I feel like somebody's trying to put pressure on me and I don't like it. I just looked out at our studio window, which by the way, if you've never seen what our studio looks like, we have a window to the world, basically a window to our offices here. And I looked out our studio window and I realized today when I get off work, my wife is going to make me do a lot of work because they're taking the Christmas decorations down in our building. What's this company called that does this thing?

Why could you guys not do this on a weekend? So I don't see this because last I posted yesterday, I posted a video up on Mojo in the Morning, Instagram, Facebook and all the rest of the shenanigans that we do. And it was a picture of the fact that I have literally a empty Christmas tree in my house still. It's it's just sitting there. It's not going anywhere. And I am trying to figure out, should I take it down or should I just leave it up until next year? I've gone almost an entire 30 days. Actually, I have gone 30 days since Christmas. It's been more than 30 days since Christmas. And I've just left it up.

Are you talking about the big, huge, tall one that you have in your living room?

It's an artificial Christmas tree, okay? The tree's not going to die, so people were actually commenting on it. And they were saying, oh, my God, it's going to die. It's going to... And I'm like, no, it looks great. I finally officially took the lights off. You want to know what I did? My neighbor said something to me. My neighbor said that they can see my lights from their deck. And they're like, it's so nice that you still have your Christmas tree up. I'm like, how would they know? And they're like, oh, I see the lights from the deck. I'm like, oh, I'm turning it off.

It is kind of driving me crazy that some people still have, like, the lights on the outside of the house, like the candy canes and all that stuff on. I saw some reindeer and a snowman in the hood the other day. Keep it out if you need to because it's been so cold. I understand not wanting to come down, but you're still turning them on?

But I actually have to tell you, though, Shan, I think the outside lights are okay. only because it's cold and it's hard to take them down. And sometimes it's nice to have extra lights for security out in front of your home.

Yeah, I wouldn't turn them off. You turn them off? Yeah.

Because I have them, I have like a little bit in like a reef type thing. And I kind of like the look of it. I told Chelsea, I feel like we need the Christmas tree in the house and outside of the house because we have such poor lighting.

Like I need to figure, Tom from Meadowbrook Electric, one of my buddies, he did all my electric stuff. I've known Tom for, you know, got 25 years or so. I got to get more lights in my house because I only like my Christmas stuff because I have no lights. Like, it makes me see better.

But you don't need the light. You don't want, like, those overhead lights. You need, like, lamps. I want, well. Because you like the soft, if you like the Christmas tree lights, you like soft lights.

I love, I just love the feeling in there. Like, I can turn those lights off that are up top. The canned lights. And I can have this nice, you know, decorations. And I like them on the outside of my house, too. I feel like it looks pretty, but I just do not want to take them down. I couldn't believe I was, I'll go back and I'll read some of these texts or some of these comments on Instagram. People were, everybody's telling me they have their trees up still.

Like people were like, don't feel so bad. Are they switching them up like by the seasons? You know, some people do like a Valentine's Day tree. They just keeping it straight. I know somebody that's doing.

I know more and more people that are keeping their tree up year round and decorating for the different holidays. That is becoming a really popular thing. Not fun. by the time next Christmas rolls around it doesn't feel special oh I get that

Yeah, no. These are people that I meet on OnlyFans. My problem is that to take the thing down, Chelsea says I do a bad job, and I got the responsibility of doing it. I have to make sure that all of the branches are all, before I put it into, we have a bag that we put it into, and then I have to put it in the basement. It's just a pain in the ass. You just don't want to do it. I'd rather just sit on my couch. I don't know.

First time on time. Yes, enjoy it. I've been listening since Megan was an intern at Toledo. That is a long time. I'm old. Yes, and no, we're not old. But this was the perfect topic for me because I have the most eccentric boyfriend ever. Every year he gets a real tree and he sees how long he can keep it up and alive. He has last year's Christmas tree up still this year. Oh, man. So it's over a year now.

And it's a real tree.

It's a real tree. I don't know how he keeps it alive. He has, he says Sprite. He has a little trick. But it was alive for about three months before Christmas. Yeah, I know.

We used to have real trees all the time. We'd go buy them over at St. Mary's, and we would bring it home. And within a week, because of the heat in our house, the thing would be dry and brittle. It would be a fire hazard.

I don't know what it was this year. We got ours at Blake's, and I felt so terrible. And you know I yanked those things out the day after Christmas. They were still so fresh. No needles coming off. It was like, that's crazy. I don't know. But last year, mine died right away. They were dead on Christmas Day. The kids would pick out a present and all the needles would fall all over their present. This year, man, they were kicking.

My thing was I was stepping on the needles and hurting my feet like I had broken glass on the ground. What's going on, Samantha? Hi.
