Now for a phone scam on Mojo in the Morning. Spike actually recorded this phone scam two months ago. Do you want to explain why you recorded this two months ago?

Yeah, we had to hold on to it, and we couldn't play it on the air until this morning because it was about a gender reveal party. So we had to wait until after the party so we wouldn't spoil the surprise for anybody at the gender reveal.

Yeah, wouldn't that be a bust if all of a sudden we'd do that? So we're actually going to be phone scamming who is this, Abby?

Abby, mm-hmm.

All right, and what's the story with Abby?

She was put in charge of getting the cake for the party by her best friend. Like, the couple asked her to get it, and they asked her to use the couple's great uncle, who's a baker. but listen to the confusion as abby meets the great uncle because that's me we will we will scam you sorry it's a catchy song it's your home of phone scams mojo in the morning

Yes. Well, the cake's not for a baby. It's for a gender reveal party.

Okay, I love a party. How old is a baby?

Well, the baby's not born yet. So it's really for the pregnant mom and the dad. It's a gender reveal. Have you heard of those?

No, I never did that one. But whatever you need, I make it for you. Talk me through what you wanted the cake to look like.

Oh, OK. So the cake's for a party. So at the end of the party, we find out the gender of the baby by cutting into it.

You cut into the baby?

No. No, we cut into the cake. It's pink on the inside. So they find out that they're having a girl.

And then on top, it says, congratulations on your beautiful baby girl.

So on the top, it'll say nothing because we don't want to spoil the surprise.

So a pink a cake, and it says on the top, congratulations, you're having a nothing.

no so have you done a gender reveal cake before it's kind of like a trend where you cut into the cake and it's either pink or blue so then you know it's a boy or a girl so it should be a pink and blue inside no it should be pink on the inside because it's a girl and then it with nothing

written on top no frosting no it should have frosting so a pinker cake with a pinker frosting

and nothing on written on top no um we want white frosting so that you can't see the color of the

cake on the inside okay just white frosting but how about the blue you just mentioned i can do a pinker cake with a blue frosting and then you'd be surprised when they cut into it because it's

not a blue it's a pink i think if we did that it might be kind of confusing for them so i just

prefer if we just did white frosting i get it i apologize you must think i hit in my head or something you want a cake that's a shape like an actual baby no just a normal round cake with

pink on the inside and white on the outside on top of you want just nothing just
