You know, I talked not that long ago about the fact that I almost got into an accident sneezing. Yeah. And you guys remember, we got a bunch of calls from people that were like, oh, my God, I can't believe I got in an accident sneezing, too. Well, yesterday, going to Kroger and buying myself some food, I almost got into an accident eating Kroger sushi.

00:02:27 - 00:02:29 | Speaker 7:

You love your Kroger sushi, too. I do.

00:02:30 - 00:02:34 | Speaker 6:

It's the best. They have, like, legit sushi chefs. Sushi chefs.

00:02:34 - 00:02:35 | Speaker 4:

How do you eat sushi in the car?

00:02:35 - 00:02:38 | Speaker 6:

Mike, I'm going to tell you very carefully or not so carefully.

00:02:38 - 00:02:40 | Speaker 4:

Do you use your fingers? You just grab it?

00:02:40 - 00:02:43 | Speaker 6:

No, I should have. I actually pulled out the chopsticks.

00:02:43 - 00:02:44 | Speaker 4:

Bruh. Oh, my God.

00:02:45 - 00:03:28 | Speaker 6:

So I had the tray in front of me, and I had the chopsticks that were out, and I'm just driving, and I had my leg kind of doing the drive, But I also had my my hand kind of on the steering wheel and I'm, you know, dipping in wasabi. I didn't have soy sauce because I'm gluten free. And so I'm doing it and I'm eating. And all of a sudden my steering wheel, as I literally is about to put one piece in my mouth, my steering wheel kind of like quickly jerked. And I was like, holy crap. And literally almost drove right off the road. And I'm going to go on record to say that will be the last time that I use chopsticks, but not the last time I eat sushi. Because I love it. But I know that there are certain foods that you cannot eat while driving. A cheesy gordita crunch from Taco Bell.

00:03:28 - 00:03:42 | Speaker 7:

Why? Anything from Taco Bell. Because stuff falls out the other side into your lap. And I'm always so concerned. Like, did it get on my clothes or did it get on the wrapper that I try to place underneath it? But sometimes the wrapper slips a little bit. It's just messy.

00:03:42 - 00:03:47 | Speaker 1:

Yeah, see, you're doing it wrong. Because the whole point of Taco Bell is you got to shove it in all at once.

00:03:48 - 00:03:48 | Unknown:

Whoa.

00:03:48 - 00:03:49 | Speaker 1:

No multiple bites.

00:03:49 - 00:03:59 | Speaker 6:

How do you get it? Pause. how do you get taco bell not to fall on your carpet in your car because it's always on the

00:03:59 - 00:04:07 | Speaker 7:

cheese is on the carpet some of the meat slap is in your lap like yes whoa um there are certain

00:04:07 - 00:05:00 | Speaker 6:

foods that to me and i actually was thinking about this when i was writing this topic down last night to send in today there are certain foods that you cannot eat while you're driving taco bell was definitely one of the ones i put up on here have you ever gone and gotten soup like Panera Bread or Zoop. Soup is a tough one. Unless you're drinking it out of the cup, it's difficult. Why are you eating soup driving? Like, what is going on with you? Here's other ones that I put on the list. Hamburgers, burgers, tough, especially if they're, you know, big burgers. Disagree. Chicken wings. Chicken wings are tough because it gets on your fingers. Jelly donuts. Fried chicken. I don't know if anybody's grabbed some fried chicken. here's a couple of other ones ribs have you ever eaten ribs is there anybody listening that's ever had ribs while driving I want to know because you got all of your fingers and stuff at that time and you're trying

00:05:00 - 00:05:10 | Speaker 2:

to drive around and then honestly even just drinking a can of red bull sometimes trying to open the can while you actually are trying to steer in the steering wheel it's very difficult

00:05:10 - 00:05:15 | Speaker 5:

to get that thing uh that thing open zero experience doing that oh my god there's more

00:05:15 - 00:05:19 | Speaker 2:

red bull in that car i bet you might go to your jeep right now there's probably you probably have

00:05:19 - 00:05:28 | Speaker 5:

a case in the center council don't you i chugged a red bull on the way here and i realized i opened it right as i was leaving my apartment and i didn't drink any of it until i ended up two miles

00:05:28 - 00:05:42 | Speaker 2:

away and i was like let's go baby uh 844 mojo live 844-665-6548 i want to talk about the foods that you ate while you're driving and how dangerous they were to uh to be eating them

