Mojo in the morning. I got something kind of interesting to talk about, and I wanted to get Kev's perspective on this one. Okay. So Chelsea was telling me that we were invited over to a friend's house for dinner and to hang out on Saturday night. And one of the things that they sent in the text message was that Chelsea and I should bring our bathing suits with so that we all can go and hang out in a hot tub together, that we can all sit down and get into a hot tub together. And I said to Chelsea, I go, no. And she goes, well, I don't want to get in the hot tub, but I didn't know if you wanted to get in the hot tub. I go, no. And I said, what do you mean a hot tub together? And I said, who's going? And it was them. So the two of them that are having the house, Paul and Karina, and then their other friends, and then Chelsea and I. And Paul wanted us all to go and sit in the hot tub together. And I said to Chelsea, I go, what are we, 12? I go, I haven't been invited to somebody's pool party since Tom Barrett was 12 years old and he had a birthday party at his house.

00:02:54 - 00:03:03 | Speaker 4:

I don't think that's weird. Or, I will say, you did get invited to that football, basketball in the pool thing a couple of weeks ago. That was weird. Yeah.

00:03:03 - 00:03:09 | Speaker 3:

That was Amar's house. Yeah. But that was a weird one, too. That was weird.

00:03:09 - 00:03:16 | Speaker 2:

That was weird. Man. This seems very normal to me. You just don't like hot tubs. Hot tubs.

00:03:16 - 00:03:21 | Speaker 4:

You can invite it to a lot of water activities. I don't know what it is, man. You know what it is?

00:03:21 - 00:03:32 | Speaker 3:

Everybody's talking about closing their stuff down now, right now, you know? But real quick, Shannon, you don't think that that's weird? You would go to a couple's party to friends and sit in a hot tub with each other?

00:03:32 - 00:03:52 | Speaker 2:

Well, I don't like hot tubs. I told you. It's like human soup to me. It makes me want to vomit. I cannot get in a hot tub. But I really don't think it's that weird. If it was like, you know, Tom, Mojo, bring your soup because all the guys are going to go out in the hot tub at some night, that would kind of, I would go, I don't know about that. But couples? But like, if everybody's just going to hang out and drink in the hot tub, I don't think that that's weird. You don't say it.

00:03:52 - 00:03:57 | Speaker 4:

It does sound a little swingerish. It does. It sounds a little freaky.

00:03:57 - 00:04:06 | Speaker 3:

You don't think that hot tubs equal people touching each other and things like that? I feel like hot tubs should be used for two reasons.

00:04:06 - 00:04:12 | Speaker 2:

Honestly, you just got yourself uninvited. Everybody is worried that you're going to go in there and be touching everybody.

00:04:13 - 00:04:29 | Speaker 3:

Two reasons for a hot tub. One, you got a bad back and you want to therapeutically get the bad back to feel better. or, number two, you're going in there because you guys are all going to eventually, you know, touch body parts or something like that. I always feel like hot tubs lead to something.

00:04:29 - 00:04:39 | Speaker 4:

I agree. Even if I'm, like, on vacation and you hope that there's no one else in the hot tub, the minute that somebody else comes in there, it completely ruins the moment. And I don't know what it is, but it turns sexual.

00:04:40 - 00:04:57 | Speaker 3:

All I picture is me sitting back in the hot tub. Hold on. I'm doing this thing right now. I always have my arms out like this, and I'm sitting back in the hot tub, and then my pants blow up. Oh, yeah. We would call that a pumpkin. We love that. And then I push the air down, and it goes...

00:05:00 - 00:05:01 | Speaker 4:

It's the same thing.

00:05:01 - 00:05:42 | Speaker 3:

It's incredible. I don't know. I have this. Do we have any hot tub people out there? Hot tub people are weird people. No offense to you guys. But hot tub people, they get in the hot tub with clothes on, and then all of a sudden they're like, hold on, let me take this off. And then they throw it out, and I'm like, wait a second. You're naked now. I don't want you to be naked in the hot tub. Yeah. Yeah, don't be naked in my direction. Like, I don't even like going into hot tubs, like, if we're on a vacation somewhere and the hotel has, like, a hot tub. Yeah. And be like, Shannon's absolutely right. It is. It's like swimming in somebody's bad soup.

00:05:42 - 00:05:46 | Speaker 5:

It's human soup. Now, look, going back to your specific situation.

00:05:46 - 00:05:46 | Speaker 3:

Yeah.

00:05:47 - 00:05:58 | Speaker 5:

Were you invited, which is yes, and was it, hey, by the way, we have a hot tub, so if you want to get in, bring a soup? or did they say bring the suit because we're all getting in?

00:05:58 - 00:06:16 | Speaker 3:

It was, no, it was, hey, we're all getting together Saturday night. We're all going to hang out and bring your suits because we're all going to get in the hot tub together because they put a really nice pool in. They got a really nice pool. I know. Doesn't that sound crazy, Cam? I do, man. Cam, come with us. Hell no. What?

00:06:16 - 00:06:23 | Speaker 5:

Listen, no, okay? I think you and Chelsea should get your suits and, you know, bring condoms because who knows what's going to happen at night.

00:06:23 - 00:06:44 | Speaker 3:

If I invited you over to my house, any of you guys over to my house, and I said, you know, obviously we could go swimming in the lake or something like that, but if I said, hey, bring your suit so we can all go swimming together, wouldn't you be like, no, I'm not bringing my suit so we can go swimming? I mean, my kids maybe, if you had kids or something that were there. I don't know.

00:06:44 - 00:06:49 | Speaker 5:

I'd be at the car table with a drink in my hand, like kind of just watching y'all and having a conversation.

00:06:50 - 00:06:56 | Speaker 4:

You, at the end of the night, would be the one jumping in the hotel. Literally. I know you. I don't know. You would, Kev.

00:06:56 - 00:07:00 | Speaker 5:

It depends on how drunk I got, but I'm not coming with the intent. Now, y'all cool.

00:07:00 - 00:07:03 | Speaker 4:

You'd be like, cannonball. What are we doing, y'all?

00:07:03 - 00:07:15 | Speaker 5:

Let's get in the hot tub. I thought we were going. Nah. Nah, I can't do that. I don't think I've ever been invited to a hot tub party where it's like, hey, all the couples are getting together. Let's go. Let's go take a dip.

00:07:16 - 00:07:22 | Speaker 3:

Let's go hot tub together. 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. What's up, Joanne?

00:07:23 - 00:07:59 | Speaker 2:

hey good morning so i i go to this place in southfield where you can run it for like an hour and a half it's a sauna and hot tub combo and whenever i told people i was going they're like oh i want to come i want to come i said no no no no i'm right with you mojo i'm going in it alone i don't want anyone looking at me touching me rubbing their foot on me thinking they're going to do something other than just be in the hot tub i just want to relax but i go by myself and it's the best experience ever if i had a significant other i would do it with them but i'm by myself so i just don't want to set that up but but you understand though that that hot tub

00:07:59 - 00:08:06 | Speaker 3:

is a hot tub that typically typically has been used for sexual activity like even if you're

00:08:06 - 00:08:21 | Speaker 2:

going in there by yourself well i don't know this place is pretty strict and it says it's a family like sauna family something no i get it i get it i totally get it but i i go by myself i'm not setting up any family juices going on. I'm telling you.

00:08:21 - 00:08:36 | Speaker 4:

Mojo, every time I've gone to a hot tub, there's always some kid in goggles in the corner like That's the least romantic thing ever. My kids, they always opt for hot tub over pool. Anywhere we are. It's because they know that that's where the adults want to hang out. It's warm.

00:08:38 - 00:08:40 | Speaker 5:

Question. How big is this hot tub?

00:08:42 - 00:08:44 | Speaker 3:

It's connected to their pool. They have a swimming pool with a hot tub.

00:08:44 - 00:08:47 | Speaker 5:

Six people, that's fine. They'd fit. You'd fit.

00:08:48 - 00:08:57 | Speaker 3:

By the way, go back to KP's thing with the kid with the hot tub. The kid with the goggles in the hot tub, he's going underwater because he wants to see his very first vagina.

00:08:57 - 00:08:58 | Speaker 5:

And his name's Smith.

00:09:00 - 00:09:02 | Speaker 3:

I want to see what her vagina looks like.

00:09:02 - 00:09:14 | Speaker 4:

Oh, my God. Bro, tell me when you weren't younger, you had the goggles in the pool? That's all you was doing, bro. And they're foggy, and the kid's like boogers coming out of his nose. They're like, oh, this is really human soup. I'm like, count how long it takes me to hold my breath.

00:09:14 - 00:09:19 | Speaker 5:

And I'm under there looking at everything. Hey, what's up, Shay? How are you?

00:09:19 - 00:09:24 | Speaker 1:

That's crazy. Okay, it is not human soup. There's chemicals. That's what they're for.

00:09:24 - 00:09:27 | Speaker 3:

I'm telling you, you need a lot of chemicals.

00:09:28 - 00:09:53 | Speaker 1:

A lot of chemicals. I go in my hot tub all the time, naked, at night, in the middle of the night, by myself, because I hurt. And it feels good. It helps. But when there's people coming over, they told you to bring a swimsuit. They didn't say, you know, come with your jiggly bits hanging out. Your jiggly bits. So because they said bring a swimsuit, I'm thinking that it's not, you know, and do they have kids? Are kids going to be there?

00:09:53 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 3:

Their kids are my kids' age, so their kids are grown. They're like, you know, their youngest is 18 or 19.

00:10:00 - 00:10:11 | Speaker 8:

I mean, but even if that kid's home, that's even more so, I mean, when they get that age, they have their nose in all your business, so they're not going to be, you know, swinging like, oh, look what mom and dad are doing, seriously?

00:10:12 - 00:10:28 | Speaker 4:

Not that I wouldn't swing with these guys, I'd probably, you know, because I don't want to offend them totally, but I don't want to swing with these guys, I really don't want to swing with them, I'm not into it, and I don't need, if I'm in a hot tub, I'll hot tub during the day or something, I don't know, at night it just feels weird. Jack, what's up, Jack?

00:10:30 - 00:10:32 | Speaker 5:

Oh, God, Jack.

00:10:32 - 00:10:33 | Speaker 4:

What's up?

00:10:34 - 00:10:41 | Speaker 6:

You know, we take a date to the hot tub, and we used to call them soaking pokes. Soaking pokes? Exactly.

00:10:43 - 00:10:45 | Speaker 7:

Jack be humble. Jack be quick.

00:10:45 - 00:10:50 | Speaker 5:

But that's probably what, when you were in high school or college? Maybe. Yeah.

00:10:50 - 00:10:53 | Speaker 9:

No, Jack's still on that type of time. Okay, Jack.

00:10:53 - 00:10:57 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, no one's getting in the hot tub with Jack. I'm talking about soaking pokes.

00:10:57 - 00:11:02 | Speaker 4:

Mia, what's up, Mia? What's going on?

00:11:03 - 00:11:11 | Speaker 8:

Nothing. We go in our friend's hot tub all the time, and I never thought it was weird until you guys thought it was weird.

00:11:11 - 00:11:16 | Speaker 5:

It is not weird. It is weird. You are making it weird.

00:11:16 - 00:11:21 | Speaker 4:

Mia, do you guys ever get, like, really close to each other and, like, switch spouses?

00:11:21 - 00:11:31 | Speaker 8:

No, not at all. No, no, I have three kids. They have three kids, and the kids will go in first. they'll get out and then we'll sit in there for a little bit and get out. I don't know. I never thought it was weird.

00:11:32 - 00:11:33 | Speaker 9:

Sure no toe tickling?

00:11:34 - 00:11:36 | Speaker 8:

No toe tickling.

00:11:36 - 00:11:38 | Speaker 9:

Bubble's the only thing busted in that pool?

00:11:38 - 00:11:48 | Speaker 5:

Ah, stop! Do you guys know the face I'm talking about when Mojo has too much to drink and he gets like... Could you imagine sitting in a hat-top next to him and looking over and he's like...

00:11:48 - 00:11:52 | Speaker 4:

Fred, what's up, Fred? What do you think?

00:11:54 - 00:12:00 | Speaker 7:

Hey, what's up, man? And all I want to know is who's bringing the baby oil. Because this sounds like some shit. No.

00:12:01 - 00:12:08 | Speaker 3:

Fred, you are crazy. He's getting freaked off. No. Fred, you are crazy.

00:12:09 - 00:12:11 | Speaker 4:

Diana, what's going on? It's Mojo in the Morning.

00:12:12 - 00:12:24 | Speaker 8:

I was just going to tell you to don't forget to leave your keys in the fishbowl. You got it. See, she gets it. Okay, so you got it. Okay, I just wanted to make sure I see too many movies where they make that reference. And I thought it was funny.

00:12:26 - 00:12:34 | Speaker 4:

Oh, this is so great. Mojo's got pineapple swim shrunks. He knows all about it. Baby leg Jay, what's up? Oh, yeah.

00:12:35 - 00:12:35 | Speaker 3:

Jay.

00:12:35 - 00:12:37 | Speaker 7:

Hey, hey, what's going on? How y'all doing?

00:12:38 - 00:12:40 | Speaker 4:

Want to go to a hot tub party with Chelsea and I this weekend?

00:12:42 - 00:13:06 | Speaker 7:

I'll watch. I'm not getting there. And the reason why is because you don't know if they done washed up or anything. Like, I don't know if y'all ever went to the public pool back in the day and the lady would sit there and see a rubber thumb across your wrist. If dirt was to roll off your wrist, they'd make you go on the back and take a shower before you get in the pool. So I'm like saying that's human soup.

00:13:07 - 00:13:23 | Speaker 5:

Ew, ew, ew. And by the way, when you smell chlorine in a pool or hot tub, you know that's the smell of pee mixed with the chlorine. Like that's why you smell so much chlorine. That's never good. Do not get in a pool or hot tub that smells like so strongly of chlorine. That's pee pee.

00:13:23 - 00:13:25 | Speaker 7:

I don't know whether it's in the bathroom by myself.

00:13:53 - 00:13:59 | Speaker 3:
