All right, it is Mojo in the morning. Had some interesting snow yesterday. I don't know if you guys got it where you live, but I got it where I was, man. And it was like, I don't know, at least a couple inches, it seemed like, that came down. Really? Yeah. Really? It was like blustery, like in the evening. And I've decided this year that I'm going to do my own driveway. Because I don't know if you remember this, but I think it was a year or two, I bought a snowblower on clearance at the end of the season. There you go. I came home with it in Chelsea. By the way, the Ace Hardware by my house is phenomenal.

00:02:22 - 00:02:24 | Speaker 5:

You have been loving this Ace Hardware. Seriously.

00:02:25 - 00:03:23 | Speaker 6:

Commerce Township, Ace Hardware, Union Lake Road, go to it. These guys got everything. They even have a little cafe seating area where you can sit and enjoy. But so I didn't use it at all last year, but I decided that this year I'm going to use it because Chelsea said use it or lose it. You're going to have to sell the thing or whatever. So I decided to go out and do the snow blowing. And then I realized why I don't snow blow my own driveway. It's because have you ever been out in your snow blowing your driveway if you have one? It always seems to be the lady across the street that is out shoveling her driveway at the same time. And you're, you know, going through it as fast as you possibly can. Do you get snowblower alert if you're a snowblower? Or snowblower, I guess, I don't know what it would be. It would be like guilt.

00:03:24 - 00:03:25 | Speaker 5:

Snowblower shame.

00:03:25 - 00:03:35 | Speaker 6:

I get snowblower shame. That's a good one. That's a good alliteration for that. Snowblower is a shame because I think to myself, should I go over and do her driveway while I just did my driveway?

00:03:35 - 00:03:37 | Speaker 5:

Right. You did, right?

00:03:37 - 00:03:38 | Speaker 6:

No.

00:03:39 - 00:03:40 | Speaker 5:

Mojo.

00:03:41 - 00:03:41 | Speaker 6:

It was very cold.

00:03:42 - 00:03:42 | Speaker 3:

Mojo.

00:03:43 - 00:03:48 | Speaker 6:

No, so I decided to act like I didn't see her or hear her.

00:03:48 - 00:03:49 | Speaker 3:

Mojo.

00:03:49 - 00:03:52 | Speaker 6:

I just kind of, I kept my head down. Well, what's that?

00:03:52 - 00:03:53 | Speaker 5:

How old is she?

00:03:54 - 00:04:32 | Speaker 6:

She's like probably your age or a little older, maybe. Mojo. And she doesn't have any sons or anything, too. This is the other thing. But she's got a daughter. I mean, a very healthy daughter, by the way. And so I'm going through my driveway and I'm like, all right, I got to end right by the garage so I can just go right into the garage and shut the garage. Terrible. Well, think about this. If you are the person that's snowblowing and you see a person that is not snowblowing and they don't have a snowblower, you wouldn't, if you were cutting your lawn, just go over and just randomly cut their lawns.

00:04:32 - 00:04:47 | Speaker 5:

I would if they had a push mower? No. No. Yes. I'll be honest with you. I think you were totally fine unless it was an older person. And by older, I don't mean my age, jerk. I mean like 65 plus.

00:04:47 - 00:04:50 | Speaker 6:

Like a person that could die doing it, right?

00:04:50 - 00:04:56 | Speaker 5:

Like if you saw my dad out there struggling, I would really hope that you would go over and help him.

00:04:56 - 00:04:57 | Speaker 6:

Like if it was-

00:04:57 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 5:

But if it's somebody my age, she's fine. Yeah. I don't know.

00:05:01 - 00:05:07 | Speaker 2:

It will take you two seconds. You're walking with something that is motorized, and it will take for an hour.

00:05:08 - 00:05:09 | Speaker 5:

But I looked at it.

00:05:09 - 00:05:13 | Speaker 2:

But then you have to do it then if somebody else comes out. Then you have to do theirs.

00:05:14 - 00:05:25 | Speaker 5:

And I looked at it like this. What if I break something, then I have to buy it or pay for it? You did not think about that at all. No, I didn't. But I was using the liabilities afterwards. Anthony, what's up? Did I do wrong?

00:05:25 - 00:05:31 | Speaker 4:

yeah you're supposed to just go do the go do their driveway for them like my neighbor across

00:05:31 - 00:05:39 | Speaker 5:

the road you can't you can't say the naughty word you can't say the s-h-i-d uh i-t so you

00:05:39 - 00:05:50 | Speaker 4:

just spell it yeah like i like just went over and did my neighbors and like yeah the neighbor right you know that was way further down still needed theirs done but they have a huge snowblower

00:05:50 - 00:06:03 | Speaker 5:

themselves and okay so i so the person that doesn't have it i should go and at least offer to do it or how about this what if i just let her use mine so i can get out of the cold that's

00:06:03 - 00:06:14 | Speaker 4:

that's not too bad you know i mean i would i'd offer to do it because then if she if she messes the machine up then you're gonna be mad about it right yeah maybe not but i mean it depends but

00:06:14 - 00:06:20 | Speaker 5:

all right anthony says i'm supposed to help lisa what are your thoughts on this one

00:06:20 - 00:06:24 | Speaker 8:

uh first of all i'm a first time long time

00:06:24 - 00:06:31 | Speaker 5:

oh i can't hear you over the snowblower sorry there you go

00:06:31 - 00:06:38 | Speaker 8:

um i just wanted to know why you would use a snowblower for just two inches of snow also a

00:06:38 - 00:06:55 | Speaker 5:

great question two inches by the way don't judge us men on two inches because it's a it's a driveway it's a fairly large driveway i don't want to be out there shoveling the whole thing and i don't know if you know this i've got heart issues i could die i could die you know what you know what

00:06:55 - 00:07:11 | Speaker 2:

you bring up a great point yeah i'm gonna flip this around thank you she probably should have helped the old guy across the street stop it all right now you're good she's struggling you old man with a heart issue so different wow that is that is really mean of you

00:07:11 - 00:07:18 | Speaker 6:

you are so mean how am i the one that is defending this situation well because i really i really don't

00:07:18 - 00:07:24 | Speaker 2:

think that you're obligated to do your entire street, unless it's an older person. Then, of course, you should go over and help them.

00:07:25 - 00:07:26 | Speaker 5:

She was fine. Jordan, what's going on?

00:07:26 - 00:07:30 | Speaker 2:

She got her movement in. Hi, Jordan. Hey. Seriously.

00:07:31 - 00:07:31 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

00:07:32 - 00:07:37 | Speaker 3:

Yeah, just get out there and snowball, man. I do it just to get away from the kids.

00:07:40 - 00:07:46 | Speaker 5:

I thought about a cup holder on my snowblower. I thought that would be kind of cool. You know, like a Yeti with some bourbon in it or something.

00:07:46 - 00:07:55 | Speaker 3:

am i a bad idea i mean there's a lot of different mixed things you can do but the best part is when your neighbors start throwing in your driveway and then you got

00:07:55 - 00:08:07 | Speaker 5:

to throw back at them that is true the neighbor war is over where you put your snow what's up sarah it's mojo in the morning hi we're talking about if you have a snowblower are you obligated

00:08:07 - 00:08:21 | Speaker 7:

to help the neighbors out hey yeah so my dad growing up he used to do the entire street there's probably like 10 to 15 houses and he would go out no he wasn't but he would just go

00:08:21 - 00:08:27 | Speaker 8:

out there with his cowboy hat on and just like it was so funny same and my dad would get gifts

00:08:27 - 00:08:32 | Speaker 6:

from all of the neighbors every christmas because he would do every single house on the cul-de-sac

00:08:32 - 00:08:41 | Speaker 2:

that is very very kind truly and that's an amazing thing that your dad did but i don't feel like you need to feel obligated to do that i get what you're saying you shouldn't have shame about it

00:08:41 - 00:08:51 | Speaker 8:

fanatic person. He just wants to help everybody, but no. All the old people will buy groceries and bring it to him, and he'll cook at dinner for everybody.

00:08:51 - 00:08:55 | Speaker 5:

Oh my god, this guy is a sweetheart. What's his name? Shout his name out in what city he's from.

00:08:56 - 00:08:59 | Speaker 8:

He's from Taylor. His name is Joe DiMario. That is, by the way,

00:08:59 - 00:09:08 | Speaker 5:

Joe DiMario. By the way, that sounds like a Taylor person. Taylor people are the nicest people. What's up, Brittany? Hi.

00:09:09 - 00:09:25 | Speaker 9:

Hi. So, I don't think you're wrong for not wanting to do it mojo because my old neighbor would always do our snow but he was 70 years old and i would be lazy laying on my couch watching netflix and i'm like why why is he

00:09:25 - 00:09:40 | Speaker 5:

out there oh yeah that's that's actually kind of funny like the neighbors that get mad at you for the noise of of you making this thing but diane brings up the most interesting point of them all and i'll use you as my last caller on this one diane because i've already pretty much just ruined

00:09:40 - 00:10:39 | Speaker 1:

my reputation of being a nice person what's going on diane hi i was saying that uh if you do it once and she's gonna expect you to do it every single time in my head this is how she talks so she'll be like young man you know yeah i do not talk like that Oh, that's what I heard. Actually, I was like, oh, my God, she's doing Shannon so well right now. Yeah. Well, thank you for the call. I appreciate you. Take care of yourself. They've taken over cities before, but this July, they're bringing the X Games League Championship home to New Orleans, July 24th through 26th at the Superdome.
