00:02:00 - 00:02:28 | Speaker 4:

It's funny. I always think that it's kind of a thing where it's like I can't tell the difference between something that would be real or something that would be fake. I have no clue. And it all started for me years ago with breasts. I had no idea. When the Victoria's Secret, what did they call it? It was a miracle bra, push-up bra. What was it called?

00:02:28 - 00:02:32 | Speaker 5:

A miracle bra. I mean, Miracle Bra, Bishop Bra

00:02:32 - 00:03:15 | Speaker 4:

Remember when that thing came about? It's like, man, oh man If guys only had something that they could have in their underwear To make them look better I wish I wanted something for my ass So I had an ass and not a flat ass You want my ass? I need an ass By the way, did you know that Because I can't fill out a pair of pants I have like a big gut with no butt Here's the thing that's interesting Did you know that Spanx stopped making Manx? Did they really? I was trying to replace. So this is going to sound crazy. I need smaller Spanx. I can't believe this. Right? I mean, I've never in my life ever said that. I lost weight and my Spanx are too big for me.

00:03:15 - 00:03:17 | Speaker 2:

Oh, good for you.

00:03:17 - 00:04:12 | Speaker 4:

And so I was trying to buy a replacement because I wore a double X Manx, you know, man Spanx. Yeah. They made them. I actually bought my first one at the Metro Airport Spanx store, which is right there at the bottom of the Delta terminal. It's crazy. They have it right there. I'm like, oh, I got a little time before my flight. What does this store have? And I walked in. Actually, somebody told me that they have Manx. I'm like, I wonder if they have them. And I got them, and I was wearing it. I was like, great. My boobs didn't look so big. You know, kind of, and it really drove me kind of to go, I look good. Well, I wore a double X. I squeezed into it. It was kind of an interesting thing for me to do that. I mean, you should have seen me trying to take the thing off at the end of the night.

00:04:12 - 00:04:18 | Speaker 5:

There was an emergency one time, wasn't there? Oh, I got stuck in them. Yeah, I remember that. I got stuck in the damn thing. Stuck in the makes?

00:04:18 - 00:04:47 | Speaker 4:

Well, I needed an extra large and not a double extra large, and I go online to go find them. And Spanx stopped making them. I'm calling discriminatory things. How dare it? Are they unisex now? I don't know. Can the Reverend Jesse Jackson fight for me? I would like him to fight for me to find out why it is that Spanx has decided to not make man Spanx.

00:04:47 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 5:

Yet they're making shoes now for women. I want your space for all. The quality of their shapewear has gone down exponentially. I mean, it's for skinny people to not do anything. It's not what it used to be.

00:05:00 - 00:05:28 | Speaker 3:

It's all zipping Spanx. I want to know why it is that I cannot have, or men, and I'm not saying I, me only, but all men. This is the Reverend Jesse Jackson. You're waking up with Mojo in the morning. Keep hope alive. Thank you. I'm going to have the Reverend Jesse Jackson fight for me out in front of the Spanx store of why it is I can't get Spanx anymore. They aren't making them for guys anymore. You should call right now.

00:05:28 - 00:05:29 | Speaker 5:

Are you sure?

00:05:29 - 00:05:35 | Speaker 3:

Google. If you can find me, me and Spanx anywhere, Shannon, I will.

00:05:36 - 00:05:41 | Speaker 5:

What do you want? Call the store right now. The tops or the bottoms?

00:05:41 - 00:05:49 | Speaker 3:

I want the shirts. And by the way, I know that they have fake ones out there. Everybody tells me.

00:05:49 - 00:05:50 | Speaker 5:

No, they have real ones on Amazon.

00:05:51 - 00:05:54 | Speaker 3:

They do not have them, I'm telling you. Go to the Spanx.

00:05:54 - 00:05:56 | Speaker 5:

Shannon, look at you on it right now. In stock.

00:05:57 - 00:05:59 | Speaker 3:

Guess what that is. I guarantee you it's a knockoff.