00:05:42 - 00:06:11 | Speaker 1:

i got pita way on the way home the other day so good so i stopped at the pita way it's so good i stopped at the pita way in berkeley and got like a rice bowl or whatever you know with chicken and on this and i was so hungry i'm like all right i i can eat this in the car so i put it like on my center console do you know how messy it is to try to eat rice like a rice bowl with that and it's not sticky rice do you know what i mean so i'm trying to scoop up rice as i'm driving and there's

00:06:11 - 00:06:21 | Speaker 2:

yellow rice just all over me i'm not i was covered i'm not gonna lie to you even chipotle bowls are tough to to eat while you're driving or burritos if they're big you ever try to do that thing too

00:06:21 - 00:06:28 | Speaker 5:

when you spill on your lap where you get out of the car, but you try to get out of the car with the stuff still in your lap so it goes outside of the car, which makes it worse.

00:06:29 - 00:06:31 | Speaker 2:

Mojo in the morning, what's going on, Tristan?

00:06:33 - 00:06:34 | Speaker 3:

Hi, how are you?

00:06:35 - 00:06:39 | Speaker 2:

Fantastic, Tristan. We're talking about dangerous foods to eat while driving.

00:06:41 - 00:06:42 | Speaker 4:

Pancakes. Pancakes.

00:06:43 - 00:06:44 | Speaker 2:

That would be so good, though.

00:06:44 - 00:06:51 | Speaker 4:

No, see, you can roll them up like a little hot dog. No, no, nice and short, so you don't get your fingers sticky.

00:06:51 - 00:06:56 | Speaker 2:

McDonald's pancakes, by the way. Greatest part of my childhood is a McDonald's pancake.

00:06:57 - 00:06:57 | Speaker 3:

Yep.

00:06:58 - 00:06:58 | Speaker 2:

So good.

00:06:59 - 00:07:01 | Speaker 5:

Or switch over to those French toast sticks. Those are really good, too.

00:07:02 - 00:07:04 | Speaker 2:

Wendy's. LaBelle. What's up, LaBelle?

00:07:05 - 00:07:37 | Speaker 3:

How are you? Fantastic. Aw, thank you. Well, I am gluten-free as well. I'm listening to all the things that you named off not to eat while driving, and I have eaten every last one of them. That was one of my favorites, but I stopped because I think that their meat has wheat in it, so I had to stop doing Taco Bell, but Detroit Wing Company has gluten-free wings that are lemon-pepper rub, and I will eat a whole 10-piece while driving.

00:07:37 - 00:07:44 | Speaker 2:

Oh, my God. Without a problem. So, LaBelle, how much lemon pepper is all over your lap when you get out of that car?

00:07:45 - 00:08:01 | Speaker 3:

None. So what I do is I put the container right in my lap, and I'll drive with one knee. I have a Traverse, so I use the one knee to drive. The container is in my lap, and I twist the flap and then put it in my mouth and just take the bones right out.

00:08:01 - 00:08:05 | Speaker 5:

Okay, so what does your steering wheel look like then? Because you've got to have sticky fingers.

00:08:06 - 00:08:12 | Speaker 3:

It's a little kind of rub, so it's kind of a dry rub, but then you keep the nap next to you.

00:08:12 - 00:08:14 | Speaker 2:

And she's got the extra wet wipes from Detroit Wing Company.

00:08:16 - 00:08:20 | Speaker 3:

You just have to have a napkin close to you and just wipe your fingers on it.

00:08:20 - 00:08:21 | Speaker 2:

There you go.

00:08:21 - 00:08:22 | Speaker 3:

No problem.

00:08:22 - 00:08:25 | Speaker 2:

Send us a picture, by the way. Anybody who's driving and eating right now, send us a picture of you doing this.

00:08:26 - 00:08:32 | Speaker 5:

Let's be honest. No. Say attention to what you're eating and driving. You don't need to take a picture. Put all the other stuff.

00:08:32 - 00:08:35 | Speaker 2:

This segment is brought to you by the collision department at Gordon-Shower Life.

00:08:35 - 00:08:38 | Speaker 5:

Who's using a napkin? Aren't you supposed to use the side of your driver's seat?

