Mojo in the Morning show. I mean, kind of. It's really, I guess it is a war for roses, but so what's going on, Megan?

00:01:18 - 00:03:05 | Speaker 4:

Okay, so Ellen and I have been scheming and we have come up with a brilliant plan because Because Ellen was talking to this guy for quite a while, a very, very long time. And I guess things recently have been a little bit more, rocky isn't the right term, but just. Stagnant? Yes, yes. In a way that like they are not together, but like they talk quite often. And I guess that communication was becoming a little bit more lax recently. So Ellen just celebrated her 30th birthday. Oh, happy birthday. um and for her birthday i sent her um like a bouquet of flowers i looked up friendship flowers and they had a bouquet um i was trying to give her the full kardashian experience because you know how every time they have a birthday like their houses fill yeah but i'm on a budget so she got a few flowers so she texted me last night and she was like hey thank you these are really nice can i do something with them and i said of course i mean they're yours what are you gonna do and she's like well i would normally give you credit and say thank you on social media but instead coming up that that why don't we uh try to mess with this guy and see if he'll reach out to me if i just post them kind of anonymously or allude to the fact that she got them from another suitor and i was like oh my god hell yeah girl post them don't tag me i can't wait to follow this through and so she posted these flowers up on her Instagram stories and it feels like our own version of War of the Roses like we didn't send them to somebody specifically but we're going to catch you boy and we're going to catch

00:03:05 - 00:03:21 | Speaker 6:

you reaching out. So wait a second because I did see that on her Instagram on the story and I thought and she had told me that you sent flowers to her and they were in front of her door of her apartment while she was in Miami for like four days so she was worried that they were going to like die. Yes

00:03:21 - 00:03:30 | Speaker 4:

I was very terrified because I am a dumbass, and I forgot that she was going out of town for her birthday. And so, yeah, I messed that up.

00:03:30 - 00:03:40 | Speaker 6:

So she is just doing, she's just posted just the flowers and is hoping that this guy sees that and says, uh-oh, who's sending Ellen flowers?

00:03:40 - 00:03:43 | Speaker 4:

Right, right, yes. Does that work?

00:03:43 - 00:03:59 | Speaker 6:

Has anybody ever done that? I mean, Valentine's Day coming up. I bet you that there's, you know, we used to have people that used to send themselves flowers to their work on Valentine's Day because they didn't want the one girl in the office to get all the love on Valentine's Day. That's interesting.

00:03:59 - 00:04:00 | Speaker 4:

I mean, I think it's genius.

00:04:01 - 00:04:07 | Speaker 1:

It is actually kind of genius. I wonder, well, so what sort of response is she looking for, him to just reach out and ask or him to send flowers?

00:04:08 - 00:04:25 | Speaker 4:

Not necessarily to send flowers, but more along the lines of if he does reach out. Yeah, just haven't heard from him in a couple of days. If she now posts flowers, will he not even address that, but just reach back out to her and be like, hey, how you doing, girl?

00:04:26 - 00:04:40 | Speaker 6:

Wow, that could either be genius or sad because the guy doesn't care or whatever. But 844-MOJO-LIVE, 844-665-6548. Has anybody ever done this? Tried to make a guy jealous by making him think that there's somebody else coming after you?

00:04:41 - 00:04:42 | Speaker 3:

And does it work?

00:04:42 - 00:04:59 | Speaker 6:

You know what? I used to always have the fake girlfriend in school. So I would say that I had like this girlfriend or I'm seeing this girl hoping that other girls would hear it and nobody ever did anything. All it did was confuse my buddies who I was hanging out with the night that I said I was going on a date. I've seen.

00:05:00 - 00:05:41 | Speaker 5:

girls dress up like use their friends to dress up as guys hide their faces to look like they're posing in a picture like a mirror selfie with a with a guy to make the other guy think that they're hanging out with another guy that's actually they're wild oh my god yeah yeah so yeah a girl talked to a guy yeah she gets her friend yeah to dress up in like a sweatshirt hat maybe draw a little facial hair like the picture is like kind of dim so you can't really see the face and then they do like a mirror picture they're standing on a stool to make him taller it looks like so they're taking a mirror picture of the guy that is psycho behavior it is it is genius megan it's genius i'm here for it because however i can get this

00:05:41 - 00:05:53 | Speaker 7:

information and use it i will get the information and use it i'll background check you i will uh catfish you online i will do whatever it takes to get the information that i need this is this

00:05:53 - 00:06:18 | Speaker 5:

This is real. I saw this girl on TikTok. She did this. She put her crush in a private story on Snapchat. He was the only one in the private story. She posted a really sexy picture of herself just to see if he would reply. There's no risk because it's just him, and nobody else can see the picture on the story because he's the only one in the chat. Wow. And if he replies, then she knows that he's interested. Oh, okay. Genius. Genius.

00:06:18 - 00:06:22 | Speaker 8:

Yeah, but I don't understand the end game of the mirror picture, faking the guy.

00:06:22 - 00:06:25 | Speaker 5:

Because you're trying to get the guy's attention, but you don't want to make the first move.

00:06:26 - 00:06:32 | Speaker 8:

But if I see that, I go, well, she's already got a guy. Now I'm not talking to you. No, because everybody wants what somebody else has.

00:06:32 - 00:06:46 | Speaker 7:

Also, have you met men? That's not how they behave. That's not how they behave at all. They go, oh, wait, some man has claimed, must take other claim on women. I'm talking like this is okay to do. I didn't say it was okay.

