Michelle is not the type to ever complain or ruffle feathers, but she got a crazy, loud neighbor next door to her that is driving her nuts. She finally called to complain, and now Spike is going to make it seem like it blew up in her face. It's a Mojo in the Morning phone scam.

Hello? Yeah, hi. Call in for Michelle, please.

This is Michelle.

Hey, Michelle. This is Mark LeChart. I'm the owner of the property. You spoke with Jeff, my property manager, and he brought me up to speed that you had a complaint. Can you tell me what happened?

Oh, yes. Thanks for calling me. So the neighbor in an apartment for the F*** Heaven has been a real problem lately. Ever since he's moved in, it's been loud music, you know, slamming doors, barking dogs. I put up with it for a while, but he started coming home late at night recently, maybe the last two weeks or so, and he turned his music up.

Would you ask him to turn it down?

Well, I went to talk to him the other day, and I was like, hey, you know, I have a son. You know, he's got to sleep for school, and the guy just flipped me off and, you know, slammed the door in my face, and that was it for me. So I decided to call and leave a complaint.

Okay. Yeah, that's the report I have, too, and that's what I'm calling to talk about. So I'm going to give you official notice, and you have 30 days to vacate the premises. You have to move. Wait, what? I can't tolerate you.

I'm not the one making the noise, though. I'm the one that was making the complaint.

Right. I won't have that type of behavior on my property.

I'm the one that complained, though.

Yeah, you're a rat. What, a little noise at night and you have to tell the whole world and get them in trouble, try and get them kicked out?