00:08:39 - 00:08:43 | Speaker 2:

That is true. Debbie, what's up, Debbie?

00:08:44 - 00:08:45 | Speaker 4:

Hi, good morning.

00:08:45 - 00:08:46 | Speaker 2:

Morning.

00:08:46 - 00:09:29 | Speaker 4:

so i used to live in atlanta and my drive every day was 86 miles one way well i would get hungry on my way home yeah i made the mistake of stopping off and getting a dozen jalapeno poppers at one of my favorite restaurants after eating three or four of these molten lava jalapeno poppers by the time i bit into about the fourth or fifth one it literally exploded onto my windshield like to the point that you couldn't see out i could not see out and mind you it's greasy it's cream cheese and i only maybe had like two or three napkins and nothing to drink

00:09:29 - 00:09:39 | Speaker 2:

to try and get this mess by the way life is good i had to use my shirt get out i was on 85 i had

00:09:39 - 00:09:47 | Speaker 4:

to park my track, get out, use my shirt, and try and get the windshield wiper fluid to soak my shirt to soak my windshield.

00:09:48 - 00:09:49 | Speaker 2:

Debbie.

00:09:49 - 00:09:51 | Speaker 4:

Jalapeno poppers while driving.

00:09:51 - 00:09:55 | Speaker 2:

That is awesome. Thank you, Debbie. I love that. Kyle, what's up?

00:09:55 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 3:

Hey, I get a whole barbecue sampler on my way to work on this.

00:10:00 - 00:10:06 | Speaker 8:

really on your way to work how did you get it that early in the morning well it was from the

00:10:06 - 00:10:17 | Speaker 6:

night before we we went to prime barbecues we're choosing them for our care for our wedding and they gave us a whole sampler and i was eating ribs cold pork cold chicken potato salad

00:10:17 - 00:10:29 | Speaker 5:

what was the hardest thing to eat while driving probably the coleslaw really of all things with a fork trying to keep it together well i was driving with my knee and i hit a patch of black

00:10:29 - 00:10:35 | Speaker 7:

I ended up in the bitch, and when the cop pulled up, I was just mowing down on me.

00:10:35 - 00:10:43 | Speaker 5:

Still eating. That's awesome. Kyle, you're a champion. This is a great one. Tax, are you there?

00:10:44 - 00:10:48 | Speaker 8:

Yep, I'm here. There's a little filler. Oh, Lord.

00:10:48 - 00:10:53 | Speaker 5:

How you doing? Tax, we're talking about dangerous foods to eat while driving.

00:10:55 - 00:10:58 | Speaker 8:

Doggy, I tell you what, I tried down at a daggone sloppy goat where you're hitting down the highway

00:10:58 - 00:11:10 | Speaker 5:

75 miles an hour driving, eating a Sloppy Joe. When's the last time? Have any of you guys not had a Sloppy Joe ever in your life? Do you know what a Sloppy Joe is? Sloppy Joe's going crazy.

00:11:10 - 00:11:13 | Speaker 3:

He doesn't know what a Sloppy Joe is. I'm more offended, you ask.

00:11:13 - 00:11:19 | Speaker 5:

That's like a childhood. Well, do you know Hamburger Helper, too, or no? Of course. Of course. Okay. You guys know what macaroni and cheese is?

00:11:20 - 00:11:26 | Speaker 3:

Have you guys never heard of French fries? Tex. Toast? Tex.

00:11:26 - 00:11:30 | Speaker 5:

What happened with your Sloppy Joe? Did it end up all over you?

00:11:31 - 00:11:38 | Speaker 8:

Well, a daggum deer ran around me, so I had to put it on the brake a little bit, smash the deer all over the place. I'm daggum Sloppy Joe, and all over me and the daggum deer.

00:11:38 - 00:11:44 | Speaker 5:

Where do you think that that dabgum deer came from? Did it smell the Sloppy Joe while you were driving?

00:11:45 - 00:11:48 | Speaker 8:

I don't know. It looked just like you came out of nowhere.

00:11:48 - 00:12:00 | Speaker 5:

That's amazing. By the way, where are you from that you have this accent, Tex? I'm a Texan bag. Dumb question. I'm sorry.

00:12:00 - 00:12:03 | Speaker 8:

I feel like people from Texas were offended by that.

00:12:04 - 00:12:42 | Speaker 3:
