Well, you're on the morning show. So I was having a discussion with a friend of mine who is kind of a little goofy. And I was telling him that yesterday was a big day for me and I didn't realize how big of a day it was but I felt like there was something kind of cool happening in my life yesterday and then later Chelsea checked in with me and she said hey how you holding up today and I'm like oh I think I'm holding up okay why what's going on and I'm like oh she's gonna deliver some bad news to me or something I'm like I just don't need any more bad news right now and she goes oh no no no you know today being the anniversary and I'm like of what and she goes uh today's anniversary of the day that your dad died and I was like oh my god and I felt like horrible that I have not had a conversation you know with my brother or sisters or anybody like to say anything or and I feel like it's not officially that the anniversary unless I post something on social

media about it isn't that sad that you feel forced to do that to commemorate okay I'm joking when I

say that I wasn't going to do it because honestly I didn't want to put anything out there because I know that people do it and I know that they do it for the comfort of themselves but i feel comforted i don't need to do it i looked at a couple pictures of my dad no that's good

And so while we're talking, I said, well, let me tell you a little couple of stories. And I said, you know, he would pull out a harmonica all the time and play it for you. And so that was a big thing. And he always loved to hold Luke as a baby and go, like, and he would take his teeth out and like his teeth would like pop out.

You know what? It was really a good day yesterday, and then it got to be one of those type of situations where I started thinking things through. I started having this kind of weird feeling, and a friend of mine one time told me, hey, you know what you should do? And he asked me to do it for him. You should have a designated friend that you give all of your passwords to, like the password to your MacBook computer, your iPhone, phone, your social accounts, that you trust, the person that you trust because you can't give it to somebody that's going to like sit there and put, you know, ding dong pictures up, you know, and you don't want that happening. But have that because you need to have a friend that has this, these secure passwords, just in case something does happen if you do die, if you pass. And he said, and it's not so much just because you want your spouse and family to be able to get into your stuff and be able to see everything that you have there, like all the financial information or things like that. It's to make sure that someone's there to delete the dirty stuff.
