It's Mojo on the Morning Show. So today I had one of those days where I didn't know if I was going to be on time to get here. Thank God I give myself a little bit extra. but I woke up, went outside, took my garbage out today because the garbage day is today and I didn't take it out last night. I completely forgot about it and I saw everybody's garbage out there and I'm getting in my car, getting ready to leave and do you have those neighbors? And what I mean by those neighbors, I'm talking about those neighbors that you know you can't trust. I actually Googled when I came in this morning thinking I should do this as a topic and there was a study that said that 44% say they cannot trust their neighbors 44% of people say that they cannot trust their neighbors with anything their life yes do you you know if you're thinking about you know would they be the people that you'd let them know where your hidden key is would you let them know your secret code to your garage they slimy well yeah I don't know I let friends know all that stuff but I don't know if I let my neighbors so I'm sitting in the driveway and there's this house that is across the street from me where i have no idea who these people are it's probably the only neighbors i have not met and they have a bajillion cars in their driveway and it's kind of weird okay unless it's in megan's case back in the day megan used to talk about the fact that you had a bunch of you know cars that never ran yeah that they were just there so they have that and they have a bunch of teenagers it seems like like teenagers 20 somethings living in the house i've never seen two adults. Like, I've never seen a parent. The beginning of a meth lab. Okay? Right? I sound like Vonda now. Okay? So, they were in the driveway at four o'clock in the morning while I am taking out the garbage. Or Olivia Benson. Yeah, I like that one. What is four o'clock in the morning doing? Okay? Why are you there? So, I thought, this doesn't seem right. And I thought, okay, well, maybe they're doing what I'm doing. They're taking their garbage out. But then I realized, their garbage is already out. And they're just sitting in the driveway with music playing, their car on, and the car headlights on. And I thought, these guys are scoping out to find out whose house they're going to go rob. You know what I mean? No. So I waited and waited and waited. There's violence in my neighborhood. I see. I waited and waited and waited. By the way, if you're somebody that wants to call out your untrustworthy neighbor, I want you to call out at 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Sat in the driveway, and I just sat there for a while. And then I said to myself, oh, I know Dave McNeely, who is a police officer for the town that is next to mine, Orchard Lake. Shout out Dave. I'm going to call Dave. Didn't answer my call. Because he's asleep.

00:04:12 - 00:04:57 | Speaker 1:

And then I thought to myself, he must either be off or Dave McNeely's part of the crime. Maybe he's hanging out with these guys. You know how the cops go bad sometimes? Maybe that happened to Dave. So I'm sitting in the driveway wondering what should I do? And then I'm looking at the clock and I'm looking at my Waze because I do Waze every morning to the radio station to see if there's any stuff on the roads. And the Waze starts going later and later and later. And I started realizing it went from I'd be here at 515, I'd be here now at 518, 22, 23, 24. And I started thinking to myself, I think I got to go to work and let my wife deal with it.

00:05:00 - 00:05:11 | Speaker 5:

steak out i did my own little steak out and i realized i would not be good on a steak all you needed was donuts the only steak i'm good at is out back i got a little crazy so so long story

00:05:11 - 00:05:18 | Speaker 1:

short i hope my house didn't get robbed yeah yeah so you know you just left your wife there to deal

00:05:18 - 00:05:30 | Speaker 5:

with that i left her there we have guests though staying with us this week so she had backup so yeah so there is a man in the house right now i don't know how much of a man dennis is but he's Hi, Tracy. What's going on?

00:05:30 - 00:05:39 | Speaker 3:

Nothing much. Good morning. Listen to you guys all the time. Thank you. Love all you guys. We love you, too. We love you, too.

00:05:39 - 00:05:39 | Speaker 5:

Yeah.

00:05:40 - 00:05:57 | Speaker 3:

I'm a little neighbor. He's a teenage kid. My mailman always tells me when this kid is in the neighborhood because everybody's packages that get put on their porch, he steals them. Oh, he's a purse liar. Man, a teenage kid. He still hasn't gotten caught for it yet.

00:05:57 - 00:06:05 | Speaker 5:

But has he caught him doing the stealing? Are we sure that it's him? We can't finger somebody without knowing who we're fingering.

00:06:05 - 00:06:14 | Speaker 3:

Or asking permission. He took a picture. He took a picture and everything. And the kid jetted the neighborhood. He lived with his grandmother and he took off. Wow.

00:06:14 - 00:06:18 | Speaker 5:

So we think this kid is, like Kevin said, a porch pirate.

00:06:19 - 00:06:29 | Speaker 3:

Yes, very bad porch pirate. And unfortunately, his brother, who, when he turned 15, shot somebody over a $20 bag.

00:06:29 - 00:06:31 | Speaker 6:

Oh, my God. A bag of what?

00:06:32 - 00:06:38 | Speaker 3:

A bag of weed. Teenage kids killed each other over a bag of $20 bag of weed.

00:06:38 - 00:06:42 | Speaker 5:

Smoking the reef. Wow. That's not good. $20.

00:06:43 - 00:06:45 | Speaker 3:

It runs in the family. It does.

00:06:45 - 00:06:47 | Speaker 5:

Where do you live? What town do you live in?

00:06:48 - 00:06:49 | Speaker 3:

Port Huron.

00:06:49 - 00:06:51 | Speaker 5:

Oh, Port Huron. Yeah.

00:06:51 - 00:06:52 | Speaker 3:

Right in the red zone.

00:06:53 - 00:06:57 | Speaker 5:

Yeah, that's right. PH, baby. Ah, man.

00:06:57 - 00:06:58 | Speaker 3:

Why do you call it that?

00:06:58 - 00:07:02 | Speaker 5:

They do. They do. Now they do. They do. What's going on, Jordan?

00:07:04 - 00:07:32 | Speaker 1:

So one of my old jobs, I used to have to start at all hours of the night. So I'd start at like 1, 3, 5 in the morning. Every time I would go outside, the neighbors would cross the street, car running, three or four kids in the car watching a movie from sleeping outside and like what is going on and they would do this for probably six months yeah what was the deal did you ever figure it out

00:07:32 - 00:07:40 | Speaker 2:

never figured it out they ended up well actually they ended up getting a big kid so wow i'm telling

00:07:40 - 00:07:53 | Speaker 5:

you something crazy is going on in those cars i think you know what i think it is though i think maybe it's a teenage kid banging his girlfriend or something in the car. You know what I mean? Like, you can't do it in your house, so you have her meet you in the car outside, but

00:07:53 - 00:07:57 | Speaker 1:

wouldn't it be suspicious? Wouldn't you, like, drive somewhere and park instead of just doing it? Not all

00:07:57 - 00:08:02 | Speaker 5:

it's on. It would be suspicious, though, that the lights are on, you know? What's up, Chad?

00:08:03 - 00:08:17 | Speaker 4:

Hey, Mojo, why you gotta call them out for Park and Spark? Park and Spark? What did you say it is? Why you gotta call them out for Park and Spark? It's when you park and smoke. Oh, is that what's going on? Yeah, why you got to call him out, Mojo?

00:08:17 - 00:08:32 | Speaker 5:

Why didn't you have smelled that? I don't know. Park and Spark is what they were doing, but I don't know why. They were also walking around the outside of the house, too. Maybe they were doing that. I don't know. I never heard of Park and Spark before. I heard of PH, but I've never heard of Park and Spark.

00:08:33 - 00:08:50 | Speaker 6:

See, we need to go back in the day, man. My grandma used to have a neighbor, a guy arrested her soul, used to stay across the street. She used to sit on her porch from sunup to sundown. If you needed to know anything that happened in the neighborhood, The lady across the street knew. Long gone are the days of the old ladies on the porch.

00:08:50 - 00:08:58 | Speaker 5:

I know. You're absolutely right. That is actually true. Every neighborhood had the old lady. Mine is Brittany, but she's not old. She's only like 30-something. Might be me, actually.

00:08:59 - 00:09:03 | Speaker 6:

I'm on my porch as soon as I get up. Crap.

00:09:04 - 00:09:05 | Speaker 3:

Whitlam watches.

00:09:06 - 00:09:07 | Speaker 5:

00:09:08 - 00:09:12 | Speaker 3:

They're hot box in the car. Everybody's saying that.

00:09:12 - 00:09:14 | Speaker 5:

00:09:14 - 00:09:14 | Speaker 3:

They're hot cans.

00:09:14 - 00:09:20 | Speaker 5:
