All right, it's Mojo in the morning show. So I did something over the weekend that I have never done in my life. And I would like to share it with you guys. But when I share this, I do not want to tell you that I am condoning you doing anything, okay? Now, these are guys that I'm friends with, but I am not, like, intimate friends with. When I say that, I mean, they're guy buddies that I golf with and guy buddies I hang out with, but I've never really gone to, like, parties, so to speak, with them or done this stuff with them. They invited me to take a party bus to go and see a show. So we actually went downtown, went to Gilly's, which I got it over here. Can I say this? And I don't know if Colleen's listening, our boss. We should do a staff outing at Gilly's. That place is unbelievable. The food was great. The staff was awesome. So shout out to Dan and God rest Gilly's soul. God rest his beautiful son, Sol. So please go frequent it. so we go there beforehand at the party bus stops off there and then we went to and walked over to little caesars went to the shane gillis show which was fun got to see a ton of listeners out there that was fun and then we took the party bus out back to the burbs okay so long story short these guys we all get on the bus and i bring a roadie with me which my roadie was i brought some i had some bourbon some mixed you know bourbon and i get on the bus and i noticed one thing for sure These guys are not big drinkers. These guys are not, you know, like, let's sit there and pound drinks kind of guys. They all seem, and this must be a big thing nowadays, because I'm starting to notice this more and more. A lot of people are giving up the booze for the.

you know the smoking the smoking and the uh and the edibles and stuff for sure smoking let me tell you the beginning part of this this whole event the beginning part of this whole event that is the greatest is we get on a party bus we go to pick up one of our buddies that's there at his place and all of a sudden the bus starts getting followed by what looks like a like i don't know late 90s you know toyota celica or something like that and the bus stop pulls over to the side and the guy gets out of the bus or gets out of the celica and hands over a box to us it was uber delivery delivering us a a box full of uh of weed basically yes from amazing from a um from a dispensary from a dispensary want to see pictures absolutely i'll show you some pictures

This is the inner circles of the bus. Oh, my God. Now I know why he brought me in for this topic. It's like a thing of pre-rolls there. It's crazy. All right. So then we're inside the party bus. And shout out to, by the way, to Peter for getting the thing for us. I'm drinking and I'm looking and going, nobody's drinking. And then all of a sudden they all start pulling out things. Like they start pulling out gummy edibles. JT, John Tallenger has like these gummies or whatever that he likes. And I'm thinking, okay, all right, this is kind of what it's like to golf with the guy. He likes to partake in zins and gummies and things like that. And then the rest of the guys are there. This guy Mike's there next to me. And I'm like, hey, Mike, you want a drink? He's like, I haven't had a drink in 10 years. And he's like got mushrooms and all kinds of stuff. Shrooms. So they had, are shrooms legal or illegal? I don't know.

I'm not sure.

A lot of people are doing shrooms, though.

But they had mushroom edibles, okay, which were interesting. Then they also had, like, you know those little turmeric shots that they sell at Beyond Juice? Okay, yeah. And I'm not doing any of this stuff because I got a heart issue. You know what I mean? I had open-heart surgery back in 2021. I think they're illegal. They are illegal? Mushrooms aren't? I think they're illegal. They are? So, long story short, we're all on this bus. These guys are all doing it, and I am not going to succumb to any peer pressure because I am a strong adult male. I am somebody, I have children, I have a wife. Hit the desk. I have paid my taxes for many, many years. I am in what I consider to be the twilight of my life, I think. This is a wonderful time of my life. And the last thing that I am going to do is I am going to find myself having a bunch of grown men who are way better golfers than I am saying, hey, do it, do it, do it, do it. I'm not going to do that.

I was on the bus. I'm not going to do it. It was chanting.

So I tried half of it. So I said to John, I go, John, give me half of one. I'm going to try half of one. And I split it, split the other half with another guy that's on the bus. And so we both cheersed the half of the gummy. And we took it. And I said, oh, this actually is interesting. It made me feel not like weed does. Like weed, when I've had like weed gummies and stuff, weed gummies make me feel like lethargic and sluggish although I will say this the best was Mike says to me he goes oh you got it and I said what do you mean you got it he goes I just saw you yawn you got the yawns he says that they give you the yawns I look at him I go I wake up at 3.30 in the morning

I'm going to be on total drinking up at 3.30 in the morning. But I felt good. I felt, like, alive. Like, I felt alert. Have you guys ever felt? I've never in my life, and I don't believe I'll ever, have shrooms or try shrooms. But did the colors seem brighter to you? Did you ever, like, hallucinate at all these things that weren't there?
