If you saw the big news story, he is now being charged with involuntary manslaughter, Alec Baldwin, by that New Mexico district attorney. Many were shocked by that yesterday. It was all from that incident that took place on the set of the movie Rust, where the gun went off and it ended up killing the producer of the movie or the director of the movie. Spike went back into the archives to find a time when we had Alec Baldwin help with a phone scam. Do you want to explain the actual audio that we're using in this one?

Yeah, because actually I was talking about this with one of our producers, and they didn't even remember this story because they're on the younger side. But back in 2007, Alec Baldwin's voicemail to his daughter went viral. And this is before things went viral. After Baldwin divorced actress Kim Basinger, a nasty custody battle started over his daughter, Ireland. And then this tape leaked of him cursing out his 12-year-old daughter. Ireland, who's pretty popular now. Yeah, now she's an adult. But back then she was a 12-year-old, and he was a raging idiot to her about, you know, visiting and custody and stuff. And we got a copy of that voicemail, and we used it to do a phone scam.