00:06:00 - 00:06:05 | Speaker 5:

Sponsored by Spanx. Go to their Spanx. Look, it's on the Spanx store at Spanx. Show me. But if you go to their website, they've removed all of them.

00:06:05 - 00:06:08 | Speaker 3:

They don't have them. They do not. I'm telling you, I tried to order them.

00:06:08 - 00:06:09 | Speaker 5:

The only color, let's see.

00:06:09 - 00:06:12 | Speaker 3:

I tried to order them. You can get every color. Black. They only make black and white.

00:06:12 - 00:06:14 | Speaker 5:

Bright white or classic black.

00:06:14 - 00:06:16 | Speaker 3:

No, they only make. I don't know what the difference is. They only make black and white.

00:06:16 - 00:06:19 | Speaker 5:

I'm not joking. Look, $58. Ooh, those are expensive.

00:06:20 - 00:06:24 | Speaker 3:

I tried to order what you're trying to order, and I'm telling you, you know what I got?

00:06:24 - 00:06:24 | Speaker 5:

What size are you?

00:06:25 - 00:06:27 | Speaker 3:

I got, I'm now an extra large one, but let me just tell you this.

00:06:27 - 00:06:29 | Speaker 5:

I'm going to order it for you right now.

00:06:29 - 00:06:37 | Speaker 3:

Shannon, don't order it because it came to my house and it was a knockoff BS one. And I went on, go to Spanx website. They do not have them on their Spanx website.

00:06:38 - 00:06:41 | Speaker 4:

What the heck? I'm telling you. They're not what they used to be.

00:06:41 - 00:06:45 | Speaker 3:

Sign up, Shannon, so you can get $10 up. Maybe it's because of, by the way.

00:06:45 - 00:06:46 | Speaker 4:

They have them at the airport?

00:06:46 - 00:07:12 | Speaker 3:

They just had a story that came out today. 40% of America is fat. That we're all obese. 40% of us are obese. That's down, believe it or not, from last year, which was 42%, which is not bad. Thank you, Ozempic and, you know, Wagovi's and all the rest of those things. But they said that 40% of America's, and I think maybe Spanx are feeling the effects of this.

00:07:12 - 00:07:15 | Speaker 5:

So they're definitely not on the Spanx website anymore, but they're on the Spanx store on Amazon.

00:07:16 - 00:07:16 | Speaker 3:

I don't know.

00:07:16 - 00:07:17 | Speaker 5:

I don't know.

00:07:18 - 00:07:19 | Speaker 3:

I tried.

00:07:19 - 00:07:20 | Speaker 5:

That's deep.

00:07:20 - 00:07:25 | Speaker 3:

Somebody needs to find out for me. Who represents Spanx? That's not Kim Kardashian's thing, is it?

00:07:25 - 00:07:29 | Speaker 5:

No, that's Skims, and Skims is great. Maybe you should just go get Skims.

00:07:29 - 00:07:30 | Speaker 3:

Wait, does she do Sky Skims?

00:07:30 - 00:07:31 | Speaker 4:

Yeah.

00:07:31 - 00:07:31 | Speaker 5:

Do they?

00:07:32 - 00:07:42 | Speaker 4:

Oh, Skims is a million percent better. Skims is what Spanx used to be upgraded to more options. I don't, like, this whole rebranding of Spanx is so annoying.

00:07:42 - 00:07:49 | Speaker 3:

You should get some Skims, bro. And they got the booty fillers you was looking for. They do? Yeah. I need to figure that out. I'm going to try.

00:07:49 - 00:07:55 | Speaker 4:

At least this girl is the best, but you have to use a tape measure to measure your body because their sizes are weird.

00:07:55 - 00:07:56 | Speaker 5:

Very weird.

00:07:56 - 00:07:59 | Speaker 3:

What do you mean? Like I have to go to a tailor or something? You're not your normal size, I bet.

00:07:59 - 00:08:03 | Speaker 4:

Oh, like, no, you just got to get like one of those fabric measures.

00:08:04 - 00:08:04 | Speaker 3:

Oh, really?

00:08:04 - 00:08:07 | Speaker 4:

Measure your own body. Yeah, because their sizing is weird.

00:08:07 - 00:08:09 | Speaker 3:

Where do you buy those at? Like CVS or something?

00:08:09 - 00:08:18 | Speaker 4:

You can get them at Joann's or Michael's, anywhere that sells fabrics, I'm guessing, Walmart. You love your Joann's. I do love Joann's.

00:08:18 - 00:08:24 | Speaker 3:

When they ask me when I go in there and they go, what are you using it for? I'm like, I'm trying to order skims. I need to figure out. What's up, Devin?

00:08:24 - 00:08:32 | Speaker 2:

Hi. Hi. I just want to say, if it's the actual store on Amazon, you might as well try it. What's the worst that happens is it is a knockoff? Do you return it?

00:08:32 - 00:08:36 | Speaker 3:

No, I did. I ordered it. I ordered it. It came, and it gave me a rash.

00:08:37 - 00:08:42 | Speaker 2:

Oh. I was going to say, a lot of stores, when they're done with stuff, they'll send it off to Amazon so they don't

00:08:42 - 00:08:50 | Speaker 3:

have to keep it in their warehouse. They were fake ones, though. It didn't have the Spanx logo on it. It came in a bag. I think some guy was wearing it. Honestly, I think I might have gotten his herpes.

00:08:50 - 00:08:55 | Speaker 5:

You don't get herpes, but you could get scabies.

00:08:55 - 00:08:57 | Speaker 3:

I can't get herpes underneath my armpit.

00:08:57 - 00:08:58 | Speaker 5:

What are scabies?

00:08:58 - 00:09:08 | Speaker 3:

It was weird. It was there for a short period of time. So, Devin, if the stores don't want them, they send them to Amazon, and then Amazon just sells them as knockoffs?

00:09:10 - 00:09:22 | Speaker 2:

Maybe not knockoffs. Some of the times you get knockoffs, but there are those people out there that list them as that. But a lot of times, like, when we don't want to carry something anymore, we just send it straight to Amazon and let Amazon distribute it and sell it.

00:09:22 - 00:09:23 | Speaker 3:

Who's we? What do you do?

00:09:24 - 00:09:32 | Speaker 2:

I sell boat parts. So a lot of boat parts that we don't want to carry in-house anymore, we'll send them all to Amazon and let them do it.

00:09:33 - 00:09:44 | Speaker 3:

Okay. All right. Well, I appreciate it. I tried it already from there. I'm not going to do it again. I feel like I was let down. Kirsten, what's up?

00:09:44 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 1:

hey so my husband was a larger man and just recently started losing weight because he had a heart attack and found out he was a diabetic and things but bike shorts like the same kind of thing they're just like compression shorts like bicycle shorts for your when you're riding like a bike yes

00:09:59 - 00:10:29 | Speaker 3:

Thank you.

00:10:00 - 00:10:01 | Speaker 2:

They work the same way as Spanx.

00:10:01 - 00:10:04 | Speaker 5:

Oh, so bike shorts to make your butt look better.

00:10:05 - 00:10:08 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, I mean, or to hold everything in, like, whatever you're looking for.

00:10:08 - 00:10:13 | Speaker 5:

I got nothing to hold in. I mean, I got a waist to hold in, but there ain't nothing else besides that.

00:10:14 - 00:10:25 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, but bike shorts, like, they'll do the same thing as Spanx do for a man. Like, just get, like, a larger size, and you get, like, you know, like, if you're a large, you get an extra, and it'll suck everything in and keep it tight.

00:10:25 - 00:10:27 | Speaker 5:

Does he look skinnier when he's wearing those?

00:10:28 - 00:10:37 | Speaker 2:

He does, actually, yeah. And, like, he walks a lot. Like, he walks a couple miles a day. And he says it to keep him from, like, shaping and the chub rub and kind of thing. You know what I mean? Like, yeah.

