and it's got like years and years and years of because i've been in uh in west michigan and on snx for a while so it's got memories and and all kinds of stuff and i first off i'll say this i'm being a giant baby about this and i know that and i fully understand that i don't use that office like i used to i used to have uh would have clients in here all the time that would we'd go to that office and meet and i'd used to have uh like record reps and and artists come in yeah but now they can just come to the studio and the studio is basically my office now can i just just to bring people in

yeah they could technically do it from another studio this has become sort of like my office where i could do everything in the studio so i'm trying and that's how i have to tell myself not to overreact on this because what i want to do is go no that's my office i'm keeping so what happened they came to you and what did they say uh they politely came to me and said and said hey uh you know we want to move some stuff around uh how much do you use that office and i'm like oh my stuff's in there but i mean i'm in and out you know not as much as i as i used to okay well i think we're gonna uh i think we're gonna move somebody in there and i don't know who they're moving in or what exactly they're doing, but it was kind of like this is your – it was like an eviction notice. Like this is your warning. It's coming. It's time. I'm getting the boot. I blame KP because I'm pretty sure she's the one who did it. I'm just kidding.

Let's ask a lawyer. Do we have any rights on this one here? Just like when somebody lives in a dwelling, like an apartment or a house or something, or they're renting, you can't just evict somebody. You have to give them, I think, a notice. I think it has to be like a 30-day or 60-day or 90-day notice.

That might be what that was then. How much of a notice did they give you? I'm not out yet. My stuff's still in there. This was like a, hey, this is coming type of thing. They did give you a notice. Yeah, that's what this is. So now I have nowhere to put this stuff. I have no idea. Or this is the start to like, hey, we've decided to let you go. And now that your stuff is gone, this is.

But aren't there like, isn't there like nobody working there? So shouldn't there be another space that you could go?

It happens to teachers all the time. I'm not a teacher yet, but I'm going to school to be a teacher. And they'll just give you a week's notice right before school starts. Like, yeah, we need you to move rooms. So you have your entire classroom set up. And they're like, yep, you've got to switch rooms.

That's so annoying. And what do the kids do? The kids don't want to have to go to another room, right?

Yeah, most of the time they'll do it before school starts so that it's not an issue for, like, the students. But it's a pain in the butt for teachers.

I bet that is. I bet you that becomes a royal pain in the butt.

Yeah, and, like, if schools are, like, redistricting, like, recently the schools went from K to 4 and had upper elementary was 5, 6. They went back to K-5 for elementary school and 6 through 8 for middle school. And so, like, the fifth grade teachers had to switch schools based on where they were.

Yeah. And seeing stuff like that where I'm like, see, my little office isn't that important. Like, that to me is way more important than my closet office.

Mike, by the way, is definitely being more political right now. Can you notice this? That he's grown as an on-air talent. In the past, he would have gone in a guns a-blazin' and said, I am not moving out of this office, and then gone on the air and said this. You've grown up, Mike. You're smart. Let us be the bad guy.

I just know that if I go in and do that, it's not going to get the results that I want. I don't know.

Three separate buildings, yes. And the best part about it is the bus picks them up eight feet away from my house, but I prefer to drive them.
