hop right on it Like you're giving her what she wants Like, I want somebody to go, hey, stop shaming us. Or if you could dislike comments, I wish I would do that.

Yeah. You know what you should do is you shouldn't pay and then go to the event and watch them make a PA announcement or something like that. Oh, no.

You were excited about this reunion. This isn't changing your tune on wanting to go to your high school reunion, is it?

It's one of those things where it's like, yeah, I'm going to go back because I haven't seen people in a while. And it'd be nice to say hi But I'm not like Counting down the days Until I go back to high school

I actually like What my class Is starting to do now My class now Is just specifically saying Hey if you're in town for thanksgiving or if you're in town for christmas whatever it is we're all going out to eat at and it was the little place that was right by our school that's nice and that's it instead of doing a reunion where it's like the formal thing where everybody's getting together and then you know talking about each other and that's kind of more fun to do because then everybody gets together and then there's you know having drinks and having fun and stuff but um i remember the one year that i uh didn't get a chance to go to my reunion it was like the big one. And then the following year, I was so bummed out because my only thing is I'll only go to the reunion on the years that I'm skinny. So, so right after I did ideal you and I lost a whole bunch of weight with ideal you, I was like, why can't we have a reunion? I'm going to, I'm going to actually have my own reunion. By the way, guys, I know that we're only in, you know, the 17th year of us being uh graduated but in three years i'll be fat i want to go back like because i know in high

school i was like a class clown and i don't think a lot of people thought i was going to do anything with my life at all which that's that's absolutely fair but i would like to go back now and even though got to yeah i'm not like top notch top level yet i want to go back and pretend i got an
