All right, it is Mojo in the Morning Show. Before we go any further, we have to, I guess, big brother, big sister KP a little bit here. Because she's our producer. She's 24 years old. There are things that she does sometimes that kind of are like rookie moves.

Well, let's talk about it. It's a conscious choice. Okay. Yeah. So KP. Guess what it is? What is it?

I want to know if it's going to be one or two things. Okay. It's going to be my absolutely insane driving behind Shannon's Buick that I realized it was her this morning. I was driving behind. I really noticed that. Okay, so not that one. It's going to be me not waiting for you guys holding the door.

All right, so let me have Shannon start this topic and then I can add to it.

And today was a very weird day because normally Mojo is here before the rest of us. And KP, you're usually here. I feel like everybody, the three of us got here at the same time. We all pulled up into the parking lot at the exact same time this morning. So KP gets out of her car. I get out of my car. Mojo gets out of his car. And KP beelives it into the building. Now, mind you, our radio station, that's what it sounded like. our radio station you have to swipe in two different doors to get up to the the mojo in the morning studio so you have to swipe in like the front door and then you have to swipe in a door at the top of the stairs once you get into the building so kp goes through the door to get into the building and just walks in i get up to that door i swipe i keep the door open and i wait for mojo to walk in from the parking lot thank god and did you say where's kp i go oh she already Did you say that this morning?

No. So, no. I knew she wasn't going to be there. You want to know why? And I kind of slowly was walking because I figured I'm not going to. You were very slow. Okay.

But I waited for you.

So, the reason why, I have had the door slammed in my face so many times following KP up to the building here. Same. Yeah. Same. Yeah. There you go. Yeah.

That's what it sounds like.

Keep slamming it right there in my face. As KP leaves.

You could be 11 inches behind her, and she will now hold that door for you. She will book it up the stairs.

Nope, not doing it. And it's wild. Y'all are a waste of time. I turn the corner, to my surprise, and thank you, Shannon. No, I always hold the door for you. No, I know you're very good about that, but I thought you were already long gone because you were well in front of KP, it looked like, getting in there. Shannon's still there, and I'm going, oh, well, KP must be standing there, right, Shannon? Because I would feel guilty Racing past Shannon holding the door She is nowhere to be found She climbed the two levels of stairs And was already in the second door She was already in her office By the time that I walked up to the door

Actually last week I kind of called you out on it Did you? Yeah the door slammed in my face And I go And then you came back out And pushed the door open for me

Well here's the thing I don't know if you guys noticed I was two minutes late to our show meeting this morning Every freaking minute counts for me I have so much I need to print and the computers are so slow I have so many emails that I need to read To make sure we're on track for the show And then just getting in I love you guys so much But we talk all dang morning All dang morning I do not want to

waste a second where we could be getting into our show going, hey, how was your weekend? Yeah, waste. We're going to talk about that when we did it. She's saying communicating with us is a waste. It's not a waste. We're going to talk later. Oh, my gosh. You literally just called us a waste. Don't take it back now. Stand behind it. Yeah, it's a waste. Sorry, yeah. It's a waste of time. I need to run upstairs and do my stuff. So do you. I'm ready late.

Yeah. Well, I was two minutes late to this meeting, and I would have been two minutes and 30 seconds.

I want to ask you this. Honestly, if you're walking into, say, the mall or to a store and there is like an old person trying to get in, do you just slam the door in their face or do you hold the door for them? Because you don't hold the door for people that you work with. If you don't hold the door for your friends, you're never holding the door for a stranger.

Oh, my gosh. This is ridiculous. Yes, I would hold the door for an elderly person. I'm not going into work. Don't believe you. I'm not going into work, guys. We would have been late

So, I was at a Meijer one time, and there must have been a gentleman behind me. I went to go leave and walked in the parking lot, and he started calling me every name in the book because the door was clear behind him. And then he followed me for five miles, flicking me off the entire time.

Oh, he was real serious.

me and i open the door it was such a learning lesson because i never want to go through that

again yeah yeah and i listen i'm the person that does the exact opposite of that i hold the door way too long like if i see somebody walking from the parking lot in like a public place i'll wait there forever and then I get pissed because they go to the wrong store or they go to another store like I've had that happen before where I'm holding the door open at Ulta and the guy ends up walking

in or she ends up walking into five below you know how awkward it is when you just pull up and you're getting stuff out of your car and somebody's waiting at the front holding the door open for you and you're not ready to get out of your car yet or get your stuff like I just feel like we all just You should go into work and not think too hard about doors and just, you know.

I just want you to know that you're not going to be getting the employee of the month award because I'm not voting for you.

Oh, I'm aware of that. I don't even think we had that.

And if we did have that, it would be me awarding it. Or as the texter just said, I agree with Mojo and Susan. They are the right ones here. You know what?

Name change. If we did have an employee of the month award, it would be me printing it out and putting it into a frame and awarding it. and stamping it and doing all of the work and then being late for our meeting because we had that award.
