I, the last three weekends, have had the same thing happen in my neighborhood, and it seems to always happen on Saturdays, and it happens, it seems like, Saturday mornings of all things. All right, real quick, guys versus girls, okay? So, guys versus girls. Okay. Cavan, Mike, Shannon, and Megan, Guys vs. Girls, Family Feud edition here on the show. It is time now for the Mojo in the Morning Family Feud. All right, step up to the plate here. Step up to the plate. Let's have Mike and Megan. You guys come up this time first. Mike and Megan, top five answers are on the board. Here's the question. 100 people surveyed Ask the question What do you hate About your neighbors Mike I'm going to go with my The one that I hate the most Which is loud barking dog Loud barking dog Is the number one answer Loud barking dog No Megan you got a chance to steal By the way loud barking dog Came in at number five on the list. Number five. By the way, I feel like I got a ding. Loud Barking Dog. He's right there. Unveil that one. That's it. Megan, there are four above. Loud Barking Dog. Come on, Megan!

00:04:04 - 00:04:10 | Speaker 2:

I only know this because I am the bad neighbor. Is it lots of garbage and cars in the yard?

00:04:10 - 00:04:26 | Speaker 6:

Is it loud cars? Cars and... No! Not even on the board. Not even on the board. Mike and Kev, you got a chance to take this and steal. What do you guys think? Are we playing or passing? You got a good answer? I don't have anything after that. You want to play or pass? Pass, yeah, pass, pass.

00:04:26 - 00:04:28 | Speaker 4:

Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. All right, passing it.

00:04:29 - 00:04:29 | Speaker 6:

All right, all right.

00:04:30 - 00:04:34 | Speaker 2:

Why are you saying no? You're on my team. Well, they can't. Listen, here's the deal. I do.

00:04:34 - 00:04:42 | Speaker 6:

Shannon goes now. Shannon, go ahead. Shannon, there are four on the board that you can choose. Number one's still there. What's the number one complaint about neighbors?

00:04:42 - 00:04:48 | Speaker 4:

That they mow their grass way early in the morning. Good answer. Is it mowing the grass? Woo!

00:04:49 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 6:

Yeah! Number one on the list. By the way, there's others on this list right now, too. Megan, what do you think? There's number two, three, and four.

00:05:00 - 00:05:06 | Speaker 2:

Oh wait, I'm going to text you No, you can't She's on my team No, it's not

00:05:06 - 00:05:14 | Speaker 3:

No, not when you go next to them It's only if the whole group comes together You ever watch Steve Harvey?

00:05:14 - 00:05:20 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, I came up with this 100% on my own Is it Lots of dog poop in the yard

00:05:20 - 00:05:28 | Speaker 3:

Lots of dog poop in the yard No, I'm sorry Shannon, one more

00:05:28 - 00:05:33 | Speaker 2:

Um, okay Uh, they play their music really, really loud

00:05:33 - 00:06:00 | Speaker 3:

They play their music really, really loud Will we accept that one for this one? No Alright Something close to that One more strike, one more strike And then Mike and Kevin, you got a chance to steal So get over there What do we call the family? We call it the Aguilar Irwin family The manly men family? No, the melanin men The melanin men, okay, there you go All right, Megan.

00:06:01 - 00:06:04 | Speaker 1:

Okay, I feel like you were weird about the music.

00:06:04 - 00:06:05 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

00:06:05 - 00:06:12 | Speaker 1:

So I'm going to say something very similar and hope that we were just a little close. Is it throwing parties? Oh, good answer, Tina.

00:06:13 - 00:06:25 | Speaker 3:

Is it throwing parties? Is that on the board? Yeah! Number two, number two. There's still one more on the board here. Actually, two more on the board here, Shannon. Go ahead. One more strike and those guys get a chance to steal.

00:06:25 - 00:06:31 | Speaker 2:

I'm holding my X. Okay, I'm going to go personal here. That they... Shut up.

00:06:33 - 00:06:38 | Speaker 3:

Did you just tell Steve Harvey to shut up? No, you know how a family feud, they hold up to exes?

00:06:38 - 00:06:42 | Speaker 2:

They're inappropriate and walking around naked in the house. Inappropriate and walking around.