00:10:37 - 00:10:38 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Interesting.

00:10:38 - 00:10:39 | Speaker 6:

That's the real conversation. It works.

00:10:40 - 00:10:47 | Speaker 5:

Yeah. Well, maybe I'll try that. I do have a pair of bike shorts at home. I bought them when I bought my bike that I rode once.

00:10:48 - 00:10:50 | Speaker 1:

Do you still have that?

00:10:50 - 00:10:53 | Speaker 5:

I still have my bike, and I still have my bike shorts. And they were.

00:10:53 - 00:10:55 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, try them out. Do you still have your Peloton?

00:10:55 - 00:11:01 | Speaker 5:

Oh, I do the Peloton. I have the Peloton. Do you? Yes, I've actually been doing that as my, a little bit of form.

00:11:01 - 00:11:03 | Speaker 6:

I gave mine away. That was a COVID purchase, wasn't it?

00:11:03 - 00:11:37 | Speaker 5:

That was a total COVID purchase. And I stopped doing it. And then when I started doing the shot, when I started doing the weight loss thing, I had to do some exercise. And once I started exercising, it was literally, it really came off. So the weight started coming off, so I got motivated. But, all right, I still got, I still got flabby boobs, though, that I would love to get rid of. Kevin, you should try these things. I'm telling you. I'm straight, bro. You would never put on a pair of mangs? It's not for me. Teach his own, though. It makes you look, honestly, like you lost about 10 or 15 pounds, though.

00:11:37 - 00:11:37 | Speaker 6:

I'm straight, bro.

00:11:37 - 00:11:39 | Speaker 5:

Women do it all the time, and it's not bad.

00:11:40 - 00:11:42 | Speaker 6:

That's good. Women do a lot of things all the time I'm not interested in doing.

00:11:42 - 00:11:51 | Speaker 5:

Once you see yourself once in a picture where you're not having, like, the boobs sticking out, it makes you feel so much more, like, confident.

00:11:51 - 00:11:57 | Speaker 6:

It's okay for you to have something for you. We don't need to share everything.

00:11:57 - 00:12:04 | Speaker 5:

Why do you not want it? I don't understand. It's not for me, bro. Is it the embarrassment of having to squeeze into it or what?

00:12:04 - 00:12:09 | Speaker 6:

Listen, live your life. Live your life. I'm just saying to you.

00:12:10 - 00:12:11 | Speaker 5:

I'm just saying to you.

00:12:11 - 00:12:12 | Speaker 6:

I'm good, Mojo.

00:12:12 - 00:12:23 | Speaker 5:

You're good. Is it the, I don't want to tell my friends that I actually put on mangs? Oh, my God. How can I get you to let this go? I'm just wondering. I don't understand why you're so reticent to try it.

00:12:23 - 00:12:25 | Speaker 6:

I don't need to do everything.

00:12:26 - 00:12:38 | Speaker 5:

Huh? Okay. All right, I'm going to show you mine. I'll show you mine. You do not have to. And when you see me with them on and see me with them off, it's night and day. It's like the before and after picture.

00:12:39 - 00:12:40 | Speaker 1:

But the nippy still nip, even through the manks.

00:12:41 - 00:12:42 | Speaker 5:

Honestly, no, not as bad.

00:12:42 - 00:12:43 | Speaker 1:

Yes, I do.

00:12:43 - 00:12:56 | Speaker 5:

Really? Not on me. That's actually, Chelsea told me that she's like, I think when you wear the manks, it looks better for pictures because otherwise it looks like I just got hard on nipples the entire time.

00:12:57 - 00:12:59 | Speaker 3:

Ordering all women in yoga pants.

00:12:59 - 00:13:01 | Speaker 9:

Oh, man, look at that girl. Oh, God.

00:13:01 - 00:13:05 | Speaker 3:

Or at least most women in yoga pants. A public service from Mojo in the Morning.

00:13:06 - 00:13:34 | Speaker 8:
