um mojo in the morning mike as a dad is experiencing something that i experienced with joe actually chelsea and i experienced with joe and milo's going through this phase right now and i bet you that most parents have experienced this with their their children it's a phase right they go through different phases of things that they like to wear and you can't fight them on it mike because if you fight them on it they always win what's the phase so yeah and i hope that it's

face and i i want to like hide them and see if he just forgets about them but you're probably right he's into wearing these blue sunglasses and i have no idea where he got them from but they're just these tiny little sunglasses that fit his face and it's you know it just started in the car and we're like oh you know this adorable and i again i don't know where he found these and we're like all right cool you know he's wearing whatever then we went to the dentist yesterday and he put them on at the dentist and i'm like dude you don't need them inside and he's like no i'm just gonna to keep him on. So I tried taking him off. Nope. Went through the whole dentist appointment with the sunglasses on. I'm like, okay, you know what? He must have saw somebody wear them and thought they were cool. So he's just going to keep him on. Oh my God, this is so cute. Oh, sure. Yeah, it's adorable. So you're trying to go to bed. Look at how cute he is. Oh, sure. But when you're trying to go to bed and he's still wearing these sunglasses and with... Let him wear them. Well, I can't just let him wear them all the time. Like, I think... Why?

Because he doesn't need to wear them all the time. Wait, does it embarrass you as a parent that he's wearing them?

Not really. I mean, not really, but, like, you don't need to wear sunglasses all the time. I don't know.

My favorite thing is he's a rapper. He looks like a rapper. He does.

Kind of. But it does remind me of when I was a kid. Because I think you're right, Mojo. I think every kid has a phase, and everybody's kid has a phase. And I remember when I was a kid, I really liked to wear this. This is embarrassing, but I really liked to wear this dragon necklace. Like, it had a dragon pendant on it. And it was because Cisco, I thought Cisco, the singer was cool.

Yeah. Yeah, yeah. So I would wear it to, like, church. And I would wear it to, like, football games, like, playing in football games. I would wear it in the shower. I would never took this thing off. And it was rusted and old. Yeah.

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. What did Joe used to wear? So Joe used to wear, he had a Captain America bike helmet. And he would never take it off. and he would walk around with a bike helmet no matter where he went. And we would, like, go to places. Like, I remember going to Applebee's one time, and he was wearing his bike helmet. And I'm not kidding you when I say this to you. We would walk in there, and people would walk up and go, oh, he is so cute. And they start talking to him. I'm like, oh, they think he's so cute. And he's got the bike helmet on. And I'm looking at Chelsea, looking at me. And then I go, Chelsea, do they think he, like, needs to wear the bike helmet? Like, are they looking at Joe? Are they looking at Joe and my son? Oh, the poor kid. And then what we tried to do to get him to not wear the bike helmet was, we realized, oh, it's because it was decorated Captain America. We would buy him Captain America stuff like the shield or buy him, like, Captain America, you know, a cape and stuff like that. And he wouldn't want to wear those. He just wanted to have the bike helmet on. There's something about him where, you know, when your kids have –

It's Smith's got to be like that because Smith is he's gone through so many phases and of things like that little leaf blower he carried around. I mean, right.

The ogre saw it, the nail salon saw it, his school saw it. And then was there a lip balm thing or something? Yeah, a sunscreen stick. Sunscreen, yeah. And then right now he has, yeah, right now he has, remember the sunscreen stick was so funny because he would even keep it in his pants when he played t-ball and his hands would always be in his pants when he was running bases and people thought he was like adjusting himself, but I'm like, nope, he's looking for his chapstick, his sunscreen stick. But right now, Mike, he has carabiners attached to all of the belt loops on his pants. And it's killing me. Carabiners, do you know what those are? Like clips for, they're like... They hold stuff, right? Yeah, like some people use them to hold their keys, but you use them to clip in for like rope climbing.

Is it like the janitor? Our janitor at school used to have? He used it for like rope climbing. Oh, really? But it's killing me. The janitor had like all those keys that were hanging from him. Oh, yeah.

He keeps them on his pants, and then I keep washing them. And so I hear my washer. Yeah, it sounds like there's rocks in there. But he attaches, like, bracelets and all sorts of stuff to them.

I remember Jacob went through a costume phase where he always was wearing, like, his Halloween costumes, but like in june you know what i mean like he always had to have his halloween costumes on and i don't know who it was i think it was chelsea's uncle matt got married or somebody in their family got married and he wanted to wear it to the wedding and you know how that goes all right you're trying to dress him up and make him look nice and they're like walking around it's like all of a sudden everybody's wearing really nice suits and and stuff like that and here comes