00:06:42 - 00:08:34 | Speaker 3:

Hold on a second. Hold on a second. Hold on. Real quick here. Give Steve Harvey a kiss here. No, no, that was the other guy. Can't do that now. What does Steve Harvey do? Hold on a second. All right, here's the deal. If walking around naked in the house is up there, you still got one more to get all the money. If not, Melanin family, you got a chance to steal. Okay. Are they walking around naked? Yeah! Let's do this. All right, Kev, what do you got? What do you got? What do you got? No, we automatically win. No, no, no. You guys got to get one. You got to get one. Come on, tell me. Come on, you got to get one. Can we get a recap because we can't see the boards? No. Well, the question is, here, hold on. You don't tell Steve Harvey how to run this thing. I have 8,000 TV shows. right now. I'm even a judge on one of the TV shows, believe it or not, and I've never been a judge before in my life. The question was, 100,000 people were asked, what annoys you about your neighbor? What do you hate about your neighbor? So far, the number one on that list was the mowing during odd hours. The second one that was on the list was about parties, having little backyard barbecue parties. Number, let's see here, we still got two on the list. We got three and four still on the list Loud Dogs was number five What do you got We can talk to each other Hurry up though Three seconds The only thing I can think of that my neighbors didn't like Is my Christmas lights Let's go with it Lights or decorations Isn't it all the same I'm not trying to help them They get it Actually it's not Christmas lights though But I'm going to give it to you anyway You know how they always randomly give it Number four was poorly positioned floodlights that shine into your bedroom.

00:08:35 - 00:08:37 | Speaker 2:

No, that doesn't count. It's lights. Suck it back. Suck it back.

00:08:37 - 00:08:42 | Speaker 3:

Don't tell Steve Harvey.

00:08:42 - 00:08:47 | Speaker 2:

Lights and decorations were the same to me when you were talking about Christmas lights, not floodlights. That's year round. Hold on. Hold on.

00:08:47 - 00:10:00 | Speaker 3:

Number four on that list was poorly positioned floodlights. We're accepting that. What the heck? I love you, Steve. Number three on that list, big bonfires and fire pits. Oh, that's what I would have said next anyways. All right, so let me explain the story. I should have never done it as a family feud, even though the family feud is kind of funny. So the last two weekends, I have been woken up. Is that how you say it or awoken? Awaken. Awaken. I have been really upset over the fact that at 8.01 in the morning, and it is exactly after 8 o'clock, my neighbors have been cutting trees down in their backyard or doing some kind of tree trimming because at 8 o'clock in the morning, I'm laying in bed like crazy tired. Started with the concert a couple of weekends ago Then last week I had that charity event That I had to do And all of a sudden at 8.01 It's like this

00:10:00 - 00:10:27 | Speaker 2:

This for, like, a couple of hours in the backyard of our homes. Oh, my God. And it's nonstop. It goes, like, where they're just trimming. And I'm thinking to myself, I don't think you have any more trees that you guys can cut down. But it always seems to happen on Saturday. And I was telling Chelsea how much it annoys me. And my wife won't stick up for me. And she will not do what I ask, which is go next to her and tell them because they like you better to stop this thing.

00:10:27 - 00:10:35 | Speaker 1:

I'm trying to sleep. Let me ask you, so when you wake up, are you laying in the bed, staring at the ceiling, pissed off, or do you go, like, look through the windows?

00:10:35 - 00:11:01 | Speaker 2:

Kev, I can hear it sounds, it sounds like they're honestly, I thought that it was, like, one of those Halloween horror movies, and they were going to come in my bedroom, and they're going to kill me or something with the thing. It sounds like it's so, it's definitely the neighbors, one of the neighbors, either the right or the left of me. I think it might be my neighbors to the left of me if I'm looking out back.

00:11:01 - 00:11:03 | Speaker 1:

So I remember a couple weeks ago you said a neighbor was outside peeing.

00:11:04 - 00:11:14 | Speaker 2:

No, that's not the same neighbor. Even though I did see that neighbor yesterday while they were walking their dog with their wife that never waves to me. That's another thing. That's a weird thing.

00:11:15 - 00:11:16 | Speaker 1:

Why does she wave to you?

00:11:16 - 00:11:27 | Speaker 2:

Because I don't know. She'll be walking their dog together Or separately And she just for some reason never waves I don't know what the story is

00:11:27 - 00:11:29 | Speaker 3:

Now you need to be the aggressive waver

00:11:29 - 00:11:43 | Speaker 2:

I thought about honestly Just stopping right in front of her And doing that Yesterday I just rolled my window down And said hi to them Thinking that she would eventually wave Her husband said hi So he was nice

00:11:43 - 00:11:52 | Speaker 1:

But you ever seen that gif with Tom Hanks in. Why can't I think of the name? Castaway. He's wearing like the white tank top. That's what you