00:06:46 - 00:06:51 | Speaker 8:

The whole beginning of your relationship has been built on the foundation of a lie from the start.

00:06:51 - 00:06:53 | Speaker 4:

Misfit Victor, what do you think?

00:06:54 - 00:07:05 | Speaker 2:

This is horrible. This is why so many women are single and then sit here and cry. Why am I single? Why don't guys like me? I don't understand this. What is the point of this?

00:07:05 - 00:07:09 | Speaker 4:

But you don't think guys play games with girls, too?

00:07:09 - 00:07:22 | Speaker 2:

You're going to attract the clowns. No, no guy's going to sit there and say, hey, Steve, guess what? I got a new hat. I'm going to post it online and see if my girlfriend or this girl I like is thinking. I don't buy it

00:07:22 - 00:07:25 | Speaker 4:

You give us guys way too much credit

00:07:25 - 00:07:30 | Speaker 2:

You know what I'm going to think I'm going to think, good I don't have to buy her any flowers

00:07:30 - 00:07:34 | Speaker 4:

I truly love that Victor was like

00:07:34 - 00:07:40 | Speaker 7:

She posted a picture of flowers This is why she's single Victor, when you were dating your wife

00:07:40 - 00:07:54 | Speaker 2:

All I heard for six, seven months Is Ellen crying every day that she's single You're crying every day Stop playing games, just be a normal person They are normal people No, that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my whole entire life.

00:07:54 - 00:08:26 | Speaker 7:

You know what, Mojo? I've been saying for days that I'm ready to fight somebody. Victor, welcome to the ring. Oh, no. No, let's go. No, let's go. Because I love that he says that she's crying every day. When has Ellen ever once complained that she was single? We complain about men. No, we complain about men being literally the worst in all dating situations. We never once said, you know what my life is? Lacking a man. No, we say you men are idiots when we try to date you. There is a difference.

00:08:27 - 00:08:33 | Speaker 2:

We're idiots, but you're the one posting a picture of flowers? No, we're conniving.

00:08:33 - 00:08:38 | Speaker 7:

Men are idiots. We're conniving. There's a difference for you guys to make the first move.

00:08:38 - 00:08:42 | Speaker 4:

Why do we have to do that? Hold on a second. Hold on. Comments from listeners here. Sarah, what did you want to say?

00:08:43 - 00:08:48 | Speaker 6:

I'm so sorry, but that's crazy girl behavior. Thank you, Sarah. Yes, it is. That's crazy.

00:08:48 - 00:08:49 | Speaker 4:

She's admitting it

00:08:49 - 00:08:49 | Speaker 6:

Period

00:08:49 - 00:09:02 | Speaker 8:

You're attracting a guy Who has no respect for relationships Because he's going to jump in line here So then you're going to be dating a guy Who has no respect for relationships

00:09:02 - 00:09:04 | Speaker 4:

Katie, what's up? It's Mojo in the morning

00:09:04 - 00:09:23 | Speaker 6:

I'm telling you, this totally works When I was single, I would get all dialed up I would post a picture To try to make the guy jealous That I wanted to get the attention from Yeah It worked, we've been married for 10 years No, thirst trap we get

00:09:23 - 00:09:28 | Speaker 8:

But I don't understand the faking That you already have a guy

00:09:28 - 00:09:30 | Speaker 4:

Rose did that, what did you do Rose?

00:09:31 - 00:09:41 | Speaker 1:

Oh, I had a guy best friend So I would just hold his hands in my Snapchat So I didn't have to fake A girlfriend being a guy Did it work? Oh yeah, it worked

00:09:41 - 00:09:43 | Speaker 4:

It made guys right away come to your attention

00:09:43 - 00:09:44 | Speaker 1:

Oh yeah

00:09:44 - 00:09:54 | Speaker 4:

I'm telling you, I think this is a great idea By the way, you can either do that with a guy Or find a girl that's got really rough hands And try it And see if it works

00:09:54 - 00:09:55 | Speaker 1:

Have a great day

00:09:55 - 00:09:59 | Speaker 4:

I called and wished Ellen a happy birthday And she told me

00:10:00 - 00:10:07 | Speaker 2:

that she's marrying the first guy that proposes to her this year. This year and this year only. So, you hear that, guys?

00:10:07 - 00:10:09 | Speaker 3:

I also think she found me a guy, too, so.

00:10:09 - 00:10:10 | Speaker 2:

Ooh.

00:10:10 - 00:10:12 | Speaker 3:

I'm here for it. Really? Wait a second.

00:10:12 - 00:10:13 | Speaker 2:

Tell us about him.

00:10:16 - 00:10:30 | Speaker 3:

Apparently, he works in IT, and we are the same exact human being, which either will be my best friend in the entire world or one of us will murder each other. Apparently, we're the same. But I love that even long distance, Ellen's still looking out for a girl.

00:10:30 - 00:10:36 | Speaker 2:

See, that's the problem with Ellen is Ellen thinks of other girls to set up instead of, you know, worried about herself.

00:10:36 - 00:10:37 | Speaker 3:

Because none of us care.

00:10:38 - 00:10:40 | Speaker 2:

But why does she not want to date you?

00:10:40 - 00:10:43 | Speaker 3:

I ask myself that every day. I love her.

00:10:44 - 00:10:48 | Speaker 2:

Could you imagine, though, if Ellen's, like, dating a guy and goes, oh, my God, I'm dating Megan.

00:10:49 - 00:11:16 | Speaker 1:
