So about six months ago or so, a bunch of my grade school buddies all got together on a group text and said, hey, we should all do a trip together to Vegas. And we went back and forth on, you know, the text to figure out, like, when should we do it? And it was decided that this weekend was the weekend that we were going to do a trip to Vegas because that was, you know, a group of texts. Then the next text came up of, hey, where would we want to stay? And then it was like, well, you know, these people got good rates. This has got a good sports book. You know, we kind of went back and forth on where it was going to go. And that's where the text ended. So this is six months ago. So, what is, is July six months? Because it was like, yeah, it was like end of July. We never talked about it ever again. The other day, we ended up getting a text message from our buddy Tom, who said, what time do you guys land in Vegas? And Tom's the only person who booked the trip to go to Vegas. Oh, no. It kind of fell by the wayside And nobody kind of brought it back up again

She didn't get salty, but it's a tradition. every year instead of doing Christmas gifts my mom and my or my excuse me my stepmom and my dad and my sister and I just plan like a weekend up north and that's been known for the past couple of years that that's what we do I just happen to forget to tell my sister Emily when the weekend was and so the couple of days before I was like do you want to drive with me Thank you.

Or do you want to drive with dad? And she looked at me with this blank stare and said, what are you talking about? I forgot to tell her that it was that weekend. And she had plans to go out of town, so she didn't come. And she didn't change her plans.

Good for her on that, you know. Because, you know, you couldn't feel pressure to it.

and Miami. Um, Miami. Oh my God. Now, now I think you're crazy. I would not, I wouldn't go to Miami

with my family and feel safe i actually do a lot and really both of both places um usually i would say like downtown or something where there is large crowds yeah um and then i usually pay like i'm not a huge clubber but um i will do like pay for the cabana all day and just eat and drink in the sun, or just treat myself to some good food. Yeah. And then my family, it's easy to stay in, like, hostels are popular now. Hostels? So that's kind of like, yeah, it's kind of like summer camp for adults.

He works for my competitor, Airlines, so he's the one that tells me everything.