00:11:52 - 00:13:12 | Speaker 2:

need to do. So Chelsea, this is what Chelsea sent me when I said this to her. I said it in text. I go, do me a favor because she was in the other room. So we text, by the way, if I'm in one room, she's in the other room. We don't even scream for each other now. We just text each other because we know that one of us is at least on our phone. So I text her and I said, can you please tell the neighbors to stop that. I'm exhausted. Chelsea ends up sending me a text back with a copy and paste of this. The hours that you can actually cut your lawns in most neighborhoods in West Bloomfield, Michigan are between the hours of 8 and 10 a.m. or late in the afternoon between 4 and 6 p.m. Doing this on the weekends is generally considered okay, even if it is as early as 8 o'clock in the morning this was on like their website or something that they had and I'm like wait a second that's very official in your siding with the neighbors why are you siding with the neighbors on this one and the reason is she hates when I you know I'll sleep the whole day away or I'll try to sleep the whole day away um it annoys me that I don't know if you guys have neighbors that that do this or if you have neighbors that do something that's uh part of that family feud top five that we had josh what's going on mojo you beautiful oh it's you josh what's up buddy

00:13:12 - 00:14:02 | Speaker 3:

how you doing good hey guys welcome kevin welcome thanks um so i am i am that neighbor and and my dude my neighbors have all said damn it doesn't bother me at all but i think they're lying i do uh i do woodworking you know tables and my bed stuff like that so during the summer i'm out you know out in my backyard sanding all these tables and and grinding and all this stuff so all they hear is what time do you start what time do you start josh i don't i i wait i wait till at least you know 10 o'clock or so i don't start too early i'm not that horrible but you know i always feel bad and i always tell them i'm like if i'm if i'm driving you nuts let me know and no you're fine It drives me nuts and I'm the one doing it

00:14:02 - 00:14:21 | Speaker 2:

Josh, I would tell you that if I were your neighbor I'd probably have been complaining about that Although if my neighbors do say something They're very nice people I actually really like them a lot And if they said something to me like Am I bothering you? I'm very non-confrontational I would say no And then I would just passively aggressive Talk about it on the radio

00:14:21 - 00:14:26 | Speaker 3:

I give them products so they're fine I make tables for them

00:14:26 - 00:14:55 | Speaker 2:

Well, that's the thing And actually that would be something nice that would be living next to them. I think that they're doing, so I think they ended up, they had a tree that was dead and so they cut it down and then I think that from what I'm understanding, they're having somebody, they took the stump of the thing and they're making it into something, which is kind of cool. I think that that's neat that they're doing it, just not eight o'clock in the morning on a Saturday when your neighbor's a morning guy that wakes up at 3.30 Monday through Friday.

00:14:55 - 00:14:56 | Speaker 3:

Yes, yes.

00:14:56 - 00:15:12 | Speaker 2:

It's tough. It's very tough. Did you hear the story in Ohio Yeah. about the man in Lima, Ohio, who called the police for weeks, trying to get his neighbor to stop playing the same song on repeat.

00:15:12 - 00:15:13 | Speaker 1:

What?

00:15:13 - 00:15:24 | Speaker 2:

Yeah. So the guy was playing the song. Like blasting it out of his house? He was blasting it out of his house, and he was playing a song, and the song was called Move Your Body, but it's not the Move Your Body.

00:15:24 - 00:15:26 | Speaker 4:

Move your body. No.

00:15:26 - 00:15:30 | Speaker 2:

It's not Nina Sky, Move Your Body, but it's some other song.

00:15:30 - 00:16:16 | Speaker 1:

How many of you guys have a neighbor who plays the same song over and over and over 24-7 and won't stop? How many of you all have this problem? What do I do about it? What do I do about it? The police won't do anything. Nothing. They can't do anything because they don't have gotten a warrant. What do I do, guys? I don't know. I don't know, man. The police have been there over and over and over and over and over. And the dude won't answer. So, any suggestions, guys? Any at all?

00:16:16 - 00:16:29 | Speaker 2:

So, the cops kept coming to the house. The cops kept coming to the house to try to get the guy to shut this thing off. But he wouldn't answer the door, and they don't have legally the right to go into the house because there's no warrant or anything legal going on.

00:16:29 - 00:16:31 | Speaker 4:

That is insanity. Are we sure he's alive?

00:16:32 - 00:16:39 | Speaker 2:

Well, I believe so because the neighbor said that he's seen the guy come out from time to time. The song, by the way, is Move Your Body by Marshall Jefferson.

00:16:40 - 00:16:40 | Speaker 4:

What's that song?

00:16:40 - 00:16:58 | Speaker 2:

So it must be like some old Motown song or something. I don't know. Oh, wait. Hold on. This is actually the cops did finally get a hold of the guy once. This is the next TikTok on this guy's thing here There's the cops walking over

00:16:58 - 00:17:07 | Speaker 1:

God bless you guys Alright, awesome Yeah I call us every time

00:17:07 - 00:17:18 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, so they finally got the guy to shut it off The guy was playing it all the time That's funny I think it's honestly hysterical That it was the same song over and over again I kind of want to know what the song is

00:17:18 - 00:17:19 | Speaker 4:

Me too.

00:17:19 - 00:17:27 | Speaker 2:

Hold on, I'm seeing if we have it in our system here. Move your body. Move your body.

00:17:28 - 00:17:55 | Speaker 4:

Is that the one that goes, move your body? No, no, that's what they were saying. Oh, I'm, yes, you did. Are you just joining? No, it's just been playing in repeat in my brain for so long that it erased all proper thoughts. That said, it must be that. Say it again, Megan. Say it again. Is it the neatest guy song? I'm so stupid. I don't know if you guys said that already. I'm so stupid. I was 100% paying attention. The earworm just literally ate my brain away.

00:17:55 - 00:17:59 | Speaker 2:

All right, all right. Here it is. Hold on a second here. Marshall Jefferson, move your body.

00:18:03 - 00:18:04 | Speaker 4:

I like it. I like it.

00:18:07 - 00:18:30 | Speaker 2:

Would you want this playing? Nope. Oh. There's no, like, lyrics or anything to this. Oh, this would drive me nuts. I kind of like it. Yeah, it's kind of live. You kind of like it?

00:18:30 - 00:18:31 | Unknown:

Yeah.

00:18:32 - 00:18:45 | Speaker 2:

Where are the lyrics? If it doesn't have lyrics, it's not as bad. I'm not saying it was okay. You'd be okay with a guy playing, like, an instrumental bed?

00:18:45 - 00:18:51 | Speaker 4:

Like, it would be worse if there were lyrics. Okay, hear me out. Ready? Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh, boy.

00:18:56 - 00:18:58 | Speaker 3:

Guys, somebody needs to sample this.

00:18:58 - 00:19:07 | Speaker 4:

Yeah. I mean, it's good, but it's not as good as the 2004 hit from Me and the Sky called Move Your Body. All right. Exactly.

00:19:08 - 00:19:09 | Speaker 2:

I've heard that.

00:19:09 - 00:19:12 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God. All right, I'm dumb. We all know it.

00:19:14 - 00:19:15 | Speaker 2:

What's up, Heather? How you doing?

00:19:16 - 00:19:36 | Speaker 3:

Good morning. Good morning. What's going on? My neighbors burn their trash. Oh, that's a bad one. They will not put, they'll put the recycling out, but they will not, I don't know if they don't want to pay for it or what, but they burn their trash. So if we've got a nice evening, I can't even open up the windows because our whole house will smell like burning trash.

00:19:36 - 00:19:42 | Speaker 2:

That's awful. I can't believe that the city doesn't have rules against that. Where is this at? What town is this in?

00:19:44 - 00:19:44 | Speaker 3:

Oxford.

00:19:45 - 00:19:50 | Speaker 2:

I'm telling you, there's got to be some kind of a township ordinance against that. You should check into that.

00:19:51 - 00:19:56 | Speaker 3:

We're going to start looking because it's like, I love them to death. They're super sweet, but it's like, dude, I don't want to smell your burning trash.

00:19:56 - 00:19:59 | Speaker 2:

Yeah, that would be an awful thing.

00:20:00 - 00:20:09 | Speaker 5:

I've even thought about just going over and offering. I was like, you know, throw your trash in mine. I pay to pick mine up. Throw it in. I don't care. Just stop burning. Yeah, you should say that.

00:20:09 - 00:20:09 | Speaker 1:

Say that to us.

00:20:19 - 00:20:21 | Speaker 4:

What's going on, Jen? Hi.

00:20:22 - 00:20:27 | Speaker 5:

Hi. Our neighbors have their pool right outside our bedroom window.

00:20:27 - 00:20:29 | Speaker 4:

So you hear the splashing going on?

00:20:29 - 00:21:02 | Speaker 5:

Well, not only the splashing, but, like, so when they first moved in, the house was kind of abandoned. So they had to get permission from the neighbors. It was right outside. It was right close to the fence line. And so my husband signed off, like, yeah, not a big deal. Well, A, they're all screamers. Like, that's just the volume that they talk in. So when they're on the pool deck and my husband's, like, laying in the bed because he likes to take naps because, you know, he doesn't. Like, they're all just screaming at each other. And it's just not. They're not yelling. angry, that's just how they all

00:21:02 - 00:21:10 | Speaker 4:

talk. You should just invite yourself over one night when they're not in it and just go in it and just make as much noise as possible and see what they

00:21:10 - 00:21:15 | Speaker 5:

do. Just start screaming. I'll take my husband with a skinny dip and scare their kids. There you go.
